Location, friendly night clerk, large room(it was the suite)

Cons: Thisproperty only vaguely resembles the photos. In actuality it is very dark, very narrow. The staff during the days is very loud, constantly shouting across various floors. The rooftop terrace has no view to speak of. The whirlpool has a very low roof over it so no view of the sky and you have to crawl in on your hands and knees. Bathroom in the room was, well, fairly basic, for lack of better words. There is much better value available in riads near the center

The staff couldn't do enough - thank you Sanaa, Omar, Abdul and Miriam. Very clean and room is cleaned daily with bed made too. We got the small room- it was small but ok. Great shower nice hot water. Lots to eat at breakfast We had some early starts they accommodated with early breakfast. We didn't use the jacuzzi but it looks good. Good location yet quiet at night. Its pedestrianised with 5 min walk from taxi drop off. might be a problem with a bag if mobility issues. They offered taxis and trips but we had already booked. Did the hammam/massage 45 Euro option - my husband went after me and it was rushed! We both enjoyed and did it at the hotel for convenience. Doors opened and closed during treatment as 2 ladies talking to each other: Treatments great but not a deluxe experience

Excellent stay (four nights). Traditional with a modern twist. Great rooms, the service and staff were amazing, from the airport transfer through to checkout. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, outstanding were Abdul and Omar. Breakfasts were a great start to the day. Similar set up each day, but different tasty breads and cake and if you get the chance then pre-book an evening menu too. We enjoyed the food more than in the restaurants we tried around town. Extremely tasty and beautifully cooked. We'd highly recommend this Riad. Definitely give it five stars all the way. Very close to Prince Street (shopping and restaurants) and Jemma el-Fnaa square (pure madness!), everywhere is quite flat for walking to places and souks too. Once again a shout out to Omar (the evening manager (?)) He was extremely helpful while staying in the city giving recommendations on places to eat and visit.

The Riad is beautiful and well located. The staff is amazing and despite a few mishaps with the airport transfer on arrival everything turned out ok. The breakfast is great, the spa as well, and overall this is a great place to stay if you know what to expect with staying inside the Medina. I would stay again. The rooftop is beautiful and a great place to have a tea and hangout.

Cons: The only issue were minor cleanliness issues and small improvements that can be made in the maintenance. We found more than one cockroach in the riad, but this is common inside the old town so not exactly the riads fault. If this is a major problem for you ask for a room on the upper floors where there’s less chance of encountering these bugs. Other than that the place is clean, and most importantly the kitchen area is meticulously clean.

The Riad was so comfortable and traditionally charming. The room was room itself was decorated beautifully and was spacious for us and our luggage. We were traveling with another couple and enjoyed the common area on the mainfloor as well as the sunny roof terrace where we were served a scrumptious traditional breakfast every morning. The location was perfect for our daily fun in the chaos of the Medina. Yet when inside the Riad it was like another world of serenity and peace. I requested a massage and they had someone attend to me within the hour. Every staff person was so helpful and friendly that it made our visit so much easier. I would especially like to thank Omar and Laila for their patience and care during our stay.

My experience at this place was great, but I do want to mention that Omar is one of the greatest worker we ever met. From the moment he received us at the airport drop off location to the last day where he also walked with us to the airport pick up location. He was super kind even though we arrived so late at night, he had the energies to talk to us about Marrakech and gave us tips and places to visit. The next day we had to leave early for our excursion and he prepared a quick breakfast for us. Every day he was attentive with all guests and asking if we needed anything. Hopefully when you stay at this Riad Omar is still there to assist you. About the hotel, it was very cozy really nice inside. We wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for Omar that met us at the drop off location, but then it is super easy to get there, just need to memorize the way there. Super close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa, it is also close to a bar which is hard to find around that area, its rare that a restaurant serves alcohol, so every night my husband and I would walk to the bar (5 min walk) its called Mabrouka rooftop. Everything around was super safe, and all excursions picked us up at the Medina which was very convenient and close. I do recommend this riad, we had no issues with our room or bathroom, everything was perfect.

The staff at l'Heure d'Été are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them and everything ran extremely smoothly – transfers, meals, etc. Definitely take the riad up on the offer of a meal. You might pay a little more than you would at a restaurant (€22pp = roughly 220MAD), but we had a totally private three-course dinner on the rooftop – just us, the chef, and a server – and the food was exceptional. Very definitely worth the experience. When we had the shutters closed, our room was pitch black. Made for a fantastic night's sleep. Location is perfect, very central, close to everything you could want as a tourist. Very easy to find too – it's only just off a couple of main streets through the medina and Google Maps had no issue with routefinding. You might want a hotel transfer on the way in though. €20 from RAK airport.

Cons: No complaints at all. There's often a bit of noise in the room – a little from outside, plus from other guests moving about in the central courtyard. It's just a feature of staying in a riad in the medina. We like an earlier night than most and it didn't stop us sleeping, but just beware if you're a very light sleeper!

On arrival to Marrakech, there was a 4 hour wait in Immigration-It was chaos and noone knew what was happening. We had no wifi/data and could not contact the hotel to ask if our airport shuttle would wait. Once we were able to get through immigration, we connected with wifi and 'Laila' from the riad spoke with me, even though she was off-shift and it was quite late. The driver had waited all that time! We were so grateful. My sister and I would have been a bit intimidated if we had to find our own way. The room was very very spacious and beautiful and it is pitch black at night which is nice.

Cons: The nights were hard to sleep as the noise of motorbikes was so loud. The riad is super close to EVERYTHING-The souks and restaurants etc are on your doorstep, but it's very noisy.

Fantastic central location close to Jemaa el Fnaa (the largest, loveliest square) and any number of covered markets. Turn right out of the hotel and follow the market stalls for 5 mins to the end for the beautiful Bahia Palace on your left. Breakfast was very nice, including really well cooked eggs and several breads and cakes. The interior was lovely, the rooms very sweet, bathrooms (incl nice shower gel and shampoo) excellent and staff on hand 24 hours a day were superb. Location is very close to Jemma-al-Fna, that's why we choose it ! Breakfast is quite simple but it is very maroccan, very fresh juice minute made for you with tasty tea or coffee. Room was OK, typically in one riyad, nothing less, nothing more. Staff very friendly as nearly everywhere in Marocco.

Cons: Poor people sleeping in the streets with dirty cats, but that's certainly not the Hotel's duty to solve that issue.

The location is great! It is within walking distance to most tourist attractions in Marakech. The room is a bit dark with windows opening into the courtyard, so we had that closed most of the time, and because of it, our room did feel a little stuffy and moldy.

Cons: There is undisclosed city tax that will be added on top when you check out. And they prefer that in cash. \_(-.-)_/ You may be able to find some better deals a bit further away from the old city.

The riad is centrally located, but in a quiet side street. It is quiet at night. The staff are super friendly and kind. It was clean. The shades are excellent and the room can be darkened completely.

Cons: The shower drain was too slow, causing the water to raise in the walk-in shower. The incline of the bathroom floor is well done and the water stays puddled in the shower area.

Nice staff everyone was very nice

Cons: What I did not liked was, that I made the reservation for $284.81 and paid for thru Booking.com I was supposed to pay city tax at the Riad when I arrived I was told by Senaa the receptionist that I need to pay $16.24 for city tax and she charged my card $336.96 I have been trying to get reimburse but I was told via WhatsApp to contact Booking.com because no money was withdrawn. I contacted booking.com twice already and keep getting an automated message to send copies of all receipts which I did already twice, and it has been over 1wk and nothing has been done by either party. BEWARE WHEN THEY ASK TO COLLECT THE CITY TAX AT THE RIAD.

The property is one of the smaller Riads but this did not stop it being a lovely property. The beds were comfortable and the towels were changed daily.

Cons: I loved the family atmosphere and the way we were made so welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and Omar paid us great attention and gave us great advice regarding having a Hammam and massage. Noel gave the most wonderful Hammam scrub and massage an experienced I will never forget. There was no rushing and great attention was given all the time.

The location of the riad was good. It was close to Jemaa el-Fna. The staff were nice and helpful, however, the manager was quite rude, cold, and unhelpful.

Cons: I found my experience at Riad El L'Heure d'Ete disappointing. In my assessment, the riad was overpriced compared to similar accommodations I've stayed at in Marrakech. Despite paying a higher rate, the rooms and amenities were quite basic. The breakfast lacked variety and was the same both days. There were concerns about the riad's cleanliness, with a strange smell in the room, no bins and a large cockroach in the courtyard. Additionally, the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the refusal to allow a friend to enter the riad with us. We wanted to charge our phones briefly and use the restroom. Despite explaining our intentions and even offering for the friend to wait in the reception area, both the receptionist and manager were unwilling to accommodate. This treatment not only left a negative impression but also seemed inhumane, especially when our friend's request to use the restroom before he left was denied. I did warn the host that this would be mentioned in my review but to no avail. Consequently, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this riad.

Overall our staying at the riad was good. The place is ok for a quick vacation but since we have tried other places we can say they could improve a little bit on several aspects. We had to pay 4 euros for printing just two papers (boarding pass). The breakfast was ok but not the best we have found. The cleaness was also good, but unfortunately we found one "blatta" in the bathroom.

Cons: The riad could be better with few details. The breakfast could be more various.

The beds were comfy. Roof terrace and communal areas were pretty. Good location. Man working nights on reception when we were there was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: We were travelling as 2 friends and booked a non refundable twin room but 30 mins after booking were informed that there was no twin room available but we weren’t allowed a refund as it was non refundable. When we argued this repeatedly we were offered 2 of the 4 nights in a twin room but had to do 2 nights sharing a bed. The first double bedroom was damp and mouldy. My friend suffers from allergies and had lots of symptoms. The damp was visible rising up the walls and even with only 2 nights there our clothes smelt damp. The second twin room did not have this problem. The hotel arranged for us to have a transfer to Essouria for our next destination on the trip. But they forgot to book the transfer. After more than a 2 hour delay they finally sourced a taxi to take us on the trip. However the taxi driver stopped halfway and convinced another taxi driver to complete the journey. It made for a long and stressful journey. On this day we had asked for an early breakfast due to the transfer (30 mins early) but they were 25 mins late with the food and so we had less than 5 mins to eat before getting the transfer. Ironically the transfer then didn’t arrive but we kept being told 5-10 mins and so couldn’t go back for breakfast. It’s a good location and the staff are friendly enough but I wouldn’t return here. It’s not worth the money A smaller issue but still an annoying one - the hot tub on the roof is not hot. Maybe fine for the hot summer but we booked as we love hot tubs but it wasn’t warm enough to sit in a tub of cold water. Frustrating

The location is great because you are close to the famous main square, which is usually super noisy but you cannot hear a thing at the accommodation.

Cons: Breakfast only sweet carbs, full of different bread, no choice of salty. Very small room and bathroom, no hot water first 2 days, then it was ok. Water from the shower flooded everywhere into bathroom and the bedroom too since the floor is all aligned and the shower sink didn’t work properly!!

The staff was really nice and helpful and the terrace and especially the breakfast staff was super nice!

Cons: We probably stayed there the longest of all guests and booked a room for 9 days. Even though the staff was very nice we did not feel very specailly treated for leaving so much money there. We ate in the first night which for marrocan circumstances was super expensive. I went to the massage 5 times and still we got the worst room of all (first floor, no window, lots of humidity, mold and we even had pidgon babies in the airing!!!) We did not say anything as we thought all of the rooms are the same but the day we checked out we saw another room by accident and were very disappointed, that the other room looked 10 times better and had a big window!!!! The longer we stayed the worse it got. Thus, we even checked out earlier as we could not stay there any longer. All in all we made the best of the situation and as said the staff was very nice but we would never go there anymore ever. Ruined a bit our stay and impression of Marrakesh.

Location was great. Riad is in the heart of old city very close to Medina. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons: Cleanliness - on the first day I noticed that our bed linen was covered in hair. Shower also had traces of recent use. They clean everyday, but do not change bed linen (we stayed for a week btw). Dead cockroach was also an unpleasant surprise. Breakfast - I’m not sure whether it’s normal for Moroccan breakfast or not, but the portions were small and included only sweet dishes (cakes, pancakes, honey, jam, etc.). Even sweet coffee.

The location was perfect. The rooftop terrace was lovely, and the Jacuzzi was also lovely once it was repaired. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a very beautiful little riad with lovely decor and details....

Cons: Arrived late on a Saturday after a very long day travelling. Couldn't shower because the water was cold. Went up to the jacuzzi the next day and that was also ice cold water so couldn't get in. It was unfortunate timing because there was a problem with the water for the first few days so nearly half our week we couldn't shower (just wash with cold water) or use the jacuzzi (jacuzzi was main reason we booked this riad). Wednesday the water was lovely and hot to shower and also the jacuzzi was heated. We were on the ground floor and there is no natural outside light or air in the room so is dark. It was possible to open special window panels on the doors, but then everyone can see directly into the room. Some rooms it was possible to open the window panel for air to get in but not in our room. The only window to slightly open was in the bathroom, so at times the room was stuffy especially at night if the aircon wasn't on. The hairdryer provided in the bathroom made the plug and metal mirror fitting near the plug extremely hot when used so we bought a lower powered one and used it usually in the bedroom. Tip: excursion prices can be found at almost half their prices (just 15 euro for Essouria or Ourika for example), in some agencies or nearly roads. 😉 Evening meal also seemed a bit high at 220dh (22 euro) compared with the restaurants and cafes (so we didn't try it).

Almost everyone from the staff has been exceptional! We had our excursions very early in the morning so the young man from the kitchen staff one day prepared a quick “take away” meal for us few minutes before leaving. First night, the youngest man from the reception, came to pick us up from the taxi drop point as we were 2 girls alone at midnight. And the woman last day helped us to print our flight boarding passes at the last minute! Very thankful that we had all of them during our stay! The riad has also a beautiful rooftop and a very delicious breakfast! Room was very nice and lovely decoration, very clean and well equipped with all basic necessities.

Cons: We were told before going through booking chat that breakfast starts at 8am but it was from 8.30am so we missed them and had to buy food everyday as normally the excursions start earlier (and we paid for breakfast included). We had nice and quiet neighbors in the other rooms but still you can hear everything from your bed. If you normally have problems with noises, I recommend to come soundproof prepared! (You can hear morning praying, street cats etc, but is also the enchanting part of the local experience!)

Very clean and centrally located. Some staff were really nice and gave us tips for restaurants, that we really enjoyed!

Cons: We had an excursion booked that started before breakfast and requested to be allowed to take some bread with us (as breakfast was included) and staff on duty the day very rudely did not allow. Hottub was not actually hot, but rather normal temperature water. A little hard to get to - do not follow hoogle maps directions, rather follow the very clearly labeled streets, otherwise you will end up at a dead end and have to retrace your steps.

Location excellent. Nicely kept riad very close to the main square. Very very helpful staff. Lovely cat also lives in the hotel. Staff allowed us to take breakfast early at 8, rather than 8.30, so we could eat before our flight. Great hot shower.

Cons: Room was tricky to access with the door not fully opening due to the bed being in the way. We were travelling with rucksacks which were tricky to get through the door. Breakfast was quite small compared to all other hotels on our trip. Two pieces of cake and three small crumpets between two. No fresh orange. No tea. Just sweetened coffee.

Stayed at Riad l’heure d’été for one night and it was a nice experience. Breakfast was the standard Moroccan version, of course and nothing beat the experience of having it on the rooftop, coupled with fantastic weather! I should add that it’s easily accessible from the main roads and there are helpful guides on the way if you get confused at any point (easier to ask for directions to the street than the riad itself). The riad seemed safe with 360• video surveillance and even though I checked in super late (almost midnight), the process of confirming my booking was smooth and quick! Important things to note: rooms were clean, cooling system worked perfectly and despite the small size of the rooms, it still didn’t feel cramped.

The Riad is well located next to the Medina, only a couple of minute's walk. The staff are amazing Suileman and Mohammed were ever so helpful. It's like staying with your best friends. There's two Jacuzzis to use but we didn't as we were out most of the day and night but we did listen to Mohammed playing his guitar into the early hours having a few beers. It was an unforgettable experience. I travelled with my daughter who's 16 and she loved the place. We always are looking for something else and never happy. When you find somewhere that ticks the boxes there's nothing further you want.. This Riad is that place.. I'll definitely be staying here on my return trip. The riad was clean and comfortable and the staff excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely and friendly and although inside the medina, we were away from the main roads and so the location was quiet. The only thing I would ask for would be a small fridge in the room to keep water and fruit cold, also a hook on the bathroom door so clothes could be hung whilst showering. These are small points but would add to the general comfort. I would recommend the hamam and massage, the ladies were very professional, one of the best massages I have had.

The location is ideal, two minutes walk from Djemaa El Fna square, the center of Marrakesh Medina, but hidden from its busy side streets. Nice continental breakfast. Very clean rooms. The riad is superbly decorated in the Moroccan style and gives you a sense of serenity and security from the wild happenings of the Medina. All members of staff are extremely accommodating and polite, ready to help in every way they can. We spent a lot of wonderful time in the superb roof garden drinking mint tea, and we also recommend the hammam experience offered by the Riad.

Cons: The mattresses are comfortable enough but not like the memory foam ones we have at home. The room we had was small but this is not necessarily a bad thing: it adds to the sense of being transported to another place in space and time and was extremely colorful, well decorated and cute.

We elected to have the private transfers organised by Khadija, we were met at the airport terminal and at the taxi drop off point 10 minutes from the Riad we were met by one of the staff and then handed over to Khadija at the Riad. The welcome was amazing! We were too early to check in (an early flight from Manchester!) but had mint tea on the loft terrace, Khadija gave us a map circling all the points of interest etc. Checked in at 2pm got our room which was lovely and clean with crispy linens on the bed. Breakfasts were served from 0830 and were simple but delicious and set us up for the day. Any questions we had were answered and nothing was too much trouble... four days was too short - I'd have stayed longer and would recommend this Riad as a base for exploring that area of Morocco. The transfer to the airport was just as seamless... sad to leave. Lovely people who run the Riad... Thank you!

Where to start? we had the most amazing first experience in Marrakech staying at L’Heure D’Ete Riad. the location is perfect - easy walking distance to Jemaa El Fna, Souks, Palais’, & Ben Yousseff. the staff were so helpful from the moment we arrived, talking us through our location over a mint tea and helping us organise any trips we wanted to do whilst we were there. The breakfast was fresh, and slightly varied everyday with local breads, pastries & fresh fruit, cakes, tea & coffee - with fab service too! we had a Hammam & Massage - great experience, definitely recommend! we also booked a day in advance for an evening meal at the riad on their rooftop terrace - our favourite chill area. amazing home cooked Moroccan food! our room was comfortable (even as the budget option at this riad) cleaned & fresh towels/linens everyday.

The staff was engaging and tried to make sure we were comfortable, but the place lacked basic facilities. Good terrace

Cons: The size of the room was tiny. The aircon didnot work it was a knackered old aircon. It was way too hot to sleep without one and the did arrange a cooler for us but it was humid and i do not recommend. No value for money

The people working here, which includes from owner to the helpers are the most welcoming, kind and helpful. We did not have a booking for last day but they adjusted us in one of the room available immediately. They always welcome tou with a smile and never say no to anything you request them. The terrace was my favourite part, you could sit and chill all day/night, they offer you tea or drinks each time. The best holiday stay so far for me.

I could not fault this riad. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the facilities are outstanding. The location is perfect and only a stones throw away from the main square. 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!

The riad was beautiful, especially the terasse which had a jacuzzi that worked even in February. The personnel was really nice and welcoming.

Cons: We rented two rooms and the one on the ground floor had a mold smell that was pretty hard to handle or cover. Also, the air conditioner was very loud and during the night it made a lot of noise. Unfortunately, since we were there in February, it could not be turned off as it would have gotten very cold.

We had an wonderful time at Riad l'Heure d'Ete. When booking at Riad location was key for us and his certainly ticked the box - we were within walking distance of many places of interest, yet the Riad was quiet at night although a stones throw away from Jemaa El Fnaa Square. Our room was small, but exactly as described. We were pleased with the breakfast options but though the addition of some savoury / warm options would've been welcome.

Cons: Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Just to note that although the rooftop had a jacuzzi, the water was pretty cold which made the experience less enticing (esp. in February)

It's a beautiful riad, nicely renovated and well equipped. The breakfast was big and adequate and the staff was very polite and easy to communicate!

Cons: However we were in the ground floor, where the room was absolutely dark and badly ventilated. It was just one night, so it was ok, but it might prove problematic for a longer stay.

The decor in this traditional Riad was stunning. Everything was also clean and comfortable. The entire place was serenely quiet, even though it was in the centre of the city. The roof terrace offered lovely views and included a tented area where traditional breakfasts were served. I loved sitting listening to the muezzin singing the azan. You can book an evening meal in advance (we didn’t realise but wished we had). There are jacuzzis available but it wasn’t warm enough to try them as our stay was in January. We had a bit of trouble locating the property initially but you can find it with the maps on your phone. It’s easy to navigate your way again after you’ve been there once. It was really close to the medina and very central. The staff here were really welcoming and helpful. From the managers, receptionists, waiting staff and cleaning ladies, we found everybody really friendly. We were delighted to be offered a free upgrade as well. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Marrakech.

Cons: No negatives to report.

The place is lovely and super easy, and fast communication with the staff, they arranged the pickup and drop off at the airport. The staff was very helpful during the whole stay and also very sweet and polite at all times, I mean ALL staff! Great location, beautiful decor, a nice breakfast, comfy and silent room. The Wifi could have some improvements :-)

Cons: Nothing, I do highly recommend this Riad, for couples, families, young and not so young travelers.

Everything nice only to look at in the pics but not to stay there .. It's located beside a Deserted place full of dirt and dust , tiny alley , on the way there many scary people stop and bother you , and others ask you if you need hammam , massage with happy end , or .... Rooms are extremely cold ,dark , tiny , no windows for light or for ventilation and there is only an old AC warming it self Bathroom without shampoo, soap and very small , after shower you will have steam everywhere in the room , and Musty smell, musty walls especially in the bathroom and cupboards , beds mattresses and pillows ,covers were so bad quality , you get headache and back pain after each sleep Air quality there is bad , we got sick Staff are extremely rude without any reason , especially the rude guy at the reception, he let us wait 27 min for nothing , just to check in .. One key for the room and we had to leave it at the reception each time we leave the hotel no matter how long , They tell you they are 24 /7 there to open the door when back but it was a lie , we used to wait at the door everytime .. Breakfast quality is under ground ( very thrifty ) , old bread , and bad fruits brought with cold faces , they don't smile , and if you ask for something they give you a bad impression direct , (like how dare you to ask for extra tea or coffee ) Oh and there is no coffee in that place , they get you the worst Americano you can ever taste , as they don't have coffee machine , beside the frozen room on the roof and heaters there only to look at , not to use For the same price you can get far better choices , we regret it from the first moment I feel bad for every moment we spent there , it ruined a nice part of our vacation I advice the owner : if you open a restaurant or a hotel , the biggest mistake would be when you be thrifty and stingy with your clients , especially if you charge them much more than others ..

Super super clean...like real clean Amazing location ...near city centre but still quiet Good value ....quite reasonable Most of the staff were nice and grace ful too

Cons: The manager was slightly strange I thought i.e. keeping passports, keeping keys while exiting and weirdly asking to pay for room when we were back from dinner on day 2. However I choose to assume it was with no Ill intentions and just stylistic. Outside of the that, the main issue was the downstairs double room was structurally an issue. 1. No ventilation 2. Room had damp walls with mould and seepage and 3. Washroom had poor drainage to the extent the the water overflow in the room

The staff were amazing. Literally everyone was so kind and helpful. The manager gave us great tips where to go and which local hammams we should go to, Khadija gave us some great ideas for interesting trips, the riad and kitchen/restaurant staff were always there (even very late at night). Lovely Riad, right near the medina. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped us with taxis and escorted us on our departure to make sure we got the correct one. They also booked a hammam experience in the Riad itself. The Riad has a cute rooftop with views over part of the city. We only stayed 1 night so couldn’t make full use of the facilities but it did look comfortable for a longer stay too.

Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like. Only slightly disappointed with the room being on the ground floor as it felt very dark as people were sat in the courtyard right outside our room so we couldn’t open the shutters without people looking in. However it was fine for us for our 1 night stay but if we stayed longer, we would have preferred a room on one of the other floors. Perhaps you can request this for a longer stay ☺️

The staff are fantastic and have done a great job in making the Riad comfortable and visually appealing. Breakfast every morning with a smile and a clean room every day. Location is perfect right in the heart of the Medina. Lots to do and a close walk to everything in the Medina (once you get your bearings!) Great help from the staff to book tours if you'd like it too at very reasonable prices.

The staf were very nice and kind.

Cons: We cantract a trip to the waterfalls at urika but at the end they told us that it was necessary another guide in Urica to go up to the waterfalls, I think we were badly informed. And we did not go to the waterfalls plus we pay 120 euros and the driver only gerts 60.. In Booking there were so different questions when we did the checkout, we had agreed with the conditions in Portugal and then they told us that we have to pay 3% commission if we pay with credit card....and we didn't had a receipt of the payment. It was very confusing and I don't know how is their contract with Booking but I think that if we agreed a value is to respect it.
