The staff is definitely the highlight of the riad. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, providing tips on what activities I should do around the city as well as what to look out for and how to get to different places. The riad also provides meals all throughout the day, with a nice rotating breakfast menu all included in the price (only breakfast, but I had a reasonably priced lentil soup which was delicious). It's super close to a medina gate, which means that for activities you have a nice pickup spot.

All the areas of the rooms and building were spotlessly clean. All the staff were so incredibly helpful and very kind. Gislain and the Manager were amazing. I can highly recommend the Hamman and massage. Wonderful! The location is great. Central to the souk. You will have a fantastic stay here.

Unser Aufenthalt im Palais Tara & Spa war einfach traumhaft. Was dieses Hotel besonders macht, ist die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft des Personals. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufmerksam betreut. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Auch die gebuchte Massage war sehr angenehm und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Ein echtes Highlight war die Dachterrasse. Der Pool dort ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und erfüllte seinen Zweck zur Abkühlung perfekt. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort in der Sonne zu liegen oder den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, während man die Lichter über den Dächern der Medina bewundert. Auch die Lage ist super für Ausflüge. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das Team für den tollen Service bis zur letzten Minute: Sie haben uns nicht nur ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert, sondern uns sogar durch das Verkehrsgetümmel bis zum Fahrer begleitet. Das war unglaublich hilfreich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Trop froide pour se baigner en ce debut décembre. Ca avait été un des critères importants pour choisir notre riad.. donc je suis vraiment déçu. Le reste était parfait cependant. Hors saison froide, nous y retournerions volontiers.

The property is lovely but it is the team that make it so special. They met us at our taxi and walked us down through the alleyways. Amazing location near the market, lovely rooms so clean and well appointed . Greeted us with a lovely tea. The rooftop is so pretty with a great little pool for cooling off. The Moroccan breakfast was generous and delicious. Hasna, Abdul and Fatima are so so helpful. Greeted us by name every time and made us really feel at home. They organized massages for us. The therapist was incredible.

We visited Marrakesh for 4 days and this was the perfect stay: great hosts, delicious food and location is so convenient. We only wished we could have stayed a few more days! The Service we received was top class. The staff were amazing and attentive. Facilities provided were all clean and well maintained. The Riad looked, smelled and felt uber luxurious. The Hamam and Spa service was incredible and competitively priced.

Cons: The Riad was in the old Medina which meant it like many others was not easy to find and the alleyways that led to it were poorly lit and if you are a solo female traveller may seem unsafe.

Very convenient spot to reach other parts of Marrakesh while also being close to the airport. My wife and I felt safe to walk back to the hotel at night, and we liked that you had to wait for the door to be opened before being able to enter the hotel. It was fairly quiet in and around the immediate hotel area, which was very nice. The rooftop was accessible and had plenty of seating. The pool was very refreshing and lovely to enjoy at sunset.

Cons: The beds were quite uncomfortable. This was the only negative thing about our stay.

全てが素晴らしかった印象です。空港での出迎えとスムーズなチェックイン、施設の案内、清潔で静かな部屋、部屋の設備(冷蔵庫、バスルームなど)、朝食を含む食事、エレベーター、屋上のスイミングプール、ハマム、マッサージ、屋上からの眺め、リアドの場所、リアド周辺の治安、少額の両替、リアドの落ち着いたセンスのある内装、スムーズで分かりやすいチェックアウトそしてスタッフの皆さんの行き届いたおもてなしなど、小さいながらも、メディナを堪能できるハイレベルなリアドで、次のマラケッシュ滞在もこちらになると思います。スタッフの皆様とオーナーさんに感謝です。数々の旅行に出かけましたが、これほど平和な気分を味わえた滞在はなかったと記憶しています。 Everything was wonderful: the airport pickup and smooth check-in, the information about the facilities given after check-in, the very clean and quiet room, the room amenities (refrigerator, bathroom, etc.), the meals including delicious breakfast, the elevator (which may be rare in riad), the rooftop swimming pool (which is rare in riad and enough size for chill out), hammam and massage (to do list in Morocco), the view from the rooftop, the location of the riad, the safety of the area around the riad, the currency exchange for small amounts of money at the reception, the riad's calm and historic interior, the smooth and easy check-out, and the attentive hospitality of all members of staff. Although it is small, it is a high-quality riad that allows you to fully enjoy the Medina, and I think I will stay here again next time I stay in Marrakech. I would like to thank all the staff and the owner. I have traveled many times so far but I remember that I have never experienced such a peaceful stay.

Estaba en la Medina, aunque es cierto que al momento de localizar el hotel tienes algo de problema, y la fachada externa da miedo, luego internamente si es muy bonito

Cons: Nos quedamos 3 personas, en teoria habiamos pedido una habitacion tipo suite, que me parece que lo que nos dieron fue una cama suplementaria para niños, muy incomoda, y la habitacion aunque no mal diametro, no estaba bien organizada, al menos para compartir habitacion con amigos, no esta adaptada, la cama matrimonial era grande, pero no comoda.

We travelled in some of the hottest days of July and our flight was late upon arrival. We were exhausted, hot and sweaty when we arrived in Marrakesh at 11pm. Since the first moment you enter Tara Riad, coming from the hassle and bustle of the local Medina streets, the world stops and you get immersed in a heaven of peace, kindness and orange flowers parfume. The best part of this riad is it's staff, who will go the extra mile to always ensure you are satisfied and happy: thanks to manager Lamia and her staff Abdul, Aya, Manar, Youness, Anass and Nawal (sorry if I forgot some names). A special thanks to them all for their kindness to my mom, who is of a certain age and often felt tired and disoriented for the extreme heat (47° in mid July) and the motorcycles in the narrow Médina streets. We got the package including the 1 way pick up at the airport upon our arrival, which was very appreciated as the flight arrived late, and the massages: a great deal. The location of the Riad is mid-way between the main road, where the taxi parked, and the square Jemaa el Fna, a 4 minutes walk on each side. Extremely good location. Excellent breakfast: the breakfast is served fresh every morning, and despite the structure is similar every day (fresh orange juice, bottled water, local breads, fresh fruits, honey/butter/hamlou/evo oil/fresh cheese, eggs as you like, hot drink of your choice) , they changed the products every day, so we were never bored. Super good mint green tea. Also their food for lunch or dinner is very good. Last but not least, this riad offers a beautiful and cool swimming pool on its top terrace, where you can have a good view on the rooftops of the Medina. They are many sunlounges and towels. We spent several afternoons here cooling down during the hottest hours. Special points for the nice ceramic pots to offers high quality shampoo /conditioner / shower gel instead of the horrible plastic samples.

Cons: We liked everything, except the extreme heat of July in Marrakesh , which is out of the control of the Riad 😊 However the staff of the Riad made everything possible to make the extreme heat more manageable. Little "green" advices: - add terracotta jars in the rooms, which keep water cold, with the possibility to refill them on the ground floor at a water distributor, whenever a customer wants. - offer the possibility not to wash all towels every day - explicitly indicate the origin of the products you use (soap, shampoo, etc) in a 2pager welcome leaflet.

Un immense merci à Lamia et à toute son équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme. Chaque détail est pensé pour que l’on se sente chez soi… en mieux ! Le petit-déjeuner est un enchantement quotidien : varié, copieux, savoureux, toujours servi avec le sourire. Un vrai moment de bonheur pour démarrer la journée. La chambre, quant à elle, est tout simplement magnifique : décorée avec goût, spacieuse, calme, d’une propreté irréprochable… un cocon parfait après une journée à explorer la ville. La situation du Riad est idéale, à quelques pas seulement de la célèbre place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en étant à l’abri de l’agitation. C’est le point de chute rêvé pour découvrir Marrakech. The gentleman who served breakfast was also on the desk some evenings and was so hard working. The breakfast food was delicious and was all home made (bread, cakes, pancakes, jams etc) by a very good cook. We also had fruit and yogurt, eggs and peanut butter to die for. We loved the place.

Cons: There could be more sun protection in the pool areas. Our room no 10 only had an outside window overlooking the dingy alley. Ask for a courtyard room if you want more light. A liquor license?

And, of course, the mint tea and coffee service more than exceeded expectations. The rooms were cool - with or without the air conditioning - and beautifully outfitted, the bathrooms were large and stocked with fabulous towels, the lift silently carried you to your floor, and the location put you within steps of all the markets but without any of the noise. My daughter and I used the spa services on the last day and were quite sad we hadn't taken advantage of them every day we were in residence - the royal hamman sauna treatment alone was worth the trip! All of our wants and needs were met at the Palais Tara - when you decide Saturday at 10AM that you need a private driver to ferry you around on day trip? Palais Tara had one at the medina entrance within an hour. Last minute spa services requests that didn't conflict with a plane departure? Palais Tara made it work. And definitely take advantage of their private drive to/from the airport - on time, cool/nice van, quick delivery. We can't wait to return!

Le personnel adorable et très soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes. Il y a une nouvelle manager depuis peu qui fait en sorte que nous soyons choyés et le mieux possible dans son établissement. Le lieu est magnifique et le vrai plus est la piscine tout en haut qui est vraiment agréable par la chaleur de Marrakech. De plus avec une vue magnifique. Le lieu est extrêmement bien situé, la décoration sublime, les chambres confortables avec un énorme lit très haut 😉 et une magnifique salle de bain. Ils viennent même refaire la chambre en fin d’après midi si nous le souhaitons. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas servi en forme de buffet mais ils vous apportent des mets marocains. Cependant vous pouvez tout de même demander autre chose comme une omelette

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the Riad is well located.

Cons: The room was located on the ground floor with a single thin wooden door separating it from the hotel entrance lobby. At night time the noise of other guests coming back to the Riad disturbed us. In addition to this there was no way to open the window to ventilate the room as the windows only open in to the entrance lobby of the hotel. The room is narrow and long and with the lack of any natural light it makes the room feel cramped. The listing states that the rooms are sound proofed but this is not the case. On our last night we were both woken up by the sound of another guest somewhere in the Riad snoring! We have read other reviews about how good the breakfast was here but in fact it was three similar pastries and a fruit salad every day. There is no choice or even a menu and it wasn't until our second day we realised we could order eggs with breakfast as another guest ordered them.

Cons: de kamers kunnen gehorig zijn (als er mensen logeren die niet geneigd zijn rustig te zijn bij late aankomst of vroeg vertrek (2 Chinese gezinnen in ons geval die weinig respect toonden voor andere gasten)), maar dit heeft ons verblijf gelukkig niet verpest, het blijft een mooie locatie!

Staff treated us more like honoured guests or family rather than paying guests. The rooms are small but the roof top areas are spacious and relaxing. We would sit there and relax with a Moroccan tea, which was always offered free. Then the roof top itself offered lovely views over the Medina and the local mosque and Atlas Mountains.

Cons: Initially I missed having a TV but then they had excellent wifi everywhere and we just used our personal devices (iPhone, iPad or laptop) if we wanted to watch a video. But it also forced us out of our room. 😊

We had a very enjoyable four night stay at Palais Tara & Spa. All the staff we met were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help, special thanks to Nouhaila for her hospitality. The whole place was spotlessly clean and felt very new. We had a hammam there, which was a great experience. The staff arranged our airport transfers and collected us from the taxi drop off point and walked us back to the hotel which was really helpful as it was our first time in Marrakech and very disorientating when you first arrive. We arrived quite late in the evening and they recommended us a nearby restaurant for dinner. The staff walked us there and then asked the restaurant staff to walk us back to the hotel, which was very kind and we would have been totally lost otherwise! It was too cold to swim but the pool area looked nice also. It's in a really good location and we walked to almost all the places we wanted to get to.

The staff were exceptional - every single one went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. I complimented the lovely fragrance throughout the public areas of the hotel and one of the wonderful receptionists went out of her way to source some for me, and not only that but to ensure it was decanted into 100ml bottles so that I could get it home in my hand luggage. The location is fantastic - close to the medina gate so it’s easy to get taxis/meet excursion pick ups, and also in the heart of the medina so all points of interest are in easy walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this property and will definitely return.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town. Situated down a series of tight alleyways it looks rather understated on the outside, but like most of the properties in the city, the front door opens up to a beautiful reception area. We were greeted by the charming reception staff who gave us a complimentary glass of tea and then showed us around the hotel. The room was cool and comfortable and the dining area/ pool and lounge on the roof was lovely. Abdul who serves breakfast is so charming and gentle. All the staff in fact were wonderful.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. We travel a lot, and the hospitality here was one of the very best we’ve ever had. The two woman at the front desk ( so sorry I can’t remember the names, both began with an M!) were not just very helpful, they were open and genuinely friendly and personable, and nothing was ever any trouble for them. Abdul, who worked the desk and served us breakfast, was also attentive , friendly, and looked out for our comfort . We were welcomed with mint tea and delicious cookies while we waited for our room. The place is beautiful clean and comfortable, with attention to detail that makes a difference. The roof top terrace was a great place to enjoy the sunset, and the massages there were convenient and revitalizing after all the walking around. it also is a quiet, welcome respite after the chaotic city streets. The breakfasts were lovely , with different breads served each day, fresh squeezed juice, fruit cups, various accompaniments, yogurt, and eggs to order. one day there was the most delicious yogurt, flavored with orange blossom water . The location is also perfect too. As others have mentioned, on arrival someone will meet you outside the city walls and walk you to their place, and this was a relief! You will get lost for sure , but I found that when I got over my anxiety the first time, it was an adventure and we loved it. And for us, unlike Fez, there are enough landmarks in Marrakech that you’ll eventually find your way to somewhere you recognize. They arranged a half day tour for us, and we were so glad we did that. The tour guide was wonderful, and full of information about the history, culture, traditions, etc, and it really made our time there much more meaningful. Our time in Marrakech was definitely enhanced by the hospitality and comfort and beauty of the Palais Tara, don’t hesitate to book. Thanks so much, Palais Tara!

What a beautiful hotel! I had a very comfortable stay, and was very happy to have found the Palais. The room was very comfortable. The bed was excellent. The pool offered a perfect way to relax and was a nice respite from the business of the medina. And above all, the staff was top-notch. A perfect stay all around!

The hotel helped us arrange for a driver for the next 3 days - Ayoub. He was fantastic, friendly and nice to talk to, English speaking, and willing to take us to some off the beaten path locations via dirt roads etc. couldn’t have found a better place to stay or driver for our next leg. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and interesting. Delicious fresh fruit local pastries and eggs made to order. Great coffee and tea as well.

Cons: We arrived at 1600 and had to wait 25 mins for our room. We checked into the room, which was nice but no kettle provided which would be nice as it’s difficult to find a decent coffee in the local area. If you stay on the 1st floor you will be woken up by the noise of moving furniture on the rooftop in the early hours. We had an issue with the pressure of the water in our room but nothing was done about it. We also noticed the spa area looked lovely so booked 2 massages, which were very disappointing, we again mentioned the experience was below standard and both cut 10 mins short but charged full price, but not even an apology was given, despite the fact we had paid for a product and not received it. We were very polite when we gave our feedback but given attitude multiple times but a certain member of staff. We visited a spa in Marrakesh external to the hotel and it was miles better so recommend using a facility that is just a Spa! Breakfast is okay, again lots of frills but ultimately not great - could have more variety. Disappointing experience and poor customer service

Wem es der Pool aber wert ist, wird hier verwöhnt. Besonders die Lady, welche bei unserem Aufenthalt die Spätschicht an der Poolbar hatte, war mega freubdlich! Auch die beiden Receptionistinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend. Ich hatte beim Checkout aus Versehen zu viel gezahlt und das Hotel meldete sich von selbst und überwies mir das Geld anstandslos zurück. Würde wieder kommen.

This quiet riad far exceeded our expectations. Located down a dim alley off the main street in the medina, the front door opens to a stunning interior of cool and calm. We were greeted with the traditional mint tea and a selection of Moroccan cookies before being shown to our beautiful (and quite large) suite. The manager, Mustafa, and his team are dedicated to providing the best possbile service. Shukeena, Ismail and Abdul really looked after us during our six day stay. The pool, although small, was the perfect place to retreat from the heat with an iced coffee. The location, right on the edge of the old medina, was perfect an easy stroll into the craziness of Jemma-El-Fna Square and through the many souks. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovingly restored riad when in Marrakech.

The property was stunning, very well clean and everything was brand new, an elegant mixture of modern and traditional character in the design and architecture. It was spacious yet intimate—many rooms and areas to sip mint tea and catch some sun. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they made me feel like family and treated me as such, which was very nice as I am a solo female traveler. There was always someone around offering tea or espresso and a snack (complimentary), and the spa was absolutely wonderful. Everything from dinner to taxis to transfers from the airport were easy to book through the hotel. The food is to die for, especially the breakfast. So much food to choose from you won’t be hungry for lunch! Everything is very fresh, clean, and tasty, and I never left a meal less than satisfied. While I had breakfast in bed (such a treat!), I enjoyed dinner on the terrace. It was beautiful to watch the sun go down over the Medina!

Le palais Tara est idéalement situé dans la médina, à quelques pas de la place Jemaa El Fna. Riad très calme avec un accueil personnalisé, le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients. Ambiance intimiste avec seulement 15 chambres proposées, on se sent vraiment attendu et pris en charge. Décoré avec soin, la propreté est irréprochable. La piscine en rooftop est appréciable pour décompresser après une journée de visites. Chambres climatisées, nombreux soins au spa proposés (dont le hammam que nous avons adoré), petit déjeuner très copieux servi en terrasse (un grand merci à Abdul pour sa bonne humeur dès le matin !).

The Riad was spotless and beautifully decorated and the beds were remarkably comfortable. It was my wife’s 50th birthday and the staff went out of their way by providing us with a delicious chocolate cake and decorations. The staff were always extremely helpful and welcoming . La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et la beauté du Riad, tout simplement magnifique et décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, encadré par Abedlilah, toujours au petit soin. La piscine sur terrasse, évidemment, d'une taille rare dans un riad de Marrakech, appréciable sous grande chaleur. L'emplacement (place Jemaa el Fna à 300 mètres à pied). Un grand merci en particulier à Abedlilah pour sa bienveillance. Présent du début de notre séjour à notre départ, il a été de bon conseil pour répondre à nos attentes, pareil pour le personnel de la réception.

Cons: Quelques soucis d’insonorisation, plus particulièrement la nuit, résolus très vite par la propriétaire qui nous a changé de chambre le lendemain. Nous voulions rendre attentif les propriétaires sur la régularité des prestations du Spa. Lorsque l’on applique ces tarifs, les prestations doivent être à la hauteur. Nous avons fait des soins les 2 premiers jours de notre arrivée de bonne qualité. Le 3 éme jour, nous avons eu 2 massages bâclés. Le temps de massage d’une heure a été réduit à 45 minutes, nous avons attendu allonger presque 5 minutes avant le massage, et 10 minutes après la prestation bâclée des massages. Pour ma part, la masseuse s’est très mal comportée, le pire massage de ma vie. Pour ma femme, la masseuse a tout de même fait son travail avec respect. Il est important de souligner que lors des 2 premiers massages, ma femme a été généreuse dans les pourboires donnés aux masseuses. Lorsque l’on dirige ce type d’établissement, le moindre détail compte. Au regard de mes années passées d’expériences dans l’hôtellerie, il est important d’avoir une équipe de professionnel à l’écoute de sa clientèle.

Très joli Riyad parfaitement situé dans la Médina et très calme à taille humaine (15 chambres). Le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Tout est très propre. Vue sur la Médina depuis le roof top et bien agréable terrasse pour prendre le soleil, avec une petite piscine pour se rafraichir. Juste en dessous, la belle terrasse ombragée où prendre ses petits déjeuners, repas ou juste un verre au milieux des plantes. Autre point fort : le Riyad possède son Hammam (privatif) et propose soins et massages (très agréable expérience). Excursions et activités à la demande de même que trajets vers et depuis l'aéroport.

This Riad was absolutely beautiful. On walking to the Riad, we were not sure what to expect but felt like we had stepped into an oasis in the middle of the city. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff were very kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as pleasant and pleasurable as possible. Most special thanks to Abdul and the ladies at reception. The food was good and the room was big and kept clean always. We willl definitely visit again.

Cons: Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the Riad rooftop restaurant and poolside as much, as we underestimated the presence of cats.. The breakfast options were also very sweet but lovely. Could do with some savoury options.

Cons: Only one criticism was that we booked twin rooms and got this confirmed twice. When we arrived one of the rooms was a double with a bed made up on the sofa however this was for one night and we got moved to a twin after that.

I strongly recommend this riad for the following reasons: Staff: the staff are exceptional. They will go out of their way to help you and make sure you're happy. I am well travelled and I have never experienced such good customer service anywhere Location: yo walking distance to the main square, souks, various attractions, and fantastic restaurants Room: We stayed in the family suite which was beautiful, comfortable and very spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). In addition to the usual complimentary toiletries, they provide a sleeping mask, earplugs and socks. There is also a fridge in the room which was very helpful. The room is cleaned daily. Facilities: The riad is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is a large terrace with a full sized pool so you can go for a swim, or just relax on the comfortable outdoor seating. There is a spa so we were able to have a Hamman which was great. There is a lift in this riad which was very useful. There are lovely indoor seating areas inside where you can sit relax and there is also a TV available in one of the seating areas. Food: delicious breakfasts. The most delicious pastries, breads and dips that I have ever eaten, which change slightly each day. Eggs were not included in the standard breakfast provided and were not offered to us, but when we asked if eggs were available, we were told they were and you can choose how you want your eggs. You can also have lunch and dinner in the hotel. We ate lunch in the hotel once and it was lovely. Complimentary tea - You can request Moroccan tea at any time and it will be provided to you.

Staff very friendly, the premises was superbly decorated. It was even great to see the small birds fly around the riad. The location, right in the middle of Marrakech, was perfect especially as the riad maintained a calm and quiet feel.

Cons: Mainly just small things. It would have been nice to be provided water after the first night (we stayed 3 nights). We appreciated that we were in Marrakech during Ramadan, but whilst they provided wine and spirits at the bar, there was no beer being sold which was odd. Lastly the space around the pool was limited

Das Personal war super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Riad liegt direkt am Anfang der Medina, so dass es vom Taxi nur weniger Meter zu Fuß sind. Sehr schönes Hammam, es werden auch Paar-Behandlungen angeboten.

Cons: Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben nur Fenster nach Innen in die Lobby. Das macht es ingesamt eher dunkel. Wenn man mal lüften möchte oder mehr Licht haben will, könne alle Gäste direkt in das Zimmer schauen. Hier geht Privatsphäre verloren.

Il Riad è situato nel cuore della Medina, posizione più che ottima ed è perfetta per spostarsi a piedi. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulita e affascinante. Siamo state accolte da Manar, ragazza gentilissima che ci ha accompagnate durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Appena arrivate ci ha offerto il tipico tè insieme a dei dolcetti squisiti e ci ha fatto fare un tour del Riad raccontandocene la storia. La stanza era a dir poco perfetta, spaziosa, letto matrimoniale alto e comodo, bagno pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Ci hanno anche fatto trovare bevande nel mini frigo gentilmente offerte dalla struttura. La colazione, servita all'ultimo piano nel delizioso rooftop, è variegata, abbondante e soprattutto buonissima! Grazie a tutto lo staff ci siamo sentite a casa, la loro accoglienza e gentilezza è qualcosa di raro e speciale. Nel bisogno ci hanno sempre aiutate nel prenotare ristoranti, taxi ed anche qualche attività (ad esempio l'escursione nel deserto di Agafay). Un ringraziamento particolare va ad Hassan, un ragazzo delizioso e gentile che ci ha sempre aiutate e supportate. La sera ci accompagnava sempre fino al taxi e ci veniva anche a riprendere, a qualsiasi ora. Insomma, la sua presenza è stata per noi fondamentale e ha reso questa vacanza ancora più speciale! In poche righe è difficile spiegare l'atmosfera che si respirava. E' stato tutto perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questo splendido Riad. Spero di tornare molto presto!

Beautiful Riad with amazing staff who go well beyond what is required to make your stay comfortable. Whether it is arranging taxis, or heating water for the baby or helping us buy a specific product, your needs are well taken care of. Like the staff, the drivers they arranged for us were very kind too. Spa was good.

Cons: If I have to nitpick, food could have been a bit better. Fruit salad and fruit juice at breakfast were top-notch. Like any other riad, noise does seep through whether it is the lovely singing of birds or the rare motor bike that passes through but there are ear plugs provided in the bathroom. The taxi will drop you 5 mins away from the riad, do note the way when the staff take you to the riad , as it is possible to get lost as streets are similar.

Établissement très récent et très bien tenu . Idéalement placé dans la Médina tout en étant parfaitement au calme. Personnel discret, souriant et très attentionné . Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux . La piscine sur le toit est parfaite après une journée de ballade. Très belle vue sur la Médina .Restaurant très bien sur commande le soir si vous n'avez pas envie de ressortir.
