Tout était parfait. Du transfert depuis l'aéroport jusqu'au riad, la chambre propre et bien agencée. Le PDJ très copieux, frais et different chaque jour. La restauration de qualité aussi, nous étions en demie pension. Mohamed était au petit soin pour nous. Je recommande vivement ce Riad. Un havre de paix, idéalement situé, avec un rootop. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

De locatie is heel praktisch. Net buiten de drukte maar je zit ook met een paar minuten lopen midden in de medina. Het leuke fietsverhuurbedrijf Pikala bikes (nederlands van oorsprong, met begeleidde fietstochten door de stad) zit om de hoek. Ter plekke hebben ze nog een heerlijke massage voor ons geregeld voor dezelfde avond. Het is een plek om echt even tot rust te komen

The internal plants and flowers are beautiful hospitality of the staff, the room is nice, the beds are fine, the roofterras is nice.
Cons: Arriving there was a bit funny, walking through allies is part of the medina and fun, but this ally didnot feel good to us. There was a smell coming from the bathroom, the maintenance of the jacuzzi and beds on the terrace really need to be improved.

È un bel riad con una piccola vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo superiore, esteticamente si presenta molto bene con i tipici mosaici colorati del Marocco , la colazione è davvero buona e lo staff è sempre molto gentile

Volo in ritardo di 3 ore, avviso la struttura e arriviamo intorno alla mezzanotte. Ci accoglie fuori dal Riad il proprietario, gentilissimo ci accompagna in camera e si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Camera come in foto, carinissima! In bagno hanno messo anche i dischetti struccanti ed i cotton fioc :') Colazione deliziosa, nel cortile del Riad. Avevo avvisato prima la struttura che una delle mie amiche è intollerante al glutine e le hanno preparato una colazione ad hoc, con crepes gluten free e omelette! Il proprietario ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni possibili su Marrakech, dandoci una mappa cartacea della città. Il Riad si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dai Giardini Madjorelle, alle porte della Medina. Posizione comodissima! Inoltre, il secondo giorno saremmo partite per il deserto alle 7:10 del mattino (dal collegio Mohamed, 2 minuti a piedi dal Riad). La colazione, prevista dalle ore 08:00, ci è stata consegnata da portar via alle 7! Questa cosa ci ha davvero colpito, tutto caldo e pronto per il nostro viaggio verso il deserto. La cura nei dettagli e la gentilezza del personale ci ha davvero commosso. C'è anche una splendida terrazza con divanetti dove poter ammirare lo spettacolo dei tetti di Marrakech. Grazie mille!! 10+!!

Vriendelijk onthaal, grote ruime kamer met zitje buiten onze kamer, grote (rode) badkamer. Heel vriendelijke service door onze vraag naar excursie te regelen en een massage mogelijkheid voor twee op onze kamer! Super fijn! Onze koffers mochten ook in de Riad blijven staan zodat we deze niet mee hoefden te nemen bij excursie. Helaas werd ik ziek en heeft de Riad ontzettend goed geholpen om onze koffers bij collega Riad te krijgen. Al met al super fijn!
Cons: Als ik toch wat moet noemen was het jammer dat we op middag niet meer konden aangeven dat we graag op avond wilden eten in de Riad.

Esperienza bellissima e rilassante! Il Riad si trova in una posizione perfetta: in un contesto tranquillo ma a pochi passi dal cuore della Medina. Nonostante il caos e la vivacità della città, all’interno del Riad ci si sente coccolati e immersi in un’oasi di pace. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La terrazza con la piscina è una vera chicca, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata tra i colori e i profumi di Marrakech. Consigliatissimo! 🌿✨

Cons: Nós reservámos a nossa estadia com jantares incluídos, pagando uma taxa superior. No entanto, no momento do check-out, foi cobrada a garrafa de água de cada jantar. the Riad is just magnificent, the rooftop with the jacuzzi was amazing especially after a long trip (we just came back from the desert on that day). The rooms are super clean and the bathroom is beautiful especially the shower. The host mohammed was very kind to us even if on the first day we came in super tired and frustrated because of a long trip. He offered us some tea, and asked us to relax before doing anything and that he wouldn’t rush us. He was very patient and very kind. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your Riad, we wish we could’ve stayed longer but we’ll be back in Marrakech inshallah❤️

Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und hatte eine Klimaanlage außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Es gab bei 40° keine Möglichkeit, Getränke zu kühlen und in der Nacht ist die warme Luft ins Zimmer gekommen, so dass man mehr oder weniger gezwungen war, mit Klimaanlage zu schlafen.

It’s an old property which is good specially if someone visiting for exploring history. Staff was very nice and cooperative.
Cons: Air condition wasn’t able to cool the rooms, there is no Dust bin in the rooms. no fridge, it was very hot overall in the rooms we asked additional fan to sleep overnight.

Nos atendieron estupendamente. Todo el personal fue super amable desde el primer momento. La ubicación genial porque está justo donde la parada de taxis, con lo cual hay movimiento y no está muy metido en callejuelas. Nada más llegar nos dieron un té con bizcocho. La habitacion muy bien, para 3. Las camas muy cómodas y el baño amplio y limpio. Muy recomendable. Uno de los chicos de recepción se molestó en buscarnos un sitio para cenar y acompañarnos al sitio. Se le veía con ganas de hablar en español y tener conversación.
Cons: El desayuno bien, normal. Era bastante comida, aunque lo dulce era poco dulce, le faltaba un poco de sabor. La ducha fallaba la alcachofa y era complicado ducharse comodamente. Y el aire acondicionado nos salvó de calor pero daba el chorro encima de una de las camas directamente y no se podía regular bien. La piscina fue un extra aunque estaba poco cuidada, la terraza, pero genial con el calor que hacía poder mojarnos un poquito. Creo que le faltaba limpieza, de cloro.

soggiorno marrakech Riad le Jardin de Lea è un luogo molto accogliente, situato all’inizio dei Souks, si trova in una posizione comoda, perché in una ventina di minuti permette di raggiungere sia il centro della vecchia marrakech, piazza Jeema El Fna, ma con lo stesso tempo si raggiunge anche la parte nuova, dove si trovano i gradini Majorelle, per esempio. Le camere, in stile marocchino, sono abbastanza pulite, ma essendo abituati alla pulizia italiana ci aspettavamo una maggiore attenzione. Ciò non significa che le camere fossero sporche, ma neanche ottimamente pulite, come le tende che coprivano le porte finestre che avevano delle macchie evidenti poiché chiare, oppure i pavimenti, in ogni caso ciò non ha intralciato il nostro soggiorno. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, anche se in alcuni momenti avremmo preferito una maggiore comprensione: la colazione viene servita unicamente dalle 8 alle 10, e noi a causa di ciò abbiamo potuto usufruirne pienamente solo 2 giorni su 4, nonostante avessimo pagato la mezza pensione per 4 giornate intere. Il giorno in cui dovevamo partire per fare l’escursione nel deserto di Merzouga abbiamo dovuto lasciare il Riad alle 7:40 e non è stato possibile mangiare, ci è stato lasciato qualcosa in una busta ma comunque secondo noi, la colazione che inizia alle 8 è “troppo tardi”. In più l’ultima sera non abbiamo mangiato nel Riad e la mattina seguente, a causa dell’orario di partenza molto presto, non abbiamo fatto neanche la quarta colazione, per cui abbiamo chiesto che la cena e la colazione venissero detratte e il loro prezzo venisse usato per pagare la tassa di soggiorno e il transfer che avevamo prenotato per la mattina seguente, ci è stato semplicemente detto che il Manager non rispondeva e che non era dunque possibile. Il soggiorno in sé per sé è andato molto bene, perché comunque il cibo era molto buono e il posto molto tranquillo, ma ci sono alcuni dettagli da rivedere.

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Chériff, Soufian et de tout le personnel, chambre spacieuse, bon petit déjeuner dans un cadre "zen" et authentique, l'emplacement du Riad très bien situé dans la Médina. Nous avons profité de la terrasse et du jacuzzi.
Cons: Notre soirée dîner et show dans le désert d'Agafay, le dîner était composé d'un Tajine et d'un couscous pour deux, le tout totalement insipide, le spectacle médiocre. Grand merci au Riad pour sa réactivité et son retour positif.

Les jeunes hommes qui sont en charge du Riad étaient très sympas à l’image des gens là bas Il y a des cafards dans la chambre Mais le patron était stressant et insupportable Pour un souci avec le site booking il m’a gâché mon dernier jour j’ai préféré même quitter le Riad un jour avant Je tiens à préciser que la note de 5 attribuée concerne avant tout le manque de professionnalisme constaté par votre comportement. Trouver des cafards dans la salle de bain à chaque fois que l'on veut y entrer est inacceptable, et cela a même provoqué un malaise chez ma compagne. Les faits sont pourtant simples : il y avait bel et bien des cafards, et je l’ai signalé.Ce n’est pas un mensonge, mais une réalité que tout voyageur a le droit de rapporter lorsqu’il en est témoin. Concernant le paiement, ma carte bancaire a effectivement rencontré un souci technique au moment de paiement, ce qui peut arriver à n’importe qui. Mais j’ai pris la peine de revenir personnellement régler le solde avec la même carte, preuve de ma bonne foi et de mon sérieux. Votre attitude excessivement stressante et votre incapacité à accepter la moindre remarque montrent un manque de professionnalisme qu'il est important de souligner. Un propriétaire de riad devrait savoir écouter ses clients et prendre en compte les retours, qu'ils soient positifs ou négatifs.

La camera era bella e spaziosa ma soprattutto pulitissima. Lo staff è fantastico, hanno soddisfatto tutte le richieste con gentilezza e cordialità: ad esempio la colazione viene servita a partire dalle ore 8:00 ma, avendo noi prenotato un escursione alle 7:15, ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione al sacco alle ore 7:00. Questo riad è davvero eccezionale! Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e molto confortevoli. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile: oltre all'accoglienza, cordiale tipica del popolo marocchino, si sono prodigati per farci stare al meglio. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere un massaggio direttamente nella nostra camera, utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio presente sul terrazzo e infine lasciare per qualche giorno (oltre la nostra permanenza, alcuni oggetti comprati a Marrakech e recuperarli in seguito. La colazione è abbondante e di alta qualità. Consigliamo vivamente questo riad a chiunque!

We stayed at the Riad Le Jardin de Lea for three nights in March 2025. We especially liked the reception and the quick reaction to our request (not beforehand) about the transfer from the airport. We would praise the welcoming atmosphere and the cleanliness at the riad. Our special thanks to Charif for his kindness, consideration and patience! Also, we enjoyed the beautiful rooftop with the flowers and jacuzzi :) Good location with the closeness to the parking lot with the taxis, the souks and Le Jardin Majorelle (within a walking distance).
Cons: Surely, breakfast could have been better. Actually, we'd stayed in three riads in three cities and we can compare. Here (sorry to say) was the worst orange juice and a very modest choice of food and fruit. I think this should be improved.

Abbiamo trascorso un gradevolissimo soggiorno in questo Riad. L'accesso può sembrare difficile ma si arriva invece con grande facilità e la posizione ottima per visitare tutta la città. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità, la grande gentilezza e disponibilità di Mohamed e dello staff per ogni richiesta. Che dire poi dei massaggi fatti nella propria stanza su un lettino professionale da una bravissima signora molto professionale. La mattina una buona colazione servita nel silenzio e nella magia della corte del riad. All'ultimo piano c'è una bella terrazza con vasca Jacuzzi e i lettini e divani per relax.La sera abbiamo cenato nel Riad, una magica atmosfera gustando una deliziosa tajine di pollo e limone. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il transfert per areoporto e una bellissima escursione, prenotati entrambe dal Riad. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Desde el primer momento la atención por parte de Slimane, el chico que nos atendió fue muy buena, muy educado y atento, nos ofreció un té y nos explicó con un mapa como movernos por la ciudad para ver los principales lugares de interés y algunos tips para que no nos engañasen. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, el riad muy bien cuidado y decorado. La azotea muy bonita y con un pequeño jacuzzi para refrescarte. Los desayunos eran abundantes, variados y caseros; estaba todo delicioso. La ubicación del riad está muy bien (a unos 15 mins de la plaza Jemma El-Fna) y tiene una parada de taxi a un minuto. Mil gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable esta semana en Marrakech!! 🥰

Le patio pour prendre le petit dejeuner est très agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Chambres spacieuses et bonne literie. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner était boff, mais vraiment je me suis rendue compte que c’était mon 1er voyage au Maroc ou le personnel n’était pas sympa Un jour je demande de l’eau il me dise qu’il y’en a pas Et le pire c’est que j’avais un train à prendre, le monsieur à l’accueil m’avait promis qu’il m’aiderait à aller prendre un taxi au bout de la rue Le lendemain il me dit en fait non car les clients sont réveillés je dois faire le petit déjeuner Je me suis retrouvée en tant que femme toute seule avec deux valises 23kg et une valise 12 kg toute seule sans aide Finalement c’est des passants qui m’ont aidé J’ai failli rater mon train à cause de ça C’est déprimant de faire ça à une femme qui voyage seule S’il m’avait aidé ça nous aurait pris 5mn pour sortir à la rue et que je prenne un taxi . Et puis à mon arrivée à Marrakech aussi j’ai attendu leur taxi 1h à l’aéroport ! Vraiment le Riad était top Mais le petit déjeuner et le personnel 0.

Il riad è molto caratteristico. Ci si arriva da un vicoletto anonimo e stretto, e una volta varcata la porta d'ingresso si entra in una dimensione completamente diversa. Buona la colazione, camera e arredamento tipici, molti colori e staff molto gentile. Dalla struttura in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i mercati dei souk o si può fare il giro esterno per andare verso altre mete cittadine.
Cons: La sera del 24 dicembre hanno fatto una serata con musica a tutto volume fino a mezzanotte per "festeggiare" con gli ospiti non musulmani la serata del natale. Lo sapevamo in anticipo, tuttavia le persone che scelgono di amare in un paese musulmano nei giorni di natale lo fanno perché non sono interessate ai festeggiamenti natalizi. Inoltre fino a mezzanotte non è stato possibile riposare per via della musica.

Camere Le camere sono curate in ogni dettaglio, con arredi eleganti, lenzuola di alta qualità e un mix perfetto di comfort moderno e charme tradizionale. I profumi di rose e spezie ti avvolgono dolcemente, e il silenzio notturno garantisce un riposo rigenerante. Servizi Il personale è incredibilmente attento e disponibile. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta con un sorriso, che fosse un tè alla menta servito sulla terrazza al tramonto o suggerimenti per esplorare i souk di Marrakech. La colazione, abbondante e variegata, è un’esperienza a sé: dal pane tradizionale appena sfornato alle marmellate fatte in casa, tutto è stato semplicemente delizioso. Siamo stati benissimo.

De riad is een oase van rust in de drukke stad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij alles wat je wilt. De sfeer is heel huiselijk. Het ontbijt is goed: producten die in de riad worden gemaakt :). Ook de jacuzzi op het dak is heel prettig na een zonnige en hete dag.

Cons: Il nostro alloggio era perfetto e la nostra permanenza è stata incantevole. Unico neo da segnalare: su Booking la stanza è presentata come dotata di sauna quando di fatto non vi è alcuna sauna nell'intera struttura. La descrizione delle camere andrebbe cambiata. Tuttavia questo non ha affatto pregiudicato la nostra esperienza e abbiamo optato per una delle tante bellissime spa della città. In generale, siamo molto soddisfatte di aver scelto questo Riad. Riad Lea, ci hai fatto innamorare di Marrakech! Grazie e a presto.

Everything was great, we were welcomed very nicely, clean and pretty rooms and they cleaned everyday throughout our stay, Kamal was very nice and approachable and provided us with everything we needed. Also great location as so many attractions on a walking distance.

La posizione è molto comoda e la struttura è molto carina. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e disponibile. La colazione molto varia ogni mattina ed il té è buonissimo! Grazie soprattutto a Mohamed per essere stato sempre presente ad ogni nostra richiesta. È stata una bellissima esperienza !

Jacuzzi wasn’t warming up, the vibe was a little awkward, it felt like an inconvenience if we were to come back late as all the lights were off and the staff were sleeping in the lounge area.

Cons: Overview: This was our second experience here and also our last night in Marrakech, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our previous stay. Staff & Service: The staff wasn’t very friendly and didn’t offer any assistance with our luggage, both upon arrival and departure, which was disappointing. Room Placement: We were given a room on the ground floor, right next to the kitchen and directly in front of the lounge where breakfast is served. This made it quite noisy, especially in the morning. It was tolerable for one night, but not ideal for a longer stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and not much variety. Overall, it was just okay for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a night.

A pleasant Riad in a quiet area located within a five, if that, walk into the Souks and beyond. The staff were attentative, so no real issues there. Comfortable bed, and air conditioning.
Cons: There were a few unfortunate downsides, the rooms on the 1st floor seemed much brighter, ours being quite dark, not somewhere you'd want to relax in during the day. The lights during the night would shine straight into our curtainless window. The terrace was not up to expectation, along with the half filled Jacuzzi, well done to the photographer, I wish I was that good at spacial photography.

The atmosphere, it is a traditional Riad with a few small clean rooms around a nice centre as garden. Good choice for the cost/night. Very good location close to a calm entrance of Medina. People who are working there are very kind and helpful.
Cons: The terrace is very small with no view and the Jacuzzi was small and dirty. The breakfast had only few things. However the place that we took our breakfast is nice and the last day a guy prepare for us some staff for take away breakfast because we were leaving very early in the morning.

Ottima posizione, purtroppo la stanza , piuttosta piccola ,era al piano terra e una sera c'è stato molto rumore fino a tardi. L'hamman ci è stato detto da Charig ,che ci ha accolto, era fuori servizio. Abbiamo allora chiesto se era possibile fare un massaggio. Ci ha mandato nella struttura accanto. Stanza angusta, senza finestra, caldo insopportabile, la ragazza, pur di buona volontà , non comprendeva nulla delle cose che tentavo di chiedere. Mio marito ha atteso invano per un'ora. Costo 35 euro. Abbiamo poi riferito a Kamal, l'efficiente responsabile della struttura ,che ha compreso il disagio e non ci ha addebitato il costo di un servizio assolutamente carente. E lo abbiamo apprezzato.
Cons: Consigliamo di togliere la lampada multicolor sulla fontana. Toglie atmosfera e consigliamo un pochino di luce in più nelle stanze. Almeno due abatjour per leggere. Oltre ad una non ne danno.

L'accoglienza dello staff è stata eccezionale. Arrivati dopo il viaggio in aereo in tarda serata ci hanno subito fatti accomodare nel cortile interno ed offerto un te, prima di sbrigare le pratiche. Abdou è stato molto disponibile ed accogliente. La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita, così come il bagno. Terrazza molto bella e tranquilla. Andando via abbiamo dimenticato un tablet e ci hanno subito contattato. L'hanno conservato e l'abbiamo recuperato prima del nostro ritorno a casa. Bravissimi.

The hosts were amazing! So nice and polite and they really make you feel at home. If you have any questions or need anything, they are there for you. The driver who drove us from the airport to the riad was very nice and funny; one of the best rides! The breakfast and dinner are also very nice. The rooftop is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Can't wait to come back! :)

La struttura era in un’ottima posizione, era bella, pulita e veniva servita un’ottima colazione.
Cons: Servizi pietosi. Dovevano venirci a prendere in aeroporto, non vedendo nessuno per un po’ di tempo ho dovuto chiamare per capire dove fossero e mi è stato detto che il Transfer non riusciva a venire. Ho dovuto prendere un taxi. Vediamo un narghilè, chiediamo se si può fumare e ci viene detto di sì, poi il ragazzo sparisce per 30 minuti (tenero era andato nei vari negozi a comprare l’occorrente), avremmo voluto saperlo peró così da evitare visto che il giorno dopo ci dovevamo svegliare molto presto. Invece dopo i 30 minuti ho scritto che non eravamo più interessati e il ragazzo ha detto che stava tornando con le cose per farlo, mi è dispiaciuto ma un po’ di chiarezza gli avrebbe evitato la fatica. Il riad è molto carino e colorato, super pulito ricambio degli asciugamani ogni giorno e riordinavano addirittura i nostri vestiti lasciati in giro,personale molto accogliente e disponibile specialmente Abdul e le sue fantastiche colazioni che ci ha preparato anche fuori orario per le nostre richieste , nulla da togliere al resto del personale tutti molto carini. Aardig, vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel (Charrif, naam van de collega even vergeten). Klein ontbijt, maar prima (zeker voor de totaalprijsdie die je betaald)! Leuk in een riad, wat echt hoort bij de cultuur. Eén keer geluncht bij de riad, was heerlijk! In het centrum, maar heel rustig omdat dat het niet aan een hoofdweg ligt maar in een klein straatje aan de hoofdweg. Je hoort er niets, alleen het fluiten van de vogeltjes in de tuin. Goede locatie. Alles is te lopen, dus je hoeft geen taxi te nemen. Als je toch een taxi wilt, deze han aan het einde van het straatje gelijk.
Cons: De douchekop konn niet worden opgehangen. Ze gaven aan dat gefixt te hebben als ik dat eerder had aangeven.

Riad situato in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere immediatamente il Suck e l'interno della Medina. Struttura pulita, camera ampia e arredata in modo tradizionale. Ampio letto matrimoniale e singolo. Il Riad interno curato da bellissime piante, musica di sottofondo e staff cordiale e molto disponibile ad evadere ogni richiesta. Sceriff parla bene Spagnolo e anche un pò di Italiano e ci a aiutato in ogni cosa. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno tenuto le valige e ci hanno permesso di farci una doccia nel bagno all'ultimo piano della struttura. Per quanto abbiamo pagato (4 giorni 275 euro compresa assicurazione sanitaria) ha superato le nostre aspettative. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La atención personal de Charif, se portó muy bien con nosotros, aunque nos debe una apuesta jeje toda la atención del personal fue perfecta, el desayuno estaba muy rico, nos lavaron la ropa y quedo perfecta. Recomendable 100% si volvemos a Marrakesh sin duda volveremos a visitarlos.

Excelente su patio interior, sus amplias habitaciones, su terraza increíble y el diseño tan bonito y cuidado que tiene. Desayunos generosos y exquisitos. Agradecer a cada trabajador por su amabilidad y generosidad, en especial a Charif, por hacernos sentir como en casa.
Cons: Como punto a mejorar diría que la ubicación. Se encuentra en un callejón. La calle en cuestión es estrecha y oscura por lo que dificulta bastante el acceso a el Riad.

Le personnel est très accueillant, à l'écoute, serviable et aimable. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Charif, Slimane et Hind pour leur gentillesse et professionnalisme. Le riad est bien situé et joliment décoré. Seul bémol, les tarifs des excursions proposées et l'eau froide sous la douche nous ont quelque peu refroidis...mais cela ne nous dissuaderait pas de revenir pour autant.

Tout était super ! Personnel très accueillant et fort sympathique, toujours prêt à nous rendre service et s'assurer que tout se passe bien durant notre séjour. Chambre propre et grande. La petite piscine sur le rooftop est très appréciée quand il fait chaud et dispose d'un petit coin au calme parfait pour se détendre après une petite journée de balade dans Marrakech. Petit déjeuner très bon. Bonne situation géographique, à quelques pas de la place Larousse et à 15/20 minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa el Fna en passant par les souks donc très agréable. On vous recommande cet établissement sans hésitation !! Choukrane 🙏🏻

Super riad, super emplacement à 15min à pied de la place Jema el fna. Nous sommes arrivés le jour de l'aid, du coup il y avait beaucoup moins de personnel qu'à l'acoutumé, mais le peu qu'il y avait était tout simplement exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse incroyable. Petit dej au top, différent chaque jour et délicieux. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit, vous pouvez réserver votre séjour sans hésiter.

Zonas comuns (pátio e terraço) muito agradáveis, localização na proximidade dos souks e cerca de 15 min da praça central, funcionários extremamente prestáveis e simpáticos, pequeno almoço excelente com produdos frescos e confecionados na hora. Tem apenas 5 quartos, não tem muitos hóspedes e oferece muita tranquilidade.
Cons: O quarto necessita de ser reformado. Tem porta e janelas para o páteo interior, pelo que é menos silencioso e tem menor privacidade que os quartos localizados nos pisos superiores.

El Riad tiene un encanto único. Te reciben amablemente con te. La habitación amplia, al igual que el baño. El personal fue súper amable, teníamos una excursión antes del horario de desayuno y muy amablemente nos prepararon algo para llevar.
Cons: Se encuentra dentro de la Medina pero más alejado de la plaza. Las puertas son de cristal y abiertas por debajo unos 5cm (se escucha todo). La piscina, no es piscina, es un yacuzzi de 2x2m. Nos hicieron la habitación y dejaron la puerta cerrada pero abierta sin la llave pasada todo el día.

Das Personal war unfassbar authentisch, liebevoll, informativ und bot familiären Flair. Die Zimmer, das gesamte Riad inklusive dachterasse ist liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtet. Frühstück ist facettenreich und bietet jedem etwas. Die Lage ist fantastisch.
Cons: Ein Kühlschrank ist das einzige was wir hier und da mal im Zimmer vermisst haben. Das ist aber auch alles.

Especially liked the rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi for a little relief from the heat. I would highly recommend this Riad if you're travelling on a budget and want a traditional Moroccan experience...
Cons: The name on the Door and leading to the riad was misleading. It reads Maison Lea and we were struggling to find it. The taxi drivers also had a problem at the airport trying to find where it was. We were tired and it was dark when we arrived but luckily, a friendly local helped us locate it

It is a basic hotel. I was expecting a higher standard where the hot tub is located on the roof and I was under the impression that my room had a sauna but in reality there is a Hammam next door. Also, there are pictures on the listing of a pool but there was no pool I think it might be at the sister property. The last day we were there we found a safety box hidden behind some blankets it would have been nice to know it was there so we didn’t feel that we had to bring our valuables with us everyday. Staff was pleasant and did their best to please and help us whenever needed. I found hairs on the sheets when we checked in and the house cleaning staff came and replaced the sheets right away. Breakfast was good but mainly sweets but that is a common thing in Morocco.
Cons: Property could present itself even better if management invested a bit to upgrade the rooms, bedspreads and facilities and I think it could pay off and produce higher ratings in the future. None of this is a Reflection of the staffs efforts they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and always smily. On our arrival Slimane sat us down, gave us tea and a map of the area, highlighting directions to key sites and giving us tips about the area. They let us leave our bags on our last day so we didn't have to carry them around all day which was really appreciated and the room was cleaned well when we were out. The riad is about 10 mins walk from the souks so was easy to walk everywhere to the main sites and there were shops and restaurants nearby. There was a nice calm atmosphere in the riad too and strong wifi signal. The breakfast was pancakes, cake and fruit and orange juice, yoghurt and tea. Everywhere was very clean.
Cons: I chose this riad as it was advertised as having a hot tub in the superior suite and paid extra above other riads so that we could have a hot tub as the trip was for my boyfriend's 40th birthday so it was a special holiday for us, but it was just a bath and not a hot tub. It took an hour to fill half way so we felt there was no option but to shower instead as it would have taken another hour to fill, but then only cold water came out of the showerhead which I had to hold up throughout the shower as the connector to the wall did not work. We raised it with staff who told us that the capacity of the bath was too big for their hot water supplies, which defeats the purpose of having a bath in the suite if you can't actually use it and having to take a very cold shower when I had paid nearly £200 for the stay was really disappointing. We raised it with booking.com and the riad denied any restitution, stating that they had offered us the jacuzzi instead when they had not done so and the staff had never informed us there was a jacuzzi at all. I had a later shower which was hot as I did it first thing in the morning before the hot water ran out and had to hold the shower head up the whole time again as they didn't fix the connector despite saying they would. This was very disappointing as otherwise we would have rated the riad much higher as everything else was great. I am really upset that we paid extra for the suite which didn't actually have the features advertised and then to basically be called a liar is not fair at all.

A most beautiful place to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice and a big pot of coffee or tea. There's a nice roof terrace to relax on and a convenient location with taxis 5 mins walk away.

You could never imagine there is such big and unique hidden ‘Palace ‘behind the wall. The common hall which beautifully garnish , decorated with some antique embellishment .Rest in the peaceful and tranquil environment really refresh us . A pleasant stay wouldn’t be complete without a good hospitality. All the front desk staffs are so helpful and polite. Mr Abdil is so kind and well mannered.He is worth to be praised. The location was good, the bed was nice, the breakfast was AMAZING and the hosts were very helpful. We also booked a tour through the riad and all was smooth! It was also secluded from the madness and noises of Marrakesh while still at a good spot.
Cons: The shower head didn't fit the holder so we had to "hand-wash". The bathtub looked nice but there was not enough hot water to fill it. The jacuzzi/hot tub didn't work when we requested it. There was nowhere to put garbage. On a weird side-note, the cleaner (can't think of who else it could have been) ate a slice of our pizza and half a chocolate bar, and one day she had left our door wide open when we were away. Considering that the entrance to the riad is open almost all the time, it eroded the feeling of security. At least I still had my cash.

Posizione eccellente, facilmente raggiungibile dal centro della Medina, e le strade per raggiungerlo sono sicure. Stanze e bagni molto grandi, colazione abbondante e varia.
Cons: La stanza al piano terra sapeva un po’ di chiuso e l’hamman che abbiamo prenotato è stato al di sotto delle aspettative in quanto non aveva per niente vapore. L’acqua calda dopo un po’ si esaurisce e bisognava aspettare che la caldaia si ricaricava. Le prese nella stanza del piano terra quasi sempre non funzionavano.

Cons: Estaba viejo, todos los enchufes estaban fuera de su sitio y uno de ellos no funcionaba, el agua caliente dejó de funcionar y tardó en volver a haber. Una de las toallas que nos dejaron estaba húmeda. También nos costó dormir porque escuchábamos a la gente cenar. Otra cosa: nos dijeron que los desayuno empezaban a las ocho, salimos y no había nadie, más tarde nos informan que es las ocho y media, que era cuando teníamos que marcharnos. Fue todo muy decepcionante y eso que solo estuvimos unas horas.

Absolutely lovely Riad, our room was beautiful and comfy and all staff were wonderful. They even packed our breakfast to go as we had to leave early in the morning to go on a desert trip. In fact, the staff at the Riad were fabulous, helpful, friendly and professional and were able to organise a wonderful 3-day desert trip for us in advance to our arrival. The Riad was beautiful, easy to get to and very easy to reach the main Medina from there. I can’t praise this Riad and all staff highly enough! Thank you so much for everything!

Placed in a good area within walking distance of a shop and busy market. There are a lot of riads around that area so keep following the signs. Overall a nice, cosy and quiet place. Staff was excellent in making sure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. There's a hot tub on the rooftop!

Lovely Riad. Super friendly and helpful staff.whatever we asked, it was organized for us, including a taxi at 03.30 am for an early flight. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast! So sweet! We dined there twice. They served homemade food and it was delicious. Great breakfast, comfy bed.

Cuenta con un patio muy bonito donde se sirve el desayuno que es muy abundante. La atención del personal es muy buena. Buen aire acondicionado y terraza muy bonita aunque no estaba abierta al público. Al llegar te sirven un té de bienvenida delicioso. Hay posibilidad de desayuno de take away.
Cons: El acceso al Riad no fue lo esperado, hay que pasar por unos callejones un poco turbios. El baño necesitaba más limpieza, la presión del agua de la ducha era mínima.

Loved this riad! The service was phenomenal, with the riad arranging airport transfers, giving us a map, warning us about local scams to avoid etc. The breakfast, included in the price, was very hearty, and the mint tea was divine. We only ate dinner here on our last night - and it was one of the best meals we ate on our five-day trip - absolutely delicious! (it was also one of the few places in the city where they served alcohol - the Moroccan white wine is very good). The location is quite good as well, on a quiet street right next to a busy area, only a 2-3 minute walk from the souks. There is also a shop just outside where you can buy bottled water. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also took advantage of the hammam spa service offered by the riad next door (same owner) - it was not the most luxurious spa experience I've had, but it was very enjoyable nevertheless.
Cons: There was one instance where we were attempted to be scammed outside the riad at night by a group of men since it is slightly out of the way, however, there are always people, locals and tourists, around in that alley because there are 10 other riads in the area so it did not feel wildly unsafe or anything, and it was an isolated incident.

Slimane, Charif et Abdel nous ont vraiment accueillis de manière chaleureuse. Ils ont été aux petits soins. Ils ont vraiment tout fait pour que l'on se sente bien. Ils étaient de très bons conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Les petits déjeuners étaient faits maison , gargantuesques et délicieux . Nous avons dîner 2 fois au riad. C'était vraiment excellent! Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le riad est dans la Medina. On peut faire la plupart des visites à pied sans souci: le jardin secret, la place Jemaa El Fna, la Koutoubia, les souKs , le palais de la Bahia, le jardin de Majorelle... c'était le depaysement total!Tout était parfait! Encore merci pour votre accueil!
Cons: Nous avions pris une excursion de 2 jours dans le désert. Nous avons adoré le désert et l'accueil des chameliers . Par contre, nous ne savions pas qu'il y aurait autant de route. Peut-être le préciser dans le descriptif. Notre premier arrêt a Aït Ben Haddou, c'est fait au pas de course. Il n'était pas précisé que le groupe se retrouverait avec un guide à payer. De plus, le guide n'était pas très bavard , contrairement à d'autres guides. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à écouter les autres guides par moments. Le repas à été expédié en 15 minutes. Je n'avais pas le temps de finir mon assiette , que l'on m'enlevait le plat. C'est vraiment dommage car le site est magnifique ! Le désert a été génial et le lendemain Ouarzazate, c'était plus calme. Le guide était super et on en a mieux profité.

It is a beautiful, quiet Riad that is a little oasis of calm in the middle of Marrakesh. Everyone, Abdil especially, were so attentive; nothing was too much to ask. They thought of everything and made everything so comfortable, giving you space to enjoy the quiet of the Riad but also making you feel at home. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with good air conditioning. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, it was fresh and varied. We looked forward to seeing in the morning what there would be. We really appreciated the help in booking taxi from the airport, the suggestions on where to go, and the opportunity to book excursions through the Riad… it’s a really excellent base to explore Marrakesh from. It was a highlight of our trip.
Cons: Nothing, if we do come back to Marrakesh we would stay again.

Cons: S'il fallait trouver un seul bémol lors de notre séjour, c'est l'impossibilité de pouvoir profiter du jacuzzi, celui-ci était en travaux à cause du séisme dont le Maroc a été victime il y a peu... Mais ce n'est vraiment pas indispensable ni de la faute du riad, rien à redire sur notre séjour

Cons: Cuesta un poco de encontrar porque hay que cruzar unos callejones que de noche pueden dar un poco de miedo. Cuando llegamos (19 pm) no habían preparado bien la habitación (éramos 3 y lo habían preparado para 2), tardaron en subir las sábanas y me tuve que hacer yo la cama, no nos dieron llave y se les olvidó informar sobre el horario del desayuno, en cuanto pedimos la llave y las sábanas las subieron y nos informaron sobre el desayuno, ya que el chico estaba ocupado atendiendo a unas reservas de la cena. Pese a eso, el personal fue muy agradable y la estancia buena.

The riad is BEAUTIFUL! You don't expect this from the outside as with the other riads in Morocco. It's very airy in the courtyard. Our room was a good size, comfortable beds. There was a lounge area right outside our room overlooking the courtyard, very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also very good. About 15 min walking distance to the plaza and other tourist attractions. Unfortunately due to the earthquake their pool is not functioning right now, but you can use the pool right in the riad next door. They offer hammam services but I didn't have time.

A gorgeous structure where you can really feel at home. When we arrived Sliman was there to welcome us and made us a thé. We chatted for a bit and he was really kind and sweet. He gave us the city map, indicating all the things to do and to see. He was there for all the time, ready to answer all our questions. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of things (pan chocolates, cakes, fruits, orange juice, coffe, thé, pancakes..). The room is spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. We had a small issue with an escursion and Charif and Sliman solved everything and helped us. I would come back there cause the ambience is perfect as well as the people that work there. PS: you are fantastic people guys! Hope we’ll meet you again!

El trato por parte de Slimane fue exquisito. Tuvimos un problema con el transfer la noche de la llegada y nos tranquilizó amablemente. Estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades en todo momento. El desayuno muy bueno. El almuerzo que tomamos en el riad, el mejor de toda nuestra estancia. Nos indicaron como llegar a los lugares que queríamos visitar. Las habitaciones amplias y los baños completos. El patio interior muy bonito y fresco. Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. No se encuentra en el centro de la medina, pero caminando se llega en 15 minutos a la plaza Jemaa el Fnaa. A 2 minutos caminando hay una zona de parking donde se pueden coger taxis.
Cons: Nos hubiese gustado utilizar la pequeñas piscina/jacuzzi, ya que hacía mucho calor, pero estaba en obras.

Super Zimmerservice, es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht, die Wäsche konnte kostenlos gewaschen werden. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, es gab täglich wechselndes Obst und Kuchen. Nachts war es überraschenderweise kühl genug um ohne Klimaanlage zu schlafen.
Cons: Die Vögel waren morgens ein bisschen zu laut und haben einen kleinen Käfig. Im Bad war es ein bisschen zu dunkel, hätte mir mehr Licht gewünscht. Da das Erdbeben nur 2 Wochen vor unserem Aufenthalt statt fand, habe ich vor der Buchung gefragt, ob das Gebäude und die in unmittelbarer Umgebung beschädigt worden sind und ob gebaut wurde/ es Renovierungsarbeiten gab. Trotz Verneinung gab es im Riad einige Baustellen: der Pool wurde neu gemacht, es wurde während der 4 Tage, an denen wir da waren, neu gestrichen, auf der Dachterrasse lagen Säcke mit Bauschutt und Co herum. Für den Pool wurde Ersatz im Riad nebenan angeboten. Aber auf der Dachterrasse konnte man nicht wirklich liegen, und auf dem Weg vom Zimmer irgendwo hin musste man um Leitern, Eimer und Planen laufen. Theoretisch keine große Sache, jedoch hätte ich mich um eine ehrliche Antwort auf meine Frage gefreut.

Cons: Ce qui a gâché le séjour ce sont des rénovations qui n on rien a voir avec le séisme qui ont été entrepris par le propriétaire sans prévenir les guests ,beaucoup de couples ont fait demi tour en voyant le riad défiguré, pleins de poussières du au ponçage des ouvriers qui fatalement font du bruit toute la journée ! De la poussière blanches pleins les valises et partout dans le Riad .Le propriétaire aurai du prévenir les clients et ne pas leurs imposer ce desagrement ,et fermer le temps des rénovations c estait la moindre des choses et même pas un geste commercial. Dommage !!
