I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay! The riad was beautiful! So clean with beautiful interiors. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! We really looked forward to returning here after a long day exploring.

No sabria elegir que me gusto mas de todo porque desde el momento en el que entras la experiencia es preciosa, el personal siempre 100% predispuesto, muy pacientes, atentos y amables. El personal se encargo de dejarnos el desayuno listo porque nos ibamos antes de horario, que aparte vale decir que estaba riquísimo. Si tienen la oportunidad de cenar la comida es muy buena. Lo elegiría mil veces mas!

Cons: A améliorer plus de communication avec les clients des conseils quoi faire à Marrakech, quoi éviter? C est dommage il n y a pas trop eu d échanges hormis les politesses. Et quel dommage magnifique terrasse et impossible d y prendre les petits déjeuners ou repas. On a pris nos repas sur un canapé et petite table de salon je trouve çà moyen niveau confort et hygiène. Ah oui et les oreillers nuls pas conforts du tout très durs .

Posizione un po’ nascosta ma al suo interno una vera chicca. Ragazzo della reception veramente disponibile, era da solo a gestire sia check-in che ristorazione (di solito non è così leggendo anche altre recensioni) ma è stato talmente gentile che ci ha perfino portato la cena in camera. Ottima colazione.

Cons: Sconsiglio di pagare con carta ovunque qui a Marrakech nei riad in quanto si prendono sempre una microcommissione.

Tudo desde a limpeza do Riad. O pequeno almoço excepcional os quartos e casa de banho lindíssimos. Os funcionários com uma amabilidade fora do normal. Nunca me senti tão bem tratado como neste Riad. Recomendo a 300%

Cons: Não há nada que não tenha gostado apenas a cama o colchão era um pouco rijo mas aparentemente estive em vários hotéis na minha visita a marrakech etc e parece ser geral. Mas nem sequer isso é um ponto negativo

Een fantastische locatie. Vlak bij de Medinas / Souks. Zodra je binnenstapt is het een oase van rust. Met super vriendelijk personeel die alles voor je willen doen. Alles ziet er prachtig, netjes en schoon uit. De kamers zijn simpel, maar van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. Op het dakterras kon je heerlijk gebruik maken van strandbedjes of lekker relaxen in de zithoekjes die gecreerd zijn. Ik was hier samen met mijn dochter. Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke hammam behandeling. We hebben ook een keer gelunched in de Riad. Ook deze was heerlijk. Toen wij sochtend vroeg weer vertrokken richting het vliegveld kregen we zelfs nog een klein ontbijt mee.

A beautiful Riad, only 10 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna. The Riad itself was very clean, spacious and offered lovely food and drinks. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent communication before arrival. We were travelling with a toddler and so, pre booked an airport return transfer. This was €35 euro return and made for a very safe and easy journey.

Cons: Without a pre booked taxi, the Riad (like all in Marrakech) would be difficult to find.

Great location, very helpful reception staff (Ahmed was a very supportive and helpful guy who is trustworthy and friendly as well). Seif was also kind and helpful. Nice clean rooms, very delicious tea (Atay). Location is close and far making it convenient but not noisy. Beautiful selection of paintings and decoration making it unique Riad.

Cons: 1- Breakfast portions are very small and not enough for the money value and considering you will spend a lots of time walking in the city. 2- Guidance on available car parking was not good or helpful at all. Whoever is managing the Riad account on this booking APP should do more effort to guide tourists and first timers.

Cons: Le membre du personnel du soir et du matin n'est pas fiable, nous avons eu 3 petits déjeuners/5 un peu, voir très moyen ! On ne s'engage pas à préparer des petits déjeuners quand on ne tient pas ses engagements, où on fait un prix en disant que ce n'est pas possible car nous les avons payés !

I loved the staff, Ahmed was very attentive, and provided me with Moroccan tea service upon my arrival, even though it was 9pm. He was always polite and kind. The cleaning staff was amazing, I loved the rooftop area, very pleasant for lounging, and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. I was also made to feel welcome after checkout, as my flight was later in the evening.

Cons: I didn’t like the location, because I had to get out of my taxi to walk with my baggage. What would I have done without google maps? It turned out fine, because it wasn’t far, but if you’re going to stay longer, and have more bags, you’d need to arrange for help from the Riad. Also, I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to bring food to my room. I also didn’t like that the massage I had reserved was a portable table in my room, it was a very cramped space.

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa, super ambientes, atención y hospitalidad inigualable. La atención de Seyf y Ahmed fue exquisita,, nos ayudaron en todo momento. El Riad maravilloso, un lugar que te transporta a un sitio diferente pero con seguridad, se respira relajación en medio del bullicio de Marrakech y lo mejor cerca del centro. El desayuno y cualquier comida es perfecto, abundancia y exquisito. En resumen, todo el personal, limpieza, cocina y mantenimiento es de 10. Volveremos y repetiremos sin duda.

Riad estremamente pulito e profumato, un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove poter rilassarsi e staccare la mente. Un altro punto forte della struttura è sicuramente la un eccellente servizio e la cordialità dello staff, specialmente Seif Eddine e Ismail, due ragazzi sempre sorridenti e di una gentilezza e disponibilità disarmante. Il cibo di ottima qualità (il loro ristorante è aperto anche al pubblico). Ad oggi sicuramente uno dei miei riad preferiti di Marrakech, spero di tornare presto!

Cons: The location is horrible. Too many scammers outside and it can feel unsafe if you are a woman walking alone in the street at night. Bed was slightly uncomfortable, ac did not work

La struttura e’ inmersa nella Medina, ma in una zona molto tranquilla! C’e una piscina molto carina nel cortile interno, le camere sono ben organizzate, il personale sorridente e disponibile e la pulizia eccellente. I due gestori del Riad, Ismail e Sayf hanno reso il ns soggiorno molto piacevole grazie alla loro simpatia, disponibilità e competenza nel dare tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno!!

Riad très bien situé au cœur de la Médina et pourtant dans un endroit très calme. Établissement à la décoration raffinée ou l’on se sent bien. Personnel très attentif, petite pensée pour Ahmed très à l’écoute et vraiment gentil. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Beautiful Riad in the Medina and very close to the Souk. Extremely friendly staff! We arrived a lot earlier than our check-in time and were greeted with Tea. They told us to leave our luggage and enjoy Marrakesh. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. There is a stunning rooftop terrace and a pool in the courtyard inside. The food was delicious (even though we overslept breakfast- they were still extremely friendly and prepared a late breakfast for us!) On our check-out date we were again allowed to leave our luggage until we left for the airport. 10/10 would recommend and when we come back, we will absolutely be staying here again.

Cons: Nella camera tripla purtroppo il terzo letto era un divano che per l’occasione è stato preparato con lenzuola. La doccia, enorme, aveva lo scarico intasato e nemmeno dopo segnalazione il problema è stato completamente risolto (anche se migliorato)

Todo❤️ La habitación era triple con baño privado y estaba muy limpia y ordenada, teníamos una super cama y un baño precioso. Las zonas comunes eran de película, perfectas para hacerte una sesión de fotos dignas de recordar. El personal era increíble Ismail y Ahmed fueron con los que más coincidimos y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Fueron muy atentos, amables y serviciales y estaban siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier tema. Sin duda si vuelvo a Marrakech, volveré a este Riad porque alojarme ahí fue una de las mejores experiencias de mi viaje🥰

La struttura era pulita, e la camera ed il bagno spaziosi. Si può utilizzare la piscina del Riad e la colazione è ottima (anche se non è a buffet). Il personale si è mostrato molto disponibile nel cercare di aiutarci e di andare in contro alle nostre richieste (ad esempio molte volte ci hanno preparato la colazione a portar via, visto che avevamo delle attività che iniziavano presto nella mattina).

Cons: Bisogna stare attenti (soprattutto se si è sole ragazze) alla posizione della struttura, perché è vicina ai souk e la sera, se non si vuole prendere il taxi, è quasi inevitabile passarci in mezzo per tornare al Riad. In aggiunta, la struttura prevede il pagamento totale della spesa a fine del soggiorno in loco, ed applica un 3,5% in più se si paga con carta di credito e non in contanti (noi non l'avevamo capito benissimo dal sito), non è un grosso problema, ma consiglio di saldare la sera prima perché si potrebbe perdere un po' di tempo.

Le Ryad est très beau Le personnel est adorable (notamment Saif je crois qui est venu me récupérer car je n’arrivai pas à trouver l’hôtel, il a également tout géré pour récupérer ma sœur qui venait très tard dans la nuit et malgré le retard de son vol a été très attentif). Vraiment un service exceptionnel, je le remercie. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Ce qui était formidable c’était l’ensemble du Riad: la décoration, la piscine, l’ameublement, le rooftop. La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. C’était aussi extrêmement propre. Mais surtout ce que nous avons apprécié c’est la bienveillance et la gentillesse du personnel ! Le thé offert à l’arrivée était très agréable :) Nous sommes parti dans la nuit et nous avions demandé un petit-déjeuner à emporter, le gentil monsieur nous avait mit de côté quelque chose à emporter et il était là à 3h du matin pour nous dire au revoir ! Quelle gentillesse nous n’oublierons jamais cette personne !

Wat een prachtige riad is dit! Lekker koel, het ruikt er heerlijk en met veel smaak ingericht. Ook voorzien van alle gemakken: airco, een ruime kamer, lekker ontbijt, een gezellig dakterras en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. We hebben met 40 graden dankbaar gebruikgemaakt van de airco en het dompelbad!

Cons: Wij hadden er persoonlijk niet zo’n last van maar de bedden zijn inderdaad hard - zoals ook in andere reviews wordt gezegd. En we zagen de laatste avond een kakkerlak over de vloer van onze kamer lopen. Nu zat er een spleet onder de deur richting de patio maar het gaf een minder aangenaam gevoel. Tip: neem oordopjes mee, het ontbijt wordt in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte grenzend aan de kamers geserveerd.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce Riad plein de charme. Véritable havre de paix au cœur de la médina, le décor est magnifique avec cette piscine centrale qui apporte une note de fraîcheur et de sérénité très agréable après une journée à naviguer dans les souk. Le personnel est très aimable et particulièrement serviable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et local : un vrai plaisir.

Cons: Seuls petits bémols : notre chambre située au rez de chaussée manquait d’intimité et nous a exposé aux bruits du petit matin (équipe de ménage?) qui manquait de discrétion. De plus bien que la réservation ait été faite pour 3, elle semblait plutôt conçue pour 2, le troisième couchage n’étant pas à la hauteur du lit principal (très étroit, relativement dur) Malgré ces détails, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et recommandons vivement ce Riad pour découvrir Marrakech dans un cadre authentique mais pour autant reposant.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Deha & Spa in Marrakech. The Riad is beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. It's ideally located in the heart of the Medina – central, yet peaceful enough to escape the hustle and bustle when needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Breakfast was a daily delight – traditional, delicious, and slightly different every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Sayf and Ismail, who consistently went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were always happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. Even before our trip, we contacted the Riad a few times via Booking.com, and they always responded very quickly and kindly. It really gave us a great first impression of their hospitality. One thing we especially appreciated: we arrived early in the morning around 9 AM, even though our check-in wasn’t until 2 PM. They kindly let us have breakfast right away (which we were very thankful for after an early flight with no food), and they did everything they could to prepare our room as quickly as possible. Although it wasn’t ready immediately, they kept us informed and made sure we could check in by noon. They also offer an airport transfer service, which can be arranged in advance through Booking.com – it worked perfectly and was very convenient. The Hammam and massage, which can also be booked in advance, was a lovely and relaxing addition to our stay. All in all, we felt incredibly comfortable and truly enjoyed spending time at the Riad – it was a perfect place to relax and recharge away from the busy Medina. We can wholeheartedly recommend Riad Deha & Spa!

Sehr gepflegt und sauber, Betten bequem, schöne Dachterasse, sehr gutes Frühstück für marokkanische Verhältnisse ( sehr süß, aber das ist dort halt so), wir haben Hamam und anschliessende Massage gebucht, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, super Ganzkörpermassage! Cons: Al llegar informamos que al día siguiente teníamos que irnos a las 7:00 am ya que teníamos que salir hacia el punto donde nos recogían y preguntamos si había posibilidad de desayunar un poco antes . Nos indicaron que no , pero nos ofrecieron preparar el desayuno para llevar. Aceptamos y confirmamos que a las 7am estaría listo el pan con una tortilla francesa y el postre . Al bajar a la recepción nos da la bolsita y únicamente había el pan. Les preguntamos y nos dicen que no nos van a hacer las tortillas . Que únicamente si desayunamos allí. No es justo tratar así a la gente , con engaños y no tener un poco de consideración y más cuando se habló el dia anterior y la persona que nos atendió nos lo ofreció sin ningún problema. Nos sentimos engañadas y el trato recibido fue nefasto. También comentar que las almohadas eran muy duras e incómodas y fue imposible dormir . Tengan en cuenta lo del desayuno si tienen que salir temprano porque en lugar de ayudar y facilitar al cliente te engañan y no te hacen ni caso. Comparado el servicio con otros Riads y la amabilidad de la gente este no lo recomiendo . En Cualquier sitio te ayudan y hacen todo lo que pueden para que tengas una buena estancia . El Riad no vale lo que cuesta, hay otras opciones bastante mejor .

Beautiful riad! I really enjoyed it. Saif was very helpful and a great person to work with. It was about 20 minute walk to the main square, but the neighborhood this riad in was great and a little quieter.

Cons: So as much as I enjoyed it, I was a little thrown off by the ad for the room we got. The luxury triple room showed two beds, but I got a bed and a couch (potentially a twin bed?). I would suggest that management fix up the descriptions with proper pictures. I'm not letting it affect my experience, but want to warn future stayers to make sure that they accurately get what they're looking for.

A une dizaine de minutes de la place Jama el fna, le Riad Deha est très accueillant. Le personnel au petits soins. Les petits déjeuners étaient très généreux et variés. Les repas étaient très bons. Gros plus du Riad, son hammam SPA, avec des massages divins. La chambre était spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain.

Cons: Seule critique, la literie pourrait être de meilleure qualité. Le manque de savoir vivre de certains touristes qui parlent et hurlent à haute voix à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit ou de la matinée. Un riad est un espace collectif de bien être et de calme... Sauf pour certains touristes qui se croient chez eux...

We stayed at Riad Deha in January! Honestly the hospitality of the staff was the biggest highlight! They were so helpful and kind- especially with our toddler! It felt like you were staying with family rather than at a hotel! The bedroom was spacious, clean and had everything you needed for your stay! They provided a cot for our toddler additionally! Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning! We also had dinner there 2 nights and this was lovely too! My husband also did a cooking class with the chef and throughly enjoyed this!

We loved our time at the Deha Riad. The property was really beautiful, eoth a fantastic rooftop where you could have your meal or lounge, it was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the medina/the life of the city, and the staff were super nice and helpful. The hamam and massage experiences were beyond relaxing and totally worth it! We also liked that they were able to help us with booking a local tour guide, day trips and taxi rides to/from the airport. For those reading other comments which contain minor complaints, here are our thoughts: - location is really great, if a 10 min walk is too hard to manage to anyone, than actually visiting the city will be even more challenging as all the shops and museums need to be mostly experienced on foot - some people said that having a kettle in the room would be nice, this is a very British thing to ask for and not something most other people expect, and actually the staff could prepare fresh mint tea anytime if you wanted to order some. - some found the bed too hard, indeed it was on the firm side, but everyone has different preferences and needs and hotels can’t accommodate to that level of details

De gastvrijheid in het Riad is geweldig, het is een prachtige accommodatie, de ligging is top en het personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Het ontbijt was goed, gevarieerd. De kamer was ruim, erg schoon, elke dag schone handdoeken. Het dakterras is helemaal top. Wil je een hamam met massage boeken, dan is deze zeker aan te raden in de Riad zelf.

Cons: De Riad heeft open ruimtes waardoor het wel gehorig is, als er luidruchtige gasten zijn, kun je hier last van hebben. Het personeel spreekt de gasten hier wel op aan.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was absolutely spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Seef, who was exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very baby-friendly, with excellent accommodations for little ones, which made traveling as a family so much easier. Everything was well thought out, and we truly appreciated the extra care. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone!

Saif also helped us out with getting our money exchanged and replaced our blanket with a thicker one. The location is perfect, the street itself is quiet and just a walk down from the souks!

Cons: The breakfast consisted of bread, jam & butter. We would get a crepe/ pancake each on a daily, followed by an omelette. We also had a fresh fruit salad & orange juice. I feel like it was lacking in variety and they should perhaps give larger portions.

La posizione della struttura che è giusto all’inizio della Medina dove i taxi possono arrivare. La location esteticamente bella. La colazione.

Il fatto che la porta sia sempre chiusa se da un lato ci ha dato senso di protezione la sera la mattina della nostra partenza all’alba (avevamo l’aereo alle 6) abbiamo trovato un bel lucchetto alla porta e siamo dovute andare a svegliare il guardiano….. Ah ultima cosa ma forse la più importante ci è stato addebitato un prezzo diverso da quello della prenotazione di Booking, abbiamo notato questa cosa una volta a casa perché abbiamo pagato in moneta locale e la struttura dice di aver addebitato il “””tasso di cambio”””” insomma alla fine del gioco di sono presi circa 30€ in più ! Muah!!!

Riad très bien situé, dans une rue calme et proche de la médina. Riad joliment décoré, avec goût. Très belle terrasse sur le toit et bel espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée. Personnel très serviable, d'une grande gentillesse et de bons conseils. Possibilité de s'y restaurer matin, midi et soir. Très bonne cuisine à un tarif correct. Possibilité de hammam et massage sur place: très bonne expérience !

Cons: Mauvaise insonorisation intérieur. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée proche de l'entrée du riad, nous entendions les moindres bruits de vie du riad dans la chambre (conversations, portes qui grincent, vaisselle....), même si les autres personnes sont discrètes. Cela ne nous a pas empêché pour autant de profiter du séjour, mais ne comptez pas faire une grasse matinée. Literie trop ferme à notre goût. Manque de pression d'eau pour la douche.

The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, from the common areas to the private spaces, it's just perfect. We had the hammam and massage and absolutely loved it, and we also ate at the riad and the food was delicious. Location is spot on, it's in an area that feels more safe and residential than right in the middle of the medina, but you're always only a 10-15 min walk away from where you need to be. Cannot fault this place, if we return to Marrakesh we'll definitely be staying here!

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Le Riad est très propre, le personnel était génial, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. L’emplacement est idéal, dans la médina à une dizaine de minutes de la place Jamaa el fna. La rue est calme ce qui laisse entendre le chant des oiseaux le matin, quel bonheur ! Cons: La posizione è brutta per uscire o arrivare di sera, ci sono ragazzi che girano in moto e rubano le borse, state attenti! Fatevi mandare la posizione dal Riad prima di perdervi perché su maps è diversa. Faceva moto freddo sia in camera che nella sala colazione, nonostante il condizionatore (funziona poco e fa troppo rumore). Camere per nulla insonorizzate. Cuscini troppo alti (dormi col collo piegato a 90) Al check out il ragazzo ci ha confermato un importo e poi al momento del pagamento lo ha aumentato senza avvisarci e abbiamo pagato 35 euro in più!!! Poco onesto! Prezzo troppo alto per quello che offre.

Einfach alles! Das schöne Riad wird von zwei sehr freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Schwestern betrieben, welche das Riad mit der Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet haben. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und haben sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gekümmert! Das Frühstück war authentisch und typisch marokkanisch. Excellent Riad, it was our second time visiting Marrakech and this riad exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and nicely scented and is exactly like the pictures. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast and lunch there and the food was delicious. On our last day the staff were very kind to keep our bags as we had a late night flight and they had a room for us to get cleaned and freshened up before leaving and offered us some mint tea whilst waiting for our taxi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wat een pareltje in een geweldige stad. De Riad ziet er prachtig uit en is een oase aan rust in een drukke stad. Je loopt vanuit de Riad heel gemakkelijk naar alle mooie plekken die Marrakech te bieden heeft. Prachtige kamer met uitzicht op de binnentuin. Een heerlijk dakterras waar je lekker kunt ontspannen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij en niks is ze teveel. De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. En het ruikt er heerlijk. Ik had via de Riad een Hamman met massage geboekt. Echt een aanrader. 2 uur lang ontspannen genoten. Ook een ballonvaart geregeld via de Riad en deze was ook fenomenaal. Kamal bedankt voor je gesprekken en het inkijkje in jullie cultuur. Zo fijn dat je ons er over wilde vertellen. Je bent echt een topper! Uiteraard voor de rest van het personeel ook niks anders dan veel lof. Gastvrijheid staat hier echt voorop. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad.

Riad très agréable, déco sobre et très jolie. Le personnel , notamment Hicham avec qui nous avons eu le plus de contact , est sympathique et prévenant. Le Riad se situe à 10mn des souks dans un quartier calme.

Stunning decor, over and above service, Kamal was very helpful and attentive. The rooftop was amazing for sunbathing. Very comfortable beautiful rooms and perfect location!

Cons: Some of the doors are a bit difficult to open but other than that it’s perfect!!

El Ríad es precioso, las personas son muy muy amables. Salíamos para el aeropuerto muy temprano e incluso nos dieron desayuno para irnos aunque no era hora de desayuno. El taxi que contratamos con ellos fue puntual. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias. Nos sorprendió mucho que tuviera plancha de pelo. Recomendado 100%

Cons: Una pequeña recomendacion a mejorar sería el agua de la ducha, que costaba que saliera caliente y una vez salía costaba mantener la temperatura idónea.
