Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön. Allerdings wurden erst in den letzten Tagen Polster auf die Stühle gelegt und die Sonnenschirme aufgeklappt. Das Personal war sehr nett.
Cons: Wir erhielten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, in dem praktisch nur zwei Betten und eine kleine Couch Platz hatten. Im Badezimmer konnte sich nur eine Person bewegen. Wir haben uns auch etwas anderes unter dem Pool vorgestellt, der sehr klein war und einen niedrigen Wasserstand hatte.

Cons: Das Wlan war leider sehr schlecht. Die Wäschepreise kann man vielleicht auch nochmal überdenken. 50 Euro für einen kleinen Rucksack voll mit Wäsche (Preise pro Kleidungsstück).

C'était mon deuxième séjour dans ce riad, et la magie a opéré exactement de la même manière, si ce n'est plus encore puisque cette fois, j'y suis allée avec mon fils. C'était tout simplement fantastique ! Le lieu est absolument magique, hors du temps, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit unique, c'est avant tout son personnel : aux petits soins, d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours souriant. Ils ont été parfaits avec mon fils, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. C'est un véritable havre de paix au cœur de Marrakech. Je le conseille à 200 %, les yeux fermés. Je reviendrai (encore), c'est une certitude !

Cons: I booked the Deluxe Suite because the listing photos show a bathtub, which was the main reason for my stay. On arrival the suite had only a shower. The property later explained that only one of its three Deluxe Suites has a bathtub, and rooms are assigned by availability. This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Staff were rude when I raised the issue and offered no solution or compensation. If a bathtub matters to you, confirm it in writing before booking.

This Riad was just perfect.Everywhere was just spotless. Breakfast was very good and rooms clean. There were 2 pools in centre of Riad and a bigger one on top floor. We were really lucky that our room was on top floor also. There plenty of umberella’s and shaded seating area. The staff were unbelievably nice and made us feel really welcome. The guy on reception can’t for life of me remember his name and feel so bad as he was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. Rachid and Aziz were 2 of the friendliest,nicest people you could ever meet. Location was perfect in old town. Can’t recommend this Riad high enough and sorry we couldn’t stay longer but be back in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff. Fantastic holiday.

The breakfast was wonderful every day. The Riad was very unique and an incredible stay. We took multiple pictures of the beauty of the facility. I highly recommend a stay here for someone that wants a unique stay in the Medina. We loved the multiple pools to relax in and enjoy. The staff was very friendly and I can't recommend enough a stay here.
Cons: Nothing stands out as something I didn't like. The room is relatively small, but it is exactly what I expected. Overall, this was a great stay of us.

We absolutely loved our stay at this riad. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful and such a lovely place to relax. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning which was definitely appreciated, and the whole property felt very welcoming and well looked after. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay — everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and always happy to help. They even provided us with an iron when we asked. We were also really impressed by how multilingual the team was, with staff speaking Arabic, French, English and even Berber, which made communication very easy. Breakfast was included and was lovely each morning. There were also several pools around the riad that we could enjoy, and the rooftop was one of my favourite areas. It was a beautiful space to sit and relax, and also a gorgeous spot for taking photos. Overall, the atmosphere was very comfortable and peaceful. We never felt uneasy or unwelcome at any point, and the whole stay felt relaxed and friendly. It really had everything we could have asked for from our stay in Morocco, and I would happily recommend it to others. ❤️

Loved the whole vibe! Rooftop pool, indoor pool! The 2 lads on reception were awesome - honestly made me feel so welcome ! I stayed on my own - and felt safe the whole time as a female - thankyou - I had an early flight time and needed to leave by 6:30am … and I was even offered breakfast (breakfast starts at 8 I believe) 6am I had breakfast ! Thankyou so much for a beautiful stay

Le Riad était absolument sublime, avec un rooftop très agréable notamment le soir où l'air est frais et l'ambiance calme. Très bien situé au milieu de la médina, nous avons pu nous déplacer librement dans tout Marrakech à pied.
Cons: La chambre était un peu moins impressionnante que sur les photos, mais très confortable. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner était correct mais peu varié (pas de fruits, petits plats, petite omelette non assaisonnée, ...).

Les espaces sont très agréables, notamment le patio avec la piscine, qui est particulièrement beau le soir, ainsi que les différents salons où il fait bon se détendre. La chambre était également très confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’ambiance du lieu, le calme et le soin apporté à chaque détail. Staff was absolutely lovely. Offered mint tea and biscuits when we arrived as our room was being cleaned still. Our bags were then taken to our room for us (up lots of stairs) and then we were given a tour, as it is kind of a maze with all the steps, and shown the 2 pools and multiple terraces. Pools had fresh towel left out for use at any time. Amazing stay honestly.

Cons: La camera prenotata non era quella che ci è stata assegnata quando siamo arrivate. Ho pagato una stanza che avrebbe dovuto avere la vasca in camera e invece c’era una semplice doccia. Il personale per nulla professionale, ci hanno detto che “non tutte le foto su Booking corrispondono alle camere disponibili”, hanno provato a dirci che la vasca in realtà era una doccia e non ci hanno fornito alcuna soluzione alternativa. Il personale stesso sembra non conoscere l’edificio sia in termini di camere che di spazi disponibili nella struttura. Il prezzo per una notte non è assolutamente paragonabile alla camera che viene fornita. Per non parlare della colazione, per niente locale, misera e al limite della decenza per una struttura che sulle carte ostenta un lusso praticamente inesistente. In più la mattina seguente non abbiamo potuto neanche utilizzare le piscine in quanto alle 9.30 stavamo pulendo l’acqua. Ho prenotato questo posto in virtù di un evento importante che mi è stato del tutto rovinato. Pessimi.

Les différentes piscines permettent un grand choix (ombre/soleil, rooftop/patio, différentes profondeurs...)... Le personnel est très aimable et fait sont possible pour répondre aux besoins/attente de chacun.

Dar Baraka & Karam is a beautiful traditional riad with lovely Moroccan architecture. It is a historic building located in the heart of the old Medina, surrounded by narrow streets. On the positive side, the housekeeping lady kept the room very clean despite the age of the building. The breakfast was good, and a special thanks to Mr. Qarib, who was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Air condition was perfect in very hot weather.
Cons: Be aware that these small streets make it difficult to bring large suitcases to the hotel. The hotel has a lot of character, but it is not very well maintained and would benefit from renovation. In our room, the bathroom sink was blocked and the shower was not working when we arrived. I had reserved a room with three beds, but on the first night we were given separate rooms, and one of them did not have air conditioning. Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable. El desayuno delicioso. La habitación amplia y limpia. El hotel cuenta con zonas comunes, una azotea para estar tranquilamente disfrutando de las vistas y dos piscinas, que pueden pasar desapercibidas pero merecen mucho la pena. ¡Todo maravilloso!
Cons: Es complicado llegar, tanto con coche como andando. Nos dijeron un par de parkings donde podíamos aparcar y ellos venían a ayudarnos con el equipaje, pero fue imposible aparcar allí y tuvimos que ir por nuestra cuenta. Hacía mucho calor y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba del todo la habitación, quizá por tener techos muy altos.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The location is excellent, with cafés, markets, spas, and museums all within easy walking distance. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful and has a truly special atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a stunning bathroom and wonderfully crisp, fresh bed linen. The breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start the day. What made our stay even more special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to help us plan the rest of our journey around Morocco, sharing useful advice and recommendations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco!

Demande liée à ma mobilité réduite respectée avec une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Trois piscines, dont deux impeccables, avec un magnifique espace sur le toit. Excellent petit-déjeuner, varié et de qualité. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.
Cons: À l'arrivée, aucune explication sur les informations essentielles (horaires du petit-déjeuner, piscines, Wi-Fi, etc.). Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre. Le jour du départ, on nous a indiqué qu'il serait difficile de trouver un taxi et on nous a proposé un transfert environ 2x plus cher que le tarif normal, alors qu'une station de taxis se trouve à 100m du riad. Je conseille donc aux futurs voyageurs de prendre directement un taxi à cette station.

Das Personal, insbesondere Aziz, sind wirklich sehr herzlich! Er hat sich mit unserem Taxifahrer bei Ankunft ausgetauscht und ihm mitgeteilt, uns nicht abzusetzen, bis er uns persönlich abholt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr versteckt. Schreibt einfach dem Riad via WhatsApp und lasst und von einem Punkt abholen. Dann sind es 2 min Fußweg von dort. Andernfalls müsst ihr euch von locals hinführen lassen, was meist nochmal mit Diskussion oder Geld verbunden ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, allerdings sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Sie bieten neben dem Standard auch Rührei an. Fragt am besten an, falls es vergessen wird.
Cons: Leider nicht klimatisiert. Im Hochsommer kann das problematisch werden (42 grad Außentemperatur im Juli) Es gibt Decken Ventilatoren Bei Nachfrage kriegt man auch einen Stehventilator

Das Riad ist stilvoll eingerichtet und hat eine tolle und vor allem große Dachterrasse. Das Personal ist total herzlich. Die Lage ist super. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Zudem bietet das Hotel einen privaten Hoteltransfer zum Flughafen zu einem fairen Preis an. Was gut zu wissen ist: Das Riad liegt etwas versteckt in einer Gasse. Es gibt einige Menschen, die einem den Weg zeigen möchten und verlangen dafür ein Trinkgeld von 5€.
Cons: Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber mir hat ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer gefehlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, aber etwas eintönig, wenn man mehrere Tage dort verbringt. Es wird nicht als buffet serviert.

L unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è stata che meno male che mi sono fermato solo 1 notte
Cons: Struttura molto grande dislocata su piu piani a mo di labirinto.Le foto sul sito sono molto photoshoppate nella realtà l hotel risulta molto piu vecchio e deteriorato. La camera con 2 letti separati era buia poco spazio e dava l'idea di essere molto vecchia e spartana. La corrente in camera veniva tolta automaticamente nel momento in cui si spegnevano le luci quindi caricare cellulare o altro di notte era impossibile. L acqua della doccia così fievole che rischiavi di rimanere insaponato. Colazione scarsissima e fatta in un buco al pian terreno nonostante ci fosse molto spazio sui diversi roof top. Della SPA neanche l ombra ma visto come appariva la struttura ho preferito non approfondire

Tuvimos la suite junior y la suite deluxe, muy cómodas y espaciosas. Mención especial a Azíz y Abdel Azíz, fueron encantadores y nos ofrecieron ayuda y recomendaciones sobre lugares más especiales y menos turísticos. De locatie van deze Dar is perfect en vlakbij de medina. Het is fijn dat er een zwembad is om wat verkoeling te zoeken na een lange dag door de medina met verschillende souks te hebben gewandeld. Op het dakterras zijn genoeg mogelijkheden om lekker te zitten/liggen. Het ontbijt is traditioneel Marokkaans en is erg goed verzorgd. Heel vriendelijk personeel die alles voor de gasten over hebben om het naar de zin te maken.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed the traditional marrocan breakfast each morning on the terrace.
Cons: The only downside was that the room was not very soundproof. Noise from other guests could sometimes be heard in the room, particularly when people were talking loudly.

The hotel is a traditional-style building with plenty of rooms and air conditioning throughout. There are many areas to relax, including several small pools spread around the property. The rooftop terrace is the highlight and offers the perfect place to unwind.
Cons: One of the reception staff seemed friendly at first, although some of our food disappeared from the fridge. He apologised, but nothing was offered to replace it. The biggest issue was when my friend and I went out one evening. When we left around midnight, no restrictions or curfew were mentioned. However, when we returned a few hours later, no one answered the bell or phone, and we were left waiting outside for nearly 30 minutes. When the receptionist finally opened the door, he was angry and complained that it was too late and that he was tired because he had to get up early for breakfast. This was disappointing, especially as the hotel advertises a 24/7 reception. Breakfast was also stressful, as although the stated hours were 8–11am, we were repeatedly asked to specify an exact time each day.

The location of the Ryad is pretty nice and close to the centre. The accommodities are incredible and really comfortable. The bedroom was great and the Ryad has several pools that you can use in which all of them were clean and tidy. The staff is incredible and really nice. They helped us during our stay and even had our breakfast ready to go when we had to checkout early in the morning.
Cons: The only downside is that the room doesn't have great isolation in terms of noise so sleeping with the birds and crickets during the night can be challenging..

O riad tem pontos muito positivos, mas fiquei um pouco desiludida porque estava à espera de uma experiência melhor para um alojamento que se apresenta como sendo de 4 estrelas. O quarto era aceitável, limpo e confortável, embora sem o nível de requinte que esperava. O maior problema foi a água do duche, que tinha muito pouca pressão e era insuficiente. Informámos a receção e disseram-nos que iriam resolver a situação, mas nos dias seguintes praticamente manteve-se igual, apenas com uma ligeira melhoria. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, variado e servido num terraço muito bonito, que acaba por ser a zona mais encantadora do riad. O terraço, com a piscina, cria um ambiente muito agradável e relaxante. Outro ponto muito positivo foi a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, sempre muito atenciosos e empenhados em ajudar. Tivemos também um contratempo com o transfer do aeroporto que tínhamos solicitado, porque o nosso voo chegou atrasado e o motorista acabou por ir embora. Ainda assim, o riad procurou resolver a situação rapidamente, pedindo-nos para apanhar um táxi e indo buscar-nos ao ponto de saída para nos acompanharem até ao riad. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável graças ao ambiente do terraço e à simpatia da equipa, mas existem alguns aspetos que deveriam ser melhorados para corresponder verdadeiramente à categoria anunciada.

Très beau riad plein de charme, calme et bien situé, proche des principaux sites touristiques. La place Jemaa el-Fna est accessible à pied en moins de 15 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, avec un énorme coup de cœur pour le rooftop magnifique où il est servi. Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et toujours très serviable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l’attention le jour du départ : comme nous partions très tôt vers 6h du matin, un petit déjeuner à emporter nous a été proposé.

It’s the biggest surprise for the whole trip in Marrakech. I lived in another Riad for 2 nights but was a bit disappointed with that. Dar Baraka is over our expectations and everything is perfect. We lived in a suite and the room is spacious and I really love the design of the bathroom. The rooftop is amazing. They have 2 courtyards and 2 swimming pools, both of them are very clean. Location is good, when you walk outside to the main road the famous Bacha coffee is right ahead. The staffs are all very nice and Noura is amazing. Highly recommended!
Cons: It’s too hidden in the Medina. I know it’s quite common for the Riads but I suggest at least they should put more signs. We got lost and I called the hotel but no one answered. Finally a teenager took us to the Riad but he asked for tips. Breakfast is mainly bread.

Insgesamt ein totaler rip off im Vergleich zu anderen Riads, viel zu teuer und dafür einfach nicht annähernd gut genug. Wir sind öfter in Marrakech und probieren immer andere Riads aus, das ist der erste den wir definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen können.

Staff helped us out a lot by allowing us to store our bike boxes in the luggage room before our stay and helping us source a taxi large enough to get two bikes to the airport.

Votre chambre est séparée d’une simple pauvre porte en bois de la cour intérieure (salle d’attente des clients), autrement dit votre chambre est dans la salle d’attente. Par rapport aux autres Riad que nous avons fait, c’était de loin le moins bon rapport qualité prix.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Hotel liegt zentral, aber damit enden leider auch schon die Vorteile.
Cons: Ich habe keinen Vergleich zu Hotels in Marokko, aber für den – vermutlich eher europäischen – Preis wirkt dieses Hotel ziemlich schäbig. Die Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher voller alter Flecken waren. Insgesamt könnte es deutlich sauberer sein. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof und sind so alt, dass man jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch hört – ausschlafen kann man hier also vergessen. Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet: Man bekommt ein paar Brötchen mit Marmelade und ein Glas Orangensaft, das war’s. Insgesamt muss man sagen: Wenn das Ganze 50–60 Euro pro Nacht kosten würde, wäre das kein großes Problem. Aber für fast 100 Euro pro Nacht kann man das Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen.

J ai réservé 1 suite delux avec 3 chambres … peut de temps après ces derniers m’ont informé que c’était une seule chambre … et qu’ il n’existe pas de suite avec 3 chambres …. Le personnel était sympathique et la vue du rooftop très agréable.
Cons: Ce n’est pas normal d’avoir seulement des volets, et pas de fenêtres. La seule chose qui sépare l’extérieur de l’intérieur de la chambre c’est seulement les volets. Volets qui sont en bois et donc évidemment il n’y a aucun filtre ni hermétique, ni sonore. Nous sommes venus au mois de mars et il faisait encore froid la nuit, tout le froid de l’extérieur rentrait dans la chambre et je suis tombée malade. C’est équivalent à faire du camping.. mais franchement à ce prix là on ne s’attend pas à des prestations de campings. De plus vue que l’on entend tout, attendez vous aussi à ce que tout le monde vous entende. Si vous cherchez le calme et l’intimité passez votre chemin!

The hotel itself is really nice and clean, with a lot of character. The roof terraces are perfect to sit and chill in the sun. The breakfast is simple but delicious, incl fresh local bread and nice coffee. The property is located within a close distance to souks and medina. The staff is absolutely outstanding. Everyone was nice, friendly, and exceptionally helpful.
Cons: The only thing that we could ask for is a wider range of drinks to be available on site to order (as currently only tea, coffee and water i believe).

Cons: The breakfast was a bit weak. Not much of a selection, when you ask for eggs you get literally one egg on a plate! Way too much bread was served at breakfast. Also, if you have the unfortunate luck of staying in Room 15, you'll be right next to the reception area so you will hear everyone coming and going. It was so noisy in the evenings and in the morning!

Cons: Llegamos y el taxi no podía acceder hasta el hotel,hay q adentrarse en callejuelas llenas de gatos y q huelen a pis.Cuando entramos en la recepción tuvimos una gran decepción ,no se correspondía con las fotos de booking,todo viejo y con gatos encima de los sofás.Cdo nos dieron las habitaciones,pasó lo mismo,que no eran como las de las fotos,muy viejas y en una de ellas con un gato en la cama. Cuando preguntamos a recepcionista, nos dijo que las fotos son de la parte nueva, lo cual no se dice en ningún sitio en la página de Booking vamos una estafa. No obstante decidimos decir nada y quedarnos, ya que lo que queríamos era disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. Lo que pasó al día siguiente fue todavía peor, en una de las habitaciones, la suite, que es la más cara, solo salía un hilo de agua en la ducha. Al bajar a desayunar lo dijimos pensando que nos cambiarían de habitación pero cuando llegamos por la tarde el recepcionista nos dijo que no era su problema y que el supervisor no estaba. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba sucia con las toallas y las sábanas de los anteriores huéspedes. Dejamos nuestras cosas, nos limpiaron el baño y pudimos ducharnos. Cuando ya habíamos colocado nuestras cosas y pensábamos que venían a limpiar la habitación vino otra empleado diciendo que esa habitación no nos la podíamos quedar porque era demasiado grande y que nos correspondía una más pequeña, así que volvimos a recoger nuestras cosas y nos cambiamos a una tercera habitación. Hemos intentado hablar en repetidas ocasiones con el supervisor para hacerle entender que merecíamos una compensación y no nos ha hecho caso. Además las puertas se cierran con una especie de candado, todo muy rudimentario, las toallas son muy muy viejas y huelen mal. Para mí lo peor que el Hotel está lleno de gatos, por todos lados, la falta de limpieza, y que el personal de allí no está para solucionar nada, solo te sonríen y pasan de ti diciendo que no es su problema.

The room was stunning, the location is good as it’s just outside of the souks and is therefore very peaceful. Younes was the only staff member to help and be friendly.
Cons: The two ladies were very rude and passive who greeted us upon arrival did not give us any information regarding breakfast location, time or WiFi. On the booking a bath was requested and listed however not in the room we had, be aware in case a shower is not suitable. Breakfast was very limited and took a very long time. We were asked tea or coffee or omelette or fried but would get different things each time after waiting around 35 mins for coffee.

Bellissimo Riad, con ottima posizione, tranquilla ma funzionale per poter visitare tutta la città a piedi senza problemi. Tutto veramente pulito, impeccabile. Buona la colazione tipica marocchina. Abbiamo prenotato un taxi tramite loro, molto comodo prezzo onesto (che può essere pagato anche con la propria valuta contante, non serve avere dihram) ci sono venuti a prendere fino alla fermata del taxi e ci hanno accompagnato personalmente direttamente fino a Riad. In caso di bisogno durante il soggiorno, ti accompagnano anche alle varie attività come per esempio hammam, e ai loro ristoranti che abbiamo provato e sono molto buoni. La parte migliore di tutta l’esperienza di viaggio però è l’estrema gentilezza di tutto il personale, tutti disponibili e pronti ad aiutare. Tutti ma soprattutto Youness alla reception.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk, ze doen hun best om je verblijf nog aangenamer te maken. Het regende buiten en wanneer we de receptie langsgingen om naar buiten te gaan, gaven ze spontaan uit zichzelf een paraplu mee. Ook toen we een dag vroeg moesten vertrekken voor onze ballonvaart, hebben ze speciaal voor ons het ontbijt een halfuur vroeger klaargezet dan het normaal begint.
Cons: Het geluid in de kamers, je hoort... alles van in de gangen, maar dat is typisch voor een riad en ligt dus niet aan de riad zelf. Meestal waren we moe genoeg om door alles heen te slapen.

L'emplacement du Riad, juste 3 minutes de la rue principale. A côté de tout. On avait une suite standard. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Propreté impeccable dans tout le riad. I honestly can’t recommend this riad enough; it was incredible from start to finish. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever met. They organised our airport pickup and drop-off, carried our bags all the way up to my room (which was spotless and beautifully decorated), and even suggested ordering via Glovo when I arrived too late for dinner on one of the days - absolute lifesavers! Breakfast was amazing every morning - it was fresh, plentiful, and served with so much care and thought about our allergies. The whole place has such a calm, welcoming vibe, and you can tell they really go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We will definitely be back during our next trip to Marrakesh!

Our stay was very short as we were only there for a couple of hours and the night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. The location was good for easy acces in and out of the city with a very short walk to get to a taxi for the airport. Even though we left two hours before breakfast time, the staff offered to make us something before we left - very kind and generous!

Struttura meravigliosa, occupa diversi dar e riad internamente collegati tra loro. La junior suite è pulita, spaziosa ed elegantemente arredata. Tutto il personale incontrato é stato gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta (ovviamente nel limite del buon senso). Buona la colazione marocchina. Se dovessi tornare a Marrakech sceglierei sicuramente ancora questo dar.

Cons: El ruido porque las habitaciones dan a los patios y se escucha todo, si te toca en el lado de recepción o si te toca en el de desayuno empiezan muy temprano a las 7 AM. Eso más el resto de viajeros que no han tenido mucha consideración con los demás y una noche no nos dejaron dormir. Eramos un grupo y no nos pusieron en la misma casa (son 3 juntas).

Cons: Alcun rimborso e l’hotel ha affittato la camera che io avevo pagato! Viaggio di gruppo con la mia famiglia, io non riesco a partire per l’influenza. Avviso l’hotel dicendo che mio figlio può dormire in camera con mia mamma e che possono quindi affittare ad altri la camera che lascio libera. Così avviene.Chiedo al Manager di rimborsarmi almeno la metà di quanto pagato, ma non ottengo alcun rimborso. Molto scorretti.

The best thing about this riad is the location and the terrace. It is peacefully tucked away near the main road, so it is brilliantly accessible also by car and taxi. The terrace is beautifully done, it is a spot where you can peacefully spend your evenings. The breakfast was well prepared, with both sweet and savoury options. The room was good, there is also the hammam option.
Cons: We stayed in the riad in the winter time, so the room was cold and hard to heat up with just a small electrical heater.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They facilitated an earlier breakfast when we had an early morning excursion, and facilitated later check out for us also. The room was beautiful and very clean. Hot shower with good water pressure. Very convenient location. Hotel also organised our transfer to the airport.
Cons: It could be a little noisy at night as our room was near the entrance, so we could hear people checking in, but small price to pay for such a central location and excellent service.

Sono stata lì 4 giorni con delle amiche circa un mese fa per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Struttura vicinissima al palazzo Bahia e a due passi dalle fermate dei taxi. Le varie aree erano ad utilizzo comune, molto piacevole star seduti e godersi il relax sui vari divanetti sparsi. Colazione ottima fatta in casa, ogni giorno era leggermente diversa in base a cos’avevano cucinato. Materasso comodissimo e le salviette venivano cambiate ogni giorno. Lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale, ci hanno lasciato un piccolo salotto dove cambiarci sia il primo giorno sia il giorno della partenza, e la possibilità del deposito bagaglio ( cosa che non fanno tutti ) I ragazzi che facevano il turno notturno davvero gentilissimi, ci hanno aiutato a muoverci nel modo più sicuro possibile per le varie uscite serali/notturne e su dove mangiare ottimo cibo marocchino. Ci tornerò sicuramente 😊

Cons: Het ontbijt was meer sober tov andere riads die we bezochten. Ondanks dat dit onze meest prijzige riad was, hadden we hier meer van verwacht. Al het licht op de kamer is geregeld met één knop, het is dus niet mogelijk om ‘s avonds een gezellig nachtlampje aan te doen om te lezen, het groot licht springt automatisch ook mee aan.
