We had a great stay at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights was its excellent location, it’s very close to the main square, which made getting around extremely convenient. Even though it was raining during our stay, the covered streets nearby allowed us to walk to the main square without getting wet, which was a huge bonus. The location really made our trip more comfortable and enjoyable. The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was comfortable, silent and more than adequate for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day. Communication was excellent, they contacted us via WhatsApp and were available whenever we needed anything. They really went above and beyond; we even messaged to watch the AFCON final, and he was more than happy to share his screen with us. Overall, a very warm and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this place.

TODO. Realmente excepcional. El desayuno es increíble, tiene de todo y es muy rico. El personal (desde la recepción, el dueño, las chicas de la cocina) es super amable y super atento. Además aprovechamos los servicios de masajes y de cena en el hotel. Los dos mejores tagine que comí en todo Marruecos fueron los de este riad, lo recomiendo realmente. Y el servicio de masajes fue excelente, me podría haber quedado dos horas más. Y nos quedamos con ganas de probar el hammam, que también ofrecían. RECOMIENDO utilizar su servicio de transfer del aeropuerto al hotel, porque llegamos de noche y es un poco difícil llegar si nunca fuiste a Marrakech, porque están ubicados en el medio de la Medina. El lugar está perfectamente limpio, todos los servicios funcionan. TIENEN ACONDICIONADOR DE AIRE, que para el verano es fundamental.

Le persone costituiscono il plusvalore di questa struttura: Ismail, Mohamed, Rachida e tutto il resto dello staff rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole e consentono un tuffo, seppur breve, nel Marocco autentico ed accogliente. La posizione strategica per raggiungere i luoghi da visitare e la colazione con prelibatezze locali sono altri due elementi a favore del Riad.

Excellent central location. Facilities were good with a great breakfast every morning. Rooftop terrace provided an ideal platform to view sunrise and sunset with great views over the city and towards the Atlas Mountains. Staff were welcoming and very attentive and we were well looked after during our stay.

Cons: Hammam trop petit avec des bancs en bois peu confortables. Les différents transferts sont couteux (préférez un taxi beaucoup moins chers) et toujours en retard (jusqu’à une heure de retard lors de notre visite du jardin majorelle).

Cons: Bathroom was horrible. Water comming out everywhere under the sink, no hooks, shelfs or anything to hang a towel/ store your things. Toiletseat loose and impossible to shower whitout flooding the whole room. Beds where very hard and it was super uncomfortable to sleep with an old blanket on top of your sheet. A duvet would have been nice. They do not accept creditcards and do not sell alcohol eighter - even though it said so on the booking.com page. All in all a good stay, but for what you pay, I dont think it is good value.

Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons echt in de watten gelegd door het fantastische personeel. Yahia en Mohamed waren ontzettend gastvrij en stonden altijd klaar om ons te helpen met alles wat we nodig hadden, waardoor ons verblijf soepel en aangenaam verliep. Rachicha bereidde elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt, vers en vol smaak, een perfecte start van de dag. Amina zorgde ervoor dat onze kamer brandschoon en comfortabel was, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De vriendelijkheid, attentheid en oprechte gastvrijheid van het team creëerden een warme sfeer die onze ervaring onvergetelijk maakte. We hadden ons geen behulpzamer en gastvrijer personeel kunnen wensen. Een echte aanrader!

A soli 3 minuti a piedi da piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa e a un passo dai ristoranti più famosi, come il Dardar. Le camere sono pulite e molto caratteristiche, affacciate sul cortile interno del Riad. Bellissimo anche il rooftop, ideale per rilassarsi e gustare un ottimo tè dopo una giornata tra i souk. Lo staff è davvero gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa! La colazione è deliziosa, preparata al momento con prodotti freschi. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera in Riad ed è stata la cena migliore di tutta la vacanza — assolutamente da provare! Consiglio tantissimo anche l’hammam interno: un’esperienza autentica e super rilassante. Un posto che ci ha fatto sentire a casa ❤️

Es el mejor riad en el que nos podríamos haber quedado. El sitio es muy bonito y las habitaciones cómodas y amplias, y está situado muy cerca de la plaza central así que la localización es perfecta. Al estar en una callecita, no oyes nada de ruido de fuera. Pero lo mejor es la atención y amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos y pendientes de todo, además de increíblemente simpáticos. Cualquier cosa que necesites ellos tienen la solución. Nos hicieron el favor, un par de días, de preparar el desayuno más pronto de la hora a la que empieza porque teníamos excursiones. Especial mención a Mohamed, el chico que maneja todo, que hizo de nuestra estancia en el riad unos días muy agradables. La comida ESPECTACULAR! Desde el desayuno súper completo (imposible quedarse con hambre) hasta las comidas/cenas, ha sido la mejor que hemos probado en nuestra semana en Marruecos, la cocinera es una verdadera artista. Si volvemos a Marrakech volveremos a este riad SIN DUDA!

Dès les premiers échanges, il a été aux petits soins avec nous, en nous proposant des activités adaptées à nos envies avant même notre arrivée. Son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Le Riad est un havre de paix, alliant authenticité et confort, et Mohamed a su nous guider avec une attention rare pour que tout soit parfait. Un grand merci à lui pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ! Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés – une adresse où l’on se sent comme à la maison, avec un service d’exception. Tiene una terraza grande con cómodos asientos y hamacas donde pasar el atardecer al fresco con un té de cortesía. Rico desayuno. Tienen servicio de comidas y cenas, el riad tiene hamman. Buena ubicación, entre Ferblantiers y Jemaa el-Fna (apenas 5 minutos).

Mohamed y el personal siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y a responder cualquier pregunta, nos reservaron el shuttle para ir y venir del aeropuerto, lo que nos facilitó mucho el viaje. A la llegada nos recibieron con té y pastas marroquís, además de una botella de agua. Los desayunos muy buenos y abundantes, incluso nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar el día que tuvimos que salir muy temprano para una excursión. La cena disponible reservando el mismo día, se notaba la buena calidad de la comida, ya que fue el mejor tajin que probamos. También usamos el hammam privado, nos gustó mucho esta experiencia. Altamente recomendable.

Que dire sur le riad zinoun ? l'emplacement est idéal proche de tous les lieux touristiques au centre de la médina. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux ,le personnel est disponible et à l 'écoute ;ambiance conviviale; Le riad est beau et bien décoré ;Les chambres sont grandes avec de jolies SDB. La terrasse est bien aménagée et il est agréable de s'y reposer ;Les petits déjeuners sont copieux .Nous avons mangé la meilleure tagine de tout notre voyage Félicitations à la cuisinière

As a solo female traveller, I felt so safe and looked after here. Mohamed and Yahia work really hard to make each guest feel at home, and their customer service is brilliant. The riad is beautifully clean and the food at the restaurant is lovely. The location is so central, which was perfect for me as I could walk to pretty much everything I wanted to see. Despite the central location, the riad was so quiet and peaceful. I'm so glad that I stayed here and will recommend these guys to everyone.

Os funcionários sempre cuidadosos e interessados em que toda a experiência em Marraquexe corra bem. Pequeno almoço marroquino, feito na hora. As instalações são modestas e a limpeza da riad e do quarto é boa. Tem um Hamman marroquino e pacotes de massagens que vale a pena experimentar. A riad fica num local bem central a poucos minutos das principais localizações turísticas e de restaurantes com boas críticas. Cama e almofadas confortáveis.

Location is excellent -a surprising pocket of peace in the busyness of the Medina. An authentic riad- the real thing. Excellent food made by those who take pride in their creations. Very accommodating all round. The hosts greet you immediately upon arrival and sit with you over delicious tea listening and explaining anything you might need to know. They will arrange for your laundry, your shuttle, your boarding pass… I had to leave at 4.30 am and they were willing to give me breakfast and insisted on escorting my up the darkened street to catch my ride. Exceptional genuine Moroccan hospitality.
Cons: My shower was awkward to use — attached very high on the wall at an awkward angle and my bathroom floor was soaked because the surround has spaces between panels. Not a deal-breaker by any means.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful – even better than the first time! Honestly, Marrakech itself would have been only half as amazing if we had stayed anywhere else. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful, spotless, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The location is very central yet amazingly quiet, so you can fully relax. Communication was flawless, the airport shuttle was perfectly organized, and everything went super smoothly. We would come back without hesitation and are already looking forward to our next stay!

he Riad is truly authentic and beautiful, located right in the heart of the Medina, which allows you to experience the real Marrakech. Despite being a bit hidden, the location is excellent for exploring. The rooftop is stunning and peaceful, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy a drink, smoke, or sunbathe. The breakfast is of great quality, freshly prepared and homemade every morning. The WiFi is outstanding, with fast fiber-optic connection that even reaches the rooftop. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. What really stood out was the professionalism and kindness of the staff – they are friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help. When we reported finding some insects in our room on the first night, the reception team immediately upgraded us to a superior room and thoroughly cleaned the original room, even though it was already 1 a.m. Their quick response and professionalism were impressive. Additionally, even though there were construction works next door, we never heard any noise at night and slept very well.
Cons: Like many Riads in the Medina, taxis cannot drop you off directly at the entrance, so you will need to walk a short distance with your luggage. Also, we did encounter some insects in our room on the first night, but the staff handled the situation extremely well.

I cannot thank the staff of our Riad Zinoun in Marrakech enough for the unforgettable experience we had! Mohammed, Ishmael, and Amina — we will always remember you. From the moment we arrived, you made our stay truly special. I was a bit anxious coming from the U.S. and flying into Casablanca, unsure of how we’d handle transportation and logistics. But reaching out to the Riad directly was the best decision — everything was arranged so smoothly. A driver was waiting for us, and when we wanted to book excursions to the Atlas Mountains and Agafay Desert, Mohammed went above and beyond to organize it all. On our first night, they prepared a delicious traditional tagine dinner for us — it was absolutely incredible. We highly recommend having at least one dinner at the Riad — it was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip. Breakfast each morning was equally amazing, served in a traditional Moroccan style and full of rich, local flavors. What made this stay even more meaningful was the genuine connection. Mohammed was close in age to my kids, and they really bonded. The warmth and hospitality we felt were beyond anything we expected. The Riad itself is beautiful, very authentic, and located in a peaceful part of the Medina — yet still close to everything we wanted to explore. And beyond the Riad, we found the people of Marrakech to be incredibly welcoming, chill, and friendly — we truly felt at home in this vibrant city. We fell in love with Marrakech, and a huge part of that is thanks to this Riad and its amazing team. I can’t recommend them enough!

The riad is very well located and relatively easy to find, right next to the main square. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and answered all our questions and requests. Cons: No vehicle access last 400 to 600 metres depending on which side you are approaching the Riad and the path is pebbled, so wheeling your bag not easy. Also, a sign-board identifying the hotel would be helpful given that there are many other Riads in the area and Riad Zinoun is nestled deep inside the alleyway; best call the property (Ismail or Mohammed) to receive you on the main road, particularly relevant to senior citizens with larger bags/suitcases.

The room cleaning and towel change were daily. Riad also offers free Moroccan tea at request, which is a very nice touch. I recommend using their transfer to/from airport, as it is much more convenient than a taxi and costs just a little bit more.
Cons: Sound insulation is nonexistent, you can hear snoring from other rooms, but on the other hand waking up to birds singing was lovely.

On arrival, I was greeted with a glass of tea which is always appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable and the Riad was in an excellent location within the medina. I came to Morocco for for a week long bike tour through the Atlas, and this was the perfect place to start. They were kind enough to let me keep my bike bag and things with them before returning a week later. Overall, I had an brilliant stay and hopefully I get the chance to come back again.

The first night when we arrived late (due to the high volume of tourists doing passport controls-4 hours of lines) they organized a dinner for us which was very good and cheap. They let you feel at home. Very clean rooms, breakfast served on the terrace floor with different food every day. We also asked them to book some excursions which were fantastic. We were a group of 8 people/friends. We will come back soon!

We had the most extraordinarily wonderful stay. This was the second time that we stayed at this marvellous Riad. Our room was very clean and very nice. We also got a free room upgrade because the bigger room was available. When we came to Morocco, we only had euros. They exchanged those for dirhams at good bank exchange rates. The food and the atmosphere were outstanding. The food was homemade and fresh every day. We also could get tea anytime that we pleased. We also made a mistake while booking and they were very understandable, helpful and flexible. The location of the Riad is also perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Marrakech. The Riad also had a terrace on the roof, from which we could watch the sunset every day while drinking tea and eating homemade biscuits. Over all, I would definitely recommend this Riad to friends and family and anyone travelling to Marrakech. Thanks again to the lovely and friendly staff, who always made sure that we were safe and were very helpful and welcoming.

The breakfasts were delicious and they offer free tea at all times. They also offer excursions at lower prices for the guests so I’d really recommend those. The location of the hotel was also really good. And the first day that we came they recommended places to visit and eat at in Marrakesh and explained do’s and don'ts. They also speak english very well so we didn’t have any language barrier problems. And they always made sure that we were safe since our group was only girls so they accompanied us to and from the shuttles.

We ate dinner for 3 nights on the roof top terrace, each meal was superb, the lamb Tagine was the best we have ever eaten. Freshly prepared each day and beautifully presented. Breakfast changes each day with local breads and accompaniments, omelettes are cooked to order .We really enjoyed the interaction each morning with the staff who made us feel so welcome, such a lovely start to the day. Riad Zinoun is inside the Medina so perfectly situated for exploring, it is very easy to find once you get your bearings, order transport before you arrive and you will be met and taken there so that you won't get lost on arrival. We were very impressed by the speed and quality of the internet which is available in all the rooms. We loved every minute of our stay and will definately be back, thank you.

Everything! Mustafa is the hero of this Riad! If I could give this property 12 points of 10, I would. He helped me at every point from checking in, to check out to ensuring that I relax after my check out and booked me a taxi to get to the airport very early. This made my experience very memorable and I'd definitely stay here when I come back. Without all of this, I would be a bit lost in Marrakesh towards the end. Thanks a ton Mustafa! The rooms are beautiful, even when I stayed on the ground floor - it was silent and cold and comfortable all night! Just what I wanted in summer. The room also had blinds and hence was able to maintain complete darkness. The breakfast was outstanding along with the coffees. There's a special kind of butter they made which was phenomenal. Overall, I loved my stay here and I wish I could stay more.
Cons: Nothing. I cannot think of anything that is not likeable inside the Riad. However, the access road to the Riad can 'feel' lonely but you should not.. its a regular alley in the Medina with the hustle and bustle and is safe at any point of the night.

I hardly ever experienced such a friendly and warm surrounding. The people where so kind and the Riad is outstanding. Located directly in the city center just a few steps from the main square but very quiet since it is in a parallel road. The family organized the transport from/to the airport as well as a trip to the Sahara dessert for us. It was one of our best trips ever! Also both breakfast and diner were great!

Our arrival was planned perfectly with a private taxi pick up waiting for us at Marrakech airport which took us directly to the centre of Marrakech. On arrival we were greeted by Mohammed who takes care of the riad! He spoke excellent english and was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast was delish and was always served with a smile! We chose this riad because of its location and price. It is central and still managed to enjoy quiet time in the centre of bustling Marrakech. All in all we would recommend this Riad, the service was great! Thank you Mohammed for your welcome and help!

Mustafa is a super Host, can not imagine a better one. The Riad is good, it has a central Location. Beds could be softer. Breakfast and the whole Personal was super kind and amazingly friendly. I would book again;)

I have to shout out loud for the amazing manager Mostafa in this beautiful Riad! During our stay, I see him very passionate, patient and helpful. It’s the first time I come to Morocco, barely made any plans, Mostafa helped me to plan my driving trip to Sahara desert and also help contact his friend take care of me and my friend along the way in the desert so we don’t get lost. Super nice and professional!! Best manager ever!! Such a nice stay with good friendship and nice environment. For the Raid: 1.Great location in old Medina, close to everything including the markets, restaurants, historical sites. 2.Super stunning living environment, room is super clean and well decorated in local style, the color inside of the Riad is so artistic.

The Riad was magic, very calm, clean, beautifully decorated, modest and not over the top, authentic with no thrills, and well situated. The breakfast was full and tasty. The lounge area and roof top were lovely ambient spaces to rest and read. The private room and bathroom were perfect for a good night sleep and an enjoyable shower, all in keeping with Marrakech style. The staff were discreet yet friendly, not at all pushy, lovely people. We took a spa option one day which was a great experience, although the door stuck in the hammam at one point ! So happy to have found this gem, we will definitely return here next time in Marrakech.

The Riad is not only beautiful but also offers a relaxing environment, making it an ideal retreat for unwinding after a day of exploring the vibrant and bustling city of Marrakech. Nestled on a picturesque street, the location is perfect, situated near the lively square and a charming street filled with a variety of restaurants and inviting rooftops. Each morning, They served us a delicious, typical breakfast with a variety of options. They even prepared it for us when we had to leave early in the morning for the desert trip, which was very thoughtful. We adored the room and the terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee under the sun. The receptionist was always available to assist us in organizing trips from Marrakesh, offering suggestions and guidance on navigating the city and where to find good meals. We also arranged an incredible hammam and massage treatment that they conveniently provided in the evening after a stressful day.
Cons: The room tended to get a bit chilly at night, so it's advisable to have warm pyjamas on hand for a comfortable stay.

We had a magical weekend in this Riad with Mustafa being our host, always friendly, ready to help you, just like the rest of the staff. The accommodation is a pearl in the city, we were overwhelmed by its beauty. If you go to Marrakech, go to Riad Zinoun, you will really relax there.

I booked this Riad to celebrate my birthday with my 22 friends and everything was perfect. The staff was always ready to help out with anything we might need and willing to support us as best as they could. They took a really good care of us and made our stay pleasant and easy. The towels have been replaced daily and I'm pretty satisfied with the general cleaning. The rooftop was my favourite spot where to chill for a chat or enjoy the sun light. I hope to be back soon!

The bedroom (and the bathroom!) was absolutely gorgeous, we were greeted with a pot of tea and a plate of Moroccan biscuits. The staff were beyond helpful, so generous with their time and helping to make sure we had a great stay. The location was PERFECT for exploring and touristing and near so many lovely little cafes.

The riad (hotel) is in the centre, it is a fully and very nicely renovated 300 years old riad building. You step out of the door, walk 1min in the narrow street and there you are in the middle of the Medina. Mustafa and Amin - our hosts - were overwhelmingly helpful. The rooftop terrace and breakfast place is really nice and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The roof of the central court is covered so there is nice quiet inside.
Cons: Since it is an old building, sound proofing of the rooms could be better. Though it was ok.

Cons: The inhouse hammam room is a bit small. The walls generate heat for the room. So the staff helping you has very little room to manoeuvre. 1 side of the walls is way too hot and the is not hot enough. The door can't be shut completely so the room temperature was never high enough.

Cons: Height of the only mirror. Could only see head & shoulders so a long mirror on the wall by the door would be welcomed by most women to check their clothes.

Very near the Place El Fnaa right in centre of town,but nice & quiet. You need to learn how to contact staff during the day but they were always keen to help. Do use the hammam! The lady who does you is brilliant.
Cons: The beds are a little hard but I like that. More coat hangers & wastebins needed but little things like that easily sorted out on request. I shall return.

The Riad is great, our room was small but comfortable. The nights get cold, so we had a radiator and couple of blankets. room cleaning was every day and it was excellent. Be careful about the activities, because it’s like buying a cat-in-a-bag, we had a great one and a meh one. Maybe check some online with reviews. The location is great, a couple minutes from the main square, yet quite.

- the staff, especially the kitchen ladies, was lovely - it was quite close to the Jemma El Fna.
Cons: - they tried to scam us out of 70€ for a dinner that was supposed to be 15 € (it was new year's and they hired some musicians so we ended up paying 30 € per person even though we never asked for entertainment and were never made aware of any increase in price until check-out time) - the rooms were quite cold and loud (it felt like we were living in the hall way) - there was a tiny saloon swing door in front of the run down bathroom, you could literally see the feet of the person sitting on the toilet from the outside - the "tour" to ourika was just a taxi ride and an attempted scam ("this is your free tour guide" when in the end they'll take 30€ from you, but we were warned)

The staff have got to be the most helpful, sincere people in Marrakech. They are all amazing and nothing is too much bother.
Cons: Whilst Zinoun is good value for money, it's fair to say it could do with a little investment in its fittings and fixtures which are all a bit tired. Having said that, it's still good value for money.

Despite informing the property before arrival that I was ceoliac nothing was organized. the first day I was given a ‘Moroccan’ omelette which was cold and unfortunately a bit rubbery. I resorted to the biscuits I had brought with me. This may seem a small thing to many but only a very few places had gluten-free options in Marrakech So be prepared!

Breakfast was tasty. The rooms were both a good size but ours had a shower that you had to hold yourself. The air con worked well in both rooms. The beds were very firm but this was fine for us. The dinners on both nights that we had booked them were very good, especially the chicken tajine on our first night. I had a massage in the spa which was exceptionally good and excellent value. The location was great, really close to everything but you couldn't hear the noise from the streets once you were inside. The staff were really helpful on the whole.
Cons: We were given hot water and milk and had our own tea bags but had to ask each time, and also had to ask for fresh coffee. Sometimes noisy late at night but this is partly because of the riad design so any noise in the entry hallway is audible in all rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful but when we asked for our laundry to be done it was returned too late to be worn the next day and we had to ask for top up toilet paper. Having no kettle or fridge in the room was disappointing, would have been nice to have cold water and tea making facilities in the room. Not very much provided in terms of extras - very little shower gel, no shampoo etc but we had brought our own. The top terrace - nice space by the end of our stay as it was painted and tidied up but when we arrived we noticed the cushions on the loungers were not clean. The terrace was also not available to us for some of our stay whilst it was being painted. We spent 300 dirhams going to visit the Grand Stade after the manager checked for us and confirmed that we could visit the stadium if we just asked security on arrival, but in fact this was not an option so this was a wasted journey and money.

Cons: Mustapha was super nice, but his collegue was a disaster… They told us to have breakfast earlier because we had an excursion at 7.30, so we wake up and went to breakfast at 6:45… at 7:25 we had to leave the Riad without breakfast because the guy was doing nothing in the kitchen :(

Hotel is very basic. No amenities at all. No soap,shampoo, or anything. There are 9 rooms total 6 of them have no AC and they dont provide not even a ceiling or stand alone fan. You need that when temperature is 104F outside. very uncomfortable to sleep due to the heat and not even a fan. I asked for Ice and they did not have either so I used the shower to cool down a lot. My cousin got one of the rooms with "AC" it just blows air but not cold. He did not complain since it was better than nothing. Staff was friendly although only two people run the property Amina I belive was her name she is during the day and another young male guy during the evening. However the evening guy only speaks French and Arabic launguage so hard to communicate with him. Amina speaks english, french and Arabic. The wifi is very spotty and the last day we were at the property the power went out so we walk into the hotel having to use our movil phones flashlight to guide us to our room and of course no wifi was available. The power still was out the following day when we were checking out. Rooms have no TV either.

Jammer dat de verantwoordelijke dame niet echt 'hart voor de zaak' lijkt te hebben. Haar medewerkers maken dit gelukkig goed. Geen kluisje in de kamer vind ik persoonlijk wel een gemis. Mijn eerdere ervaring in een Riad van vergelijkbare grote en kwaliteit was een stuk prettiger toeven. Hier miste ik de betrokkenheid voor het Riad maar ook wel voor de gasten.

Overall my stay was great. Communication wasn't so smooth if we don't speak French but they would try what they can do. Near from Jemaa el Fna and a kind of grocery shop could find on the way back to Riad. Nice Riad.

Las habitaciones están bien, el personal no entiende español, las escaleras fatal (como casi todas las de Marruecos) al igual que la insonorización, debido a las peculiares puertas de acceso a las habitaciones. Si alguien habla en el patio, se oye TODO.........y la recepción está en el patio. Todo esto es común a la mayoría de los Riad. Está cerca de la plaza, el ambiente es agradable, aunque si están ocupadas todas las habitaciones, hay que darse prisa en usar el agua caliente, porque se acaba. Los servicios del Hotel son carísimos (taxi, hamman, comidas), por lo que es mejor contratarlo fuera. Por lo menos tienen aire, cosa imprescindible, incluso en Octubre, por la peculiar ventilación de las habitaciones en los Riad, ya que las ventanas sólo suelen dar al patio central. No me importaría repetir, no obstante, aunque seguro que los habrá mejores.

Anfangs sehr schwierig zu finden, weil der Eingang zum Riad Zinoun in einer winzigen Seitengasse einer Seitenstrasse des Jemaa el-Fna liegt. Man muss sich also darauf einstellen mitsamt allem Gepäck durch die enge Gasse des Souks zu gehen und von allen Seiten angeredet zu werden. Das Riad selbst hat keine Fenster nach aussen. Nur einen Innenhof. Alles seehr hellhörig! Das Ambiente ist aber angenehm und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu empfehlen ist die Aussicht vom Dach!
