Sehr gute, zentrale Lage und freundliches Personal. Man konnte auch gut spät abends alleine zum Riad laufen. Es gab gutes süßes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse, mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft und marokkanischem Tee.
Cons: Es war relativ hellhörig, aber das scheint in allen Riads der Fall zu sein:)& es hätte mehr Haken/ Ablageflächen im Bad geben können.

Such a fantastic stay, the staff were brilliant (Selim, Ahmed and Imad, if I remember correctly), so helpful and happy to answer questions, give recommendations etc. We booked the day-trip to Ourika through the Riad and found the quality to be excellent. The vehicle and driver were very good and all the guides involved were very good. You will find it cheaper via alleyway merchants but we saw the vehicles they were in and glad we paid a little extra. Our breakfast was simple but always fresh and high quality. Finding it was a little tricky, it's probably best to get a taxi to the western edge of the Jemaa El Fnaa and then it's just a short walk down one single alley until you have to turn right. But once you find it the first time, you'll be able to find it every time. Feel free to ask local people as they definitely were very helpful. From the edge of the square go down Rue Riad Zitoun el Kdim (look for the Mo-Mo) and take the 2nd right after the "Snack Adam" place. If you reach the Henna cafe then you've gone too far and need to go back one alleyway. The outside and the route there does not look like much but inside is like a paradise oasis, so calm and clean and refreshing. You're really close to loads of the action but there is zero noise from the street. A great location.
Cons: The tiniest thing is that it would be great to have the option of a blind on the windows as sometimes early morning light can come in a bit too much.

The property was good, only a bit hard to reach as it sits in a secondary street which google maps does not capture. No indications are given in the main road, therefore we spent at least 30 mins in our first day. That said the property was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The space was a bit tight (we took the double room).

The staff was overall friendly, but flexibility could be improved, as we asked in advance if we could have breakfast prepared earlier because of an early rise to visit the desert, only to discover during the morning that nothing was prepared.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend und hatten uns sogar in der Nacht noch einen Flughafen Transfer organisiert. Spa und Haman kann ich sehr empfehlen dies zu buchen.
Cons: Es war dennoch alles sehr klein und eng und beim Frühstück könnte es gerne mehr Abwechslung geben.

The staff at this beautiful little riad were wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. Particularly appreciated the collection from the taxi and to the taxi for our transfers as the route to the riad in the medina could have been daunting. The location once we became familiar was ideal - just a few minutes from the main square and restaurants. Loved the on-site hammam on day one which relaxed us into the holiday and was good value for money. Particularly liked chatting to the guy who served breakfast. He was so lovely and friendly. Wish we had asked his name.
Cons: The room was a little small compared to the photos and there was no chair to sit on at the small table or comfy chair to sit in and read. Our room (Violette) was directly underneath the kitchen and prep room upstairs which meant noise and movement from quite early on in the mornings. It didn't bother us too much as we were up and out early but a lie-in would have been impossible.

When you opened the door into the Riad you were met with the stunning pool area that was beautifully designed & gave you a sense of peace & calm. The layout was great with 3 or 4 bedrooms on each floor & a beautiful roof terrace. The Riad was located at the end of one of the narrow alleyways/lanes & was quiet & peaceful yet it was only 5 minutes walk from the central square which made it a perfect location. The staff, in particular Ahmed (who took great care of us) were all so friendly helping to organise trips, taxis, accompany us to meeting points & make phone calls on our behalf. Someone was on the front desk at all times & greeted you with a warm smile when you returned each day. We would definitely return to Casa Felicita as we had a truly wonderful experience & would highly recommend it to friends & family.

We visited Marrakech for the 3rd time. This time together with our teen daughters. The Italian / Marrocan Vibe in the Riad was really nice. An Oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Marrakech Madness. (which we love ;-) ) The Location is Superb, close to Jemaa El-Fna, which means it's close to any other location you wanna go to. (All taxi stops are close to the square). The Riad, the pool, the roof top, the breakfast, eveything was great! Defenitly 1 to come back to.

Casa Felicita is a gem of a place to stay in Marrakech. Despite being right next to the main square, Jemaa El Fna, it's so peaceful and relaxing. The staff, Ahmed and the team, are all super friendly and helpful, and my room was beautiful. Having a hammam within the Riad is a great bonus. I highly recommend it.

Fantastisk sted. Man går rundt i de trangeste gater i Marrakech, før man åpner en liten dør, og verdens fineste Riad titter frem. Kontrasten fra bråkete gamleby til helt stille velvære, er noe vi virkelig anbefaler. Personalet er godt opplært, og var ekstremt vennlige og hjelpsomme. Følte meg ikke utrygg en eneste gang. Følte ikke engang behov for å låse døren til rommet.

Really good location near the main square and super close to where the taxis and tours go from. The staff were all excellent and friendly. We love cats so really got to know the kittens in the area, I think we’ll have to go back to visit little Leo 🥹
Cons: The room is relatively small but that is to be expected, maybe worth considering for when packing. I saw lots of reviews about it being down a dead end alley way, this is true but it was perfectly safe and well lit by the Riad. On one occasion there was a group smoking there and were a bit roudy but they were polite and quickly moved to let us pass! I also read reviews saying it was hard to find, a little tip: put Riad Wazani Topaze into google maps instead as the google directions bring you to the wrong location, we couldn’t find it until a local helped! I think they offer a transfer service, if you’re arriving at night this could be a good option!!

Riad très joliment décoré, petit déjeuner copieux et local, personnel attentif et gentil. Nous n'avons pas testé les dîners mais ça sentait très bon lorsqu'ils préparaient l'après-midi. La terrasse est agréable pour manger et se prélasser. La piscine se situe au rdc au milieu du riad et il n'est pas possible de se baigner lorsqu'il y a des massages à côté.
Cons: Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la terrasse car il y avait un groupe de yoga qui l'avait privatisé le soir et le matin, sans avoir été prévenu. De plus, nous étions dans la chambre Sultan (juste en dessous) et on a été réveillés le soir et le matin à 6h par le déplacement des tables et chaises en fer forgé.

Cons: Nothing that wouldn’t make me go back. I would just have an eyemask and earplugs because I am a light sleeper and the room can be light… also, the structure of the building males it a bit noisy in the morning. I could hear the kitchen as early as 7:20. Earplugs would have solved it. Breakfast is beautifully set but no protein. Only breads, some spread and pancakes. Eggs are charged extra.

The riad was beautiful, cozy and tastefully decorated with the ultimate Moroccan vibes. Everything was clean and in good order. The service was lovely and the wonderful folks at the reception made us feel especially welcome- arranging the airport transfer, answering all our questions and even giving us tips and recommendations. Also enjoyed the spa experience.

Beautiful Riad in a perfect location..The decor inside was really classy and the whole riad was very stylish and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay. There was a lovely area to relax on the roof and on the ground floor. We also used the spa whilst there, for a hammam and massage, which was fantastic. The location was superb, less than five minutes from the main square and yet it felt so peaceful. The room was comfortable and had effective air con. Lovely towels and bath robes provided.
Cons: When we first arrived, we were shown to a beautiful (recently refurbished) room with a double bed. As I was travelling with a friend, we had requested twin beds, and the request had been approved. We had to wait a couple more hours for a room, and accepted that it was not a refurbished room, so the decor more outdated, but still lovely. You can't use a bank card at this riad, everything has to be paid in cash. This meant a few trips to an atm, as we were "caught out" by the need to pay city tax at the end of the trip.

A kis medence kellemes felfrissülést kínált, a tetőtéri napozóágyak pedig remek pihenési alkalmatosságot nyújtottak.

Il riad è situato in una posizione davvero strategica, Esattamente nel vero cuore della medina, a soli 2 min a piedi dalla piazza. La via da percorrere è assolutamente tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte, non ci siamo mai e poi mai sentiti in pericolo. Tuttavia sia davvero vicina alla famosa piazza, il caos proveniente da Jemaa el-fnaa, nel riad non viene percepito, neanche nel rooftop di sera. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile dal primo momento. Camera piccola ma molto accogliente e soprattutto pulita. La colazione la mattina veniva servita al rooftop, non troppo varia ma le ragazze in cucina ogni giorno cambiavano qualcosa. Il meraviglioso odore di dolci appena sfornati, ti svegliava la mattina. Fantastico davvero! Super consigliato

Absolutely beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility. Amazing breakfast, the rooftop is very relaxing, the little pool was lovely for a dip to cool down at the end of the day. The decor is stunning. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely return and recommend.
Cons: It is very hard to find, down twisty tiny alley ways. We got used to it and actually felt very safe, but I wouldn’t like to do it on my own the first time. Also, the taxi I booked from the airport didn’t really know where it was either so dropped us ‘roughly’ in the right area. We were lost in seconds!

Nuestra experiencia en este Riad ha sido increíble. Un lugar precioso, decorado con gusto y muy limpio. Para nosotros lo mejor fue el trato de su personal, absolutamente todos sus trabajadores son encantadores, en pocos lugares nos han recibido con tanto cariño. No puedo tomar gluten y todos los días tenía desayuno casero sin gluten riquísimo, la comida exquisita!!! La ubicación es perfecta, a unos 3 minutos de la plaza principal, como consejo para llegar el primer día, lo mejor es ubicarse desde la misma plaza. Volveremos a Marrakech y no tengo duda de que volveremos a este Riad porque hemos estado como en casa. Muchísimas gracias una vez más a todo el equipo !!

Its a beautifully designed Riad, tucked away from the noise of Jemma el-fnaa but not too far either. The staff is wonderful and always handled all requests with a smile. Great place for a peaceful stay and enjoy the authentic taste of Marrakesh.

Cons: Lo único que no nos gustó es que nos cobraran 15€ por imprimir los billetes de vuelta, a 7,50€ cada página. Además ese papel no hace falta con Ryanair ya que al pasar por el mostrador del aeropuerto te lo dan sin coste adicional.

Il soggiorno nel Riad è stato fantastico, abbiamo trovato un clima accogliente e i ragazzi che lavoravano in struttura erano sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Non è mancato nulla. È stato il nostro rifugio sicuro a pochi passi dai souk e dalla piazza principale. Luogo strategico per ogni spostamento. Soggiorno ottimo che consiglierei a chiunque dovesse intraprendere un viaggio a Marrakech. Una location curata nei minimi dettagli.

Cons: Staff was not familiar with different diets, which we had pointed out several times that we had 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan. We ended up receiving bread stuffed with tuna and several dairy products for breakfast, which we could not eat. For us our diet is a personal preference, but if you have major allergies I can imagine that is a bit of a concern.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at this Riad, staff were very helpful. The Riad was very clean and our room was cleaned super fast every morning. The location is very good. We arrange for the airport transfer and we met the host who walked us too the Riad, this was helpful as we would never have found it without him. It was also the evening and we didn't want to be walking around in the dark. The staff also printed out our boarding passes for us. I would recommend naranj restaurant best food and price we had.
Cons: The only possible downside is the Riad is loud and sound definitely travels.

The Riad was so cool and cozy. Very close to Jamaa Lfna, only 5mints. Abdel Jabbar and Aicha were very welcoming and made our stay at Wazani special. Overall Atmosphere is great. The room was clean and big enough and had the essentials.

My stay FAR exceeded my expectations. My room and the Riad were comfortable, elegant and spotless. But the service I received from Abdul was 5-star. He served a delicious breakfast, made me a tray for my room, and even served me early so I could eat before my flight home. All staff made me feel at home. Maybe this caliber of service is normal in Morocco, but it was above and beyond by American standards. I hope I can return one day. Thank you to Abdul and the entire staff for making my stay so memorable.

Sono stati tutti molto gentili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Il nostro gruppo aveva orari un po' serrati ma non c'è stato mai nessun problema, anche per la colazione che abbiamo dovuto fare prima del previsto. La consiglio veramente!

Cons: Encontramos hormigas en el piso del baño y luego en la cama. Hablamos con la encargada, se comprometieron a fumigar pero las hormigas de la cama nunca se fueron por completo. No logramos descansar con tranquilidad. Deberían asegurarse de eliminar completamente la plaga de hormigas antes de ofertar las habitaciones. .. El último día solicitamos early check out, pedimos el desayuno solo media hora antes del horario usual, pese a que nos dijeron que no había inconveniente, al momento de servirlo solo nos dieron un café con fruta, muy incompleto.

Hele nette en schone kamer op een top locatie. Je kunt overal naartoe wandelen. Personeel super vriendelijk en zorgde altijd voor een lekker ontbijt en een schone kamer! Op het dakterras lekker kunnen genieten van de rust en zon, daar is niets te merken van de drukte van de stad.
Cons: Het had fijn geweest als van tevoren (bv bij inchecken) was gemeld dat we nog de toeristen tax bij uitchecken moesten betalen. Dan hadden we hier voor de zekerheid cash voor apart kunnen houden (pin apparaat werkte op dat moment niet). Maar dat is een klein puntje, we hebben verder echt genoten in deze riad!

We spent 6 nights in this amazing Riad, me and my sister. We felt very safe and looked after. In short walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna, public transport, many great restaurants and rooftop bars, very easy to find. If you want to be in the middle of the action, but perfectly silent at night, this place is for you. Exceptional hospitality, super helpful and friendly hosts, everyone we met were just amazing to us during the whole stay. Great communication prior to our arrival, we got airport transport offered which was super helpful being our first time in Marrakech. Lovely room with spacious and comfortable beds, immaculate bathroom with everything we needed, I can truly say that it’s the cleanest place we ever stayed at, our room got cleaned every single day. Bottled water and cakes were left for us as a welcome gift. There is also a heated swimming pool and hammam if you want to use. The Moroccan breakfast was absolutely delicious and abundant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again the next time we return. Thank you so much for everything, it was a wonderful first experience in Marrakech.

Excellent location. Beautiful interior. The staff were kind and helpful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after check in and the staff were very accommodating. The price includes breakfast which is served on the roof - a great way to start the day. The spa is the perfect amenity to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely book here again and recommend to others.

Cons: I hope that the manager can be more lenient to customers. It would be best to allow customers to have 3 people in a room even if they book for only 2 or if the room can only allow 2 people in the room. It was a big room so there was no issue in adding additional people to stay as with all other hotels. The best option is to charge the customer for the additional number of people staying per night. It was hard for the group to look for another hotel/riad to book the other people in the group.

El mejor riad en el que he estado, todo nuevo, limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. Piscina pequeña pero limpia y muy bonita. Azotea muy agradable con hamacas y zona climatizada. Nos dimos un masaje y realmente fue muy bueno, se usan aceites de calidad, la sala de masaje queda un pelin justa para 2.
Cons: La habitación carece de buena iluminación; sería ideal contar con dos opciones de luz para mayor comodidad. Sabemos que los riads suelen tener habitaciones que dan a patios interiores, pero esta nos pareció más estrecha de lo habitual. Nos alojamos en la habitación denominada 'Pacha', y su tamaño reducido acentuaba aún más la sensación de encierro típica de estas construcciones. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis senti(e) comme chez moi grâce à leur attention et leur disponibilité. Leur gentillesse a vraiment marqué mon séjour. J’ai séjourné dans la chambre Yasmin, qui était parfaitement entretenue, confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. C’était un véritable havre de paix après une journée dans l’agitation de Marrakech. Le petit-déjeuner traditionnel servi chaque matin était un moment de pur plaisir : des produits frais, variés et savoureux qui permettent de découvrir les saveurs locales. La piscine située dans le hall central est un véritable atout. Elle crée une ambiance paisible et relaxante, parfaite pour se ressourcer après une journée de visite. Entourée de plantes luxuriantes, elle apporte une touche de fraîcheur et de nature au cœur du riad, rendant l’endroit encore plus agréable. L’emplacement du riad est également un point fort. Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la célèbre place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en étant dans un quartier calme et très sécurisé, ce qui est idéal pour se reposer. Je recommande le Riad Wazani à 100 % à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour authentique et mémorable à Marrakech. Merci encore à Yassir et à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience unique !

It was like finding an oasis in the middle of the desert. It was a feast to the eyes after arriving through the alleys. For first-time visitors, it was perfect, as the central location made it really convenient to move around. The riad was a delightful retreat staffed by warm and helpful people from the front desk to the rooftop breakfast service.

This Riad is perfectly situated in the heart of the Medina, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The building features stunning traditional architecture, and the staff are genuinely helpful. Our room was beautifully furnished, and the terrace is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was decent, with a standard selection of Moroccan food, and every day something little different. Just be sure to request an upper floor room.
Cons: We stayed in the Jasmin room, which is located on the ground floor. While the Riad itself is lovely, this particular room had serious noise issues. Being right next to reception meant we could hear every conversation and activity at the front desk clearly. To make matters worse, there appears to be a water pipe running through the room that creates loud rushing sounds whenever anyone in the hotel uses the shower. Though I would recommend the Riad overall, I strongly suggest booking one of the other rooms instead of the Jasmin room for a more peaceful stay."

Siamo stati accolti oltre orario check-in in quanto il nostro volo arrivava di notte, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili in tutto! La colazione è varia e abbondante, tutto molto buono. La piscina è una chicca che mi è piaciuto molto, in più servizio Hammam davvero eccezionale e a prezzi onestissimi. Posizione super centrale, unica difficoltà se si vuole prendere un taxi bisogna camminare un po, perchè nel centro le vie sono talmente strette che le auto non possono passare.

Book now. As a black female solo traveller, Yassir and all the staff were so attentive for me. I lacked absolutely nothing! I needed a driver, they arranged it, I needed advice around restaurants and activities, they assisted. My room was cleaned so quickly and thoroughly. The facilities were wonderful and the pool so inviting after spending the day exploring Marrakech. The location was perfect - and easy to navigate after your find the Riad once. The Main Square is 3 minutes walk with atms right there. The other attractions like Badi Palace about 10 minutes walk. There are so many highly rated restaurants 5 minutes away. The souks are right there. On check out, the team arranged for me to have an early breakfast, escorted me to meet my driver and carried my bags without issue. They were always friendly with a smile and even though it wasn’t required - I just had to tip them. I have a few friends that are booking to stay with them soon. I can’t recommend them enough. If you want your stay in Morocco to be memorable and enjoyable - book with them.

O recepcionista não sabia explicar o ponto de recolha do transfer nem o nome do condutor, teve de nos levar e abandonar outros clientes à espera na receção. Já estávamos no transfer quando nos pediu mais 450 dirhams porque se tinham esquecido. Felizmente tínhamos dinheiro conosco, mas ficamos sem o recibo. De resto tudo normal. As funcionárias da limpeza são quem traz a simpatia.

Le Riad est fabuleux ! Les chambres sont petites mais confortables et propre. Le personnel est accueillant et compréhensif puisqu’ils m’ont laissé la possibilité de rester à l’hôtel toute l’après midi en attendant mon vol retour (gratuitement). Le Riad est à littéralement 5min à pied de la place Jama El Fnaa. Si vous voulez passer un séjour dans le calme et l’intimité alors vous avez trouver ce qu’il vous fallait.

The breakfast is served at the rooftop, could choose to have it in an airconditioned glasshouse, with little birds visiting and chirping around the plants. Fresh orange juice, mint tea, fresh pastries, pancakes, and fruits were served. After breakfast I usually stayed on the rooftop sunbathing and reading my book or checking my socials (good wifi), my husband would work from the glasshouse for a few hours. Then jump into the pool to cool off, dry off and go our for lunch.... The reception is 24 hours and we did go out late to escape the heat. Tried the hammam combined with massage (couple) really loved it.
Cons: I think they should turn the air conditioning on in the rooms well before arrival, so they are really cool. The pool tiles should be cleaned more often.

The riad was very clean and nicely presented. Was difficult to find at first. The room being located by the pool meant it was very noisy at night and the lights were shining through window. It was disappointing to be charged £30 for plastic bottled water on checkout - ridiculously over-priced and I don’t like to support people who take advantage and inflate prices especially when this riad isn’t the cheapest! I asked for some help from the staff to carry my luggage to the taxi, instead they called for a very rude man to help me who I offered a tip, he insisted I pay him more (£5) shouted and got very aggressive! This was off putting.

Avand in vedere ca in Medina nu se poate intra cu masina, amplasarea locatiei este destul de aproape, mers pe jos, insa cei de la cazare fie vin dupa tine, fie trimit pe cineva (la noi asta s-a intamplat pentru ca am optat si pentru optiunea de a ne lua ei de la aeroport cu masina, contra cost). Nu aveti asteptari foarte mari la mic dejun, nu au un restaurant, iar mancarea este destul de decenta.
Cons: Excursiile extra pe care le-am cerut au fost foarte scumpe, comparativ cu ce preturi se gasesc online, pe aceleasi servicii. Asa ca inainte sa cereti excursii de la cazare, mai bine uitati-va online, veti gasi preturi mai bune. Cel mai mare dezavantaj la aceasta locatie este galagia facuta de pasari. Geamurile nu sunt termopan din pacate si se aud inca de dimineata devreme.

The Riad Wazani was wonderful in so many ways! The location is incredible, just a 5 minute walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa market square, which is the middle of all the action in the Medina neighborhood. The hotel helped us with the airport transfer and had someone meet us near the entrance to the square to help us with our luggage and with finding the Riad. This is important, because finding the Riad on our own would have been nearly impossible...too many alleyways! The Riad itself is beautiful and quiet and the staff are incredible. They helped with everything we requested and helped us sort our our plans for places to eat and things to do. Just a great experience overall.
Cons: There's nothing for me to write in this section. Just would say again that the Riad Wazani is wonderful and we would stay there anytime we're in Marrackesh.

This Riad is located at the end of a a quiet dead-end alley off of a busy Medina street. So while you are literally two minutes from the hustle and bustle you can find your peaceful retreat. A small spa pool in the centre of the courtyard sets the scene when you arrive to be greeted by mint tea and cookies. Stairs to the higher floors are a little tight - but my wife who has mobility and vision challenges coped ok. Though if this is an issue suggest a first floor room and have breakfast in your room (rather than the rooftop terrace). The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful to us. There is always someone at the desk 24/7 who opens the door when you ring. The market area is just a few hundred yards away complete with vendors and performers including snake charmers! Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Taxis cannot access the main area after 1.00pm so expect a ten minute flat walk from where they drop you off. Great chance to soak up the atmosphere!

Wir waren eine Woche in Marrakesch und ich kann dieses Riad nur loben. Es liegt nah am Hauptplatz von Marrakesch (Jemaa El Fna) in einer sehr ruhigen Gasse. Bis auf den Jardin Majorelle, der etwas außerhalb liegt, sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Nicht riesig, aber definitiv ausreichend groß. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Die Zimmermädchen geben sich große Mühe bei der täglichen Reinigung der Zimmer. Die Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls wunderbar. Aufgrund der relativ geringen Zimmerzahl hatten wir die Sonnenliegen Vormittags immer für uns alleine. Auch das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert und hat uns gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool ist - wie in den meisten Riads - klein aber sehr erfrischend.
Cons: Einige Gäste haben offensichtlich nicht verstanden wie Türen funktionieren und haben diese oft laut geknallt - dafür kann das Riad aber nichts. Zum Thema Frühstück: Der Kaffee ist etwas dünn, dafür gibt es aber auch frischen Minztee und frisch gepressten Orangensaft jeden Morgen. Zudem ist das Frühstück hauptsächlich süß. Wer also Fleisch, Rührei, Bacon etc. zum Frühstück braucht, sollte das wissen. Wir brauchten das nicht, daher waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Such a lovely little place. At the end of a quiet alley, off a narrow bustling market street which leads directly to the main square. A perfect location to check out the city. We booked a taxi from the airport (through the Riad) which I would recommend if you are just arriving in Morocco as its location is well hidden and the alleyways are a bit daunting until you get used to them! The tiny pool is beautiful and I used it every day. Breakfast was a plentiful array of (mostly) sweet treats served on the sunny roof top with great coffee, hot chocolate or peppermint tea. There are also sun loungers up there which made it a great area to relax in. The staff were attentive, super helpful, very polite and always available. The place is absolutely spotless. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning in our room was very efficient. Wifi always worked well. I had two spa treatments which were good and fairly priced. We ate all our meals, apart from breakfast, at the market stalls and cafes close by, which were very cheep, well under £10 for two with soft drink/tea. Alcohol is not easy to come by within the Medina and the few places that sell it are very expensive!

1.  Staff were not nice at all. We checked in at 8 PM, they didn’t serve us welcome tea to drink with our welcome sweet.  After I asked for the tea. The lady said “oh sorry usually we serve it for our guest when they arrived but now the kitchen is closed.” But later she went to the kitchen and served us a tea. next day morning, they serve breakfast at roof Terrace.  we went at 8 AM. It was very cold. They didn’t switch on the heating for us in advance. We need to do it by ourselves. We sit there for 15 minutes nobody comes to greet us. Another couple there was also very confused. They asked me “ do you know why we should do for the breakfast?” There was a cleaning lady came to the roof terrace and I greeted her,  but she was rude, and didn’t say anything back, or went downstairs to ask the staff to serve us.  In the end we need to go downstairs to ask them to start serving. 2. After checked in, we found out the safe deposit box was already locked. They didn’t check and also the key they gave us was wrong. We couldn’t use it. 3. Shower was horrible. The water was not hot enough, for me it was really too cold. And the shower rack was totally useless. Very strange design. There was no way to attach the handheld shower head on it. And they only give you face towel and body towel. There are no medium size towel for my hair. And they didn’t provide hair dryer. And also didn’t tell you in advance or ask you if you need one. For a spa hotel, I really can’t imaging this happened.  4. The bed was too close to the wall. For me it’s ok, but for men it was too narrow to walk. And pillow is uncomfortable, too flat and soft.
Cons: I am surprised this hotel got 9.1 on booking.com. I am a person really care about the cleanness. Which this hotel did provide me. But it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The total point I will give to this hotel even lower than other hotel I stayed in Morrocco which is not clean enough for me. But people are very kind and serve you with warm heart. So I’ll give 1 point on purpose which is a bit exaggerated. But I want to balance their total point. I think the fair point for this hotel is 5.

On a passé un incroyable séjour dans ce riad. Etant un groupe de filles, le riad nous a bien pris en charge lors de notre arrivée tard le soir à Marrakech donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Le personnel était hyper disponible, toujours avec le sourire, toujours à nous aider et répondre à toutes nos demandes. Nous étions dans la chambre violette qui correspond totalement aux photos. Le riad est très bien situé et les équipements/propreté des chambres au top ! Je recommande à 100% et j'espère pouvoir revenir

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam met alle vragen die we hadden en met dingen regelen; zoals een transfer van het vliegveld naar hotel, een extra dag verblijven, bellen naar restaurantjes of er nog plek was (aangezien we een simkaart uit Europa bij hadden). Ook was het ontbijt boven op hun dakterras heel aangenaam. Je krijgt een uitgebreid Marrokaans ontbijt waar je elke dag kleine variaties van krijgt. Het is voornamelijk zoet dus stel dat je keer een dagje wat hartigs wil zou ik even naar een supermarkt gaan. De locatie was ook echt uitstekend. Het is niet te bereiken met de taxi en de eerste keer lijken de kleine smalle steegjes misschien wat intimiderend (als je in de avond aankomt). Maar na een dag ben je eigenlijk al gewend en is het juist een fantastische locatie midden in de Medina dicht bij alle hotspots. Ook trendy restaurantjes zoals La Pergola en Dar Dar zijn op loopafstand. Verder zijn excursies ook heel makkelijk te boeken omdat een busje je gemakkelijk kan ophalen op Djemaa el Fna wat ook nog geen 5 min lopen is.
Cons: We waren erg tevreden over alles. Als we iets zouden moeten aanmerken is het misschien de wifi snelheid/verbinding die zou nog verbeterd kunnen worden.

Ce Riad est plein de charme, et bien restauré. Heureusement que j'étais attendu à la descente du taxi, sinon j'aurai probablement eu des difficultés à trouver le Riad dans les dédales de la Medina... Chambre agréable, un peu étroite, mais propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est local et exceptionnel. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, et vous accueille chaleureusement. L'emplacement est fabuleux pour se promener dans la Médina.
Cons: La piscine est plus un petit bassin pour juste se tremper, mais pas vraiment nager... La taille de la chambre est un peu étroite avec de petites fenêtres, un peu étouffant...

Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse était délicieux, et un jour nous avons pu le prendre un peu plus tôt car nous partions en excursion, ce qui a été accepté. La décoration du Riad est très belle, et le personnel est hyper agréable et très gentil. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa. La connexion wifi était bonne, et l'emplacement est très bien situé. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir. N'hésitez pas à regarder @travelvibes_mk sur Instagram pour voir des photos et vidéos.

Excellent emplacement, tout près de la place Jemaa el fna, proche de nombreux commerces et restaurants, mais malgré tout au calme. Personnel très chaleureux et avenant, très bon petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse.
Cons: L'isolation phonique n'est pas top, et les bruits résonnent dans la cour intérieure. Mais rien de vraiment dérangeant.

Everything was not good, a very small room with little light and a tiny window, surrounded by a lot of noise from all sides, making it very noisy. We only stayed for one night and couldn't sleep well. It was difficult to find the address; we had to ask around, and finally, we found it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was good being in the heart of the old town.
Cons: The electric fan in the bathroom going on and off all night long keeping us awake. The electrics to the bathroom were turned off the next night and also a second night as the fix had not worked. There was no restaurant despite being listed as having one on Booking.com site.

Le riad est vraiment magnifique, avec un personnel très accueillant et agréable. Particulièrement bien situé, à côté de la place Jemaa el-fna, dans une petite ruelle sans bruit. Le hammam et les massages sont également top. Les petits-déjeuners sont aussi très bons. Je recommande ce riad !
Cons: Le seul "hic" du riad est selon moi le bruit que l'on peut entendre à travers la chambre.

This place is amazing. The staff Yassir and Aisha couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The interior design is perfect/ traditional yet modern. Comfortable bed, white linen and powerful shower. The place is spotless. P.s the coffee and orange cake at breakfast is delicious. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and only 2 mins walk from the main square. I will definitely be back.

The Riad was gorgeous, the bedroom was cozy and comfortable, but the best part was the staff, kind, sweet, helpful and always there for you for anything. I completely recommend it.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like, is that we cannot give a proper tip to the girl who attended us, because when we came back the last morning with cash (we needed to withdraw some money) she already left 😭😭

This really was a hidden gem amongst the chaos of Marrakesh. Sadly I had a ropey start as it wasn’t very easy to find but on entering the Riad there was an instant calmness that washed all the stresses of the Medina away. The room was beautiful and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The shower/ water pressure very good. Breakfast was great on the roof terrace (a lovely space). Very polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
Cons: The towels and bathrobes have seen better days. They are greying in colour and look quite worn and I think should be replaced now. Also the curtain/ blind doesn’t really block out the light well. This needs to be looked at.

Perfect stay here - the front desk were attentive and lovely, the room was prepared especially for my partners birthday which I had requested - they put up happy birthday balloons and loads of flower petals and it was super lovely and at no extra charge! The timings of breakfast are very generous, from 8am to 11am, so really suits however active or lazy you are feeling. The rooftop is very relaxed and because there are only 8 rooms it feels very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are not massive but they are perfect for a short stay, and you can treat the road as your own with the terrace and poolside seating very relaxed. Also- the shower is great, excellent water pressure. It is a 5 min walk from the main square max, and such a lovely mix of being private and quiet whilst being able to be in the bustle very quickly. They also printed out our tickets for us - Marrakech airport doesn't accept mobile tickets - and were very accommodating of all our needs. Really lovely stay.
Cons: We were very much happy to do our own thing but I would say that the recommendations/ tourist info wasn't hugely forthcoming - we weren't given a map or a list of things to do or places to eat. We also didn't ask for them because we had researched beforehand, and one of the staff gave us an excellent recommendation for Garden Secret which we loved, but it wasn't forefronted as part of the stay. So I would say be more direct about asking or doing your own research if you're wanting lots of activities.

Nuestra estancia fue increíble, el personal del Riad nos atendió muy amablemente en todo momento y estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotras, las instalaciones estaban en muy buen estado y muy bien decoradas. El desayuno en la planta alta fue maravilloso, variado y abundante, algunas cosas cambiaban de un día a otro. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto, ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano y nos permitieron hacer el Check-out el día anterior por la tarde. Hemos quedado encantadas, lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda y si volvemos a la ciudad repetiríamos en este Riad
Cons: Nada reseñable, por nombrar algo se escuchaba ligeramente desde la habitación el personal que subía arriba a la terraza a preparar el desayuno y entraba un poco de luz por la ventana puesto que no había persianas. Además vendría bien un poco más de señalización para llegar al Riad

Très bel emplacement situé dans la médina à côté de la grande place mais au calme d une ruelle. Nous avions bénéficie de leur navettes (15e par trajet) et le chauffeur vous amène directement au RIAD à pied, pratique surtout si vous arrivez le soir comme nous. RIAD d une propreté éclatante, personnels extrement courtois et agréable, petit déjeuner frais et maison.

Le riad est très bien placé. Petit déjeuné très bon et varie chaque jour. Nous avons pu visitez beaucoup monuments à pied. Restauration dans la rue excellente. Vous pouvez manger pour 5 euros ( plat et boisson). Animation toute la journée sur la place jeemal el fna.
Cons: Il faut savoir que dans un riad les murs sont fins. Mais heureusement les personnes font très attention arrivées a une certaine heure.

Tout d'abord l'emplacement du Riad était parfait. Ensuite la décoration du riad est irréprochable. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, c'était un réel plaisir de passer ces quelques jours dans le Riad Wazani. Nous avons également effectué un soin dans leur spa, qui était aussi agréable.
Cons: Notre chambre était située en-dessous de la terrasse. Chaque matin nous avons été réveillées lors de la mise en place du pétit-déjeuner. L'insonorisation des chambres du dessus n'est pas optimale.

Cons: Para mi gusto la cama muy dura y desde muy temprano se oía mucho ruido de pasos y movimiento de cosas a través de la estructura, entiendo que de algún vecino o de los trabajadores del Riad. Recomiendo contratar transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta la puerta del Riad, en general las calles son laberintos peatonales.

On a été très bien accueillit par les personnels de l'hôtel, ils étaient au petit soin. La personne qui prépare le petit déjeuner a chouchouté mes enfants en leur préparant des omelettes et des crêpes tous les matins. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours, on a eu des serviettes propres tous les jours. Ils nous accompagné à chaque fois pour ne pas se perdre au lieu de rdv, même très tard le soir et ca on a vraiment apprécié.
Cons: La piscine était trop petite mais on le savait déjà, ce n'était pas une surprise. Elle n'était pas chauffé dans la journée donc les enfants n'ont pas vraiment profité. La fête de fin d'année était un peu excessif même si les animations étaient très bien.
