Welcoming and helpful staff, beautiful decor and perfect location. Felt so quiet and peaceful even though you’re right in the busy medina. Our room was spacious, breakfast was great and loved the rooftop area too. They also add birthday decorations free of charge for my partner!
Cons: A shame it was an extra €35 to make the pool warm as a jacuzzi, so had a couple of very cold swims!

The staff were very attentive and kind. The riad is beautiful and incredibly well located. The terrace upstairs is very welcoming and attractive, and you can stay there for as long as you want. The riad feels robust.
Cons: Room 102 is a little small for a twin bedroom, but the riad is beautiful overall, and we could see there are larger rooms. Breakfast is generous, just too many carbs for me but that’s a personal choice. Overall, I would still recommend this riad.

Our stay at Mandana Riad Marrakech was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The riad itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches, a peaceful courtyard, and cozy rooms that feel like a true oasis from the busy Medina outside. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They helped with everything from arranging transfers, to recommending local restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and served with a smile every morning. We even got an excellent cooking class!!!! The dinner is amazing! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring. We felt completely at home here and would come back in a heartbeat. If you’re visiting Marrakech, Mandana Riad is the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and authentic Moroccan hospitality. Highly recommended!

Cons: La configuration du riad (les chambres disposées par étage autour d'un patio central) rend très bruillantes les parties communes. Quand des clients indélicats rentrent un peu tard en parlant fort, on est réveillé. On l'a vécu 2 fois lors de notre séjour.

Amabilidad del personal. Todos, sin excepción, son extremadamente amables y serviciales. Considero muy útil reservar el transfer desde el aeropuerto con ellos ya que te acompañan andando hasta la el Riad desde la zona donde te deja el taxi, que no puede llegar hasta la puerta. Las habitaciones muy amplias (nos alojamos en una suite) y limpias. Esta en una calle pequeña de la medina, pero en ningún momento sentimos inseguridad.

Beautifully decorated Riad in the heart of the Medina, within good walking distance to all the markets, points of interests and incredible restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars. The property was clean with air conditioning and the rooms had a smart tv which meant we were able to connect to Netflix. The rooftop pool and terrace was very peaceful and a nice escape from the busy town especially during peak heat. The daily traditional Moroccan breakfast was a nice touch and the staff in the Riad were extremely friendly and always smiling. Said was very warm and welcoming, accompanying us to our airport pick up and drop off outside the college as the Riad is tucked away down a little side street which cars cannot access. Would recommend the airport pick up service arranged via the hotel, it made getting to and from the airport seamless, and also made us feel safe getting to our Riad late at night.
Cons: The value for money of the Riad for the location and the amenities was fantastic, I think the only improvement could have been if there had been a drinks service on the rooftop terrace by the pool. Other than that I really cannot fault our stay here.

El riad nos pareció arquitectonicamente muy bonito y espacioso, perfectamente diseñado para parecer un oasis en medio de la locura de Marrakech. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la limpieza fue muy buena. El personal es muy amable, servicial, cercanos y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Se mostraron muy preocupados cuando mi padre se puso malo y con disposición de ayudar. La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro, pero en callejuelas tranquilas.
Cons: Eché en falta más variedad en el desayuno. El precio de los platos de comida me pareció elevado para la calidad de los mismos. No nos gustó tener que pagar parte de la estancia en efectivo. Marrakech es una ciudad muy turística con gente de todo el mundo. Debería haber más facilidad para el empleo de tarjeta, aunque es un problema que también tuvimos con las entradas a los principales monumentos.

Usamos muchísimo la piscina de arriba, además puedes usarla a cualquier hora, por tanto, al llegar por la noche, un baño no venía nada mal :) Muchas gracias al chico joven que nos atendía muy amable siempre, nos contaba curiosidades y nos indicaba los mejores sitios para comer. Localizado no coração dos souks, o riad oferece a vantagem de estar próximo à agitação da medina, mas, ao mesmo tempo, proporciona um refúgio de serenidade. Assim que vocês entram, a confusão do exterior desaparece, e somos transportado para um oásis de paz. Um dos aspectos que também me impressionou foi o café da manhã. O riad ofereceu um delicioso pequeno-almoço típico marroquino, repleto de sabores autênticos. Além disso, o pessoal foi extremamente atencioso ao adaptar e misturar algumas das nossas sugestões, garantindo que todos os gostos fossem atendidos. Começar o dia com essa variedade de opções foi um verdadeiro prazer! This is the most beautiful Riad and Spa in the heart of the medina. It was so peaceful and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the medina so totally bliss after a full day of exploring. We were warmly welcomed by Yousef a polite and helpful young man who guided my son and i in the right direction and gave us plenty of information on places of interest. It was our first time in Morocco and he exceeded all expectations by going above and beyond in helping to make sure our stay was a most memorable one. which we really appreciated as we were lost in how to navigate without getting lost. It was also my birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make me the most beautiful birthday cake it was the most perfect and relaxing stay everyone went that extra mile and are so warm and welcoming it is the most perfect retreat i highly recommend a stay at Riad Mandana and spa to anyone needing a much needed break. They also arranged my camel ride in the desert for my birthday with a private driver i really couldn’t thank Riad Mandana and spa enough for making my stay so perfect.

Nos han dado una habitación bastante grande y cómoda, el estilo Marroquí nos ha encantado. Buen desayuno, la zona de la terraza con piscina es preciosa, lo hemos disfrutado mucho!
Cons: La ubicación!!! Para llegar al hotel no es muy buena, hay que pasar por los callejones del Soko, y si llegas de noche te da la sensación de que no es seguro.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Marrakesch sehr genossen und empfehlen das Riad unbedingt weiter. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unseren Städtetripp und bot uns eine tolle Zeit zum entspannen und genießen (Zimmer, Dachterrasse, Pool). Wir haben auch eine Hamman- und eine Relax-Massage gebucht. Beides war super!

The riad was very clean, beautiful and excellently maintained. The staff were excellent. The cook Mohammed cooked a sublime tagine! The cleaning lady was very much up to the point. All 5 stars out of 5. The receptionist and the night staff were equally perfect.
Cons: The location is slightly difficult because the riad cannot be reached by car. The best solution would be to inform guests ahead of time and provide a hand pushed cart so that the luggage can be taken to the rooms.

Warm and friendly staff. They clean the room on a daily. Beautiful Riad. 1 outdoor pool in the rooftop. Habib is very helpful and walked with us on arrival and on my departure to carry my luggage. He is Very accommodating and always happy to help. Great location. Hammam and massage are great and relaxing. Inhouse food (Tagine and chicken pastilla) are so delicious! Breakfast also superb.

Évidemment les lieux sont magnifiques et la terrasse sur le toit, très calme, apporte un réel plus (la piscine après s’être baladé dans le souk fait bcp de bien). Bref que de recommandations. Nous n’avons pas testé le hammam ou les messages.

Smaakvol ingerichte Riad. Oase van rust in het midden van alle drukte. Supervriendelijk personeel. Alles was schoon. We konden niet met de taxi tot de Riad komen, maar dat was geen probleem. We werden opgehaald en het was maar een paar minuten lopen vanaf de taxistandplaats. Er was ook nog een leuk dakterras. Ik zou deze Riad zeker aanraden en als ik nogmaals in Marrakech ben zeker weer boeken.
Cons: Niet alle kamers die we geboekt hadden hebben een douchegordijn. Een van de kamers op de begane grond was wat aan de kleine kant.

Das Riad ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Von der engen Gasse tritt man duch ein schönes Tor ins Mandana ein und wird sehr herzlich mit Tee empfangen. Das ganze Personal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Sam, Habib und Mohammed sind immer bereit Fragen zu beantworten und haben uns spannende Einblicke in ihre Kultur und Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Es gibt ein leckeres Frühstück, auf Wunsch auch auf der Terrasse, die sehr gemütlich ausgestattet ist und einen Pool hat. Alles in allem ein kleines Paradies! Danke.

Our experience was great. I was there with my big family . Osama did a great welcome. He was kind and very accommodating. Always there to help if we needed anything. Then I met Zehra in a day shift. She was also very helpful and gentle. Our room AC was not working, so the next day, they got it changed and fixed the new AC. Also, she accommodate us in another room for one night. On the last day I met Habib as well and my experience with him was not any different from Osama and Zahra. So overall very good experience with Staff.

Un gran hotel dentro de la Medina, está fuera de las calles principales de la misma y tras andar un poco y pensar :dónde vamos, aparece el hotel. Muy cómodo, sin ruidos, el baño grande y muy nuevo y limpio así como la cama y el personal excepcional. Salíamos de excursión y pudimos dejar dos maletas en el hotel cuando ya no estábamos alojados. Además nos íbamos pronto , antes de empezar el desayuno y nos lo adelantaron para nosotros y otras 3 parejas media hora antes. En resumen, un hotel al estilo europeo , muy recomendable

Exceptional accommodation in every way. Beautiful tranquil surroundings, attentive kind and friendly staff who were happy to help in any way they could. Breakfast was lovely and the fresh orange juice was delicious. Location was great, close to the entrance to the souks and also close to taxi rank and pick up and drop off point for tours and excursions but still quiet and peaceful. Couldn't recommend it enough. I also had the hamman which was amazing 😍

Het is een prachtige en originele Riad met mooie (buiten)ruimten en tegelwerk. Het hotel ligt midden in een souk en is vanaf een plein alleen te voet door de souk en kleine straatjes bereikbaar. Je zit overal middenin. Het plein waar taxi's reizigers halen en brengen is op 5 minuten lopen van de Riad Mandana. Je zit dus overal dichtbij. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker. Het personeel is van bijzondere klasse; uitermate vriendelijk en hulpbereid.

Gostamos muito localização, muito sossegado apesar de estar na Medina. O quarto estava muito limpo na hora de chek-in e igual como nas fotografias. Todos os dias limparam o quarto e trocaram as toalhas. O Staff está a dar o seu melhor para agradar os hospedes. Um agradecimento muito especial ao Oussama, é melhor funcionário deste Riad, atencioso, simpático, nota-se que simpatia é honesta e que realmente quer conforto para as pessoas. Pequeno almoço é diferente, comida boa e fresca, feita na hora. Nada de mais como em grandes hoteis, mas tem tudo suficiente para comer e estar satisfeito. As camas são confortáveis e almofadas eram espectaculares. Tem pouca luz natural, mas isso é habitual para as Riades, pois eles têm tudo a sair para pátio interior. A nos não incomodava pois saímos de manha e regressamos de noite. No telhado tem um fantástico terraço com piscina para descansar e tomar banhos de sol. O Próprio Riad é feito com muito bom gosto, bonito e organizado. Recomendo à toda gente. É um sítio muito seguro em termos de higiene, conforto e sossego.
Cons: Apenas uma observação. Limpeza diária foi boa, mas podem aspirar e limpar o chão um pouco mais ao pormenor. Do resto nada a apontar.

Cons: In general the hotels in Marrakech are on the expensive side compared to travel, food and shopping and this hotel is no exception. Can't beat the location and cleanliness though.

The location is perfect as within the historical centre but in a quiet spot. Ideal for walking to all the main sightseeing places. Staff are absolutely lovely, attentive and efficient. Breakfast is abundant and fresh with some local flavours too. The ryad is immaculate and beautiful, an elegant oasis of calm and relax after a day of walking in the busy streets of Marrakesh.

Los días de excursión nos han preparado el desayuno antes del horario del desayuno y en el check in nos han dado la bienvenida con un té y pasteles. El recepcionista Sam nos ha hecho pasar una estancia muy agradable en el Riad. Nosotros lo recomendamos a todos y si volveremos a Marrakech, repetiremos. Nos ha encantado.

It’s a beautiful property in an excellent location in a lovely part of the Medina. Despite being in the medina it is a peaceful sanctuary away from the hassle and bustle. It is within walking distance of all the city sites with lovely walks through the medina to get to many of the sites. The local area has some great restaurants: Simple, Roc the Kasbah. Staff are really friendly and kind but not intrusive. Lovely breakfast. Roof top area with a pool and loungers is great for restful moments and sunbathing.

Ein wunderschönes Riad mit perfektem Service. Wir hatten tolle Tage in Marrakesch. Die Lage war super und wir wurden super nett empfangen. Der Service von Anfang bis Ende hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war jederzeit ein Mitarbeiter für alle Fragen und Anliegen verfügbar. Wir konnten am Abreisetag unser Frühstück sogar 2 Stunden früher einnehmen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr sauber. Der Innenhof und die Dachterasse ebenfalls. Die Pools waren uns im Januar zu kalt zum schwimmen, sahen aber ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt aus.

Both Mohammed at the Reception and Mohammed in the kitchen who served us breakfast each morning were a credit to the hotel. Both made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The property was excellent - exceptionally clean at all times both in the room, communal entrance and around the pool. Would recommend the hotel for the above reasons, as well as location and value.

Close to all attractions such as the main square, the souks, Ben Youssef Madrasa and about 25-30 mins walk to further places such as the Bahia Palace or the new town Gueliz. It is also very close to a taxi point / collection point for day tours as cars cannot enter the small streets. The room was big and very clean. It was a very quiet stay, literally lost in the Medina, about 5 minutes walking far from its main "roads" and markets. It eas also quiet because there were very little people staying in it - 2-3 families. The room was big enough for is to stay there, tired, for hours, with no wish to leave it. Guys, working on reception served you breakfast, and were able to sell beer or wine, tea with mint, and coffee.
Cons: Breakfast was quite simple and absolutely similar every day with eggs, small pancakes, jam, cheese / ham and some vegetables, but it seems to me the staff did their best , its just the traditional thing. In the morning it was quite cold in the riad itself outside of our room. Swimming pool was quite useless because of that. We only used the one on the roof and only for 5 minutes after the hot day on the trip.the mattress was a bit soft for me.

Everything. They arranged a taxi to pick up. The helper Salah stayed on call and helped me navigate through things. Helped me with the luggage. Welcome with yummy goodies and his cute smile. I needed stuff like whatever bottle and charger midnight, he would get it with his cute smile. Hakim and Salah would help me find my way out and give cues on how to handle hagglers and taxi drivers. They would drop me till the main square. Hakim was super kind to take my pictures as I explored Riad. Yummmmy breakfast everyday . Riad was neat and clean . Very romantic . I was travelling solo but strongly recommend if you're travelling with your plus one.

We arrived at the Riad and were looked after as soon as we stepped through the doors. The hospitality was exceptional. Hakim greeted us with a traditional Moroccan Tea and biscuits and was so friendly, helpful and hospitable from there on in for the rest of our trip. Any questions we had he answered and often showed us by walking us to places. Just what you need when in a city that takes getting use to. The Riad itself is beautiful, clean, and quiet. Very relaxing. Pool and roof area was perfect to relax for the afternoon. Breakfast was amazing and authentic. Fantastic stay in a lovely please. Thank you Hakim you were amazing

Riad très bien placé à 20 min à pied de la place jema el fna et à 5 min à pied du College Mohamed 5 qui permet de prendre un taxi. Le personnel est agréable, prêt à tout pour nous aider. Merci beaucoup à Mohamed qui a essayer de nous aider tout au long du séjour. Petit déjeuner correct. Nous avons dîné un soir après une excursion tardive et c’était très bon également.
Cons: Seul regret : l’eau de la piscine et du bassin intérieur n’est pas chauffée, l’eau est trop froide pour se baigner.

Everything! Firstly, the staff here are incredible and we were so well looked after by everyone who we came across. Especially Mohammed, Saleh, Suleiman and Bushra. I’ve been to nearly 50 countries and this was hands down the best hospitality I’ve ever seen. Secondly, the Riad is stunning! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Beautiful and artistic design, very clean and lots of space to relax and drink tea. The terrace was stunning, plenty of space to sunbathe or eat and a pretty pool for plunging (but not big enough to swim in). We loved breakfast, plentiful and with different traditional foods to try daily. Thirdly the location was fab. We were in the middle of the medina but a 3/4 min walk away from a drop off with plenty of taxis nearby. It’s a 20/30 min walk through the souls to Jemaa el-Fnaa square and there’s quite a few landmarks 10-30 min walk away. Despite being in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the Riad was super peaceful and like a little oasis. This was truly one of the best places I’ve stayed and will absolutely be returning. Thank you for looking after us.

The customer service was so far beyond what I’ve ever experienced at the Riad. The staff were so attentive and the facilities were well maintained and lots of things are available to do there: spa, pools, drinks, and food. Someone is there 24 hours a day. At one point we were hungry late at night and the night attendant helped us find food. The bed is comfortable. Everything was really clean at all times. The pools were a great place to dip in after a warm day. The Riad was quiet and personal. Breakfast every morning was plentiful and really good and fresh. Moroccan tea was served several times while we stayed there and could be made upon request. At any time, they were ready to help us and answer questions. One of our excursions that we booked through another company wasn’t communicating well and the day clerk helped us by calling them and arranging the time and place we were supposed to meet them. Omar, the night clerk was by far the most interesting person we met in Morocco. He is from the nomadic lifestyle in the Sahara so we spent our evenings chatting with him and getting to know about local customs and history. I would give this place 20 stars if I could!

Sehr schickes und modernes Riad. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zudem auch das Spa-Angebot genutzt und Hamam sowie andere Massagen gebucht, welche direkt im Hotel durchgeführt werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr niedlich und wird einem im Hauptsaal persönlich am Tisch serviert. Wir haben 3 Nächte zu viert in Marrakesch verbracht und waren von dieser Unterkunft sehr überzeugt. Wir haben uns davor mehrere Riads in der Umgebung angesehen, waren nicht zufrieden und sind durch Zufall auf dieses gestoßen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

What a lovely, bright, clean Riad with exceptionally nice and helpful staff. It was like being a first in a very private house. Lots of space, small refreshing pool and a lovely roof deck. Struttura molto accogliente, posizionata ad 1 km dalla piazza principale di Marrakech. E’ un riad molto caratteristico e tipico dell’architettura locale. La pulizie a è massima e il personale è sempre stato gentile le disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo soggiornato in 15 ed occupato quasi tutte le stanze. Unica nota negativa da segnalare e che ci ha lasciato un po’ delusi è che la suite che abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone aveva come terzo letto un semplice divano, per niente comodo per dormire, anche in considerazione del prezzo non certo economico della stanza. In verità per due notti, gratuitamente, ci è stata offerta una camera non occupata, mentre per le altre 2 notti siccome la camera era prenotata, abbiamo dovuto ripiegare nella suite e tornare a dormire sul divano.
Cons: La suite, benché spaziosa non è per tre persone come viene descritta, perché il terzo letto è un semplice divano e non un letto. Per dormire.

Great Riad excellent location just off the mains streets good restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Very clean good breakfast fairly quiet, if you pay by card you'll be charged an extra 3% also book your own transport to and from Riad it'll be cheaper. Overall a good place to base yourself while in Marrakesh.

Als je op pleintje staat komen ze je halen. Dus ook met koffers geen probleem. Nieuwe accommodatie, mooie details, super dakterras, comfortabel bed. Personeel gastvrij en meedenkend. Helaas geen tijd meer gehad voor een hamman of massage. Een waterkoker zou handig zijn op de kamer. Hoewel je ook kopje koffie op thee kan bestellen. Très beau Riad, très bien entretenu, et une équipe au top ! Le rooftop est agréable et permet de profiter du soleil jusqu’au dernier instant. Le Riad est situé à 1mn à pied de la première rue du souk mais il est au calme. Accueil chaleureux et merci à Amid, Moahmed ainsi qu’au Patron et sa fille. Nathalie et Aldo

The host was very kind and always at our disposal. The riad is beautiful and brand new; the location is excellent, and we never encountered any safety problems in reaching it. It's very close to the Secret Garden, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, numerous restaurants, and other points of interest in the northern part of the medina, and approximately a 15-minute walk from the main square. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the breakfast is delicious, with attention to every request. The Hammam and scrub package is highly recommended as well, performed by a dedicated and precise practitioner, exceeding all expectations. Despite our departure in the middle of the night, they accompanied us to the taxi for the airport and prepared a packed breakfast, much appreciated. We will definitely return here.

The staff were fantastic the Manager went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. Even driving to the main square when we departed to find our Taxi for the transfer to the airport

I’m a frequent user of Booking.com and this was one of my favorite experiences ever. The Riad was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time during our stay. The owner of the Riad is super friendly and was always keen to answer our questions or give recommendations. Location is perfect, it’s inside the Medina which is centrally located nearby most tourist attractions but also very quiet because it’s tucked away from the main crowded streets. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Marrakech.

Le personnel et le patron sont au top! C’est un établissement extraordinaire nous avons passer notre voyage de noce là bas et je n’aurais rêver mieux. Nous étions même malade du au changement climatique et ils nous ont aider à aller mieux, petit thé bien chaud au gingembre, médicaments, ect.. le personele et au petit soins avec ces clients. Vraiment à recommander. Chambre pareille que sur photo!

Le sejour a Mandana etait EXCEPTIONNEL. Le proprietaire Monsieur Said est d'une gentillesse hors du commun. Il a ete d'une generosite, disponibilite et bienveillance absolument exceptionnelle. Toute l'equipe du riad etait serviable, attentionnee, professionnelle. Tout le monde a fait en sorte qu'on se sente comme a la maison. Le riad est neuf, calme et decore avec beaucoup de gout. Les chambres sont comfortables, le linge de bain et de chambre sont de grande qualite. L'experience Hammam etait magique et relaxante. On a aussi tres tres bien mange. Je recommande vivement ce riad tres bien place dans une rue tres paisible de la Medina. C'est la 8eme fois que je viens a Marrakesh et sans aucun doute, c'est le riad ou je me suis sentie le mieux. J'y reviendrais sans aucun doute!
Cons: Tout etait parfait. Absolument rien a redire.

Cons: Alguna habitación tiene su puerta de entrada en la zona del comedor, por lo que tiene más ruido y menos intimidad.

Un excellent séjour (6j) passé au sein ce riad à la fois traditionnel et très moderne. Il est situé dans un quartier plutôt calme et tranquille (nuit comme jour). Les chambres sont très belles et confortables. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil du début à la fin. Le personnel est au petit soin avec ses clients, et est toujours disponible au moindre besoin et à toutes heures. Nous avons eu des petits déjeuners traditionnels marocains faits maisons (thé, msemen, crêpe mille trous , miel d’argan, omelette , kiri, beurre, confiture, jus d’orange pressé …) variés chaque jour, bien garnis, complets et très savoureux. Nous avons également eu l’occasion de goûter un couscous préparé par la cuisinière….Un pur délice ! D’autres plats peuvent être demandés (tajine etc..). Tout le confort est présent dans ce merveilleux riyad. Il y a une petite piscine tres agréable pour se détendre quelques instants et une terrasse sur le toit très bien aménagée pour y manger, se relaxer ou bronzer…. Coté relaxation et soins, le Riad possède un spa/ hamman où on peut y faire des massages, gommages et divers soins.Je vous les recommande. Le propriétaire nous a fait vivre une tres belle expérience en nous proposant des excursions et activités afin que nous gardions un tres beau souvenir du Maroc (excursion Essaouira, Ouzoud, Ourika et chameau/quad/spectacle dans le désert d’Agafay). Vous n’aurez pas de mal à vous occuper grâce à ses recommandations et conseils. Face à cette hospitalité, on ne peut que s’y sentir à l’aise, je recommande +++ ce riad. En espérant y revenir un jour . Encore merci .

Très beau riad minutieusement décoré de zelliges, stucs ciselés et bois de cèdre. Saïd et son personnel sont aux petits soins. Chambre et salle de bains superbes, à la propreté irréprochable et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner marocain et continental copieux. Proche des principaux centres d'intérêts. Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir

En general me gusto todo el recibimiento,el riad en si es muy nuevo, nos alojamos en una suite y parecía de mil y una noche, era expectacular,la atención de Said como de la gente que trabajo con el era de 10

La atención del personal y el hotel es como las fotos.
Cons: Muy caro para lo que ofrece, por ese precio esperábamos más. Hotel en marcha blanca con poca experiencia. En la habitación, Camas y almohadas muy duras e incomodas. Encontramos dos cucarachas gigantes adentro de la habitación. Al desayuno no había queso, fiambres, yogurt, cereales, entre otros. Pedimos huevos al desayuno y nos querían cobrar adicional. Muy lejano al centro, a 25 minutos caminando aproximadamente.

-El personal excelente, supercordiales y muy pendientes de ayudar. Por ejemplo nos vinieron a buscar el primer día a donde estabamos porque no sabiamos el camino a la 1 de la madrugada para guiarnos hasta el hotel (es complicadillo moverse por la medina sin conocerla). -El hamman (spa) también nos encantó y nos pareció una experiencia a recomendar. La piscina interior fue la mejor experiencia también ya que estábamos fresquitos dentro del riad -El patio exterior y la terraza y todo el entorno nos parecieron también muy agradables y con una relación calidad/precio excelente -Estuvimos el 7/8 al 9/8 Muy a gusto por el encanto del lugar, sus bonitas habitaciones, su excelente localización, el rico y variado desayuno en la terraza, la comodidad en el uso de sus servicios y el amable y personalizado trato dado por said y monaim. -Nos ayudó tambien a planear una excursión turistica a merzoga. -Volveríamos al mismo Riad y lo recomendamos a quienes quieran estar en un muy agradable Riad en familia o amigos

- อาหารเช้าแบบท้องถิ่น ขนมปังอร่อยแบบฝรั่งเศสผสมผสานทานง่าย - ทำเลที่พักเดินไปเข้าลึกหน่อย แต่ถือว่าไม่ไกล และมี Riad อยู่ใกล้ๆ กันอีกหลายแห่ง - ที่พักใหม่ ที่นอนเพื่อสุขภาพดี ไม่ปวดหลัง โดยรวมคือสะอาดมาก เก็บรายละเอียดดี เพิ่งเห็นที่ห้องพักมีทั้งแอร์และฮีตเตอร์ สามารถพักได้ทั้งหน้าร้อนและหน้าหนาวเลย
Cons: Wi-Fi มีจุดอับบางพื้นที่ ทำให้ internet ช้า ขัดใจเวลาใช้นิดหน่อย ส่วนอื่นถือว่าปกติ

Ce fabuleux Riad j'ai eu le sentiment d’être à la maison dans un environnement Marrakchi idyllique. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, très propres, calmes et très chaleureuses, la propreté est au RDV je valide à 100% !!! 😍 Côté petit déjeuner, c’est un 20/20, traditionnel et occidental à la fois, il est très complet, c’est très appréciable, servi au choix dans l’espace petit déjeuner ou en terrasse . ☺ Nous prenions tous les soirs un thé à la menthe sur cette Belle terrasse, calme et confortable. Très accueillant et attentive,ils étaitent aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande vivement ce magnifique Riad. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Joli riad avec un emplacement qui nous a permis d'être à côté de tous les lieux culturels et touristiques ! Le personnel est attentif et chaleureux, la propreté est au rendez-vous, le petit déjeuner est très copieux. J'y retournerais !!
