Wszystko było świetnie. Miejsce bardzo blisko głównego rynku. W nocy było super cicho. Obsługa była bardzo pomocna; Samira, która sprząta i gotuje w riadzie zawsze była wyrozumiała i bardzo miła. Hamza, który jest opiekunem riadu, pomógł nam w tylu kwestiach związanych nawet nie tylko z samym pobytem w Marrakeszu, a w ogóle odnośnie naszej całej podróży po całym Maroko, że trudno opisać to w tak prostej recenzji. Pomagał nam znajdować miejsca w medynie, w których otrzymywaliśmy autentyczne produkty w rewelacyjnych (nieturystycznych) cenach. Naprawdę, ta pomoc jest bezcenna. Wszystko było naprawdę naprawdę tak jak można sobie tylko wymarzyć.

Muy buena ubicación del riad, cerca de la plaza principal, aunque cuesta un poco de encontrar. Ilyas ha sido muy amable con nosotros. Nos facilitaron el desayuno aunque nos íbamos a las 7 de la mañana.
Cons: La zona común le faltaba un poco de cuidado, estaba un poco dejada. La cama era un poco dura, para quién no le guste es algo a tener en cuenta.

Das Riad ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wirklich benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Hamza und sein Team haben uns mit großer Herzlichkeit empfangen, standen jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben uns mit wertvollen Tipps rund um Marrakesch versorgt. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend, frisch und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage des Riads ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt: Der Markt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell und unkompliziert zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an Hamza – ein großartiger Gastgeber, der den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat.

È stata una piacevole esperienza, il Riad è vicino al centro della Medina a pochi minuti raggiungibile a piedi. Hamza è stato molto disponibile e cordiale in tutti i nostri bisogni, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare/esperienze e organizzarci il transfer. Samira ci ha accolti con una colazione tipica deliziosa, abbondante. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Cons: This was my single worst travelling experience and I am a seasoned traveller. And I never rank hosts 1 but this time I am absolutely confident of my opinion. Firstly, the room I was given - on the ground floor - is quite spartan. Do not expect bedside lamps, you will not want to open the window shutters as then you have zero privacy and the smell is not fresh but these are minor problems and you can live with it. What happened to me was on a totally different level: January in Marrakech can be cold and this one certainly was. As it turned out, the heater in the room was broken and it was freezing. I asked the host ( Hamza, I believe) for help. He brought an extra blanket said that was all he could do. I was not happy with it at all as I did not want to spend all evening buried in bed. Then he said it was my problem, not his, which led to a war of words , at the end of which he told me to leave the riad ( which I had paid for) at what was 22.00 in Marakech Medina as I showed him no respect. It is unbelievable! I am aware the riad is rated very high but my experience was appaling.

Il Riad è carino ed in ottima posizione. Il personale è accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato una settimana sabato/sabato e’ già all’arrivo ci siamo sentiti a casa, ma poi è avvenuto un episodio che ha reso questo soggiorno non perfetto come invece poteva essere.
Cons: Eravamo talmente a nostro agio da subito, che al primo risveglio la domenica per andare a fare colazione, abbiamo lasciato i nostri beni incustoditi (ti mettono a disposizione una cassaforte). Al rientro non abbiamo trovato 50 euro nel portafoglio. Nel pomeriggio ho riferito l’accaduto ad Hamza che ha solo risposto “really?” non manifestando molto interesse per la cosa. La vacanza è proseguito benissimo fino a martedì, quando lo stesso Hamza mi manda una foto di un oggetto smarrito chiedendo se era mio ed io in maniera anche un po’ ironica rispondo che l’unica cosa che avevo perso erano i soldi, come lui già sapeva. Mi ha risposto rassicurandomi che se avessero trovato i miei soldi me li avrebbero restituiti e che non era mai successo una cosa così nel suo Riad. Inoltre mi ha chiesto di verificare prima di giudicare. Io ho verificato e non ho giudicato né accusato nessuno perché non ho prove certe. L’unica certezza è che la sera prima di andare a letto i soldi c erano e il giorno dopo, finita la colazione non c erano più. Una vacanza, purtroppo quasi perfetta!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene! La stanza era accogliente e pulita e la colazione molto buona e varia. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, molto gentile e disponibile, che in questi due giorni, informandosi sulle nostre necessità, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla!

Riad senzill però bònic, amb tots els bàsics necessaris. L'esmorzar bonissim i molt complert. El dia que vam sortir aviat ens van preparar un esmorzar picnic per endur. L'atenció del propietari Hamza és excel·lent, ens va esperar a l'arribada de nit i cada dia s'interesava per nosaltres i poder ser d'ajuda.

Riad in posizione perfetta e ospitalità straordinaria Il riad si trova in una posizione ottimale, a soli 4/5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Jemaa el-Fna, nel cuore di Marrakech, ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. L’ospitalità, come quella di tutti i marocchini che abbiamo incontrato, è stata semplicemente indescrivibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Hamza, il manager, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità: ci ha persino detto che, se ci fossimo persi di notte, avremmo potuto chiamarlo senza problemi. La pulizia è molto buona: una mattina, entrando in camera, si sentiva persino l’odore di candeggina, segno di grande attenzione all’igiene. Un altro grande punto di forza è la gentilezza di Samira, che si occupa delle pulizie e della colazione. Insieme ad Hamza, ci hanno preparato una colazione al sacco un’ora prima dell’orario previsto, perché avevamo un’escursione molto presto e non volevano assolutamente farci restare a digiuno. Un gesto che racconta perfettamente la loro cura per gli ospiti. L’unica piccola pecca (che comunque conoscevamo e per noi andava benissimo) è lo spazio ridotto intorno al letto: ci sono pochi centimetri tra il letto e il muro su entrambi i lati, il che può risultare un po’ scomodo. Nel complesso, esperienza più che positiva, consigliato a chi cerca una posizione centrale, accoglienza autentica e un’atmosfera familiare.

We stayed at the beginning of November and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was great and they prepared us a little breakfast to go on our last day since we left early. Hamza was the main person we communicated with and he was very helpful and nice with all of our questions!
Cons: It’s tricky to find the place for the first time so don’t be shy to reach out to them. There will be teens around the area who will help you find the riad without you asking and then ask for a tip at the end. So try to avoid them as best as you can and this applies for any stay (not just this one).

Riad a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale di Marrakech; silenzioso e sicuro. Ho usufruito del pick up in aeroporto per 150 dirham: molto utile per evitare di perdersi; al ritorno invece ho preso un petit taxi di fronte a Bahia palace per 50 dirham. Hamza, il manager, e Samira, incaricata per il servizio colazione, sono stati molto gentili e di aiuto ad ogni richiesta!

Todo. La ubicación céntrica, el Riad cuidado el desayuno excelente abundante casero y muy rico. Pero lo mejor de todo el trato recibido por parte de Hanza y Samira esforzándose por agradar y hacer tu estancia lo mejor posible. Nos facilitaron transporte de ida y vuela al aeropuerto, incluso Hamza nos esperó una noche que llegamos un poco tarde preocupado por si estábamos bien. De diez.

Well what can I say about this Riad and the staff to do it justice.The manager Hamza was like a son to us me sorted everything for us ,gave us local advice and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one.. Samira who served our breakfasts on the roof terrace was also like Hamza so welcoming ,friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome . Overall this Riad was amazing and we had an amazing 5 days there.We particularly liked the location on the outskirts of the Madina only a short 5 to 10 minute walk into the main square, but in a more laid back quieter area. You really appreciate this after time in the crazy atmosphere of the centre.
Cons: The fact because it was fully booked we couldn't spend a few more days there.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto, soprattutto grazie all’host, che è stato estremamente ospitale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ha fatto davvero molto più di quanto ci aspettassimo, facendoci sentire come a casa. Il riad è molto bello, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. La colazione, preparata da loro, è deliziosa, e la posizione è davvero perfetta per visitare la città.

Cons: No hubo, nada que no nos gustara, es cierto que las habitaciones del Riad no ofrecen tanta intimidad como en otro tipo de opciones, pero no nos arrepentimos para nada de haber decidido quedarnos en el Riad, y contamos en repetir en este mismo en el futuro.

Es un Riad bastante bien ubicado. A 10 mnts de la plaza. Se llega por unos callejones que si bien no son muy lindos, no pasa nada es seguro. Hamza y Karim, que son parte del personal, te entienden en español si estás flojo de inglés. Samira, también parte del personal, es la encargada de los desayunos y es súper amable y simpática. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en todo momento.

Fue un gran acierto el haber elegido el Riad Dar les Freres para quedarnos alojados en nuestra visita a Marrakesh. Para nosotros siempre es importante la relación calidad/precio, la limpieza y la ubicación. En este caso lo cumplía todo. El Riad está muy cerca de la zona centro donde hay mil cosas que visitar, todo estaba muy limpio, ordenado, y decorado como la típica casa de la zona. Además hay que destacar el desayuno increíble que nos servían. Nuestros anfitriones, Samira, siempre atenta y sonriente, que nos servía un espectacular desayuno, y Hamza, simpático y encantador, que te da la bienvenida a tu llegada al Riad, y que está super pendiente de que en todo momento estés cómodo y agusto como si fuera tu propia casa. Muchas gracias chic@s, fué un verdadero placer estar alojados en vuestro Riad, en el cual repetiremos si lugar a dudas 🙂

What a brilliant place to stay! Hamzah and Samyrah were lovely, friendly and welcoming people. The breakfast was filling and delicious and the room comfortable with good AC. The location was perfect. Definitely take up the offer of the taxi especially if arriving late at night because it can be tricky to locate the Riad for the first time.

Cons: ・8月のマラケシュは夜でも外気温が40℃くらいで、中のクーラーの設定温度を18℃にしても、体感は30～32℃くらいだった。夜遅くなるとさすがにもう少し気温は落ちて眠れたが、この後別の都市のリヤドでクーラー（LG製）を使ったらガンガンに冷えたので、クーラーの性能はあまり良くないと感じた。（おそらく現地のメーカー） ・タオルはゴワゴワでかなり使い古されている感じがした。また、備え付けの石鹸はとても硬くて溶けにくいので、持参したものを使った方が良いと思った。 ・TVはチャンネルがつかなかったので使用しなかった。 ・朝食は8時半～と遅めだったが、準備できたのは8:45。観光をギチギチに詰めている人はやや不満かもしれないが、モロッコの別都市のリヤドは朝食は9時～だったので、モロッコはこんなものだと思う。そしてこの国では15分遅れ＝定刻という感じ。

Genel olarak memnun kaldığımız bir deneyimdi. Odalar temiz idi. Yatak odasi ve özel tuvalet görece ferah idi. Yalnız odalarin dışarı bakan penceresi yoktu, şehrin mimarisi gereği pencereler iç avluya açılıyor. Tuvalet ve oda arasinda da gercek kapı degil perde vardı ancak koku sorunu yaşamadık. Klima nemi engellemekte başarılıydı. Hem iç avlu hem de çatıdaki teras vakit gecirmek icin güzeldi. Terasta masaların yanı sıra şezlonglar da bulunuyor, gece serinlikte orada takıldık. Terasta sunulan kahvalti da oldukça göz doyurucuydu. Semira çok nazikti ve kahve ikramında cömert davrandı. Kahvaltının eksiği yalnizca tatlı ve şekerli şeylerden oluşmasiydi. Ancak bir haftalık Fas gezimizde her yerde verilen kahvaltının aynı içerikte olduğunu soyleyebilirim. Son gün otelden erken saatte ayrılmamıza rağmen bir poşet içinde kahvalti paketi ikram ettiler. Resepsiyonda Hamza vardı. Hamza bize karşı çok ilgiliydi, hem şehir gezisi hem de özel konularimizda bize yardimci oldu.
Cons: Tesisin tek kötü özelliği lokasyon diyebilirim. Kent meydanina ve tüm turistik yerlere çok yakın, ancak bulunduğu sokak geceleri tekinsiz gözüküyor. Marakeş medinanın genel olarak güvenli olduğu söylense de ilk gece tedirgin oluyor insan. Ama bu durum tüm Riadlar için geçerlidir. Göz ardı edilebilecek bir durum.

Jeden morgen gab es ein SUPER leckeres Frühstück auf der Dach Terrasse. Unser Zimmer wurde ebenfalls jeden morgen gereinigt und aufgefrischt. Die Lage war perfekt! Du konntest alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Und hast dich inmitten vieler Restaurants und Läden befunden. Hamza hat uns mega viele tolle Tips für Local Foodspots und Unternehmungen gegeben. Ryad situato appena fuori dalla Medina. Sembra surreale come fino a 200 metri di distanza ci sia chiasso continuamente, mentre il Ryad sia molto tranquillo, silenzioso e rilassante. Stanza (a piano terra, nel nostro caso) molto ampia, con letto comodo e dotata di tutti i comfort che si possa chiedere. Colazione buonissima e personale attento e solare, un grazie particolare ad Hamza (che tra l'altro ci ha accompagnato al Ryad al nostro arrivo, visto che non è molto intuitivo da raggiungere la prima volta) e Samira!! Siamo stati benissimo, grazie di tutto.

When we asked they said they didn’t know what had happened and no one had been in. We later realised some money had been taken from my purse. We were very upset by this interaction and felt as if we couldn’t speak to the owner again as he had dismissed us when we first brought it to his attention!

However had such a great stay at Riad Dar Les Freres that I wanted to specifically mention Hamza and Samira, they were both so kind, helpful and gracious and made the stay memorable, from meeting us in the square to helping with excursions (even giving us a packed breakfast for an early morning trip) to walking us to the square on our final day. During our time in Marrakesh, we found the people to be warm and welcoming but none more so than Hamza and Samira. Cannot recommend them or the riad highly enough. Thank you.

Everything! Hamza and Samira are wonderful and made us always feel very taken care of and welcomed. The room was a bit small (with windows only on the internal court side) but still perfect for our needs. The breakfast is a feast in particular for people who have a weakness for sweets. Having breakfast on the rooftop was a daily highlight! A big thank you also to Ilyas who took very good care of us in the transfers from and to the airport (also very early in the morning). The main square is about 10 minutes away on foot. All in all a wonderful stay. We warmly recommend the riad and its amazing staff!

Amazing!! Without a doubt, staying at this riad in Marrakech was an incredible and unexpected experience!! Personel : Both Hamza and the cleaning lady, whose name I can't remember right now, were extraordinary!! Kind, friendly, helpful... they prepared breakfast for us to take to the activity we had planned for the morning, they helped us organize the taxi ride at half past two in the morning to get to the airport, they treated us very kindly!! And it is appreciated, definitely recommended!! I hope that European hotels would learn a little, because these things make the difference!! Important: you are just a few minutes, never more than ten minutes walking from all the meeting points that organize the activities, so the location 5 minutes from the center of the square is a big plus!!

The two best things about this hotel are the staff and the location. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Navigating the medina is a challenge and Hamza was beyond wonderful. The location of the hotel is also top notch as it is in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of most the attractions, but also in a quiet part so very calm at night.
Cons: The room is very simple and clean, the bed comfortable, but there are no windows so it gets a little stuffy and dark.

Cons: It took us more than one hour to find this ryad using Google Maps which did not work: it was like searching in a maze and nobody knew the place. In the end we had to pay somebody met in the street to be taken to the place. We were not warned in advance. Only once arrived we were told that Google Maps often does not work in the medina (but it did work to reach other places). When you go for breakfast on the terrace mind your head: at some point the ceiling is very low and you will have 50% of chances to hit your head (as I and the people sat next to us for breakfast did) did. A waring sign or a label in different colour would really help reducing the risk.

We even had breakfast packed up for us when we went on an all day excursion. Hamza, Samira and the staff were all very friendly and made the stay very welcoming. We did have the smallest room in the Riad, however with regard to other reviews, we knew we had booked the small room. It is all made very clear in the booking description, so no fault there.

We stayed for 2 nights with my wife. A really clean hotel. Breakfast was very nice. There were people in the comments who had problems with the location, but we found it without any problems on maps. You can find it just by looking at the photo of the door. Hamza and Semira are incredibly friendly and hospitable, thank you very much for everything. If I come to Marrekeshe again, I will stay here.
Cons: The positive aspects made us forget even if there were any negatives.

We were overwhelmed by the hospitality of Ilyas and Hamza. Ilyas was at the airport to pick us up and Hamza was the host of the Riad was there to welcome us. What we liked was that Hanza already organized my Sim Card and tour to Essaouira. He also gave us an orientation about Marrakesh, the medina and even walked us through the area so we get our bearings. The Riad was in the Medina and in a location that is easier to navigate. We always could access Hamza for any questions or assistance. He really made us feel like his own personal guests. Breakfast was also lovely at the rooftop of the Riad. Hamza is really exemplary- during our time one of the guests left his passport in a bid and he helped them find it. He goes out of his way to make all guests feel special. We also got little surprises like the bed was decorated with flowers and that the breakfast is varied and they are open to your requests. The room was just right for us with a separate comfortable bathroom plus a cabinet for us to put our clothes. When we had to move to another place since they were full, we felt the big difference!

Cons: A sign with the riad name on the front door would go a long way to help people to find the riad or a sign on the corner before the front door. A working printer to help print boarding passes as this was a surprise to find this was a requirement less than 24 hours prior to leaving.

Lovely Riad in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from the main square. Hamza was very welcoming and offered guidance and recommendations throughout the trip including sorting out a SIM card on arrival. Breakfast was also very good each morning with a different variety of pastries. Finally would recommend booking the airport transfer, particularly if arriving at night to avoid potentially getting lost in the city.
Cons: Nothing to comment on, great accommodation.

The room and the hotel in general are very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is nice - very close to the main square. Beautiful rooftop. The lady who worked in the hotel during the day was very sweet.
Cons: The room was VERY small - you can hardly stand there, no place whatsoever to put your suitcase etc.

Had an awesome stay here. The location is great, super close walking distance to the souks and other attractions. Hamza was awesome to deal with from the moment we met him and was very helpful. Samira was very nice and made very nice breakfasts for us, highly recommend staying here

We had a lovely stay at this Riad. When we arrived we were picked up by ilyas and he didn’t just drive us to the riad but he showed us around the city by car to give us a glimpse of the old town. It was almost like a tour given by him. When we arrived we told them we were hungry and if they know any shops nearby, Ilyas told Hamza to help us further and he walked with us all the way to the restaurants and even stayed to eat and chat with us. The Riad was a crazy experience for us, so cozy and nice 😊 Each morning Samira made us an amazing moroccan breakfast on the rooftop, they were all so friendly and hospitable. We loved this place and wish them all the best ❤️

The staff were very kind and helpful. They went over and above to help us especially when we needed to print our plane tickets and giving us an introduction about Marrakesh and tips about haggling and safety. The breakfast was local and very tasty with a selection of crepes, crumpets and bread and jams. They also can help organise local private tours and our tour to the Atlas Mountains was fantastic. The airport transfer was used and was very efficient and the driver was very friendly. The Riad is very quiet but near the souks so the location is perfect. 5 stars!

We loved everything about our stay at Riad dar Les Freres. Sameera works very hard to keep everything spotlessly clean and provide a fantastic breakfast. WE overslept the first morning and missed breakfast but, when we woke up, she was 100% ready to make us something for breakfast. We declined of course but that level of service is hard to find. Hamza was the concierge. Another superstar. Any and every question was answered with eagerness and genuine care. He made sure we knew everything we needed to know to get the most out of our stay. The location was excellent. Right in the Medina and just a short walk to everything (including some of the best restaurants in the city). Most importantly, we felt extremely comfortable walking the streets of the area at all hours.

Cons: Riad almost impossible to find by yourself as there is no name written outside, so make sure to communicate with the host in advance. But also no big issue. Furthermore no big problem for us, but there is only a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom which might be awkward for people requiring more privacy.

I liked both the location and the building. I especially enjoyed the roof-top which was perfect for sunbathing and eating breakfast. I found everything from the power-shower to the stairwell to be most user friendly. I appreciated the fact that the doors and shutters and flooring were perfectly designed and maintained. The walls kept everything cool and the interior of the building was most pleasing to the eye.
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like about the property. It was perfect!

The riad was amazing, very comfortable and a good escape from the heat during the day (thank god for Air conditioner). The host of the Riad (Hamza) made the experience so much better as well. He gave us a lot of tips on where to go, and spent quite a bit of time with us just chatting. Really really good experience and highly recommend Riad dar les freres!

The host (Hamza) was very welcoming and there is a nice roof terrace. Good location in the medina, not far from the main square. Although it was difficult to find the first time!
Cons: Please note the double room (129ft) is a lot smaller than the photos - the photos advertised are of a different bigger room. This one had no seating area and not much space to move. We would not have booked this room had we known this. We felt a bit deceived.

The property is exactly as it’s shown in the pictures, the location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the main square, the rooms, even though not the most modern, are spotless, not a single stain. The breakfast is good and generous, it is mostly Moroccan food but if you tell them that you don’t like something they will change it gladly.
Cons: The only thing that I can say that could do is giving us shampoo and body wash just because it would make the experience even better. But this is a very tiny detail, we have nothing bad to say about our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Hamza and Samira were so attentive and it was a highlight to our stay. From ordering taxis for us to and from the riad to the bus station, helping us get local SIM cards, giving us all the best recommendations and even walking us to a good restaurant our first night as we had arrived late. They were so kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Aircon was a lifesaver. Good wifi connection. Breakfast each morning was delicious traditional Moroccan food. Location was perfect in old town close to taxi drop off point and within walking distance to all the main sites. Highly recommend this stay!

Atmosphere of this place was great! Host was very polite and helpfull. Walking thru surrinding streets might be a little challenging but its Marrakesh! You will used to it very fast :) If you want to exprience the real old Medina this place is perfect. All main spots are in walkable distance.

The location is awesome and near most important places and restaurants. It also very quiet and well decorated. The staff is lovely and always here for you. The breakfast is very nice as well to start the day!
Cons: The wifi didn't work for 2 days which was a bit restrictive since we were communicating with our guides, see the restaurants and use google maps with it. There was no soap for the shower which could have been appreciated.

This riad was the perfect stay for our 2 nights in Marrakech. We arrived late at night with a taxi, and we were greeted by Slimane who showed us the way through the medina to the riad. He greeted us with tea and biscuits. Everybody was so kind. The breakfast was fantastic. The riad was beautiful and overall the location was superb. We had to leave very early for check out, but Slimane was so kind enough to serve us breakfast in bed! They are very hospitable people and we really enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: The place is a bit hard to find, but once you get used to it it gets better.

The Riad supported us in the transfer of suitcases from Av to the Riad. The host was very friendly at the reception and welcome. The breakfast was very good (breads, fruits, juices, tea, coffee). No noise of any kind is heard. The Riad is quiet and is in the heart of the medina.
Cons: The Riad is small and my room was very small, but it is an excellent price/room offer.

Riad Dar Les Freres is in the PERFECT location - inside the medina but in a residential section so not loud or crazy and only a few minutes away from all the action/attractions. AND it is close to the taxi drop off from the airport where we were met by the host so we didn't get lost for our late night check in. Our host was very helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions. The queen bed was firm (which I understand is the custom in Morocco). We had plenty of space in our clean room (with air conditioning!) but for those concerned please note there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Our room was larger than I was expecting and very nicely appointed. The riad itself was lovely. Our flight was delayed way past 1a, but our friendly airport transfer was patiently waiting for us even with the delay. The rooftop breakfast was also super.
Cons: I was never able to locate Riad dar les Freres on any of the mapping apps I used before my trip. We requested an airport transfer on our arrival and another transfer on our departure which were priced much more than what we paid later at a different riad. There was a 2.5 Euro city tax per person per day that I wasn't asked to pay at other riads we stayed at in Marrakesh.

If you are considering choosing this riad then do not hesitate. The facility met all our expectations. Let me start with the welcome itself where we were greeted like guests with a wonderful mint Moroccan tea and shown around the riad. The staff at the property were constantly making sure we weren't missing something or needed help and did so in a very warm manner. The room was very comfortable and perfectly clean even though it is an old riad the rooms were refreshed and included all amenities. The room also had air conditioning. The price includes very tasty breakfasts on the wonderful terrace of the property. If you are arriving in the evening, I recommend taking a taxi from the riad. You will be sure to get to the right place because it is very easy to get lost in the medina and navigation works differently, and the price will certainly be lower than taking a taxi. It was a great stay! Thank you

The room was clean and provided with hot water, clean bed linen and towels, a good hair dryer. The breakfast was copious and the staff very nice and available for every request. The position at the beginning it’s a little bit difficult to find in the Medina, but once you get used it’s like 3 minutes walking to a street with shops and restaurants and 7 minutes from the the main square Jamaa El Fna.
Cons: Just the position could be better indicated since the GPS it’s not very precise.

Only positive things to say about Riad Dar Les Freres. Ilyas and his team made sure we had a great stay in Marrakesh. From the check in to the check out, not one complaint. We were two couples and stayed there for 7 days. The Riad is sparkling clean, located super close to the Jemaa el-Fna square and to great restaurants and hammams. The rooms are well equipped, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is also great. They made sure to accommodate any requests we had (for example for eggs). Also, my husband caught a stomach bug and they provided him with some medicine and also allowed us to have a later check out. Highly recommend the stay here and will definitely come back! Thank you Ilyas, Sulayman and Affaf for everything!
