Soofstay Guest-house was a wonderful place to stay. We were only there 1 night before our tour but it was in a great location! Small walk from the train station, there was heaps of restaurants & cafes around. The guest-house and room was beautiful and comfortable! Wish we had spent more time there!

I had a wonderful stay at Soof Stay. The room was amazing very clean, with a comfortable bed. The TV has all channels available and they even offer a Netflix account, which was a great touch. Cet établissement peut être assez bien rejoint par plusieurs options de bus depuis l'aéroport (en évitant le 19 hors de prix). Il était pour nous judicieusement placé entre le Jardin Majorelle et l'agence de location de voiture. Tout à côté, un restaurant style fast food est excellent et propose des solutions pour le petit déjeuner bien plus intéressantes que celles de l'établissement. L'avenue Mohammed V dans le quartier de Gueliz, tout à côté, reste branchée avec plein de commerces. Enfin, notre salle de bain était plutôt spacieuse et l'endroit très paisible. L'hôte d'accueil était très disponible et arrangeant.

Cons: La salle de bain avait besoin d'un bon coup de ménage : tâches sur les murs, saletés collées derrière la porte, gobelet non nettoyé. Quelques rapides retouches seraient également le bienvenue : des bandes de masquage ne demandaient qu'à être retirée sur les pourtours de la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Pour le prix, je ne pense pas que ça vaille le coup de s'excentrer autant.

Wir waren die erste Nacht vor unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel .Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber , das Personal hilfsbereit . Driss hat uns Tips gegeben und gezeigt , wo eine günstige Tiefgarage ist , gleich gegenüber . Er hat uns das Mietauto gefahren .Leider ging die Klimaanlage bei uns nicht und es kam ein bisschen komischer Geruch aus dem Bad. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten. Die Unterkunft mit Google zu finden. Die Dachterrasse war sehr nett und schon zum Sitzen . Die Lage der Unterkunft is sehr gut , nicht touristisch und viel echtes Leben drumherum . Es gibt viele Restaurants . Am nächsten Tag besuchten wir den Jardin Majorelle , sehr gut erreichbar in 20 Min zu Fuss. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft für 1 Nacht sehr empfehlen.

Cons: Die Unterkunftseinrichtung war nicht ganz neu , aber authentisch. Es war ein bisschen laut in der Nacht .

Cons: There were a lot of insects. Tiny ants on the walls. Large drain gnats coming from the bathroom, flying ants and spiders. Maybe a net could be provided over the bed, or clear the drains to prevent the gnats.

I chose because it was not far away from the airport. The taxi service was good and on time, even at that very early morning hour. The room was good although a bit small but for a short stay it’s ok. It’s clean and the front desk service is very friendly.

Easy walk to train and bus station, cafes, restaurants and bars, and only 20 mins walk to the Medina. Carrefour market is a couple of minutes walk away. Check out the nearby Cafe Atlas with it's art deco interior.

Multilingual, very friendly staff who are always happy to help with any request (excursions, cab drivers etc.). The accommodation was very clean. The hotel is located in the heart of Gueliz in a quiet side street. If you want to be in the middle of the action but need a quiet place to stay, this is the place for you. Authentic little riad, very comfortable mattress and a really nice roof terrace. I can higly recommend this place

Very nice and helpful hosts - Idris gave us helpful advice on places to see and restaurants to visit. They also offer transfers to and from the airport. The guest house is in a good location in Gueliz which has a lot of nice restaurants and is about 20 mins from Jardin Majorelle. Medina is easy to reach by taxi in 10-15 mins. The room was quite simple and clean, and it had everything one might need for a short stay. We enjoyed the roof terrace with city views. Breakfast was available for extra charge and was ok (eggs, croissant and yoghurt).

Cons: Beds were a bit hard, and we could hear the noise from the outside but ear plugs helped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The guest house was very quaint and we liked the little lounges on each floor and the roof terrace. The rooms were comfortable though we found the beds rather hard. The hotel staff were very helpful and did all they could for our two night stay. The location was fine for what we wanted which was to be near a local family who had invited us for meals but if you want the real Marrakesh experience it would be better to say closer to the old part of town which is a taxi ride away. It's good for the lovely Majorelle Gardens though a little far to walk there too.

I was looking for a place to stay before taking a bus from the station and could easily walk there. I was also looking for a more quiet place after 2 nights in the medina. You get a room which is twice the size from rooms in the medina and it is not as busy around you. I slept very well since it was quiet and I put out my yoga mat on the terrace in the morning. I don't need breakfast in the morning so it was agreat stay alltogether and I came back for one more night after my trip to Essouira and before going to the airport. Easy access to airport bus from Carre Eden.

The best part of our stay was Driss. He was extremely personable, helpful with places to eat even introducing me to the people there, where to buy water, and made my stay there feel like home. Every time I came back to the hotel or was leaving, he would stand up, greet me and have a big smile. I also liked the location.

Cons: I already knew what to expect that it would be a bit loud because it wasn't very soundproof. It was no issue for me because I wore ear plugs.

We loved Driss! He was an exceptional host and made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. Friendly housekeeping staff and night security guard. It was nice and quiet, even at night, safe neighbourhood, close to restaurants and cafes.

Cons: The single mattress was rock hard on the first night and painful to lie on, I had to share a single bed with my teenage daughter! Driss was helpful and moved us from the ground floor twin to a double room which had a very firm but comfortable mattress, if there had been no other room available I would have had a problem!

Beautiful, quiet, full service Riad centrally located in a safe neighborhood just outside the medina. Great clean modern spa, gym and Hamam across the street. Variety of restaurants snd cafes a few doors away. The staff were supportive, friendly and gracious. Spoke English well which is always extra welcoming and helpful. Took option to purchase full breakfast. Outstsnding! Loved my room, bed, shower. and the Tagalite walls. Very clean and classy. Ivtecommend the Deluxe Double room with a single large bed whether solo or with a spouse. Happy to return. Thank you.

I loved everything about Villa YOUSRA. The welcome from the staff who ensured that we had a comfortable and warm check in, the help he gave us in navigating around, the room which was super clean and very spacious. You cannot find a better value for money. The breakfast is the best and most affordable I had in the different loaves I have stayed in Morocco and in Marrakech. I wish I had had more time, I would have loved to stay longer. The location is great as it is a walking distance to the train and bus station and quite central for pick ups and drop offs for activities in and around Marrakech

My son left his wallet with all his cards in a taxi on the way to the airport and Soofiane couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure he had some dirhams for my first couple of days as he was travelling alone and he also arranged a taxi to collect me from the airport in Morocco. His guesthouse is also so welcoming so I would highly recommend.

This was my second stay at Villa Yousra, and it was outstanding. The owner, Soufiyan, and the staff who work there, Sarah and Layla, put a great deal of effort into ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, exactly as described, and very conveniently located within walking distance to the train station (or 15 minutes taxi ride to the airport). Sarah and Layla taught me how to make a traditional tagine, which was delicious, and the breakfasts they make are fantastic. Soufiyan regularly checks in with his guests to make sure they have everything they need, and he is a very helpful, thoughtful, friendly, and professional host. I highly recommend staying at this guest house. 🙂

I stayed here for several nights as a solo traveler. This property is absolutely beautiful, is decorated very nicely, and is even better than the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire property was very clean. The nicest surprise was how welcoming and accommodating everyone at the guest house was. Soufiyan and the staff treated me like family. They suggested things to do in and around Marrakesh, helped me arrange transportation, and even conducted an impromptu cooking class at my request. My stay at Villa Yousra was easily one of the highlights of my visit to Morocco, and I look forward to staying here again.

This riad-style hotel is very clean and comfortable. Very convenient location in a clean modern district but close to all historical/tourist attractions. Sufyan, the owner of the place, is an amazing person who is always ready to help with any question or situation. Also, there's an inexpensive underground parking right across the street, and you've got lots of good restaurants and cafes just around the corner.

We only stayed one night in the Villa Yousra and it was already hard to leave! We had an amazing stay, the room and the whole Villa is perfectly clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The room was really big the shower nice and warm it was really quit in the night and we had an amazing breakfast. Especially the Host Sofiyan is the most helpful Person. We felt so welcome, he even booked our Bus Tickets for the next day and printed them for us. It could not be any better, you should just book it, you will not regret that decision!

The room that I stayed is very comfortable, the place of the villa is also close to the city center, so I chose to visit the square and also Medina just by foot. Soofyan is the best hoster I have met in Morocco! He invited me and other guests to the Ramadan breakfast and we had a really good time. He's wonderful, he has a nice personality. He said to me that welcoming nice people from all over the world makes him happy, and I am very glad that I chose to live here in my 3 day stay in Marrakesh.

Cons: Although there was a water problem that happened to the whole city in Marrakesh, which we are affected as well, but Soofyan was trying his best everyday to contact workers and fix the water pump and the heater problem, which comforts me a lot.

They were always reachable, and the communication was easy and enjoyable with them. They also helped us organize some trips around the area 😊 Additionally, the property is beautiful. He promptly replied to queries and helped me to have a peaceful stay, he is an outstanding host, he checked in on us to make sure we had all we needed and made us feel welcomed. The room is spacious, quiet and clean, and The location is great. all amenties are within seconds of distance, restaurants, bars, grocery store, gym, rental car agency, spa... I will definitely apply to Soof for accommodation at this Super Guesthouse for my next visit to Marrakech. I strongly recommend it, ten out of ten. Many thanks!
