le format de cet établissement avec seulement 13 chambres est idéal pour être au calme et servi comme à la maison ; la cuisine est très très bonne faite au fur et à mesure et cela se voit ; le personnel est très sympa et se plie en 4 pour répondre à nos besoins ;
Cons: c est un peu éloigné du centre de Marrakech et isolé donc prévoir des frais de transport ou alors prendre le bus qui passe pas loin toutes les 30 min ; certaines chambres sont en contrebas et avec 1 seule fenêtre qui s ouvre sur un petit couloir et donne sur un mur ...je n ai pas vu les suites ...

The staff are amazing! Samir welcomed us like we were his friends and not guests. Mustafa and Mourad is amazing as well! Mourad catered our early morning breakfast request with a smile. Our suite was spacious and have a mixture of modern and traditional Riad. The location is not that far to the Medina and Gueliz but weekend traffic will make it a longer journey. If you want a quiet, serene with amazing staff Yanis Guest House is highly recommended.

Estaban un poco malitos con hongos en sus orejitas, lo comenté a un chico del personal e imagino que los llevarían al veterinario para tratarlos a todos, porque era una cuestión en común de la piel. Fueron muy amables y también los cuidaban y querian mucho. Esto hizo la estancia mucho más agradable para una amante y profesional de los animales👏🏻🫶🏻.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Yanis Guest House. Cons: L'hôtel est situé au milieu de terrains vagues, des dizaines de chiens errants hurlent toute la nuit!!! Ma compagne et moi n'avons pas pu dormir du tout!!! Pour le prix payé c'est une honte. Il était mentionné un balcon mais c'est juste une chaise posée derrière la fenêtre, on ne peut même pas s'asseoir seul dessus, la piscine est minuscule et bondée de monde collés les uns aux autres pour faire bronzette... Les joints de la douche sont moisis et complètement à refaire. Je ne comprends vraiment pas les bonnes notes attribuées??Pour ce prix vous trouverez largement mieux à Marrakech pour ce prix!!!

Le lieu est top, piscine, chambre. C’est calme et joli. Le personnel, notamment Samir, est au petit soin. Je recommande fortement l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable ! Les repas (non inclus) sont très bon également. Merci ! (En plus ils s’occupent bien des chats sur place)
Cons: Si vous voulez une expérience dans le centre, c’est un peu loin (15min en taxi), mais si on est au courant pas de problème. Il y a des restaurants aux alentours. Il y avait un peu de bruit le matin mais venant des autres vacanciers qui ne faisaient pas attention… Sinon rien à dire, vraiment.

Ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’est l’hospitalité ! Les hôtes étaient vraiment adorables, toujours souriants et prêts à aider. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison. Franchement c’était trop bien, leur gentillesse a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. petit dej au top !
Cons: Par contre, l’eau de la salle de bain était blanchâtre, la piscine trop petite et pas profonde, le “balcon” n’en était pas vraiment un. Les draps et serviettes pas super propres non plus. Dommage, parce que l’accueil était vraiment parfait.

We had the most wonderful stay at this guesthouse. It truly felt like a little oasis just outside the city center, offering an authentic Moroccan experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly accommodating, generous, warm, and kind, making us feel completely at home. Samir and Murad were especially thoughtful, consistently checking in on us throughout the day and making sure all our needs were met. When I had an allergic reaction to a cactus fruit from the Medina, they went above and beyond to help, from ensuring I got medical attention to even driving my daughter to the pharmacy the next day to pick up antibiotics. We also had another team member, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember (possibly the manager), who was extremely helpful during the emergency and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their support and care made us feel safe and truly looked after at every moment. The guesthouse itself is beautiful. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the pool area was perfectly maintained. Breakfast was a delight, authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. We particularly loved the chicken pastilla with orange blossom, an absolute must-try. And as a little bonus, there’s a beautiful mother cat with her adorable kittens roaming the guesthouse, which added so much charm. These four days felt like a week because of how relaxing, fun, and comfortable the experience was. The hospitality was unmatched, and we couldn’t recommend this place more. Perfect for a mother-daughter trip, a couple’s getaway, or anyone looking for a genuine Moroccan experience. An absolute 10/10!

Localização, o que para muitos pode ser um contra, para mim foi otimo.. afastado do barulho e trânsito complicado de Marraquexe, um local muito calmo e com muita paz... Funcionários, espetaculares... Principalmente o Samir. Ótima pessoa. Muito amigável e prestativo... Se comunica bem em varias linguas. Cafés da manhã, almoços e jantares... Expetacular . E com uma quantidade bem generosa!

Llegamos por la mañana y la habitación no estaba lista, pero no tuvimos ningún problema porque ellos se quedaron con nuestras maletas. Fueron muy amables en todo momento y además nos hicieron el desayuno antes de la hora prevista porque nosotros lo solicitamos.

Amazingly welcoming and friendly hosts. We booked last minute in the evening after a flight cancellation and needed somewhere to stay for a night or two with our children. They were so welcoming and accommodating and after the stresses of our experience at the airport this was a tranquil oasis of calm. The breakfast was incredible, we also had lunch there and felt bad for not eating much of it - although it was delicious we were too stressed about getting home and our travels to fully enjoy it. The pool is beautiful and refreshing, the rooms are clean and spacious, and nothing is too much trouble for any of the hosts. They helped arrange our taxi to the airport as well. Cannot recommend this enough. We are so grateful to have stayed here and will return on our next trip.

Les maîtres d’hôtel qui se relayent 24/24, Mustapha: sérieux et attentionné, de bons conseils pour golf et visites. Samir: un humour en dérision, attachant et un petits soins. Mourad: adorable, jeune et motivé, souriant. Tous les trois avec beaucoup d’empathie tout en restant très pros. Bref on était presque comme à la maison.

Franchement tout était au top. Le personnel était super accueillant, à l’écoute et au petit soin. Les lieux sont super propres. La piscine est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est super bon. À chaque fois qu’on avait besoin de quelque chose le personnel était là pour nous aider. C’est sûr que c’est un hôtel que je reprendrais si je reviens à Marrakech.

Cons: Les claquettes blanche proposées lorsqu’on arrive avaient des taches brunes .. quelques poils étaient retrouvés sur le lit.. Lors de la réservation j’avais bien lu que c’était insonorisé pourtant à 00h j’ai entendu les voisines dans la chambre à côté rentrer de leur soirée et rigoler entre elle pendant presque 1h ..

Such a lovely place to get away from the non-stop liveliness of Marrakech. Clean, comfortable rooms and a great pool area, and great staff made our stay really lovely. Even though there were 10-20 guests staying while we were there, it seemed far less. Our time spent around the pool or having dinner near the bar area was rarely interrupted, with everyone seemingly there for the same reason - a quiet getaway. We wanted a quiet night after our Sahara tour and that’s exactly what we got. I can’t drop a review without leaving a massive thank you to Samir, who was such a great host, and helped us whenever we needed during our stay. From check-in to check-out, Samir was there for our every query or request. He’s a credit to the team at Yanis.

Cons: Beaucoup de travaux en ce moment autour, ce qui rend l'accès plus compliqué. Je suggère la mise à disposition d’un vrai lit bébé et avec matelas adapté et non un lit parapluie ce qui rend le séjour plus confortable ainsi qu’une chaise haute.

Établissement très accueillant Arrivés à 22h30 après une journée très fatigante. Nous avons pris un bain dans la splendide piscine et nous avons mangé un tajine à 23h. Du jamais vu !! Samir le réceptionniste qui a été professionnel, disponible, serviable et amicale durant tous le séjour…heureusement qu’il était là.
Cons: tout est négatifs ! La situation géographique du Riad bien qu’à l’écart du centre ville mais en plein milieu d’une décharge. La chambre comportant bon nombre de défaut, insonorité nulle, la literie en 80x190 vous fera passer une nuit compliquée, absence de brosse à toilette, carrelages cassés, porte de l’armoire voilée, joints de douche sales, tuyaux rouillés, humidité+++, on doit quémander le papier toilette et les articles de douche, chambre en sous sol donc non lumineuse avec un mur en face de vous. Pas de lumière la nuit pour éclairer le passage vers les chambres. La piscine non chauffée située à l’ombre quasiment toute la journée est impraticable, d’ailleurs nous n’y avons vu personne durant notre séjour. Les matelas de transat dégueulasses et malgré une remarque au réceptionniste rien n’a changé de tous le séjour. Petit déjeuner décevant, un thé marocain exécrable, le café bas de gamme, Harcha dur comme la brique. Repas proposés excessivement chers et 3€ un soda alors que vous le trouvez au café restaurant d’en face à 2€ servi à table avec glaçon et citron, un « tajine à la viande » soit disant mijoté 8h avec 4 brick poulet/viande hachée dont il faut avoir l’œil pour trouver la viande, le tout à 44€ et en plus pas bon du tout !!! Ce Riad est une pompe à fric, on vous proposera une excursion à la vallée de l’ourika à 100€/pers alors que vous la trouverez sur l’appli getyourdrive à 29€/pers. Nous sommes très déçus de ce séjour et nous tenons pour responsable les avis plus qu’élogieux laissés par les autres voyageurs et qui nous ont poussé à réservé dans ce Riad. La note n’est absolument pas représentative de la qualité de ce dernier. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout ! Mais si d’aventure vous vous y risquez alors voici deux bonnes adresses qui pourront sauver littéralement votre séjour : Lili & Oli à 700m qui vous serviront des petits dej/déjeuner/dîner royaux pour pas cher.

Ho trovato l’hotel ed il suo personale delizioso; Samir, che ringrazio con affetto, ci ha seguiti in tutto il nostro soggiorno e un grazie anche a Mustafa ci ha accompagnato nelle varie giornate 🤩 siamo stati ospiti per 4 giorni da loro e ad ogni nostra richiesta siamo stati soddisfatti sempre con il sorriso, suite familiare europea splendida, silenziosa e super accessoriata, pulita e comoda, colazione squisita e abbondante fatta ogni mattina a bordo piscina, contesto meraviglioso 😍. Tutto lo staff è super disponibile, a qualsiasi ora della giornata. Non ho veramente nulla da dire, era tutto perfetto ♥️ eravamo a 10 minuti dal centro, scelta apposita poiché avevamo affittato un auto e la posizione dell’hotel era il giusto ritirata dalla confusione del centro. In un’oasi di pace che consiglio a chi la sera vuole essere tranquillo e in pieno relax……se torneremo a Marrakech sarà sicuramente da loro; a presto! 🤗

Çalışanlar, kahvaltı, otelin ve odanın dizaynı oldukça özenli ve güzel. 25’ten fazla ülke ziyaret etmiş bir insan olarak, uyuduğum en konforlu otel yatağı ve yastığı diyebilirim. Odada klima gibi diğer olanaklar da var. Çalışanlar her türlü yardıma açıklar.
Cons: Banyonun lavabosunda maalesef gider problemi vardı ve sürekli tıkanıyordu. Ve de banyoda mevcut bir koku. Bunlar haricinde odanın temizliği konusunda 10 puanı hakediyordu ki, son gece banyomuzda karşılaştığımız hamam böceğini görene kadar. Bölgede var olabilecek bir böcek problemi olduğunu anlayabiliyorum ama odamızda karşılaşmamız hoş değildi maalesef.

Although there were other guests at the guest house, the staff made us feel that we were the only ones.They catered for all our requests and went beyond to make us comfortable. Generally the property was clean and well decorated. Furniture,fixtures and fittings kept well.

La chambre spacieuse et qui donne directement sur la piscine. Tout le personnel est serviable et souriant. Samir qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et raccompagné à notre départ à été au top.
Cons: Les prix pratiqués au restaurant et au bar sont beaucoup trop chers.. Sérieusement une canette à 4€ et un couscous à 25€. On est plus cher qu'en France et environ 3 fois plus cher que ce que l'on peut trouver à Marrakech. Dommage également qu'au petit déjeuner le jus d'orange pressé des premiers jours, ce soit transformé en jus en brick les derniers jours.

Cons: Bardzo duża wilgotność, pleśń wychodząca przy podłodze oraz chwilowe braki prądu. Raz, przyciskając włącznik światła, wywaliło korki. Później już tego włącznika nie dotykaliśmy. Trafiliśmy na brzydką pogodę, a przez to kąpiel była jak za karę, brak cieplej wody był bardzo uciążliwy.

Äusserst zuvorkommendes Personal (besonders Semir, der mir auch die App Indrive zeigte: Uber-ähnlich ohne Kreditkarte). Ich konnte mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Man braucht ein Taxi in die Medina, aber genau das wollte ich, um nicht mit dem Motorrad in engen Gassen nach einem sicheren Hotel suchen zu müssen. Da stand es sehr sicher.

Le personnel de l’accueil nous a également imprimer nos billets d’avions malgré une imprimante défectueuse, ils ont cherché un moyen de nous rendre service. Je recommande cet établissement, familial,convivial et chaleureux. Le lit était confortable, télé disponible avec des films. J’avais demandé une attention pour mon mari, ambiance romantique qui a été réalisé avec succès. Merci à tout le personnel !

Un superbe endroit, un accueil très chaleureux, chez Yanis Guest house vous vous régalerez du petit déjeuner (très copieux), à la détente en bord de piscine, entre les doigts de Sofia (pour un massage détente extra), au repos dans des chambres très confortables (rendues propres tous les jours par les supers femmes de chambres : un grand merci). Un très beau séjour en famille avec nos deux petits (4ans et demi et 3ans) qui ont été accueillis comme des rois ! Ou plutôt la princesse et le prince 😍🤩

J’ai passé deux nuits formidables dans cette maison d’hôtes. We had activities planned for the following day, and our guide was scheduled to pick us up at 8 a.m. We asked the hotel staff if they could accommodate breakfast for us at 7:30 a.m., but they declined. On the last day, we pre-booked a cab for airport transfer at 8:30 a.m. on booking.com, and the day before, we requested breakfast to be ready at 8 a.m., which was agreed upon by staff, but breakfast was not ready in the morning, and we had to leave half of the food because it was delivered to us 10 minutes before we left. We are not impressed with the service provided.

Yanis Guest House has been a nice experience. The structure is very new and well designed, with beautiful rooms facing a internal terrace with a swimming pool and bar. The staff is super nice, welcoming and helpful.
Cons: The rooms are well organized, even if the heating system is really slow and doesn’t even warm up the room if you put it at max (we were there in January). Having breakfast outside in the morning is beautiful but also cold, there is the option to have it in the lobby. The Moroccan breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety, it’s the same every day and it can get repetitive really easily. The main problem for me is that the location is really really sketchy, in an industrial part of the town, 20 minutes by taxi from the center, but the hotel is literally facing a dump. The smell is bad outside, and almost every time we went outside to wait for the taxi we were approached by homeless and drug addicts asking for money, one time one guy took out a knife from his pocket which was really terrifying and we had to run back inside.

Cons: The location was outside of the area for any tours to pick us up at the hotel. Thankfully we had a car but we had to drive to a pick up location and find parking (which is difficult to do in Marrakech). Our room was never attended to during our stay, staff asked for our keys to do so but it was never done. It would of also have been nice if our room had a fridge.

The property was lovely, although a little distant from the city center but the kind hotel staffs always arranged a taxi for us whenever we wanted to go into the city center. The rooms were clean, cozy and well organized. The bathroom was clean and okay. The pool and outside sun beds were great too, it wasn’t crowded. My group had a lovely time to chill by the pool and a couple of us had a good swim although the water was cold(we went in the first week of December). Overall I would recommend this place, it’s a great deal for the price.
Cons: They served breakfast by 8 and if you don’t inform them at least a day before if you’d want an early breakfast because you’d be going out then no breakfast for you. Although they need arrange an early breakfast for us on one of the days which we truly appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and kind, and they spoke good English. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There was also the option to get a massage, which wasn’t too expensive (€40 for one hour). The inner courtyard featured a long pool. Although the water was cold, it looked very stylish. The room had a fridge, which was a nice addition.
Cons: Breakfast could have been more plentiful. There was an omelet with very little boiled sausage and cheese added, but other items like olives, dates, jams, Nutella, and other typical spreads for bread were missing. The coffee was cold when brought to the table. While in the room, noise could be heard from the stairwell until around 11 PM. Additionally, there was a smell of burning coals coming from the kitchen downstairs. €72 per night is not a lot, but we’ve stayed in equally good hotels in the €42–50 range. Therefore, the price is a bit steep.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour dans le Riad Yanis Guest House. On a été bien accueilli et on s’est senti comme chez soi. Un grand plus pour Samir très sympathique, il prenait soin de nous et faisais en sorte que tout se passe à notre guise. C’est à 20 min du centre ville mais dans un endroit calme et apaisant. Breakfast between 7:30 and 11am - great if you need that lie in Mahasal, Samir and Yassine were absolutely fantastic nothing too much trouble. Caught the local bus into the Médina 20 min ride from the bottom of the street, 4 MAD PP each way. Number 16 bus you can’t go wrong. Hotel really quiet, an oasis of calm, rooms dark in mornings for that quality sleep. Nice towels, clean sheets. Pool spotless, pool towels and traditional sun hats for guests to use. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, we absolutely loved our stay. Thankyou Yanis

We had a suite and that was spacious. There was easy parking on the side of the house. The gentlemen who was the manager, but not the owner, did his very best to make us happy.
Cons: The whole room was like not cared for. The showers were filthy and the drain was blocked, the sofas were full of stains (?), the walls were chipped all over, the bed sheets were ripped and then covered with another sheet, the towels were "see-through", all the power outlets came off. But the owner drove a topnotch car. That's were the investment was made. One asks good prices, one also need to deliver quality.

Cons: Most of the issue was about the cleanliness of the sheets and towels that we didn’t think that it was cleaned and ironed as you would expect from a 4 star rating! The shower and the toilet and the wash basin was not clean and hardly any toiletries other than 2 small bottles of shower gel and not even a soap. We were really disappointed with the perfect reviews which was the reason we chose Yanis Guest House and its 4 star rating.! I will not trust reviews any more on booking.com

We stayed 3 nights at the Yanis Guest House while touring through Morocco on our motorbike. We found it to be a small oasis of quiet and calm amid the dusty hustle of Marrakech.. Our room was clean and comfortable, as was the small pool area and the lobby lounge, all the staff were kind and engaging; Samir was particularly helpful and kind, advising and and assisting our stay. We ate in on the night of our arrival and the meal was very good. Our breakfasts were always excellent too. The Guest House is located a short taxi ride from the old centre, but we found that a benefit to us in being able to use local cafes to relax ate eat and have secure private parking for the bike. We would happily return and most certainly recommend.

Magnifique Riad que je recommande vivement. Idéalement situé à seulement 15-20 minutes en voiture des principaux points d’intérêt, il est très bien équipé. Le personnel est exceptionnel, chaleureux, toujours disponible, quelle que soit l'heure ou la langue parlée. Un grand merci à Samir pour son accueil, tant à notre arrivée que tout au long de notre séjour. Il est attentionné et constamment à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et servi chaque matin, et la piscine est accessible en burkini. Avoir une voiture est mieux pour plus d'autonomie

This is a beautiful Guest House! The staff here are wonderful specially Simir and Zack! They were so kind and helped us with absolutely everything we needed! The food is great and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and relaxing I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

Casa tranquila, amplia y muy acogedora, las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y relajantes consta de una piscina apta para adultos o niños ya que tiene barias alturas. barbacoa,mini bar con amacas todo muy completo.La habitación no es de muchisima calidad ya que tenia algo de humedad y varios fallitos, pero por calidad y precio esta bastante bien. El desayuno muy bueno y muy muy completo. El personal super amables. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo

The Location is just perfect for me it’s quite & not busy and the staff is such accommodating and well organized from the airport pick up & back and for all the activities u will made they can assist u also .. my special thanks for the gentleman Mouad in the reception who arrange mostly of my stay & let me feel at home. I love Marrakech and I will definitely be back & I recommended this place too.

C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et ce sera pas la dernière ! C'est endroit chaleureux, cosy, calme et plein de charme. Excentré du centre ville, qu'à 15 20 mins de la place Jemaa el fna, selon la circulation. Tout aussi Proche de l'aéroport à 15 mins. Petit déjeuner de qualité très apprécié, servi généreusement selon nos besoins. Grand merci pour vos services ainsi qu'à votre amabilité, tout particulièrement à Mourad qui est vraiment adorable. PS : Pour toutes personnes sensibles à la cause d'orphelins, l'association Radia, se trouve qu''à 4 mins en voiture.

Le soin du service. L’attention apportée à nos demandes. Très réactives que se soit à l’accueil ou pendant le séjour. Le personnel très gentil ( la responsable à l’accueil et le monsieur du matin qui s’occupe des pti dej au top). La seconde chambre que nous avons eue, était Très propre et confortable. Le fait d’être loin du centre apporte un cadre calme et reposant. Attention en revanche à prévoir un budget pr le taxi ou location de voiture.
Cons: La première chambre était trop petite et les lits vraiment trop petits aussi. Nous avons fait une demande de changement, qui a été prise en compte directement. Sinon je n’ai juste pas apprécié la musique toute la journée à la piscine. En fin de journée cela me parait bien en revanche le matin et au début de l’après-midi c’est inutile à mon sens. Mais encore une fois cela a été pris en compte par la personne qui gère l’établissement. De manière très gentille.

Cons: No jantar nem todos os pratos escolhidos foram oferecidos, foram substituídos por outros (a lista com as escolhas foi enviada com antecedência). Embora o quarto estivesse limpo tivemos a visita inesperada de uma barata logo pela manhã o que não é muito agradável.
