Le riad était vraiment superbe. Nous étions quatre dans une chambre et nous avions largement assez de place, c’était parfait. La chambre comme l’ensemble du riad étaient d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un ménage fait chaque jour. Le personnel était très agréable et toujours disponible pour aider. Les petits déjeuners compris dans le tarif était excellent. L’emplacement est globalement bon, mais les rues deviennent très calmes à partir de 21h. Je ne le recommande donc pas forcément pour se déplacer seule tard le soir, mais en groupe, aucun souci. En tout cas, je recommande vivement ce riad, que ce soit pour un séjour en couple ou entre amis. Il est magnifique, vraiment.

It's a very nice and clean Riad. The host is very friendly and speaks English, which was great. The Riad is not heated (the bedrooms have aircon but not downstairs where they serve breakfast/dinner) so we had to wear our jackets when having breakfast or dinner. We've heard though this is the case wherever you go in Morocco in Dec/Jan.

Cons: Of our five day stay, on two days we suffered cold showers. Of the three Riads we stayed, this was the only one which did not provide complimentary water bottles.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, bis auf die Geschäftsführerin sprach niemand englisch oder spanisch (und wir kein französisch). Extras wie Fremdenführer, Ausflüge und Taxis klappten perfekt. Die Lage war ruhig und zentral. Das landestypische Frühstück war reichlich und gut (kein Fleisch bzw. Wurst), alles wurde frisch zubereitet und serviert. Das Ambiente war wunderschön. WLAN ohne Probleme.
Cons: Das Zimmer hatte nicht die angegebene Größe (höchstens 10-12qm statt der angegebenen 16qm), es gab keinen Schreibtisch (wie angegeben), keine Ablage für Kleidung (z. B. Stühle), nirgends Haken zum Aufhängen, keine Ablage für Koffer. Keine Warmwasserzirkulation; das Wasser musste mehrere Minuten laufen, bis es warm wurde. Es gibt Hausschuhe, wunderbar bei dem kalten Fliesenboden, aber die Größe ist auf ca. 39 begrenzt. Im Patio keine Heizpilze, so dass bei bis zu 10 Grad - in dicken Jacken - gefrühstückt werden musste. Über uns war der Technikraum, der sehr laut war, wie übrigens das ganze Haus, da es keine Türen in dem Sinne gibt, sondern zwei Holzhälften, die aneinander gebracht werden. Im Sommer wird es dort sicherlich angenehmer sein.

Lokalita byla naprosto skvělá. Všude to byl kousek pěšky a zároveň kolem našeho Riadu úplný klid. Zaměstnanci Riadu byli skvělí, přátelští, velmi ochotní. Musím zmínit hlavně milou paní recepční. Přišel nás uvítat i majitel Riadu, který nám poradil ohledně výletu a byl k nám velmi laskavý. Každému kdo pojede do tohoto města tento riad velmi doporučuji.

I’ve travelled to quite a lot of different hotels and air bnbs all over, and this one definitely topped the list in terms of cleanliness. The staff (Hafsa, Abdul, Nadia, khadijah) were all very friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my 7 month old who was on bottle feed and the staff (especially Abdul) were very helpful in boiling water for baby feeds, no matter what time of day. Hafsa was great at pointing out places to go and kindly booed lovely hammam and spa day for me and my husband.
Cons: I wish there was a mini fridge and a kettle in the room so that I didn’t have to go to the kitchen every time. Even though it was easily accessible.

Being inside the Riad was like being in a comfortable oasis, Very attractive and the staff was VERY helpful and attentive. They helped us resolve issues and were accommodating for outings and hooking up with transportation services. The breakfast and other meals that we requested were very nice, like home cooking. Youssef, Hafsa, Khadija and Abdul were quite all right, friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary gifts on the way out the door. If we go back to Marrakech, we definitely would make it our first choice for lodging.

We had a wonderful vacation at Riad Thoufa! The riad itself is very photogenic; we took the most beautiful photos there! The room was very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful roof terrace where we could relax on a deck chair or read a book or play a game in the armchairs. The staff are super friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. We also had dinner at the riad once, which we highly recommend! Perfect location to relax away from the busy city center!

Das Riad liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Medina, ca. 15 min zu Fuß vom zentralen Platz der Innenstadt entfernt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit handgemachten Möbelstücken und Gemälden. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Hafsa und ihr Team haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Riad gefühlt.

Everyone is so nice and available that you really feel at home. The place is always very clean, it's one of the cleanest places I've been. The breakfast is superb, the location is perfect, it's central, but there's no noise. There's a great shop to buy water and snacks just 15 seconds away, a great local restaurant 1 minute away. You will be in the heart of the city, but without being in its chaos. I must emphazyse again how nice everyone is at this Riad, that was very special.

Cons: On arrival there was no arrangement to meet us and our driver had to organise a porter etc to take us into the Kasbah. Likewise on our departure despite having pre-arranged with reception when we came to check out no arrangement had been made and two staff members from the Riad ended up having to assist us with moving our luggage to the pick up point and then to add insult to injury the driver had been told by reception that we were to be taken to the airport despite having made it clear we wanted to be taken to the railway station. All in all a total lack of communication and very lax organisation from reception.

This Viad is such a gem. Small but perfectly formed it has so many stunning features including the centrepiece pool. I hadn't realised that my transfer wouldn't be able to drop me off outside the hotel, but one of the staff walked over and collected me so that I didn't have to navigate the narrow alleyways on my own at 9.45pm. Breakfast was great too. If I return to Morocco I would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this property but the location is fabulous. Lovely and quiet and brilliantly atmospheric In the Kasbah area of the city. Everything is walkable and you feel like you are staying in proper old Marrakech without the tourist crowd and hassle. It was my second time in Marrakech and first time here. I will come back and back and back. The staff were gorgeous, nothing was too much trouble for Youssef, and I will sorely Miss peaceful breakfasts with the birds chirping and the care given by the staff. Just absolutely superb.

Nice place and location. The pool is not really useable but looks nice. The poorer rating comes purely from then asking 10% in addition when paying the bill by card. Also using a very bad exchange rate which is not aligned with the bank. We would have ended up paying 20% over the hotels.com set price if we were not careful. We walked to the bank and withdrew cash to them.

the Riad was a great experience to live like a Morrocan for a few days, the riad has less room than typical hotel, so it makes it more boutique feel. we love the rooftop terrace to enjoy at night, the hotel decoration is perfect. the host were very attentive and has personal touch, if we need anything, the host always try their best to help us out.

Very beautiful place. From the moment I contacted the hotel, the service was exceptional. All my concerns were resolved with great kindness and professionalism. As it was my first time in Marrakech, I felt very at ease. The service upon arrival was incredible; Hasfa was always willing to help us with everything we needed. The girls in the kitchen were very attentive and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. All the staff always showed a great willingness to help. When I got sick during my stay, they were very attentive and provided me with what I needed.

We loved all the staff, they were so friendly and kind! Also the different meals and breakfasts were super delicious. The location was also ideal, as it is so close to everything. Also the people from Riad Touhfa help you out when you want to visit different attractions in and around Marrakech. Once you enter Riad Touhfa, you enter an oasis of silence and relaxation! I loved the people, the calmness and the helpfulness. It felt like everyone worked very hard to make sure that everyone felt special. Miriam was especially calm and cool at breakfast and her kindness was a nice way to start each day 🥰
Cons: I booked because the room was described as “soundproofed”. This is not the case and I did not have any good sleep in my 4 days. The call to prayer is broadcast at 4:00am, around 5:00 and again just before 6:00 am. This could be heard very clearly from inside the rooms. This is the only problem I had and was not totally this Riad - this issue could be anywhere in Morocco. My lack of sleep crankiness was quickly fixed by Mirium’s calm.

Friendly staff ready to help! Hafsa and Khadifa (hopefully spelling the names right) are ready to make your stay all the better! 😁 Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and it has air conditioner. They serve moroccan breakfast which was very good and fulfilling. I recommend having a dinner night at the Riad, the food was amazing, super tasty! And big portions!!! In our case, because we were the only ones staying at the Riad at the time, the staff upgraded our room and was even more attentive with us, very much appreciated! 🤭 We booked the airport shuttle for late at night, which can be inconvenient for the staff, but everything was well and ready for our arrival. You can contact them via WhatsApp or Booking app and they usually answer promptly or within the day. They will also answer your questions during the day if you want to book dinner or ask for some information regarding what to visit or where to go. Pool can be used at anytime, as long as you respect the other customers (regarding noise and such). The owner Yusef was kind as well to give us a bag of selection tea as we were departing! And to take care of us while the staff went on to celebrate a major holiday, very attentive of him.

The place and hospitality, takes you back in time, with some of the finest historic architectural delights in Riad Touhfa Kasbah. The Riad staff are beyond professional, they are caring and helpful. I felt like I'm being taken care of by family! Breakfast: Seated breakfast, quickly served, simple yet amazing, starts with fresh juice, coffee, milk, Morrocan tea, local fresh bread, amazing sweet local pastry, excuisite strawberry jam (unlike the cheap ones in plastic packaging), high quality peanut butter, honey, fried eggs, pancakes or some fruits. Reception: Kind, helpful and welcoming. Cleaning staff: Excellent and thorough. Chef: 5 Stars! Excellent location in terms of proximity to Gitex and main Street for taxi as well as the old markets. It's a bit tricky though, if the taxi drops you off from certain roads the walk ends up longer.
Cons: The narrow allies leading to Riad Touhfa might give an uncomfortable feeling at night but all doubts will go away as soon as the artistic wooden door of the Riad opens up to one of the most pampered lovely stay experiences we have tried for a long time.

We loved everything about our stay at Riad Touhfa! Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We were met with warm welcomes, traditional tea and a sweet treat. We had dinner there and it was one of the very best we had in Morocco. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again. The room, hotel and experience were exquisite.

The property is in a beautiful area inside the KASBAH but on the edge of it, so it is easy to find and to go back at night. The area has very good night lights and it is very clean and quiet. You can get to JEMAA EL FNA Square in 12 minutes walk, which is perfect, not too far, not too close that you can hear the noise. The Riad is well kept and very clean. Good safety features and CCTV inside and outside. There is a little swimming pool in the Riad which is rather small but very clean and with night lights that creates a beautiful atmosphere at night. Excellent WI-FI. The breakfast is freshly prepared every morning and change from day to day. The coffee was very good which is strange, usually these places offer quite watery coffee but this was not the case. The room bathroom was very clean and the shower very powerful. The room was a bit small but mainly because they have out a wardrobe that was too big for the room size. Anyway, it was a nice wardrobe indeed. The bed was hard but this is the way I like it, and the pillows were very good too. The room always smells clean. I would go back tomorrow.
Cons: The room was small, but good for us. I did not understand what I had to do to get a drink at night. They could put a free small fridge with water/soft drinks near the reception, so that you can access them 24 hours and pay for them later. There are two ladies working in the kitchen at all time but they are busy working, I did not want to bother them. Nothing that I did not like, it is a lovely Riad because it is small and cosy, perfect for a couple like us.

Such a lovely stay here. The staff really go out of their way to help you get the most out of your time there. Communication was exceptional - checking in to see whether we were looking to book anything through them but I never felt pressured to do so. There is also I higher degree of organisation from this Riadh than we experienced anywhere else in Morocco. The location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staying here was a highlight of our visit to Morroco. Thanks for a great stay!

This was easily one of the best stays and experiences I have ever had while traveling. The location of the Riad is excellent. Felt safe (as a solo female traveler) and was close enough to enjoy everything within minutes walk. It's not too close to some of the more boisterous areas, so you will get a good night sleep. The Riad is also stunning. Love the aesthetics and of course the pool. The rooms are beautiful and cosy. All of these things were impressive, but what really made this special is the owner and staff. I have never felt so genuinely cared for on holiday. The staff knew I was staying there during my birthday and they set up a surprise celebration for me. I came back from dinner and they had a cake with balloons and party hats! They even had some other guests join in on the surprise. I was brought to tears by their kindness. The staff even went out of there way to get me gifts.As if that wasn't enough, the staff also made sure that when departing for an excursion early one morning I was escorted to the taxi stand so that I had company and felt safe. They also provided me with their contact information and told me to text or call them at any point because I would be traveling through other parts of Morocco after leaving Marrakech. They told me they wanted me to know that I have someone in Morocco to help me if I need it. In the days after checking out, they texted me to make sure I was ok and that I arrived safely at my next destination. The place is magnificent, but it was the people that really blew me away. I cannot praise them enough. Highly highly recommend!

We spent 3 days in this beautiful and newly renovated Riad on a perfect location to explore old town Medina and it was one of the best experiences we had in Marrakech. From the seamless organization of our airport pick-up to an incredibly warm welcome extended by the staff, every detail was impeccable. Rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast by the poolside. They serve the best Moroccan breakfast (everything is home made and fresh) and even a Moroccan Nutella that very delicious is. We had a pleasure of meeting some truly wonderful people during my time in Riad. Their warmth and kindness added an extra layer of joy to our experience in Marrakech. We truly felt there at home and the staff Hafsa, Zoubir, and owner Youssef was just like family. Keep up the good work guys , we for sure will be back.

Funcionários muito prestáveis e muito hospitaleiros. Chegamos tarde do aeroporto, bem como da excursão que fizemos a Merzouga e o Riad providenciou um chá e uns biscoitos locais que estavam deliciosos! Também nos providenciaram um jantar típico marroquino, que estava muito saboroso! Riad altamente recomendado!

I really don’t know where to start with how much I was impressed with this cute riad. We landed In Marrakech at 6:10am and we couldn’t wait for our rental which would open at 0830. I texted Yousuf (owner) and asked if he would receive us that early since we were so exhausted. Without any hesitation Yousuf said “ Wecome please “. When we knocked on the door he opened the door and showed us our room which was absolutely beautiful! The whole stay at this riad was incredible. It is relatively new riad and everything is so new and clean. I watched them clean it in between guests and everything is cleaned even the smallest detail with bleach. The food at riad was so delicious. We opted to eat our dinners there since they were made with love and from scratch. Breakfast was included and it was so delicious. People that work there are the kindest and nicest people ever. Hafsa is so lovely. She made sure that all of our tours are booked and gave us plenty of tips. Zubir is such a nice young man with a smile on his face. I will share few pictures but I highly recommend this place. I do want to worn you “ don’t get scared when a taxi driver brings you close to riad because it looks kind of scary. The area is very safe but just different on what we have been used to. Thank you so much for everything. Hafsa thank you for being our photographer ❤️

Absolutely beautifully decorated. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. Our little boy (almost 2) wasn’t the calmest of guests but they were very accommodating, even going out especially to buy him some yoghurt, and they couldn’t have been friendlier. The food was very generously portioned and absolutely delicious, would really recommend having the tajine here.

Great Riad in a super location, very close to the main square of Medina and also in a quiet neighborhood. Super kind staff, very helpful and always smiling. The interiors are very clean, well decorated in good taste and very cozy. Breakfasts were very tasty, prepared fresh when you come to the tables (NO hotel food from bemars) :) I strongly recommend this place!!!!

We had an excellent stay at this riad and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, had a TV with streaming for Netflix, location was perfect, breakfast was good, and the tea was one of the best we had in Morocco! But our favourite part was the owner and staff who were the most generous and kind hosts throughout our entire stay– they accommodated any request we had and went above and beyond every single day to provide the very best hospitality! Cons: You couldn't ventilate well - the air was a bit sticky. But I guess it's normal for these kinds of buildings. It's best to ask beforehand if and how much water/tea costs. It would be nice to have fresh fruit for breakfast.

This riad is definitely one we will come back to. This riad felt like coming home. The owner Youssef, his sister Khadija and Naoual & Hiba are súch nice people, very genuine. Youssef went out of his way to give us an amazing experience. He can advise you on things like where and when to go do activities, where and where not to eat etc. He can also tell you where you can get good quality argan oil and other (local) products. At the riad, Khadija can cook anything you want. She makes the most delicious Morrocan dishes. The breakfast was delicious and excellent. Typical Moroccan breakfast. You can have breakfast at any time that you want, so u can sleep in ‘till what ever time suits for u. Khadija makes the most amazing Moroccan tea I have ever tasted. The tea also is available at any time you want, even at night. Ánd the tea is free, it comes with their special hospitality. We stayed in the room called ‘Rose’. That is a beautiful room and great for 3 people with a cute seating area. The room was clean and very beautiful with Moroccan details. The bed slept nice. Housekeeping 24/7. The location was perfect. Walking distance to djema el fna square. On your way to the square you’ll come by other little streets where you can buy fresh juices to go and other cute shops. Also atm’s and money exchange shops. Taxi’s everywhere. The riad arrange our transfer from the airport to the accomodation. We were happy with this option and recommend it. Youssef, Khadija, Naoual & Hiba thank you very much for your hospitality and see you soon!

My stay at this riad was truly unforgettable. Not only were the accommodation, food and service excellent, but the attention to guest safety was remarkable. The staff gave plenty of information about the possible dangers in the city and what to watch out for, which made us feel reassured during our stay. Moreover, they arranged a fantastic experience for us: a quads ride through the breathtaking surroundings. This riad really has everything you need for a perfect vacation - comfort, culinary indulgence, excellent service and attention to safety. I cannot recommend it enough.

Everything was perfect, from the room's cleanliness to the food that was prepared. But what stood out (even though everything was already outstanding), was the staff with its professional communication and their authentic hospitality. There was never a hotel before, where I genuinely felt at home. They have prepared freshly made tajin for me at 11pm and have served me tea and Moroccan sweets each time I have come home. We have also watched the Africa Nations Cup together, which gave me a warm, authentic feeling. Even after the checkout, I asked them if I could stay for another hour, and they welcomed me to stay for the whole day, and encouraged me to feel myself at home. - Food/Tea exceptional - Staff out of this world - Facility authentic, safe and clean
