Very central and easy to find in a nice location. Staff were excellent especially Hamsa. Nothing was too much trouble, even went to the physical train station to buy us tickets when our credit card didn’t work online. By far the best roof top we went too as well which you can see from photos. Also given it was so central it was also very tranquil and quiet. It was my husbands birthday and then arranged a cake for him and sang happy birthday which was very special.

Nous revenons d’un séjour dans ce riad que nous avons trouvé magnifique ! L’emplacement est idéal, le cadre charmant, et surtout, un grand 5 étoiles pour notre hôte Hamza, toujours aux petits soins du début à la fin. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, et tout le personnel d’une grande gentillesse. Nous nous sommes régalés et gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

Cons: 1ra noite fui colocado num quarto no edifico em frente ao que tem a recepção..(são dois edifícios um em frente ao outro). O quarto era minúsculo a e insonorizacao é péssima..as motas pareciam que estavam a passar dentro do quarto..na segunda noite mudaram para o edifício principal após reclamação. Ai sim quarto mais espaçoso. Colchão muito pouco confortável desgastado..noite passada cheios de comichão e de manhã cheios de borbulhas! (Ácaros?pulgas?percebejos?)

Ehrlich: so etwas gibt's eigentlich gar nicht. So viel Herzlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, und das auch in schwierigen Situationen (wir mussten ganz kurzfristig unsere geplante Wüstentour absagen, weil eine Mitreisende erkrankt ist) - das ist es, was die Welt braucht 😊. Abdelmounaim Limam hat sich am ersten Tag so viel Zeit genommen, um auf all die Wünsche und Fragen von uns fünf einzugehen, hat sämtliche Touren geplant, wir haben jegliche Unterstützung erhalten, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Und das ganz selbstverständlich. Abdelmounaim, Taha (er ist an einem Samstag Nacht noch mit dem Motorrad losgefahren, um Medizin aus der Apotheke zu holen), Samir und das ganze Team im Haus waren einfach zauberhaft – im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wieder hierher kommen zu können in diese ganz besondere Oase der Menschlichkeit, der Ruhe und Schönheit.

The Riad is beautiful with it's wonderful foyer and spa area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plentiful hot water for showers. The roof top garden is great and the breakfasts are amazing. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are so friendly and helpful. The trip to the desert for camel riding and an evening of food and entertainment was magical.

Abdul, Mohamed and the team looked after us very well from the moment we arrived. We booked our 20th wedding anniversary trip and the staff there really made it special for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location was great, for us it became a haven from the craziness of central Marrakesh. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a highlight: the food was excellent and there are amazing views. You can sunbathe on the roof, cool off in the tiny plunge pool or retire to your airconditioned room if it gets too hot!
Cons: Can't really fault the hotel in any respect, the only thing I'd say is that our room wasn't very quiet during the day - the traditional layout of the riad means that the rooms have windows opening onto the courtyard/balcony. This meant that we could hear doors opening and people talking in the corridor. In addition there were building works going on close by so quite a lot of drilling/banging sounds during the daytime. At night it was perfectly quiet however and we weren't woken, so it wouldn't affect my score overall.

Cons: Ontbijt vonden wij wat eentonig. Het is geen Riad in de zin dat een familie dit helemaal runt. We waren eerder in een Riad in Marrakech, daar was de behandeling persoonlijker. Je leerde de hele familie kennen. Een voorbeeld: Dagelijks moesten wij bij het ontbijt (ook na 6 nachten) ons kamernummer noemen. Ander voorbeeld: twee avonden achter elkaar na half 12, had een groepje mensen het nog gezellig beneden. De luide stemmen hoor je duidelijk via de binnenplaats in je kamer. Ik ben zelf naar beneden gegaan om wat rust te vragen. Dat gaat echt anders in een Riad waar een familie werkt. Interieur is redelijk maar voor Europese begrippen redelijk basaal. Stel je bij het zwembad niet te veel voor. Je kan er met je benen in poedelen.

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。 空港からホテルの送迎で到着してチェックイン前に着替えたかったので、着替える部屋を貸してもらえました。 また、翌日は早朝のツアーだったので朝食を諦めていましたが、朝5時にも関わらず朝食ボックスを用意してくれました。 早朝チェックアウトにも柔軟に対応して下さり、朝5時にキャリーバッグを2階から下ろすのも手伝ってもらいました。 かわいいデザインのリヤドで、どこを切り取っても写真映えします。 夜のライトアップも綺麗です。 ルーフトップにはかわいい猫ちゃんがいて癒されました。 チェックインの際のミントティーと軽食もおいしかったです。 部屋にはハンドソープ、ボディーソープ、タオル類、ドライヤー、がありました。 事前に日本からアメニティー類やドライヤーも持参していたので使わなかったですが、歯ブラシやスリッパはないので持参してください。 枕元にコンセント2箇所あり、1リットルペットボトルの水が用意されていました。とても快適でした。 ありがとうございました。 マラケシュでのいい思い出です。

Good location both to the hustle and bustle of the square and Souks but also easy to get to locale restaurants as well as taxis to take you further out. Staff were great and friendly, loved the pool setup and the terrace.
Cons: Beds were not comfy. Also we didn’t realise that they have a separate building to the main one which we stayed in. Would have been good to know that we weren’t staying in the building with the pool.

L’emplacement c’est vraiment le point fort du Riad. Les employés sont agréables (Mohamed, l’équipe du petit dej et Hamza). Le petit déjeuner (qui varie un peu tous les jours) sur le toit avec le soleil TOP.

loved the interior, very clean, it was so beautiful, so relaxing. Has many floors which i loved including the rooftop which we loved chatting at night. special thanks for mohammed who remained professional, attentive with us during our whole stay along with other helpful staff members who were all so hospitable. Thank you! A very suitable place for solo or two people stay. Wouldn’t recommend with groups.

Ce Riad est tes beau est idéalement placé à moins de cinq minutes à pied de la place principale, le personnel est très agréable et serviable et la nourriture est bonne.
Cons: Les chambres mériterait une décoration un peu plus soignée, et surtout une meilleure isolation! c’est le seul point négatif de cet hôtel, sans boules Quies, impossible de dormir un peu le matin car très bruyant le matin côté rue et ménage dans les couloirs un peu tôt à notre goût…

Le riad est magnifique et très bien placé tout en étant au calme.(5min à pied de la place, 1min à pied des taxis) Le personnel au top, très gentil, aimable, disponible et patient. Les repas sont bons, jus de fruit et cocktail délicieux. La clim, la propreté.
Cons: Les touristes irrespectueux qui font comme chez eux, très bruyant ne respectent pas le calme du lieu. Évidemment le bâtiment ne peut-être insonorisé avec les dernières normes mais ils suffit de faire preuve de bon sens, ce qui manque à certains. La piscine l eau était froide.

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, doen hun uiterste best om aan ieders wensen te voldoen. Kamer was goed, dagelijks schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken etc.! Mooi ingericht, sfeervol en gezellig dakterras. Ontbijt was goed! Transfer midden in de nacht naar het vliegveld was super geregeld + take-away ontbijt! Locatie in Medina was super, bijna alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en dicht bij het grote plein.
Cons: Het zwembad mag niet echt een zwembad worden genoemd, lijkt op foto's veel meer dan het is. Maar 1,20 diep en midden in entree-hal waar het altijd druk is. 3 dagen geweest en niemand zien zwemmen. Airco lekte bij ons, waarop meteen monteur werd ingeschakeld. Personeel daarbij heel erg behulpzaam, alleen probleem werd niet effectief opgelost. De airco bleef niet goed genoeg koelen en lekte de volgende dag weer.

Nos encantó el trato super amable del personal, sobre todo de Hamza y Soufiane, te ayudan en todo, dedican todo el tiempo a la llegada a presentarte todo el hotel, los lugares interesantes a visitar en Marrakesh y las excursiones que valen la pena. Además si necesitas transporte te acompañan a coger un taxi sin problema. El alojamiento super limpio, muy boutique, perfecto para ir en pareja. Además, tienen un spa pequeñito y privado para tener momento relax haciendo un Hamman.
Cons: Lo único que me falló es que las habitaciones si te dan al patio tienen poca privacidad si vas en pareja y que no hay enchufe en el baño.

If you are looking for a traditional stay with the friendliest staff and amazing breakfast this is your choice. Bô Riad is well located, near Medina, it has a beautiful traditional look, a gorgeous rooftop and very efficient and helpful staff. We ended having the traditional Hammam with 60 minute massage and it was amazing. A special thank you to Mohamed for welcoming us to Marrakech in the best way possible way and making sure we had everything we needed.
Cons: The beds could be a bit better and the linens and towels don’t really match the high standards of the rest of this hotel.

La ubicación excelente, a dos pasos de la plaza Jemaa el Fnaa. Las instalaciones tal cual lo que prometen, la terraza superior con unas vistas increíbles. Reseñable la atención del personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, en especial Hamza que estuvo pendiente todo el viaje de lo que necesitamos, pedimos un transfer a los jardines Majorelle y fue genial el servicio. El desayuno muy bueno y los chicos que lo servian muy atentos, la chica de la recepción de la terraza muy amable siempre. Repetiria sin dudarlo.

The staff were very accomodating, they made sure we all had our own personal experience nothing felt like it was choreographed, the location was exceptional, close to the souk but not close enough to keep you awake with the noise, the breakfast was amazing every morning with plenty of fresh produce, the information they gave when you get there on where to go and what’s worth seeing with a little bit of history in each area was a good touch to know exactly what you need and want to see.

El entorno es super seguro, estás a dos pasos de la plaza y de todo el bullicio pero no se escucha nada desde el Riad. Repetiría sin duda!
Cons: A la hora de realizar allí el pago, el importe era algo más alto de lo que me mandaron en un inicio (a pesar de contar con las tasas y los impuestos municipales), pero no era algo que tuviese que ver con el Riad, sino con Booking.

Un séjour parfait au BO Riad ! Très bien situé, à 2 minutes de la place centrale. J’ai pu avec ma mère et mon fils de 5 ans faire tout à pied. La déco “art déco” est splendide, le riad est haut de gamme et les prestations de grande qualité. Un grand merci à Hamza, Karima et toute l’équipe pour leur disponibilité, leur bienveillance et leurs attentions. L’équipe est adorable et souriante et les repas copieux et délicieux. Mon fils veut déjà revenir. Je recommande vivement ! Merciii
Cons: Les matelas sont en cours de changement, celui de ma mère était neuf, le mien mérite d'être changé, chose qui est en train d'être fait nous a expliqué l'équipe. Il y a aussi la décoration de la pièce réservée aux massages qui mériterait d'être repensée, au vu de la décoration magnifique du RIAD.

Appena arrivi al Riad l’accoglienza è ottima, i ragazzi della reception sono molto accoglienti e veramente carini e disponibili! Siamo stati accolti com thè caldo e biscottini. La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda all’interno della medina, molto vicina alla piazza principale. Bella la zona comune con la piscina.
Cons: La camera era meno bella delle foto che avevamo visto su booking, molto piccola e non molto curata. La pulizia normale, il letto era piccolo e scomodo. La colazione scarsa, è stato parecchio fastidioso far colazione sulla terrazza perchè le api continuano a volarti addosso e soprattutto entrano nelle ciotoline della marmellata, diventa così impossibile usufruirne. Rapporto qualità/prezzo scarso.

Impossible to do a more glowing review. Even before arrival communication was incredible. Hamza and the entire team always went above and beyond. The traditional architecture is just divine, this same sentiment extends to the food, the staff and their hospitality, the spa facilities, housekeeping and all elements that make it run. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the best and most comfortable stay, Hamza and the crew greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions and had the best tea waiting. Breakfast was incredible I met the kitchen staff and even they were lovely. I was gifted a Hammam experience by one of the staff and I can not express how perfect it was it felt super traditional and i felt SO exfoliated and rejuvenated after the lady doing it was also so kind, professional and experienced. The location is also perfection right in the heart of all the action yet when you enter you feel like you are in a bliss sanctuary. I wish my stay was longer and I can not wait to return. I can not recommend Bo Riad any higher. Thank you team and until next time!

I was visiting Marrakech for the first time, just myself and my 10 year old daughter. If you are ready to embrace the 'authentique' and all that has to offer you can't go wrong with BO Riad. I have never felt compelled to write any online review but in this case I have made an exception. Thank you, thank you, thank you BO Riad. From the moment you step into the riad, hit by the aroma of fleur d'oranger and then onto the terraces, with their far reaching views of the city, you couldn't be anywhere else in the world.... you are definitely in Marrakech. Let's go with the basics first..... the building is beautiful, just as shown on the website. The food is excellent, all fresh local produce. We had breakfast every morning which was an absolute joy, the perfect way to start the day. We came to know what to expect but each day slight variations meant we never tired of it! Similarly the dinner we ate on our first evening was without fault....beautiful tagine and Berber Couscous and Vegetables (pricier of course than the average but an excellent way to settle in, plenty of time for exploring!) Breakfast and dinner are both served on the wonderful roof terraces, although you can eat anywhere throughout the riad, your choice. Having stayed at a riad in Morocco previously, the room was as expected. Basic, with a beautiful sense of the essential, somehow sparse but not lacking. A beautiful walk in shower was the best aspect whilst tiny bottles of unassuming toiletries sit on a beautiful marble/polished cement sink and once used transform your body into orange blossom softness! The air conditioning just about managed, battling against the 40 degree conditions! I think the main let down of the overall stay was the quality of the bed. This I'm sure could be easily addressed and would really upgrade the whole experience. From a personal perspective I would definitely have appreciated a full length mirror and more hooks!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams – wir konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen und bekamen sofort Unterstützung. Ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Abdelfattah für die Hilfe bei unserer Weiterreise nach Essaouira und die tollen Tipps. Auch Chamali Taha und alle anderen waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. No geral foi bom, no entanto o valor que pagamos a mais e não sabíamos deixou-nos um pouco surpresos. Na primeira noite encaminharam-nos para um quarto fora do riad e depois de reclamar-mos deram-nos um quarto no riad principal e a oferta de uma massagem… no entanto não recomendo a massagem, a senhora não era muito delicada e chegou mesmo a magoar. O colaborador Saïd era muito atencioso e alegrava as nossas manhãs no pequeno-almoço que, era também, maravilhoso!! Em relação aos quartos são muito barulhentos pois ouve-se todos os ruídos principalmente gritos e motas da rua, também os espelhos do WC podiam ser maiores, era apenas um círculo minúsculo que não dava para ver nada! A piscina era maravilhosa, o rooftop também bem como todos os colaboradores!! Se algum dia voltarmos a Marraquexe voltaremos a ficar neste Riad, com certeza 😊🫶🏼

Me gustó todo del alojamiento, la limpieza, las decoraciones, la piscina súper original, la habitación, el personal que eran todos súper simpáticos desde la entrada al Riad hasta la salida, siempre pendientes de ti, de que todo vaya correcto, nos indicaron los mejores lugares para visitar, eran muy simpáticos y hospitalarios. La comida era excelente, nuestras felicitaciones a la cocina porque estaba todo riquísimo, los desayunos eran todos diferentes dentro de la comida típica. Sin duda este Riad con todos sus servicios hacen que vivas una experiencia completamente única y diferente en Marrakech. Salimos muy contentos de aquí!!

Mi è stato dato del formaggino ma era impossibile da spalmare... Anche la mela non sono riuscita ad addentarla... Unico tasto molto molto dolente per un riad così. Anche la piscina in realtà è la vasca centrale del Riad al piano di sotto ma questo lo avevo capito dalle foto. Purtroppo si sentono tutti i rumori intorno: la porta nella parte di sotto lasciava uno spazio aperto.

Desde las señoras de limpieza, siempre discretas y amables, hasta la masajista y la "dhekala" del hammam, que cuidan de ti con esa mezcla de tradición y mimo que no se puede describir, solo sentir. Por las mañanas, Said te recibe con una sonrisa y un trato tan amable que hace que cada desayuno sea un buen comienzo del día. Los chicos de recepción —Taha, Soufian, Hamsa, Fetah— siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, con cercanía y respeto, haciendo que cualquier consulta o necesidad se resuelva con facilidad. Mención especial a Halima, la manager, con una personalidad dulce, resolutiva y pendiente de cada detalle. Se nota cuando una persona dirige un equipo desde la calidez y el cuidado, y eso se refleja en todo el Riad. Honestamente, me debatí en escribir esta reseña… porque mi primera idea fue guardarme el secreto y así tener siempre disponibilidad cada vez que quiera volver. Pero cuando un lugar se merece reconocimiento, es justo decirlo. Volveré.

De locatie is echt fantastisch, alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Personeel is heel service gericht en doet er alles aan om je verblijf goed te laten voelen. Ontbijt is prima, diner hebben wij niet gedaan. Rooftop is heel leuk. Kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar prima voor een verblijf in een stad. Airco maakt geen geluid en koelt goed. Prettige, ontspannen en vrolijke sfeer.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement reçus, avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d’attention. Chaque membre du personnel a fait preuve de disponibilité, de gentillesse et de précieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour. The hotel is fantastic and very scenic. Is very week decorated, specially the pool and rooftop area. Everything smells amazing due to the candles. The staff is very helpful and they are available for you every time. Breakfast is also well served and the food is plenty.
Cons: There was a minor issue. Essentially there is the main Bô Riad and there are more rooms that also belong to Bô Riad on the other side of the street - literally 4 meters away. When we arrived we didn’t know this but as soon as we mentioned that we would like to stay in the “main” riad the staff moved us immediately. Nevertheless, we decided to make this change just because we wanted the experience of being in a riad, the rooms in the one are exactly the same and you have the same access to everything.

The riad itself is stunning – peaceful, stylish, and filled with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s the perfect escape if you're looking to unwind. The rooftop terrace quickly became one of our favorite spots, especially in the evenings when there was live music every night. It created such a beautiful, laid-back atmosphere. The pool was lovely – clean, calm, and perfect for cooling off during the day. Every corner of the place felt thoughtfully designed and tranquil. And for what you get, it’s exceptional value for money. The location was also perfect – tucked away enough to feel calm and quiet, yet just a short walk from the souks, great restaurants, and cafés. It was also very convenient for excursion pick-ups, which made exploring outside the city super easy. Honestly, the whole experience was a dream, but what truly made it special were the people. Every single staff member we met went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. Can’t recommend this place enough – I’m already planning my next trip back!

Cons: J’ai pris ce Riad dans la rapidité car problème avec le précédent (absence de piscine) Je trouve le rapport qualité prix assez médiocre. Ce Riad m’étirait une rénovation. Très cher pour l’état général du Riad. La Clim fonctionné très mal, quelqu’un est venu pour tenter de la régler mais il n’y connaissait rien malheureusement, m’affirmant que 26 était plus froid que 16… aucune isolation thermique ni sonore donc les nuits étaient compliqués et chaudes. La literie était décevante. (Ayant réservé au dernière moment j’ai été logé dans le bâtiment d’en face peut être les chambres sont elles en moins bonne état ?) La porte n’était pas réglée donc du jour en haut et en bas. De plus elle était difficile à ouvrir et fermer à clé, je devais soulever la porte pour que le verrou rentre dans le trou… (la porte en photo n’était pas la mienne, mais c’est pour vous donner une idée) Il y avait des remontés d’odeur parfois à la piscine, et en photo elle paraissait plus grande.

Cons: Malheureusement, le riad ne correspondait pas aux photos, décoration vieillisante, petite piscine, chambre décevante, on entendait les chambres à côté , pas d'intimité, et le repas en demi pension était médiocre. Le plus dérangeant a été le bruit des travaux(perforateur , marteaux , masse dans les murs de notre nouvelle chambre, ce qui ont rendu le séjour inconfortable. Nous avons réservé pour nous reposer mais cela a été impossible.

Das Riad ist ganz zentral gelegen in der Nähe zum Jemaa el Fna, Badi Palast, Saldier Gräbern und Bahia Palast. Dadurch , dass es direkt auch an eines der Tore (30 m) der Medina grenzt, kann man sich bequem mit dem Taxi abholen lassen und die Orientierung ist auch für "Marrakesch-Neulinge" sehr leicht. Das Riad hat im Innenhof einen Pool, in dem man sich bei heißen Tagen gut abkühlen kann. Die Dachterrasse ist auch sehr schon mit Blick über die Stadt. Hier oben wird auch das Frühstück serviert. Das Frühstück ist für marokkanische Verhältnisse gut und z.B. die Brote wechseln täglich, es gibt frisch gepressten Saft, einen frischen Salat, Joghurt, Obst, Marmelade, Butter und wie gesagt wechselnde Brote und die verschiedenen Varianten an Creme/Pfannkuchen (süß, mit Löchern (Baghrir), Msemmen usw.. An einem Morgen gab es auch Eier (Spiegelei, Omelette, Rührei). Man kann auch Essen bekommen. Wir fanden die alkoholfreien Cocktails am Mittag sehr erfrischend. Ich reise seit 10 Jahren nach Marokko und war schon in vielen Riads. Hier war vor allem das Personal extrem freundlich. Viele konnten sehr gut englisch und waren extrem hilfsbereit, auch wenn es um Tips für Restaurants ging, Reservierung oder Beratung zu Ausflügen.
Cons: Schön wären Auflagen für die Liegen auf der Terrasse (Hammam-Tuch oder Handtuch). Wir haben die aus unserem Zimmer mitgenommen. Der Transfer zum Flughafen ist vom Preis her ok. , wenn man aber ein Taxi für eine kurze Fahrt in der Stadt braucht ist es zu teuer. Dann lieber an der Straße ein Taxi anhalten.

We had a room with a window onto the road outside, which stays loud until late and the window is single pane. We had to move the bed away from the window to reduce the noise. Cons: Le rapport qualité prix. Le prix de départ est disproportionné et le tarif finalement appliqué est cohérent voir un peu cher pour une chambre assez petite mais joliment décorée.

The staff are absolutely amazing - we felt right at home staying here. From the happy smiles, to the consideration & accommodations made during our stay, I simply cannot fault. I also have to mention the beautiful decor & excellent location!
Cons: It wasn’t an issue for us (as we had busy days), BUT - we found our room to be very bright due to street lights & noisy until at least 2/3 am. This isn’t a fault but just a note for light sleepers!

Our stay at BO Riad Boutique Hotel & Spa in Marrakech was a truly memorable experience, with a few minor downsides that didn’t take away from the overall charm of the place. The riad itself has a very traditional and authentic feel, which we really appreciated. While the room was a bit old and not spotless, it still had a certain charm that comes with staying in a historical Moroccan house. The decor was warm and inviting, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a restful stay despite the age of the furnishings. The bathroom was quite small, but it served its purpose well—everything worked fine and we had what we needed. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The setting was simply amazing—bright, peaceful in the morning, and offering a stunning view over the medina rooftops. The breakfast itself was delicious and varied, a perfect way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, always available to help us with directions, reservations, or simply to offer a mint tea and a smile. Their kindness made a huge difference in our experience. The AC worked perfectly, which was a real plus in the Marrakech heat, and the hotel overall was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely central courtyard and beautiful traditional touches. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the medina, close to all the key sights but still tucked away enough to feel like a retreat. All in all, BO Riad Boutique Hotel & Spa offers an authentic and warm Moroccan experience with unbeatable hospitality. It’s a great choice if you're looking for a traditional stay with excellent service and a fantastic location. With a few small improvements, it could be close to perfect.
Cons: The only real downside was the lack of quiet at night. Marrakech can be a noisy city, and unfortunately, the riad didn’t block out the sound very well. We ended up using earplugs to get a good night's sleep, which helped, but light sleepers should be aware.

They were all so helpful and they gave us ideas of what to do and see in marrakech. I would definitely come back and stay here the pictures dont do justice.

Cons: Nu există un fier de călcat în tot riadul, am cerut 2 zile la rând și mi s-a spus ca se va aduce unul deoarece este împrumutat altui riad însă nu a mai venit nimeni cu el. Baia trebuie îmbunătățită / curățată mai bine, oglinda este prea mică , capul de duș este prea sus și nu poate fi poziționat în așa fel încât să faci baie sub el trebuie să l ții în mâna . Micul dejun a fost bun deși este același zilnic, nu conține ouă sau brânzeturi , mezel nici atât.

We waren net een paar uur in Marrakech toen we hier per ongeluk binnen liepen uit nieuwsgierigheid. Hamza heette ons welkom en terwijl we niet een kamer geboekt hadden, liet hij ons uit zichzelf het hele hotel en dakterras zien. Wat een prachtige Riad. We hebben ‘s-avonds via booking meteen een nacht geboekt voor later die week en het viel niets tegen. Prachtig schoon, heerlijk ontbijt en super lief personeel! Hamza, je hebt ons verblijf bij jullie gemaakt tot een sprookje!! Onwijs bedankt!! Deze Riad is een soort insta-droom

The staff members were exceptional, especially Hamsa, who took care of us and organized our transport. Overall, the riad is located in a central area and is also easily accessible by car. We sadly couldn’t use the spa as we only stayed for one night, but I am sure, the spa will also exceed expectations. There is also a nice rooftop-bar where you can have maroccan style lunch and dinner.

It is a very cosy and beautiful Riad in a perfect central location. The hotel and room is very clean. A small super market next-door that is open until 2 in the morning is a life saver. The most amazing thing about this hotel is how warm helpful and friendly the staff are. All our vacation was organized by Soufiane. He made all our reservations with a friendly approach, and all his recommendations made our Marocco experience something to be missed. Thank you Soufiane ❤️🔥

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The food served at breakfast was very good, although you don't have any choice and there were no pastries and very limited fruit, such as two slices of orange to share. The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Cleaning of the terrace, would take place whilst you were eating breakfast. This should take place after the breakfast service, as it ruined the relaxing setting. The shower head did not lower and just fell out of its holder, we made sure to shower in the morning as the afternoon did not have any hot water. Loud music could be heard late into the night, I don't think this could be helped though.

A small but beautiful hotel. Perfect! The staff was so nice and helpful. Great service. Good breakfast, and good options from the meny too (the fruit platter and the tajine with meatballs was delicious). Nice and cozy sunsets on the rooftop with some live music. Great massage at the spa.
Cons: A bit too much noise very early in the morning (from guests or staff inside the hotell, so not traffic or anything like that). I slept with earplugs and it still woke me up. This is the only reason i wont give 10 stars.

Echt een prachtig riad! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en dacht ook echt met je mee! Ik was duidelijk zichtbaar zwanger en eigenlijk hadden ze een kamer voor ons boven op de 3e verdieping gereserveerd. Bij aankomst zagen ze dat ik zwanger was en werd het personeel aangestuurd om een kamer beneden ook voor ons klaar te maken zodat ik niet de trappen op en af zou hoeven! Bij het inchecken gaven ze ons de keus om boven of beneden te verblijven. Heel lief dat het personeel zo meedenkt! Het eten was ook erg goed in het hotel. Het voelde echt als thuiskomen.
Cons: Nadeel is dat de deurposten voor ons als Nederlanders nogal laag zijn. Mijn vriend heeft meerdere keren zijn hoofd gestoten hierdoor. 😅

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bô Riad. Les parties communes sont superbes et conformes aux photos. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables et le petit déjeuner est excellent. L’emplacement est parfait, à 5 minutes de la place Jemaa el Fna. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui s’est montré adorable et de bon conseil.

I stay in many riads very often, and my priority is cleanness and aesthetics of the premises. This riad is beautiful. Good standard if you want a really clean stay, good rooftop bar/restaurant and central location. Really relaxing roof top terrace with the kitchen and amazing offer of fruit ice smoothies like cucumber lemon honey, carrot apple ginger, all served in beautiful glass jar on relaxing sun beds. You can take sun all day and enjoy the fruties. Room is spacious, clean and lot of light. Location is great, 3 minute walk from Jemma el fna.
Cons: This is not something that we necessarily didn’t like, more like suggestions for improvement: If a room cost 450€ per night, I would expect a better quality mattress, pillows and bed sheets. It was all sparkling clean but transparent sheets you can see the mattress and the mattress is old type, comfortable though. Pillows and towels are low quality. -Shower needs improvement, the plastic holder falls out and the shower falls down. A holder for soap and shampoo in the shower would be helpful. Otherwise you have to keep everything on the floor. - more bathroom facilities would be a really nice touch. We had one small hand soap and 2 shampoo and shower gel in plastic small bottle. Suggestion: shampoo and soap refillable holder in the shower = more eco friendly and practical. - Whatever you consume, the staff hunts you to pay right away, it distracts from feeling at home, welcome and treated as a guest. Suggestion: just ask the room number and make the guest pay at the check out. Much more elegant and welcoming.

Cons: The room was very small, with a tiny bathroom and no full-length mirror. The bed was uncomfortable and felt low-quality. Breakfast was disappointing: no fresh juice, tasteless coffee and tea, and inattentive service despite many staff present. The advertised "deal" felt misleading—photos and prices on booking sites create higher expectations. The actual value felt closer to 80€ per night, not more.

Le Riad est bien situé dans la Médina et c’était un critère de choix. Le personnel est très sympathique mais notre expérience a été un peu compliquée pour 2 raisons. En arrivant au Riad, nous avons été soumis à un exercice de vente quasi forcé de la part de la gérante qui avait pour objectif de nous placer le maximum d’activités telles que soirée dans le désert, excursions… ça a duré 2 heures. Nous avons opté pour l’une des propositions plus par envie de nous extraire de ce piège que par conviction. Le prix annoncé était de 70€ par personne. Or le dernier jour au moment de notre départ, la facture était différente et ça, ce ne sont pas des méthodes tolérables. Sous couvert de frais de change le montant était de 78€/personne. C’est dommage car le personnel et le Riad méritent mieux.

Nous avons été très très bien accueilli par Halima ! Tout le personnel a été vraiment incroyable et toujours très serviable. Les lits sont confortables et la décoration de l’hôtel est absolument sublime ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Seul petit point négatif : l’insonorisation qui est plutôt moyenne avec une fenêtre donnant sur rue, et les rideaux blancs qui laissent passer la lumière.. Mais sinon tout était parfait, merci beaucoup !

Cons: Chambre peu tranquille car donnant sur la rue. Lit juste, mais juste confortable. Salle de bains au dessous de tout, un boyau vite inondé par la douche, la cuvette des WC brinquebalante. Pour le prix, vraiment quelque chose à sérieusement améliorer pour un Riad Bo Boutique qui n’a de beau que le patio et la terrasse et rien du confort d’un Boutique Hôtel. Mais séjour tout de même très agréable!

Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidas com muito carinho – ofereceram-nos um chá delicioso acompanhado de bolinhos típicos e deram-nos uma breve explicação sobre Marrocos, com ótimas recomendações de lugares a visitar. Ao longo de toda a estadia, sentimos sempre um ambiente acolhedor e uma hospitalidade excepcional. O pequeno-almoço era servido com alegria e recheado de sabores maravilhosos, tornando cada manhã ainda mais especial. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis, mas gostaríamos de destacar o Abdul Ssalam e o Fouad pelo atendimento impecável e pela prontidão em nos ajudar sempre que necessário. Recomendamos vivamente este Riad a quem procura uma estadia autêntica e inesquecível em Marrocos!

When we got there, we were told Riad means home and I truly believe it after my stay! Faoud and Sofiyan took special care of us as we were traveling with our 10 month old daughter. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind and attentive and I can’t thank them all enough. It truly felt like I was at home away from home!

La atención del personal y en concreto de los camareros es increíble, te sientes como en casa. Son muy amables y ponen todo de su parte para que te sientas agusto. Algunas noches hay música en directo en la terraza. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para estar tan cerca de la plaza central. La habitación bonita y sencilla. Todo muy limpio y silencioso de noche. Si quieres dejar propina a los camareros es mejor que se la dejes a ellos directamente, no en recepción. Volveríamos sin duda.
Cons: Llegamos por la noche y preguntamos por algunas excursiones donde nos hinflaron los precios. Supongo con la idea del regateo, pero estábamos cansados y no contratamos nada sorprendidos de tan alto precio. Contratamos las excursiones por booking y todo bien.

Nice interior design of Riad with oriental and modern touch. Nice rooftop terrace where you can have your meals and watch sunset. Restaurant staff is fabulous , great hospitality. Lunch is tasty. Staff is amazing, so helpful. Especially Fouad has been fantastic helping us before and during our stay, advising us where to visit and what to do. Thank you. In the city centre and short walking distance to main attractions. Totally recommend it.

This place felt like home. The staff were lovely and friendly. The place smelled absolutely incredible and the interior was breathtaking. The room was a little smaller that what we were expecting but it did not bother us much at all. The breakfast was superb and the nighttime entertainment was great. I will be dreaming about this place for years to come.

Cons: Das Riad hat den Betrag doppelt von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht ( insgesamt über 400 Euro Zuviel ) und auf unzählige Mails einfach nicht geantwortet. Es war ein unglaublich Zeitaufwand hier mit Hilfe von Booking.com den zuviel abgebuchten Betrag wieder zurück zu holen . Wir haben auch mit Reklamation über Booking. com über 14 Tage und tausend Mail inklusive Screenshots etc benötigt um eine Rücküberweisung zu veranlassen . Ich würde hier von einer Buchung dringend abraten.

The riad is in a very convenient location close to souks and sights. The decor is lovely and it has a very comfortable welcoming vibe. The staff cannot do enough for you - y they make you feel so valued and everyone goes the extra mile. Fouad on the front desk was amazing spending time to sort out data for my phone and helping us in so many ways. The staff really made our holiday special.

Lovely Riad in a great location , we did half board and the food was lovely traditional Moroccan dishes served piping hot. Breakfast was fantastic on the roof and even in February was beautiful and warm . The staff were always friendly and keen to chat . Really hot powerful shower .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration et le confort tant des intérieurs que des terrasses. Toute l’équipe des réceptionnistes, femmes de chambre, serveurs du restaurant est adorable et tous sont très professionnels. L’endroit est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa el Fna, du Palais de la Bahia, des tombeaux Saadiens etc…ce qui rend le séjour facile et très agréable. Une fois à l’intérieur du Riad, on est transporté par l’odeur de la fleur d’oranger et le calme qui y règne. Les terrasses sont très agréables et offrent une vue imprenable sur Marrakech, le Minaret de la Koutoubia et la chaîne de l’Atlas. Exceptionnel au coucher du soleil!

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. es war der perfekte Aufenthalt für meine drei Nächte.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bo Riad! From start to finish, we were treated like royalty. Upon arrival by transfer, a staff member kindly met us and walked us to the riad—something we found incredibly helpful as we weren’t familiar with the area. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and pastries, along with a detailed explanation of a map of Marrakech and recommendations for must-visit attractions. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, and whenever we needed anything, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The team at Bo Riad truly made our trip unforgettable, and the breakfast was nothing short of sensational!

Es super céntrico, yo leí los comentarios sobre que tienen 2 edificios y solicité que me instalaran en el que se muestra en las fotos entonces no tuve ningún problema, el olor que tiene el lugar es increíble, nos encantó tanto que hasta tuvimos que preguntar que era, es super lindo, el personal super amable, al otro día teníamos un vuelo y a las 5 am ellos nos tenían una cajita con desayuno para llevar
Cons: la habitación si es un poco pequeña pero esto ya lo sabíamos desde antes así que no fue problema, solicitamos un taxi en el hotel para ir a un restaurante porque las aplicaciones cómo bolt o uber no funcionan, fue un poco costoso porque pagamos €50 ida y vuelta pero lo coordinamos 20min antes de ir al lugar y ellos resolvieron todo, luego el chofer estuvo esperándonos fuera del restaurante a las 11:30pm que fue la hora que solicitamos. Entonces realmente no hubo algo cómo tal que nos disgustara, solo que para evitar tener que pagar un taxi costoso podrían averiguar otras formas de hacerlo con anticipación.

The best thing would be the staffs and how accommodating they are. The kitchen team always made sure we were satisfied with our breakfast. Idris from reception helped me get everything ready and prepared for my boyfriend’s birthday. He was very helpful throughout my stay. Ismail made sure to drop us to taxi stand when we left which was really kind. Over all the staffs were so lovely. About the Riad itself, the location is spot on very convenient. If you are looking for a traditional feel this is a perfect place to be when you are in Marrakech.

Cons: The first room we were put in only had a window on to the internal courtyard, it was very small and you could hear everyone walking past your room, so it didn’t feel very private. We also had people above us and you could hear them moving furniture around. The second room was a lot bigger, with an external window and it was much brighter. On the first day breakfast was served up on the rooftop which was great as you were in the sun but for the rest of the stay the staff wouldn’t open up the top terrace so you sat inside in the shade and it was freezing.

Sogar eine kleine Überraschung für den Geburtstag meines Mannes wurde vorbereitet – eine wunderbare Geste! Das Riad ist wunderschön im traditionellen Stil eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht, und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ideal – mitten in der Altstadt, perfekt, um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Riad mit tollem Service und einzigartigem Charme! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het personeel is ontzettend aardig! We voelden ons bij aankomst meteen welkom door Saïd en Fouad. Ze hebben ons het hele verblijf goed geholpen en waren ontzettend aardig en enthousiast. De ligging is fantastisch en alles is op loopafstand. Er hangt een gezellige sfeer en er is zelfs live muziek op het dakterras.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Djema el fna entfernt und das meiste ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Eigentlich waren diese ruhig, ausser andere Gäste haben im Innenhof gefeiert. Allerdings wurden diese spätestens um 22.30 Uhr aufgefordert ruhig zu sein was auch geklappt hat. Ich hatte etwas Mühe mit dem fehlenden Fenster im Raum. Ansonsten war das Zimmer zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders das Rooftop Restaurant hat mir gefallen. Sicher das Essen ist etwas teurer als in der Stadt. Allerdings haben wir die abendliche Ruhe nach dem Trubel der Stadt genossen. Taxis kann man über die Rezeption bestellen, oder man geht die paar Meter zur Strasse und hält eines an. Dies war wesentlich günstiger und hat zu jeder Zeit problemlos funktioniert. Es ist ein Vorteil wenn man Katzen mag, die sind überall, gut gepflegt und sauber. Wir würden das Riad wieder buchen, jedoch darauf achten dass wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster bekommen.

Effectivement à quelques 200m de la place jemal efna, et de la place des ferblantiers qui est plus calme mais aussi animé en journée. Le riad est dans une petite ruelle, entouré de petits commerces et restaurants. Le SPA et HAMMANN dans le riad est un plus incroyable, le restaurant en rooftop ouvert à tous donc pas que au client et nous recommandons les cours de cuisine c'était agréable de voir le marché et cuisiner des plats marocains directement au riad avec le chef.
Cons: La literie au standard européen car trop petite (1.40x1.90) pour un gars de 2m comme moi. Les tables sont trop basses, donc déjeuner ou diner il faudra jouer des genoux.

Cons: Room was cold / with a very high slightly open window ( which we couldn’t reach) in the bedroom and a open grill to the outside in the bathroom - bearing in mind it was 4 degrees outside / it took a very long time for the room to warm up - plus the grill and window let in the outside noise. To top it off there were glass windows above the door / so throughout the night the lights were on / off / on Breakfast was also very slow and noisy as they were catering for groups going off on trips and I got missed out - and had to chase food after waiting 10 min

The staff at this hotel were welcoming with tea on arrival and storing my backpack until check-in at 2pm. They were helpful throughout my stay and even when I left early for my flight, the night porter ran up to the kitchen and made me a little breakfast to go. The room was very comfortable and rustic (to be expected in Riads). A/C was quiet. Some noise to be expected in the evenings due to the close proximity of everyone's room and how Riads are constructed. Nothing earplugs didnt sort out. I loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The hammam and massage was a delight. Be sure to get up early one day to enjoy breakfast and watch the sunrise on the rooftop. Would stay again.

Cons: I was supposed to pay upon arrival, and when I did, the hotel charged me 20 euros more than the price that was indicated in all my booking information (website, app, confirmation emails etc). The manager presented the view from their system to show me that the higher price was appearing to them and told me that I had to deal with Booking directly to work out this difference. At that time, they offered me no help with the situation and were pretty rude to me, until I asked for proof of everything to write to Booking to ask for a refund. The next day, when I was checking out, they insistently tried to offer me services as compensation and pressured me to write a good review, which felt really unconformable. Also, at breakfast, an employee who hadn't even served our table asked us over 3 times for a tip, which was also a little annoying.

Tout le monde est au petit soin, c'est vraiment un endroit magnifique et très bien placé. On peut accéder à pieds à presque tous les endroits à visiter. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter du Hammam suivi d'un massage, les filles sont adorables et très professionnelles, un grand moment de détente, je recommande. After a long trip around Marroco Bo Road was the best place to finish it off and relax. Hamza and Shaheed took care of everything to make our stay memorable. Will return for sure.

The service and breakfast was great with such a friendly staff who made our stay comfortable throughout our time spent in Marrakesh.
Cons: The noise around the building could have been better - I will say the owner should introduce a strict policy to minimize the noise around the property at night.

Pretty Riad with a rooftop serving drinks and food. Our second room was lovely and we slept really well. Good size and nice bathroom. Good location for the medina etc.
Cons: We were placed in a downstairs room right next to reception and the road. Didn’t get any sleep with the noise of people coming back in, leaving early, cleaning early in the morning, lights through the top of the door, outside noise. Shower that didn’t drain well. We asked to move rooms.

The best was the welcome of the staff (specially hamza that was really helpful) . The cleaning was AMAZING and the attention to details from the cleaning staff was super good.
Cons: The beds were not fully comfortable and the wifi connection do not arrive pretty well to the last floor of the riad.

L emplacement est idéal, le personnel est très gentil et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, servi sur la terrasse avec une vue superbe surplombant la ville.

La proximité de la place principale à Marrakech
Cons: Le petit déjeuner n’était pas varié. Nous n’avions pas trop le choix des produits car c’est le personnel qui ramenait les produits Pour le rapport qualité prix moyen Nous avons eu un problème de chambre à l’arrivée mais le soucis a été réglé après plusieurs tentatives d’essai. Nous avons réservé deux chambres dont une pour 2 adultes. La chambre était petite ainsi que le lit Et les photos des chambres ne correspondaient pas à la réalité Ce genre de problème ne devrait pas arriver lorsqu’on paye une réservation à l’avance

What a fantastic place 3 minutes walk from the main square - Staff were excellent and could not do enough to help you - breakfast was lovely on the upstairs terrace but make sure you wear warm clothes as can be cool in January morning - they even stored my luggage for two days when I went to the Atlas Mountains

The location is fantastic if you want to explore the old town and get around on foot
Cons: There is a building across the street which they use for a number of the rooms. This feels like a scam to me as you are not staying in the actual riad. The rooms have paper thin walls - you will not sleep as the area is so noisy. They play loud music at the hotel late into the evening. The beds are very very uncomfortable. The staff are pushy and difficult. Some are great and others not at all. It was an extremely cheap deal to stay here so I took the risk but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

La atención del personal es lo mejor sin duda. Era el cumpleaños de mi novia y le cantaron el cumpleaños y regalaron una rosa con una nota. Es un detalle que para nosotros supuso mucho. Los desayunos también son muy buenos.
Cons: La habitación estaba en el edificio anexo y había que cambiar de edificio para ir al desayuno.

We had a lovely stay at Bô Riad. Our room was well appointed with all necessities and comfortable. The roof terrace and breakfast was a real highlight of our stay and something we looked forward to each morning. The staff were very friendly and attentive, helping us in anyway they could to ensure we had a good stay. Would visit again.

le riad est très charmant et la beauté du lieu avec son bassin et tout à fait ce à quoi l'on s'attend, le personnel fort courtois et prêt à tout pour vous rendre votre séjour des plus agréable, j'ai dîné sur le toit terrasse, l'ambiance y étais fort plaisant et le repas de très bonnes qualité. je recommande donc l'établissement qui est de plus très bien situé localement, sans se perdre dans dédale de ruelles.
Cons: la chambre bien que très confortable n'est pas à la hauteur du lobby de l'hôtel, un peu spartiate, et surtout très bruyante , le pommeau de douche ne tient pas sur son support , heureusement que j'y restait pour une nuit, malgré la gentillesse du personnel et la beauté de l'hôtel je n'y retournerai pas.

Recensione: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo Riad e ne siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La struttura, anche se piccola, è molto bella e accogliente. Avevamo una camera proprio davanti alla piscina, il che è stato davvero piacevole. La colazione, tipicamente marocchina, viene servita sulla terrazza ed è semplicemente stunning! La terrazza offre anche una vista molto bella sulla città, un vero punto forte del Riad. Le camere, seppur piccole, sono ben attrezzate e hanno tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve. Non bisogna aspettarsi la perfezione, è normale trovare magari qualche piastrella rotta o piccoli segni del tempo, ma questo fa parte del fascino della città. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Hamza, che è stato fantastico con noi per tutto il tempo. Ci ha spiegato tantissime cose, condividendo interessanti fatti storici e ottimi consigli sulla città. Ogni volta che avevo una domanda, potevo scrivergli e lui era sempre disponibile ad aiutarmi con tutto. Anche Sophiane è stato super gentile e disponibile. Un’altra menzione va agli uomini che servono la colazione al mattino: davvero adorabili! Era sempre un piacere fare due chiacchiere con loro, e anche loro ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per esplorare la città. In generale, tutto è stato perfetto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente, lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e accogliente!
Cons: Unica piccola pecca: Essendo un Riad, quindi con spazi aperti, si sente dalle camere quando le persone passano e parlano. Tuttavia, nulla che un paio di tappi per le orecchie non possa risolvere, soprattutto considerando che mi ero informata prima e me l’aspettavo.
