I stayed at Villa Soraya for only one evening but the one night that I stayed there left me feeling immensely rested and recharged, which I attribute to the huge bed and the high quality mattress in my room 🛏️ On a more random note, the shower-head within the ensuite bathroom was also quite powerful (but not too powerful) and released a solid jet of water, which was extremely pleasant after a long day of strolling through the intense heat of the city. ☀️ The hotel is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Marrakesh, meaning that it is very peaceful and that you can literally hear the birds. 🐦 However, it's also close enough to the centre to reach it via taxi or bus. The breakfast was also of a decent size, with a number of breads, jams and spreads, among other items, and left me feeling full for a good few hours. In essence I would say that this hotel is a peaceful place that ticks all the boxes in terms of comfort at a very reasonable price. Oh and there's also a roof terrace where you can spend a bit of time viewing the city and contemplating life and the universe 🌎 Highly recommended !

Nous y avons etait en octobre en famille le personnel est super gentil, notre chambre etait au dernière étage avec une grande terrasse devant la chambre cest très agréable surtout en soiree il y a également le jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est bien. La chambre assez spacieuse.

Cons: Le personnel était absent et non informé de notre arrivée. Nous avons averti le personnel que notre départ était a 7h et s’il y avait possibilité d’avoir le petit déjeuner : nous avons pas eu le petit déjeuner L’Emplacement était bruyant. Pas de personnel présent pour demander quoi que ce soit en nourriture ou boisson (même de l’eau) L’entrée de la villa nécessite de toujours sonner pour y rentrer : aucun personnel pour nous ouvrir, c’était les autres habitants des lieux qui nous ouvrais. Un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire concernant l’espace commun.

Massage was fantastic and a lovely lady, the bed was comfortable, a lovely quiet roof top, attentive staff and they organised a hair brush that I forgot and supplied me with drinking water when I needed. I stayed opposite the reception and it wasn't noisy but be prepared with ear plugs just in case, as I imagine it could be at times. I was there to rest and be at peace - which I did. Thank you

Cons: Breakfast was typical Morrocan carb loaded breakfast with no alternative offered apart from an egg. Veg stall 2 minute walk away (turn right out of front door) so you can buy your own avocados and fruit etc. All staff speak good French but a little hard communicating in English. It's best to download the Indrive App for taxis as transport and finding taxis was an issue at this location. This knowledge would have been useful on checkin. Had a greatful lift from the manager with his scooter to my friends house but I wouldn't like to ride into the medina on it. More hangers or a chair in room would be useful for clothes.

Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura è stato fantastico, il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile su tutto. La colazione è ottima, e comprende prodotti tipici marocchini. Il direttore ci ha anche offerto dei prodotti di pasticceria molto buoni ed è stato sempre gentile e reperibile per messaggio per qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo bisogno. Anche un altro ragazzo che lavora qui è stato super disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo cenato qui la prima sera e i piatti erano deliziosi e molto abbondanti (noi in particolare abbiamo provato la tajine di pollo e la tangia). Abbiamo giocato spesso col biliardo che si trova nella hall al primo piano e abbiamo anche utilizzato la jacuzzi, fantastica per rilassarsi e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Le stanze sono molto pulite e ordinate, vengono sistemate ogni giorno e vengono sempre forniti asciugamani puliti. La posizione è un po’ più lontana dalla Medina, ma perfetta per visitare Gueliz e anche come posizione da cui partire per le varie escursioni che si possono fare nel paese, infatti i driver solitamente possono passare a prendervi e lasciarvi esattamente fuori alla villa. Nei dintorni ci sono tanti posti dove mangiare e ci sono fermate autobus a pochi minuti a piedi che permettono di raggiungere la zona di Koutubia (vicino Jemaa el-Fna) in meno di 20 min o di raggiungere l’aeroporto in poco più di 30 min.

Habitación con el aire acondicionado estropeado, nos cambiaron a otra habitación pero con toallas sucias y sabanas y almohadas manchadas. J'y suis resté 4 jours avec ma femme et mon petit garçon. La villa est absolument magnifique, de style traditionnel marocain, avec de belles chambres. Nous y avons rencontré Monsef et Mohammed, des personnes très sympathiques. Ils ont toujours été disponibles pour suivre nos demandes. La villa a un beau dernier étage où vous pouvez vous détendre ou avoir une vue magnifique sur Marrakech. Et le matin, un délicieux petit déjeuner sur la terrasse paisible. La villa est proche du centre mais du coup au calme ce que nous cherchions. Bref à faire absolument.

La villa est plutôt correcte

Cons: Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié l’organisation. J’ai réservé deux nuits pour rester qu’une seule journée. Je suis arrivé le soir tard après mon transport pour passer la nuit la journée du lendemain pour repartir le lendemain matin à 7h15 pour l’aéroport. J’ai réservé ici afin de profiter du jacuzzi au soleil . J’ai réservé deux nuits pour m’éviter de déménager malgré le prix. À mon arrivée ils avaient déjà loué ma chambre, ils m’en ont donné une autre en surclassement en me disant que je devrais sûrement déménager chose qui ne m’arrange pas vu que j’ai payé deux nuits exprès pour être tranquille. La chambre était très bien trop grande pour moi évidemment. Le matin je suis descendue assez tard donc le petit déjeuner n’était sûrement plus d’actualité. Chose normal. j’ai demandé pour aller au jacuzzi et ils m’ont dit, il faut que vous attendiez 14 heures. À 14h j’ai dit vous me le mettez quand en route ils ont dit là, on va s’y mettre Donc j’ai dit, je vais aller déjeuner en ville pour vous laisser le temps. Bref ils ont bien voulu me le mettre à 18h30 car de le mettre en route et de le nettoyer ça prendrait du temps. Pas sûre qu’il était réellement nettoyé car quand j’ai allumé les bulles, une substance orange s’est collé sur une des parois à la surface. À 18h30, le soleil se couche presque. Je n’ai déjà pas pu en profiter au soleil comme prévu et pour lequel j’avais payé. Je me suis payé le hammam en supplément jamais il a été chaud. Quand je leur ai demandé, ils m’ont dit c’est température normal, il peut pas être plus chaud Que je sois en extérieur ou dans le hammam pour moi il faisait exactement la même chaleur. Vu leur organisation j’ai préféré refuser le service de taxi pour le matin à l’aéroport, mais je leur ai demandé si je pouvais au moins prendre mon petit déjeuner à emporter si possible ils m’ont dit oui qu’il serait prêt pour 7 heures. Chose que je n’ai jamais eu, j’ai attendu jusqu’à 7h20. J’ai demandé au moins une bouteille d’eau que je n est pas eu .

This is a great little riad nestled in a quiet area of Marrakech. The room was just the perfect size with a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked great (it was hot during my stay). I had the massage and it was very relaxing....no blah blah blah, just calm music. Wifi Was Great. The staff were very friendly and helpful....offered to give me a bike ride to Jemna El Afnaa (however it is spelled), but I wasn't sure I would get back with my dog. But a nice gesture none the less.

Cons: The only thing I didn't care much about was the breakfast, as a diabetic, I need protein and I was offered cakes or bread....which is not good for a diabetic. However, you did receive coffee and juice and condiments to go with the assortment of baked goods.

El lugar estaba en mal estado de manutención, falta de higiene, la ubicación dificil de encontrar y nos recibió un empleado que nos llevó a una habitación horrorosa y no nos dió llaves ni de la habitación ni del hotel, esa noche dormimos con la puerta sin llaves, al otro día bajamos a desayunar y no encontramos a nadie, nos sentimos abandonados no había personal ni desayuno y tuvimos que llamar al servicio clientes de Booking para pedir asistencia, a la media hora apareció un empleado que solo hablaba en árabe y no se entendía nada, informamos a Booking que dejábamos ese hotel por falta de sanidad y de servicio, fue una pesadilla no lo recomiendo a nadie porque pasamos muy mal momento.

Cons: No me gustó nada sobre todo la falta de higiene del lugar y muy mal servicio le doy un 0 ese lugar deberían cerrarlo.

Review of Villa Soraya I had a pleasant stay at Villa Soraya. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, particularly Yusuf and Houssni, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and enjoyable. They assisted me with directions to the city center (Jemaa el-Fnaa Square) and arranged transportation for my horse-riding activity, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Yusuf even drove me around and introduced me to local stores, which was very helpful as I was unfamiliar with the area. Whenever I needed anything, they were always available and consistently made sure I felt safe. At one point, I got lost near the city center, and my cab driver had difficulty finding the square. The hotel was contacted, and Houssni personally called me to guide me back. Their dedication was evident, and in all honesty, both of them deserve a raise. On the day of my departure to London, my flight was scheduled for 10:00 AM. Houssni went out of his way to wake up early and prepare breakfast for me at 6:00 AM—well outside the regular breakfast hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This clearly shows the team’s commitment to guest satisfaction. The two women working at the hotel were also wonderful. They cleaned my room upon request and even washed my clothes at no extra cost. The breakfast was excellent—my only suggestion would be a larger cup of orange juice and perhaps more eggs, though this is a personal preference and not a criticism of the staff or food. Room Review: Considering the price I paid—approximately £269 for 11 days—I would rate the room 6/10. The room was spacious, the shower was conveniently located, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the main downside was its proximity to the reception area. Noise from guests checking in and out, loud conversations, and even snooker games made restful sleep difficult. This isn’t the fault of the staff but rather a matter of hotel layout and management decisions. The staff are doing their best within those limitations.

L’hôtel, situé dans une avenue bordée d’arbres, vous accueille avec des orangers. L’établissement est très accueillant et charmant, dans un style marocain, avec des carreaux colorés et des canapés dont il est difficile de se lever tant on s’y sent bien. J’ai adoré la terrasse où j’ai passé beaucoup de temps à siroter du thé à la menthe. Houssni m’a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a toujours été disponible pour me donner des indications sur les déplacements et me faire sentir comme chez moi. Je le recommande vraiment de tout cœur. Un salut spécial au chat aux yeux bleus

Cons: I upgraded to a deluxe room, the description implied there was a sauna / jacuzzi in the room which was not the case (I would have stuck with the cheaper room. No TVs in any of the rooms, apparently the owner removed them it is advertised as satellite channels on the tv. C’est un avis personnel mais nous avons aimé le fait que la villa soit a l’extérieur de la médina, beaucoup plus au calme au nord de Marrakech. C’est une villa avec un grand salon, le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel (Youssef) est très serviable (il nous ont préparé le petit déjeuner à 6h du matin quand nous devions partir plus tot). Nous avons aimé la chambre aussi il y avait une petite terrasse très charmante et le quartier est très calme.

Cons: Nous avons tout aimé la chambre avait une très belle architecture. Une chose a prendre en compte est qu’il n’y avait pas de porte qui nous séparait de la salle de bain mais ce n’était pas dérangeant.

La terrasse extérieure avec salon très agréable. Le billard dans le salon est un petit plus pour se détendre. Service de navette ponctuel malgré une arrivée tardive et départ nocturne aucun souci.

Un lugar puede ser bien pero si el personal no cuadra o se capacita se va para abajo. No hablan inglés , no hablan español …

Je suis très impressionné par l’agilité, l’hospitalité et l’enthousiasme de l’équipe. Ménage de la chambre tous les jours donc très propre. Le petit déjeuner riche et délicieux, a été préparé à temps. La chambre mansardée est joliment décorée et très confortable et spacieuse.

Cons: Mais la chambre que j'ai louée avait tellement de problèmes. La chambre est située au rez-de-chaussée, en face de la réception donc très bruyante, l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne du tout. Il n'y a pas de chauffage électrique donc la chambre est très froide (en février). Bien qu'il y ait une climatisation à double sens dans la chambre (chaud-froid), cela ne semble pas suffisant. J'ai toujours très froid la nuit. La salle de bain n'a pas d'électricité 😵 le miroir est au-dessus des toilettes et ils n'étiquetent pas les produits de shampoing et de gel douche qui se mettent dans la salle de bain.

Cons: Fact that solo room is located in front of the reception. There was a late night checkin of guests, and you can hardly get any sleep! This was my case for sunday night . Upon guests arrival , I was not able to sleep at all as the room is front of the recprion and you can hear them talking and making noise ( there should have been hotel staff to make the guests aware of the fact ).

Hij deed goed zijn best om zoveel mogelijk met mijn (lastige) glutenvrije dieetwens rekening te houden, er werd elke dag een glutenvrijecake of een gebakken ei verzorgd. (Helaas was glutenvrijbrood niet mogelijk.) Het normale ontbijt was goed en afwisselend verzorgd. De in de kamer geintegreerde badkamer was stijlvol!

Cons: Ik vind het wat minder goed onderhouden dan op de foto's. Faciliteiten als hamam en jacuzzi waren wel aanwezig, maar werden niet (meer?) standaard gebruikt. Toen ik ernaar informeerde kon het wel geregeld worden, maar het voelde niet uitnodigend om hier op door te gaan. Kan ook aan de tijd van het jaar liggen misschien, het was in de avonden koud. Toch best een eind buiten de Medina, maar met de betaalbare taxi(app) toch goed te doen! Niet alle bedden waren even fijn en ze waren vrij kort.

Moghit was a breath of fresh air, very professional and took pride in his job. Very helpful given he had no support from his boss. Thanks It's a fairly nice place and the deluxe rooms are good, the hammam is a bonus, but have strayed in better and certainly friendlier places closer to the madina.

Cons: Ordered two deluxe rooms but arrived to be given one deluxe and one standard room. Not a massive deal but attitude of manager Monsef was 'that's all we have available'. No apology or any attempt to mitigate. Such a rude and unprofessional host, didn't even come to see us when he did turn up, he hid downstairs! Shame as could be a much nicer place if he cared about it, but he obviously doesn't. Very tired facilities. See 'advisors' on independent 'trip' websites for more insights.

Cons: When I contacted the hotel by phone i was surprised to find that the guy who speak to me spoke French only . When I asked if someone could assist me in English or Arabic, I was ignored. Cons: the day before my arrival at 2am in the morning someone from the property messaged me on whatsapp asking what time will i arrive. The profile picture of that person was with his tongue out, eyes closed and showing me the middle finger explicitly. After i told him my arrival time he started making comments about my profile picture..i found that quite scary and disrespectful. Movig on to the property, we were greeted by someone in dirty pijama clothes and shown to our room. He had us pay the turist tax, which is fine, he only wanted cash and i did not get any receipt for that. In the room there was a small double bed and 2 single beds standing on wooden europallets. I always book large beds because both my partner and I are 1.86 meters long, we barely managed to fit in it. Most of the ammenities shown in the room description aren’t there, no bathrobes, safety deposit box was broken, no shower gel, only soap from the sink to wash,no tv, no hairdryer, no extra long beds and the toilet and shower were only separated by an improvised glass wall from the rest of the room, if someone needs to go number 2 then we have to leave the room for a while, discusting. There aws only one toilet roll, the sink and and shower drains were not working and we had to stand in dirty water whilst showering, and the second night the water pressure was very low and there was barely any hot water to shower, also no shower curtain. Also the jacuzzi was not working even if it was advertised as working and that was one of the main reasons i booked the property as it was my partner's birthday and i wanted to surprise her. Toilet was dripping both nights, no coffee, we received only one towel per person for face and body. we kindly asked to print our boarding passess and he wanted to charge us 4 euros for 2 pieces of paper that we printed in town for 10 cents. We kindly asked for a partial refund due to all of this, the property failed to reply to me or booking.

It would have been a nice stay if they update or change their room photos or clearly advertise what might you have be accommodate.

Cons: let’s begin with they placed us a room which is clearly not in their advertisement it was more like a tiny whole and located about 30 cm away from the reception desk and the about 1 meter from the entrance and communal room where others had their meals and gathered loudly.When we complained they were extremely rude and not helpful at all and spoke very little English and did not even try to sort the issue. I can quote one of the managers answers “ no english, it’s french, you stay there or leave” However on the 3rd night when we asked a more helpful and a nicer staff member ( there were one)sorted our problem and placed us upstairs in one of the room what you can see through booking.com. We did not leave at the first place cause our booking was non refundable, and let’s add this booking. Com site is not helpful at all to solve this issue. Well we have traveled all around the world and slept all sort of places and we do not have high expectations about a cheapish accommodation,never ever had , but we did and will complain again if we got to be accommodate in a room which has never ever been advertised, if it had I wouldn’t book it at the beginning.

Nous avons passé une nuit à la Villa Soraya. Nous avons été accueillis par Abdel Mourit qui a été un hôte au petit soin avec nous. La chambre était propre, confortable, le petit déjeuner du matin était très bon. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement, merci encore à Abdel Mourit pour sa disponibilité et son aide précieuse. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement à coup sûr lors de notre prochain séjour à Marrakech.

Breakfast was adequate to get you stated for the daily activities. Lots of carbs and beverages to keep you on the move. The staff was willing to go beyond to assist with transportation and other services. I am a walker and enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood.

Cons: De jacuzzi boven op het dakterras is helaas te smerig om in te gaan en de sauna waar over gesproken word niet gezien. Het dakterras is fijn, totdat je erachter komt dat het voor iedereen is bedoeld en je toch wel graag wil slapen. Kamers zijn erg gehorig en bed aan de harde kant. De manier waarop er op het einde van het verblijf geeist werd om een goede recensie, staat me ook een beetje tegen.

Wir hatten das einzige Zimmer ganz oben direkt bei den Terassen. Mit dem öffentlichen Bus konnte man direkt in die Altstadt und zum Markt fahren. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich

Cons: Die Betten waren sehr hart und unbequem für uns. Das "Badezimmer" ist kein separater Raum. Das Zimmer hatte ziemlich viele Baustellen und war Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Hammam war während unseres Aufenthalts "defekt" Der whirlpool war sehr dreckig, obwohl er einmal gereinigt wurde.

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons: Il y a soit disant un restaurant tu rentres à 18h et tu demandes si tu peux avoir quelque chose à manger à 19h on te dit non. Il y a un jacuzzi qu'il faut demander deux heures avant pour la préparation un jacuzzi qui fonctionne pratiquement pas. Les terrasses où on peut soi-disant profiter du soleil sont pas propres du tout les coussins infectés. Parlons des chambres : chambre où il y a pas de cintre pour mettre pendre ton linge, un coffre dans la chambre que tu ne peux pas employer parce que il ne trouve plus les clés, une télévision au mur pour faire joli elle ne fonctionne pas, pas de frigo, si tu vas aux toilettes et que tu tires la chasse ça sent la merde pendant minimum deux heures. Il n'y a pas de lumière dans la douche pas de lumière dans le petit emplacement que tu as pour mettre deux, trois vêtements et ta valise. Par bonheur tu te dis chouette il y a une machine à café Nespresso tu peux faire du café et bien tu as deux capsules pour 10 jours. En bref je ne recommande pas du tout sauf si c'est pour passer une une nuit pour un bref passage.

Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Khalil chaleureusement pour son très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée de nuit, ainsi que pour son dévouement pour aller nous chercher un dîner en ville (restaurant de l'hôtel fermé à cette heure ci), une carte SIM marocaine, pour nous arranger une location de voiture et surtout pour nous faire avoir des entrées pour le jardin Majorelle (car aucune de nos cartes bancaires ne fonctionnaient pour une réservation en ligne obligatoire). Très bons petits déjeuners pris sur la terrasse chaque matin. Nous avons aussi croisé Youssef qui était de très bons conseils et dévoué également. Hotel dans une petite rue résidentielle très calme. Petit frigo dans la chambre très apprécié.

La situation loin du tumulte de la médina

Cons: Nous avons passé 4 nuits à Villa Soraya, Un sérieux coup de rénovation est à faire, les photos du site sont loin de la vérité, on nous vend du rêve.... Le personnel n'est pas en jolie tenue, la belle voiture n'existe pas...le jacuzzi est vide( par soucis d'économie nous a t'on dit)..il faut donc demander à le remplir, il n'est pas très propre non plus...la salle de massage sert plus à un placard et un foure tout, le hammam pas mieux, très glauque. Le billard est inutilisable, les queues sont cassées, il manque des billes . Le roovtop n'est pas très propre et plein de choses traînent... La personne qui veille la nuit dort dans les canapés du coin salon, ça fait moyen..... Le Petit déjeuner est très aléatoire, beaucoup de choix le premier jour et très peu le reste de la semaine, il y a un gros manque de formation du personnel en service. Beaucoup d'attente aussi malgré une heure programmée. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour, le personnel est très sympathique et de bon conseil, toujours à nos petits soins. la literie est bonne malgré tout. Nous comprenons mieux le tarif très alléchant au vu de l'infrastructure proposée. Un riad qui a beaucoup de potentiel mais qui semble laissé en désuétude depuis un moment. Nous ne conseillerons pas ce riad à nos amis.

It was a good place. The staff (two brothers) are extremely welcoming and friendly. They would help you in whatever you need. Breakfast was delicious. The place has nice terrace. Its location is a bit far away from the center, but neighbourhood is quite safe (as far as I could tell).

Cons: I think the biggest dislike from my side would go for the very fact that all rooms - as far as I can tell - designed in a weird way where toilet and shower don’t have any doors. I mean, that is really absurd concept and I don’t know how one could enjoy having no door toilet in the middle of the room.

La atención del personal muy buena, en especial de Youssef que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. Limpian habitación todos días y cambian sábanas. La comida excelente, felicidades a los cocineros, y siempre que lo pedíamos teníamos el jacuzzi preparado. El desayuno muy completo y la terraza preciosa. Ubicado en zona muy tranquila que se agradece después de estar en el jaleo de la ciudad. Recomendable 100x100 y cuando volvamos a Marrakech repetiremos. Gracias Villa Soraya! Hasta la próxima

Einmal und nie wieder, ich hatte das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht,und es nicht bekommen,angeblich voll gebucht,obwohl ich keine andere Gäste gesehen habe.Mir wurde dann zugesagt das ich am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln kann,aber nichts dergleichen.Keine Entschuldigung, nichts,ich bin dann leider etwas ausfallend geworden,was mir anschließend leid tut,es war nicht die feine englische Art, aber ich war soo enttäuscht, da kommt man an ,freut sich auf ein schönes Zimmer und bekommt dann eins das mit dem Deluxe Zimmer absolut nich Vergleich bar war.Wir haben dann vorzeitig ausgecheckt.

Cons: Als ich die Unterkunft angeschrieben habe das ich für die eine Nacht mein Geld zurück wollte,wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich ihr großes Zimmer mit Terrasse bekommen habe,aber es war nicht das was ich gebucht habe,ich bekäme ein Rückerstattung, abzüglich 20% Buchungskomission und erst wenn die Bewerbungsfrist abgelaufen ist. Naja,nach dieser ehrlichen Bewertung werde ich jetzt wohl nichts mehr bekommen. 😂 Ach ja ,die Kakalaken haben mich freundlicher begrüßt.

El trato del personal es increible tanto Youssef como Khalil nos atendieron siempre con la mejor disposición tanto para el desayuno como para ayudarnos a conseguir tranporte los dias que estuvimos ahí. La habitación nos la limpiaban todos los días y nos cambiaban las toallas por unas nuevas, me pareció un buen detalle. Aunque la zona queda retirada del centro, esta solo a 10 min en coche y es bastante tranquila.

Cons: Solo por comentar las instalaciones se ven súper bien pero un poco descuidadas, desayunamos en la terraza por que es super bonita pero las mesas estaban sucias y nos pasó lo mismo en el comedor de abajo

Der ganze Beschrieb ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu geschönt, und darauf sind wir reingefallen… Schmutziges Zimmer - keine Seife für Hände, die kaputten Sachen im Zimmer(WC/Gestell). Habe im Januar reserviert für Mai - Zeit genug für Reparaturen. Dachterrasse schmutzig Liegestühle mit Decken, alt und schmutzig… In der Nacht stundenlanges Geschrei - der Portier will nichts gehört haben. Als wir aus diesen Gründen am nächsten morgen ausscheckten bot der Portier uns nicht mal an, die Nacht zu vergüten. Ich liess es auch den Preis zurückzufordern.

Perfect stay, the brothers were great with hosting us and attending to everything we needed and even stayed up late till we got back to make sure we were safe. Breakfast is traditional and good. Cons: Описание и фотографии номера не соответствуют действительности. Например, в описании сказано: "double room features a hot tub and a sauna... is comprised of a flat-screen TV with cable channels" - в реальности в номере ничего этого нет, можно лишь воспользоваться общим джакузи или хамам за дополнительную плату (например, джакузи - 15 евро). Также не было балкона, халатов и прочего, хотя всё это заявлено в описании и видно на разных фотографиях номера. Также в фотографиях номера одной из первых идёт фотография общей гостиной отеля, что создаёт ложное представление о самом номере. Номер представлял собой всего одну комнату, в которой находятся три кровати и одновременно туалет с душем, перед которыми установлены небольшие перегородки, т.е. про приватность и уединение в душе и туалете можно забыть. В душе не было занавески и никаких крючков для полотенец.

Situato a qualche chilometro dalla Medina, in una zona residenziale, è lontano dal caos e dal trambusto. La sua posizione, infatti, è un punto di forza proprio perché è lontana dai ritmi e dai tumori del centro, che è comunque raggiungibile in pochi chilometri e minuti grazie ai taxi o ai bus. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, mentre la struttura è accogliente, bella e moderna. Le camere sono spaziose, il bagno spettacolare, il terrazzo molto carino e la Jacuzzi un vero spettacolo.

Kopalnica sploh ni imela vrat, ampak samo zaveso, več - kot +.Bivali sva samo 2 dni in ker sva drugi dan odšle na organiziran izlet, sem se dogovorila, da bi imeli zajtrk ob 7. Ko sva prišli lačni na zajtrk, ga seveda ni bilo, niso imeli niti možnosti, da bi naredili lunch pakete. Cons: O quarto tinha uma localização péssima, mesmo ao lado da entrada da Riad, super pequeno, não tinha nada a ver com o que vimos quando reservamos foi uma decepção. Fica também bastante afastada do centro e para nós que andamos a pé não se tornou muito agradável. A limpeza também deixou um pouco a desejar. El hotel está ubicado en una zona segura

Cons: Desde nuestra llegada fue decepcionante, no nos encontraba en la reservación. El hotel está ubicado en un lugar seguro de Marrakech pero bien alejado de la plaza, si bien tiene bañera de hidromasaje no la pudimos ocupar, tampoco se nos ofreció algún horario o explicación para ser usada. El espacio por dentro es súper antiguo, como descuidado, la habitación que ofrecen para hacer masajes es horrible, la tv no funciona. lo peor de este hospedaje es que nos ofrecieron un te cuando llegamos en vasos usados por otras personas, el chico que trabaja ahí, se levantó en pillama a atendernos a las 9 am. El hotel no cuenta con todos los servicios que ofrecen, no tenían cena ni bar para comprar, solo el desayuno en la mañana.

Cons: Les équipements, hammam sans eau chaude, l eau à coule dans les escaliers, on a bouche un bassin pour que le hammam reste chaud ; jacuzzi à fonctionne pendant 5mn , après l eau était froide, le petit déjeuner est très moyen et ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site.

Me ha encantado todo en general, no podía no poner una buena reseña. Han sido encantadores y hospitalarios en todo momento. Se han preocupado de nosotros durante todo el viaje , alomejor era más tarde de la cuenta y me hablaban al whattsap para ver si estábamos bien o necesitábamos algo, una vez en el aeropuerto de vuelta igual, preguntando si todo estaba bien. El desayuno riquísimo, las camas super cómodas, la habitación amplia, limpia .. Y se encuentra en buena zona, esta muy cerca de una avenida principal, y a 10m o menos de la Medina, el taxi no te sale mas de 3€ Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%!!! Y volveremos a repetir

Staff were nice and very attentive (esp Youseff). The view from the rooftop during sunrise was amazing although it was very cold as we’d already expected.

Cons: Water from the dispenser wasn’t working so we had to request drinking water from them and Youseff was always so kind to provide us with bottled water during our stay. However, when we asked Khalil for some on our second night, he told us we should have bought at the shop which is a bit disappointing but it’s okay (i am not sure if this was the riad’s rule but I feel like drinking water is very basic and should be readily accessible for guests, even if we had to pay for it). On our day 2, we kindly requested for an early breakfast or if this was not possible, perhaps just some refreshments to bring on the way. We were given 2 kiddie packs of orange juice and some day-old bread which was okay but it would have been nice to have at least cheese/yoghurt along with it. Not exactly the breakfast I was expecting as per pictures but it was okay.

Cons: Très mauvais départ, car accueillis par le directeur, qui devrait revoir ses notions de politesse. A peine arrivés, bébé dans les bras, qu’il nous a limite agressé sans bonjour pour nous dire « vous n’aurez pas de chambre avant 15h, ces gens ont réservé. » A savoir que les personnes en question étaient en trin de payer, et descendre leurs valises… heureusement nous ne l’avons aperçu que le premier jour, puisqu’il est parti sans même venir nous dire quoi que ce soit, même pas au revoir, et n’est jamais revenu de la semaine. Nous allions partir en demandant un remboursement, heureusement Khalil est arrivé, et nous a amené à notre chambre qui était totalement prête. Au final la semaine s’est bien passée, grâce à Khalil et son frère, qui sont aux petits soins de leurs clients. Jusqu’à même nous réparer la poussette de bb cassée dans l’avion. Nous proposer différentes activités, nous permettre d’avoir des taxis rapidement, nous chauffer les purées de bb, et en étant joignable de jour comme de nuit. Monsieur le directeur, si vous voyez cet avis, sachez que votre Ryad tient debout grâce à vos employés, qui par leur dévouement font oublier votre incapacité à accueillir les voyageurs. Le petit dej est copieux, avec un gâteau différent chaque jour, dommage cependant de devoir payer des omelettes supplémentaires. La chambre était agréable avec un petit balcon. Dans l’ensemble le Ryad est plutôt calme (tout dépend des autres clients forcément) le jacuzzi est un plus, par contre comptez un bon quart d’heure en taxi pour le centre. Concernant les avis négatifs, certes il y’a des choses à revoir à retaper, les wc sont un peu bancal, leau chaude tarde à arriver, etc, mais nous sommes à Marrakech, dans un Ryad et non pas à Dubai au club Med. C’est ce qui fait le charme de la ville…

Petit déjeuner on a réussi a l avoir 3 fois dans la semaine car les excursions étaient très tôt et donc le personnel pas encore levé Sécurisé la porte d entré et la porte de dehors fermé a clef la nuit . Tellement sécurisé qu on a failli pas partir le matin du départ 🤣🤣🤣 Sinon vous demandez qq chose vous l avez dans la journée ou les jours qui suivent pas de souci. Petit déjeuner compris dans la formule Au calme

It was perfect. My flight had a delay so I went to the hotel late at night. The man on the reception (Yussef) waited for me and he welcomed me to my room. During my stay he was very helpfull, kind and respectful. On my last day I lost my flight and he allowed me to stay in the hotel as long as I wanted due to the heat outside and he offered me free lunch. The room was very clean, with air condition and good wifi. All the stuff is very kind and pleasant. I would recommend it 100%. 😀

Sporych rozmiarów pokój. Hotel z fajnym widokiem z dachu. Sporo miejsca do zaparkowania auta przy sąsiednich ulicach. Okolo 30-40min spacerkiem do Mediny. Po drodze fajne knajpki.

Cons: Check-in trochę zajął. Nie jest tak proste znalezienie hotelu, pomógł nam starszy Pan z okolicy. Miłym dodatkiem byłoby serwowanie śniadania na tarasie. Zbiornik toalety wymaga regulacji, cały czas przeciekała woda co powodowała hałas w nocy związany z ciągłym napełnianiem zbiorniczka, poradziliśmy sobie zakręcając kurek.

Jag älskade hur värden Jaafar kontaktade oss i förväg ,skickade plats och frågade om vi önskade beställa något att äta då vi kom sent. Vii blev väl bemötta av bästa Jaafar och Khalil vid ingång och blev bjudna på Marroccoansk te. Rummen var mysiga i fin design och sängarna var bekväma. Frukosten var den klassiska marockanska och de frågade alltid om vi önskade något mer! Barnen utnyttjade Jacuzzin som de förberedde väl! De gav oss tips och idéer på vad man kunde göra. Vi är nöjda och rekomenderar starkt!

Jaafar and Khalil were very kind, helpful and attentive during our stay. They were flexible with breakfast timings and ensured our stay was as comfortable as it could be. The jaccuzi was a pleasant addition. They were able to assist us with a room change easily.

Attitude of one of the staff.

Cons: The toilets are open and part of the room simply divided by a curtain. The smellof the toilet made it a long night. The linen smelled. The hammam, their attraction, was turned off and were asked to pay to turn it on and wait 6 hours. Showed us one room and then moved us to smaller smelly room.

Cons: Avoid this place so unorganised. Our pre booked family room was given to someone else just because they checked in few minutes before us: That was the response of the person managing the place, obviously the room was given to whoever paid more regardless of who booked it first. We were then offered a different room which was clearly unsuitable for a family of two adults and two babies. The manager then decided not to talk to us and left us with no other options apart from booking somewhere else.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, quartiere residenziale sicuro e tranquillo a pochi km dalla Medina (20/50 dirham di taxi fino alla Medina a seconda dell'orario e del taxi, negoziate sempre prima!), personale giovane, molto amichevole e gentile, reception 24h suonando il campanello, colazione su richiesta abbondante e deliziosa, stanza spaziosa e molto suggestiva. Grazie per averci fatto il bucato!

Cons: Migliorerei solo l'accoglienza un po' improvvisata, per il resto tutto perfetto. Torneremo di sicuro!

Saubere Zimmer. Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Hat zu allen Fragen eine Antwort und unterstützt wo es geht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Leckeres Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, was jeden Tag etwas variiert. Zur Medina muss man mit Taxi (max 30 MAD pro fahrt) oder Auto fahren. Zu Fuß ist es zu weit.
