We loved the location! It was a bit removed from the hectic medina, and we were able to get a feel of the local life. We could also walk into the center when we wanted. The staff were very helpful, and the place felt like an authentic riad. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and saying hi to the cat. The breakfast was very good as well. The room was clean, and we had our own balcony. We would recommend!

Cons: Rien. Tout était très bien.

I felt like I was living within the locals. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Even the local shops and markets. The staff at the riad was amazing… Omar went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast lady was exceptional, she cleaned our rooms every day with such care. Me and my friends had a lovely time thanks to staying at this Riad and meeting the lovely people that work there. I will miss our evenings at the rooftop. And I will see you all very soon. Missing it already!

It is a beautiful, authentic riad. Although the streets are busy, it is very quiet inside. Breakfast was perfect. Omar, our host and his friends were extremely kind and helpful. Omar was always in our service, easy to reach and ask for advice.

Staying at this Riad was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The place is absolutely stunning – a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Every corner of the Riad felt thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful courtyard to the cozy rooms and peaceful atmosphere. You can really feel the soul of the place – it’s not just accommodation, it’s an experience. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Akram. He is one of the kindest, most genuine hosts we’ve ever met. Always smiling, always ready to help, and incredibly knowledgeable, he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Whether it was offering local tips, helping us plan our days, or simply chatting over tea, Akram brought so much heart and warmth to our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay – and the kind of hospitality that stays with you long after you leave – this Riad is it. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Akram, your trip will be even more special. Thank you for everything, Akram – we’ll be back!

We had a mostly pleasant stay. The Riad itself felt safe once inside, which was important for us as two girls traveling alone. The air conditioning worked well, and our room was completely cleaned with fresh towels provided on day two — a detail we really appreciated. The rooftop was a lovely space to relax, with comfortable seating and a nice view. Momo was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at ease. He was always available via WhatsApp, which gave us peace of mind. The cooking lady was also an absolute gem — kind and warm. However, we did experience some issues due to clear miscommunication between the team members, which caused a few inconveniences during our stay. Everyone was kind, but it felt like they weren't always on the same page. Overall, a nice experience with standout hospitality from some staff, but with room for improvement in internal communication.

Cons: The location was a bit of a challenge. While it's close to the Medina, it's in a rougher part of Marrakech that can feel difficult to navigate — especially at night or if you're planning to visit places like Le Jardin Majorelle. Definitely something to check carefully before booking. We also experienced some miscommunication between team members. This led to us receiving the wrong dinner order (and being charged extra for it) and nearly missing our taxi because of a late update that it had been booked. Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the kitchen and dining area. It got noisy, and the lack of privacy made it hard to feel relaxed — especially since we couldn’t comfortably open the window. Lastly, while we were given breakfast at 8am as requested, it seemed like a strain for the team. Comments about being tired or sleepy made us feel like we were asking for too much, and breakfast was served a bit later than agreed.

Omar and Ekram showed us a great welcome and were very attentive during our stay. They were quite considerate. Omar helped us figure out our route out of Marrakech and even carried our bags while walking us to the taxi. The riad and the rooms were really charming and the rooftop was better than the previous riad we stayed at in the beginning of our trip. Overall, it was a great experience

Cons: The location is a bit difficult to navigate and not in the most touristic part of town.

Location is great, in north, autenthic Medina, not so turistic. Riad is small and nice, rooms are big with extra large beds. Staf was extra nice and helpful. They printed our bording pases and woke up ať 3am to help us with suitcase and car to airport. Food was delicious, home made fresh bread and best harira I had in Marrakesh.

The accommodation was exactly as listed on Booking. If you're familiar with Marrakech and do a bit of research before your trip (as you should), you won’t be surprised by the location (which is actually very good) or the local vibe. People are extremely kind and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the hosts take previous feedback seriously — the bathroom was stocked with single-use hygiene products, slippers, and all the essentials. The jacuzzi was consistently kept at 40°C, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Omar and Akram were always attentive to our needs and wishes, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!

The staff was warm and welcoming. They filled all our wishes. We were always treated with a smile and a warm attitude.

Cons: Staying in the room at the bottom floor near the kitchen and main living quarters means little privacy and some noise. Thankfully the staff did some arrangements and got us to the upper rooms. This enabled more privacy.

We stayed at this Riad and were absolutely delighted. The jacuzzi was a real gem, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The owners, Momo and Akram, were incredibly kind and always available — they truly made us feel at home. And the breakfast? Simply delicious, generous, and prepared with great attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend this place: authentic atmosphere, top comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Located quite far from major attractions, but taxis are not too expensive anyway. In the medina local mopeds, motorbikes and other small vehicles drive through the narrow alleyways at high speed with no discipline or concern for pedestrians, you have to move out of the way very quickly. However the property itself was fine, good breakfasts, and a freshen up of the roof top including a brand new jacuzzi. The staff were lovely and very helpful and informative.

Akram and Momo, the female staff who prepared our breakfast, are all friendly and trustworthy. They helped us in many ways and made us feel at ease during our stay. The building is a traditional place to enjoy different cultures and the rooms are good enough for a few days stay. The location also allows you to get to know the everyday life of the people. I would stay here again next time.

Such a beautiful Riad, greeted with tea and biscuits, lovely dinner and amazing breakfasts. Arrived late evening from desert trip and was delighted to have such a lovely room, comfortable beds and a hot shower with good water pressure. All the fixtures in this Riad are wonderful, right down to the hammered copper sink and toilet roll cover!! Everything worked and was in good condition. One of the staff tried to call to help me with a tour booking. The other guy, Momo is very chill, just let's you get on with things but when asked is very helpful. I appreciate this style as don't need fussed over. He kindly let us keep bags there on check out so we could explore fully on our last day. Don't be freaked out by people hanging about the alley chatting and smoking. This is an area you can see more local life. Our experience was fine and I have a teenage daughter with us. When we arrived after dark, Momo was there to confirm the Riad name and show us in. The rooftop is not as bad as other make out although I had a better one before. I wasn't planning on using the hot tub which was not in use on our visit.

Cons: The location is both good and bad. We had stayed in the Medina nearer the main square before so had nights there tonsaok up the night scenes close to hime. We were here for the last 2 nights so was fine to just stay local at night. It's a little out of the way which depending on what you like might suit. Good to see local life and escape the main tourist alleys for a while, but a good 30-40mins walk from main square if you get lost on the way. Best way is to head to the outer walls 5mins away and go along it to the mosque if you don't want to crawl through the Medina all the time at snails pace because of the throng of shoppers.

Charming riad in the medina with friendly, helpful staff who were easy to contact via WhatsApp. The rooms were cleaned daily, beds large and comfortable with additional covers if needed for the cold night.

Cons: If not expecting the nature of the winding dark roads in the medina, the walk to the riad (especially at night) wasn’t the most pleasant. If you are a light sleeper (luckily we are not!) there may be issues with how much outside noise you can hear as the riad is essentially a large open courtyard.

Absolutely nothing.

Cons: Very bad location. Dirty place, people chasing you to give them money, threatening to scratch the car if not. It’s called “rooftop & jacuzzi” - there is no jacuzzi. It’s a scam. They have an inflatable small pool. We called during the day to ask if we need to book it, to pay extra, etc. I let them know we intend to enter tha jacuzzi at 22, they said ok. When we arrived, we had the very unpleasant surprise to find out nothing was prepared at all. They were still filling the inflatable whatever you call it with cold water, there were bed shits hanged above to dry, dry leaves and dirt on the rooftop, no candles/lights like in the pictures. We asked them if they can arrange early breakfast at 7am, they said ok. At 8.00 next day we were still waiting for breakfast… No toiletries at all. Dirty bathroom. Very cold, AC not working.

The tagline was lovely full of eggplant . One of the best veggie tagines on the trip . Wallid was kind and friendly and really helpful too when we eventually found the place . The taxi dropped us outside of the area and directions didn't help . .

Cons: Location . We were lost for about an hour with aggressive hassle . The taxi dropped us outside the medina and the directions didn't help us find it . Located down an alleyway with no sign so really hard to find . A local pharmacist really helped us and we got another taxi but even then we had to walk the last bit down the alley with no signs . If you can get picked up or met the Riad itself is fine but don't try and find it independently ( mind you we didn't have google maps )

Cons: Do not trust these people! They organised to meet us in taxi and advised there was problem with room showed photos of damaged pipes. Took us to a very substandard alternate guest house right on outside of Medina and said room would be ready tomorrow. In the morning the guest house we were dumped at asked for payment, we had already prepaid booking.com so no payment was required. Guest house tried to call riad no reply, I tried to call them no answer to calls or messages. I contacted booking.com and later that day different person contacted me from riad saying room still damaged and questioned what was my problem? Guest house was still asking for money. Then we were called by them and told to cancel booking and they would refund us. I didn't believe him as I think they sold our room for much more and just dumped us at another guest house. Then a guy from hotel came to guest house and said he represented them and asked me to cancel booking again but refused to pay guest house. Hung around and kept calling. Never got to stay there, had no refund as yet from booking.com. They shouldn't be allowed to use booking.com any more, very unhappy and gives Morocco a bad name

The riad was great and clean. We really enjoyed staying there. It's just about 10 minutes away from the Medina and a parking complex nearby as well where you can get picked up for excursions and tours. The hosts were super. Momo and Walled, very chatty and helpful and definitely contributed to the amazing experience in Marrakesh. If I'm every back in Marrakesh, will definitely be going back there

Cons: There is nothing to complain about, honestly.

Good location, nice premises and very helpful staff

Cons: You should not be afraid to get lost in the Medina when trying to find the Riad back (you need 4G) 😉

I actually never had the opportunity to stay in this property . Even though I got the confirmation text message on the morning of our arrival to confirm the time of arrival when we finally arrived at the Riad we were informed that the booking was cancelled. We were shifted to another one close by. Since we were supposed to stay in Marrakesh for 2 nights we had no other option but to stay in the one which was given

Cons: I would strongly recommend people not to book this Riyad because you would not want to go through the horrible experience we had to go through which spoilt the mood of our holiday .

This Riad was nice and comfortable with friendly staff, who collected me and dropped me off to a central point when requested. They provided a takeaway breakfast on my first stay due to leaving early, which I really appreciated. Of all the Riads that I stayed in, this Riad did not appear to have the same pungent smell from the bathroom as in other Riads, which was most welcome.TV did not work on second visit and took a lot of effort on the first. Breakfast was quite nice with a yoghurt and omelette available. The Riad also held some of my luggage while I went to the desert and had it ready in my room on arrival for my second visit.

Cons: The location is quite intimidating while in the Medina outside of the main tourist area. I did feel unsafe. The Riad did collect and drop me off on request I tipped well for the service, so perhaps I should have booked closer to the main square. The rooftop requires some love and attention. The rooftop jacuzzi was not operational with no water and washing hanging all around it. Either have the jacuzzi fully functional or remove and rename the Riad to manage guest expectations. Coffee was served cold, but the lady remedied this quickly and gave out to Momo. I tipped Wllaid as it was him that helped me the most I noticed Momo taking 50 dirham of the 90 dirham I gave Wallid for change purposes. I hope the tip went to the intended person. I would recommend group bookings but not for a solo female due to the unsavoury location.

The riad is beautifully decorated, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was just amazing! We told them we were vegan and they made sure there was a variety of things for us to eat as well.

Cons: Due to the water shortage in the whole Marrakech the jacuzzi was closed but honestly, I wouldn't use it in any case, I somehow think it is not really necessary. The rooftop is amazing also without it and has various nice sitting areas!

Hamza was a brilliant host. Lovely guy and helped us get out bearings and showed us the places to see. He also gave us his number for the rest of our stay and told us to contact him if we needed any more advice. Would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: The location was a little out of the way of the main medina but it meant that it was quiet at night.

Situated within the city wall. Lovely old traditional style property. Very hearty local breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom facilities were poor. Terrible lighting in the room (not good enough to read by) and rooftop spa was grubby, looked like it needed a good scrub. No gluten free alternative for breakfast

The rooftop is just great . Definitely an authentic Moroccan experience, you almost feel like you live like a local ! Also , perfect value for money. It’s super clean as well.

Lovely traditional small Riad, with scenic terrace. Property has lots of charm, breakfast was very good. Hamza was so helpful, even coming out to show us the location (be aware there is no sign on the door) and showing us a nice place eat. He really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Very good value for money.

We stayed one night just to visit Le Jardin Majoralle as they are only 20 minutes walking. The area around midnight is not the best, but during the day is chill.

The staff is amazing. Hamza welcomed us warmly with tea. He gave us the tour of the Riad, and a guide about the city. Great recommendations of places to visit. Mohammed the other host is a nice soul, we had good conversations with him on the beautiful rooftop. The room was better then expected, super clean and comfortable with an ac for both cold and warm air. Not far located from the Medina, 5 min drive, 10min walk. Breakfast is of tradition Maroccain style, you can let them know what time you want it. They have great parking opportunities outside the Riad.

Cons: The neighborhood is not that great. There was 3 thugs outside the Riad that tried to rip us off, by saying they run the street and we have to pay them for the parking even tho it is a public area. As scary as that was, I did talk back to them refusing to pay unless he has a uniform. The same guys we saw many times walking in and out of the Riad. super uncomfortable.

The lobby has a big couch and a long table, cozy and quiet. The room is nice and clean, bathroom got what you need except you have to bring yourself a toothbrush. The 2 staff are talkative and nice, we are very grateful that they are willing to show us the way to get to the riad and remind us what to do around Medina. Basic facilities. Good for short stay after arriving in Marrakech / before traveling to another city.

Cons: “Jacuzzi “ not usable. One of the staff members clearly tried to talk us into booking further travel with him by telling us there’s no train going to Fez even though it exists and we had it booked already. Seemed a bit shady.

Beautiful Riad and very tranquil and peaceful (in busy Marrakesh). Stunning traditional (yet modernised and spotlessly clean) interior and amazing space, plus delicious authentic Moroccan breakfast each day was perfect! Amazing hosts (Mohammed and colleague) who were so hospitable and friendly. Within walking distance to Medina, restaurants and Souk markets. Amazing jacuzzi on the beautiful rooftop - welcomed after a hot morning in the souk markets! Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.

Cons: It seems we were the only guests. And the rooftop terrace was not really available. We could access it, but the jacuzzi was totally closed and the terrace was not accommodating. Although this was the selling point that led us there (the terrace and not the jacuzzi), it was kind of disappointing. However, the ratio price/quality was good.

Very kind staff, the room was very nice and well decorated with a large comfortable double bed. The bathroom was also nice and well equipped. Both the bedroom and bathroom had windows on the open inner courtyard. There are well decorated and furnished common seating areas on each floor and a nice roof terrace. There is also a free daily room cleaning service which we found uncommon in our previous stays in Morocco. The staff helped us in finding the place and in booking a private taxi to the airport for 100MAD.

Cons: There was a bad smell in the bathroom probably caused by sewage issues.

Great communication before arriving and planned meet location with taxi driver was helpful from Abdu. Great hosts making us feel welcome and always on hand to help. Especially on return journey as Ryanair doesn't support mobile boarding passes so they printed these off at hotel

Cons: The pictures are taken with good lenses making everything seem much bigger. It's a small Riad Hotel. Although very clean certain things make it look dated. Plaster in shower area for example. Breakfast was basic.

Abdul Rahman and Karim are two young and kind men always ready to help people. from the first moment we arrived to the moment we took a taxi to get the airport. also a lady works there who does the cleaning and makes breakfast ready. she is very kind and helpful too. Thanks all of them ;)

Cons: After some years ( when the beautiful pictures showing on site are taken ) the place needs lots of repair and renovation and cleaning. bathromm and toilet are not looking clean and a ventilatore looks there necessary. Housekeeping just done once before we arrived and all 4 nights we did not get even toilet paper. for the first night I asked one and day after bought a pack ! Bed and pillows are not comfortable and should be cleaner than this is. curtains in the room are not washed for months or maybe years ! short, the place does not look like the pictures anymore.
