Todo. Amabilidad del personal lo principal, ayudándonos en todos los trámites en las excursiones, guardándonos las mochilas fuera de nuestra estancia hasta que fuésemos al aeropuerto. La calidad humana fue extraordinaria. Las habitación que nos tocó está muy bien, el desayuno de 10 y la terraza de las mejores o la mejor en la que hemos estado para ver el skyline de Marrakech. El barrio aún estando alejado de la plaza, nos encantó. Para encontrar el hotel hay que buscar la puerta que pone “dar T4” 100% recomendable en todos los sentidos.

Mohamed is always on board, very helpful, kind, speaks English and always available. It helps a lot sometimes. The restaurant next door is also his business in some way. The food is very tasty and the environment is fantastic. He can help you in booking one day adventures.
Cons: The mattress... well... mine was probably accommodated a few thousand guests before me as the springs in the middle of it were only few centimeters deep while on the edges and corners it was the original 20+ cms depth so you can sleep in a bowl. The bathroom has no window and own ventilation so you should keep the door open non-stop. When I was there, the aircon filter looked pretty dark grey so it was not cleaned for a while. Be careful, I got a bacterial infection two days after I moved in. (Happened to me the exact thing 2 months earlier in a sh""" room in Rome, Italy.) Due to this, I had to cancel a 25 euros day trip the next morning I booked it with Mohamed and I lost that money but I was super unfit for a 500 kms return car trip to Atlas Studios. And you cannot avoid the A/C when it is 29 Celsius outside and 32 inside. Other than this, it is difficult to find this place as Riad Tifor sign does not exist (October, 2025). You have to find a door with a sign "Dar T4", this is your place and once found it, ring the door bell. (My taxi driver overshot the place so I had to walk back 100 meters with a 23 kgs check-in, a 10 kgs carry-on and a 10 kgs photo bag.) By the way... the sign "T4" probably relates to "Tifor" but who knows. :)

Le riad Tifor est très beau, les deux terrasses offrent une superbe vue sur la ville, c est un bonheur le soir quand la chaleur est un peu retombée. Notre chambre était propre et décorée simplement mais avec goût et de façon typique, le lit était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable! Copieux et délicieux. Mais au-dessus de tout cela, c est la gentillesse et l hospitalité de Mohammed qui fait de ce riad le lieu parfait pour un séjour à Marrakech.

El aspecto de la habitación no es agradable. They also were flexible for late check in, etc. They further offered coffee, when realizing it was a holiday and things will be shut. They also immediately showed me the air-conditioning. The human engagement was super helpful.

A big comfortable and clean room with a comfortable big bed. I slept like a princess every night. Air condition in the room and I had my own toilet/shower room. I also liked the terrasses, aspecially the one on the top with an astonishing view over Marrakech. Mohamed, the owner, was very friendly and caring.

Decent room for a good price. The owner is extremely nice and friendly, he provided us with whatever we needed. The riad is very central, 10 minutes walk from the main square, and easily accessible. The only negative thing I can say is that the room doesn’t have a window on the outside, only inside the riad, so we had to ventilate by leaving the door open in the morning while we had breakfast. I recommend Riad tifor and I thank the owner very much. Very good value for the money you pay.

Our host was nice and helpful. The place looks authentic and cute and has a nice rooftop terrace. It was very affordable.
Cons: The room we stayed in (double room) was very bad. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and both me and my partner didn't sleep most of the night because of it. The bathroom had a horrible smell which I think was coming from the pipes and even though we closed the bathroom door, the whole room smelled awful. We had to sleep with windows open to get some fresh air, but because of that it was very difficult to sleep because of the noise coming from the outside. The place is located in a very busy street, with a lot of motorcycles and traffic and it was just too noisy. Last night we changed the room (luckily ours was not available anymore) and slept in a double room, where the beds were much better and the bathroom wasn't too bad. Overall experience was bad and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Overall, it's a fair, value-for-money deal. I enjoyed the roof top chilling moments, the life outside the front door, light breakfasts. So I just needed the roof over my head, the toilet to unleash anger, and the shower to be reborn. All this can be found 🙏

We had a great stay with Mohammed. He was very kind to us and the Dar was easy to find which was refreshing for Marrakech - its not down a side road and well signed 😍. We had some lovely tea on arrival, which he also brought to us after our check out time the next day as we were sitting in the terrace where he said we could chill until we decided what we wanted to do next! The 2 tier terrace was great, really amazing view of the sunset and comfy chairs and very relaxing. The room had a very powerful air-con and the ensuite was good too, we had a very good nights sleep. Lots of epic rug shops nearby and not a far walk from the square. Overall would really recommend, Mohamed was so nice and chill, thank you so much for having us!

Host was very nice and he brought us tea on the delightful rooftop when we arrived! The room was clean and nice It's walking distance to the centre square- though you will probably get lost, because the markets are a maze! The wifi at the hotel is good, and they organised us a transfer from the airport which dropped us off right at the door and the host was waiting outside for us to show us up! We asked if we could extend our stay but were unfortunately unable to because they were fully booked but when they had a cancellation he came and knocked for us to tell us we could stay an extra night (by then it was too late- but it was very nice of him to remember us!- great service, and a good sign that they are fully booked!!)
Cons: The bathroom had a smell of drains, and the shower head was cracked, but it was fine - didn't affect our stay at all :-)

I tell the owner that I have a wasp allergy and there are 3 wasps swarming around me and he just looks at me in a rude manner and doesn't answer at all. I repeat myself in an attempt to be able to move but he doesn't listen at all. We are super dissatisfied and upset with this kind of service. He doesn't take his customers' wishes into account at all. Everything is broken in the hotel, and many things do not look like what you see online. Super unprofessional… very sad experience

The manager was most helpful/knowledgeable and was more than happy to impart this! I found my room to be spotless and very comforatble and i 'loved' the traditional Moroccan lighting. Just beautiful!

Our stay at Dar t4 hotel was amazing , the service and friendliness of our host Muhammed really impressed us , especially on our finial night , when he got up early to make us breakfast before our flight , and than again when we forgot a moble phone in our room , Muhammed went out of his way to bring it to us at the airport ,,which we cant thank him enough for , a real gentleman and super host , for those that are planning to stay in marrakech we highly recommend Dar t4 hotel , especially if you want to feel the real marrakech , Dar t4 its located in the old city close to the Soaks and other historic sites , cant wait to go back again , we highly recommend Dar t4 and beautiful Marrakech

The location was excellent & Mr. Mohamed was super helpful, kind & courteous!
Cons: The smell in our room was very musty and similar to sewage. there was no way to ventilate the room as there was not a fan or AC unit or even a window in the bedroom. we kept the door open when we were at the hostel & that helped air it out a little. But once we closed the door the smell would be very very unpleasant.

The Dar is really typical, comfortable and welcoming. The position is strategic because it's inside the Medina, that means inside the soul of Marrakech. It has also two cozy terraces for unfergettable sunsets. The host is kind and lovely, a real helpful gentleman. This accomodation enjoys an excellent price-quality ratio.

Value for money is super high—we really liked the location. It was enough distance from the very busy touristy area (15-20 mins walk). The location also offered good engagement with locals and local establishments that cater to the people who live in the area and less to tourists. We thoroughly enjoyed the sweets sold by the store nearby, the fried fish from the stalls and the tagine sold by the vendors too. Mohammed is a very nice and welcoming host - extremely hospitable and helpful. The breakfast in the accommodation is also really good and very filling - we wish we had booked it earlier as we really enjoyed it. We also really liked the terrace in the property, it was relaxing and offered a good view of the area.
Cons: It did not bother us that much as we were here to have a break and enjoy ourselves, but if you plan to work inside the property using your laptop, the WiFi tends to be slow, especially at nighttime.

The hotel is really in a good location of old town from where you can visit Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Ensemble Artisalan, Jema El Fnaa, Souk Market.
Cons: The hotel did not provide complimentary soap/body wash/shampoo/hair dryer. Everything else was fine.

Great value for money, the manager Mohammed make me feel he is like my brother. the roof space was great,I highly recommend to my family and friends Thank you to the manager who was hospitable and arrange all my schedule of activities .It was a very satisfying holiday,I feel at home.Surely I will come back again Marrakesh with my grandkids and stay to Dar t4... I stayed from Feb.26 to March 1,2024.

Cons: It’s nowhere near European standard , no extraction in the shower , all the water in the air stayed inside the bathroom and then the inside the room but host very helpful and reliable, he made us breakfast 30 minutes before breakfast time starts knowing we will be leaving earlier for the trip , we didn’t ask him for it, he just did it for us which was amazing

Cons: The bathroom is very small and you are almost showering over the toilet. This is OK if you are not showeing right after some one used the toilet I guess :( or vice versa. But for this kind of price it's ok. Stay in the three-person room not the double room. That is big, airy, comfy, with a lovely bathroom.

Dar T4 is situated in an excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the Medina gate. It's approximately a 15-minute walk to Jamma At Fna and the Garden Majorelle. During my stay, I had the pleasure of occupying a room that overlooked a charming terrace. One standout aspect of Dar T4 was the owner, Mr. Mohammed, who proved to be an incredibly helpful and honest gentleman. He kindly assisted me with my luggage upon arrival and departure, and even went above and beyond by securing a fantastic travel deal for my trip to Zagora. Furthermore, Mr. Mohammed used his negotiation skills to ensure I received a fair price for my airport drop-off. Additionally, he gave invaluable insights into the local spice markets, sharing where the locals typically source their spices. Overall, my experience at Dar T4 was delightful, thanks in large part to the warm hospitality of Mr. Mohammed.

Cons: Be aware of staying at this place. I had $400 USD in my speaker case before going out for dinner. Then, I returned to the riad to sleep. After packing our belongings we realized that $100 of this was missing. We gave the staff the benefit of the doubt and waited a few months before leaving a review as we were hoping that it would appear somewhere. However, it never appeared again and since we checked the room thoroughly before departing, the only conclusion is that it was taken by a staff member. On top of that, the room (especially the bathroom) smelled rancid. It was so bad that we checked out and showered in the next hotel as the smell was too terrible to endure.

That breakfast was very cheap. Our host was very nice as well. The roof top was lovely. It was also nice to have breakfast on the terrace. I liked the shower room, a little small but really nice. The bed was comfortable for me.
Cons: The hotel was right next to the speaker for morning prayers. The hotel was in the old town. One day the breakfast was cold and hard, so I couldn't eat it. Overall I was happy there, I just wished there was more nearby and that it wasn't in the old town.

luckily we got transfer from the airport and the driver knew were the place was otherwise it would have been very difficult to find as the entrance was just a door on a street but in fact it was very good the room was fairy small bet was clean and the bathroom was fine. There are two terraces which we could use with a view over the city. The owner was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good all nice and fresh.

This Riad is located in Medina, very close to the gate.Mezhda and Rasid(sorry for spelling)welcomed us and also picked us up from the bus station.They were also gave us information on any question we had.Nice room, nice breakfast(in the terrace)and generally high recommended.Very good value for money.

The accommodation is in the closest center of Marrakech. Here you really feel the pulse of this colorful, unusual, beautiful city. The bed is comfortable and clean. It is very important that everything is clean. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the city. On its covered area you can enjoy at an excellent Moroccan breakfast. The boy who served us was very helpful, friendly, unwieldy - always ready to help!

This Riad is very beautiful and nice, when you go up the stairs you don't imagine that there is such a beautiful place. The room was nice and beautiful with ac, only problem was the shower in the middle of the wc. The view from terrasse is awesome! Breakfast is pretty good too with coffee, milk and tea.
