La ubicación está a 10 minutos andando del zoco y de muy cerca a pie de los mayores centros de interés. Es un riad muy familiar y se nota, Beatrice fue una anfitriona excelente, servicial en todo momento, atenta a todo detalle y disponible absolutamente. Se encargó personalmente de pedirnos transporte desde el aeropuerto y de llevarnos al mismo aunque fuera de madrugada, dándonos el desayuno para llevar. Los desayunos muy completos y variados.

Le Riad Malfa est très bien situé. Le descriptif et les photos correspondent tout à fait à la proposition. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Béatrice et son personnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'elle vienne nous accueillir à l'arrêt du taxi et la petite ballade le lendemain matin afin que nous puissions nous orienter dans la Médina. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés. Nous avons fait 3 excursions avec Béatrice. Quel plaisir, Béatrice est tellement prévenante et ses excursions sont d'une grande qualité. Vraiment, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit qui doit beaucoup à Béatrice qui se démène du soir au matin pour que chacun de ses clients puissent garder un excellent souvenir de ses vacances à Marrakech. Merci encore Béatrice pour toutes ces attentions et aussi pour ce que vous êtes.

Béatrice, la propriétaire du Riad a été accueillante et disponible. Elle nous a guidés à travers les activités incontournables de Marrakech. Le Riad, où nous avons séjourné, était charmant et le personnel, aux petits soins. Situé à moins de 15 minutes à pied, il offrait un accès idéal aux principaux sites de la ville (dont la place Jemaa El Fna). Le petit déjeuner était varié, copieux et fait maison. Nous pouvions le prendre sur le rooftop au petit matin, ce qui restait très agréable. Le rooftop offrait une tranquillité pour se détendre et admirer la vue imprenable sur les montagnes de l’Atlas. Je recommande vivement l’excursion en quad privée organisée par Béatrice elle-même dans le désert d’Agafay. Une expérience inoubliable !

The location is perfect, in 15 minutes by walking you will get everywhere: restaurants and shops, the big square, the gardens and palaces. The riad is not big (7 rooms) and gets cleaned every day by kind ladies. Everyday there is a rich breakfast-coffee, jam, cakes, tea, omelette… and the owner of the riad is kind enough to prepare the guests an early breakfast if needed. Shout out to the owner, Beatrice: she is extremely accommodating, kind, and sweet, and made our stay amazing.

Cons: La camera puzzava di muffa, odore che si cerca di coprire con del profumo fortissimo agli agrumi. La notte abbiamo avuto davvero freddo e non c’erano coperte a disposizione. Sul letto ci sono cuscini e un copriletto che immagino non vengano cambiati ad ogni cambio ospite e danno un senso di sporcizia. Diciamo che se avessimo pagato 20€ a notte mi sarebbe andato bene ma con 60€ a notte mi aspetto molto di più!

Accoglienza meravigliosa, pulizia impeccabile e attenzione continua verso gli ospiti. Ho soggiornato qui 3 notti e poi sono ritornata dopo escursione di tre giorni. I suggerimenti di Béatrice hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero rilassante. Fidatevi dei suoi consigli per le escursioni sono molto più curate e più sincere.

Cons: Reservamos dos noches en este Riad, precisamente porque tenia buenas valoraciones no nos imaginábamos nada de lo que sucedió después. Al llegar la primera noche descubrimos que la habitación estaba plagada de chinches (red bugs). Había chinches en toda la cama, cortinas y paredes. En cuanto las vimos permanecimos toda la noche sin dormir y deseando salir del Riad. Se lo comentamos a la dueña y por supuesto le dijimos que nos íbamos y que no podíamos pasar la siguiente noche en ese Riad por razones más que obvias. Le solicitamos la devolución puesto que no podíamos permanecer en este alojamiento por razones de SALUD. No nos ha querido reembolsar nada y ahora nos queda luchar la reclamación con booking, puesto que tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento de urgencia y por supuesto correr con todos los gastos para limpiar nuestras pertenencias debidamente, ya que las chinches han podido poner huevos en nuestras maletas. Nos fuimos profundamente decepcionados con las condiciones del Riad y con el trato de la dueña.

Cons: My stay at this accommodation was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. Upon arrival, the initial room had serious hygiene issues, including bed bugs and mold. I was bitten multiple times, and I later developed an allergic reaction, which significantly affected my health and ruined my stay. Due to these conditions, we were moved to another room. However, on another day, while we were away, the host/staff entered the room and moved our luggage into the initial room after "cleaning". We did not expect this and found it completely unacceptable, as it raises serious concerns regarding privacy and the handling of guest belongings. Overall, the property does not meet basic standards of hygiene, safety, or respect for guests. The experience was far below expectations. I do not recommend this accommodation.

Un grand merci au personnel et surtout à Béatrice qui a été adorable, vraiment au petit soin et à l'écoute , ce joli riad se trouve non loin de la place Jamel effna tout en étant très calme ainsi que la nuit., j'ai très bien dormi. les restaurants sont vraiment proches à une minute de marche.. Tout était propre et bien pensé , les chambres agréables ainsi que la salle de bain. Délicieux petit déjeuner. La terrasse est très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner et pour profiter des transats au Soleil ☀️ et parasols. J'espère revenir bientôt .

Beatrice the owner was superb . From the minute you arrived at the Riad Malfa she welcomed us and had a breakfast ready before we checked in as we had an early flight. The room was so clean and everything had been thought of to make our stay comfortable. The bedding and towels changed every day. The breakfast was lovely with coffee mint tea yogurt fruit bread jams and omelet and laid out beautifully. It was so quiet on the rooftop with covered areas to sit and read or sunbeds laid out in the sun. It was a great escape from the busy streets around. On check out day we had an early flight and arranged for Beatrice to taxi us to the airport she even made us a pack up for the flight which was so thoughtful.

Riad tipico molto curato nei dettagli. La proprietaria ti accoglie mostrandoti tutti gli ambienti e alla fine offrendoti un buon té marocchino in terrazza. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla piazza centrale e nel mezzo dei souk, ma nonostante questo il riad è silenziosissimo. La via del riad è un po' nascosta, come per tutti i riad, ma non difficile da trivare.
Cons: Abbiamo chiesto alla proprietaria se fosse possibile avere la colazione take away in quanto il giorno successivo avremmo dovuto fare un'escursione, lei è stata molto disponibile e ci ha accordato questa possibilità, anche se poi ci ha dato giusto una bustina con 2 merendine comprate al supermercato... un po' deludente, soprattutto perché nonostante l'ora (7:00) stavano già cucinando per le colazioni degli altri ospiti.

Un grand merci à Béatrice qui est une personne exceptionnelle. Elle est gentille, souriante et aux petits soins pour ses clients. Elle nous a arrangé pour les transferts malgré le retard notre vol et nous a fait un petit tour de visite pour se repérer dans la Médina. Le riad est central tout en étant au calme et les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Nous avons fait deux excursions privées avec Béatrice qui ont été parfaites. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour !

The owner Beatrice was very warm and attentive and despite our language barrier, we managed perfectly well. nice warm shower with good pressure and bathroom stocked as you'd expect it. nice touch with mint tea and biscuits on arrival. Beatrice allowed us to leave our large luggage there when we went on a tour of the Sahara. Extremely pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this Riad

We truly enjoyed our stay at Riad Malfa, Beatrice and all the staff went above and beyond to provide anything we needed during our stay, the breakfasts served there were the best breakfasts I had in my life. I am coeliac and sometimes I have to skip breakfasts because there is nothing I could eat but in Riad Malfa breakfasts were plentiful and loads of gluten free options. We wanted to experience the authentic hammam and the place we were brought gave us exactly what we asked for. The location is also the best, very close to all main attractions. We could have not asked for more from our stay in Morocco.

La responsable du Riad Beatrice est adorable, elle est solaire et elle veille comme une maman sur ces hôtes elle est très attentionnée. Par exemple on lui demande un taxi depuis l’aéroport elle en trouve un elle nous cherche à l’arrêt pour nous amener vers son Riad. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, notamment Mohamed toujours le sourire sans oublié le reste du personnel bien sûr. Le Riad est très bien entretenu dispose d’une cafétéria avec divers menus qu’il faut juste réserver à l’avance le petit déjeuné est traditionnel mélangeant les saveurs du Maroc et celles européennes. Le Riad dispose d’une terrasse pour pouvoir se poser après une longue série de marches à travers Marrakech. Il n’est pas très loin de la place principale et des souks. Les grands sites ne sont pas très loin à pied. Dans ce Riad on se sent comme chez soi. Je retrouverai sans aucune hésitation lors d’un prochain séjour.

Sehr nettes Personal, besonders der Nachtwächter Mohammed. Die Lage ist gut, zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Man hatte im Zimmer eine kleine elektrische Heizung. Frühstück war lecker und schön vorbereitet, obwohl ziemlich klein. Die Terrasse oben ist sehr angenehm. Man kann da in Ruhe frühstücken und die Sonne genießen
Cons: Man muss überlegen, ob man generell gerne in einem Riad übernachtet. Die Zimmern sind klein und haben kein Fenster. Deshalb kann man es nicht lüften und im Zimmer sammelt sich Schimmel. Das kann man leider nicht wirklich vermeiden. Ich konnte da leider nicht gut schlafen, obwohl es leise war. Im Winter ist im Hof kalt, man muss sich darauf vorbereiten. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, unseres Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber als wir angekommen sind.

Notre hôte, Béatrice, a été formidable du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, conseils précieux, visite de la place Jemaa el-Fna, recommandations de restaurants et organisation d’une excursion privée dans la vallée de l’Ourika. All the staff has always been attentive, helpful, smiling and kind to us. We were greeted with Moroccan tea and sweets despite it being late in the evening. The breakfast is good, plentiful and typical; some mornings it was even prepared for us before the scheduled time to allow us to eat before excursions. The room and the whole riad were neat and clean. Every day the room was tidied up. Wi-Fi is available and working throughout the riad. The location of the riad is very convenient, just a few minutes from the central square and in a quiet and easy to reach street. At least upon arrival, the transfer from the airport offered by the structure was recommended: the driver waited for the staff to arrive to accompany us on foot exactly to the riad.
Cons: The double bed in the room consisted of two single mattress pushed together. When you take a shower you get the bathroom a little wet.

Beatrice qui s'occupe du riad est une personne formidable,agréable à discuter souriante qui nous donne toutes les indications nécessaires pour bien se déplacer et se repérer dans la medina et dans Marrakech.Le petit plus c'est que Beatrice nous a emmené faire un petit tour à pied le soir de notre arrivée dans la medina pour se familiariser avec les lieux .elle fait également le transfert de l'aéroport à son riad si besoin,ce qui est un plus .pour résumer,Beatrice se met en quatre pour satisfaire pleinement ses hôtes.c'est tellement une personne exceptionnelle que que ça serai trop long à décrire .pour 1 première fois dans son riad. Il Riad è gestito da Giulia, una signora francese davvero molto gentile, simpatica e attenta anche ai minimi dettagli! Ci ha aiutati a contattare un’agenzia locale per il tour che avremmo avuto il giorno dopo. Abbiamo alloggiato per 2 notti in una stanza matrimoniale ben arredata e accogliente. All’arrivo offre tè e dolcetti di benvenuto. Colazione davvero ottima e all’orario preferito. Possibilità di pranzare e cenare nel riad, o anche prenotare tour direttamente con loro

Béatrice et Mohamed sont très attentifs à leurs clients Grace à Béatrice, nous avons fait deux excursions exceptionnelles, à notre rythme, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir avec beaucoup de plaisir les alentours de Marrakech. Ces sorties nous ont également permis de voir de plus près la vie locale, dont un village berbère en cours de reconstruction suite au dernier tremblement de terre. Nous avons pris le thé et dégusté les produits locaux chez une famille berbère. A noter pour ceux qui prennent le taxi à partir de l'aéroport : demander ce transfert au ryad et vous serez amenés à bon port sans surprise. Notre arrivée tardive a été mouvementée car nous avions été déposés de l'autre côté de la medina. Grand merci à Beatrice et Mohamed

Le Riad est très bien situé , dans un quartier calme, à deux pas des sites touristiques, des souks et de la Place. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très copieux. Le Riad de Beatrice est très bien placé dans la médina. Il est dans un endroit sécurisé et le centre est très facilement accessible avec ses restaurants, les souks et lieux touristiques. Nous avons fait deux excursions avec Béatrice, c’est particulièrement cela que nous avons apprécié : Béatrice est aux petits soins avec son équipe pour répondre à tous nos besoins, nous éclairer de sa connaissance des lieux avec son énergie et sa bienveillance pour ses clients. We had an absolutely lovely stay at Riad Malfa. The staff were all amazing. Beatrice was very welcoming and Muhammad was extremely helpful. Me and my husband travelled with a 1 year old baby and they were extremely accommodating ensuring there was something for my babys breakfast every day that he would like. The location is absolutely perfect, just off a busy street so no need to feel worried when walking later. The main street was still busy around 12am. They also surprised me with a lovely bday treat of cake as well as gifts so I was very thankful. We had a lovely stay.
Cons: Baby cot provided had a bit of a damp smell probably from where it was stored but we just had baby in our bed instead which worked out fine.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo Riad è stato davvero speciale, grazie soprattutto a Béatrice e Mohamed, due persone meravigliose che ci hanno accolti con un calore e una disponibilità rari. Ci hanno fatti sentire davvero come a casa. Un gesto che mi ha colpito tantissimo: più volte ci hanno preparato la colazione prima dell’orario previsto, solo per non farci partire per le escursioni a stomaco vuoto. Tra l’altro colazione ricchissima, tipica e deliziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio. Il Riad è molto bello, stanze grandi, accogliente e in una posizione ottima: facilissimo da raggiungere,ci si arriva senza perdersi, a differenza di altri che si trovano molto più all’interno dei vari vicoli della Medina. Se avete scelto il Riad come opzione consiglio assolutamente questo posto, a chiunque voglia vivere l’autenticità, la gentilezza e il calore del Marocco. - Locatie is fijn, dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden en op een leuke plek in de medina. We hebben ook nog bij een andere riad geslapen en vonden de locatie van Riad Malfa toch echt fijner. Ook in het donker valt dit steegje wel mee en kun je er met goed verstand gewoon lopen. - Fijn dakterras waar je lekker kunt zitten en ontbijten. - Goede service: boardingpasses konden geprint worden en we kregen wat te eten mee omdat we te vroeg weg moesten voor het ontbijt. - Fijne airco op de kamer. - Fijn en behulpzaam personeel.

Questo Dar si trova in una posizione strategica, praticamente in piena medina e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale el Fna. Tutti i punti di interesse non sono mai stati a più di 15 minuti a piedi dall'alloggio, eccetto i giardini Majorelle che sono un po' fuori mano e hanno necessitato di 35 minuti circa di cammino (noi abbiamo preferito fare il tragitto a piedi, ma c'è la possibilità di prendere dei taxi per pochi euro). La sua posizione centrale ma allo stesso tempo lontana dal caos ci ha permesso di andare e tornare tutte le volte che volevamo, anche solo per riposare un po' dopo una visita guidata o per posare i nostri acquisti prima di proseguire nelle nostre attività. La colazione servita sulla terrazza è stata ottima e varia, sicuramente in grado di accontentare i gusti di tutti. L'accoglienza all'arrivo con tè alla menta e biscottini molto gradita. Le camere sono state revisionate quotidianamente con il cambio asciugamani. Tutto lo staff sempre sorridente, gentile e amichevole. Per i trasferimenti da/per l'aeroporto consigliamo di contattare direttamente Béatrice per essere sicuri di non avere problemi in quanto spesso i taxi non si avventurano nel cuore della medina e ti lasciano in un punto per farti poi proseguire da solo a piedi. In questo tragitto sicuramente qualcuno si offrirà di accompagnarvi, ma ringraziate e proseguite per la vostra strada. Noi avevamo il volo molto presto la mattina e abbiamo ricevuto una colazione da portare via, non scontato. Béatrice molto garbata, precisa, puntuale. Prima delle tre del mattino era già lì ad aspettarci per accompagnarci in aeroporto. Se avete voglia di fare qualche uscita fuori da Marrakech chiedete a lei se è possibile, noi abbiamo scoperto tardi che c'era questa possibilità.
Cons: Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto, l'insonorizzazione non è ottimale. Ma credo faccia parte proprio della tipologia di struttura in sé.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the manager/owner was both kind and professional. We arrived unexpectedly late at 2 AM due to our own lack of planning, yet the host graciously stayed up to welcome us. On another day, when we overslept from travel fatigue, she insisted on serving us breakfast at 12 PM—well beyond the normal 10:30 AM cutoff. That was an incredibly thoughtful gesture, and truly one of the kindest acts I’ve experienced from a host.

Il riad è curato nei minimi dettagli, sempre pulito e ben tenuto. Beatrice e Abdul ci hanno accolti con grande professionalità e disponibilità, facendoci sentire da subito i benvenuti. Beatrice parla unicamente francese perciò senza Internet per il traduttore può essere un po’ scomodo, però è sempre stata gentile e disponibile. Buonissime le colazioni servite sul terrazzo: abbondanti, genuine e con una vista davvero piacevole.

Nous avons séjourné chez Béatrice du 21 au 26 septembre. C'était la première fois que nous allions au Maroc, et qu'elle chance d'être tombé sur toi, Béatrice. Une hôte mais surtout une femme d'une gentillesse extrême. Elle nous a accompagné sur la place, nous a montré les bon restaurants, où faire notre change ... des choses réconfortantes lorsque l'on arrive dans un pays étranger. Nous avons fait deux excursions à ses côtés, Ourika et le désert d'Agafay. Une guide privée en or, qui nous fait découvrir ces paysages loin de la foule et des touristes. Nous avons été touches par Béatrice, qui est aux petits soins pour ses cliens et nous a meme accompagné le premier soir au souk pour nous guider dans ce "labyrinthe " avec des astuces pour retourner facilement au ryad. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec des mets de qualité. Le ryad est dans une petite rue au calme, et dispose d un emplacement parfait pour visiter a pieds la médina! Nous y retournerons!

Béatrice est une hôte très accueillante, de bons conseils et très rassurante pour moi qui était à ma première fois à Marrakech. Et tellement sympatique! Merci pour tout chère Béatrice!

Great location, walking distance to all the sites and the Old Town but tucked away enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. A lovely terrace to have the full delicious breakfast where we also spent an afternoon lounging around and reading in the shade. The owner and staff are very friendly and helped us to locate a money exchange, reliable ATM, lunch and dinner spots and just generally have a lovely chat. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Le petit déjeuner est parfait (copieux et frais) , servi sur la terrasse. Cette terrasse est très belle et confortable. L'équipe du riad est aux petits soins. Does the owner of this place knows the staff they have working for them? Muhammed and Ismail were the nicest, most kind and honest people we met in our 4 day trip. The Riad is well located (10m walk to the main square), is clean and pleasant to be. No luxuries but cosy. What definitely made a difference in our stay were this two guys who did everything to make sure we had a good staying. We have traveled a lot and is not easy to find people like them. Please make sure these guys are paid accordingly. If we ever come back to Malta Riad will be thanks to them. Obrigada!

Cons: We paid extra to book the room with the bath tub but turns out when the bath tubs were constructed, they forgot to make the plug, so you can’t take baths at all. You also can’t take a proper shower in the bath tub as the water goes absolutely everywhere and floods the floors of the bathroom. That was inconvenient. We tried to ask for a room with a normal shower instead but the owner never got back to us about that. Was unfortunate since the place has a nice location, but the riad should stop marketing the (more expensive) bath tub room as the bath tub does not work. We also asked to arrange a taxi to the airport and the owner texted 18 dollars for the price but asked to pay 20 in the end :( Also bring your ear plugs! You can hear everything that happens in the halls.

Staff were outstanding, incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough - definitely the strongest point of the hotel. You're given complimentary mint tea on arrival which really sets the tone for the excellent service. Terrace is outstanding, lovely place to escape the chaos of the souks and a real sun trap by day. Breakfast was pleasant, particularly on the terrace. Room was well decorated with a beautiful traditional sink. Location is perfect, you're set back from the noise of the streets but in easy reach of everything you might want to see with a short walk.
Cons: We enjoyed our stay and would go back but there were a few minor issues we noted: Like many riads, the rooms' doors and only windows open on to a communal courtyard and it's noisy if the other guests are talking or active in the area. Despite the quiet time policy from 0000-0800 sometimes guests were quite loud at 0200-0300, though this is not really the hotel's fault - just something to be aware of and maybe bring ear plugs. One night a guest was smoking in the courtyard and could smell cigarette smoke entering the room which was a little unpleasant. Our shower drained very slowly meaning you could only shower for 5 mins before the tray would fill.

The service was amazing, and the property itself was located in the middle of everything so it was easy to get around by foot so didn’t really need to use a taxi other than for Agafay dessert. Also the breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. The facilities are pretty good, can’t complain but if you are expecting 5 star facilities I would lower you expectations.
Cons: We had a minor issue with our stay , the first room we were given had a strong smell coming from the toilet. We told the staff, they tried to rectify it but after the end of our second night they moved us to another room.

Our room at Riad Malfa was perfect for our stay in Marrakech as it's location was within short walking distance to many of the local attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. An excellent and plentiful Moroccan style breakfast was provided. What impressed us the most was how helpful the hostess Béatrice was. On one morning we had planned a visit that meant leaving an hour before breakfast and when she discovered this, she offered to be up early to serve us breakfast. Thank you for all your help. Overall we would be more than happy to stay again if we ever visit Marrakech in the future.

You are only 10 minutes by foot from the main plaza, and despite being in the heart of the Medina, the Riad is a sea of tranquility and a welcoming resting place after a full day of bargaining or traveling for excursions (like the Ouzud waterfalls or the port city of Essaouira). When we arrived, Beatrice, the tireless french lady who runs the Riad, made sure to serve us some local pastries and tea. Beatrice, and her cat Simba, made us feel at home and accommodated all of our requests with a smile on her face. No matter if you need breakfast at 7am (to go on excursions) or at 10am, she'll make sure that you are ready for your day. Furthermore, the rooms are well decorated, spacious, with clean bathrooms and enough space for two people and their belongings.

The location is terrific, right in the heart of the Medina. We enjoyed the rooftop, and breakfast was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: I know it gets terribly hot in Marrakech in the summer and it’s difficult to combat the heat, but the air conditioning unit was not at all up to the task. It was uncomfortably hot in the room with no real air flow, to the point that it was better to be outside in the full heat with a chance of a breeze. We opened the air conditioning unit at one point to see if it was broken and it looked like the filter had never been cleaned, so we did that ourselves. It helped, but shouldn’t have been our responsibility. All this said, if we could have had a more comfortable temperature in our room, we wouldn’t have had any other issues with our stay.

The staff guy was incredibly helpful and warm. Rooms are simple but with everything you need; Airco was working fine and the sheets were clean. The breakfast is a big highlight especially if you are having it upstairs on the terrace, good and tasteful quantities to start your day.

Beatrice was super sweet and extremely accommodating. We had to get up early to go to the hot air balloon ride and she woke up to make us breakfast. The room is super clean and simple and the location is perfect. 5-10 min from the main plaza depending on the time of day. Breakfast is abundant with numerous different things to eat and the rooftop is gorgeous to sit at to relax. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return if I ever find myself back in Marrakech.

We have travelled to Morocco several times, specially to Marrakesh, and this time we decided to try something different. The cosiness of a family like premises. For that purpose we chose the small Riad Malfa facility. This very tinny and quiet place is closely ran by a very sympathetic lady, who fell in love with Morocco and decided to live there rather than in her home town in France. The amenities are beautiful and very well taken care of. Breakfast is unique and the place a 5 min walk from the central square Djema El-Fna. Well done Beatrice!

The rooms were great, very clean! Beatrice, Ishmael & Mohammad were so welcoming, treating us like family! We were given tea and biscuits when we arrived and were made to feel really welcome! Beatrice arranged a transfer from the airport there and which was definitely worth it!! The breakfast served every day was AMAZING!! Lovely coffee, juice, fruit salad, omelette, cake, bread, pancakes - and all served so beautifully!!! I cannot recommend this Riad enough and the staff made it absolutely perfect!! What a delight!!

Despite its central location, the interior of the Riad is very quiet, you can't really hear any noise from the street and breakfast was always delicious. We are a group of 9 friends who were recently at Riad Malfa and without exception we all had a fabulous 3 night stay. Béatrice, the lovely owner, arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and as the riad is not accessible by car, Ismael, the guy who works there, met the taxi and accompanied us on the short walk to the accommodation, where we were given refreshments of cake and mint tea. A great welcome to begin our stay. The rooms were quaint and spotless, all arranged around the courtyard. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, served attentively by Ismael. We enjoyed a fabulous 3 course dinner on the terrace on our first night, delicious and excellent value for money at 15 euros pp. The location was perfect, just a ten minute stroll from the main square and all its atmospheric craziness and we enjoyed the walk each day, wandering past the street food stalls, the souks and partaking in the unique Marrakech sport of dodging the steady stream of motorcycles, handcarts, dumper trucks and donkeys in the narrow alleys :D Marrakech is a fantastic city, like no other and our trip was one of the best short breaks we'd all had. Béatrice and her staff at Riad Malfa were instrumental in this, and she looked after her guests right until the end, when she came with us to where the pre-arranged taxis were picking us up and waving us goodbye until next time. Cons: The bed was for my height ~1.95 m a bit small, but most wouldn’t notice this 😀. Additionally, the mornings other guests were a bit loud as the central space is shared (with earplugs no problem). I can’t blame the staff at all for this, as it just how life in the Riad goes and is probably the same at others. We were very happy and I just provide these details for completeness, but would stay here again.

What don’t we love about Riad Malfa! This is one of my favorite places in the world. This is our second time staying here because we adore it so much. The staff!!! Unbelievable! The breakfast, best I’ve ever had! You get tea and cookies when you arrive, Simba the kitty is our favorite, the rooms are lovely and the AC works great. One of us got sick and the staff helped us stay longer, were SO kind, and I just can’t express how much at home I felt here. Please stay!!!!

Riad Malfa was an ABSOLUTE DREAM!! We loved every moment of it! First off, the room was absolutely perfect-- large, beautiful, CLEAN! The staff was INCREDIBLE! I can't remember their names but the cleaner was outstanding. Madhu (we think was his name), the male receptionist was the loveliest human we have ever interacted with. The living spaces and the rooftop was stunning, and the breakfast....oh boy the breakfast I will dream about until the day I die. Eggs, pastries, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, yoghurt, crepes, bread, fresh juice, delicious jams and argon butter...my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Plus Simba the kitty always kept us entertained. I could not rate a place higher, we are coming back in a week literally just to stay here again haha like I am not even joking. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!! Please adopt me

Stayed here for the second time during our holiday, because we liked it so much! The staff is super friendly, breakfast is the best we’ve had in 2 weeks Morocco and the rooftop is great too. Location is super close to the square although its quit and relaxing. We love Simba the housecat!

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, we are very sorry, because the riad was very beautiful. We only managed to arrive at night, but even so, we were received by Mohamed, an incredible person, who welcomed us with tea and cakes. In the morning, we left very early and we wouldn't have time to have breakfast at the riad, but even so, he prepared a small lunch for us to take with us on the way. It was a very beautiful gesture and one that we will always keep in our hearts. He was a very kind person. I recommend Riad Malfa, because we are sure you will be treated very well. One day, we hope to return to enjoy much more.

Everything! The location was ideal to see the sights of the Medina and Marrakech in general, very accessible from Jemaa El Fnaa. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay: very good and filling! Beatrice, our host, went out of her way to help us find restaurants and solutions to transportation problems. She was both present, discreet and a delight. We really enjoyed our stay at Malfa! The room was comfortable, we slept like babies for 3 nights and felt very safe.

We stayed at Riad Malfa for a week, but went travelling for a few days and kept our room. The Property is located in a quiet side street, right in the centre of the market area. The place is spotless with good air con rooms. The wi-fi is brilliant and has a beautiful roof terrace. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. It’s like a little family house and it’s super quiet. It’s safe and there is always someone there to help. I highly recommend here to stay. On a personal note, thank you to all the staff and special thanks to Simba the cat xx

Quite location even if in the heart of Medina. Breakfast was abundant and different every day. Staff was very polite and friendly.
Cons: no really negative points and not a big issue, but the rooms at the ground floor can be noisy as they are in front of kitchen and the way everyone goes in/out. No need to change towel on the second day, even if it was fine it was not necessary. When taking shower water will go everywhere making the floor a bit wet.

The best riad that I stayed in Morocco. In winter a lot of riads are not so warm, but this was not the case! I arrived late in the evening from the cold desert and they met me with hot tea, fireplace and heated room. It is the little details that make a huge difference. The place is extremely clean and the breakfast is great for me. The price/quality ratio is also great. The owner and the staff are very friendly. Thank you a lot! Your place was the right thing in the right moment for me. :)

If you expect a European style experience, go elsewhere! Riad Malfa is a charming little place in the Medina of Marrakech. Beatrice, her team (special mention for Mohammed) and Simba the cheeky kitten will do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfasts are exceptional although when we were there the terrace was only really warm enough on the first morning. The ambience is exceptional.

The cat Simba will brighten up your day. The rooms and rooftop are beautiful. The value for money is excellent. The street is very quiet.

the absolute best thing is the owner. Beatrice is such a joyfull good soul, day and night she did her best to help us with whatever we needed. We had a much better time, the matterses were softer and the atmosphere was better than some friends who were located at a riad near this one and they paid double for their stay.
Cons: the property is great, the problem i had was with the locals in the city that won’t let you enjoy your day, they will insist on selling you everything they got, and they are so many. the city? the architecture and the food is really great though.

We really enjoyed our stay! Breakfasts were super tasty and Beatriz was taking care so that we have something different to try every morning which was a very nice gesture. The location of the riad couldn't be better. It's a the very quiet street, but just the next corner it's already a lively old medina where you truly enjoy Marrakech atmosphere. The contact with Beatriz was very easy, she was always available whenever we needed, being super hospitable and helpful.

The Riad is located in a central location, only 5 minutes walk to the main market square. The decoration is lovely, the room is clean and spacious and the beddings are clean. Bea and all the staff are very helpful and kind. They let me store my luggage at the Riad while I was on desert tour. Breakfast was super, and I loved the mint tea and Bea’s cocktails. There was also a cute kitten there. I would definitely stay there again.

This pretty riad is very well located in the medina, only a few minutes from the main square but in a quite street. The breakfast on the terrace is great, everything is homemade and fresh. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits. The room assigned to us at first had some leackage in the bathroom, but we were promplty given a bigger room for the same price. High attention from the staff for our needs.

- The location was great - Hamza is the best! We arrived at midnight and he still prepared tea for us. Anytime you would ask him for anything he would prepare it and he was genuenly very nice. - The first room we had (first three nights) was great! The bathroom was very nice and the room wa spaceous and comfortable. - The breakfast is great as well, one of the best of the many riads we visited during our stay in Morocco. A lot of choice and not the same each day. - Nice decor
Cons: - Right off the bat it was a weird feeling. My partner and I land at the airport and head to the exit expecting a driver waiting for us as we had organized with the riad. To our dissapointmend thwre is nobody waiting for us. I call the host (Rida) and he tells me that we did not confirm the transfer and (without apologising) said we have to get a taxi. Firstly, I wrote via email at what time we are arriving and the flight number, as he instructed me, via email. But then at the property, when I asked him about the transfer he insisted he had not gotten that email (even though he responded twice) and that he does not have that email adress (riadmalfa@gmail.com). This email adress is given as one of two possible contacts via the automatic booking message you recieve after the booking. Then, when I confronted him about the email, he started saying that the driver messed up the dates and so on. Obviously he forgot to book the transfer and didn’t admit it nor apologised for it. A third transfer we booked with him, after returning to Marrakech from Essaouira, he also messed up. We arrived to the bus station and again, nobody is there to pick us up (keep in mind the bus was already late). We wait for a bit then call Rida and he tells us he will call the driver. Then he tells us that the driver misuderstood and went to pick us up at the airport instead of the bus station and (weirdly) this time he apologises for the mistake. We waited 45 min for the bus driver to arrive and then he tells us, Rida instructed him to go to the airport. Again he didn’t admit to messing up. The last (and most important) transfer we had him organize was from thw riad to rhe bus station, as we had the bus at 8 AM. It was veey important for us to catch it as it was a bus to Tinghir and there is only 1 a day. Waking up in the morning i immediately wanted to ask at what time he organized the transfer. Rida was not there, because he was sleeping and so I asked Hamza.
