Le Riad est très beau, avec une décoration choisie et harmonieuse. Le petit déjeuner suffisamment copieux est élaboré avec de bons produits.Tout était préparé pour notre groupe dans un endroit qui nous était réservé. Assia était à « nos petits soins » La discrétion du personnel, plusieurs lieux dans le Riad, que ce soit dans le patio au rez de chaussée ou en terrasse, ont permis de ne croiser les autres résidents que rarement et de se sentir chez soi. La terrasse avec son bassin( petit mais très agréable) permet de se rafraîchir. L’emplacement du Riad, dans une petite rue en impasse très calme, se situe à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, épiceries, pharmacies, … et taxis La place très animée de Jema El Fnaa se trouve à environ 20 mn de marche. Le ménage en général et des chambres est fait tous les jours avec soin.

Riad in ottima posizione, vicino ad un quartiere vivace della Medina. Non difficile da trovare, noi abbiamo in ogni caso utilizzato il loro driver dall’aeroporto al Riad che ci ha accompagnati di persona all’ingresso del Riad, abbiamo apprezzato molto. Colazione ottima, staff gentile e disponibile e struttura pulita. Abbiamo cenato una sera nel Riad e quello che ci hanno preparato era ottimo. Nel complesso una bella esperienza.
Cons: Due cose: - non ci è stata data una chiave per chiudere la camera, ma tutto sommato abbiamo sentito che fosse sicuro lo stesso. - ci hanno proposto un’escursione alla Valle di Ourika con un loro driver, con salita alla cascata e pranzo sul fiume. L’escursione è stata molto bella ma il nostro driver ci ha affidati ad una guida per salire sulla cascata. Guida affidabile, gentile e molto disponibile. Abbiamo però scoperto a posteriori che andava pagata a parte, aggiungendo un costo a quanto pattuito. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ci è stato detto che era facoltativa, ma quando il driver ci ha affidati alla guida non ci è stato chiesto ma detto solo “una guida vi porterà fin su” , per questo abbiamo immaginato facesse parte del pacchetto. Abbiamo sentito in questo poco trasparenza.

Cons: Don’t waste your time in this place with thiefs, racist and uneducated people, literally I got robbed in this place as we were denied the “check in”the day I arrived and then, got harrased via WhatsApp minutes later, where I don’t know how contacted privately outside the app is even allowed. The manager in person i think called Jawaad was uneducated and clearly racist ,completely rude and threatening. I asked for a full refund as I got DENIED my check in that I paid in advance and this nasty place didn’t want to give the money back and not even booking app acted responsible even they left me waiting for one week. Please don’t waste your money. I had to book a new place just exactly that night with high rates because of this trash and even theft people. dont book, they just want your money, not you. Even so, the location of this place is super weird and full of stray animals and homeless people on drugs.

Riad très bien placé, confortable propre au fond d une impasse ,donc très calme ...la terrasse le matin avec le chant des oiseaux est un luxe .. Jawad fera son possible pour vous satisfaire et il est de très bons conseils Les petits déjeuner sont copieux ...et vous avez en prime une dame au sourire communicatif.. Mention speciale pour le propriétaire des lieux ,qui si vous avez de la chance sera présent, un vrai coup de cœur, beaucoup d humour et très attentionné..des anecdotes à vous faire mourir de rire .. Bref je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés

Kleines süßes Riad, dass leider etwas versteckt ist. Hat man es jedoch gefunden, ist man überrascht über die liebevolle Einrichtung und die vielen Details. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Das Frühstück typisch marokkanisch und sehr üppig. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und sauber mit bequemen Betten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Le Riad est joliment décoré, très calme au fond d’une impasse. Le quartier reste authentique tout en étant idéalement placé pour découvrir la médina et les jardins Majorelle. Le toit terrasse avec son salon et sa petite piscine est parfait pour se détendre après les heures de marche. Personnel adorable, une très bonne adresse.

This Riad is very beautiful. Jawad was kind, and he did his best to fix the air conditioning. The taxi driver he called to take us to Ourika Valley, Atlas Mountains, and from and to the airport was very kind and honest. The lady who made breakfast was kind and friendly. Breakfast was good (three types of traditional bread (or pie or crepes), eggs, coffee, yogurt, various jams, juice, butter, etc.). The rooms are beautiful, with a comfortable bed, bathroom, and air conditioning.

It is an authentic riad in the medina, beautifully decorated and not a touristic one! Every piece of furniture and art there is carefully selected!The rooms are spacious, very well equiped and have view in the gorgeous patio. The breakfast is very delicious with a variety of morrocan materials. Mr. Jawad made us feel at home with his hospitality from the first moment! For sure, we are going to stay again in Dar Kasal the next time in Marrakech, insallah!

Personale molto accogliente, colazione abbondante, struttura bellissima e posizione ottima a 15 minuti dalla Medina. Ci siamo sentiti al sicuro anche a ritirarci la sera tardi.
Cons: Abbiamo soggiornato a dicembre e la camera era un po’ fredda e il condizionatore non funzionava bene. Gli asciugamani non ci sono stati cambiati per una settimana intera.

Das gesamte Riad war super sauber & schön eingerichtet (viele Pflanzen & Deko) man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt! Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfreich. Wir haben die Fahrerservice in Anspruch genommen und hatten so eine unkomplizierte und entspannte An und Abreise. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war auch super sauber (leider nur zu kalt zu den Zeitpunkt). WLAN hat auch super funktioniert! Besonders gut ist die Lage für Ausflugziele. Man befindet sich am Rande der (Innen-) Stadt und kann so perfekt mit dem Auto abgeholt werden ohne lange einen Treffpunkt zu suchen. So lässt sich auch das Riad super einfach finden & es ist abseits des Trubels!
Cons: Kleinigkeiten: - Man konnte das Zimmer nicht mit Schlüssel abschließen & es gab keinen Safe. Wir haben uns allerdings zu keiner Sekunde deshalb unsicher gefühlt oder uns Gedanken gemacht. (Das Riad hat nur 4 Zimmer und ist damit sehr privat) - das Frühstück ist eher süß & ohne ohne Obst/Gemüse - zum Marktplatz und der (Haupt) Medina muss man ca. 15 min laufen

Ce Riad était magnifique. Nous étions immergés dans l’univers du Maroc. Les chambres étaient très belles et très propres. Nous ne manquions de rien. Jawad est très gentil, il nous a aidé lors de notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Le Riad est situé dans le centre, ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement ce Riad pour votre voyage.

Honestly everything was fantastic, communication was great, our lift from the airport was waiting when we got there. The place is wonderful and clean, the breakfast is lovely, the room was cleaned to a high standard. The owner was super friendly and helpful with us, as was the manager. Taxis to and from the airport were organised for us. The location may look far out on the map from the Medina but honestly I recommend this location whole heartedly. Its on the edge of the madness of the Medina which after a day we couldnt imagine staying in the middle of it. Its also on the edge of the new town which offered good options to us if we wanted to get some different food or buy a beer or go grocery shopping in the Carefour. If I ever return to Morocco, I will stay here

Nous avons passé un séjour dans ce riad situé à quelques pas de la place jamaa el fna. Le Riad se situe dans une ruelle calme, on a pu confortablement dormir loin des bruits de la ville. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jawad. On se sentais comme à la maison. Un grand merci à Assia pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons eu le droit à un bon petit déjeuner marocain le matin. Si vous souhaitez réaliser des excursions vous êtes au bon endroit, nous étions à 50 m du point de rencontre pour les excursions. Je recommande fortement ce riad dans lequel le personnel fera tout pour répondre à vos besoins. Merci pour votre accueil.

The room was beautiful and clean. Ladie, who makes our breakfast, was excellent, very kind and polite and always with a big smile 😀 The Breakfast was very tasty 😋 Location is safe and great for us, about 20 minutes walk to main activities, but that was lovely to be there. Riad nicely decorated. People in Riad are always welcome and very helpful 😊 I would definitely recommend it to others and I would definitely come back.

Very nice riad, good breakfast, very friendly lady serving breakfast, very nice terrace. The owner organizes transportation from/to the airports for 15€ (it's not a regular taxi, it's a more luxurious taxi, it's worth it if there are more people (the bus is 3€ per person))
Cons: The rooms are very dark, maybe some better lighting. Bathroom needs minor renovation (many cracks), probably from the earthquake a couple of years ago

Beautiful Riad. Not like the photos though. Much darker. Liked the rooftop terrace for a relax.
Cons: No clean towels in 4 days. Room pretty small so difficult to get around the bed. Not generous with coffee at breakfast. Gave just enough for 2 cups. It’s about 25 minutes to get to the square but via interesting streets.

Was an amazing place, with a beautiful rooftop to watch sunset everyday. Was so handy to walk around all Medina and very quiet and warm. As well had air conditioner, so if any night was colder it was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was amazing, we had a great variety of food, sweet, salty and of course mint tea, orange juice and coffee. It was really very filling and very nice to start the day. Even was one day that we had to go to an activity and they gave us the breakfast before time. For sure we will come back to the same place!
Cons: The only thing that I missed was the hair dryer in the toilet, but I didn't really need it, since was so warm all days and it was very pleasant ( as well I didn't ask for it since it got dry by itself).

Really nice Riad at the end of a quiet alleyway so felt very safe. Facilities lovely, airport transfer was good despite our 4 hr delay. Lovely staff particularly the lady at breakfast. Terrace was lovely and lots of areas to chill and relax - highly recommend

The property was beautiful, traditionally Moroccan but with some modern tasteful additions. It was extremely clean and nothing was too much for the staff. The location was ideal being on the outskirts of the medina. All the main sites were within walking distance which made it the ideal place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and served in the cosiest of room which was always kept warm for the chilly mornings. All in all our stay in Marrakesh and this Riad was amazing

It was an amazing stay at Dar Kasal. Perfect location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Medina and all the gardens. The breakfasts are prepare freshly every morning and a la carta. Definitely will go back again next time.

The lady who made the breaksfast was really nice
Cons: Hotel owner where not available at any time. There was an animal in our room and nobody took care of it. I asked the hotel owner if he can call us a taxi and his answer was „just go to the streets“ when it was impossible to go out alone because the men where harassing like crazy. The hotel owner also charged money for no reason. Also it was not possible to lock the door of the room and anybody could just walk in at any time.

Stunning picturesque property at the edge of the medina so super convenient location wise if you wanna experience a Riad but not be right in the middle of the Medina chaos. It had a lovely rooftop as well where we enjoyed the sun.
Cons: Due to the moorish architecture there isn’t a lot of natural light in rooms so maybe a little bit more lamps would be nice.

Riad Dar Kasal was amazing! The location is in a quiet street next to the medina. It’s walking distance from the Souks, the Jemaa-El Fna square and the awesome rooftops. It was clean, quiet, comfortable rooms and great bathrooms. Every morning Asia served breakfast with a smile and nothing was too much for her. Also the owner Jawad was great, helping us out with some tours and brought us to an amazing Hammam. Literally a great place to stay, we enjoyed it!

Cons: The breakfast is not fresh! I saw some comments around people not understanding why they serve orange juice from cartons but now I get it as there’s orange trees everywhere. Quite disappointing! There’s no people around if you need coffee or tea. Worst, asked for water they didn’t had it.

Lovely, clean, quiet, traditional riad on the west edge of the Medina. There was a nice open area with shaded seating and sun loungers at the top of the building. It is close to the shops and market and pick-up point for tours and taxis. Jawed and his staff were very friendly and eager to help with making our stay very enjoyable. He arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off at the airport.

Cons: LOACTION - down a very doggy walkway. didn't feel safe. Don't book this place if traveling alone. No outside windows at all in the whole place including the bedroom. Didn't see the manager/owner after check-in at 8pm. The only person there was the breakfast lady.

This was a very nice property. Authentic and welcoming. The property looked and felt clean. It was conveniently located at the entrance to the old city, but had good access to the the main attractions of the old city. It is in an alleyway, but once you enter...you'll like it and feel at home. The breakfast was fresh, reasonable and served with a smile. The staff was excellent and the property manager, Jawad was exceptional in his communication before the stay, during and after. Liked him a lot. He arranged all my taxis, tours, drivers and excursions. He made the stay a lot easier and simpler. The property is safe and welcoming

- amazing hotel, so beautiful, with a real tree in the middle of the house, open balcony and an open roof, clean and comfortable room, the rooftop views are also worth it and the location is very good, just outside the medina. hosts are really warm and welcoming too.

Location seemed easy to get to and from. The woman would made breakfast was very nice and accommodating. It was very peaceful. Nice view from the terrace.

Cons: This riad is a big scam. there is someone that texts you via booking but when you arrive, the manager gives you the keys for the Riad, charges you for the hotel (even though you paid by card and says there is an issue that you need to fix with the bank) and leaves. The Riad is nice but it is in a non-safe area and the room doors do not have locks. there is also no concierge or guardian at night. I had to book a last minute deal somewhere else because we didn’t feel comfortable there. Of course booking didn’t give me refund and the hotel manager never picked up the phone to arrange the return.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Dar Kasal. Our host Jawad was very friendly, welcoming and helped arrange a few day trips for us. Our room was very comfortable and well decorated. Although you dont see much pictures of the bathroom, the bathrooms are brilliant and spacious. Breakfast was great, and the location of the riad was perfect for us. It was quiet, yet near to everywhere we needed to be. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel looks exactly as on the photos. It is a lovely, cute and picturesque place. Staff spoke very good English. Mr. Jawad was super helpful. Cheap parking nearby.
Cons: No keys in the rooms. You could hear literally everything from all the rooms around the courtyard - I did not mind, but when you are looking for some quiet place to relax - well well - then hope that there wont be a loud neighbors.

the property itself was very pleasing to the eye and clean.
Cons: facilities were not great. There was no iron or TV in the room. the AC stopped working on the second day and didn’t work ever again. The room main light also stopped working. the owner tried to blame us at first for the AC not working saying it because we had it on continuously however when my partner googled the AC error code it said it was because of the lack of gas in the AC. owner sometimes came across as aggressive so we didn’t even bother telling him about the light when it stopped working. the location was ok not the greatest as the riad was backed away hidden at the end of the alley way. a lot of taxi drivers didn’t know this address or if they did they did not like dropping us off here. shower pressure was very low.

Good communication from the Riad, beautifull location close to old and new medina but away from the busy streets. good breakfest every morning and a beautifull room to stay in.

Very friendly owner and staff. always responded to any questions or needs. A very nice breakfast was served. The location was good and within walking distance to many areas. The beds were very comfortable and room was a nice size. the Riad is in a nice quiet area. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend.

We booked Riad Dar Kasal very last minute as our first Riad was awful. It was such a pleasure to stay at Riad Dar Kasal, the interior and feel of the riad is so inviting. The location was great for us, 15 minute walk Jemaa el-Fna square and just easily accesible to everywhere. The breakfast was lovely, we had eggs cooked for us each morning, fresh OJ, mint tea and pastries. Will be back!

Cons: The location on google maps is completely incorrect, we got lost in the medina trying to find it. Used apple maps in the end to find it. Also no signs leading to the property. We encountered a man who told us to turn back from the street when we were outside
