We loved the decor and location. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast even had fruit. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the spa component, but there was information in our room. Somehow, you didn’t hear any noise from the busy nearby street, but it was only two blocks away. We would stay here again!

This accommodation was much more than just a place to sleep — the customer service was excellent. It’s a shame I don’t remember the name of the guy at the front desk, but I do remember he had a motorcycle 🏍️. Thank you very much for all your attentiveness.

Das Riad an sich war sehr schön. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer gut. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

The breakfast was great! The best part was having it up on the rooftop. Missed some eggs though, but otherwise perfect! The staff was the highlight of our stay, they made us feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you want to see of Marrakech within walking distance.

Cons: Beaucoup de bruit dans le riad.. Nous avions séjourner les jours d'avant dans un autre riad donc nous avons pu comparer. Nous avons dormi qune nuit dans celui ci, au rdc, on entend les cuisines et le personnel jusqu'à 23h. J'ai pu constater également que les tables du petit déjeuner était dressé pr le matin au milieu du riad au rdc , donc pas top vu que tu as la chambre au rdc.. Nous avons dîner en terrasse, où j'ai trouvé également que nous étions plus incommoder par le bruit extérieur par rapport à notre 1ere location..

Abbiamo soggiornato al Riad Baboucha e ci siamo trovati bene. La struttura è molto bella e accogliente, situata appena fuori dal cuore della medina, quindi in una zona tranquilla ma comunque comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Le camere sono pulite e arredate con gusto. Colazione marocchina ricca e ottima. Unico aspetto un po’ scomodo è che non sempre si trova qualcuno alla reception.

Cons: Non ho apprezzato il modo in cui il proprietario ci ha rimproverati per un piccolo ritardo di 15 minuti sul transfer per il ritorno all’aeroporto: eravamo in torto (avevamo sbagliato una strada di ritorno dalla medina), ma si poteva gestire con più cortesia, sicuramente non è stato il personale più gentile tra tutti i riad in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Marocco. Nel complesso, però, un buon soggiorno in un riad curato e in posizione ideale per visitare Marrakech.

Cons: In het tweede gebouw was geen 24/7 receptie en was beide nachten van ons verblijf erg rumoerig door andere gasten. Het zou fijn zijn als er een bord zou hangen om gasten te wijzen op het geluidsniveau.

Het is een eerder kleine riad die zeer goed gelegen is: heel centraal zodat je overal snel bij bent, maar toch weg van het lawaai van de stad en de drukte zodat het er heel rustig is. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam met echt ALLES! Ik boekte een deugddoende massage die werd gegeven door een hele vriendelijke dame. De kamer was goed en goed onderhouden, prima voor ons gezin.

Riad met prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. De Riad heeft nette basic kamers, een goed ontbijt, gezellig dakterras en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede ervaringen met parkeergarage Ankjemal, alwaar we de auto twee dagen veilig hebben geparkeerd.

Cons: Matrassen (naar onze smaak) iets aan de harde kant. Ze hebben een babybedje, maar daar hadden ze een deken ingelegd als vervanging voor het zeer dunne matras. Voor onze peuter was het ok voor twee nachten, maar voor een baby zou dat niet veilig zijn geweest, omdat een baby tussen het bedje en het deken zou kunnen rollen.

10/10 for the service. Everyone we encountered there was extremely polite, professional and always had a smile on their faces. We felt comfortable and at home. The location was great, close to a main road. Shops, markets and restaurants were no further than a 3 minute walk. The main attractions of the city were also pretty close. The breakfast was nice.

Cons: On the other hand, the room needed some upgrades. The air conditioning was leaking and there was a bed below it, making it wet. The toilet flusher didn't work properly. The riad was located in two buildings (the entrances were in front of each-other, so basically the same place). Our room was not located in the building with the inner courtyard that was advertised in the pictures here. That being said, we still had access to the other building but felt like it should have been clearer on the description. When we were looking for places to stay in Marrakesh, we had a choice between two options and chose this one (the slightly more expensive option). We were disappointed, however, because the pictures looked better than the reality.

The riad is perfectly located in the Medina. Its locates down a small alley way, which means u have peace and quiet, but only a short walk and you are in amongst the hustle and bustle of Medina life and the souks. The main square is approx 15mins walk through the souks. The room i had was a good size( double bed &, 1 single).aircon worked well and a small en-suite shower. It was clean and tidy. I ate both nights there and food was delicious and value for money. And the option of eating on rooftop. It alos has sun loungerd if you fancy a day relaxing. Staff are super friendly, will help with anything and its never an issue.will always offer advice on the best places to visit. I was 2 days here after and for the cost and location and staff id happily stay again

Very pretty interior. Great communication & organisation of airport transfer. Delicious breakfast, can have it on rooftop as well as downstairs. Rooms are also pretty & good lighting as little natural light with riad design to keep it cool. In fact the rooms stay so cool that Aircon is barely necessary, though they do provide it of course. Rooftop is lovely with sunbeds. Close to souks & walkable to Jardín Majorelle. Other guests were respectful of the quiet hours.

Cons: I wish we had been told it was possible to eat breakfast on the rooftop, I discovered it myself, but no matter as breakfast inside was also nice. Children's beds are very soft. I didn't manage to have a hot shower in the morning. Not a big problem as it's hot in Marrakech in August but my back hurt so I would have liked one.

Cons: The staff were cleaning the floor very loud outside our bedroom in the morning which woke us up. At breakfast, the dining room was full of wasps and it meant our breakfast was very stressful. We had to be moved to a separate area just to avoid them and enjoy the breakfast in peace. The mosque also nearby woke us up as 5am but this seems to happen throughout Marrakesh.

Il est également très bien placé pour effectuer les visites. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant, agréable, discret et au petit soin. Merci à eux d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable ! The Riad is very well located, just a 5 minutes walk to the Souk. The amenities are great, very clean and the room had a nice shower and air conditioner. Stayed twice - 10 days apart. Was a fantastic facility with comfortable well equiped rooms including modern air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Close to the main market in the Medina - easy walking distance. Great food for breakfast and dinner (which can be purchased). A very nice roof area to enjoy some sheltered outdoor space as well. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Marrakech

A fantastic stay in the heart of the city The hotel was extremely comfortable and perfectly located right in the center. All the main tourist attractions were within a 15–30 minute walk, which made our trip both easier and more affordable—we hardly ever needed a taxi. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the service really stood out. A special thanks to Zackaria, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommend!

The riad was in an amazing location and we always felt safe coming and going no matter the time. Our room was very lovely and comfortable and breakfast was nice. It was a lovely stay bar the few small thinks but I would recommend.

Cons: The rooms aren’t able to be locked from the inside which didn’t bother us but could for some. The staff seemed cold at times and were unfortunately not very welcoming, it often felt awkward and like we were intruding. The walls are very thin and if you are a light sleeper this wouldn’t be ideal. The water pressure in the shower is very bad and often wouldn’t work for the first few tries

Besser hätte unserer Ankunft in Marrakesch und damit in Marokko nicht sein können: Das gesamte Team, ob an der Rezeption oder in der Küche, ist extrem freundlich und hilft bei der Organisation von Ausflügen, Transport etc. Gepflegte Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, sehr kinderfreundlich (wie offenbar überall in Marokko) und sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Optimal, um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Klare Empfehlung ! Wir hatten leider keine Zeit, das Spa-Angebot auszuprobieren. Während eines mehrtägigen Ausflugs hat das Hotel kostenlos Gepäck aufbewahrt.

I would like to highlight how incredibly helpful the staff were. They responded to all the messages we sent and the requests we made!! Communication with them was excellent at all times. They were quick at organizing things for us. The accommodation was lovely, clean and calm. The rooms were kept cool so despite the heat, it was no problem for sleeping. We rested very nicely after long days walking in the city. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again, if I ever visit Marrakesh again. Location is great, walking distance to the Medina.

Lovely decor and the staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Nothing was too much hassle for them and they made it very easy for us. Location was great, just north of the souks but still close enough to everything. We managed to get to everywhere we wanted to be within 25 min walk of the Riad. The included breakfast was a really nice addition and great to eat that on the roof and enjoy the morning sun.

Cons: The property could have been a little cleaner. The rooftop was dirty as were lots of the tables downstairs too. Our room was clean though and always made up nicely when we returned each day. We booked an excursion through the property but feel like not enough information was included for us to be prepared properly. Id suggest providing more information about the excursions in the leaflet to be a little more helpful.

Posizione del Riad ottima, vicino all'unica via di Marrakech in cui possono transitare i taxi, quindi molto comodo sia per l'aeroporto (non dovrete trascinarvi le valigie in giro), sia per le gite fuori porta che per le uscite serali. Il Riad molto carino e curato, la colazione molto ricca e buona (anche la possibilità di farla a sacco) e soprattutto il personale gentilissimo, ci hanno aiutato dall'inizio alla fine accontentando ogni nostra richiesta e venivano a prenderci anche dove ci lasciava il taxi per non farci camminare da sole di notte.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Das Riad ist für die Erkundung dieser lebendigen Stadt perfekt gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten in das erste Souk eintauchen und sich dann in den Gassen von Marrakech verlieren. Das Riad selber und auch das Nachbargebäude (in dem wir untergebracht waren und welches nur eine Gassenbreite vom Hauptgebäude entfernt ist) ist wunderschön, insbesondere die Dachterrassen. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons: Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln und kann dieses Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Un peu excentré du cœur de la Médina, dans une ruelle au calme, ce Riad permet de découvrir un autre quartier de Marrakech, très agréable et proche du nouveau quartier Gueliz. Il reste toutefois proche de la Place principale Jama el Fna, 15 mn à pieds via les souks. Proche des jardins secrets également. Le Riad est très propre, la terrasse est superbe, petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons: Petit point négatif, la chambre n’a pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur, et les chambres sont très peu insonorisées (car elles sont uniquement fermées par des portes en bois qui donnent toutes sur le cœur du Riad). Le soir personne n’a donc le droit de faire le quelconque bruit sinon tout le monde entend tout.

Mi è piaciuta sicuramente la posizione: vicino alle mura della città e quindi ai parcheggi, ma anche strategico per il centro della medina (souk, jemaa-el-fna ecc). Ottimo servizio di accoglienza, personale molto cordiale. La struttura è molto curata, fresca e ben strutturata. Colazione in terrazzo tipica e piuttosto ricca. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il silenzio.

Cons: Forse l'unica nota negativa era l'odore di umido nelle camere, ma è una cosa tipica di altre strutture in Marocco purtroppo.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, staff gentilissimo che ha soddisfatto anche la richiesta extra di trovarci una guida locale che parlasse italiano. L’ Hammam e i massaggi nella spa all’interno sono stati favolosi e tipici del luogo. Colazione molto ricca di base dolce, con prodotti locali molto genuini. La camera molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort e molto spaziosa (era una quadrupla). Posizione ottima, vicinissima ad un parcheggio per l’auto e alla Medina. Riad super consigliato, ci ritornerei!

Ci è piaciuto tutto. struttura pulita, personale accogliente, disponibile e gentilissimo. sempre pronti con una parola carina, a fare conversazione o ad aiutarti per qualsiasi tipo di informazione serva. appena arrivate ci sono venuti a prendere e ci hanno portato le valigie fino al riad, offerto un the e successivamente consegnato una piantina con tutte le strade della medina evidenziate per mostrarci i tragitti in base a dove dovevamo andare(ma comunque le mappe funzionano per la maggiore). abbiamo fatto un massaggio, 1h, bellissimo. terrazza soleggiata e disponibile per tutti i pasti, ti ci portano la colazione o il pranzo e la cena se lo domandi. camera bella e(non scontato a quanto pare) dotata di porta per il bagno!!

Cons: sinceramente non ho lamentele. per la prima volta nella mia vita. unica pecca forse, è che dopo il check out nessuno si è più preoccupato di aiutarci, motivo per il quale alla fine non ci siamo sentite di lasciare alcuna mancia. mi spiego: abbiamo passato 3 notti in questo riad e poi altre 3 in un altro(riad kitula, sconsiglio. bellissimo eh, ma servizio pessimo e non all’altezza del prezzo). quindi ci serviva un taxi, o un tuktuk o qualsiasi altra cosa, che ci aiutasse ad andare, con tanto di bagagli, dal riad 1 al riad 2, NIENTE nessuno ha risolto nulla quindi infine, abbiamo fatto da sole.

The staf was amazing! Even made us some takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. The location is great! Near the souks, very central and if you walk more out of town it’s even more great local eateries and away from the main tourists. We would love to stay here again. It’s not super new, but it’s really good value for money! And we could even park our car nearby on the streets.

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και συννενόηση με το προσωπικό! Ο Ζαχαρίας ευγενεστατος ευδιάθετος και τα αγγλικά του άψογα! Το Riad πανέμορφο με προδιαγραφές Ευρώπης . Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονταν κάθε μέρα και είχαμε καθαρές πετσέτες. Η τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη γειτονιά αλλά θέλει προσοχή ειδικά το βράδυ. Σχετικά κοντά στην κε φρίκη πλατεία εμείς πηγαίναμε με τα πόδια. Το Dar el Batcha δίπλα. Η ταράτσα επισης πανέμορφη και το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό! Μπάνιο εξοπλισμένο με ζεστό νερό κάθε ώρα και άνετα κρεβάτια.

Cons: Γενικά λόγω της φιλοσοφίας του Riad ( παλιό αρχοντικό) δεν υπάρχει καθόλου ιδιωτικότητα. Τα παράθυρα έχουν ξύλινο παντζούρι χωρίς τζαμί και οι πόρτες δεν κλειδώνουν. Ωστόσο υπάρχει 24 ωρη ,reception . Εμείς νιώσαμε ασφάλεια αλλά η ιδιωτικότητα είναι ένα ζήτημα. Φέρτε πολυμπριζο γιατί οι μπριζες δεν επαρκούν στο δωμάτιο

Cons: Prenotate il trasfer direttamente in hotel alla reception, non tramite messaggi di Facebook perchè se ne occupa aurore l’addetta prenotazioni e si era dimenticata di comunicare il tutto alla struttura e non venivano a prenderci. Meglio affidarsi ai dipendenti dell’hotel che sono affidabili e bravi.

Ho apprezzato la tranquillità e il silenzio, lo staff discreto e disponibile, la colazione sana con, fra le altre cose yogurt e frutta fresca. Bella terrazza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Offrono molti servizi di cui però noi non abbiamo usufruito. Ci tornerei.

Cons: Frühstück leider etwas einseitig. Abendessen hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Angebotenes drei Gänge Menü zu wenig gewürzt, Kekse nicht überzeugend - dabei hat die Patisserie de Marco so viel leckeres zu bieten. Bei Abreise wurde uns ein Frühstückspaket angeboten, da wir vor der Frühstückszeit los mussten, leider sehr trockenes, nicht liebevolles Care Paket. Für den Preis würde ich mehr erwarten.

Cons: On nous a attribué une chambre au rez-de-chaussé alors que nous avions réservé pour 1 semaine dans le Riad. Un petit geste de la part du personnel aurait été le bienvenue, d’autant plus que nous étions les rares clients à rester aussi longtemps. C’est un peu dommage…. La chambre était sombre. La wifi était très faible.

Cons: Overall, the condition of the rooms is average and staff could be nicer. We got home at 10pm and we were speaking on a normal tone, we were told by the staff to keep it down which we kept. After 30 minutes when we were getting ready for bed (in our room with door closed) the night staff still came to knock on our door and asked for us to be quiet as other people were asleep.

Stayed here recently with my friends and it was lovely riad style accomodation. The room is equipped with everything needed and was prepared really clean and organized. Cons: Der Innenhof mit der Rezeption hallt stark, man hört fast überall jedes Wort. Im Bad waren keine Fenster zu öffnen und die Armaturen sind teilweise "verbraucht". Das schmälert den guten Gesamteindruck kaum.

Es war ein sehr schönes Riad. Die Gastgeber gaben sich Mühe, waren aber etwas sehr familiär unterwegs und irgendwie gäbe es da noch Luft nach oben. Das Hammam habe ich mir schöner vorgestellt. Die Massage war super!

Honestly it's a beautiful little riad, tucked away at the bottom of the medina.. Its in a great location, in which we walked everywhere. Despite being near all the busy hustle of Marrakech, once your inside, you can't hear it and it's very peaceful listening to the birds. It was very clean too!! Staff were very friendly and very accommodating, we felt very welcome & at home. Zac in particular was a big hit with the family.

Cons: I always like to leave a honest review, and we were so happy with our stay, only feed back is there could have been a bit more variety at breakfast, there also wasn't anywhere to put your clothes but I didn't mind living out my case whilst we were there. Maybe a hand towel in the bathroom. I was also charged an additional fee which I wasn't aware of, I knew I'd need to pay city taxes but this was for "hébergement' and maybe I should have asked but the stay was lovely and I was happy to pay!

Plek waar je moest ontbijten onaangenaam aan receptie .donker opgesloten hoorde iedereen zijn vorken … Terwijl we in andere riad buiten rooftop aten in de zon . Zeker als je van gans andere riad kwam was dit een enorm verschil.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so hospitable - always a smile on their face happy to help! The roof was very cute and the location was close to the main square. In fact we found the streets around the Riad even better than the main streets because they weren’t as busy.

Cons: The only issue was that our room was on the ground floor and right outside our room there were people having breakfast so we ended up just waking up from the noise even when we wanted to sleep in

this is so far the best place I have ever stayed. What made it incredible was the team that work there, really good people, they really cared about our well-being during all days, pretty sympathetic, seriously I never saw anything like this, they really treated us with matter and it was something really special. I will remember my travel not just for the city but for these people that make us fell at home.

El personal muy agradable, te reciben con te y unas pastas. Son dos edificios, uno frente al otro. Nosotros estuvimos en el de enfrente a la recepción en la planta baja. Los edificios son muy bonitos y el desayuno muy completo (te o café, fruta, yogur, tortilla, zumo y dulces marroquíes). La habitación grande y muy guapa decorada y con todo lo necesario. Muy céntrico, hay que callejear un poco para encontrarlo pero como la mayoría de Riads.

Al volver de la excursión del desierto, pese a no estar ya alojados, pudimos dejar el equipaje y nos llevaron al aeropuerto. La limpieza genial, todos los días nos cambiaron las toallas. Posizione de Riad ottima sia per prendere i taxi che per fare vari giri nei souk, lontana però dalla maggior parte dei ristoranti che si trovano più nel centro/sud. Colazione super! Buonissima e ricchissima, Personale super gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Una mattina abbiamo richiesto di fare colazione un’ora prima del previsto, alle sette, e sono stati super gentili. Riad piccolino e ristrutturato, con un bel design e arredamento anche se la struttura è comunque antica (ovviamente). La pulizia è perfetta.

Cons: Il letto matrimoniale un po’ duro, il bagno troppo piccolo e con tubo della doccia rotto. Il massaggio assolutamente da evitare, viene fatto in uno stanzino freddo e piccolissimo ed è tutt’altro che rilassante, peccato perché le ragazze sono comunque brave ma la location è importante, non è assolutamente una spa.

Wer gerne durch die Gassen schlendert, wird die zentrale Lage besonders schätzen – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem erreichbar. Die Gastfreundschaft war herausragend. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Jamal, der mit seiner höflichen, aufmerksamen Art und viel Feingefühl für die Wünsche der Gäste sorgt. Danke für die vielen Stücke köstlichen Schokokuchens und den Föhn - Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben! Die Zimmer sind charmant und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Auch die Dachterrassen sind mit viel Liebe gestaltet und laden zum Entspannen ein. Ein kulinarisches Highlight war die beste vegetarische Tajine, die wir auf unserer gesamten Reise durch Marokko geniessen durften – wunderbar gewürzt und ganz frisch zubereitet. Wir haben uns das dritte Mal wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder. Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!

Avevamo già soggiornato in questo riad in passato. Abbiamo usufruito della navetta dall'areoporto all'arrivo. La camera è essenziale ma ci si sta bene. Il personale gentile. In riad abbiamo avuto la possibilità di cenare e di fare un hammam su prenotazione con scrub al sapone nero e massaggio molto rilassante e rigenerante. L'ottima colazione è servita al pian terreno , ma anche in terrazza se si preferisce. Marrakesh è una città caotica dove è facile perdersi, ma ha il suo fascino e vale la pena di vivere questa avventura. Da Marrakesh si possono raggiungere altre località interessanti con visite guidate. A piedi si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città, facendo attenzione ai motorini che sfrecciano

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, souks etc. typical traditional Riad, exceptionally clean, fabulous couple of rooftop areas to eat, sunbathe or just relax in or out of the sun. Zac made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived! Everything was organised for us and nothing was ever a problem. We had to check out slightly late and did a few bookings through the Riad (transfer / camel riding) and it was never an issue, they are happy to help. Would absoultely recommend staying at this cool riad, clean, tidy and had everything we needed! only about a 3/4 minute walk from the start of the souks!!! we will be BACK!!!

The riad is stunning, clean and easy to reach. It’s also in the middle of the Medina, surrounded by many facilities and just ten minutes walking from the main plaza. The room is cozy and comfortable designed in a modern Moroccan style. The staff is the added value. They are nice and always available. They made our stay special and way easier. The typical Moroccan breakfast is fresh and delicious and you can have it on the beautiful terrace. We also had dinner there once and we could taste delicious tajins and couscous. I would recommend this riad to everyone who wish to spend great time in Marrakech.
