Sublime riad calme tout y est disponibilité de l equipe Ahmed ( le truc en plus) et Mohamed sont à nos petit soins ils nous chouchoutes avec bienveillance et extrême gentillesse,une jeune fille nous a cuisiné des plats extrêmement délicieux pas mieux ailleurs.👍car nous étions en demi pension pendant 1 semaine avec flexibilité midi ou soir 👍les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et très propres nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous repartons avec des souvenirs d avoir rencontré une merveilleuse équipes et de très belles âme, merci aussi à leila pour sont gentils geste 🙂 la direction a beaucoup de chance

Cons: Situation géographique : rien à proximité, il faut obligatoirement un taxi pour se déplacer. Propreté : très moyen SPA : on nous a dit qu’il ne fonctionnait pas ( on aurait aimé être prévenu en amont. De manière globale établissement pas du tout digne d’un 5 étoile.

The villa is amazing, friendly staff, good breakfast. Really comfortable bed and pillow. The villa situated in a development area, road and house building in nearby. Not so far from the center and a calm place to stay. -as a calm area : this area has nothing -yet (you cannot find any shops/restaurants in nearby, you need a car/taxi.
Cons: -The pool is not heated, but as I know, this is a usual in Morocco- would be good to be heated. -the room was in the -1 floor, the terrace has no view - just the sky - this was a little bit disappointed - expected the pool/garden view.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. The location was good as it was a relatively quiet area.
Cons: For the first day, the WiFi was not working and subsequently neither was the Tv. This meant it was difficult for us to research things to do and taxis. The hotel booked taxis for us but they were very expensive. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 8 but we often had to wait 30 -45 minutes. We opted for the suite with the large terrace which had beautiful photos online. The actual terrace was not as sumptuous as the photos as there was a complete lack of cushions etc. the glass balustrade around the terrace was dirty and dusty. We understand the area will bring dust but regular cleaning would amend this. We opted to eat on two evenings at the hotel and the food was nice but pricey for what we received . There was not any reception staff on site for our final morning and we wanted to settle the bill for food/city tax prior to leaving. The breakfast lady was very helpful and called the owner who spoke with me on the phone and this was sorted. We were unfortunate in that there was a family in the room next to us who were extremely noisy. One morning, the couple decided to have a furious argument which resulted in the man shouting for at least 45 minutes. My partner knocked on their door to ask them to calm down but they did not answer and continued. On our final night, the same family arrived back at the hotel very late and prevented me from sleeping for several hours due to their noise. The garden area was pleasant to view but some of the furniture was dated and dirty. The outside bed was filthy and we would recommend getting rid of it. We love animals and made friends with the local cats. However, the lawn was littered with cat faeces. This has the potential to be a gorgeous place to stay. The staff were lovely on the whole but we would say that staffing needs to be increased in order to maintain the property outside and to ensure that the advertised services are available when they are supposed to be available.

Cons: The most unhygienic place we have stayed. We were place in family suite on the lower ground floor. The room and bathroom smelled of urine. The staff(Khalid) is aggressive with bullying behaviour in front of my two daughters age 8 and 4. The room we were placed in had sliding door to which lower ground yard- the door lock was broken and we were unable to lock during the nighty. ( unable to sleep constantly worrying if someone is going to walk-in especially with my young family) I am not trying to be awkward or unfair but the honest truth it is disgusting. The staff would change their name on every visit talking to them so they are not held accountable. The manager Layla inspected the room with me face-to-face and stated the room was not suitable for any guest however kept us there for two night before moving us to another another 1st floor which was at best basic and barely adequate. I ask for the refund after the first night ( we had paid for 4 nights in advance) how’ve constantly blamed Booking.com and kept mentioning seek a refund from them. I mentioned simply give us refund for the 3 nights to come as we are happy to find accommodation else where however was not happy to help. Once again I’m not trying to be awkward or unfair in my review however this is the truth so please book this accommodation with caution

Le Calme parmi les travaux incessant je peux comprendre que le Maroc est en plein essor mais bon, on vient quand même pour la tranquillité. Mais le personnel aux petits soins, toujours discret.
Cons: De mettre fait volé une Go Pro dans le tiroir du meuble de ma chambre, a l'emplacement de la télévision il y'avais un énorme trou pas très esthétique pour un soit disant 5* et pareille pour la grande glace mural un énorme trou, la porte de la salle de bain commence à être dur à ouvrir non la Villa Saphir n'est pas un 5* peut être 2* suffiront mais sachez quand même qu'il n'y a pas d'Etoiles dans les Riad.

Cons: Cependant, nous avons été déçu car le prix est bien au delà de la prestation proposée. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux par rapport au prix que nous avions payé. La chambre n’était pas très propre, table de chevet et sol sale à notre arrivée ( et le ménage dans la chambre n’a été fait qu’une fois en 4 jours) . La salle de bain n’est pas fonctionnelle (fuite d’eau). La décoration de la chambre et de la villa est impersonnelle.

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable dans ce riad à Marrakech. Tout était tout simplement parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare, toujours aux petits soins, chaleureux et très professionnel. La chambre était impeccable, propre, joliment décorée, avec tout le confort nécessaire. La cuisine était délicieuse, authentique et pleine de saveur. La piscine est propre, calme et très agréable pour se détendre. L’ambiance générale du riad est paisible, familiale, on s’y sent comme chez soi, mais en mieux ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je reviendrai sans hésiter ❤️

Le personnel était prêt à satisfaire chacune de vos demandes (Merci Ahmed et Achraf pour votre gentillesse et votre sourire quelque soit l'heure). La villa est superbe, décorée avec goût !
Cons: Un quartier en chantier (bruit et poussière) mais le pire était le manque de respect des clients au sein de la villa ( hurlements, claquage de portes de bon matin, élan pour se jetter dans la piscine malgré l'affichage au sein de la villa, les enfants qui courent partout dans la maison pendant que les parents dorment au bord de la piscine bref...). Si vous souhaitez vous détendre, ce n'est malheureusement pas l'endroit et malgré mes plaintes répétées, la réponse du personnel fut simplement on est désolé comme s'il ne pouvait pas intervenir de peur de froisser mais qu'en est-il des autres clients ? Je suis une habituée de Marrakech et je paie plus cher pour loger dans ce genre de villa justement pour le service, le silence qu'il y règne normalement. C'était ma première et ma dernière fois là bas !

It was very far from the city and we had to take a taxi every day. The hotel arranged a private taxi to be with us, because there were no taxis from the city to the hotel.

Example: nous n’avons pas pu dîner un vendredi soir car il aurait fallu les informer avant 18h30, sauf que cette information ne nous a pas été communiquée. Pas de restos à proximité, on a dû négocier pendant 2h pour avoir une omelette;) Et ce n’est qu’un exemple parmi tant d’autres!

Le séjour dans ce riad était mitigé. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider ( Achraf , Ahmed et Othmane : de vrais professionnels ) ce qui est un vrai point positif. En revanche, plusieurs aspects ont gâché l'expérience : le petit déjeuner est identique chaque matin, sans variété, ce qui devient vite lassant. Le riad est assez éloigné du centre, ce qui complique les déplacements, surtout le soir. De plus, la présence de chantiers à proximité rend l’endroit bruyant en journée. Dommage, car le cadre avait du potentiel .

O atendimento. Todos muito simpáticos, principalmente o Achraf, que foi sempre muito prestável e tentou, dentro das possibilidades, tornar a nossa estadia o mais confortável e agradável possível. O quarto também era muito confortável. Se procura um alojamento calmo e com privacidade, é uma boa escolha, pois como tem poucos quartos, sentiamo-nos como numa casa privada.
Cons: Distância aos centros. A volta só existe terra batida e casas em obras. Tem que se andar a pé 1km para encontrar um lugar mais urbanizado. Fomos em regime de meia pensao, mas arrependemo-nos porque praticamente só tem 2 comidas diferentes. A variedade de comida também é muito limitada ao pequeno-almoco.

Cons: バスルームのアメニティが全く泡立たず、使い物にならなかった。夕食をホテルで食べたかったのだが、提供時間が20時半からと遅く、飲み物さえオーダーできなかった。デリバリーサービスを提案されたが選択肢が少なく残念だった。 朝に空港までタクシーを利用しようとしたが値段が高く、交渉が必要だったので、旧市街・新市街へのアクセスは難しいと思う。

This riad is perfect for some resting, it is out of the city, in the suburbs. You cannot walk to anything, need a car or taxi. Just relax at the riad. Staff were very nice, the food was great.
Cons: The Spa was not working. They said there was a Spa 15 away by car. There is a construction next door, so it was noisy during the day.

The room was massive! The sheer size and comfort of the bed! The whole property and where it is located is quiet and serene. Which helps with relaxing. The food that was served in the venue was great and the breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious! The room has tons of storage which would be great for a family of 3 (or even 5!!) The bathroom was equally big with a jacuzzi equipped bathtub which is much needed after a day of walking and day tripping. The room was kept clean throughout our stay. The attendant would make sure to come in only when we were not in the room. A special mention needs to be given to Arif who was at reception. He was a true gentleman. Alway very helpful and always ready to help with the smallest things. He went out of his way to prepare a breakfast for us before the serving time on our last day since we were leaving on an early flight, which was mighty nice of him.
Cons: The distance from the city centre. While I knew that the property was away from all the noise and bustle of the city, I didn't know that cab drivers would be hesitant pick us up or drive us back. However the hotel does have some contact of some drivers who would be willing to drive you into the city and back. Spa was unfortunately closed for renovations when we went.

Very nice villa with very posh looking amenities.The staff were extremely kind , Accommodating me to sterilize my 3 month old babies bottles and offering to wash all the laundry. Very wide and comfortable bed.
Cons: One of the two sinks in the bathroom was clogged , i think from occupants before us. Also, the sliding doors to the terrace didn't lock. The location is hard to reach, will need your own car. I belive that the accommodation also arranges transport

The riad is outside the city with a drive to the center taking around 15min and no services in walking distance. With that said the hotel itself was really nice and the pool is a big plus. The staff was very supportive and friendly.

Pire après le hammam, la chambre de massage était tte froide c'est moi qui ai allumé la climatisation pour la rechauffé 🤦♂️ Les porte qui claque à 7h du matin puisque c'est très mal isolé. La télé faut pas être myope... Dieu merci j'avais une bonne réduction avec booking sinon j'aurais pleuré du sang .

Cons: L'emplacement , c'est un peu à l'écart , donc pas grand chose à faire dans les alentours... Nouveau quartier donc il faut prévoir le bruit des chantiers... La chambre était un peu froide le soir avant mon arrivée donc il fallait peut être mettre le chauffage avant pour mettre aux normes la température... Si non très bien pour un séjour court Le petit déjeuner basic ,il peut être mieux étant donné le standing de l'établissement.

All the information is in french (?) No coffee in the room, only tea. Loud doors and keys. Very dry breakfast, 80% of it is BREAD Rough bed, not very soft. Takes minutes to get warm water in the shower. Uncomfortable furniture on the terrass.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Le service était impeccable, avec un grand merci à Ahmed qui a pris soin de nous du début à la fin. Mention spéciale également au gardien de nuit, dont le nom m’échappe, pour sa gentillesse et son attention, ainsi qu’à la personne en charge du petit déjeuner, toujours aux petits soins. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville, offrant calme et tranquillité.
Cons: Deux petit bémol : la piscine n’était pas chauffé et dommage que le petit-déjeuner soit tous les jours le même.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas. il y a jute un bouilloire, pas de baignoire juste une douche. C'était correcte mais ne mérite pas 5 étoiles comme mentionné sur le site de booking.

Eine schöne Villa in einem etwas abgelegenen Lage. Das Areal rundherum war (Dezember 2024) noch eine Baustelle. Die Villa ist an sich sehr ruhig und unserem Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet, Das Bett groß und bequem. Das Frühstuck war wie überall in der Gegend gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war sehr professionell, freundlich und bereit zu helfen. Wir waren zufrieden, hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit dem Auto kann das Zentrum in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreicht werden, das Flughafen in ca. 20.
Cons: Wenn man die Anzeige liest, wird den Eindruck vermittelt, es handelt sich um einen sehr luxuriösen und teure Unterkunft der gerade um einem Bruchteil des Preises angeboten wird. Ja, die Villa ist schön, aber von echtem Luxus ist noch entfernt. 3 Beispiele: Unserem Zimmer war schon eingerichtet, der Boden bestand aber aus einem fake Parkett aus Plastik. Das Fernseher klein und hängt in einem unschönen Kabelsalat, auf Niveau von einem 2 Sterne Hotel und nicht mehr. Und obwohl Kaffee im Zimmer versprochen wird, war nur Tee und nur 1 Tasse zu finden. Schade, mehr Ehrlichkeit würde nicht schaden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerade noch OK, weil verbilligt, sonst deutlich überteuert.

De kamers zijn zeer groot met een terras, groot (redelijk hard) bed en een bad. Het ligt niet ver van de luchthaven en het eten was lekker en correct geprijsd. De ober bij het eten was zeer vriendelijk, we vroegen om buiten te eten en dat was geen enkel probleem.
Cons: Het personeel is zeer gereserveerd, niet echt een warm onthaal hier hoewel je een welkomst drankje krijgt. Bovendien doen ze alsof je een super promo krijgt, maar dat is elke dag zo… het hotel is moeilijk vindbaar en in een vreemde wijk gelegen rond bouwwerven. Er is geen muziek bij het eten, alles is stil met een vreemd sfeertje tot gevolg. Vrouwen komen niet uit de keuken, je hoort ze maar ziet ze nooit. De kamers zijn niet geluidsdicht, we konden onze buren zeer goed horen jammer genoeg.

Cons: I was thinking that booking already charged me for one night stay and I have checked in at hotel and no one asked me about money. The next day while I checked out and hand in the keys I was about walking out and the hotel staff mentioned that no money received from booking.com. and I had to go back and check my bank account and booking.com website. I just hoped that they mentioned it once we checked in. But our stay was really good for one night.

Het is een mooie moderne villa circa 5 km van de stad. Mensen zijn super aardig,gastvrij en behulpzaam. Eten is beter dan in de restaurantjes in de stad, tegen een redelijke prijs.
Cons: De ligging van Riad is best ver van de stad en dagelijkse taxikosten lopen op. Gemiddeld betaal je tussen 30 en 40 euro heen en terug. Het zijn in het algemeen dollemansritten waar men ook vaak je eigen navigatie voor gebruikt. Je telefoon in een hand en met andere op de stuur. Een keer is het leuk maar de tweede keer is dat gewoon irritant. De chauffeurs zelf zijn overigens ook beleefd en vriendelijk.Een auto huren is misschien wel aan te bevelen maar je moet wel een beetje ervaring hebben met een volledige verkeerschaos. Aankomst in de rust van de villa is overigens dan ook extra leuk :)

Cons: Rapport qualité prix très mauvais car la villa est qualifié « villa de luxe » mais ce n’est pas réellement le cas. Pour commencer, dans la suite il n’y a même pas d’armoire pour ranger les habits, même pas de petit linge pour se sécher les mains ni de linge pour le sol. Nous avons réservés avec la mention « vu sur les champs de golf » mais attention parce que la suite familiale c’est au sous-sol … donc aucune vue de rien. Petit déjeuner est bien mais tous les jours exactement la même chose, plus de variété serait appréciée. Nous avons pris l’hôtel en last minute donc pour le prix qu’on a payé c’était parfait et je referai le séjour mais jamais pour le prix de base proposé.

Cons: I selected this property specifically to be able to have a massage or hammam after a very hard 3 day mountain climb. I was told on Thursday, the only full day i had at the property, that staff is working in another villa and I can’t have any treatment. Nowhere on the booking site was it mentioned that spa is not available on some days and therefore this is misleading and wrong selling. Villa is just a one off big money splash to build it but just a house and not adopted for various guests staying at the same time. I shared it with a big family who would come back every night 1am or 2am and be so loud. Needless to say villa is not sound proof and sound travels and echoes super loudly. So if you think you will have a well earned night of sleep i desperately needed, you won’t. In my opinion understaffed considering that everything i ordered took ages to come, a can of drink more than an hr once. Food was ok but not amazing, i’d say reheated rather than freshly prepared. I booked a room with a terrace to enjoy some privacy but without a shade it was not useable. Finally one night after big noisy family settled, something large landed on me and it was a giant cockroach which i ended up chasing around the room at 2.30am. On the way back they hired me a people van to take me to the airport?!? Pointless. Enjoyed a few swims and staff was generally kind but the whole set up is a bit off. And this is from someone who has spent few nights before sharing a room in a mountain refuge with 11 other people and an army of bed bugs. Ie not a princess and I can cope with a lot but when i book something more luxurious to rest and recharge then i expect it and this wasn’t it unfortunately. Also it doesn’t hurt to spend 10min a clean the outdoors furniture rather than leave it all looking utterly neglected and dirty. Came out feeling exhausted and sleep deprived. Still loved the sunshine:)

You can park inside the compound, if space allows, or out on the street with no problem. Friendly on-site staff and very good communication ahead of our visit. No TV. Decent internet. O Riad está localizado numa zona tranquila, perfeito para quem vai de carro. Tem espaço para estarmos à vontade e muita paz para descansarmos longe da confusão de Marrakech. Os quartos eram confortáveis e a limpeza era boa. A piscina foi muito boa para relaxarmos num dia de calor.
Cons: O pequeno almoço tinha pouca variedade e demorava muito tempo mesmo no dia em que pedimos para uma hora certa por termos uma visita marcada. Quando reservámos não sabíamos que o quarto, apesar de ter terraço, seria numa cave o que nos faz sentir um pouco presos. A casa também não tem acesso a um rooftop para os hóspedes apreciarem a vista para a cidade.

Cons: Lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido la ubicación. No conocía la ciudad y pensé que estaríamos un poco más céntricos. La caja fuerte de la habitación me ha parecido ridícula y muy insegura (es una caja en una estantería del armario sin ningún anclaje). También tienen que mejorar la limpieza. En el baño había telarañas en una esquina.

Very clean and spacious room. Beautiful villa and although it was a bit outside Marrakesh the surroundings seemed to be very safe. We were allowed to park our car at the villa for an extra day as well which was very much appreciated. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was great and plenty of food. It was only 3-5 euro to take a taxi/uber into Marrakesh.

The host was amazing she helped us organize stuff outside of the accommodation, as we had a tour the next day with different company from centre she organised the pick up for us with the driver, she accommodated very early breakfast for us and was extremely helpful. The place is just beautiful, the rooms the pool area, the lobby, the staff everything was just perfect. I can recommend this for a very good value beautiful get away from the city centre chaos, I hope to come back to this place!

We were very impressed by the accommodation. From the very first moment, they were willing to let us check-in early, after a warm reception with tea. The service at this place is the standout winner of all assessment criteria, and that’s a big compliment given that there’s barely anything to complain about. The room is cleaned and arranged daily, the breakfast is delicious and enough to keep you full the whole day, the pool and spa are exceptionally equipped, and I can go on and on. The only negative thing (which is beyond the accommodations locus of control) is the location. The villa is slightly outside town, making it expensive and difficult getting to the areas where life happens. However, if you’re looking for rest and a place to lie under the sun, riad villa Saphir is the place for you.

Petit déjeuner non varié, non équilibré, pas de salade de fruits, un petit jus d'orange blindé de pulpe seulement et on ne pense même pas à vous donner une carafe d'eau ! Et le pire si vous prenez le petit déjeuner après 10h,ils vous le facturent 14 € je trouve ça très chère pour ce qu'ils proposent. On nous demande pas non plus notre avis concernant le petit déjeuner, j'ai été servi en œuf alors que je n'aime pas ça le matin, du coup, c'est du gaspillage. J'ai eu aussi un matin du pain réchauffer, je me demande si ce n'était pas du pain de la veille. Les m'semen sont plongé dans l'huile de friture ils sont croustillant à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur...Aucune légèreté, aucun moelleux...Concernant les chambres et la villa, les fenêtres sont mal nettoyer, il y a des bêtes mortes qui traînent sur le bord de la fenêtre dans les escaliers... La baignoire spa ! Parlons-en... Les buses sont vert de gris et il n'y en a que 6. Donc plus de bruit que de bien ! En terrasse, vous n'avez qu'une chaise pour 2 voir 3 puisque ma chambre avait un lit double plus un lit simple. Il n'y a pas de discrétion non plus avec le voisin, la terrasse est séparé par des pots ! Un paravent n'aurait pas été de refus. Il n'y a qu'une tasse aussi dans la chambre... Bref, je trouve ça trop chère pour le peu de prestation proposée... Le ménage est aussi effectué sans votre consentement, vous avez beau avoir les clés avec vous, eux ont des doubles. J'ai été surprise de voir qu'on m'a rangé mes produits de beauté dans ma pochette. Ce n'est pas grave en soi, mais bon, les clients ne sont pas consultés, on ne leurs demandent pas leurs avis. Tout ça pour dire que malgré l'endroit et la beauté, ça ne vaut pas le prix ! Je suis grave déçue surtout que c'était un cadeau de mon mari !

This Riad is beautiful!! My room was large with high ceilings and a huge terrace! It was awesome to have because I just wanted to relax and read out on the terrace for the first few days. The food was delicious and they even had pizza, sandwiches and fries for those less adventurous.
Cons: It would be nice I it was closer to Medina, but since I had book tours that picked me up I didn't mind.

Cons: Existe algum barulho de manhã quando se inicia a hora do pequeno almoço. Um dia, apesar de querer dormir até mais tarde, as empregadas de limpeza falavam bastante alto no quarto do lado e vieram ao meu quarto apesar de ter avisado. O ar condicionado não estava a funcionar. Felizmente o quarto era no rez do chão e deu para suportar. Diria que faltam alguns objectos que melhoram o conforto: sítio para colocar a escova de dentes, cabides. O local não está bem indicado e para quem chega à noite, torna.se difícil. É importante referir que a zona não tem restauração por perto. Aconselho o aluguer de um carro. Fiquei desiludida com o pequeno almoço visto que não como muitos doces (crepe bolo e compotas), esperava produtos naturais (queijo vache qui rit ?) e mais variado (não havia iogurte nem cereais). É servido à mesa.

Immaculate interior, bedroom and bathroom nice and big, large rooms, high ceilings, pool and pool area clean and quiet. The animals, loved that staff fed the strays and hope they keep doing so. Hope they start giving them proper water, so they don’t have to drink pool water. Pool water can make them sick, so would really be good if that could be done. Staff were so friendly. A birdbath would be great too, to hear some bird noises and see them. Loved the view from the room, area is safe and feels nice to be away from town centre as I didn’t really like it. Felt good to get back to the house.
Cons: NOT soundproof as advertised, no Tv, food was a bit repetitive, we had to move to a different place for the last night as the neighbours for 3 nights were very very loud! I did complain and was told it’s being taken care off… unfortunately not. Not the quiet relaxing few days we wanted. Building noises, as they build next door, but was ok for me. Wasn’t all day and quiet at night. Would have expected at least some sort of compensation for the room noises, we barely slept. It sounded like they were in our room, loud vomiting and other noises, coming back very late, it came from 2 different rooms and I even asked for the quietest room… disappointing really. Last night we slept in the room downstairs… but we paid for the presidential suite, very unhappy we didn’t get a refund for that. A suite downstairs with a shower, small bathroom and no view at all, is not the same as a presidential suite with view, with a jacuzzi bath and a larger room. (I’m pregnant and wanted my last holiday to be perfect) … Only reason we be returning is to visit the cats again as they really made my stay, we love animals. We would love to meet the staff again, but wouldn’t be staying for the night as that was just so disappointing.

Cons: Sur place, une galère pour trouver la chambre... Mr jawad a du appeler à plusieurs reprises pour trouver la bonne chambre... Certe, il est nouveau dans le métier mais la faute au responsable a dû laisser les clés de la chambre et les étapes à suivre pour qu'on reste pas beaucoup de temps à attendre. La tv qui marche pas, la clim non plus... L'eau chaude faut ouvrir le robinet et attendre des années pour que ça soit bon... Pas beaucoup de serviettes tous les glaces de la villa sont sales faur penser à les nettoyé de temps en temps, et le petit déjeuner faut pas s'attendre à beaucoup de choses à ce prix t'aura un buffet petit déjeuner.

We wanted to stay with comfort & outside the main city walls but easy access. The Riad has a link with a local driver who is multilingual, fixed prices & can take you anywhere. The Rooms are spacious/ modern; we had a sun terrace outside our room & they have their own Hannah & spa

Very comfortable and well maintained facility with helpful staff. The pool is a great amenity in warm days. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in the room with terrace and it was great to sit out and sunbathe or watch sunset and sunrise. Highly recommended and will definitely return

Cons: Nous nous sommes sûrement trompé d'endroit en faisant la réservation! Située dans un lotissement, nous avons decouvert une grande villa concue pour y vivre en famille. Le terrain ( lotissement) est réduit autour de la villa. La piscine située entre la villa et la rue est très vite à l'ombre début novembre, avec quelques " brouettes" alignées sur la petite surface herbeuse disponible Nous avions réservé la suite avec terrasse... à éviter absolument !!! Elle est située en plein sud... sans aucune possibilité de se mettre à l'ombre. Elle est grande, mais totalement Inutilisable. Quel dommage!!! Nous n'avons trouvé aucun charme à cet endroit, à tel point que nous avons souhaité partir après une nuit, alors que nous en avions réservé trois...

Cons: This hotel doesn’t offer suites. Only family rooms, no where close to the 538sq ft in the room description. We were given one room, with 3 beds. No separate living space, kitchen or amenities in the description. Clearly, the owner is trying to scam the customer. Half the things offered in the description were not provided. No tv, mini bar, no coffee/tea, no “suite” at all. After a dispute, the owner agreed to refund my money but the description with all the inconsistencies is still on booking.com as of the time of this writing. Also, hotel is far from the city, it took 45 minutes for us to wait to get a pick up.

This villa is the perfect get away if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the sun shine. The staff here are so accommodating they provide you amazing food and any request they will rush around to deliver. The food is amazing on site we ordered here for the 3 nights we stayed and each time we loved it!! The breakfast was a amazing selection of pastries, pancakes, omelettes, meat and cheese, Always cooked to perfection. The staff are so happy to see you and so helpful we absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The room is stunning big comfortable bed, so clean and tidy.
