Centrally located though less so than it seemed on the map. Very pretty decoration in the rooms and the coffee corner. The shower room was nicely decorated too and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and we were warm and dry (it rained cats and dogs for two days !)

Cons: The breakfast was good but they do not offer dinner at the weekend (we didn’t realise) which seemed a bit illogical.

Riad pulito e ben arredato. Buona la posizione, a piedi si raggiunge tutto anche la piazza Jemaa el fna (a 10 minuti). Colazione ricca, abbondante e buona. La Spa con Hammam e massaggio all’interno è molto comoda.

Cons: Nulla in particolare.

Gerne wieder.

Cons: Overall, our stay was okay. The only issue we had (which ruined our whole experience with this Riad) is that there was no one available to help us with checkout. We explicitly informed the staff that we would be checking out in the morning around 7am (not that early!) as we had to catch a flight. When the time came, there was no one available, all lights off and all doors locked, despite our multiple attempts to locate someone to help. As a result we had to leave without checking out properly otherwise we would have missed our flight home. Since reaching home, I have been trying to pay for the city charge that was due despite the Riad acknowledging it was their fault and apologising for the inconvenience. It has been impossible to deal with them and even told me to transfer the balance to the riad worker’s personal bank account (incredibly suspicious!). They are not a professional business and I will not recommend them to anyone.

The riad is beautiful and extremely well designed with multiple courtyards and seating areas. Both pools were lovely (main courtyard and rooftop), and the roof was very comfortable for hanging out. The family suite was perfect for our family of 3 and provided plenty of space. Yassine was super helpful and helped us get our laundry washed and helped us find a driver we needed for a transfer later in the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The riad is located about an 8 minute walk from where a car can drop you off and you need to navigate your way through the medina to find the riad. It worked out fine for us, but if you are not a confident traveler I could imagine this would feel daunting.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this riad. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true haven – a calm, peaceful retreat right in the midst of the lively and chaotic streets of Marrakech. The air conditioning was an absolute necessity in the searing 44-degree summer heat, and we were so grateful for how cool and comfortable the rooms stayed. The riad itself is beautifully kept – spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and full of charming details that made it feel really special. The staff were wonderful – always polite and attentive without ever being intrusive. They provided us with fresh water regularly, which was much appreciated in the heat, and there was always an abundance of soft, fluffy towels to hand. The pools were a dream – cool, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. And the breakfasts were nothing short of amazing – fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. Truly a wonderful place to escape the noise and bustle of the medina. We wouldn't hesitate to return and wholeheartedly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a tranquil, luxurious base in Marrakech.

Cons: Nothing.

Amazing location, beautiful interior and best of all - the staff, esp Amina were just so lovely. Amina couldn't have done enough for us, from helping us negotiate with a seller and deal with a tricky local (we were two ladies travelling alone). He was kind, professional and so knowledgeable. I'd go back tomorrow if I could - the perfect little Riad and a slice of peace away from the energy of the souks.

We loved the people , the breakfast , the heated pool and the welcome tea!

Cons: We had a few issues. The curtains we got at first did not cover the light but the staff quickly resolved the issue by placing some temporary courtains, however we could then not have natural light during our stay. The wifi was also a problem at first as it was nor very good, later on it became better as they installed a new router in the room. The bed was like sleeping on the floor, extremely hard so we didn’t enjoy that part but we were told all beds in the property were the same. Overall for the price we paid we thought it was a good deal but it kinda felt as if the room we had was the worst in the entire property so i suppose that was the reason for the reduced price. all in all it was great and the staff was so nice, we loved all the interactions we had as they always made us feel welcome.

Down a laneway in the bustling Medina just off Ben Youssef square this Riad is so quiet and a lovely escape. We woke to sounds of the birds in the orange trees . On our arrival evening we booked dinner and it was just us and so authentic and delicious and great value. Highly recommend doing a Massage at the Riad too. The indoor pool is a little too close to the public area and breakfast tables but we loved the refreshing cold pool on the rooftop taking in some sunshine too. We had breakfast on the rooftop on our last morning which was most enjoyable. The bedroom was spacious like a 2 bed suite for 2 adults and 2 teens. Really comfortable and daily housekeeping service too. We were very well looked after and it is a great value for the quality. Delighted to recommend.

This is a beautiful Riad. The staff also really made this place - as the face of the Riad, Yassine went above and beyond, and nothing was too much bother for him. He was such a warm, joyful, and welcoming host. Yassine takes the time to make everyone feel at home, and made some excellent suggestions about how to barter in the souks, how to be safe at night (as a lone female traveller) and even popped out to pick me up a data top-up for my phone. Whilst staying at the Riad, I had 2 x one-hour massages. This Riad has two secret weapons by the names of: Souade, and Bouchra. Both women were simply OUT OF THIS WORLD! I have had A LOT of massages in my time, and these two women would certainly take the top prize for being utterly PERFECT in every way. Mark my words, you will remember these massages for the rest of your lives!!!

Cons: Nothing. I had a delightful stay.

The property is very well designed, comfortable, clean, good communication and great service. We stayed in the Junior Suite, the light filtering through the glass windows from the courtyard into the room, as mentioned in other reviews, did not bother us. There were no issues with privacy. Communication prior to arrival was good, service was professional and friendly. Location was perfect, in the middle of the Medina. Book the airport transfer with them, especially if you’re arriving late and with baggage. The taxi will take you to the outskirts of the Medina where you will be met by a staff member with a cart, from there it’s a quick 8-10 minute walk. Having a Hammam on site was a plus, I recommend the scrub followed by a 1 hour massage for 50 Euros.

Cons: Nothing. We found it as described and the room was well appointed.

Everything was just ok. Room was nice enough, bed comfortable, it was clean.

Cons: Have stayed in many other cheaper riads that were better over all. Patchy WiFi and then no WiFi for 24 hours - making it impossible to plan anything and communicate with back home. Riad felt like it was under construction - pool was being re done, always random people around - it seemed like 3 riads were joined into one, service missing the Moroccan hospitality - no mint tea on arrival or any refreshment, no smile.

The staff was very helpful and attentive, we felt comfortable from the very beginning. The location was great as well, and even though it was located in a busy area, the riad was pure peace and quiet. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the rooftop and its pools on a hot day after exploring the city. Plus, the food was excellent.

The first half of my trip was perfect, the staff were amazing, giving me advice on my stay and any help I needed. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast and facilities were good.location is good but does require 10 minute walk from nearest taxi area but that’s ok provided you’re not returning late at night (I did and I had no problems but I wouldn’t recommend)

Cons: In the second half of my stay, I randomly came back to find builders in my room drilling holes in my wall, the furniture all moved about and taking apart the air con for the best part of the day. Following which the air con leaked water all night. I then told the staff in the morning, nothing was done until I chased it up at 2 in the afternoon, someone came an hour later to fix it and I was then asked if it was okay for more builders to come and cover the holes in the wall! I specifically said NO as I was leaving early the following morning and asked if they could do it when I’d checked out the next day. I returned to my room an hour later to find people in there working anyway! This let down the property, was incredibly unprofessional and outrageous that they continued building works in my room after they asked if it was okay and I said no. I essentially lost 2-3 days of going into my hotel room with no A/C whilst the temperature was 45 Celsius outside!

The riad is very beautiful, with 2 pools that are not too small, which is rare to find in Medina. Breakfast was also nice, the employees were very kind and helpful.

Cons: The location that is really in the middle of the medina is not really safe, especially at night, we got scammed on the street near the riad, a person approached us and agressively forced showing us the way to the riad and asked money.

I am an interieur design student, so I loved the decorations!! That was the first thing I was attracted to while looking on booking. It was exactly like the pictures!! The fact that everything is nearby by walking is also a plus+++

Cons: Honestly, I liked everything. My friend would’ve maybe said about it’s location, but we made it work. We just left our high heels at the Riad🤣

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff was OUTSTANDING!!!, As was the food, the hospitality, and accommodations at Riad et Spa Misria Les Oliviers were top notch. Breakfast was served on the rooftop each morning which was both delicious and a great atmosphere. We had dinner at the Riad the first night we arrived which was terrific and cozy. The rooftop pool was a great treat especially after a long day in the sun/heat. Our room was so clean and comfortable! We had two adults and two kids and it was a perfect arrangement. The Riad helped us arrange transportation to/from the airport with a gentleman to carry our luggage by cart through the streets of the medina - which was especially helpful upon arrival as it is difficult to navigate at first. They also arranged a day trip for us to the Ourika Valley which I highly recommend. But most importantly the tour guide they hooked us up with was both wonderful but the price was also super reasonable. This is a no brainer if you’re looking to stay in the medina. Lastly, my husband and I got hammam spa treatments - 20 min scrubs and 60 min massages. Price was very reasonable (had a hammam treatment in Toronto for 3x this amount). Definitely recommend.

Cons: If you’ve never visited Marrakech before or the medina, don’t be alarmed or disoriented upon arrival. It feels like you’re walking down a random alley but it’s gorgeous once you walk through the doors.

Amine and Yassin offered great service. Always on hand, always with good advice and suggestions. Kind, empathetic, and very helpful. Their personalities give the Riad an authentic Moroccan flavour. Beautifully designed rooms. Great bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Wonderful design touches. Pool area on the roof is much bigger, and more impressive than the pictures suggest. Beautiful and quiet. Next to Ben Youssef mosque, the ancient heart of the city, and totally safe for tourists, male and female. Take a Tok Tok, the local equivalent to a Tuk Tuk for getting around the Medina, which is car free. More thrilling than a rollercoaster!!

Cons: Michel, the owner, was on site. Never bothered to introduce himself, or interact with the guests. Totally absent from the Riad experience. This Riad accepts kids. Fine if the parents control them. On my visit, two feral children, woke everyone up at 7.00am. Not the time to be disturbed whilst on vacation. Management spoke with the parents, but it did not make a big difference. Better if there is a no child policy. Breakfast was just okay. No choice of fresh fruit, or any local foods of interest. Entrance to the Riad looks like the exit. A bad first impression, until you pass through to the main public areas.

We had an incredible stay at Riad Misria, and it was made even more special by the hospitality of Amin and Yassine. Yassine went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, assisting us with everything we needed. We really appreciated the personalized recommendations and guidance from Amin and Yassine on places to visit and things to do in the area. Overall, our experience at this Riad truly made our experience unforgettable. We can highly recommend this Riad, and we will never forget the kind people we met here.

Beautiful riad and room. The biggest of the three we stayed in. We took a suite with a “living area,” and were blown away by the pretty bathroom - a luxury in morocco ;) it’s located in the heart of Medina…. Fun for shopping and sightseeing, but difficult to get to.

Cons: We had a hiccup with getting there - I asked them for help transporting our bags from the first riad to this one, and they offered to send a carriage but asked me to call to arrange it. I explained that I couldn’t make calls on my phone, and told them where and when they could meet us. Borrowed a phone and the number they gave us didn’t work, so we had to take a taxi. Annoying, but happens. Would’ve appreciated if they could just use the messaging. (But when we arrived, the employee was friendly and explained a lot.) It’s right in the middle of the Medina, so impossible to get too close with taxi. (About a ten min walk with bags). Additionally, the souk closes at 8, so you have to plan your route to and from. Finally, I picked the room for its fireplace, as advertised, but there was no wood / materials in the room to use it. Would’ve been nice for the chilly night.

The hotel was delightful. The staff were really helpful, the breakfast of a high standard and varied each day. The roof top area was ideal with private seating area's and sunbeds. The staff could speak a wide range of languages. The room was large with a nice bathroom, it had a massive bed however for me the mattress was too hard which is why I have marked this section down however other guests may well prefer this. I would strongly recommend the airport transfer as the hotel would be very difficult to find in the maze of Marrakesh. A taxi cannot take you directly to the hotel due to the narrow streets so the transfer also includes a person to collect you and take your bags in a pull along cart through the streets straight to the hotel door which was a ten minute walk. Once you have orientated yourself the hotel is easy to locate in a central location within walking distance of all of the inner City attractions. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and Marrakesh as a superb City to visit.

Feels like being in someone’s lovely and beloved home. The owners are so friendly, they make one feel like a guest rather than a paying customer. The other travellers there also get into the spirit; there is a lovely sense of community and of people going back to this riad time and time again. That’s very special.

The Riad is kind of a hidden gem in the middle of the amazing Madinet of Marrakech. The Riad offers an amazing feeling of what was it like to live in Marrakech in older ages, so it is kind of a time traveling through years back to see Marrakech in the old ages. Additionally, the staff was amazing. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly and are willing to offer and help with any request you have. I also have to specifically pinpoint: Yassin, who was amazing with everything, helping us with anything, and making us an amazing breakfast :D

Cons: Nothing much not to like; The only thing is the street is too quiet and in a very seclusive area, which makes you a bit skeptical walking back at night, but we were affirmed by the staff that it is safe. and we never had any issue.

The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the main square. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, which was absolutely excellent

Cons: The riad's actual name differs from the one on Booking, causing initial difficulty in finding it due to a similar-named riad on the other side of the city. Additionally, despite requesting airport pick-up as suggested by the owner during the booking, nobody came, and they encountered payment issues. Furthermore, we encountered issues with contactless payment for the room. Despite the problem not being attributed to my card, the owner showed little understanding despite our good intentions. Regrettably, the owner did not offer any apologies or gestures of goodwill for these problems.
