Tout était parfait ! La chambre 3 personnes est très agréable, spacieuse et pratique. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et c’est toujours très propre. L’accueil est plus que sympathique, toute l’équipe était aux petits soins avec moi qui voyageait toute seule, ils n’hésitaient pas à me commander des taxis même au milieu de la nuit pour me savoir en sécurité. Petite mention spéciale à Mohammed qui était présent toutes les nuits, très serviable et avec qui j’ai pu discuter durant tout mon séjour ! L’emplacement est calme, l’accès à la médina est simple avec des taxis (15 min environ), pas mal de services à proximité également. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette semaine à vos côtés !

Thi initial impression of the surrounding area can be a bit daunting, but don't let the exterior discourage you! Once we step inside, it is an entirely different experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The entire personnel were professional and friendly, especially Mohamed, who went above and beyond to assist us with all our requests. The breakfast was great and a wonderful way to start the day.

La gentillesse du personnel , les petites attention envers les enfants . Le personnel étaient au petit soin pour nous .
Cons: Nous avons été un peu déçus à notre arrivée car la piscine était hors d’usage à cause d’une fuite, et des travaux étaient en cours. Malheureusement, l’eau s’est infiltrée dans notre chambre située juste en dessous, ce qui n’était pas agréable. La piscine a été remise en service seulement le jour de notre départ, ce qui est dommage car c’était un des critères principaux de notre choix. Cependant, le personnel a été vraiment gentil et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, ce qui a en grande partie effacé ce mauvais côté. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour plus agréable malgré ce contretemps.

Really kind people, would recommend. Beds were good, we didn’t have a window so we were obliged to sleep with AC. It was also 36 degrees in the night so yeah. But they got all the facilities you need.

Maison Ka est très bien située, à 5min du centre ville et moins de 10 min de l’aéroport. Le quartier est calme et bien desservie. L’accueil très chaleureux du personnel m’a vraiment fait plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tout était très propre. La terrasse est sublime et il y’a une jolie piscine et un spa. Notre séjour était agréable. J’ai pris soin de bien enregistrer cet établissement pour y retourner à chaque départ à Marrakech.

Personnel excellent, maison extrêmement propre ( moi qui suis très exigeant), intérieur coloré joyeux agréable et très beau, terrasse nickel et petite piscine suffisante pour enfants ou pour détente adulte. Clim qui fonctionne à merveille aussi bien dans les chambres qu'en dehors. Ma femme avait oublié sa bague et après un appel elle a était mise de côté puis récupéré.
Cons: Mini bar plein mais payant donc pas de place pour mettre sa propre bouteille d'eau. Prix des boissons abusif.

Maison KA is echt een aanrader! Precies hoe een riad hoort te zijn. Het is super netjes, de kamer werdt dagelijks schoongemaakt. We zijn warm ontvangen door Mohammed Barane. Super host is Mohammed en enorm lief met de kinderen! Op het dak oftewel de sta7 is er een zwembad aanwezig. Waar onze kinderen heerlijk hebben gezwommen/gespeeld. Op het dak terras kun je overheerlijke pannenkoeken eten met een glaasje Marokkaanse munt thee na3na3. Ook kun je er terecht voor een lunch en diner. Zeker doen ! Nous avons très apprécié le séjour à KA maison, un accueil chaleureux (thé bien chaud sur la terrasse), prises en charge rapide, la chambre était propre et adaptée à notre besoin comme famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Chambre climatisée fait du bien à Marrakech pendant l’été. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux! Merci à tout le staff notamment Abdelhadi et Mohamed qui étaient attentifs aux petits détails pour rendre notre expérience agréable! J’ai demandé un petit déjeuner avec œufs au Khlie (viande séchée local), bien que pas dans la liste, ils l’ont ajouter et c’était très bon! Mon plus jeune a demandé un tacos au poulet et ils lui ramener bien que ce n’est pas dans le menu. C’etait seulement pour partager des quelques examples de l’agilité dans les services offerts en surplus.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our trip as memorable and fun as possible, especially Mohammed, he was available throughout the night. The rooms were really CLEAN and the hotel was safe. The hammam experience with Aya was better than any other. Aya and Hind were really friendly and we had some great conversations. The pool was cleaned every morning. Basically, the whole stay was perfect, beats any other hotel at the price. I wiuld most definitely recommend it.

La struttura è molto spaziosa, silenziosa, pulita e centrale. Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli e siamo stati molto bene. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. L’établissement est propre, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’accueil a été exceptionnel : le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le Riad est située dans un quartier populaire, animé et authentique, où l’on trouve tout ce qu’il faut au quotidien. C’est un vrai plus : on y découvre le vrai Maroc, loin des clichés touristiques, dans une ambiance locale et vivante. Une belle expérience que je recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent à vivre Marrakech autrement, en famille ou entre amis.

Fantastic stay in this beautiful Riad/ hotel!! Massive shout out to the fantastic hosts too who were not only incredibly friendly but also made sure we had everything we needed. The food is excellent, the Hammam treatments is exceptional. This has all what you need to spend great time in the sunny Marrakesh! Située dans un quartier populaire, la maison a du cachet avec son patio, sa terrasse sur le toit avec vue dégagée, les repas sont très bons, la sécurité totale, la literie exceptionnelle, l' insonorisation est très bonne et l' accueil est agréable.
Cons: La direction avait promis une navette gratuite jusqu'au centre de Marrakech, promesse non tenue, la navette jusqu'à l' aéroport ( 20€), le chauffeur téléphone en conduisant ce qui nuit à la sécurité des passagers.

The sheer effort and care the staff put in to making your stay perfect is amazing. Faysal and Mohammed were the kindest hosts we could have asked for. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds made every day and new towels. Tea whenever you return or would like some. My partner’s birthday was an exceptional experience at Maison KA Hotel Despite our late arrival, the dinner reservation went smoothly. The staff were prepared and helpful, making sure we were well taken care of. The staff deserve generous tips and pay rise too 😊 The following day we booked with the hotel Camel ride experience in the morning and In the evening we enjoyed the Bliss Hammam/ Spa package followed by the dinner at the rooftop; it's the best Hammam we've ever had. Cons: L’unico punto a sfavore è stata la zona dell’hotel, un po’ fuori dal centro e non proprio vivace la sera – anche se non ho avuto alcun problema, non trasmetteva una grande sensazione di sicurezza. Inoltre, il servizio taxi ha avuto qualche inefficienza: spesso era difficile comunicare con gli autisti, molti non parlavano inglese o non rispondevano alle chiamate, il che ha creato un po’ di confusione negli spostamenti.

Nous sommes restées 3 nuits dans ce riad qui nous a enchanté. Les lits étaient de bonne qualité, les chambres très propres, spacieuses et très confortables. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux, faits maison et préparés sous nos yeux. Nous y avons aussi dîné, tout était très bon, mention spéciale pour le tajine de viande aux pruneaux. Mais ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié c’est la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel. Toujours un sourire, un petit mot gentil, près à nous aider et à faire en sorte que nous passions un séjour parfait. Petit clin d’œil à Mohamed et Abdou qui ont vraiment été à nos petits soins. C’est sans aucune hésitation que nous recommanderons cet établissement, et avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and easy to help, thank you Faysal/ the manager and his team, made us feel very welcomed and gave us all tips for best program in Marrakesh. The hotel reception always available 24/7. If it is your first time or if you planing to go out and come back late at night - not all the hotels in Marrakesh have access/ taxi cannot drive inside medina small roads. We were very luckily to find this beautiful hotel with easy access.The hammam/ Spa treatment will make you feel like new person! Booked table for dinner for late arrival and the food was delicious, breakfast was divine. The rooftop so relaxing, the room very clean and it has all you will need for your stay. Thank you for looking after us. I will for sure book this place on my return to Marrakesh if I am lucky enough to secure a reservation :)

Le fait de réserver un taxi via l'hôtel, pour aller au restaurant et que le chauffeur a pris le chemin le plus long, pour finalement pas nous déposer au restaurant (les ruelles sont inaccessibles en voiture) et un "guide" a gentiment voulu nous y accompagner à pied, pour rendre service au chauffeur de taxi Finalement ce dernier a insisté lourdement pour que je paye son guidage jusqu' au resto alors que j'avais mon gps et n'avais pas demandé à ce qu'il me guide. J'ai trouvé ça vraiment désagréable comme expérience. Du racket organisé.

We spent 3 nights there. The staff of this place is exceptional. Everybody was helpful and nice. The main square of the medina is about 30 min walk. We walked there everyday and back even in dark and we felt safe.

The Staff was very nice. They helped us when we wanted to go to the old city by autobus. They also prepared tea for us when we arrived. The place was beautiful, the terrace (luxury area) was really great arranged. We didn't have the chance to use this space, but the view from terrace was stunning. The bed was comfortable, we have air conditioner and they gave us towels, cosmetics and bathrobes. If we ever came back to Marocco, it would great to stay in Maison Ka.

This was a last minute booking because we did not like our original riad so we decided to move. The staff were sooo accommodating and had our room ready for us just 1 hour after booking!! This was the best hospitality we received in the whole of Marrakesh and we stayed in many riads!! They even offered to post my Kindle back to me because I left it in the room before going to the airport. The hammam was AMAZING! This is definitely a must do and very good value for money. The bed was super comfortable and the food was really good quality and very tasty. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit in future. Thank you so much!

Ubicado algo lejos de la Medina pero en un paseo llegas y así puedes ver el entorno real de Marrakech. La verdad que si vuelvo repetiría sitio.
Cons: Los precios de la comida son elevados. Nos cobraron 10€ por cuatro vasos de leche y una botella de agua, cuando llegamos, si bien es cierto que llegamos tarde y no teníamos reserva de cena. Pero nos pareció elevado. Así como el desayuno que estaba muy bien ( abundantes) pero el primer día por 3 menús de desayuno nos cobraron 20€. Pero en la carretera principal hay una pastelería que se come súper y desayunamos por 7€ los 4 cada día.

Very easy access by taxi to the hotel door – be aware that access to most other Ryads/ hotels in Marrakech you will need to walk in little street for good 15 minutes to be able to have access to taxi. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We joined family for birthday celebration, we had a great time - we found the best place to celebrate our special occasions 😊. The food is excellent, all fresh and delicious. The Moroccan Hammam is the best body scrub and body retreat we ever had. I would recommend to pre-book this body Hammam retreat ahead – NOT TO BE MISSED- we would definitely recommend staying here for anyone going to Marrakech. See you soon!

The location at the entrance to the old town made it very easy access by taxi to the hotel door – Most riads and hotel in Marrakech in town centre you will need to walk at less 15/20 minutes walk to get the road to be able to get taxi- The hotel just few meters from the main road was great option to go out and come back at any time- taxi will drop you right at the door. Amal provided us with tips and ideas on how to organize our visit and even booked for us Desert tour and Hammam for our return. The rooms are quite nice and super clean with everything you need (shampoo, shower gel, hair drier..). The riad is super well decorated with beautiful sunny terrace with lungers and tables. Outside the hotel few meters away you have a street with shops that have anything you may need (bathroom, food, street food, McDonald, pastries..). Very trusted place where to enjoy quality time and very safe. The food is one of the highlights. The breakfast is delicious and healthy. We had to leave to leave at 7am and Mohamed kindly served us an early cooked breakfast. We had dinner at the riad and again, i would highly recommend, one of the best tagines we had! The final highlight and thank you, goes to the team (Abdelhadi and housekeeping ladies) which go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable! I would 100% recommend staying here.

Abbiamo usufruito dell'ottima cena marocchina servita in terrazza (occorre scegliere il menù anticipatamente). I nostri spostamenti per la Medina e per l'aeroporto sono stati gestiti direttamente da loro e ci siamo trovati benissimo. We had a fantastic time staying at this riad. A beautiful cosy place away from the madness of the souks and crowds. The riad has it all. Breakfast was exceptional - fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bread and pastries, for dinner we had Moroccan soup as starters, chicken tagine and lamb tagine as mains, all served by the excellent staff (big shout out to Amal and Abdelhadi and all other staff who were outstanding, everyone at this hotel is so friendly and helpful. The room and the bed is very comfortable the bathroom have all the equipment, you have extra blanket in the room if you prefer not to turn the heating on, extra heater available at reception but its quite warm on Marrakech. The hotel design has very special charm and very luxurious taste, the colours, the layout, the rooftop, every well thought of. We loved this place, the architect and the interior designer done great job with very high standards and very beautiful taste, makes you feel very welcome and very comfortable that you wish to stay longer. Even though Marrakech is busy, we did feel very safe there. Taxi/ car can drop you right in front of the hotel and reception service is available 24 hours a day and night to help you. We would definitely come back and recommend to others for a stay in Marrakech

The staff were super friendly and helping in any situation. The room and the facility in general were very clean and there was even a daily cleaning service.
Cons: The rooms have no window to the outside and no day light. This is misleading because in the pictures you see windows but in reality they open to a corridor inside the building and they are useless. So there is no fresh air and no natural light inside the rooms which was super annoying for us as we travel with a baby and spend more time inside. So we left the hotel earlier than we planned to.

Ce qu’on a apprécié c’est la gentillesse de toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans ce Riad. Toutes les personnes sont aux petits soins et sauront répondre à toutes les questions. Le Riad est aussi très bien décoré, le lieu est vraiment très joli !!
Cons: Le parking qui est annoncé gratuit et privé mais finalement qui ne l’est pas vraiment. Le parking se fait dans une station totale vraiment très proche du logement et peu cher malgré tout (1€ par nuit). Le temps ne permettait pas la baignade car il ne faisait pas très chaud lors de notre passage mais la piscine n’était pas en service alors qu’elle est marquée en service toute l’année sur booking.

L'accueil a été très chaleureux malgré une arrivée un peu tardive par rapport à l'heure prévue. Tout le monde est aux petits soins ! (Mention spéciale à Mohamed !) L'emplacement est idéal pour un départ aux différentes activités qu'offre Marrakech et sa région tout en étant populaire. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Maison KA is a real pearl just outside the medina. The personnel are all very kind and make you feel at home. We had dinner and breakfast at Maison KA and it was amazing. Probably one of the best places in Marrakesh in terms of value for money.

The most recommended hotel in Marrakech. We loved this beautiful hotel, communication was excellent. A driver was waiting for us at the airport- booked via the hotel- on arrival the hotel reception - it was one of the mangers- was waiting for us and open the door and came out to meet and greet us - Thank you Abdelhadi- helped us smoothly to get checked-in We found our table ready - we booked dinner on the arrival night- the food was delicious. Mohamed and Abedrrazak served us - they are very welcoming and alway smiling:) It was my partner first visit to Marrakech and we had the most wonderful, romantic time at Maison KA. The rooftop was incredible relaxing and all the staff were incredibly kind. Taxi and bus just outside the hotel if you wish to discover different areas of the city. We really recommend this wonderful hotel. Thank you again for this incredible experience. We will see you soon for sure 🙏

La qualité de la literie, très confortable, salle d’eau spacieuse, la zone restauration en roof top offre une vue sur Marrakech et le professionnalisme de Mohammed: nous sommes arrivés très tard et partir très tôt le lendemain matin. Mohammed a été à la fois présent et discret et n a pas hésité à réouvrir les cuisines pour nous donner une collation. Je reviendrai dans cet établissement lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech.
Cons: Le petit frigo dans la chambre était un peu trop bruyant. N’étant là que pour une nuit, la chambre attribuée donnait dans le hall d entrée et la porte n’était pas insonorisée.

Nous avons séjourné durant 3 nuits à la maison KA. L’accueil a été formidable : propreté extra, tout le confort nécessaire, literie très bien, chambre familiale agréable, le petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux, le dîner est fait maison, vraiment de qualité, et chacun des membres du personnel a été adorable et d’une grande gentillesse, à l’écoute de nos besoins, nous avons apprécié discuté avec eux (merci Mohamed et la gérante adorable)! Enfants très bien accueillis. Emplacement très facile, et dans un quartier que nous avons beaucoup apprécié , et facilité avec les taxis pour se rendre dans la médina , Nous recommandons cet endroit avec un rapport qualité prix rare 👍

Un peu loin de la place Jemaa El Fna mais ca permet de voir un quartier d'habitation de Marrakech. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

The Maison Ka was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful and they even let me leave a bag there while I went off travelling for a few days. Mohammed and Faysal especially were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Morocco.
Cons: The beds were slightly too firm for my personal taste but that’s if I’m being super critical. It was a very comfortable stay otherwise

Amazing value for money. Easy to get to Palmeraie and Gueliz. Great staff always very eager to help, from carrying suitcases to printing my boarding pass.
Cons: Bathroom smell, but could just be the specific room. I didn't bring it up with management so not fair to criticise too much, they helped out with everything else so probably would have taken care of this as well.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean inside. Friendly and helpful staff. The plunge pool and rooftop terrace are a bonus too.
Cons: The surrounding area is a bit intimidating when you first arrive, but the local people couldn’t be more friendly. The drain smell in the ground floor room was awful, but turns out you have to keep the plugs in the sink/shower when not using. No big deal if you remember to do that.

Basicamente de tudo. Toda a gente foi espetacular, sempre super atenciosos. As camas eram muito confortáveis e a limpeza bem melhor do que muitos hóteis de categoria superior. Os quartos não sendo excecionais (faltava uma janela para o exterior e não apenas para o pátio interior), possuem tudo para uma estadia agradável. O pequeno almoço como é tradicional Marroquino e eu não sou apreciador, ficou um pouco a desejar mas para quem gosta parece-me bem. Nós só tomamos o pequeno almoço no alojamento 1 dia.
Cons: A localização podia ser melhor. Realmente fica numa zona muito degradada da cidade, sentindo-se um pouco a insegurança e falta de salubridade. Mas nunca aconteceu nada de mal, aliás é a sensação que se vive no resto da cidade apenas talvez intensificada por ser uma zona mais distante do centro. Se fizermos todos os trajetos de carro nem nos apercebemos dessa aparente falta de segurança.

The hotel Riad staffs were very friendly and they have exceptionally customer service.. You are well looked after. The place was always clean and tidy. My kids love the small pool and the upstairs lounge. We had a really good time and we will definitely recommend this place. It is great value fir money and it is not too far from the Souks and Medina.

El Riad es una pasada, instalaciones bien cuidadas. Muy limpio. La piscina en la azotea viene fenomenal para refrescarse. El desayuno esta muy rico. El personal es encantador, los chicos de la recepción: Abdelhadi, abderazak. En especial gracias a Mousthapha, el chico de la noche, nos ayudó en todo. Siempre con una sonrisa. Muy tranquilo. Cerca hay un McDonald's que te salva de algún apuro.

El hotel es limpio, grande, las habitaciones grandes y limpias con camas muy cómodas y buenas duchas. La terraza muy bonita con hamacas y una piscina para refrescarte y la atención al cliente perfecta de parte de todos los trabajadores, inmejorable 10/10. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I forgot my backpack in a taxi and the manager of the property helped in recovering it. The pool area is very nice, the room and whole building was spotless. We are a family of 5, ( couple and 3 young adult children) and the room was very adequate with a separate area for 3 twin beds. The bathroom was very clean and spacious.
Cons: Nothing to blame on the property, just my own miscalculation but it’s a little far to walk to the Plaza Jamaa el afana, and Medina and talking 2 taxis for 5 was a little bit of a hustle. We walked a couple of time, about 20 mins. For 2 people, for instance would. Be much easier to go in small taxi ( easy to find around the property).

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en dernière minute pour remplacer un hôtel plus que décevant. Nous avons donc réservé le matin vers 9h et sommes arrivés vers 11h: la chambre était prête, le personnel nous attendait et quelqu'un est même venu nous chercher à l'angle de la rue. L'ensemble du personnel sans exception est adorable, discret, disponible H24, toujours de bon service! La confort et la propreté de la chambre. Les parties communes: terrasses, bassin, coin repos etc, sont très bien décorées, propres et agréables. L'hôtel se situe à l'entrée du quartier de la Palmeraie donc assez calme mais attention les taxis considèrent la palmeraie donc les tarifs sont un peu plus élevés.
Cons: La chambre donne directement sur le hall d'accueil donc cela peut-être un peu bruyant s'il y a du passage mais très rare et très calme la nuit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They accomodated an early breakfast and late dinner, which was kind. You could also pay by card. The Bed itself was hard but not uncomfortable to sleep on. Good air conditioner in the room to keep you cool.
Cons: I genuinely question if the reviews on here are authentic - our other riads were rated lower and were far nicer. The food was WAY overpriced and not great. We paid 1€ for a very small water bottle that should have cost only 0.25. The worst part of the stay was how horrible the bathroom smelled. I was sick the next morning from it and my clothes still smelled so bad the next day!!! The pillows are also overfilled and hard. The conditioner provided is essentially water. Windows only faced inside the building.

The food is fresh and delicious, the hotel staff are very accommodating even if you are arriving late they still can serve you dinner. I was reading some negative reviews and clearly they are not appreciating how lucky to book in this hotel; we stayed at many other hotels in Marrakesh so we know the huge difference- if you check the price and charges for other hotels in this category you will understand what i mean. At this place the staff are genuinely honest and trustworthy, they are always happy to recommend the best for you with the best offer, so you can book your stay with all confidence. It’s better to book airport transfer with them as they have no hidden extras - other taxis may looks little cheaper do not be surprised if they over charge you when you arrive! We booked dinner on the arrival night and it was the best decision - the food so delicious and it was the best in town, price/Quality & portion- The room is very clean, the bed is very comfy- The food is so delicious, the service is outstanding. The best experience in Morocco. We booked some activities and we had great experience. This hotel is the best address to book for your stay in Marrakesh. Maison KA hotel is beautiful designed, they have great people in place - very honest the trusted people- we highly recommend. We were looking where to book for large group event and we were lucky to be shown around by the hotel manger, the hotel has different types of room - all en-suite rooms- some large rooms for friends and families to spend quality time together and even to be in the same room together, rooms with beds for 7/6/5/43/2 all with private bathrooms and luxury amenities .. I think full capacity to sleep 36/ 40 people, restaurant can accommodate more than 50 people, 2 large sunny terraces and rooftop pool, outdoor cooling shower available too .. we will be pleased if we can book with them for our event. Tips: they are very close to town and you can get taxi anywhere to town with €5 or cross the road and get bus for €0.50. The food at Maison KA hotel restaurant is much better than eating outside and the prices and portions are much better at Maison KA. The rooms come with very comfortable beds, Air conditioning and all the equipments, nice shower, with towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, hair dirty, large dressing mirror, mini bar. The rooftop with pool and outdoor shower and plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing, sunset, we loved spending time recharging at the hotel. Tips - don’t miss the cooking class. Lo que más nos gustó sin duda el personal. Tratamos más con Faysal y Mustafa. Siempre atentos, nos ayudaron en todo, siempre con una sonrisa. Si necesitabamos taxi o cualquier cosa nos lo solucionaban. Con Mustafa coincidiamos en desayuno, alguna comida y cena que hicimos (comida muy buena y de precio como en la medina en los sitios que comimos) y es un chico muy amable y simpatico. Sin duda repetiriamos.
Cons: La unica pega que le pondria es que está algo retirado de la Medina, pero andando fuimos un dia y es como 20min andando y esta bien por que ves otras cosas. En taxi son como 5-10min y unos 70dirhams que entre 5 no saliamos a mucho.

Sin duda volvería a repetir.

Bathroom was a little smelly but nothing to bad Parking wasn’t possible for the hire car, although when we asked they did provide an option it wasn’t suitable and would involve risking being blocked into the lane. There was however a parking option near McDonald which is only 5 min walk away. Would have preferred to pay with card then cash on leaving . Found food a tad pricey - but tasty. We visited in low season , found that actually the location for the price wasn’t a great deal ( as many of the riads in the main area had cheaper options which we chose for the tail end of our trip) I would think in peak the price / location would be better value.

Solo nos alojamos la última noche aquí y nos arrepentimos de nos habernos quedado las demás noches, era muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. El trato del personal muy amable nos reservaron para ir al aeropuerto, nos pedia los taxis para ir a la plaza, nos imprimió la tarjeta de embarque y nos guardó las maletas el último día

Las instalaciónes son tal y como vienen en las fotos. El aspecto, limpieza fueron excelentes. Las habitaciones amplias y bastante grandes en comparación de lo que hay por la zona.camas cómodas Aunque nuestra estancia fué un tanto excepcional porque hubo un terremoto el edificio aguantó la sacudida que fué bastante fuerte. El personal dentro de las posibilidades hizo lo que supo en ese momento, pero sin conocer el protocolo de actuación. El propietario nos ofreció un desayuno, cortesía por su parte a la mañana siguiente, que fué de agradecer. Al final que estuviera apartado de la Medina, en este caso fué una Gran ventaja y más segura que en el centro

Riad très sympa, bien décoré, chambre parfaite avec 2 ados, lit grand et confortable, personnel aux petits soins (gestion des taxis, réservations resto, hammam....) A moins de 10min en taxi de la médina, Jardin Majorelle à pied en moins de 30 min ... Le coin resto, petit dej un peu froid au mois de décembre (manque chauffage d appoint ou plaid)

Staff always Welling to help. Restaurant with great option and affordable offers. Many activities with good offers. Accessible réception with 24/7 availibility. Top roof pool and top roof terrace is top highlight. I highly recommend this hôtel for Families. Shops and Macdonald just outsid the hotel if you want to try something différent. The room is well Equipped, windows allowing the natural light - if you prefer to sleep with light on- mini bar, dressing mirror, bed very comfortable, heating and extra blanket is available, the private bathroom is large and well equipped with luxury amenities such as hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, towels and lovely hot shower. Outdoor light come automatically in some areas such walking stairs and public areas, the large terraces are well equipped with plenty of seating areas, good lighting for eating area and very comfortable lighting for second top roof not too bright; allowing you to lay down on the loungers at night or to set down with your loved ones in comfortable atmosphere. Lovely stay in Maison KA. Absolutely loved every second of it! Very clean and elegant riad, cozy at the same time with a very nice terrace where you can have some proper Moroccan tea prepared for you by the lovely staff! And talking about the staff, they’re amazing people and wish to stumble into more people like them! Special thanks to the beautiful Amal who, when I had an accident with my jacket that fell into a dirty pond, without any hesitation suggested me to take her own jacket and lended me her own personal scarf meanwhile taking care of my jacket. It was such a nice gesture that really melted my heart. Wish them the best!

Really great value for what you get, reasonably priced , No request was too much for the staff and they even gave us some great recommendations regarding the souks. Dinner on the roof was also amazing. Like a quiet oasis. Overall the best hotel stay we’ve had în Marrakesh. We highly recommend this hotel with eyes close!!

We loved Maison KA Hotel, it’s our favourite hotel in Marrakech. we were lucky to extend our stay. Very relaxing place, very friendly people. excellent service, housekeeping standard is excellent; cleaning the room and all facilities every day, changing towels. luxury equipment for shower, hair dryer, large dressing mirror in the room, heating, extra blanket available. A la carte breakfast offering fresh and delicious options. WiFi was good. WhatsApp option to communicate with the hotel reception is an easy way to ask for service or order food, taxi .. They are offering transport with private XL cars and they also work with trusted public taxis if you prefer cheap options. The cooking class was top highlight, huge thank you chef Amal and her assistants. I am coffee lover, I must say i loved my mornings cuppa coffee. We will be back for sure. Thank you for everything!

Nice coffee if you fancy one!! this was my favourite place in Marrakech. very peaceful, very kind staff; always willing to help. Very comfort bed, heating and extra blanket available too, you feel at home, this is a unique hidden little palace not to be missed. You won't think there is a hotel hidden in this area but, once you get in you will love it. very clean hotel, lovely terrace to enjoy me time. very close to the main road but not noisy, while i was enjoying lunch i have seen many people enjoying cooking class with the chef - it looks and smells delicious. 100% this is a special place. Thank you for the great service! 🤍

Nous y sommes allés, moi et mon fils, du 18 au 22 décembre. Ça a été un séjour très agréable. On a été très bien accueilli. Le riad est très bien sécurisé et il y a beaucoup de caméra. Le personnel est hyper sympa et de bon conseil. Notre chambre était nettoyée tous les jours ! La salle de bain était spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner y est très copieux. Qui plus est, tout y est très bien décoré. Les terrasses sont un grand plus pour se prélasser au soleil. Et il y a une très bonne connexion Wi-Fi. Aussi, c'est un bon quartier, il y a un souk juste en face et des épiceries et snack à 2 pas. Je ne ne regrette pas et j'espère avoir l'occasion d'y retourner.

The best experience in Marrakech. Very professional people, friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. Easy access by taxi to the hotel door. Very comfortable bed. Delicious food, we highly recommend the cooking class - a lot of fun and delicious food - huge thanks to chef Amal. We tried to extend our stay, but they were fully booked. Large terrace for 50+ people for those looking for large space for group events. We love the art exhibition 😍 Definitely, we will be back.
