Osoby pracujące w Riad El Ouarda są bardzo miłe i pomocne. Pan obsługujący nas mimo iż nie mówi po angielsku spełniał wszystkie nasze potrzeby. Mieliśmy apartament dwu poziomowy, u góry łóżko małżeńskie i pojedyńcze,na dole łóżko pojedyńcze. Ręczniki dziennie wymieniane, dbanie o czystość na plus. Suszarka do włosów w łazience,skromne kosmetyki. Niestety w trakcie naszego 7 dniowego pobytu były zimne noce,a klimatyzacja nie działała. Śniadanie dobre na słodko,o omlet wystarczy poprosić. Kawa,sok,herbata,kakao dla dziecka. Na górnych tarasach można się opalać w słoneczne dni,są obszerne,każdy znajdzie miejsce dla Siebie. Wifi działa dobrze.Zorganizowano nam również wycieczkę prywatną,bardzo miły kierowca,samochód czysty. Z chęcią byśmy tam wrócili...Nie wystawię 10 tylko dlatego,że to krzywdzące dla innych miejsc na świecie w których byliśmy...Tu jest poprostu inaczej...

La suite deux chambre était parfaite, très vaste, joliment décorée avec une très bonne literie. L’agencement des deux chambres permettait une indépendance parents/enfants. Le grand patio intérieur nous a permis de prendre nos petits déjeuners apportés chaque matin par le personnel. Ceux-ci étaient parfaits : produits frais, pains et crêpes maison, qui variaient tous les jours. Le personnel était très accueillant . Nous recommandons vivement !

Le Riad est tres beau et calme. Dans la médina. Personnel très prévenant et gentil. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon et varié chaque jour. Possibilité de dîner sur place mais nous avons préféré manger dehors pour visiter la ville. Nous avons visité le souk: très touristique et prix assez chers. En revanche il vaut mieux aller visiter le quartier du Mellah et le souk du Mellah : des épices et des articles très beaux et peu chers. Le patio intérieur est très agréable qu’on peut s’y oublier. La terrasse de tout est remarquable avec 5 endroits différents ce qui préserve l’intimité dans chaque endroits. Un bonheur.
Cons: La piscine est très jolie plus décorative : froide. Mais nous ne venions pas pour cela. Le souk de la médina est original mais touristique. Il faut aller au souk du Mellah, beaucoup plus beau et intéressant.

The riad is in a perfect location — although it’s close to all the action, you can’t hear any noise from the lively surroundings once you’re inside. The rooftop terrace is amazing, with birds singing and a beautiful view — a true oasis of peace. The rooms are clean, lovely, and spacious — real luxury for this price. Simo, who welcomed us at the riad, is an absolute gem. He’s friendly, gave us great tips on how to avoid fake guides, and even let us leave our backpacks there for the whole day after we had already checked out. And his English is excellent. A wonderful stay overall!

Das Riad liegt direkt an einer Moschee, die aber ubiquitär in Marokko sind. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig. Das Atrium oder die Dachterasse laden zu stundenlangem Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Really good price / value / location combo for Marrakech. Spacious room, decent breakfast and a location that is central yet a bit quiet at night. Would only suggest to put a sign on the front gate and the white arch / wall that can be seen from the intersection to help guests find it easier :)

Beautiful Riyadh in a quiet area. The views from the rooftop are spectacular. We stayed in the family room they had its own sitting area and courtyard, plus 2 bedrooms. It was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very kind.

Exotic feel to the place. But with all the stone it was quite noisy. The smells when they were cooking were amazing. Although we didn’t eat dinner their breakfast was good. Coffee was fresh and hot. They did advertise a bar and a pool but no bar and no alcohol available. The pool is more like a fountain area. They were so kind and nice

De Riad was heel goed en toch rustig gelegen om de Medina te verkennen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers waren netjes en elke morgen kregen we lekker ontbijtje met telkens een Marokkaanse specialiteit. Ook de taxi geregeld door de riad was top! De chauffeur was heel vriendelijk en gaf zelfs al een beetje uitleg!

La struttura è bellissima dentro la Medina, il personale è davvero gentile e super disponibile. La colazione è ottima. La stanza è magnifica. Siamo arrivato davvero tardi al Riad e sono stati gentili ad aspettarci, non solo, abbiamo chiesto se ci veniva i contro per portare i bagagli e sono arrivati in un attimo. Super comunicativi, tutto perfetto, raccomando altamente la struttura. Wifi perfetto, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante.
Cons: Essendo dentro la Medina non vi sono posteggi, c'è uno vicino che la struttura indica a pochissimi minuti, l'unico problema sono le persone che insistono a portarti al Riad ecc, ovviamente chiedono soldi e non si accontentano di pochi soldi anzi. Il ragazzo che è venuto a prenderci ci ha detto di non dare soldi a questa gente perché così non smetteranno mai.

The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us in finding the property and parking the car. The rooms were very spacious, and the location was in the Old Medina.
Cons: There is no parking at the property, despite it being advertised as having parking available. In fact, you cannot drive directly to the property at all, as the streets in the Old Medina are extremely narrow. We were not informed of this beforehand. We entered the property address into our GPS and ended up driving through very narrow streets where pedestrians could barely pass alongside the car. At one point, we could have easily become stuck with no way to turn around, but thankfully a local stopped us and redirected us. We then exited the area and called the property, who told us to stay where we were and kindly came to pick us up (thank you for that). They arranged an overnight paid parking space nearby (not very expensive, but still an extra cost). The main issue here was communication. A day before arrival, when the hotel messaged offering to arrange an airport pickup, we replied saying we were coming by car and would need parking. No further instructions were given, nor is this limitation mentioned anywhere in the listing. Secondly, the air conditioning in the rooms is not adequate. The units are small and barely cool the room, with ours only becoming comfortable by early morning. Additionally, the old traditional doors do not seal properly, which made cooling the room even more difficult.

The property was amazing. We were a group of three people and the staff treated us very well. Shoutout to Ali, Susso and Simo: they were always checking on us and they were the best hosts we could ever had. The room was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. They cleaned our room every day and we were so happy with the service overall. The facilities overall was great: the swimming pool was nice and the terrace upstairs was so beautiful. With our stay, breakfast was included. We have 0 complains with the breakfast. Everything was so tasty and it was handmade too (we could see the kitchen and how the lady was cooking everything). The breakfast included juice, coffee or tea, and handmade bakery. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here. I will recommend this Riad to my friends and family if they ever come to Marrakech.
Cons: The property was impecable, nothing bad to say about it. One advice for tourist, whether if you stay in this Riad or another one, We recommend you to not stay too late at night (23:00-00:00 max). We recommend you to wake up early and enjoy the city during the day and then come back to the Riad after dinner.

C'est ma 2e fois dans ce riad. Encore mieux que sur les photos, c'est un vrai paradis pour les yeux. Le quartier est typique (j'adore ce coin, Bab Taghzout) où vous pouvez profiter de la vie locale loin du centre très touristique (seulement 20 minutes à pieds de la folie de la place Jemma el Fna). Les suites sont très raffinées, chacune dans une ambiance différente. Alliant moderne et tradition. Les couleurs du riad, les oiseaux, le calme, et ce rootop très grand avec plein de petits espaces où l'on peut se poser tranquillement sans être les uns sur les autres. La piscine est magique, prenez votre maillot de bain vous pouvez vous y baigner ! Je reviendrai ici mille fois.
Cons: Tout était parfait - peut être que le petit déjeuner avant (l'ancien propriétaire) était encore plus gourmand et moins sucré ? ;) J'aurai adorer avoir une omelette au petit déjeuner, moins de gâteau sucrés (même si un régal), et surtout manger le petit déjeuner en haut sur la terrasse comme avant ?

Il riad è un’oasi di pace nel cuore della medina. L’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito e accogliente. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, una menzione per Alì e Simo che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Colazione abbondante e servita con cura. La terrazza sul tetto è davvero suggestiva specialmente al tramonto, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro.
Cons: La struttura non è tanto facile da trovare. Chiamate prima per farvi spiegare con esattezza la strada visto che si trova in un vicolo interno.

C’est ma 2e fois ici. C’est de loin le meilleur quartier de Marrakech si vous aimez les quartiers authentiques, il y a un petit marché local sans touristes avec des fruits exquis, des gens sympathiques que l’on croise, une ambiance si rayonnante. Le Riad est bien plus beau que sur les photos, et chaque suite offre une expérience magique. Il y a un vrai soin porte à l’esthétique. Minimaliste, chaleureux, avec de vraies matières marocaines. Et le rooftop est un immense point fort, il y a plein d’espaces différents pour être dans son coin, et le coucher de soleil est à couper le souffle depuis cette vue. Vous pouvez déjeuner (environs 6 euros) ou dîner (dîner tous à 9 euros) sur place - délicieux !
Cons: Peut-être améliorer le petit déjeuner ? Surtout pour le prix. Avec le changement de propriétaire j’ai remarqué une petite différence, et dommage qu’on ne puisse pas prendre le petit déjeuner sur le rooftop comme avant :)

El espacio es magnifico, tiene una pileta bellissima al centro de la casa, rodeada de plantas de dimensiones excepcionales y los pajaritos entran, pasean, cantan todo el dia dentro del espacio. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, tienen linda iluminación y están bien ambientadas. El desayuno es fresco y todos los días ofrece nuevos y diferentes sabores, la atención del personal es de una amabilidad destacable!
Cons: Realmente nada nos ha parecido mal, todo en el lugar tiene su toque justo y la atención, la limpieza, la información y hasta la ubicacion del Riad para llegar a la plaza y a otros lugares de la ciudad.

We had a fantastic stay in this riad- the staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is always different and typical Moroccan. We opted for the transfer which was very comfortable. Samu one of the staff welcomed us with tea - and help us with our sim card. Also showed us few places to go. The neighbourhood is a bit far from the main square about 20min walk. But it's a very easy and enjoyable walk 4hrough the markets which are covered and have a lot of nice products and souvenir. If you take a taxi it will have to leave you at the nearby parking 'Bab taghzout' which is 5 min walk from the riad as cars cannot pass by the riad. Our room was spacious and fresh barely needed the AC. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The terrace is peaceful and fresh in the evening, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset too.
Cons: Everything was good! One thing to keep in mind is that there are cats around. I personally didn't mind but just something to notice.

Nous étions deux couples et avons séjourné dans la suite du riad. Le logement était impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable et tout simplement magnifique. Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants pour la bienveillance et la disponibilité d’Ali et de toute son équipe. Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable : de précieux conseils, une disponibilité à toute heure par message, et surtout, toujours avec le sourire plein de gentillesse de la part de tout le personnel. Le service de chauffeur privé proposé par le riad nous a permis de voyager en toute sécurité, même pour de longs trajets, dans une ambiance conviviale, avec toujours plein de conseil pratique. Merci du fond du cœur à El Ouarda à Ali, Sousou, Mohammed et Noureddine.

The style of the interior of the Riad was really beautiful - very instagramable. The rooftop was especially nice and spacious. The room was sizeable and the bathroom had a cool design.
Cons: The Riad is nice, the area around it isn't. The parking for our rental car was close to the Riad, i.e. deep in the Medina. We received the Google Maps location for the parking without the information that there was one easy way there and two bad ways. From Essaouira/the airport, it took us along the bad way, leaving us stuck in the middle of a souq with no way forward. Even though we are experienced travellers, we had to rely on two locals to show us a better way, who then threatened us when we couldn't give them the tip they wanted (which was an absurd 30€) on our last night in Morocco. The Riad staff came to help and covered the parking cost to improve our experience, but better communication beforehand would have avoided this. A walk around the area later that night showed there are many people there that try to lead tourists down wrong paths and then want money, as reflected in the parking lot reviews. The Riad doesn't have a name at its entrance, making it also difficult to find. It is directly next to a mosque with the longest and loudest 5am call we experienced on our 11 day trip. The high price does not fit to the location and we would not come back to this Riad/area.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Fuimos 5, y tuvimos dos habitaciones con 2 camas de matrimonio y dos pequeñas, con un patio precioso solo para nosotras donde nos traían el desayuno todos los días. Questo Riad è pura magia per il cortile e la terrazza. L’accoglienza premurosa e attenta. Nella Medina ma vicinissimo ad una porta e alla fermata taxi . Il Riad ha provveduto ad organizzarci il transfer dall’aeroporto e anche per andare a ritirare l’auto a noleggio. Essendo in 4 ci hanno assegnato due camere con cortile privato in cui alla sera abbiamo cenato. Abbiamo passato qui due notti meravigliose. Ottima esperienza. Abbiamo raggiunto tutti i siti d’interesse a piedi, sia i giardini Majorelle che la piazza principale Jema el fna .

The room is pretty, clean and bed very comfortable, and bigger than that we expected. Breakfast is simple but very delicious and different options. The Riad has a beautiful rooftop, with an amazing view. We didn’t want to leave!

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner très copieux, varié avec jus de fruit pressé. Riad calme dans l'ensemble même si l'isolation phonique est moyenne. Rooftop très agréable avec chaises longues pour profiter du soleil.
Cons: Nous avons eu l'impression de vivre dans les courants d'air vu que le riad est à ciel ouvert. Le matin il ne faisait qu'une dizaine de degrés et nous prenions le petit déjeuner dans le salon de notre suite, à ciel ouvert donc dans le froid, le chauffage à gaz d'appoint n'était pas suffisant... Piscine non chauffée donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter alors que c'était un critère de choix pour nous et à ce prix là, nous nous atttendions à ce qu'elle soit chauffée. Par ailleurs, le lit d'une des deux chambres n'était pas confortable et le débit d'eau de la douche était faible et l'eau était froide par moment. Pour avoir déjà été dans d'autres riad, où la piscine était chauffée et le toit ouvert mais filmé, nous avons été déçus.

Whenever we needed something, the staff was always there for us and addressed our requests. They provided very helpful information about the city and its culture. The housekeeper made the room spotless every day and replaced the towels. It felt like returning to a tidy and clean home after a city tour. Maybe because I caught a cold at the previous hotel, I had trouble staying warm. However, with the extra duvet and blanket they provided, I had an enjoyable vacation.

Un riad singular, con alma e historia, a diferencia de otros que han sido construidos recientemente. La azotea es fantástica, las camas son muy cómodas y el servicio impecable. Volvería sin dudarlo.
Cons: Al ser diciembre hacía algo de frío por las mañanas, pero por suerte la chimenea del comedor estaba encendida desde primera hora. El agua de la ducha tampoco era fácil de regular, sobre todo después del desayuno, cuando otros huéspedes debían de estar duchándose al mismo tiempo. No obstante, son cuestiones menores y perfectamente justificadas por la solera del lugar.

The riad was like a little piece of paradise in the crazy world of Marrakesh medinas, mopeds and people. As soon as you step inside you are greeted with mint tea by the pool inside a bright white and blue courtyard. The rooms were wonderful, big, airy, clean and bright. We had 2 rooms that atta he'd via our own private courtyard with a dining table where we were served breakfast each day. It was about a 15 to 20 min walk to the El Feena centre but you got to see and experience so much on the way and it was nice not being in the middle of such hassle and bustle. The staff could not do more for us and were warm and welcoming. Helping us with ongoing bus journeys and walking routes to visit popular tourist spots. Throughly recommend.

Alí y Momo muy agradables, nos facilitaron mucho la llegada y la salida, Momo, incluso, nos preparó un pequeño desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto, dejábamos el Riad a las 6.30h. Nos gustó la ubicación y lo precioso que es, el tono azulado de las maderas, tantas plantas verdes y la bonita y práctica piscina. Habitación doble en la planta segunda enorme, y otra suite con patio y dos habitaciones triples cada una con su baño , un laberinto divertido para los chicos.

El trato con el personal del Riad ha sido muy agradable, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites y son unas personas muy atentas a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. El alojamiento es muy espacioso y una instalaciones muy bonitas y adecuadas. Nosotros tuvimos las dos suites que cuentan con baño privado y un patio interior privado con sofás y mesas. También hay en la azotea muchos espacios adecuados a diferentes necesidades de descanso (zona chill out). En especial gracias al trabajador Osama por habernos ayudado en muchas ocasiones desde el minuto 1 en que llegamos.

Das Personal war super freundlich und entspannt! Die Zimmer sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet! Das Riad ist wunderschön und hat einen ganz besonderen Flair, man hat sich sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Trotz der zentralen Lage konnte man locker bis 10.00Uhr morgens ausschlafen!

Nous avions réservé la suite 2 chambres qui est composée de 2 étages et d’un salon extérieur commun. Quelle expérience ! Le personnel était vraiment au petit soin tout au long de notre séjour, en particulier le réceptionniste qui était extrêmement gentil et précautionneux. Nous recommandons grandement ce riad.

En general todo muy bien, el personal y el ambiente del Riad, con su terraza para disfrutar del sol y todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia muy cómoda. Las habitaciones eran como del otro mundo, muy espaciosa y con techos muy altos, el baño espectacular y con muchos detalles bonitos que lo hacían especial. Hay parking cerca dentro de la medina que por muy poco 50 dirhams lo dejas todo el dia, pero atento a los que les pagas, porque puedes pagarle a uno por la noche y al dia siguiente aparece otra persona reclamándote el pago. Es normal, no hay tickets ni nada en este punto porque son aparcamientos en la calle pero "medio vigilados" por lo que no hay mucho control. Advertido de esto, pues no hay problema.
Cons: Por poner algún detalle a modo de mejorar, 1. Que el desayuno pudiera ser en la azotea como en otros riad que le da un plus. Tiene varias escaleras pero ganarian en calidad. Igualmente con algo más variedad o tener alguna opción para elegir (árabe o continental o mix, o posibilidad de hacer una tortilla como pasa en otros riads) 2. Que la piscina estuviera algo más limpia para ser más apetecible 3. Que se pudiera ofrecer alguna toalla para la piscina para no utilizar la del alojamiento 4. Mejorar la calidad de wifi en las habitaciones 5. El barrio es seguro dentro de la medina pero a 15min de la plaza principal donde hay más ambiente, se ven más turistas, etc. El riad está en un callejón, el GPS no va bien por la zona y siempre están los aprovechados que intentan sacarte dinero a cambio de orientarte dentro de la Medina. Lo hacen como ayudarte pero siempre te van a pedir, es algo que siempre me ha pasado en mis viajes a Marruecos. Así que quizás una mejor señalización en algún punto estratégico no estaría mal.

Riad bellissimo, accogliente e molto pulito, posizionato sul lato occidentale del souk a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jamaa El Fna. Alloggiavamo nella stanza al piano terra con vista sulla piscina. Personale disponibile oltre che simpatico, ci hanno stampato le carte di imbarco, organizzato il transfer e concesso di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli oltre l’orario di check out. Accoglienza super, con ottimo te’ alla menta e biscotti a bordo piscina. Grazie Ali e Mouassine, siete stati determinanti nel rendere perfetta la nostra vacanza a Marrakesh.

O Riad é lindíssimo. Não só os interiores são impressionantes, como o terraço. O staff era extremamente atencioso, o quarto gigantesco e estava tuo impecavelmente limpo. No dia do check-out como tínhamos que sair pelas 7h da manhã e os pequenos-almoços só começam às 8h, preparam-nos um pequeno-almoço simples mas mais que suficiente. Voltaria, sem qualquer dúvida.

The Riad was the highlight of our trip. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff is kind and always ready to help. Mouhcine helped us a lot with booking excursions and was so nice. We arrived very late the first night, around 2 am, and he offered us fresh mint tea and biscuits. Overall, I’m definitely coming back to this Riad next time I’m in Marrakech
Cons: Nothing really but be wary of people telling you that the roads to the Riad are “closed.” They’ll try to act as your guide and then ask for money. It’s better to ignore them and keep walking

Mention spéciale pour le roof top, une terrasse magnifique de plusieurs niveaux avec plein de petits coins repos...un petit paradis dominant la ville rouge. Le contraste entre l'effervescence de la médina aux portes du riad et l'entrée dans ce riad si calme et apaisant. Un décoration à la fois épurée et traditionnelle où l'on retrouve toutes les merveilles du Maroc (salle de bain en tadelakt, chambre avec des arcades, porte d'entrée typique des riad, petite piscine, lanternes, méridienne ect...). La disponibilité du personnel. Les petits déjeuners variés chaque matin. La place Bab Tagzout toute proche et le coeur de la médina à 20 min, permet une immersion totale dans la vie des marocains. Et les taxis à proximité du riad permet de pousser les découvertes encore plus loin facilement.

This riad gives you the perfect Moroccan vibe, the design of both the room and the riad overall is absolutely authentic. The location feels like you are in an Aladdin movie with all the narrow, unrecognizable, winding alleys (there is always a kid willing to give you directions). The stuff is helpful and kind, the dinner is delicious and the rooftop has an amazing panorama to the medina.
Cons: The pool in the middle of the riad could be cleaner, we didnt really feel like getting in the water after seeing it from close. Also there is only a few hours while the pool gets sunlight, so at around 3 PM its already in shadows.

Le Riad est plus au nord de la médina, nous avons tout fait à pied (pour les marcheurs) et sinon il y a les taxis pas cher à 2 minutes à pied du Riad. Gorgeous Riad, so tranquil, a contrast to the busyness of the medina. The staff were so friendly and very helpful if we needed anything. Had a gorgeous dinner there one night, best tagine of our whole trip to Marrakech (and we ate in some expensive top-rated restaurants!). Would come back again in a heartbeat.
Cons: Be wary of men in the street nearby trying to scam you and demand money, lying saying the road the riad is on is “forbidden” or “closed”. Just ignore them and don’t tell them where you’re staying.

The most beautiful, tranquil Riad with the most amazing staff! Considering the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, this Riad was a gem after a busy day - the decor was outstanding and exceptionally clean, and most importantly no noise from outside! So we could really relax. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Ali, Mohsin and the ladies went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and catered to all our needs. Airport transfers were arranged by Ali, making life so much easier, especially with children. The food was amazing!! Fresh and home cooked, absolutely delicious with a lovely breakfast being served on the terrace each morning. We loved every second of staying here and can’t recommend this place enough and we look forward to visiting again!

La localisation est idéale même si l'établissement est un peu difficile à trouver au début! L'acceuil est très chaleureux et l'endroit est spacieux.
Cons: Dans les deux chambres que nous avons louées il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. La présence d'un bain est donc inutile. La douche... pénible sauf pour les adeptes de douches glacées! Dans une des chambres il y avait un faux contact au niveau de la lampe de la salle de bain et après avoir appelé à l'aide, celle-ci s'est allumée après avoir été secouée... ce qui n'inspirait pas à confiance. Le petit déjeuner était également plutôt basique contrairement à ce qu'on reçoit habituellement dans un riad à Marrakech et n'était pas assez copieux.

Le personnel était extrêmement agréable ! Le riad est vraiment magnifique, typique et très bien décoré. Les chambres sont très belles et impressionnantes. Le petit déjeuner (à la marocaine) était très bon et copieux. L'immense toit terrasse est un plus !!
Cons: Le seul bémol : l'isolation phonique des chambres. À la personne qui a décidé de faire barboter son bébé à 6h du matin dans la piscine face à notre chambre, si vous me lisez, sachez que je vous déteste un peu. L'emplacement est peut-être pas idéal mais en marchant un tout petit peu rien n'est bien loin !

The taxi transfer organised by the riad was a real plus - do go OUTside the airport building to find your taxi though, rather than, like us, waiting at the barrier INside the arrivals hall! Our driver was patient and friendly, in spite of us being late to find him :) The riad is located in the north of the medina and everything is accessible by foot. We received a lovely, warm welcome when we got there. The riad itself is stylishly decorated and is precisely as it looks in the photos. The roof terrace is wonderful; a real haven of tranquility. We loved taking a quiet moment up there, reading and supping fresh mint tea :) Breakfast was amazing with something a little different each day. Delicious. Overall, a great base from which to explore the delights of Marrakesh and to come back to and chill. We had the house chicken tagine in the evening on two occasions and it was the best tagine we had whilst we were in Morocco. We would definitely recommend Riad El Ouarda. Shukran!

De Riad is een hele mooie, rustige en fantastische plek. De hots waren erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt wisselde zich elke dag af en was heerlijk. Om de drukte van de stad even te ontglippen is het heerlijk om te genieten van het zwembadje of het dakterras met uitzicht op het Atlasgebergte. Daarnaast ook nog eens een goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Ook de kamer leek groter dan wij hadden verwacht waardoor wij met 3 volwassen meer dan genoeg ruimte hadden. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen!
Cons: De omgeving waar de Riad zich bevindt is in het noorden van de Medina, hierdoor duurt het al snel een half uur voordat je bij het plein van Marrakech. Ook kan het soms wat onveilig aanvoelen als je ‘s avonds laat weer terug naar de Riad loopt, probeer dan zoveel mogelijk de kleine straatjes te vermijden.

Die Dachterrasse ist unglaublich schön und man sieht gefühlt die ganze Medina. Es gibt’s mehrere Ecken wo man alleine oder in einer Gruppe chillen kann. Sowohl der Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang sind von der Terrasse wunderschön. In diesem Riad fühlt man sich rundum wohl. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, sowohl Tagsüber als auch Nachts ist immer jemand da.

The Riad is so beautiful and visually pleasing! The staff made us immediately feel welcome with bringing us tea! Even though we missed the time for breakfast they still accommodated us which was very sweet of them to do! The service we received from the staff was amazing and they helped us out a lot with our luggage. The room we had was spacious for 2 people and was overlooking the pool that gave us a really nice scenery. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay!
Cons: The access to this Riad was difficult and hard to find parking since it's in a very busy part of the city. So if you brought a lot of luggage like we did, make sure you have someone to help you because the walk is bumpy. There is no TV and there isn't much privacy in the bathroom since the door is see-through. If you stay on the second floor you will have to hike up some stairs, so next time I would probably prefer to stay downstairs.

This Riad is gorgeous! The room we stayed in was two storeys, with heaps of natural light and really nice bathroom. It was everything we could have asked for. I loved the rooftop too - so nice to watch the sunset every evening. The breakfast is delicious and the staff cater to all your needs.

It’s in the old Medina, but a quiet quarter. The interiores reflect a simple decor, with beautiful style. The rooms are big enough, very clean and comfortable, thanks to Hanan and Hayat. The staff is amazing!! Kind, the receptionist Ali helped us in every way we ask, but specially Mouhcine had done us a warming welcome and very professional dealing with everyday stuff. They also have a high quality of food, made by Fedoua and Ilham! The rooftop is beautiful. We loved our stay in Riad El Ouarda.

We zaten dichtbij de oude stad, maar toch in de rust. Het is ook wel heel leuk om in een echte Riad te verblijven. Ontbijt was heerlijk, ruime kamer en zalig (en rustig) dakterras.
Cons: Op het moment dat wij er waren, was er niet echt personeel aanwezig die veel tips kon geven. Overigens waren ze wel heel vriendelijk.

Cons: The location of the Riad is a little difficult to find so would recommend taking up the offer of getting a taxi to collect from the airport. We found it to be in walking distance of the medina and as a party of 4 ladies we never felt unsafe walking around.

Cons: Purtroppo manca la cura dei particolari e dei dettagli che ti aspetti in un Riad a 4 stelle, stanze grandi ma illuminate poco, colazione buona ma servita in una stanza piccola mentre sarebbe stato molto meglio farla nel cortile o sulla splendida terrazza( che abbiamo trovato autonomamente e che dovrebbe essere pubblicizzata di più dagli addetti ) Anche l’ingresso al Riad non è quello che ti aspetti, la hall praticamente in cucina…la struttura ha tante potenzialità ma va curata maggiormente La zona è particolare, sicuramente vedi una parte più autentica di Marrakech ma deve piacere essendo poco fuori dalla zona più turistica, soprattutto la sera meglio evitare di fare troppo tardi e prendere sempre il taxi

Il est également très propre, bien située et très accessible dans la médina avec une station de taxi juste à côté. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et diversifié sur les deux jours. La "suite junior" était incroyable ! Très très belle pièce avec deux grands lits, un salon, une baignoire et salle de bain design et un décor majestueux 😍 Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. In diesem Riad sieht es einfach traumhaft aus. Wir hatten die größte Suite mit eigenem kleinem Innenhof/Terrasse. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und die Lage ist in der schönen Altstadt Medina. Von dem höchsten Punkt kann man wunderbar über die Stadt gucken (Tip nachts im Dunkeln machen). Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort und der Platz hat mehr als gereicht ich würde sagen für 2 Pärchen also 4 Personen optimal. Preisleistung stimmt auch, also wir geben eine absolute Empfehlung weiter! Wen ich gerne noch sehr lobend erwähnen möchte sind die Reinigungskräfte die immer Rücksicht genommen haben auch nach einer langen Party Nacht. Und Mouhcine er hat uns wärmstens empfangen und sich um alles gekümmert was wir brauchten. Danke für den Aufenthalt!

This is the best Riad i have ever been in Marrakech by far. Excellent atmosphere, decoration, pool, roof top views. Amazing room, super clean, spacious and comfortable. Food is cooked with fresh ingredients and quantities are super generous for a very cheap cost. We had dinner one night and definitely the best dinner in town. I want to highlight the outstanding service of Ossama. He welcomed us exceptionally to Marrakech, helping us with every single request and saving our lives in the earthquake in Marrakech the night of the September 8th of 2023. I highly recommend this place.

Me gustaron mucho los desayunos y la atención del personal. Nos alojamos en una suite de dos hab y resultó ser muy amplia, con un patio privado y zonas de estar amplias. La decoración moderna y agradable.
Cons: Esta un poco gastado. Las sábanas y toallas tienen un color blanco sucio a pesar de estar limpias. Los puertas y las paredes también necesitan pintura y algunos muebles necesitan reparación. La piscina que es más bien una fuente está muy sucia y mancha los bañadores de tierra. La entrada es por un callejón oscuro pero me parece que la mayoría de los Riads son igual. A pasar de esto hemos estado cómodos.

Cons: No hay agua de cortesía ni refrigerador a disposición del huésped. Compras la bebida fría en alguna tienda pero la tienes que beber rápido ya que se calienta enseguida por las altas temperaturas. Ubicación del riad muy alejada de todo. Necesitas taxi habitualmente para desplazarte (los taxistas te piden 5€ para cualquier desplazamiento aunque sea cerca). Los empleados son muy agradables pero el dueño solo quiere vender y sacar tajada(taxi, masaje, excursiones,....) Cuidado con el cobro ya que son unos liantes. Nos pretendían cobrar unos impuestos del 10% además del 20% que ya incluye Booking. Al margen nos cobraron una tasa turística de 2,7€ por persona y día cuando Booking indicaba 2€ pero en eso no entramos a discutir. Por pagar con tarjeta te quieren cobrar otro 3'5% que nos negamos a pagar después de inflar y desinflar el resto de gastos

Das Riad ist wunderschön eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Dachterrasse und einen schönen Poolbereich. Die Zimmer sind mit AC ausgestattet und bequem. Die Lage ist gut, alles in der Medina ist angemessen fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen, insbesondere von Hussein und Hussama, die sich stets sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zugewandt zeigten. Wir bekamen sogar noch ein Frühstück von Hussama, obwohl wir sehr früh abreisen mussten. Danke! Das Personal sprach gutes Englisch.

Riad um pouco difícil de encontrar por entre ruelas na medina. O quarto era enorme e confortável, limpo e com ar condicionado, porém a potência não é a adequada para uma suite tão grande como a que estivemos. Pequeno-almoço excelente e variado. A zona da piscina é muito bonita, tudo bem decorado e no sítio certo! O terraço também tem uma decoração berber linda, com vistas espetaculares. Os funcionários também eram amigáveis.
Cons: A água da piscina estava meio turva, não dava muita vontade de mergulhar pelo facto de parecer um pouco suja. Tinha alguns cabelos dentro de água e em volta da piscina. Mas para mim o pior de tudo foi o funcionário que nos fez o check-out não ter a decência de nos ajudar a levar uma única mala até ao nosso tuk tuk que se encontrava ainda a uns bons 100 metros. Tínhamos uma mala de viagem enorme e 5 mochilas e tivemos de as carregar sozinhos debaixo do calor intenso. Estivemos em 5 Riads diferentes em Marrakesh e em todas nos ajudaram com a bagagem tanto no check-in como no check-out. Muito pouco prestável o senhor.

Riad El Ouarda je skutočne výnimočné miesto, ktoré si Vás získa.Celý priestor je taká malá oáza pokoja,kde si viete oddýchnuť a načerpať sily po celodennom chodení po Medine Marrakeshu.Na priestranej terase ak máte chuť viete nachytať slnečné lúče a následne nato sa schladiť v bazéne,ktorý je umiestnený v centre tohto Riadu.Každý kút,každé miesto tohto riadu je jednoducho čarovné.Raňajky sú skvelé a chutné a personál Vám vždy ochotne vyhovie a pomôže.Ďakujeme za skvelú starostlivosť Alimu a Drisovi.Cítili sme sa tu naozaj perfektne.

This riad is absolutely beautiful just like the pictures, all the details are thought very well through. The roofterrace has an amazing view of the whole city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Special thanks to Mo, Ali and Driss for taking such good care of us!

Everything was perfect! The riad is very unique and is located in the best possible location close to the Medina but away from all the madness! Mohasim has been the best host and went our of his way to accommodate our needs and stay! Definitely coming back! The price is well worth the money!

Cons: Das Frühstück hätte vielfältiger sein können. Die Lage ist in einer Gegend mit vielen kleinen Straßen was einem nicht das Gefühl von 100% Sicherheit gibt.

amazing riad in the north part of the medina. from the riad you can reach the mosque in 15 min walk trough the market. terrace is amazing staff was king and helpful once in the riad
Cons: low light in the room give the guest the possibility to see their luggage. driving in Marrakesh is really stressful especially in the medina the riad gave us a “wrong” address of the parking. next time share exact parking location before arriving .

Le Riad, d'une belle architecture, la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur toute la Médina. L'accueil, très chaleureux, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de toutes les personnes travaillant dans ce Riad. Les explications claires et les conseils donnés, l'aide apportée dans tous nos déplacements. C'est un petit cocon vraiment paisible et tranquille.
Cons: Ce Riad est magnifique au niveau architecture. Il se situe dans un quartier populaire au nord des souks, un peu à l'écart du tourisme de masse. L'immersion est complète et instantanée dès que l'on passe la porte d'entrée. Je ne ferai qu'une seule critique, il manque un peu d'entretien, l'électricité est souvent défaillante, la déco vieillissante, l'endroit est apaisant mais pas vraiment bien entretenu et c'est dommage car avec juste un peu de rénovation (tapis et assises et coussins propres dans le patio) il serait absolument magnifique. Rien à redire sur la qualité de la literie et l'entretien des chambres, c'est nickel. Un petit clin d'œil à Driss, qui débute dans le métier, il a oublié nos omelettes au 2ème petit déjeuner mais il est adorable et plein de bonne volonté, on ne lui en tiendra pas rigueur car le service et la qualité des plats est parfaitement correcte. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de ce Riad pour notre séjour, Yousshine, Ali, Driss, les cuisinières et les chambrières.

Super decorated spacious rooms. Nice pool to cool down and of course the roof terrace. But most likeabke of all is the service. Anything you want to arrange in Marrakech, they will help you!

The Riad is stunning (authentic without being over the top - you'll find beautiful antique features everywhere), comfortable, incredibly calm and quiet - and the rooftop terrace might honestly be one of the most beautiful views of the whole Medina! Mouhcine and Ali look after their guests with a lot of attention and care (they speak several languages each), always providing advice, a friendly hello - and above all adapting to their guests needs (whether you're here for two nights and want to go to the desert, or ten days to rest and relax). Note to female travellers: I could roam freely around Marrakech knowing that the riad's staff could be contacted at any point and were looking after me - pretty amazing. Cherry on top: their chef is fantastic and you will eat real, delicious Moroccan food. I can't recommend this place enough - thank you !
Cons: Genuinely nothing I can think of. Maybe a little sign at Bab taghzout & Trik Suika to indicate which street to take as the Medina can be hard to navigate (Riad is - thankfully - in a car free street 1 min away from Bab taghzout).

This Riad is amazing!! The staff is super friendly and helpful; the location is pretty good, near some souks and restaurants; the bedrooms are super comfortable and all the place itself is super pretty and elegant! It’s exactly what the photos look like! Me and my friends loved it, I recommend this place 1000%!!!

Good location. very comfortable and big rooms and nice pool. rooftop view is stunning, staff are so friendly and accommodating, they will help you with whatever you need. good breakfast included. i would definitely stay here again.
Cons: the shower hose wasn’t working very well, everything in the room was working nicely except for the shower and water pressure, they hose needs changing, but it was not a very big deal. than you.

Le lieu est très beau, avec de nombreux détails architecturaux traditionnels. L'accueil est très agréable et à l'écoute. La chambre est très confortable.
Cons: Le dîner était un peu décevant, pas au niveau de la qualité de ce très beau riad. Par contre le petit déjeuner était très bon.

el personal es inmejorable Ali y Mohsen fueron muy alambres. la habitación es bastante cómoda y las instalaciones en general, limpias y muy agradables. El desayuno es muy rico.

le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, le riad se trouve dans la médina et pour le transport c'est un peu compliqué aussi nous avions réservé le taxi (Youssef) de l'aéropor à l'hotel ce qui fait que tout était très simple. Nous y mangions le soir et tout était très bon.
