L'appartamento è molto carino, con splendide decorazioni e tranquillità. Pulito e ben tenuto, piacevole e riposante. Ci siamo sentiti accolti in un clima gentile e familiare, ma senza alcuna invadenza. Comodissimo per l'aeroporto: avevamo un volo molto presto al mattino, e abbiamo potuto raggiungere l'aeroporto a piedi in dieci minuti, con grande facilità.

La situation proche de l'aéroport et de nombreuses boutiques, cafés et d'un marché local. La taille importante et la propreté de la chambre. La mise à disposition d'une cafetière et de café en poudre et de sucre.
Cons: L'état douteux du matelas dont la moitié était enfoncée. L'accueil désagréable et distant du propriétaire, plus disposé à demander dès notre arrivée à plusieurs reprises de lui régler les taxes locales qu'à nous informer des lieux. Après les avoir réglées en dinars, il nous rend la monnaie en partie en pièces de 1 euro en affirmant que tous les commerçants locaux acceptent ces pièces, ce qui s'est bien évidemment avéré faux étant qu'ils ne peuvent comme lui les échanger en monnaie locale.

Cons: Le quartier est à 20 mn de la médina, nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée et nous avons voulu aller dîner dans la médina mais nous avons mis 1h à trouver un taxi. Le lendemain matin, nous avions notre avion très tôt et ils nous ont demandé 90dh pour faire 1,5km ce n’est pas le prix pour le Maroc ils ont vraiment exagéré. Cons: Das Badezimmer hat schon ein paar kleine Mängel (Toilettenbrille locker, keine Ablage oder Toilettenpapierhalterung, durch den festen Duschkopf schnell alles nass, schwierige Lüftung) aber das ist alles nichts weltbewegendes und der Duschstrahl dafür schön kräftig und warm.

Cons: There was no signage. It wasn’t clean. The toilet seat was awful. Pillows were stained and uncomfortable. The place could’ve been beautiful but needed work. Wires were sticking out of the bathroom ceiling. The walls were peeling. All the local eateries were close by but looked uninviting and dodgy.

Le propriétaire de la maison nous a accueilli très aimablement. Le logement est vaste, nous avons eu le choix de la chambre et avons pris celle avec la terrasse pratique pour les fumeurs. Sobre, fonctionnel, de très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous nous sommes rendus facilement à l'aéroport à pied le lendemain matin très tôt.

La maison de Saïd se trouve à trois minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, 15 minutes à pied, ce qui était très pratique pour nous qui devions repartir le lendemain. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux malgré notre arrivée en pleine nuit. Une chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût, dotée d'une literie confortable et propre. nous avons pu croiser la femme de Saïd qui est vraiment adorable et qui nous a conseillé un endroit juste à côté pour prendre un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir passé cette nuit au calme, dans ce quartier excentré et dépaysant.

We chose Flashback House for our last night, without breakfast, as we had an early morning flight and needed to leave the room at dawn. We did not have high expectations, but the stay turned out to be very comfortable. The room is very large and finished with great care, from the door to the ceiling, with attention to detail that reflects Moroccan style. It was also equipped with a kettle, with instant coffee and some tea bags available, as well as a microwave and a small gas kitchen. The bathroom is minimal, but it has a door and a shower, making it functional and practical. The owners were very helpful and also very kind. They even provided us with a scale to weigh our luggage, which was really useful before departure. They also showed us the way to the airport, which is very close and easy to reach in about a 15-minute walk. The location proved to be extremely strategic for our needs. Nearby, we also found a fast food place serving traditional Moroccan dishes at a very good price.

This was a great budget option for a night. The accommodation is in an interesting building with an engaging host. There are lovely views from the terraces as well as a garden and swimming pool. We ate there and the food was good and very reasonably priced. It was lovely walking around the neighbourhood and everyone was really friendly. It's very near Ourika and the lovely Ourika Valley.
Cons: It was unfortunate that on the day that we stayed, there were high winds and loads of dust had been blown up. The outside furniture had all the cushions removed due to the wind, so we didn't see the place at its best. During better weather, the place will be a great base.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí ya que se tardan 5 minutos andando hasta el aeropuerto. Llegamos a las 2 am por un problema en la carretera y nos dejaron una llave para entrar e indicaciones de cual era nuestra habitación asimismo nos proporcionaron su número de teléfono por si no recordábamos la ubicación. Al lado del hotel hay una tienda pequeñita y algún restaurante. Está vez alquilamos coche y no hay problema para aparcar al lado.

The property is very close to the airport. Also, there are some shops and a bus stop nearby, so it’s easy to get the necessities. Plus, there are some cute cats in the house if you’re into that.
Cons: The apartment wasn’t very clean and the smell was a little bad. The entrance is a bit tricky to find, we were lucky to have a local fellow there who told us where to look.

The proximity to the airport is a win. We just walked down the street from airport, to reach the property. We reached late in the night and had to leave early morning, it served the purpose of providing a roof overnight.
Cons: CATS! Tons of them. The people are very, very sweet, but I'm terrified of cats. There were many on the streets and in the house. The house is very dimly lit, I don't know if that was intentional, but it wasn't to my liking. But I guess you get what you pay for. Cons: The soundproofing was non existent. In the early hours of the morning the guests next door were talking and it sounded as if they were at the end of my bed. All the water running in the other rooms was loud. The bathroom was small and depressing . I don't understand how it had a rating over 8 out of 10.

Ou alors, et je le conseille aux clients potentiels de cette plateforme, il faut aller fouiller d'abord dans la rubrique " commentaires les plus pertinents" et cibler ensuite la rubrique "les plus mal notés". Celà contribue à éviter de mauvaises expériences. Bref, ne pas s'en tenir aux seuls commentaires qui figurent en début de liste, qui entraîne des expressions ronflantes, type "fabuleux", qui ne sont là que pour faire vendre.

Very nice host. She came up to welcome us even though we arrived after midnight. Big room and nice balcony (even though the walls of the balcony are high so you can’t see anything). AC. Convenient for one since it’s close to the airport (would never stay longer than one night). A fruit market along the closest street on the way to the airport.
Cons: Three floors up, no elevator. Very hard to find since there was no signs or similar outside. Not even on the door there was a sign. We walked around the house several times before just trying to enter somewhere. Pretty dirty in the area (not in the house).

Die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens war sehr praktisch für unsere Planung. Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht an und wurden nett empfangen. Wir fanden die Betten gut, aber das ist ja auch sehr individuell. Der Raum ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet.
Cons: Eine Unterkunft ohne Klimaanlage ist manchmal eine Herausforderung, besonders wenn man übermüdet ist und im Hochsommer nach Marrakesch reist. Also Achtung an alle empfindlichen Geister! Die Glühbirne im Waschbeckenbereich war kaputt, das war sehr unpraktisch

Host is very friendly, speak good English. I have stayed here many times when I had early flights. The times I had late flight the host let me check out later with no charge. Its clean, no noise from traffic at night and they neighbourhood gets nicer every year. Can recommend for anyone who fly out early or fly in late.

I've stayed here twice already and would definitely come back again. The location is perfect - very close to the airport, which is super convenient. The owners are absolutely lovely, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. The place is clean and thoughtfully equipped with lots of amenities that many other places often miss: a kettle, coffee machine, plates, silverware, hairdryer - even complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. These small touches make a big difference! Considering the price, the value for money is excellent - definitely one of the best price-performance ratios I’ve found. Highly recommended!

Cons: Wat mij absoluut niet beviel, waren de kamers die leken zo uit de jaren ’70 te komen. Alles was dusdanig versleten dat het rijp was voor de sloop. Eerlijk gezegd zou ik me schamen om op deze manier gasten te ontvangen. De hygiëne liet sterk te wensen over. We hebben er één nacht geslapen, maar het voelde voor ons allemaal oncomfortabel en onfris. Ik zie hier allerlei positieve recensies, en dat was precies de reden waarom ik heb geboekt. Helaas komt dat totaal niet overeen met onze ervaring. Wat mij betreft is dit erg misleidend en verre van de werkelijkheid. Zelfs voor een enkele overnachting zou ik dit absoluut niet aanraden. Voor ons dus: nooit meer.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt beim Flashback House! :) Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten bequem und alles sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe zum Flughafen (Laufen ca. 15 Minuten, Taxi 5 Minuten). Der Gastgeber hat auf der Straße auf uns gewartet, damit wir das Haus finden und hat uns dann für die Nacht ein Taxi organisiert, was uns super und unkompliziert zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke! :)

Great little place close to the airport. It was perfect for an early morning flight the next morning. It was very reasonable with a private sitting area outside. The only downside was that the shower leaked a bit so the whole bathroom floor was wet and if you shut the door it became musty smelling. That would be a very easy fix so maybe it has already been done. Overall, it was well worth the price with such a close location to the airport.

Guest house très bien, avec une chambre très propre et très spacieuse. Matelas très confortable. Et surtout à 20 min à pied du terminal de départ, donc très pratique quand on doit partir tôt. Dans le quartier nous n'avons pas très bien mangé (snacks ou usa food), je conseillerais plutôt de prendre un taxi pour la medina le soir, ce n'est pas très loin et tellement plus sympa 😊. Je recommande !

Wir haben eine sehr große und saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden, fußläufig entfernt zum Flughafen, sodass wir abends schon unser Mietauto abgeben konnten. Für eine Nacht war das Zimmer optimal. Nur die Dusche haben wir nicht benutzt. Zusammen mit dem WC in einem kleinen dunklen Raum ohne Abtrennung erschien uns das etwas abenteuerlich. Ansonsten war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und das Ein- und Auschecken erfolgte problemlos. Wenn man auf das Duschen verzichten kann, ist die Unterkunft absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
Cons: Wir haben die Unterkunft nicht auf Anhieb gefunden. Ein sehr netter Nachbar ist dann vorgelaufen und hat uns gezeigt, wo wir hinmüssen.

Cons: War alles super, die Unterkunft ist nur recht bescheiden (im Verhältnis dazu was wir aus unserer Heimat kennen), es ist aber alles da was man braucht (ein mini Kühlschrank, ein Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee). Nur etwas unpraktisch ist dass die Dusche sich direkt am WC befindet (aber auch irgendwie lustig).

Emplacement difficile à trouver comme un peu partout au Maroc car rien n'est indiqué, sans gps c'est impossible. La chambre est basique mais les lits confortables, par contre pour la salle de bain il faut vraiment procéder à des ameliorations rien que de changer le système d'allumage car on ne voit rien. Propriétaire sympathique qui nous a lavé notre voiture de location et bien conseillé avant remise à l'agence. MERCI !
Cons: L'allumage dans la salle de bains, une lumiere au dessus du lavabo dans l'espace cuisine qui sert pour se laver également et les petits chats, adorables certes, car nous aimons les animaux, mais quand même un peu penibles car il ne faut pas les laisser rentrer et c'est un vrai combat à chaque entrée et sortie du logement.

Ni musique, ni télé Par contre des gosses qui jouent en hurlant jusqu'à point d'heures à ras la fenêtre et le volet servant de porte. Personnellement nous avons opté pour le hammam (très traditionnel) qui se situe juste à coté

Cons: Man duscht mit der Toilette zusammen. Wir hatten dann auch noch Pech und es gab kein Wasser in der Umgebung. Wir mussten selbst Kontakt zum Besitzer aufnehmen und nach Wasser fragen, obwohl das Problem bekannt war. Danach war der Besitzer aber sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr harte Betten. Alles nicht so komfortabel, aber pragmatisch am Flughafen.

The place is so close by walking. The room was so big and nice. The host helped me also by changing my euro to Morocco dirham.

Lokatie is fijn. Ondanks iets verder van het centrum die per bus of taxi heel goed bereikbaar is. Vlakbij de luchthaven. Ondanks druk wijkje is het op de kamers rustig je hoort niets van de vliegtuigen en 's avonds en snachts rustig. Fijne mensen wonen er zelf ook en je kan altijd terecht bij ze met vragen

The property is in really sad state and not fit for guest to live in, There were cracks on walls, dirty rugs, used pillows and bedsheets, loose sockets, loose bathroom plug and loose door handle, no bedside tables at all.
Cons: Almost slipped twice in bathroom as you have to walk through wet shower area to use toilet and its a step down, really inconvenient to use and bathroom plug was hanging off the wall, got electric shock. Kettle stopped working on second night when we desperately need hot drink and couldn;t have morning coffee before the flight,

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral zum Flughafen. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat eine kleine Küche mit Gasherd.
Cons: Im Haus ist es hellhörig. Mein Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss einwenig hörte man den Lärm von draussen und von den Zimmern über mir.

Excellent location walking distance to the airport, comfortable bed, clean and quiet location. We would stay here again if flying in/out of Marrakech. Typical Local food cafes nearby and very close to fresh markets... . The host was delightful, spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome.
Cons: Hard to find as no house signage and off the main road in a small street (lane). Google maps not v helpful here. Thank you to a local for his directions...
