As I said in my negative feedback, they canceled my reservation and when I arrived to the hotel to clarify the reason and ask them why it was happened and why they didn’t send me cancellation letter with explanation. Because I didn’t want to pay twice for hotels! After long conversation the supervisor Usuf offered me to see one apartment and if I like it to stay there. I saw it was not new, a bit old, but cosy apartment in Arabic style like in pictures, with good clean linen and good mattress in bed with leaves of roses on the bed, separate kitchen and nice two terraces, towels were a bit old, but any it was good, I liked it and I was so tired after 5 hours clarifying the situation, so I decided to stay there. And to be honest I liked to stay there, because they tried to provide all need there it was new fen, pan and they washed some of y clods. And when I leaved hotel one their managers helped me to leave hotel to place to catch taxi. So finally I am very pleased to all staff of the hotel, who made my stay there good and comfortable 🙏❤️ Also the supervisor Usuf speaks English and one of his colleague, the rest staff speak French and Arabic, but all of them try to help in any questions I had.🙏❤️ Also location is a bit far from the center and old city but good with nice small cafes outside the hotel.
Cons: At the beginning it was strange situation, as after confirmation letter from this hotel I got email that they are waiting for anyones prove. I call to my local friend to clarify this question, he call back and said that they asked to wait. But they didn’t call back to him and after 40 minutes he call them again and they said that my booking was canceled! But we didn’t cancel it and haven’t got cancellation letter! So he called then 6 time and informed that the hotel is fool! I didn’t want to pay twice and directly went to the hotel. The supervisor Usuf, very polite person and can speak English language (also one manager a nice man 50-60 years old also can speak English, other staff speaks Arabic and French- but all very polite) said that my friend canceled the hotel and now it’s fool! And when I asked why I haven’t got cancellation latter and reason, he said we were going to send it to you at midnight! But it’s not correct if the hotel canceled booking they must send it to the customer immediately with explanation reason and money refund! If not I can arrive at any time till the end of my booking! He said that the hotel is fool! But then he said that can place some of his 3 guests in the one big apartments, and if I would like one of the apartments I can stay in their hotel. La taille de l'hébergement étant assez grand.
Cons: Équipement pas du tout au rendez-vous ! Manque l'intégralité de ce qui est notée dans l'annonce, pas de table pour manger. L'hygiène reste à désirer, tache visible de partout dans chaque pièce sur les murs, les draps. Câble électrique suspendu à l'intérieur du logement... Cafard visible dans la salle de bain et dans la cuisine. Odeur désagréable remontant dans les toilettes et dans la cuisine. Deux terrasses visibles, devant et derrière le logement, aucune possibilité d'en profiter, aucune chaise mise à disposition à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur du logement. Visibilité gâchée par des travaux, devant et derrière le logement, en plus d'avoir une vue plongeante sur de l'insalubrité. Appartement donné pour 5 personnes, d'environ 84 m2. Canapé aussi ferme qu'une planche de bois, impossible d'en faire un canapé-lit. Climatiseurs manquants dans les chambres, difficulté à ouvrir et à fermer les portes des logements. Un collègue est même resté bloqué dans la douche, un membre du personnel a dû venir pour ouvrir la porte en fracturant la serrure. Grosse difficulté à ouvrir et fermer la porte d'entrée du logement. L'ascenseur reste à désirer, équivalent à un manège à Disneyland. Vous montez dedans en croisant les doigts qu'il ne lâche pas. Et lors de notre arrivée, le personnel n'était pas au courant de notre venue. Ce qui nous a fait perdre un peu de temps, et obligé de payer en espèces sur place. Avec un montant différent de la réservation initiale. En conclusion, si vous cherchez de l'aventure, avec des problématiques visibles à chaque coin de l'appartement. Je vous invite à y aller. Mais si vous cherchez un minimum de confort, avec un service à la clé... Fuyez ce genre d'appart hôtel ! Je suis même étonné que booking propose ce genre de logement, c'est la première fois en 10 ans de réservation de logement, sur Booking, que j'ai trouvé autant de défauts dans un logement.

L'accueille des réceptionnistes raja, djamel ainsi que moustapha est très gentilles, accueillants, à l'écoute de la demande du client
Cons: Les femmes de ménage sans aucune compétences professionnelles ni savoir-faire, pas de respect d'hygiène ni d'ordre de travaille par exemple elle touche avec des gants les toilettes après elle va faire le lit, et la cuisine sans changer de gants... Sans oublier le produit de la machine de mauvaise qualité, ils le mettent avec de grosses quantités dans les draps et les serviettes Sans être bien rincer ce qui cause des allergies, des rougeurs sur la peau ainsi que une mauvaise respiratoire pour les poumons, ils mettent aussi de l'eau de javel dans la douche, les équipements sont anciens, besoins d'être chargés comme les serviettes, les draps, manque des éléments de cuisine dans la chambre où j'étais, porte de salle de bain est ancienne avec des salissures, l'éclairage qui saute dans la salle de bain ainsi que dans la 1ère chambre qu'ils m'ont donné. Problème d'internete est survenue plusieurs fois .Pas de fixe dans les chambres pour joindre la réception .

Cons: عند وصولي تم تغيير الشقة التي قمت بحجزها في موقعكم والتي رأيت صورها لم تكن نفس الشقة انا حجزت شقة بغرفتين وتفاجئت أنه تم تغييرها بشقة بغرفة واحدة وعندما طلبت الشقة التي دفعت ثمنها طلبو مني أن أدفع أكثر لاخد الشقة كما قال أحد المسؤولين لي عندما رايتك لوحدك انتي وابنتكي قلت ستكفيكي شقة بغرفة واحدة .. مهذا الهراء ..قلت له ليس لديك الحق في أن تقرر مالذي يناسبني أو لا دورك فقط أن تكمل عملك وهو أن ترى ماهو مكتوب في الحجز وتعطيني ما دفعت ثمنه فقط ... ولم يتعاملون معي جيدا الى حين أن صارت مشكلة كبيرة وطلبو مني أن ابيت في الشقة التي أعطوها لي ووعدوني أن يغيروها لي في الصباح الساعة 12 ولم يعوضونني في الليلة التي ضاعت لي بسببهم.. تم بعد ذلك وافقت لأنني انا وابنتي تعبنا وكانت الساعة وصلت 10 ليلا ولازلنا لم نستلم الشقة . وعندما ذهبنا لنوم في الشقة لم تكن نظيفة الغبار في كل مكان وانا وابنتي نعاني من الحساسية المفرطة ضد الغبار وكذلك غطاء السرير به بقع دم و النوافذ مليئة ببراز الحمام أما المرحاض فكانت رائحته كريهة للغاية وعندما ذهبت واخبرتهم أنني لا أستطيع النوم في كل هذه الأوساخ اصرو علي أن اصبر لغاية الساعة 12 ظهرا لقد كانت اسوأ تجربة بالنسبة لي وفي اليوم الموالي ذهبت الساعة 12 لاستلام الشقة فقالوا أنها غير جاهزة انتظري بضع دقائق فانتظرت لمدة ساعتين ولم استلم الشقة إلى حدود الساعة 14h زوالا هناك إهمال كثير من الموظفين داخل الفندق وعدم المراقبة ولا انصح اي احد أن يحجز بهذا الفندق

Le décor de l'entrée
Cons: Je ne trouve pas les mots pour décrire l'hébergement, le niveau de saleté des tapis,couettes, les draps housse pas de la taille des lits, troué, il faudra prévoir vos serviettes si vous voulez prendre une douche, tâche de saleté, joints pourris, toilettes non fixée donc attention a vous, pas de tapis de bain attention à vos enfants (risque de glisse). Table de nuits troués et très sale, les canapé du salon s'enfonce jusqu'en bas quand on s'assoit, la TV ne marche pas, j'ai demandé a la réception mais rien n'a été fait, il a fallu que je précise que mon retour sera très mauvais pour que le personnel vienne me voir afin d'arranger les choses, c'est malheureux car s'était trop tard, il me restait qu'une nuit avant mon départ (je les remercie malgré tout) mais le propriétaire doit vraiment revoir l'état des appartements - Cuisine : pas de four ni micro ondes, vaisselles incomplète voir inexistante, ustensul de cuisine insuffisant, serviette à vaisselle inexistante, sac poubelle non disponible... - SDB: pas serviette de bains ou peignoir, pas de serviette pour les mains, pas de tapis de douche anti glisse... - Chambres : mettre des draps housses propres, couettes propres, tapis propres, vérifier aussi l'état des matelas, les tables de nuit, la tête du lit qui est juste posé et risque de tomber au moindre décalage du lit. -Salon : canapé troué, sale, mur fissuré et TV + télécommande qui tient à peine, chaises de la salle a manger en plastique. La cerise sur la gâteau est qu'à la réservation j'avais eu un montant total frais inclus à 93 €, arrivée sur place le réceptionniste me dit 1300 Dhs. Je pose évidemment la question sur la différentes du prix la réponse est que c'est 93 HT, si mes cours de math m'ont servi un minimum la TVA est de 20% alors si je prends une basse de 1000 dhs HT j'aurai 1200 dhs TTC, vous me corriger si je suis aussi nul que ça sur le calcul.

L'espace de cette appartement, la propriété et le confort des matelas
Cons: La salle de bain a besoin d'être refaite. Le miroir des sanitaires est trop haut et trop petit. Un grand miroir pour se voir en entier c'est vraiment oasis grand chose. L'évacuation d'eau de la clim est à voir car l'eau s'évacue dans le balcon j'ai failli glisser. Nous avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais j'ai constaté qu'il manque de la vaisselle...

Cons: À FUIR Le linge de lit était sale. Nous avons eu une serviette pour six personnes et sale en plus. Pas de savon, ni bouilloire ni machine à café pourtant prévu dans l'annonce. Et par dessus tout un énorme cafard de 5 cm, oui 5cm visiblement le propriétaire et dans un déni notoir! Réveillez vous! Et soyez plus professionnels Je ne demande rien de plus que ce pourquoi j'ai payé et vous êtes engagé. Au vu des réponses que vous osez encore publiés, vous mettez au grand jour votre incompétence et votre "déni"!! L'hôtel se situe dans une rue avec deux discothèques. Bref de belles photos sur le site mais rien a voir avec la réalité. Comment cet établissement peut avoir des avis favorables ?????

L'hôtel est bien situé à 5 mn à pieds de la gare de Marrakech, dans le quartier Gheliz, un quartier bien fréquenté, le soir, plein de cafés et resto-pub aux alentours pour les fêtards et les familles aussi, l'hôtel est propre, muni d'un ascenseur, les employés sont chaleureux et à l'écoute des besoins des clients, mon séjour était professionnel mais la prochaine fois je compte revenir avec ma petite famille (l'appart est composé de 2 chambres et un salon)
Cons: Connexion Wifi existante dans l'appartement mais la télé n'est pas une smart-tv donc ça aurait été un plus avoir youtube et Netflix pour faire passer le temps. Pour les familles qui préfèrent cuisiner au lieu de commander à l'extérieur, des équipements et ustensiles seraient les bienvenus dans la cuisine.

Seriously One of my favourite places in morrocco, I have Stayed one night on my travels to morrocco ,and just recently months, the staff are hard working, fast and competent. Apartments are nice cleaned extremely well. The staff work hard to accommodate you, but leave you alone, not bothering you every ten secounds. A bunch of very hard working people. You have everything you need here. Access to alot of places including Medina, short taxi ride. Guileza is vibes lots of modern facilities. The area is good especially if your new to morrocco. You have the mall and everything around you. Street also has clubs if you on a holiday and looking for a good time. Places to eat and vibe this is the place to be. The apartments are one of the best in the area for price, and what you receive staying there. I recommend this to short stays but also long. I stayed long and tbh it just felt like home. Try it and see for yourself. It's good for couples, groups and singles. People complaining are expecting far to much for budjet, if your a smart and respectable person this is a great experience for the price you get.
Cons: Building works are happing and it can be loud and frustrating. But it depends on the apartment you get. Some you won't really notice, so ask the staff to accommodate your needs and see if they can. If your goal is in and out and exploring morrocco and a quiet relaxing place for the evening on an amazing budget with a base it won't effect you. You will really enjoy the vibes, friendliness and home like feel while you explore morrocco. But I do have to be honest if noise in the day or morning is a no for you. Then there may be better places. Can't wait to go back when all the works have been done. It felt like home 🏡

Cons: They didn’t provide towels while it’s a hotel. And when asked, they provided one towel for a group of 5 people. The hotel is located in a very noisy street, with a lot of fights going on. The bed was very squeaky and not at all comfortable.

Le personnel est très gentil nous avons été bien accueilli. L'appartement très spacieux. La table avait été mise pour notre arrivée, cependant, aucune vaisselle dans la cuisine juste quelques couteaux. . Les draps et les serviettes n'étaient pas en bon état, où état très douteux. Il y avait des travaux dans la rue nous avons été réveillé au marteau-piqueur des 7h30 le matin durant toute la durée de notre séjour.

The apartement is very good value for many. It was very spacious and there was no noise from the street (we've been there for 3 nights - on 2nd and 4th floor). The bedding and the batroom were clean.
Cons: However, some of the furniture needs cleaning, as there are many stains on the dining chairs that require deep cleaning. The kitchen equipment is either very limited or worn-out, making the kitchen usable only as an additional room or cleaning area. But that was no turn of for us (we needed kitchen in limited capacity) as we booked the hotel also after the first staying.

L'appartamento era enorme e molto pulito, abbastanza vicino al centro (3.5/4 km circa, ci sono 2 autobus che vanno diretti anche se purtroppo i mezzi pubblici lasciano a desiderare ma non è colpa dell hotel ovviamente), attorno ci sono molti ristoranti e supermercati e la piazza è ben illuminata quindi dà impressione di maggiore sicurezza. I letti son spaziosi e comodi, lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile ♥️ Prezzo veramente ottimo
Cons: Un po' scomoda l'assenza del tavolo con sedie che si vede in foto (c'è comunque il tavolino basso con attorno i 3 divani quindi ci si adatta); strano che, nonostante la cucina, non ci fossero pentole o padelle per cucinare (le abbiam dovute chiedere apposta e ci son state date) e, essendo noi 3 donne, non c'era il phon sempre a disposizione, bisognava chiederlo allo staff perché era uno per tutte le stanze . Diciamo però che per il prezzo veramente irrisorio pagato non possiamo veramente lamentarci

Cons: La qualité des équipements laisse beaucoup à désirer: - Chambre et Salon: les lits et les fauteuils du salon inconfortables, les draps abimés - Cuisine: manque de matériel pour cuisson (Poêle, cocotte,...) et presque toute la vaisselle - Salle de bain: la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas et laisse passer le vent qui sifflait très froid durant mon séjour, le savon mis à disposition est de très mauvaise qualité, pas de serviette pour salle de bain.

The staff is very friendly. They came to meet us for various requests. The hotel is in a good location. There is a bus service nearby. The apartment is very spacious. Since we had a late flight, we were able to leave our bags. They recommended us a good agency for excursions and transportation from the airport. Wi Fi was good.
Cons: The kitchen is poorly equipped. Those who plan to prepare their own food will have a problem. Dishes are missing. The air conditioner was not working, we were a little cold. But they provided us with extra blankets, and the next day they transferred us to another apartment where the air conditioner was working.There is no dining table or chairs on the terrace.

Le dernier jour j'ai déposée la clef à la réception pour partir la femme à l'accueil me demande d'attendre pour qu'elle monte vérifier l'appart normal j'ai une tête d'arabe...si c'était une étrangère je pense pas qu'elle fera la même chose......j'ai visitée pas mal de pays séjourner dans des appartements où hôtel c'est la première fois que je me senti humilier Fait trop froid dans l'appartement il faut faire deux seconde pour prendre une douche l'eau se refroidit ce qui m'était arrivée j'étais obliger de me rincer avec de l'eau froide quond j'ai demandée une explication la réponse c'était c'est normal madame la chaudière et petite il fallait attendre 10mn pour que l'eau se réchauffe à nouveau hhhhh ..

Cons: I wasn’t allowed to pay by card in the hotel, had to go get cash to an ATM. couch was incredibly uncomfortable, there’s was not kitchen equipment enough, only one uneven pot, some silverware and one ladle.

Excellent place to stay in and its an apartments and they give you two rooms. The lady is very nice and friendly and she messages you on WhatsApp to check your check in time and arrival. I was allowed to check in at 12:00 way before the actual check in for free. on the check out, I was running late to get back to the hotel to check out but I messaged the lady and She took my bags to the reception and kept it there for me at no extra charge. I honestly recommend this place and the customer services is excellent and the apartments are the best in Marrakesh and the location is at the centre of Gueliz and plenty of places to eat.

The Property was well maintained and very close by pubs and good restaurants and it’s around 3 km from souks and Madina. I have received a wattsapp message from staff (Nouhaila)asking what time i am checking in and upon my arrival she came to my car and collected my luggage, we have opted to pay at hotel and I been told i can pay later if I want. We are family of four 2 adults and 2 kids, we have been given a proper 2 bed apartment with all basic facilities like a small vessel to make tea or coffee but they haven’t provided microwave or kettle. Beds are okay and excellent sofa and a dining table and bed rooms equipped with good cupboards. Its really budget friendly self catering hotel/apartment i just paid less than 300 pounds for6 nights)and staff are really friendly and very budget friendly/family restaurants very close by. I would definitely recommend people who are looking for a good place with less price.

When I arrived for check in, to my surprise the staff at the reception could not find my booking. Allthough i have confirmation from the website. The receptionist talked to her manager on the phone, finally they found my booking, but they did not actually reserve the room i booked. And the hotel was fully booked. I asked for what happened, the receptionist talked to her manager, and she came up with a bunch of unbelievable excuses. They tried to blame "the system" and "the website", when it was clearly their fault. I asked to talk to the manager myself, becasue the reasoning made absolutely no sense. The receptionist shamelessly said the manager is busy and can't talk to me. They did not offer to help, they did not try find an alternative, i did not even get an apology. These people are not trustworthy, not serious. I do not recommend booking this so called hotel.

Cons: Manque de confort. Moteur de climatisation de l'appartement supérieur raisonnant dans le mur de la chambre. Impossible de dormir. Lit défoncé, trou énorme dans celui ci. Equipements vétustes, voir manquant: 3 chaises pour 4 personnes, 2 couteaux, 1 petite cuillère. Lampe d'éclairage HS. Très déçu.

The flat as such is spacious and conveniently equipped. The Hotel web-page propagates "balcony with city view" - we liked the view (see photo) at least if offers a bit of diversification!
Cons: The flat (acc. to confirmation-mail received) was supposed to be ready from 12:30h onwards, however, upon our arrival at 16:00h we had to wait for 1/2 h till cleaning was finished. Upon taking over the flat it was noticed that the terrasse-door closing handle was broken and the door could not be closed nor locked. We were moved into another flat. At night while entering the bed we found typical evidence of previous hosts nightly pleasures still nicely preserved on the bedsheets. Poor night-watchman was not at all happy to change bed-sheets at this late hour! But not finished yet, we spent a terrible night due to a completely worn mattress, permanently worried to fall out of bed.

Cons: Our stay at La Citta Rossa was incredibly disappointing. Despite providing payment details before arrival, we were asked to pay on-site. We hadn’t exchanged Moroccan Dirhams yet, so we had to use a debit card, which led to incurring hefty commission fees. The apartment, booked for three people, was badly prepared with only two towels provided. The kitchen is poorly equipped, offering less than even the basics. Don’t expect to prepare meals comfortably here. The WiFi was completely useless, we only learned about a family member being hospitalised in the UK after an entire day. This was both upsetting and unacceptable. Even worse, every electric socket was dangerously hanging out of the walls, making us afraid to charge our devices. The doors didn’t close properly, offering no privacy and making loud creaking noises. Although the balconies were spacious, there were no chairs to enjoy them. The sofa was dirty and full of stains, and the apartment is in a noisy area surrounded by nightclubs, which made it hard to relax.

Porque eramos 5 y nos dio 3 si luego le pedimos y nos dio muchas más te hacen limpieza en apartamento si quieres de forma gratuïta. Es como un apartamento dentro de un hotel recepción abierta 24 h eso si no hablan español son buena gente los de las tiendas de al lado restaurantes bares que por cierto también hay como 5 pubs para beber si os apetece... Que no fue lo nuestro... Tienes cerca toda las tiendas de marcas y centro comercial estación trenes muchos taxis... Nosotros eramos 5 Una bebé de 2 años Nena y nene de 6y8 años y 2 adultos Tenéis WiFi El baño está bien para los que hay por hay Cocina poco equipada(pero sale más caro cocinar que ir por hay) Volveremos ha repetir

Manque de serviette de toilettes…pas d’ustensiles de cuisine… Literie à changer complètement Extrêmement bruyant Boîte de nuit collée à l’hôtel… impossible de dormir… Attention! Payer la navette retour pour l’aéroport 20 euros + repayer 20 euros au taxi qui nous a dit une fois à l’aéroport de ne pas avoir été payé par l’hôtel. C’est à dire que la navette retour aéroport nous a coûter 40 euros…

Nous n’avons pas passé la nuit dans l’établissement, bruit assourdissant, musique d’orchestre faisant trembler et vibrer la chambre, fumée de cigarette envahissante ( allergies aux acariens), à la cuisine aucun ustensile utile pour préparer le minimum à manger, serviette non présentes dans la salle de bain. Nous avons fui l’établissement avec une boule au ventre. Pensez-vous que l’on ne doit pas nous rembourser ?
Cons: Dans cet établissement la seule chose appréciable est l’accueil du personnel.

Cons: Les matelas pas confortables etait oval et non droit et poser sur des planche en bois et non des sommiers. Pas assez de prise au salon pour allumé un lampadaire qui était juste posé comme sa. Manquait une empoule dans une lampe de chevet. Les chevet en mauvais état. Le balcon était sale et porte qui racle le sol en fesant du bruit . Le pire c'est la douche toujours les pieds dans l'eau car fuite quand on se douche et les tapis de bain toujours mouillé. L'aventage l emplacement est super bien situé tout est à côté a pied gare ,place chamaa elfna, gueliz et l'appartement est grand à part le confort bof sans plus à améliorer.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Epicerie et restaurant à proximité. 45mn à pied de la place Jemaa el fna. La cuisine permet de faire du thé et un plat de pâte éventuellement.
