Cons: בעל הדירה לא עונה להודעות ולטלפונים. הטלויזיה בסלון לא עבדה. השירותים לא ננעלים ולא באו לתקן. המקלחון שבור. לא הביאו שלט לחניון ובשביל לעלות במעלית חייב צ׳יפ וזה לא נוח בעליל.

It had a really nice view, a free rooftop, clean bed, lot of cutlery etc. 24/7 someone sitting next to building enter to keep it even safer. No problem with entering, even we had check in at 10pm and checkout at 3am. Btw. Don’t pay 200dh for a taxi! With inDrive or even booking.com’s private taxi would be 1/4 of that price.
Cons: WiFi the worst. Mostly 2Mbps, sometimes kicks up to 16Mbps then back down. Feels like old times with 3G (it was an Mobile internet router hidden behind picture, which we took out to get a little less connection issues)

Most of things were generally okay.
Cons: We didn't get enough of bed sheets (for the sofa bed). We reported that to the host at 8pm and he was not able to deliver the sheets. I ended up sleeping on dirty sofa without any sheets that made me night really bad

We booked for 3 nights in family room with 2 bedrooms one with double bed nice size,other smaller with 2 single beds kitchen living room and balcony area really nice
Cons: Unfortunately our room wasn't available on 1st night so had to go to one bed with sofa bed in living room,not appropriate not what l booked.l complained but was assured other room would be ready next day and 200 dirham would be left in room compensation for lesser although 400 would have been correct amount.Early next morning l messaged same guy he said he would contact me when ready,he didn't l messaged him at 2 he said it was ready.Why did he not tell.me as he said?we was just waiting around in town waiting to change rooms.Then 10 minutes later he is messaging and calling me panicking cos guests had to arrived to in room we used 1st night we had to quickly gather our belongings.We moved to next room it's great.No 200 dirham guy who runs property does answer calls or messages if you have a problem.Would not recomend because of him.

Zunächst ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof positiv zu sehen. Ansonsten war es sehr räumlich und ruhig. Die Küche wurde zwar nicht genutzt, doch sie bot viel Platz und eine gute Ausstattung.
Cons: Die Lüftung der Toilette war sehr laut und die Fenster. Des weiteren war zunächst eine falsche Adresse angegeben und das Apartment war nicht direkt ersichtlich. Nach kurzem Nachfragen doch gefunden.

A notre arrivée , l'appartement était occupé et sale . Impossible de joindre le responsable . il a fallut attendre plus d'1 heure pour que l'appart soit vide et le ménage fait . et malgré le ménage l'appart avait toujours une odeur désagréable ! A éviter absolument , manque de sérieux et de responsabilité .

L'emplacement et la place de parking
Cons: La réalité du logement ne correspond pas aux photos qui le présente. La tv qui ne fonctionne pas et la qualité médiocre de la WIFI. L'entrée n'est pas autonome comme c'est indiqué (il faut impérativement passer par une personne qui prend la photo de votre pièce d'identité avant d'accéder dans le logement) L'ouverture du parking n'est aussi pas autonome comme indiqué dans le message de l'hote (il faut à chaque fois demander au concierge de vous ouvrir le portail ) L'hote répond aux messages mais n'est pas du tout réactif face aux dysfonctionnements constatés. La cuisine n'est pas bien équipée.

Ce que j'ai DÉTESTÉ LE PLUS c'est les gardiens de voiture ont peux pas poser la voiture 2 min sans qu' il te saute dessus pour les payer. Alors annonce parking gratuit. Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Marrakeszu! Bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem – szybkie odpowiedzi na wiadomości i rozmowy telefoniczne, a instrukcje dotyczące odbioru kluczy były konkretne i bardzo czytelne. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony – wszystko, co potrzebne, było na miejscu. Na duży plus zasługuje też przestronny taras – idealny na śniadania na świeżym powietrzu. Lokalizacja również doskonała – blisko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego, co bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście i poza nim. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Buiten de goede locatie , was dit het slechtste verblijf dat ik ooit heb geboekt. Niet hygiënisch genoeg: badkamer (zie foto) en lakens waren denk ik niet veranderd of ze wassen niet met zeep. Gebouw / flat noemt ook Harmony. Als je gebouw verlaat via de ondergrondse parking, dan moet je de afstandbediening meenemen en erna terug in de app leggen en dan met de trappen naar beneden gaan. Want de lift werkt alleen met de badge die je dan terug met de sleutel in het beveiligde kastje moet leggen.

Cons: Die Garage war ein großes Problem. Sie ist viel zu eng und niedrig für normale Autos – geeignet nur für sehr hohe Fahrzeuge oder Geländewagen. Ich konnte mein Auto nicht dort parken und musste stattdessen einen externen Parkplatz bezahlen, was zusätzliche Kosten verursacht hat. Das hätte in der Beschreibung klar erwähnt werden müssen. Sehr enttäuschend in dieser Hinsicht.

Moderne og stilfuld lejlighed beliggende på en sidegade til det livlige Gueliz-område. Du får en central placering, men uden den konstante larm fra hovedgaden. Værten er nem at komme i kontakt med, og selv-check-in fungerede hurtigt og problemfrit med en udleveret kode. Det var et stort plus med et smart-TV, der havde adgang til næsten alle kanaler fra hele verden.
Cons: Værten kunne med fordel have informeret os om, at nabolejligheden var under fuld renovation, da der var en del støj, og håndværkerne arbejdede til sent om aftenen – dog uden markant larm i de sene nattetimer. Da vi ankom, var der ingen vand i lejligheden, men det blev hurtigt løst, sandsynligvis fordi værten havde fået vandforsyningen lukket. Dog kunne værten godt have ventet med at slukke for vandet igen, til vi rent faktisk var tjekket ud. Alt i alt var det dog et fint ophold.

Étonnant d’ailleurs vu que la femme de ménage arrive 45 minutes avant le checkout en sonnant et frappant à la porte jusqu’au départ… Logement très froid, pas de lampe de chevet, la lumière des toilettes s’allume dans le salon, comme toutes les lumières d’ailleurs ! Comme beaucoup de douche au Maroc, la cabine n’est pas très étanche. La baie vitrée du balcon ne ferme pas, niveau sécurité, au premier étage c’est un peu léger. On vous laisse avec la fameuse vue sur le jardin qui n’est autre que la rue.

Cons: Expérience très décevante à AiM HOUSE Marrakech. Pas d'eau pendant 2 heures à mon étage, car l'eau est fournie via une pompe bruyante que les voisins éteignent parfois. Le propriétaire m'a menti en prétendant qu'il s'agissait d'une coupure généralisée, alors que d'autres résidents avaient de l'eau. Aucune assistance malgré mon arrivée tardive à 23h. De plus, les photos sont trompeuses : il n'y a ni terrasse ni balcon comme annoncé. Le lit était de très mauvaise qualité, on sentait les ressorts, rendant la nuit inconfortable. Autre point inacceptable : pour laisser les clés dans la lockbox au check-out, il faut descendre 5 étages avec ses valises car l'ascenseur ne fonctionne qu'avec un badge. Aucune considération pour le client. Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser de mauvais commentaires, mais cette expérience était scandaleuse. Payer 50 euros/nuit pour cela est inadmissible. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement

Cons: Couch was too hard and not comfortable. Need towel hooks in the shower room. Kettle was gross and needs to be replaced. Only one coffee was provided, even though we said 2 guests. Having to remove our own garbage in parking garage dumpster. AC remote in bedroom needs to be replaced, could not see anything on the screen.

We arrived and immediately were happily greeted by the doorman. We were a group of 6 and requested extra towels and they were more than happy to provide. He helped us set up the air conditioning in the room, and once we checked out they also held our luggage as our flight was later in the day. Whenever we needed anything they responded quickly and promptly to the WhatsApp message. It was a steal for the price, we wish we could have stayed longer. 100/10 recommend!!!

Cons: The apartment is nothing like its shown on the website pictures are very deceiving. The appliances where old and falling apart to the point that the bathroom caused flooding which led to us having to move to another flat and that was worse then the one we originally had. There was to many ants and bugs it was disgusting and the host was only nice until the point where I had to complain about not being happy with this situation and having to pay in full for a 2 bedroom apartment and being downsized to a 1 bedroom department. There was 4 of us to accommodate and he couldn't care less and basically told me to leave if am not happy, I had 2 children with me and didn't have a choice but to continue with my stay and to make things even worse on the last nite of our stay we fit told we have to move yet again and go back to the flat that was flooded. We where moved 3 times and this just ruined our stay. The host is a liar and full of fake promises and I have no doubt he will reply to my message making me out to be a liar I have read him doing this to others and wish I hadn't ignored them reviews. All the negative reviews are true. I have nothing to gain but to warn others from his misleading by faulse advertisement. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES. In real life the apartments are nothing of the sort and what made things worse was the arrogant host. Who kept telling us to leave if we are not happy, like that is so simple to do with children in a foreign country I will definitely never be staying here again and would strongly advise anyone from ruining there trip like we did by reading his fake reviews about how good he is which is so far from the truth.

Great accommodation in a residential area. The apartment is big and near to supermarkets and restaurants. It felt really safe and there was a security guard outside 24 hours a day. The city centre is quite a walk away however taxis are really cheap and always available.

Good location, just a 10-15min walk away from the train station. Room was clean and kitchen has everything you'd require for cooking. Bathroom was spotless which is great. It is in the new city, so be prepared to use a cab should you choose to head to the Medina. Owners are very accommodating and helpful as well when A/C wasnt working when we arrived. They promptly fixed it whilst we were out exploring the city.
Cons: A/C wasn't not working when we checked in but owner quickly rectified it in less than 2hrs. So no issues really.

Cons: Fomos um grupo de 12 pessoas e um dos apts não estava preparado para 8pessoas, pois só tem 1wc e os sofás não servem para dormir porque são demasiado duros! O sinal do Wi-Fi não funcionava neste apt. No outro apt, havia a caixa da torradeira mas não havia torradeira! Sentimos constantemente cheiro a gás no corredor do prédio. No final da estadia, tinha combinado com o anfitrião deixar a nossa bagagem no hall de entrada do prédio até à hora do nosso voo mas não foi possível porque afinal não há sítio para poder guardar as malas!

Appartamento pulito e con angolo cottura ben attrezzato. Corrispondente alle foto anche se adatto solo per 2 persone in quanto è presente solo un letto matrimoniale
Cons: Eravamo in 4 così come indicato nella prenotazione e c'era solo un letto matrimoniale così mio marito ha dovuto dormire sul divano senza lenzuola ne cuscino. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte quindi non saprei dire con precisione della zona comunque non è centrale e non mi ha dato sicurezze per uscire di sera.

The appartment we booked for 2 was perfect for 2 people. Great confort, fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is a nice addition to the apprtment. In the proximity there are 2 stores, a small one called BIM and a larger one - Marjane, both at max 5 minutes walking distance. The bus station is also very close and the bus can take you to the Medina in 15-20 minutes for only 4 DH! At 10 minutes walking distance you can reach the railway station. At least 2 main touristic attractions are close: Jardins Majorelle at 30-40 minutes walking time and the Art Museum MACMA at 10 minutes walking time. A bigger mall (Eden Guéliz) is also close, at 20 minutes walking distance. As an improvement sugestion, the appartment lacked of hooks for clothes (like a jacket etc at the entrance) and a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Also an extra shelf in the bathroom under the sink would be weocome. But this did not affect our pleasant stay in the appartment.
Cons: There is nothing I did not like. I find the property's price/quality very good.

Great facility at a good location. Self check-in and checkout were smooth, the apartment was clean, the furniture was new and well-maintained. The apartment also had a big terrace which was great. Overall great experience, I highly recommend.
Cons: The hallway needed some cleaning unlike the apartment. We would have preferred white sheets and towels.

Lovely clean flat,good value for money, living room, kitchen and desk space. Residential area so safe and clean, plus security at the flat.
Cons: Location is in gueliz rather than the Medina so you will have to take a taxi into town, but that was good for us! Wifi also was sometimes not working.

Il y a un magasin bio juste à côté.
Cons: L'arrivée et le départ stressants. Il n'y a personne sur place, le propriétaire gère l'appartement à distance. Il nous a envoyé le code d'ascenseur, mais il est impossible de l'utiliser, car plusieurs touches du tableau sont cassées. L'ascenseur ne marche qu'avec un badge. On a du monter à pied au 5ème étage pour récupérer le badge dans l'appartement... Pour le départ, il fallait laisser la clé au gardien, mais le gardien n'était pas là. Le gardien de la maison voisine nous a expliqué que le gardien ne vient que dans la soirée. On a laissé la clé au gardien de la maison voisine... Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée. Il fallait comprendre que le chauffe-eau a été débranché et le brancher. Il serait bien d'ajouter des cuillères à thé, il n'y a que 2.

C’était très propre. Salle de bain et chambre magnifique. La terrasse était très appréciée. L’accueil (check in et check out) et la communication avec l’hôte (via sms) étaient parfaits (10/10). Cuisine complète et fournie.
Cons: Proche de la gare de train et de la nouvelle medina, situé dans un quartier calme, mais un peu loin des attractions touristiques (vieille medina). Avons vu 2 petits cafards au milieu de la nuit (serait typique de Marrakech).

Apartament lluminós, net, ben cuidat, molt còmode i ben equipat. Està al barri de Gueliz de Marraqueix i té la parada de bus a 5 minuts a peu per anar a la Medina amb transport públic ( bus número 1). Hi ha supermercats a prop i té pàrquing. Sempre està vigilat ja que hi ha porter que t'ajuden amb el que necessitis.

Pas trop loin de ce que je cherchais sur Gueliz mais à mon avis pas adapté pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la ville et veulent découvrir la médina. Plutôt calme et un peu de place pour se garer. On avait un badge pour mettre la voiture dans le garage mais le badge était cassé. Un bon endroit pour se reposer mais pour le prix, on trouve des riads vraiment plus sympa... J'ai pris ça par manque de temps au dernier moment mais avec un peu plus de temps pour m'organiser, je ne l'aurais pas pris car je trouve le prix excessif pour ce que c'est et ou il se trouve.
Cons: Le prix... Sur marraekch, pour ce prix, on trouve ultra facilement tellement mieux. Le proprio est au moyen orient au émirat Pas du tout adapté si vous n'êtes pas seul ou en couple

Super centraal, we konden met onze koffers vanaf het treinstation lopen naar het appartement. Daar werden we verwelkomd door de portier en verder geholpen. Het appartement is schoon en de locatie is ideaal. Ook reageert de host vrijwel direct op vragen.

It’s a nice spacious apartment with everything that I need.
Cons: Both AC filter’s were dirty and totally blocked. The sink drain and shower drain were also blocked with dirts. I have reported this to the landlord through WhatsApp message His reply was not polite. I have tried by myself to clean the shower drain by opening the drain and so much dirt came came out 😢. What an experiance haha

The location was great. Right in the heart of Gueliz, but on a side street so it’s a much quieter area. Taxis are very easy to find at the end of the street; and there’s so much good restaurants within walking distance. The balcony was also nice to have our morning coffee. The apartment was perfect for our 2 week stay.

Cons: 1-Certains résidents placent leurs véhicules n'importe où et parfois bloquent le passage: il faut indiquer au garage les lieux de stationnement autorisés et dégager les passages. 2- il faut décaler le temps d'entrée et de sortie à l'appartement ( exemple sortie à 12h et entrée à 14h pour éviter les chevauchements comme ce fût le cas pour nous .

De reservering en communicatie verliep erg vlot. Het is een erg schone woning waar ik me ook prettig voelde, je bent volledig voorzien van al het nodige. De portier is erg aardig en behulpzaam, net zoals andere bewoners in het complex. Het enige wat ik miste was een pas spiegel maar dat is geen minpunt. Ook het # knopje was volledig weg in de lift dus ik moest via de trap met mijn koffer en tassen naar de garage. Ik heb mij erg veilig gevoeld in de omgeving en het is er ook lekker rustig. Je hebt ook alles in de buurt voor een klein boodschapje. Ik heb in ieder geval een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad!

Cons: La lumière des W.C ne fonctionnait pas durant tout mon séjour malgré les relances , ces indiquer canapé lit mes se n’est pas un canapé lit j’ai dû improviser . y’a énormément de bruit au niveau de l’ascenseur et porte du hall . Et bagarre en pleine nuit dans une des chambre c’était vraiment insupportable surtout que le gardien n’intervenait pas . Ces dommage

Cons: Algunas cosas del apartamento no funcionaban bien, principalmente la cerradura de la puerta del apartamento que presentaba problemas. Además, un par de cosas más estaban averiadas, sin embargo, no las utilizamos por lo que no nos supuso un problema, pero si las hubiéramos utilizado sí que lo hubiera sido.

Great location. Everything was close and the apartment was quiet. Stayed 2 nights so didn’t use any cooking equipment but found everything we needed was there.
Cons: I’m fussy and it could of been because the flat hadn’t been rented for awhile. I found it dusty and was happy to find cleaning supplies available.

Cons: We booked this property as it was listed as having 'a garden to relax in.' This was important as one of us had mobility issues and a garden area would have been a good place to spend time to sit in. On asking at the property we were told that there was no outside space. Wi Fi intermittent. In mitigation, the owner did e-mail us on arrival and said to contact him if there were any problems at all but we did not do this. Overall a bit on the small side for 3 people.
