Cons: Notre famille était composée de 17 personnes et le responsable de la restauration a refusé de joindre deux grandes tables pour prendre les repas en famille....Du coup , c'est impossible de prendre des repas ensemble en famille ou en groupe! Vous pouvez oublié les repas ensemble. Il a sorti l'excuse bidon qu'il y'a d'autres clients et que nous sommes pas seul dans l'établissement ! Tágas appartmant kaptunk. Bár a medinában volt, akár közvetlenül a szállás mellett is parkolhattunk volna az autóval. A reggeli elsőre kevésnek tűnt: kicsi vaj, kicsi barack- és eperlekvár, pici méz, péksüti, baghareer (palacsinta), olajbogyó, tea. De végülis elég volt az öt főre. A recepciós -a szokásos 1 €/fő áron mindenkinek kinyomtatta a "Nem beszállókártyát", így erre nem volt gond.

L'emplacement était parfait. Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner marocain excellent, très copieux, servi sur la terrasse . Nous avons été très bien accueilli, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le logement était propre.

Chambres principales sympa et climatisation efficace dans les chambres 1 et 2 . L’accueil est sympathique,les employés sont professionnels et discrets.
Cons: La cuisine vraiment moyenne et les équipements sont à revoir du genre assiette en plastique,bol en plastique cela fait trop « dînette « .manque aussi quelques ustensiles de cuisine de type couteau,cuillères et fourchettes à revoir. Pas très propre aussi côté cuisine,le sol de l’appartement était mal nettoyé aussi. Pas de climatisation dans la 3 eme pièce pour dormir.

Cons: The air-conditioning did not work at all. The temperature stayed around 29–30°C the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. Outside, children were playing and shouting until 3 a.m., which added to the disturbance. The apartment is spacious but old-fashioned and poorly maintained. It was not clean, and several electrical sockets were loose and hanging out of the wall. For breakfast it was served 5 different breads and suits with olives.. no cheese no meat, nothing. We were very disappointed. The price was not worth it.

Cons: Room arrangement. The 2 room had no AC which was sold to us as 2 AC rooms instead the property converted the living area — which had an AC unit — into a makeshift sleeping space. This area was a large, open lounge without doors, and the AC was ineffective in cooling the space. Eight of us were expected to sleep there, which was highly inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable.

Heel gezellig en persoonlijk. Eenvoudig maar helemaal leuk. We kregen bij aankomst thee en een gezellig gesprek en s avonds laat wederom thee en leuke verhalen op het terras. We kozen voor een appartementje omdat onze zoon de griep had en we hem daar een paar uur alleen konden laten voor een bezoekje aan de medina. De locatie in het noorden van de medina was voor ons handig tov de autoverhuur waar we onze auto hadden ingeleverd. Wandelen naar het grote plein was goed te doen, langs de minder drukke straatjes waar we vrij rustig konden shoppen. Wat ook fijn was, was dat ze een taxi naar het vliegveld voor ons hadden geregeld voor de volgende ochtend 5 uur, die vlakbij het hotelletje kon komen. Er was een keukentje met een koelkast, fijn om daardoor koud water te hebben (het was 40 graden in Marrakesh) en eea te kunnen klaarmaken.
Cons: Voor een langer bezoek aan de medina ligt het niet zo centraal. Ons appartementje had geen woonkamer, dat had ik op basis van de foto's wel verwacht.

It is OK value for money. The staff were kind to help find a rental car with very short notice.
Cons: We were not able to see if there were 3 bedrooms with double beds or not at the time of booking. It turned out there were only 2 and that one of them didn't have aircon, window nor a fan in the room. The flat is old and the bathroom floor can get VERY slippery, so be careful.

La ubicación estaba más o menos cerca de los lugares turístico. El desayuno estaba aceptable , la habitación limpia , pero durante la estancia no había mantenimiento de habitaciones.
Cons: El GPS no encuentra bien la localización del alojamiento ya que se encuentra un poco escondido. Pedimos una habitación con cuna ya que viajábamos con nuestro bebe nos dijeron que sí y cuando llegamos no tenían. El personal nunca se encuentra en recepción solo se ven a la hora del desayuno, con lo cual es un poco complicado a la hora de necesitar cualquier consulta o ayuda.

Cons: Tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable en este alojamiento. Al llegar, nos encontramos con que el techo del baño estaba negro y caído por la humedad. La puerta del apartamento no se abría bien, había que tirar con fuerza para poder salir porque la puerta se quedaba pillada, lo cual era peligroso en caso de emergencia. Las paredes de los cuartos estaban llenas de manchas negras y humedad. Las sábanas estaban sucias, con pelos y manchadas, y además encontramos mijitas dentro de la cama, por lo que dormimos encima de las sábanas por higiene. La cama hacía muchísimo ruido con solo moverse un poco, lo que hizo imposible descansar bien. El frigorífico no enfriaba lo suficiente, así que no se podía conservar ningún alimento en condiciones. Solo un cuarto tenía una mini ventana en la esquina de la pared pero sin cortina por lo que entraba toda la luz y era molesto y también tenía aire acondicionado, y el otro cuarto no tenía ni ventilación ni aire acondicionado ni ventana, lo cual fue insoportable con el calor que hacía. Había cables sujetos con cinta adhesiva en medio de las paredes, algo muy inseguro. El grifo del baño estaba lleno de suciedad acumulada, la ducha se salía el agua por todas partes, y solo dejaban un rollo de papel higiénico, teniendo que pedir más constantemente. Las toallas no las cambiaban durante la estancia, y lo peor es que no limpiaban la habitación en ningún momento. Definitivamente, no volveremos y no lo recomendamos a nadie. Las condiciones de higiene, mantenimiento y comodidad fueron pésimas.

In general the staff were very nice, approachable and helpful. In particular we had the most interactions with Ziad who was really nice and friendly - he made us feel very welcome. The rooftop terrace was also a nice setting for breakfast and other times.
Cons: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the entire place that we were allocated. Most aspects of the rooms and facilities were below standard. None of the rooms had any adequate storage, wardrobes, shelves etc. making it really difficult for guests to at least put out some basics for everyday use. The bathroom had nowhere to put any toiletries, apart from the floor or on the toilet itself. There was a constant bad smell coming from the drain, so much so, that we needed to buy some cleaning products from the local shops nearby to try and keep the smell contained. There was not even a toilet roll holder for the toilet paper. The shower holder did not position the shower head properly to direct the water. The AC was only OK in only one of the rooms. The basin outside the bathroom - again in poor condition, tap was loose with some leaking. The beds were OK in the rooms but all pillows were quite firm and high which did cause issues for everyone in my group to sleep well. Unfortunately, there was also a lot of noise we experienced in the early hours of the mornings with either people or birds. I guess by design these Riads are not very sound proofed. The lighting also is very dim in all rooms. The ladies specifically struggled with getting ready and putting on makeup etc. My overall stay from a facilities/room perspective was not so comfortable for me and my family. The place is in need of some improvements for sure - I'm not suggesting anything dramatic, just some upgrades to the bathroom / basin, perhaps more AC in other rooms, fixing the internal doors so that they close and possibly be lockable. Some additional storage/shelving would give guests some practical options to put some belongings out while they stay there. I would like to state on a positive note, that the staff were great! Lovely people who were approachable and very friendly. Thank you Ziad specifically for your super hospitality and general kind nature.

Pobyt tutaj był wyjątkowy. Cena jest adekwatna do jakości noclegu, ale nie to jest najważniejsze. Host - Zaid jest świetną osobą, bardzo pomocną i otwartą. It was perfectly in a silent area located, several and only 10min walks away from the big market. But the most stunning of that stay, was the amazing host Zaid Rafa and his colleague. They've been amazingly helpful with everything. He even organised a trip to Merzouga desert and some other good trips for us.. Gave us a map and a lot of very good and helpful tips.. haven't had such goodand wonderful hosts in all the years of traveling. the rooms are basics and totally ok. We had a family 3 bedrooms incl a big kitchen. For us it was enough, but u can't expect a 5 star facility for that price ;) thanks for everything, we will definitely choose dar habache again, if we return one day!! Beware some of the beds can be very hard. I love hard beds, but not everyone does.
Cons: The shower is very small and has no walls within . due to that, its very slippy after showering. But we put a towel on the floor to avoid slipping.

Le jeune homme de l'accueil était très agréable, serviable et sympathique. Il nous a bien accueilli dés le début avec un thé et est resté échanger avec nous, très convivial. L'appartement était très spacieux, avec de nombreux lits douillets, un grand salon, une bonne cuisine, des couettes en plus, des clims de partout. La terrasse pour prendre le thé et le petit déjeuner était aussi très sympas et très jolie. Très confortable.

There was 8 of us who traveled to Marrakech for a short 3 day break. We stayed 2 nights at Dar Habache. There was ample bed spaces for atleast 14 people to stay in that one apartment. Mohammed our host was a top guy who helped through out our stay. Very friendly host from our start of stay until day we came back.
Cons: The only downside was we only had one bathroom in the apartment, was a bit of headache sharing between 8 of us. We used the hamam to shower and clean ourselves as this was cheap and enjoyable for us. There was a drainage smell in bathroom, that put us all off taking a shower. At times issues also flushing the toilet. I would definitely recommend bathroom and kitchen upgrade.

Il personale è molto disponibile. l giorno dopo il nostro arrivo ci ha cambiato stanza che era più grande ed abbiamo usato un letto in eccesso per appoggiare le nostre cose. Ci hanno aiutato a trovare un’auto in affitto e sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili. La posizione è ottima. Ad una ventina di minuti dalla piazza el Fna, una bella passeggiata nella medina, tra i negozietti. La Colazione sulla terrazza è buona ed abbondante. Le Camere hanno una cucina, ma non c’è the o caffè di cortesia, ne sale o zucchero quindi se vuoi usarla anche solo per una bevanda calda devi avere tutto il necessario.
Cons: Siamo arrivati in piena notte ed è stato uno shock. Le immagini non rendono bene la dimensione delle stanze. Sono piccole e non c’è alcun mobile o attaccapanni per mettere cose o vestiti. Il bagno è piccolo, la doccia si può tenere solo in mano e non c’è neppure una piccola mensola per appoggiare il necessario. Marrakesh è cara ma per la metà di quel prezzo si trova di molto meglio.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bei einer Tee über Alles, was wir wissen sollten, umfassend unterrichtet. Das Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse serviert und ist reichhaltig. Die Unterkunft liegt im Norden der Altstadt und etwas außerhalb des Touristenrummels. Das Umfeld hat sich ursprünglichkeit erhalten. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeit u.a. von Obst, Gemüse und Backwaren sowie Wasser. Der nahe Taxistand war praktisch. In ca. 20 Minuten kann die Altstadt auch zu Fuß durchquert werden. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dort übernachten.
Cons: Wir hatten zuerst die unterste Wohnung. Sie war nicht so schön wie später die obere Wohnung. Durch den Lichthof kann es bei lauten Gästen störend sein.

Cons: Bathroom could’ve used a shower curtain. We wanted fresh air into the room in the night but not so convenient with the mosque close by going off in the middle of the night. Not the easiest place to reach by car, narrow streets to drive through and google maps sends you through impossible alleys, luckily locals were kind enough to show us the right way.

Riad très bien placé dans la médina, proche de petits commerces et d’un marché journalier. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le personnel très gentil. L’appartement est équipé d’une cuisine trop petite pour être utilisée pour 5 personnes mais heureusement nous avions choisi de manger à l’extérieur tous les jours. La salle de bain et notamment les wc mériteraient un nettoyage supplémentaire notamment sur les parties cachées. J’avais retiré des euros à un distributeur en France, mais un billet m’a été refusé par le responsable du Riad car il y avait une petite inscription sur le dessus(heureusement il a été accepté par un autre prestataire durant le séjour). Un peu déçue de notre séjour malgré tout, les photos étaient plus attirantes.

Antes de contar mi mala experiencia quiero destacar la amabilidad del dueño del riad y el desayuno tan bueno que nos puso. La terraza es muy bonita. Pero quitando lo anterior nuestra experiencia fue bastante pésima. El alojamiento está ubicado en la Medina y tuvimos muy mala experiencia. Te indican que el parking tiene buen acceso y todo lo contrario, al acceder a la Medina con el coche las calles son muy estrechas y la conducción es caótica y la gente de allí aprovecha para sacar dinero en cualquier situación. Llegamos de noche y nos acorralaron en un callejón y empezaron a pedirnos dinero. Se agradecería que el personal del alojamiento diera las instrucciones correctas para no vivir este tipo de experiencias tan desagradables ya que siendo turista es muy fácil que ocurra. Finalmente cogimos un taxi para poder acceder más seguros. El alojamiento estaba sucio, tienen alfombras que no lavan desde hace mucho tiempo , el suelo sucio. La ducha del baño estaba rota. No recomendaría este alojamiento.

Nella Medina, a 20 minuti circa dalla piazza principale, siamo stati accolti con calore e gentilezza. Nonostante l’aver condiviso la terrazza comune con altri 2 o 3 gruppi, abbiamo sviluppato un rapporto di amicizia e vibrazioni positive con i gestori, molto disponibili, gentili e “spirituali”. Hanno risposto con professionalità a qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo passato tutte le sere al riad con loro suonando musica tipica e facendo attività caratteristiche come lettura della mano. Zaid ha sido muy buen anfitrión, nos ha tratado de maravilla a mis 5 amigas y a mi. Está atento, nos ha hecho favores, con muy buen ambiente con los demás huéspedes en la terraza común. Llegamos sobre las 00:00 y no nos puso ningún problema para hacer el chek-in, nos trajeron y llevaron al aeropuerto sin problema. Gute Lage am Rande der Innenstadt und gute Lage für Abholungen für Ausflüge. Die Wohnung war groß und verfügt über alles was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Die Dachterasse und das Frühstück sind als positiv hervorzuheben. Die Zuverlässlichkeit bei der Organisation von den Transporten vom und zum Flughafen war super!
Cons: Die Wohnung hat an der Decke quasi eine Öffnung nach oben bis zum Dach, wodurch man akustisch mit anderen Wohnungen verbunden ist und leider auch mit der Stadt. Die Stadt an sich hört man nicht... aber der Muezzin morgens steht gefühlt neben dem Bett und ruft vor Sonnenaufgang zum Morgengebet. Das ist eben in Marokko so, aber ich denke es gibt auch Orte an denen man länger schlafen kann. Darüber hinaus gab es lediglich Seife und keine sonstigen "Hygieneprodukte" wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen. Die kleine Dusche und die Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung... mehr aber auch nicht. Bei pingeligen Leuten gäbe es hier Probleme... Ansonsten war es für den Preis in Ordnung und hat seinen Zweck (für ein paar Tage die Stadt zu besichtigen) vollkommen erfüllt.

Nous avons apprécié le quartier qui est un quartier très populaire et plutôt pauvre. Mieux vaut être prévenus avant. Mais c'est aussi la vraie vie dans la Médina.
Cons: L'appartement est plutôt joli mais il y a de minuscules fenêtres que l'on ne peut pas ouvrir. Il y a peu d'isolation sonore donc on entend pas mal de bruits des voisins. Il y a très peu de vaisselle et la cuisine ne correspond pas à nos standards européens. Le dar est un peu éloigné de centre de la médina mais on peut facilement y aller à pied.

La habitación estaba impecable, con todas las comodidades que uno puede esperar, incluyendo cama cómoda, baño limpio.Lo que más me impresionó es la atención al detalle y el servicio al cliente. El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos y hacernos sentir como en casa. También disfrutamos del desayuno en la terraza cada mañana. The location is in fairly close proximity to the djama al fena square. It is about a 20 minute walk. There are a couple of local restaurants a few minutes away with decent food. The host was friendly and did try to accommodate if he could.
Cons: The bathroom was shocking! There was a leak from a tap on the floor which caused puddles of water. Apparently the tap needed tightening which the host did sort out. Though the horrible smell of sewers in the bathroom we couldn’t handle. The facilities were dirty/ toilet seat broken. Also, the shower is open so everything gets pretty wet! The place is not very well lit and many lightbulbs do not work. We did ask for replacements but this was never sorted. The place is generally quite run down and unkept. If you go in the winter months 2/3 rooms got very cold. Even with the heating on. Breakfast of croissants and bread was repetitive. We had boiled eggs one day. There is only tea or coffee available, no juices. We didn’t manage to get pictures unfortunately, but have to say the place did not live up to expectation.

Voy hacer esta reseña con toda la responsabilidad de una madre de familia con tres hijos. El lugar es correcto, y la atención de los anfitriones fue muy agradable. Está bien ubicado, y el desayuno que ofrecen está muy bien.
Cons: Una de las habitaciones olía a insecticida. Pensamos que quizás habían mosquitos, bueno cosas que pueden ocurrir que necesiten fumigar. El problema es que habían chinches. Me desperté completamente picada en mi cara, cuello, brazos, espalda y piernas. No pude dormir ningún día más. Decidimos no usar esa habitación y al irnos dimos la advertencia que tenían que clausurar y tomar medidas, dijeron que no sabían nada. Lo que realmente me molesta mucho. Es que si lo sabían, porque olía a insecticida y no me advirtieron por lo menos de no usar la habitación. (Éramos 5 y habían 8 camas). Por otra, parte si tal como estoy yo, amanece unos de mis hijos? Sinceramente se arruinó un poco mi viaje por esto. Se que me pidieron no hacer la reseña, porque esto les puede perjudicar. Son buenas personas y yo les entiendo. Pero no pueden jugar así con la salud del viajero.

I had a good stay at Dar Habache. I stayed in the 3-bed room, which was clean and comfortable, with a functioning air conditioner. The breakfast is good. I would recommend this hotel especially for the staff. Two young men work tirelessly to fulfill every guest’s wishes. They are on duty day and night, handling late-night check-ins, resolving all issues, and taking care of everything imaginable—all on their own. Their dedication is admirable, but this workload cannot be healthy in the long term. They are truly the hotel’s greatest asset.
Cons: Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered a few unpleasant guests who were disrespectful and expected a luxury hotel standard. The hotel is good and comfortable enough. It has an authentic and modest atmosphere.

The staff was all the time reachable, via WhatsApp and booking. Especially the host Younes was a great help for us. My boyfriend got sick during the dessert tour we have booked in the Riad. Younes asked via WhatsApp how he is feeling and offered his help. Also after our stay he asked how everything went. Later we had a problem with our car and he helped us a lot. Thank you so much!

The receptionist was really helpful. He was always there when we needed him. It's an old building in the centre of the old city and gives you the cultural vibe. Breakfast was always fresh and the roof top is very well decorated. We loved sitting there and enjoying the breakfast. The old town and main square are at walking distance and you could walk around the property to soak in the culture.
Cons: One of the beds were not clean with some bugs that gave an allergic reaction to my mother. We told this to the staff and he assured he will close down the property for a deep clean. There was just one bathroom without any exhaust, we were there with 8 people and certainly not enough for the all of us.

La terraza del desayuno.
Cons: Estaba muy alejado del centro, en zona de obras en la misma acera, el horario del desayuno es horrible para poder realizar excursiones puesto que empieza a las 08.30 pero en ocaciones no te lo sirven hasta las 09.00. Se alojaron grupos muy ruidosos y no pudimos dormir hasta las 4 de la mañana una de las noches. Dos días tuvimos que perder el desayuno porque nuestro horario de recogida para las excursiones era mas temprano solicitamos la posibilidad de que nos preparasen algo para llevar y nos dijeron que no era posible. Las camas de la habitación cuadruple que yo no habia solicidado, porque entiendo que solicite dos habitaciones dobles, muy pequeñas e incómodas, ademas ni sabana bajera ni funda de almohada, dormias directamete sobre el colchón. El ultima día nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque pero nos cobraron 1€ por cada tarjeta, con lo que lo que hacen es negocio, no es una atención del local. Por la noche alli no había nadie, y los grupos de jovenes desconectaban cada dos por tres el wifi, con lo que no teniamos y nos tocaba tirar de tarjeta de datos, que necesitabamos sobre todo para el google maps y poder llegar al centro.

Cons: Wir waren zu zehnt in einer großen Wohnung, da war eine Nasszelle etwas knapp. Die Zimmer auf die Straße sind sehr laut - klar, wenn man "mitten drin" sein will, lässt sich das nicht vermeiden.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja pensjonatu - nieco na uboczu, w zaułku przy murach medyny. Jest tu zatem bardzo spokojnie jak na centrum Marakeszu. Tuż obok na sąsiednich uliczkach lokalny targ. Gospodarze gościnni i uprzejmi. Dobre śniadania na dachowym tarasie, nie ma też problemu z dokładkami i dodatkową herbatą. Piechotą można zwiedzić najważniejsze zabytki, a odcięte od świata mieszkanie daje miły wypoczynek.

Powoduje to jednak także słyszalne hałasy z piętra powyżej. Kuchnia ma słabe wyposażenie w garnki i większe talerze.

Funcionários exepcionalmente atenciosos, o 'apartamento inteiro' que ficamos super bacana com uma área 'aberta' no meio da casa com decoração típica da região. Camas boas, sem muito luxo, local limpo e organizado. Se seu objetivo for ficar em um lugar com muito luxo, esse hotel não é para você, mas se quer vivenciar com oé Marraquexe, o lugar é perfeito.
Cons: Fomos de moto e no local não há estacionamento fechado, a rua é bastante estreita para estacionar. Isso não foi um problema, o funcionário prontamente nos deu a solução de estacionarmos em um parque privado, próximo ao local, e nos levou até lá.

El alojamiento es ideal para pasar unos días en Marrakech, cerca de lugares típicos de la ciudad y de su ambiente y cultura. Los anfitriones son magníficos, simpáticos y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos, recibiendonos con una cálida bienvenida con un té riquísimo, pese a ser ya tarde. Además, nos ayudaron a imprimir los billetes de vuelta y nos dejaron depositar el equipaje allí el último día pese a que ya no estábamos en el alojamiento, así como celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana en la terraza. Cabe destacar que también pidieron un taxi para que nos recogieran en la puerta del alojamiento, facilitándonos así las cosas. Un lugar ideal y un trato excelente!! Volveremos, muchas gracias por todo ☺️😜

The breakfast was tasty, fast served, good coffee, good tea, friendly staff, recommendations for the day. We befriended Zaid, one of the staff there, pretty good. He was sooo welcoming and even invited us over after we already left the accommodation to stay somewhere else in Marrakesh. And we talked about life for hours! It was so lovely!

Sin duda ha sido una estancia increíblemente buena. Buena ubicación en el centro, el desayuno una maravilla, aire acondicionado, wifi, camas muy cómodas. Pero sin duda, el personal, en concreto Zaid ha sido quien nos ha hecho pasar una estancia inmejorable, tan atento a todo y con un corazón enorme, una persona que merece la pena conocer. Hemos sido un grupo de 7 amigos y nos han ayudado en todo, nos han dado facilidades. Y por cierto, ofrecen excursiones a un precio super económico, mucho más que con otras agencias. Lo recomiendo muchísimo, nosotros tenemos claro que volveremos.

Cons: Die Zimmer waren unsauber und es gab offene und lose Steckdosen. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls dreckig und im Waschbecken befand sich ein Made und auf dem Boden lagen Haare. Die Unterkunft würden wir definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Lo más destacable del alojamiento es el personal, en especial Zaid que fue quien más nos acompañó durante todos los días de nuestra estancia. Un trato increíble, tanto que nos llevamos un amigo para toda la vida. Merece la pena alojarse por el simple hecho del trato recibido, es excepcional. Aparte de todo ello, muy buena ubicación, alojamiento muy bonito y cuidado.
Cons: Por poner una simple pega ya que todo está perfecto, para aquellas personas sensibles a la comodidad de las almohadas recomiendo llevar almohadas pequeñas inflables ya que son muy duras.

This establishment was amazing! We could escape the heat into our unit. All room had air conditioning. The rooftop area had secluded outdoor areas away from the sun. Which all meals were also served. Gave our family a once in lifetime experience, actually staying inside the Medina! The 2 Gentlemen that ran the place we're very relaxed. We ended up staying there for 2 days. Couldn't pay the accommodation until check out, as there was a problem with our bank. But wasn't a hassle. These guy's were happy to please. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone that's coming to Marrakech for an authentic experience. We were a family of 7! Cheers Lawrence

Das Apartment war geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. In allen Schlafzimmer sind moderne Klimaanlagen installiert. Weiter gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Kleinküche mit Gaskocher und großem Kühlschrank. Die Badezimmer ist geräumig und sauber, Wasserversorgung ist sehr gut. Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert und ist lecker und reichlich. Aber das beste an diesem Unterkunft ist der Gastgeber Younes, der hat sich um alles rund um unserem Aufenthalt gekümmert, sei es die Übergabe, Reservierung von Ausflug oder Taxi zum Flughafen am frühen Morgen.

L’emplacement dans la médina est plaisant
Cons: J’avais réservé un logement au rez de chaussée avec climatisation. Au final on m’a mis au dernier étage devant la terrasse où les résidents du Riad peuvent rester pour discuter même tard dans la nuit. J’ai fais la remarque que ma réservation ne correspondait pas à cet étage mais aucune réaction de la part de l’hôte. Un climatiseur était cassé donc impossible de dormir dans cette chambre on a dû mettre des matelas par terre dans l’autre chambre pour profiter de celui qui fonctionnait normalement. Biensur j’ai fait la remarque dès notre arrivée ainsi que le matin qui a suivi la première nuit difficile mais le climatiseur n’a pas été correctement réparé donc la chambre est restée vide pendant les deux nuits. Aucun dédommagement quel qu’il soit n’a été proposé par l’établissement. Concernant le petit déjeuner c’est dommage que les produits proposés soient de premiers prix car le goût n’y est pas vraiment.

Je vous recommande ce logement, j ai grandement apprecié ses alentours : nous laissant profiter de belles ruelles typiquement marocaines. L'appartement est assez simple mais plutôt efficace, 3 chambres pour 6 lits simples et 1 lit double ce qui est assez pratique. De plus, le petit dejeuner etait copieux, comportant quelques viennoiseries marocaines vraiment sympathiques ! Et Le personnel etait accueillant et chaleureux !

Parfaitement situé, nous avons pu laisser notre voiture dans un parking avec gardien à proximité du ryad et ainsi nous avons pu nous déplacer à pieds pour visiter la médina, la place jamaa lfna, la madrassa ben Youssef et la koutoubia. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel marocain servi dans la terrasse était très bien aussi! Merci à nos hôtes !

Cons: Appartement is erg vuil en stink enorm. De vloer is zeker een week niet schoon gemaakt. Badkamer stinkt naar de riool, en de douchkop is stuk. Handdoeken stinken. We hebben de contactpersoon paar keer gebeld maar heeft nooit opgenomen en niet terug gebeld!. De appartement is heel moeilijk bereikbaar met de auto. Blijf alsjeblieft weg van deze vieze appartement!
