20/15 min walk to the Sunday night markets which was perfect for our stay, and a lot of fun bars! The host prepared a breakfast area for everyone and even had homemade sticky rice. This truly made the stay worth the while. Also, in your tiny little room they provide coffee and plates and mugs and a kettle! How cool for a hostel?
Cons: All I have to say is the sink handle was broken, and there was no hand towel or window in our room but the window part is solely based on how the building is built so that’s no biggy!

Tuve un problema con la habitación a la llegada y el personal del hotel lo soluciono todo, muy atentos en todo momento. Se nota que tienen cuidado tanto del hotel como de los huéspedes. 100x100 recomendable.

Amazing stay! The staff is incredibly honest and helpful. I forgot my Yamaha headphones in the room after checkout, and they went above and beyond to ship them to my next destination in Krabi. Reliable, clean, and great service. Highly recommended!

Un hotel que no generaba muchas expectativas pero al llegar a la habitación, excelente. Aire acondicionado. Baño limpio y equipado. Agua caliente sin problema. TV funcionando. El recepcionista, muy simpático.

Cons: It's difficult to move around from this location without having a rented motorbike or car. So one should use this location only if you take a rented transportation option. Grab gives you the option of a bike taxi or taxi but the taxi pricing is exorbitant

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe zur Altstadt. Das war eine nette Überraschung! Für den günstigen Preis sind die Zimmer wirklich empfehlenswert. Man ist schnell am Pier, bekommt ein sauberes Zimmer mit überraschend gutem Wasserdruck und Heißwasser und nachts ist es ruhig. Es

Kleinschalig hotel met fijne privé kamers. Het bed was comfortabel en de badkamer was fijn. In de ochtend kon je een gratis ontbijt pakken (was niet heel uitgebreid, maar wel prima).
Cons: In de omgeving van het hotel zit niet veel. Je moet een Grab pakken om ergen te komen.

Cons: La zona es normal pero tiene un arroyo contaminado al lado del hotel. El olor a veces entra y hay cucarachas que se meten por la ventana que tiene varios huecos. La bacha del baño se inundaba y tardaba horas en irse el agua estancada.

Astonishingly good value, one night bolthole very close to Rassada Pier. Comfy bed. Free snack breakfast provided, despite not having paid for it at time of booking!!
Cons: Not much soundproofing in the room so you could hear neighbours coming and going late at night but not a problem that could not be solved with earplugs.

Cons: Pokud máte puštěnou klimatizaci vy nebo vaši sousedé, tak se vůbec nevyspíte. Klimatizace jsou nejen extrémně hlučné, ale i přenášejí vibrace do celého pokoje, včetně postele. Nepomůže ani vypnutí klimatizace, protože slyšíte hluk i vibrace z ostatních pokojů.

15/20min walk to old town, but wasn’t too bad as all flat, first room AC wasn’t great so we got moved to another room free of charge, manager was really helpful and accommodating on this. Would recommend

Friendly staff who also served as a taxi service and took us to Rassada Pier for our boat trip. Room had all we needed but would have been nice to have a window or balcony. Very good value for money. Close to old town, walking distance.

Perfect place to stay if you need a ferry to Phi Phi or Koh Lanta. 7-11 and mini Big C are in 5 minutes walking. The room was superb for its price, the only thing that was missing is a hand soap.
Cons: It will be good to write contact info at the reception or near the entrance, cause I came late at 10 pm and there were nobody, although check-in time is till 12. Luckily I found the phone number on Google maps.

Great location to catch early morning ferries from Rassada Pier. If you fancy the 25mins walk to the old town it's very pleasant in the evening especially after a nice afternoon of rain. Easy to get a Grab or flag down a passing bike. And just right, up the main road on the way to the Pier, there's a nice bar and weed shop open till about 2 am.

Basic private room, ours was quite big. Location was good, it was around a 20-30 minute walk to Phuket old town and 10 minutes in a car to the ferry port. The shower was amazing, great pressure; best one so far in Thailand. Good to sleep in and a good price for a private room. Aircon was good and mini fridge in room.
Cons: Very dark design of the room, not super welcoming. No window, which didn’t help the grey vibe. The bathroom smelled of sewage, wasn’t unbearable but wasn’t pleasant. The bed was hard and uncomfy and the room wasn’t sound proof, so could hear people/ rain. Good for a 2 night stay but wouldn’t choose it for a holiday or place to relax in the room.

Stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect for the cost and very close to the ferry pier to get to Koh phi phi. The staff were very nice and helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend

Cons: Location maybe…..we had to walk quite a way to find a bar open on a Thursday night at 8 o’clock. But the sole purpose was to stay near the pier so we could travel the next day early to the phi phi islands

The staff was very friendly! :) everything was pretty new and clean except one. . The little balcony was nice. The mattress was very hard, maybe to hard for some people like girlfriend but it was perfect to me! :)
Cons: We booked a private double room but because of some mistake it was no more private room left, when we arrived. We had to sleep in a room for 4 persons. Still it was a solution we had a good stay. For that mistake I took one point. Another minus was the shower head which was broken and the water came out of two places.

The room was clean and for the cost, all we needed. It was a nice touch to have a tea and biscuit available in the morning.
Cons: We had a big issue booking a taxi with a short turnaround from landing to getting a ferry in the morning. However, the hotel host ended up giving us a lift so that we wouldn’t miss our ferry which was brilliant!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I could let the heavy staircase in the lobby overnight and they helped me book the ferry to phi phi. Very good common area for breakfast and socialising.

Cons: Staff no where to be seen on arrival, no information given regarding our stay (didn’t even get a welcome), miss-sold a room with a ‘city view’ when we actually received a room with a view of the inside lobby area (not outside as advertised), wifi didn’t work, no signal, noisy, and we also got locked out of the property late at night as weren’t informed of the pin to re-enter. We checked out 2 days early due to the issues we had and they are refusing to reimburse us or even acknowledge their mistakes. Very poor way of handling it! Ive never done a negative review as a backpacker and had they dealt with this accordingly it would’ve stayed that way. Failing to reimburse for nights I didn’t even stay and for false advertisement isn’t acceptable!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID (unless you want to stay in a no-window prison cell) … :(

we stayed for 1 night just to take the ferry to the phi phi islands early in the morning. the hostel is clean and has a great location for whenever you must take a ferry.
Cons: only thing that our room had no windows. And we were happy we had dinner in Phuket city because the neighborhood around here is not much to do and really quiet

It was very clean and very good stay for a night before you head off to the harbour. One night stay max.
Cons: When we checked in, nothing was really communicated. We had no toilet paper in our room - they left after we got there so we couldn’t ask any. It is in a residential street, around 1.5km walk to food. The bathroom windows have a fixed opening so you can’t close outside sound - there is a rooster at the bottom of the hostel that echos through all morning. The pillows and beds were really hard to sleep on.

this hotel is only 2km away from Prassad port, that port is taking people to all over other island, this is the only best use for this hotel if any person plan to travel next day of late night arival to airport

It's a quiet place, reasonably close to downtown. The staff was very kind.
Cons: There was a problem with my room's air conditioning so I couldn't sleep for a few hours. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough and got another room for us with a working AC.
