Great services, Anne and the entire staff were fantastic (great advice and recommendations for exploring the area). The location is also convenient, walking distance to the souks and medina. Our room was clean and modern furnished. For someone first experiencing Marrakech, it’s a great place to book as you get a good location + help from the hotel with transfers, guides, etc. It made the experience more memorable.
Cons: Room was a bit small, but we did book last minute. Price-wise, also a bit on the expensive side, but we did go over NY, which is always in demand.

Cons: أنا اتكلم هنا في عدة نقاط حتى يفهم تقييمي انه ليس انتقاص في المكان ولكن وجهة نظر لمن كانوا يبحثون عن مواقع مثل ما أبحث أنا. لذلك واجهة عدة صعوبات مثل: - المكان ليس فندق وانما منزل تم إعادة ترميمه لذلك لن تجد جميع خدمات الفنادق. - الموقع سيء جدا ويجب اخذ الحذر حتى لا تقع في طرق ضيقه وتواجه مشاكل - الغرف لايوجد لها نوافذ خارجية وانما نوافذ تفتح على البهو وهو مغطى. - لايوجد خدمات ملائمة حول الفندق. وانما محلات شعبية. اخيرا اشكر الاخ عبد الصمد وصاحبة الفندق على رحابة الصدر ومحاولة تقديم الخدمات

Notre chambre n’était pas une chambre mais une baie vitrée avec aucune intimité - la salle de bain n’a ni porte ni rideau et vous avez donc vue WC du lit, chambre pas du tout insonorisée donc on entend les chaises sur le toit et les gens qui tentent à toute heur e … pour couronner le tout, la gérante n’a pas été correcte et nous a demandé de partir en nous expliquant « qu’on était dans un Riad et qu’on avait qu’à voir ce qu’on trouverait pour ce prix à Marrakech » - a fuir absolument - il y a bien mieux à Marrakech qui est une ville qu’on connaît bien … je fais énormément de nuits d’hôtel que ça soit à titre professionnel ou pour les vacances j’ai jamais vu ça !

From the moment we arrived Anne and the team made us feel at home. The room was a great size and had small area for us to sit with friends. The breakfast was delicious and a nice change from the standard hotel fare. Anne was very generous with her time and recommendations. If you are looking for service as it used to be then make sure you visit the Pavillion. The design of the Riad is beautiful keeping a traditional feel with a modern design twist. I also enjoyed a Hammam, massage and facial. Save yourself the trouble of trying to find a spa and get your treatments here.
Cons: Next time I think we’d prefer to stay in a room on the upper floor further away from the front door and reception - that doesn’t make the room we stayed in bad in any way.

Tout était super, les chambres sont jolies, la literie est excellente et la climatisation permet de choisi la température qui nous convient! Mais le plus c’est vraiment le personnel qui est adorable et aux petits soins : Anne vient vous voir tous les matins pour savoir comment ça va, si on a besoin d’adresses ou de conseils sur nos visites, et Abdou est extrêmement prévenant la nuit, toujours présent même pour vous accompagner en pleine rue et attendre plusieurs dizaines de minutes lorsque vous avez une excursion tôt le matin. Nous n’avons jamais rencontré un personnel aussi gentil, souriant et prévenant lors de nos voyages!

Abdussamad, who works the evening shift is super lovely. They introduced us to taxi drivers Mastafa and Abdullah who we used for the entire trip and were super lovely and reliable. Rooms are kept well and decent.
Cons: We recently stayed at this property and, while the location was convenient, we experienced several disappointments. One morning, we were speaking to a family member who lives in Marrakesh (but was not staying with us) and mentioned we’d see him after breakfast. An employee overheard and told us to just bring him along — which we did. At the end of our stay, we were charged €21 for his breakfast. We wouldn’t have had an issue paying but the cost was never communicated, or were told the cost but this was encouraged by staff, so the charge came as a surprise and felt a bit underhanded. She waited until the very moment when our taxi arrived to present this cost. We What was served — a stale crumpet, a stale bun, a small plate of fruit for all five to share, a juice, and coffee — did not feel like it justified such a high price. When one of our party went to get a bottle of water, she was taken upstairs and saw a stray cat in the kitchen. This made her uncomfortable and she chose not to eat breakfast for the remainder of the stay. The pool area was also very dirty, with lots of bird droppings on the seating, which made it unpleasant to use — disappointing. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was noisy, making it hard to sleep, and we never felt the warm or welcoming atmosphere we had expected. With better communication, improved cleanliness (especially in the kitchen, pool, and seating areas), better food quality, and a more welcoming approach, this property could offer a much better experience.

Séjour parfait! L’hôtel est magnifique, confortable et tranquille! J’ai bien compris pourquoi les autres commentaires parlaient d’un havre de paix au sein de Marrakech. Il faisait bon y prendre un temps d’arrêt et le déjeuner sur la terrasse chaque matin était plus qu’agréable. Anne et tout le personnel sont d’une gentillesse absolue, nous avons eu un excellent service et de bons conseils. Merci à tous!

Everything. This property is immaculate, comfortable, and very welcoming. The breakfast is traditional morroccan and very tasty. The location is great, not too close to the markets so much more peaceful. The room is gorgeous and my partner was ecstatic that he was able to watch the Liverpool game on the tv in the room! I took unwell with food poisoning whilst there and the staff couldn't have done more for me. They got me medicine, constantly checked in, and arranged a doctor when needed. They offered to cook me rice, get me water etc. They also let us check out late with no extra charge, which was so kind so that I could stay in bed longer. I would 100% recommend this property as a place to stay on your trip to Marrakech.

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet établissement situé au centre de Marrakech. Décoration soignée, personnel prévenant et nourriture excellente. La piscine en roof top fut forte agréable pour se rafraîchir avec la chaleur du mois d’août. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa, mais cela ajoute encore un plus au Riad. Nous avons eu l’opportunité d’échange avec Anne qui est très présente et disponible pour les voyageurs.

The staff was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and calming welcome. Anne, the manager, took time to get to know us. She was very friendly, not pushy at all. We enjoyed our beautiful rooms with the much appreciated airconditioning. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!
Cons: It would be great to have the WiFi work a little better. There were different zones and my room didn’t always match up with either of them.

The hotel is right in the middle of the Kasbah and yet it is very peaceful inside, so you get to experience the hustle and bustle of Marrakech as soon as you step outside but you still get a good nights sleep in a very peaceful, riad inspired, building. The place is made magical by the owner Anne, who takes a genuine interest in your visit and makes all your restaurant and trip bookings for you. Anne's team are also extremely attentive, the breakfasts on the roof terrace are delicious. If you want to really experience Marrakech and enjoy the comforts of an excellent hotel, this is the best place!

We had a very nice time at Le Pavillon. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the terrace a lot — it was perfect for relaxing. We did a bike tour from Marrakesh to Fez, and the owner kindly let us leave our bike bags at the hotel during the trip, which was incredibly helpful.

Cons: Shower small and annoying doors to get in and out. Main shower head didn’t work properly (dribble) but secondary ok. Nowhere to put shampoo, gel etc in the shower (so just have to leave tubes on the floor). TV had no signal for channels, so didn’t work. Breakfast was cold bread, cake etc, so nothing cooked. Not a great location.

Fantastic hotel and well-located, walking distance to the centre and main sights but far enough away for some quiet. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous (as is the pool!), and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Cons: My room and the Terrace were a disappointment for me. The photos posted of this place online was quite nice but what i saw was that the property nolonger looks like that. They had to reclean my room when i arrived because the floor was dirty. They set dirty water glass in my room that was previously used as an ash tray because it still had cigarette ashes in it, very disgusting. The tiles are faded and have turned brown, especially the ones at the Terrace. I hated the bathroom and i was really excited to leave this place.

Not much. Overall, I think this is a very unreliable landlord. We received the wrong room that we had booked (lower standard in a main hall, near reception even without a proper wall - just windows cover with carpet). Just because we came late evening we decided to sleep one night and clarify what happend. My wife asked for change and we got answer that is impossible and we can go somew here else if we do not like it. Afterwards in order to avoid a bad comment on the booking, after our check-out, the hotel reported that we had never been there and, despite paying in advance and they pretended that we had not shown up at the hotel. I definitely don't recommend it. I haven't encountered such rudeness in a long time. First of all we didnt go what we paid for and second that behaviour. It just a pity that those type of places still exist nowdays.

Cons: No parking at all, despite of advertising. At the gate of medina you have to negotiate your parking with local “guardians” for undefined price. Avoid if you driving. Modest “continental” breakfast - 3 varieties of bread, butter, soft cheese, spit of jam, small cup of fruit salad. Breakfast starting at 8.30, 8.37 nobody at the kitchen. Weak unstable wi-fi.

Really enjoyed our stay at Pavillion de Kasbah. Isabelle helped us a lot enjoy Marrakech, she has the best tips. The rooftop is lovely and amazing to enjoy a mint tea after your day out. There is also a very nice man that can help you if you get lost at night. Great service! The hotel is beautiful and super clean with a very nice design. Neighborhood is very safe and feels very local.

Everybody who works there was so kind and supportive. Even though Marrakech is a very vibrant city with lots of people and noises at Le Pavillion de la Kasbah it was an oasis of relaxing and quietness in the middle of the city. Compared to the rest of Morocco the staff is very obliging and they make sure you are always taking care off. I even extended my stay for two more nights and visited again when I was back in Marrakech after a trip to the mountains. Next time when I’m Marrakech it’s my choice number one and would definitely recommend.

Excellent breakfast with delicious marmalade made on site by their chef Both Isabelle and Anne were extremely knowledgeable about local patisserie shops and gave fantastic recommendations for dinner Abdus Samad was very helpful in terms of acting as a translator for us LPK is designed like a Riad except the decor is very modern and chic Has a very welcoming atmosphere and roof top terrace is so relaxing

Pros: - beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel - Nice pool - Quamar was an amazing host. We found her very helpful and kind. We loved talking to her.
Cons: Cons: - the hotel manager hovered quite a lot and it made it uncomfortable for us to be at the hotel. We felt pressured to spend time and money at the hotel despite really wanting to explore Marrakech. - When we went to check-out, they also tried to charge us for drinks in the hotel that we never had. When we asked what the fee was for, we were told it was for getting water twice (we got water once). The fee was 8 euro for a small bottle of water. Quite expensive especially because when we checked in, they told us they had complimentary filtered water. - Location is a bit far from everything. It would take us over 30 minutes to walk to any of the places we wanted to see. We had to use cabs a few times and got a person from the hotel. They charged 3x the street price. Would definitely avoid trusting the hotel with cabs and negotiate with those on the street.

Great location, walking distance from a lot of nice places. Peaceful place in the busyness of Marrakech. Lovely staff and an amazing room, with a nice rooftop pool and a great breakfast! Highly recommended! Also great advice on restaurants. We will come back!

The hotel is exceptionally designed. A small oasis in the middle of Marrakesh. As soon as you walk in, you’re in a different world. The design is modern but there are modern references to Morocco and all the furniture are handmade by local artisans. You’re welcomed with a big smile and an old-fashioned handshake. The staff was very warm and friendly. Could have not imagined a better place to enjoy breakfast as on the hotel terrace. Drinking freshly squeezed orange juice and listening to birds singing and local life around. If Moroccan sun is burning too hot, then it’s nice to relax by the pool that doubles as a jacuzzi. The hotel is situated on a quiet street but just around the corner there’s a lot happening with all the sounds and smells of Marrakesh. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel and it’s also easy to get a taxi. Money exchange office is around 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Sounds such a cliche but the atmosphere at the hotel was truly inspirational. I was very pleased to stay at this hotel. Beat of luck to Isabelle and her lovely staff

We had a wonderful stay, very close to medina which was great Staff were exceptionally friendly , helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was Moroccan which was very nice.

Great location in the Medina. My wife and myself stayed for 2 nights. Our adult son had a further night’s stay. Beautiful bedrooms and communal areas. It felt like a haven from the hustle and bustle of the souks.Lovely roof top terrace and pool. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and they looked after us really well. A very relaxing holiday.We would have loved to stay longer!
