Everything was perfect, from the location to the staff. We went for a golf trip and the hotel was situated perfectly for us to get around Marrakesh. Youssef & Boutaina were the perfect compliment to hotel, they were so happy all of the time and made us feel so welcome. They are both so knowledgable on the area and could answer any questions instantly. I hope to see them both at the start of next year when we return to the hotel & city

Очень хороший отель недалеко от вокзала. Поблизости также автовокзал. До медины 15 минут на такси. Бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Помогли занести чемоданы. Номера просторные, с балконом и хорошей звукоизоляцией. Очень удобная кровать. На крыше есть бар и бассейн с лежаками. Оттуда открывается вид на город. Неплохие завтраки во внутреннем дворике под открытым небом. При заселении подарили купон-скидку на спа, но мы оценить не смогли, так как нужно заранее записываться.

We arrived at the hotel by taxi booked from the hotel. This made things easier for us as it was an early morning flight and we were tired. From the moment we entered the hotel till we left we were greeted by extremely friendly and polite staff. This included everyone. The Bell boy who we met first made such an excellent impression- a real credit to the hotel.The young lady on the beach reception desk with a pleasant smile. The gentleman who worked in the restaurant 5 out of the 7 nights we are there and the ladies who cleaned our room every day -so so friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with a special thanks to the two ladies on the omelette/ pancake counter. The pool area with attentive staff looking after everything. Yes this hotel is extremely well run with customer focus at the top of their list. Our junior suite was great and as requested we were given a room overlooking the inner courtyard so it was very quiet. Everything about the hotel made our 7 days an oasis.
Cons: This is not a criticism of the hotel but rather of Marrakech - the traffic is hectic and crossing the roads requires all your attention.

The hotel itself is amazing. Clean, spotless big rooms, huge bed. The staff are all friendly, helpful and very attentive and can't do enough for you. The pool area and pool bar is again super clean with pool towels provided. The hotel is in a great location with just short taxi drives to the souks and a shopping centre with plenty of food places nearby too. Our taxi driver (Tariq) from the hotel needs a special mention.... such a lovely friendly man. We were chatting away to him all the way back to the airport. Thank You to all the staff at the hotel for such an amazing stay. We would love to return one day.

Ik heb hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Centraal gelegen en werkelijk in alle opzichten een tophotel. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en staat ten alle tijden voor je klaar. Bij het inchecken kreeg ik een kamer upgrade en korting voor de spa waar ik uiteraard gebruik van heb gemaakt. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Speciale dank aan Younes van de receptie en de manager Youssef die elke dag naar me toe kwam met de vraag of ik iets nodig had. Ik zal hier zeker terugkeren.

But what truly makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. They are simply amazing — helpful, polite, friendly and genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. A very special thank you to Youssef in Customer Relations, who was fantastic and continually checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. His care and attention really stood out. We also want to give a huge thank you to the brilliant gentleman on reception (you know who you are) who went above and beyond when our daughter became unwell. He was incredibly caring, reassuring and helpful, arranging transport and making sure she received the care she needed. It was one of those moments where you realise just how exceptional a team really is — and we will genuinely never forget his kindness. The pool is immaculate, the food is absolutely delicious, and every member of staff we encountered — from reception and the front-of-house team, to the door staff, porters, bar and pool staff — were first class. Everyone was impeccably mannered, friendly and attentive. Honestly, these people all deserve a pay rise! 😂. We stayed as a group and every single one of us said the same thing: we would absolutely return. That says everything. Rooms are fantastic, clean and ultra modern. The Longvie Hotel is a real hidden gem. Beautiful hotel, fantastic facilities, delicious food, but most importantly, an exceptional team who genuinely care about their guests. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur disponibilité et le soin apporté aux détails. Le petit-déjeuner était également correct, avec suffisamment de choix. La piscine est très agréable et constitue un vrai plus.
Cons: Le seul petit bémol est qu’il faut venir assez tôt pour réussir à avoir une place sur les transats, surtout lorsqu’il y a du monde.

Hotellet er moderne og holder en høj standard, når det kommer til renlighed. Morgenmadsbuffeten er virkelig lækker med et stort udvalg af kvalitetsråvarer. Serviceniveauet er højt, og alle medarbejdere på hotellet er imødekommende, hjælpsomme og professionelle.
Cons: Desværre oplevede vi, at værelset ikke kunne blive køligt nok. Den laveste temperatur på airconditionen var 19 grader, hvilket desværre ikke var tilstrækkeligt til at køle værelset ned i dagtimerne – særligt ikke efter bad eller brug af strygejern. Jeg gjorde receptionen opmærksom på det, og de bekræftede, at 19 grader var den laveste indstilling. Det trak desværre vores oplevelse ned denne gang, da værelset føltes for varmt, og vi svedte efter bad.

J’ai séjourné au Longuevie Hôtel et je recommande vivement. L’accueil était incroyable, le personnel aux petits soins, très attentif et vraiment sympathique. Les chambres étaient impeccables, le lit très confortable, tout était propre. La piscine était superbe et la nourriture délicieuse. Un vrai moment de détente, je reviendrai avec plaisir. Mention spécial pour Faisal, qui m’a accompagné pour sortir ma voiture de la fourrière. +1 pour Youssef et Nour Eddine qui sont vraiment au top

Vacanza di coppia. Tutto fantastico, dall'arrivo dove ci hanno offerto thè e dolci, portato le valigie in camera fino al letto. La maggior parte delle volte abbiamo cenato lì, assistenza per tutta la durata, personale gentile. Le giornate passate in piscina nel rooftop idem, siamo stati coccolati nel miglior modo possibile. In questi casi la mancia si lascia con piacere. Ogni richiesta e aiuto erano sempre pronti ad aiutarci, in reception a parlare direttamente con ristoranti esterni o servizio di noleggio. Colazione super super fornita e buonissima. Se dovessi tornare a Marrakech non avrei dubbi a pernottare ancora qui.

Après un premier séjour merveilleux l’année dernière, nous avons choisi de revenir au Longue Vie cette année et une nouvelle fois nous repartons ravis ! Merci à Zineb à la réception pour son accueil et au surclassement à notre arrivée. Mais surtout, quel plaisir de retrouver Nordine et Youssef ! Leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité sont toujours aussi remarquables. Nordine, par son sens de l’hospitalité et toutes ses petites attentions, fait vraiment en sorte que l’on se sente bien tout au long du séjour. Youssef est quant à lui toujours présent, disponible et de très bon conseil, que ce soit pour les restaurants, les activités, les réservations ou simplement pour nous renseigner. C’est un vrai plaisir de pouvoir compter sur eux et de les retrouver d’une année à l’autre Nous sommes devenus une réelle famille et pas seulement de simple clients. Chambres, propreté, petit-déjeuner, piscine et rooftop tout était encore une fois au rendez-vous. Après deux séjours, sur deux années consécutives le Longue Vie est définitivement devenu notre adresse à Marrakech. Merci à toute l’équipe et sans aucun doute, à bientôt pour un troisième séjour ! ❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel Tout était parfait de l’accueil jusqu’à notre départ, le personnel est adorable, attentionné, disponible et toujours souriant. Nous avons vraiment été très bien accueillis et accompagnés tout au long du séjour. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont confortables, les espaces communs très agréables et les services proposés sont à la hauteur. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse

J'étais déjà passé devant l'hôtel en allant manger chez Ferkouss sans jamais remarquer cette pépite Que dire, il y a tellement à dire!!! Séjour exceptionnel, le personnel est au petit soin, que ce soit dès l'arrivée de l'hôtel avec le voiturier, l'accueil avec Youssef un rayon de soleil, qui est au petit soin avec les clients, bienveillant, Abderahim très professionnel et souriant, Yassine ou Zineb. Une super équipe qui a été conciliante et nous a offert massage et un magnifique gâteau et panier de fruit. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, très varié, le personnel du restaurant est tout aussi professionnel et adorable. L'hôtel en lui même est très jolie les chambres sont propre, les dames de ménages font aussi un excellent travail. La piscine en rooftop est un plus. Je voulais tester cet hôtel au vu des nombreux avis positif je suis tombé sous le charme de tout l'équipe. On se sent presque comme à la maison. Nous avons hâte de revenir en famille. Nous sommes venu fêter notre anniversaire de mariage, je nous souhaite longue vie et je vous souhaite à vous aussi une Longue Vie ❤️

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! There was a wide selection of foods to select from, which were all of high standard. The hotel's location was also great. It was close to many restaurants, main tourist attractions, a train station, and overall very easy to navigate around from. Special thanks to the lovely staff who made the stay so wonderful and accommodating. Especially Mohammad, who helped us a great deal since the minute we got to the hotel, until we left. This hotel exceeded all my expectations! Also, the air conditioning was reliable and worked perfectly!!

Une très belle découverte sur cette ville magnifique ! Super hôtel, personnel très sympathique et professionnel, on a le sentiment de loger avec la famille. Un grand merci à tous les membres, du bagagiste Mohamed, des hommes et femmes à la réception (Yassine, Rania...). Un grand merci aux personnels du restaurant Campino qui préparaient le très copieux petit déjeuner (le grand chef Hicham, Lakbira, Rachida) et aux hommes et femmes du service (Fouad, Hassan, Noureddine, Anas,Oumaima, Steve..). Ssi Youssef est une personne très serviable et intentionnée avec un esprit familial et aux petits soins, il a été d'une grande aide pour nous et il a simplifié notre séjour. Chambres spacieuses, très propre avec des femmes du rooms service irréprochables (merci). Un des moments de détente magique est sans doute,la piscine au rooftop de l'hôtel, avec une vue splendide sur la ville de Marrakech. Le restaurant Ritzi devant la piscine servait des plats délicieux et des cocktails 🍸 savoureux. Je reviendrai sans doute! Merci.

The property is fairly new and absolutely clean. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Guest relations manager Mr Youssef Manssouri is a star and a big asset for the hotel. He’s always very helpful and smiling . Speaks to all guests at breakfast .

Avant tout, un immense merci à Youssef, dont le professionnalisme, la disponibilité, la réactivité et surtout la gentillesse ont été exceptionnels. Il a toujours été présent avec le sourire pour répondre à nos demandes et faire en sorte que tout soit parfait. C'est le genre de personne qui fait toute la différence dans un établissement. Un grand bravo également à l'ensemble du personnel. Chaque membre de l'équipe est accueillant, attentionné et profondément investi dans le bien-être des clients. On se sent attendu, écouté et véritablement considéré. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de Marrakech tout en retrouvant un véritable havre de paix. Les chambres sont impeccables, très propres, élégamment décorées, confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Le rooftop est tout simplement magnifique, avec une piscine offrant un cadre exceptionnel pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. C'est un lieu où l'on a envie de passer des heures. Le petit-déjeuner est remarquable : varié, généreux, composé de produits de qualité et adapté à tous les goûts. Un vrai plaisir chaque matin. Le spa mérite également une mention spéciale. Les massages sont excellents, le hammam est un véritable moment de détente et le salon de coiffure propose des prestations de grande qualité. Tout est réuni pour vivre une expérience de bien-être complète. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement exceptionnel. Il est rare de trouver un établissement offrant un tel niveau de prestations à un tarif aussi compétitif. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Pour moi, l'Hôtel Longue Vie est devenu une référence à Marrakech.

The hotel in itself is great. The rooftop bar and restaurant and pool are the best places. The breakfast menu is excellent, a 10 out of 10. The bed is very comfortable and all very clean when we arrived.
Cons: Upon on arrival we were told that we were going to be given an upgrade but that was incorrect; we were given the type of room we booked. If anything we were given a double bed instead of 2 single beds - we are cousins, therefore, 2 single beds would be preferable. There is a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee or sugar and 2 single glasses which are unsafe to use with boiling water. There is an empty minibar too. However, they do offer 2 small bottles of water upon arrival. We were given a small single “vanity kit” to share between 2 people for 4 days. We asked for another one as we were 2, particularly a shower cap, and we received a blunt “NO” from the housekeeper. Housekeeping consists of making the bed, the floor was never cleaned during our stay and one of the towels that was on the floor failed to be substituted and put back despite not being cleaned. This needs improvement if the hotel wants to offer a 4 star service. This is something very basic that is offered by cheap B&Bs! At breakfast, the presence of certain members of staff can get overwhelming and uncomfortable. On our last day, one of them kept coming over to our table so frequently to clean it, when there was no need for it, that I felt compelled to leave and did not finish my breakfast. Actually, it irritated me so much that I ended up spilling my coffee. He kept coming to the table and taking things away from me, namely the butter and honey that I was going to use on my toast, the clean cutlery, etc. The other hotel guests noticed it too.

Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl, sodass man gut in den Tag starten konnte und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm und einladend. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders Imane und Halima sind uns sehr positiv aufgefallen, sie waren immer aufmerksam, herzlich und hatten jederzeit ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Ebenso möchte ich den Bagagisten Mohamed hervorheben. Er ist ein unglaublich netter, höflicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, der jederzeit mit guter Laune unterstützt hat. Man merkt sofort, dass das gesamte Team seine Arbeit mit viel Engagement und Herz ausübt. Egal, bei welchem Anliegen, es wurde immer schnell, zuverlässig und mit großer Freundlichkeit geholfen. Genau so stellt man sich exzellenten Service vor. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Cet établissement présente l’un des meilleures des meilleures rapport qualité prix de Marrakech !!! Mon mari et moi travaillons dans l'hôtellerie et la conciergerie, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté au service. Le manager est très a l’écoute et chaleureux !! Nous avons également profité du spa avec un massage relaxant. Un grand merci à Nadia, la masseuse, pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Nous souhaitons aussi remercier Fouad, qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner le matin. Il a été très accueillant, courtois et toujours souriant.
Cons: En revanche, nous n'avons pas apprécié l'attitude du réceptionniste présent à notre arrivée, vers 15h30. Lorsque nous l'avons appelé pour nous renseigner sur la prestation du , il a raccroché avant même que je puisse terminer ma demande. Nous avons trouvé ce comportement peu professionnel et regrettable, car il ne correspond pas au niveau de service que l'on attend d'un établissement de cette catégorie.

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! La chambre était magnifique, très confortable, et j’ai également beaucoup apprécié la salle de sport. Le véritable point fort de mon séjour reste le personnel. Un immense merci à Zouhair, Hicham, Lamia , Wissam , Khalid Youssef , Meriem caissière , Nour Eddine , rabia , Yassine recepción , Charaf eddine , Marouane et à toutes les autres personnes que j’aurais malheureusement oubliées. Tout le monde a été incroyablement gentil, souriant, serviable, à l’écoute et bienveillant. Je me suis sentie accueillie avec beaucoup de chaleur du début à la fin. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique expérience. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

This was my second stay at Longue Vie Hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. The staff are always so warm, friendly, and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, which made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Idrees, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and always happy to assist. His excellent service really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely keep coming back whenever I visit!

I honestly can not fault this hotel. This is up there with one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, rooms are clean, breakfast was delicious, more than enough pool beds and the food (delivered poolside) was as delicious as the breakfast. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely kind and helpful (even letting us check in early with a free room upgrade). The rooftop restaurant was very tasty and we enjoyed the pool. The gym was large and well equipped. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Such a gorgeous oasis nestled in the Kasbah neighbourhood. The property is stunning, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I found the location perfect, set on a quiet side street but only a few minutes walk to the busier Medina.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Longue Vie Hotel in Marrakech. The location is perfect — right in the center of the city and an easy walk to cafés, restaurants, shops, and so many of the main landmarks. Super convenient for getting around without needing a car. The hotel itself felt modern, clean, and really well equipped. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything was comfortable and easy to settle into. The staff were honestly great — very nice, welcoming, and always accommodating. Anytime we needed something or had a question, they were helpful and quick to assist, which made the whole stay even smoother. Overall, it was a relaxed, comfortable experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

Quand on va à l’hôtel on attend à se sentir comme chez soi, au longue vie hôtel c’est un concept, une évidence. Avec un accueil des plus chaleureux, un petit déjeuner très qualitatif et varié et surtout un personnel qui veille à chacun de vos besoins.. C’est simple on a eu l’impression de séjourner dans notre famille tellement il y’a une bonne vibe Une mention spéciale à Youssef qui a fait attention à chaque détail, qui a prit en compte toutes nos demandes et qui a vraiment veillé à ce que ce séjour se passe au mieux. Quand on vient ici une chose est sure on n’a plus envie de repartir et du coup il évident que nous reviendrons car nous avons trouvé notre petit havre de paix à Marrakech. The hotel was just perfect. Staff were so so helpful kind and attentive, they really couldn’t have done more for us (or any of the guests) they really added the extra care and touch. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice, the Omelette station being the star attraction!! The rooftop pool is the perfect size for a swim and to relax around, we never struggled for a bed to sit on. Yes it gets busy but staff are always on hand to help you find a spot and they don’t let people reserve beds which is great. The menu and food were all exceptional and both my partner and I, also enjoyed a wonderful massage during our stay! Couldn’t rate the place more we were so sad to leave!

Location for me was excellent a short walk or short taxi ride to all major attractions. The roof garden and pool were good however from late morning to early evening very very crowded not enough space for the number of hotel guests.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit of a hit or miss experience i needed to ask on several occasions for things like muesli, bread, milk to be refilled/ replenished what annoyed me the most was that there was ample staff available to do these things but it seemed to me that most of the staff were there for their own amusement. The coffee machines were a nightmare very rarely both of them operating at the same time but the staff did not seem to care.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, notamment grâce à sa proximité avec la gare. Le seul point à noter est que certaines chambres donnant sur la rue peuvent être assez bruyantes à cause de la circulation. Je recommande donc de demander une chambre calme lors de la réservation. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner marocain est excellent, varié et largement à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut trouver à l'extérieur. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine et l'absence de réservation des transats, ce qui est un vrai plus. L'ambiance était calme pendant notre séjour, avec très peu d'enfants. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe surtout: Hassan, Khalid, Nordine, ainsi qu'aux personnes en charge du petit-déjeuner, pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Une dédicace très spéciale à Mr Youssef Manssouri qui nous a fait passer une soirée mémorable. Je venais juste passer une soirée d’anniversaire avec ma famille et mes amis, mais Youssef a transformé cela en un événement extraordinaire. J’ai vécu dans un rêve du début à la fin. This was such a lovely hotel with lovely staff. From the moment we entered, we were offered small pastries and a drink. We even received an upgrade which was so sweet. The hotel room was clean and spacious and the beds were nice. The restaurant had live performances which was also nice and the food was delicious. For breakfast there were SO many options which was nice...literally anything you wanted to eat they had. They also helped us schedule transport to and from the airport. All in all, I wish I could have stayed longer.
Cons: The rooftop pool is nice, but can be crowded as many guests are sunbathing. As such, we did not really get to enjoy the pool.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Zainab und Nour Eddine. Beide waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst professionell, aufmerksam und höflich. Sie haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit verläuft, und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Durch ihre herzliche Art haben sie unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Pool auf dem Dach. Dort kann man wunderbar entspannen und gleichzeitig den tollen Blick auf die Neustadt von Marrakesch genießen. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr überzeugt. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Nous avons séjourné à deux dans cet hôtel, et ce fut une expérience absolument mémorable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassés, ce qui a été une attention particulièrement appréciée. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner était un véritable festin, avec un choix de produits frais et locaux qui nous ont permis de goûter aux saveurs authentiques de la région (un clin d’œil pour les msemens et omelettes faits maison et minutes par leur gentille cuisinière). L’emplacement de l’hôtel était idéal, proche du centre historique et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires à proximité. Un grand coup de cœur pour la piscine de l’hôtel, véritable havre de paix. Everything well cared and clean..Exceptionally kind staff. Being in Hivernage quarter, you must take always a taxi for city centre. But it's just 10mins ride and about €5- each ride.
Cons: We had to change twice our room due to the noisy road and some issues. But the staff was very Kind and ready to please us as much as possible even at 4:00am. So they accomodated us on the lat floor and we could continue our holiday without problems.

Un très bel hôtel moderne et très bien situé dans la ville, avec une magnifique piscine sur le rooftop. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est simple et très bon, on y trouve l'essentiel. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable comme toujours (mention spéciale pour Youssef et Nour eddine) !

Hotel exceptionnel, hyper bien placé, tout est vraiment parfait, un vrai petit bijou au coeur de Marrakech. Remarquable petit déjeuner, espace piscine très agréable. Grande gentillesse de tout le personnel, serviable, un grand merci à Monsieur Youssef pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son grand professionnalisme. J'ai enfin trouvé un petit paradis à Marrakech.

Tout a été parfait . Choisi un peu par hasard... cet hôtel se révèle une excellente surprise. Personnel et prestations au delà des attentes : la chambre est spacieuse et dispose d enombreux rangements, d'ustensiles utiles (bouilloire, pèse personne), les produits botanika sont un plus ! C'est propre et très bien entretenu. Le lavabo un peu bouché a été immédiatement réparé même le jour de l'Aid !! La literie est excellente ( matelas ferme mais agréable ; oreillers moelleux). Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait copieux, et complet. Des viennoiseries et gâteaux miniaturisés pour un esthétique réussi. Les salades sont fraîches et variées. Le service partout (jusqu'au gardien du parking) est impeccable : souriant, serviable et jamais encombrant. Un constat simple : digne d'un cinq étoiles ! Bravo aux équipes et au manager et au propriétaire présent et qui a l'œil partout !

Séjour exceptionnel à l’Hôtel Longue Vie à Marrakech ! Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. La nourriture est excellente, variée et savoureuse. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec un large choix de produits de qualité. Le restaurant et le rooftop sont magnifiques et offrent une ambiance très agréable. La piscine est tout simplement incroyable, avec une vue splendide sur Marrakech, un véritable moment de détente et de dépaysement. Mais le plus remarquable reste le personnel. Tout le monde est aux petits soins : les serveurs, les chauffeurs de l’hôtel, les équipes de l’accueil, les femmes de ménage… Chaque membre du personnel fait preuve d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une attention exceptionnels. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux et ce service irréprochable. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Une adresse incontournable à Marrakech !

Cons: The check-in policy. We had an early flight and days before sent management an email asking if we could have an early check in. No problem. We get to hotel and had to wait in lobby for hours to check in to our room. Which only happened after I shared my exchange with another manager.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and spa experience were nice. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: Our initial room had an air conditioning problem, it only heated the room regardless of the setting. We waited for over two hours while a mechanic attempted to fix it, frequently stepping out to make calls and leaving us waiting in an increasingly hot room. This happened late in the evening, when we were already tired and just wanted to sleep, which made the experience especially frustrating. We eventually had to request a different room ourselves; it would have been appreciated if the hotel had proactively offered this solution or even asked us to wait somewhere other than the hot room. The second room had its own issues. The hand shower had almost no water pressure (although the rain shower worked fine), and the next day the air conditioning stopped working again. Luckily this time not heating the room, but also not cooling at all. To be fair, the hotel did provide some room service food the day after the first room mistake, which we assume was complimentary as a gesture to make up for the inconvenience. In summary, we experienced issues in two different rooms, mainly related to basic amenities like air conditioning and water pressure, which significantly impacted our stay. For that reason, we would rate this experience 5/10.

Bel hôtel de qualité, bien situé, propre, rooftop et piscine magnifiques ! Et le personnel vraiment au top ! Un grand merci au PDG Mr Rachid, ainsi qu'à la Directrice Mme Dounia, qui ont vraiment su mettre au cœur de leur préoccupation la satisfaction des clients, et une mention spéciale pour Youssef, qui est la parfaite incarnation de ces valeurs là ! Je recommande totalement !
Cons: Quasiment rien ... juste un petit peu le réglage réfrigérateur à améliorer, mais c'est certainement dû aux très fortes chaleurs de la période

On a passé une semaine super à l’hôtel Longue Vie. Dès l'arrivée, l’accueil est au top et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est super bon avec pas mal de choix. Le vrai plus, c'est l'équipe. J'ai été malade pendant une journée et je devais suivre un régime hyper strict, impossible de prendre ce qu'il y avait sur la carte. Le chef a été super compréhensif et m'a cuisiné exactement ce que je demandais en room service, un grand merci à lui ! Un grand merci aussi à Younes à la réception qui a été super à l'écoute, prenait de mes nouvelles quand j’étais malade, puis ses conseils et ses services nous ont vraiment aidés. Franchement, j'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps. Je conseille cet hôtel les yeux fermés et on reviendra c'est sûr ! Petit plus : il y a un resto super cool juste à côté, je vous le conseille, très bonne ambiance et on y mange bien (le ritzi : voir photo)

Cons: The breakfast was okay but could be better with more options. The corridors were too dark (this seems to be the asthetics of the Hotel) The rooms close to the staff lifts were way too noisy on the night, luckily staff were friendly enough to change the room upon request.

Hij heeft ons 10min uitleg gegeven over bezienswaardigheden. Waar te eten, wat te doen, etc… Andere personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook een kamerupgrade gekregen —) Suit room. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été hyper gentil et très accueillant du début à la fin. Dès notre arrivée à la réception, on nous a servi un verre de thé accompagné d’un petit gâteau, une attention très appréciable qui met tout de suite à l’aise. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très varié, avec beaucoup de choix. Petit point bonus pour le stand extérieur où Wissam et Lamia nous préparaient de délicieux œufs au plat, omelettes, pancakes, msemen, etc. Elles étaient très agréables, toujours souriantes et attentionnées. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine rooftop située en haut de l’hôtel, super agréable, avec un restaurant offrant un très beau cadre pour se détendre. Encore merci pour cet accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, one night each- (early morning flight to the airport). This is a fantastic hotel with lovely and accommodating staff who go all-out. They arranged transit to the airport at 3:30 am and packed my breakfast to go with me. The rooftop pool and restaurant is great. Conveniently located right across from the train and bus stations. But really, it is the great staff who make this hotel special.
