Location, easy access from the main road to be picked up for taxi’s etc. staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. Riad is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. We also had a late flight and they let us have late check out and also use a room to have a shower and get changed before our flight (which was at 11pm). Would 100% recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti al Riad Le Saadien e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. È una struttura bellissima, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente e rilassante. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un’atmosfera speciale: gli ambienti sono pulitissimi, raffinati e molto piacevoli, e si percepisce subito la cura che viene dedicata agli ospiti. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze, facendoci sentire davvero benvenuti. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la tranquillità del Riad, la bellezza degli spazi e l’attenzione ai dettagli. È il posto perfetto per rilassarsi dopo aver trascorso la giornata a Marrakech. È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole e, sinceramente, non abbiamo trovato nulla di negativo durante il nostro soggiorno. Tutto è stato impeccabile. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte. Un Riad che merita davvero il massimo dei voti! ❤️

Tout était impeccable : la propreté de la chambre, le confort, le délicieux petit-déjeuner et surtout la gentillesse et l’attention de toute l’équipe. Le personnel est adorable, disponible et aux petits soins, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre excellent service. Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Nächte in diesem bezaubernden Riad verbracht und sind absolut begeistert! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hat: Das fantastische Personal: Ein ganz großes Lob an das gesamte Team! Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Man hat sich wirklich rührend um uns gekümmert und uns die besten Tipps für Marrakesch gegeben. Makellose Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Riad – sowohl unser Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche und die Terrasse – war blitzsauber und perfekt gepflegt. Hier wird extrem viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt. Wundervolle Atmosphäre: Eine echte Oase der Ruhe mitten im bunten Treiben der Stadt. Auch das Frühstück war fantastisch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Riad jedem von Herzen empfehlen! 10/10 Sterne!

My always first concern about any place I visit is the team who serve the guests. However, all guys specially, ( Ahmad and Abd Alhalim) were truly amazing and very responsive. In the first night we had a problem with the AC in the room which was not floating enough air, After telling them they changed the room and made sure that we are satisfied 100%. The Dar was very clean and nice from inside and well designed. Breakfast was good, and room service was spectacular. Location is well in the old city to whom like to walk in the tiny old style street. All in all I am very happy with my choice and I would recommend this place to everyone.

The staff were amazing, everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we arrived, we were greeted with tea and pastries while we waited for our room and the staff were happy to chat with us about experiences that were available and to show us around the Riad. Imane, the manager, and Ahmed checked on us every day and Halim served breakfast with a smile. Hamza and Anise helped us with our bags to and from the Riad and were happy to answer any of our questions throughout the stay. The breakfast was lovely every day, with different kinds of flat breads and cakes available to try. We were upgraded from a junior suite at no extra cost and the facilities were lovely, the room was beautifully laid out with a sofa and good wardrobe space, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had all the facilities we needed in a room. Imane, the manager, and Ahmed checked on us every day and Halim served breakfast with a smile. Hamza and Anise helped us with our bags to and from the Riad.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Le Saadien. The staff are lovely (Jamal and Jawad) are great and attended to my husband and I with much kindness! The rooms were cozy and lovely the atmosphere was great! Location was perfect, 12 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast was so lovely and enjoyable. Special mention to Jamal and Anais would could not have been more lovely. Sister riad next door equally as nice. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Our three nights at Riad Le Saadien were truly memorable. The riad is beautiful, calm and full of charm, but the service is what makes it exceptional. The whole team treated us with so much kindness and attention that we felt more like personal guests than hotel visitors. Every detail was handled with care, from helping us with small requests to keeping the room perfectly clean. The rooftop was amazing, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff made our stay feel very personal. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi sempre muito atencioso, o quarto era confortável e sempre bastante limpo, o custo benefício se mostrou muito bom.
Cons: Os pontos negativos já eram esperados pois faz parte de ter optado por este Riad, e por isso não afetaram o conceito sobre a hospedagem. Apesar da localização ser boa para os parâmetros de um Riad, pois havia uma porta de acesso para fora dos muros da medina relativamente perto, sempre tínhamos que nos deslocar a pé (o que piora à noite) para pegar um taxi, isso dificulta também o transporte das bagagens. Senti a falta de não ter TV nos quartos.

Cons: Es gibt leider keine Gebetsteppiche als Standard im Zimmer obwohl wir in einem Islamischen Land sind. Selbst in Deutschland sind viele Unterkünfte mit Gebetsteppichen ausgestattet. Auf nachfrage wurde uns ein Handtuch gegeben um darauf zu beten, was wir dann angenommen haben. Das ist sehr traurig gewesen und deshalb war die Ausstattung nicht ausreichend.

Ein Traumhaftes Riad in perfekter Lage. Super gepflegte Zimmer. Klasse Personal und ein traumhaftes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse genossen. Direkt gegenüber kann man sein Aufo für 5Euro/ Nacht parken und Marrakesh mit dem Taxi erkunden. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, das Personal des Riads gibt da gerne und sehr gute Empfehlungen.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. El hotel tiene instalaciones bellísimas, todo está muy cuidado y limpio, y se nota la atención en cada detalle. Pero sin duda lo mejor fue la hospitalidad de todas las personas que trabajan allí , Imane y Abdlghni, siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. When entering the Riad you are welcomed by the extremely professional team and a nice smell of citrus aromas. We loved the design, the high quality of the building, the comfort of the rooms - and the hospitality of the staff was really outstanding. The location is a perfect hideaway and still very central. We loved it.
Cons: It can be a bit loud in the room on the morning as the windows of the room have eg no sealing (which is to my knowledge very typical). For us totally fine.

The staff were genuinely exceptional in their approach to their roles. Imane, the Riad manager has a very good eye for detail and customer care / service. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff working alongside her were also very professional, warm and friendly consistently. Names were remembered, along with choices, preference and previous questions. Housekeeping ladies were excellent and very hard working. The entire property was spotless. The mattress was very high quality and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. WIFi is very good and consistent. Food and related service were excellent. Breakfast is not to be missed. Great location within the Medina, near the outer walls so easy access on arrival , exit. 15 minutes bimble to the main square. Highly recommended. I would return with any hesitation.

Ich versuche in Worte zu fassen, wie froh wir sind uns für dieses Riad entschieden zu haben. Das Personal macht diese an sich schon wunderschöne Unterkunft einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern: schön, geschmackvoll und idyllisch eingerichtet, ein marokkanischer Traum. Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad ist geräumig. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil man unweit aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist, aber trotzdem abseits des ganzen Touristentrubels. Es war immer alles stets blitzblank sauber. Das gilt sowohl für das Zimmer, als auch für das gesamte Hotel. Aber der Ort wird vor allem durch das Team so besonders. Sie sind alle aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und erfüllen einem alle noch so spontanen Wünsche. Wir wollten spontan einen Tourguide, der uns innerhalb von einer Stunde organisiert wurde. Wir waren an zwei Tagen krank, und das ganze Team hat sich ganz fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und sogar spezielle sehr wohltuende Tees zubereitet. Wir haben auch ganz tolle Tipps bekommen, die unsere Weiterreise in Marokko besonders schön gemacht haben. Ihr seid alle toll! Auch von hier nochmals an euch alle Shukran!

Riad Le Saadien is a small but beautiful riad. It is very quiet, tastefully decorated, and the suites are well-appointed. We stayed for only one night and were in a bit of a rush, but we honestly wished we had stayed longer. The suite we stayed in was a nice size, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and good bathroom amenities. The staff were well-trained, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The proprietor, Miss Imane, was very kind and welcoming when we arrived, and made us feel comfortable straight away. We also had dinner at the riad, which was tasty and served in a very elegant setting. One caution for those who are self-driving: please make sure you park in the correct car park. The long parking area may look like one continuous car park, but it is actually divided into several sections and operated by separate operators. Although Imane had given us directions, I made the mistake of parking in the wrong section and ended up walking quite far to the riad with our luggage. It also did not help that the parking attendant pointed us in the opposite direction. Other than that, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily recommend Riad Le Saadien.

Simply everything! The Riad is very beautiful, very clean, and very quiet. Because it’s close to the Medina, we walked there every time. And if you’re tired after a long day of walking, taxis will bring you back to just a few steps from the Riad. And what else to say... the staff is simply wonderful; no wish goes unanswered. Anas is unbelievably kind. When we arrived around 1:00 a.m., he even went out into town to get us something to eat after making us tea. Every time we return from our outings to the Riad, the first thing they ask is how you are and what they can do for you. Truly incredible staff. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and always smiling. Imane, the manager, is always there for any organizational questions, recommendations, and bookings. Don’t hesitate to ask her. She organized the hot-air balloon experience for us (a beautiful experience), an excursion to the Agafay desert, and a lovely dinner at the very pretty restaurant La Maison Arabe. The owner made me a nice present, that I will return next time when I come to visit😉 I will return without hesitation.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans le Riad Le Saadien. Les espaces communs comme les chambres étaient décorés avec raffinement. Nous avons apprécié cet équilibre entre modernité et tradition qui se retrouve dans toutes les pièces. Les deux hôtes Jamal x2 étaient aux petits soins et n’hésitaient pas à nous donner des conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner était exquis. Également, le rooftop donne un bon point de vue pour profiter du coucher du soleil. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Friendly welcome on arrival, greeted me by name, not something you’d get in a big hotel. Staff go above and beyond and are genuinely friendly and concerned for your happiness while there. Not a fake smile in sight. Lovely people Breakfast was served quickly and was large. Kept me going on a busy day well until lunchtime Every time you return to the riad you are greeted quickly and staff love to hear about your day. Great at offering recommendations and helpful when arranging suitable transport. The venue is stunning but it’s the staff that made my trip, as a nervous solo traveller they really helped me feel safe and secure. If you want the riad experience without the hassle of walking through a maze of streets to find it, this is perfect. 30 second easy walk from your taxi drop off.

A big thank you to Imane, Ahmed and all of the staff for being so kind and helpful. We were upgraded to the sister hotel next door, which opened only 3 weeks ago. The new riad is beautiful and our room was perfect. We had breakfast downstairs because of my knee but the terrace upstairs also serves breakfast, which is traditional and so tasty. View from terrace is wonderful.
Cons: Just a small suggestion which the owner is going to rectify.... a hand rail up to the terrace to help those with mobility issues.

Aesthetically this riad is spectacular, and the staff are second to none. The rooftop terrace was delightful, as was the (overpriced) lunch.
Cons: Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the property we were accosted with a smell of damp. This got much worse once we reached our room and found the whole thing reeked from the lack of airlocks on drains. There were also exposed live electrical wires coming out of unfinished work in the wall.

I highly recommend staying in a riad rather than a regular hotel, as it offers a much more authentic experience. Riad Le Saaddien has a fantastic location, a beautiful and stylish ambiance, and extremely kind, responsive, and trustworthy staff. We felt completely safe and at home — we even left our rooms unlocked and spent late evenings socializing on the rooftop, where they kindly served us tea, olives, and crackers even after midnight without us having to ask.

Clean and pretty riad located in a historical part of the medina, within walking distance to many notable sights. Rooms are spacious.
Cons: The hotel staff is VERY friendly and kind, but extremely disorganized and not responsive to communication to the point where it made our stay difficult. We were given instructions to have our taxi drop us at Bab Laksour gate and walk to the riad (3 min walk), which is typical for riads in Marrakech. Once we got to the gate, we messaged the riad so they could dispatch someone to help with our bags. This is also typical for riads to help with the bags, but especially important for us as we had an elderly person in our group. No one answered the official Whatsapp for over 10 minutes, so we asked our driver to call the riad. They answered immediately and said they would send someone. After another 10 minutes of waiting in the taxi during the heat of the day, we got out and started walking with our own bags. We got all the way to the riad and still no one had come to help. At the riad, we were greeted by a staff of at least three relatively young men and one woman, and there were no other guests at the time in the lobby. No one apologized or explained why no one had come to help us navigate the path from the gate to the riad. We had similar issues trying to coordinate a taxi in the evening. We had communicated we would need a taxi for 3:30 am, but later decided we wanted to go earlier for 2:30 am. We were told there would be someone at the reception at all times, but in the middle of the night the reception was unattended and no one responded to messages or calls on Whatsapp. We waited close to an hour before finally reaching someone.

Si je devais choisir un mot pour résumer ce séjour, ce serait PARFAIT. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois, les chambres sont d’une propreté remarquable, un grand merci aux femmes de chambre. L’emplacement est parfait, c’est très calme la nuit. Il suffit de dire au taxi BAB Laskiba, et le Riad est atteint en même pas 2 minutes à pied. Sinon, à 10 minutes à pied de la Place Jema El Fna. Le petit déjeuné est divin, et varié d’un jour à l’autre ! Nous avons également pu dîner au Riad pour notre dernière soirée et c’était un très bon moment ! L’extension du Riad nous a comblé ! Le Rooftop offre des transats, un espace de repos et même des chapeaux pour se protéger du soleil ☀️ ainsi qu’une magnifique vue sur la Koutoubia ! Le personnel est toujours disponible pour booker des activités, des restaurants et nous conseiller ! Un merci tout particulier à Imane qui a été disponible en tout temps, et aux petits soins pour nous. Un GRAND merci à tout le personnel, plus particulièrement à Abdel et à Anas qui ont été d’une gentillesse infinie, et qui resteront gravés dans nos cœurs.

Personál byl opravdu velmi ochotný a nápomocný. Opravdu jsme se zde cítili jako doma. Obzvláště příjemné byli bohaté snídaně na krásné terase s výhledem na střechy Mediny a pohoří Atlas. Riad Le Saadien is een absolute aanrader om te verblijven. De riad was een oase van rust in de drukte van de Medina. De ligging, dichtbij Bab Ksiba, was perfect. De kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was lekker en goed verzorgd. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Marrakech komen we zeker terug.

We were worried because we had a lot of suitcases with us when we arrived and tours scheduled every day, but it was really easy to get to the riad and also convenient to see all the touristy sites. We felt safe, the staff was really kind and helpful, and the riad has beautiful common areas for us to spend some time together before splitting up into our rooms. The rooms were also really clean and beautiful. Overall an excellent choice!

Personnel de garde de nuit peu attentif sur le respect du silence passé 22h (ex: il téléphone à haute voix), ce qui est dérangeant. Nous avons dû lui signaler à deux reprises très tard dans la soirée, ce qui est à notre sens pas très normal.

Questo riad è UN SOGNO! Lo staff è estremamente cortese, l’architettura è bellissima, le stanze sono splendide e molto molto pulite, e la posizione è perfetta! A pochi metri dalla porta Bab Laksiba, il che vuol dire che in taxi si arriva molto facilmente, e allo stesso tempo fa parte della medina, quindi si è direttamente nel cuore di Marrakesh. Siamo stati davvero benissimo, ci siamo rilassati in un’atmosfera magica e ci siamo divertiti andando nei luoghi che il personale ci ha consigliato. Davvero il top!

Very nice breakfast, tastefully decorated and clean rooms and courtyard, and friendly staff. Within the room, you can hear some noise from the inner courtyard, but the sound is largely muffled. I don't remember being able to hear conversations from other guest rooms, like you can in some riads, though the morning call to prayer comes in quite loudly. I only stayed for one night, but overall, I found the riad to be a nice, elegant property, with a picturesque rooftop terrace and view.

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Riad mit sonniger Dachterrasse. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde ein früherer Check In in unser Zimmer (Superior Room) ermöglicht und wir durften am Anreisetag sogar das Frühstück genießen. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, dennoch lecker. Die Dame des Hauses kennt sich mit Glutenunverträglichkeit aus und hat uns auf Anfrage jeden Tag leckere glutenfreie Kuchen, Pfannkuchen oder Brote zubereitet bzw. zubereiten lassen. Es war auch kein Problem, unser Gepäck bei der An-/ Abreise zwischenzulagern.
Cons: Hier und da ist das Riad bereits in die Jahre gekommen und könnte aufgefrischt werden. So sind z.B. die Handtücher bereits vergilbt, die Duscharmaturen sowie das Glas in der Badezimmertür gebrochen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes musste die Duschkabine renoviert werden, aufgrund von starkem Schimmel. Wir hätten es schöner gefunden, wenn man dies zwischen zwei Aufenthalten hätte machen lassen. Und wenn es schon während des Aufenthalts passiert, dass man hierüber beim Check In zumindest ein Wort verloren hätte. Die Dachterrasse ist zwar sehr schön, aber aufgrund der Lage des Riads in der Medina, liegt diese an / neben einer Hauptstraße und zusätzlich an einem beliebten "Einsammel-Spot" für Touris, Taxen und Bussen. Trotz der Musik auf der Terrasse, hört man den Verkehr deutlich. Auch die Bauarbeiten im Gebäude nebenan, worüber wir vorab nicht informiert wurden, waren deutlich zu hören. Die angebotene Massage haben wir nicht wahrgenommen, da die Räumlichkeiten im Keller des Riads eher einer Abstellkammer glichen und auf uns wenig einladend und entspannend wirkten. Die vom Riad angebotenen Touren können wir leider nicht empfehlen. Wir haben uns über den Tisch gezogen gefühlt, nachdem wir mit anderen Personen aus der Tour-Gruppe gesprochen haben, die deutlich weniger (weniger als ein Drittel des Preises) bezahlt haben und online bei gängigen Anbietern bzw. auf dem Markt die gleiche Tour (nichts angeblich Exklusives) gebucht haben. Nach intensiver Diskussion mit dem Tourbegleiter vor Ort, haben wir zumindest einen Teil unseres Geldes zurückbekommen. Da dieser Vorfall ausgerechnet an unserem Jubiläum passiert ist, hat das Riad als Wiedergutmachung die Fahrt zum Flughafen übernommen, was wir positiv empfunden haben.

The Riad itself is beautiful and quiet. The room was clean, beautiful, and full of character. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived and were served tea and biscuits. The location was great, as it’s inside Medina. The staff helped us with our luggage and even picked us up from the gate outside Medina (only a 2-3 minute walk to the Riad). All the staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and was served on the rooftop. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This was a wonderful hotel, right in the medina. The staff were just amazing. I had quite a difficult motorcycle ride and was hot and exhausted when I arrived. I was told to sit down and the next thing I know I've got a plate of cookies and a pot of tea. Ahhh I was travelling alone but this would be a wonderful hotel for a couple's get away.
Cons: I had used the filter on Booking to display properties with parking. Unfortunately I didn't read the description of the hotel facilities where it clearly mentions that parking is off site. Of course it would have been nice to park my motorcycle securely at the hotel but the parking is just outside the city walls and has 24/7 security so in the end it wasn't that bad.

Leur professionnalisme, leur discrétion et leur gentillesse constante nous ont fait nous sentir non seulement les bienvenus, mais véritablement choyés. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour chaque demande, anticipant nos besoins avec une attention touchante. C'est grâce à eux que l'atmosphère du riad est si chaleureuse et apaisante. Le calme du riad est précieux après l'effervescence de la ville. Tout, sans exception, est d'une propreté irréprochable et contribue à une ambiance de luxe discret. Enfin, une mention spéciale et absolument indispensable pour les petits déjeuners : un moment culinaire qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Clairement, ils comptent parmi les meilleurs que nous ayons eu le plaisir de déguster au Maroc. La fraîcheur des produits, la variété des mets (pâtisseries marocaines exquises, fruits frais, jus d'orange pressé, etc.) et le soin apporté à la présentation font de ce repas un véritable moment de plaisir gourmand, idéal pour démarrer la journée. Das Riad Le Sadieen war einfach perfekt in jeder Hinsicht! Lage: Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen – ideal, um die Medina zu erkunden und abends zur Ruhe zu kommen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und man taucht direkt in das echte Marrakesch ein. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Essen: Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Traum – frisch, vielfältig und mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Auch das Abendessen im Riad war köstlich und authentisch marokkanisch. Man schmeckt, dass hier mit Liebe gekocht wird. Menschen: Das Beste an diesem Ort sind die Menschen. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden – jede Frage wurde mit einem Lächeln beantwortet, jeder Wunsch erfüllt. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec des hôtes bienveillants, disponibles et toujours réactifs à nos demandes. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre-ville tout en offrant un cadre calme et reposant. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu. The stay at the riad was fantastic, when arrived we were greeted warmly by the manager (Imaane) before she showed us the room and rest of the riad. We felt welcome from the first contact and have loved our stay. The room was clean, the AC worked, and a nice cup of tea and cold water made us feel even more welcome. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy our breakfast. The Riad is easy accessible with car-parking close by and a lovely view towards the Ketoubia Mosque. Breakfast served there was also super good. The room was very comfortable and quiet, nice bathroom, great small amenities; overall a very positive impression. To be noted the excellent help, energy and hospitality offered by Anas.

It’s incredibly serene, like staying at a spa (and you can get massages too- we went as a group and a few people got massages and loved it)! I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude, particularly to Anas and Sofuan, whose proactive hospitality stood out; they frequently checked in to see if we needed anything and were always readily available. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a delightful serving of traditional Moroccan green tea, setting a tone of genuine hospitality. The check-in process was seamless and efficiently handled. Our room was beautifully prepared in celebration of our anniversary, complete with a thoughtful welcome message and an elegant selection of complimentary snacks. What truly distinguished this stay was the personalized touch: we were provided with a curated two-page guide featuring recommended activities, top-rated restaurants, and must-visit attractions around Marrakesh, an incredibly helpful resource. This residence is, without a doubt, a gem. I highly recommend it and will certainly be returning on future visits.

The property is quiet, beautiful and the perfect escape from the busyness of the medina. The staff were lovely and attentive to our every need. Also they were very good at getting bubbles in our mint tea!! Anas looked after us every night and imane helped us book activities and transport to make our trip as easy as possible. Everyone was extremely helpful, these are just a few examples.

Our stay was absolutely enchanting. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by an elegant atmosphere and a beautiful scent that made it feel like we had entered a little slice of paradise. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel like VIPs throughout our visit. The terrace had such a charming and relaxing vibe that we chose to have dinner there and ended up spending the whole evening enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the riad. Highly recommended for a memorable and luxurious experience.

I had a really great time at Riad Le Saadien. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. They always made sure I was happy and had everything I needed. The riad is very clean and beautiful. My room was nice and comfortable. Everything was neat and fresh. The location is also very good. It is close to many places to visit, but also quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and I would love to come back again. I recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful blue room. A perfect first impression. Good quality mattress, linen and towels. The terrace for breakfast or dinner looks great. Although it is close to a busy road the terrace seems like a quiet place, with birds singing and a beautiful view of the sunset. The breakfast was good. I would appreciate some more fruits. The service is impeccable. Everyone is truly attentive.

Our stay at Riad Le Saadien was amazing! The staff were so kind and very professional. We were greeted right away and served delicious Moroccon tea when we arrived at the Riad. Youseff went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs during our stay there. The room was quite spacious and smells really nice. We had two homemade dinners at the Riad and both tasted amazing. It was such a great introduction to Moroccan food. We couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience in Marrakech!

A New, Clean, Modern, Cozy Riad. We were in 1st floor room. Did not have the usual Medina Riad drainage smell. Simple, modern, clean decoration. The hammam is in the property and a set menu dinner on the sunset view rooftop terrace was available upon request. Good location - quite corner of newer wider street Kasbah away from older and busy Medina, 3min walk from Bob Kasiba inside Kasbah. The property is on the Kasbah wall, offers great view. 10min walk to restaurants by Kasbah mosque. 25min walk to Jemma el-Fna square. Implacable service- provided clear direction to the property and luggage help via Whatapp. Courteous and implacable services. We had to checkout 7:30am before the breakfast, they made us coffee and takeout breakfast box.

The staff were absolutely incredible, so accommodating and made our trip extra special. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride to the main areas, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It had an authentic feel, and I’d highly recommend it.
Cons: The riad is an intimate space shared with other guests it’s something to keep in mind for others who may prefer more privacy. Anothet thing to be mindful of is that you need to leave your key with reception and contact them to be let back in, which may not be ideal for everyone.

Everything! It’s a small friendly place with a well designed, traditional but modern interior. On arrival while they checked us in we were given hot towels to clean our hands and then mint tea and homemade biscuits. We had arranged for a meal on arrival which was a delicious traditional dinner served a little later on the lovely roof terrace. They had lit all the candles all for us! We were made very welcome after the long journey from Scotland. The bedroom was simple but very comfortable with great breakfasts served once again on the roof terrace. We liked the glazed tiles and the good quality ceramic table and table ware. It’s located very near to one of the main entrance gates to the kasbah so it was only a couple of minutes walk from the main boulevard where the taxi dropped us off. The staff are very friendly and helpful, accompanying us to make sure we got our taxi on departure

Fantastic Riad where you are treated as family. The staff are so kind and helpful in every which way. From the lovely and fresh daily breakfast, to helping facilitate travel and cabs, to the night staff who always ensure you are safe. The room is spectacular, spacious and very clean. Location in Kasbah is great as it's right near a gate so it's very easy for travel. Absolutely would stay again.
Cons: We didn't try, but it would have been nice to order coffee to the rooms. I'm sure this would have been accommodated if asked!

The staff was incredibly professional—huge thanks to Simon and Hamza for their kindness and support. They not only recommended great places to visit and eat but also ensured everything was well-organized. Hamza even went out of his way to show us a safe spot to withdraw cash—such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was fantastic, and I’d love to return with my family next time. Highly recommend this riad!
Cons: The night team member left a disappointing impression during our departure on 11th morning When we asked if the cab had arrived, he confirmed but also insisted we leave a tip for housekeeping—even though we had already done so. While we truly appreciated the rest of the staff’s kindness and professionalism, this interaction felt unnecessary and left us with a sour note. He didn’t assist with our bags or walk us to the gate but later ran after us, claiming we hadn’t tipped, even calling my brother a liar. It was the only negative experience in an otherwise wonderful stay.

This place was better than we expected. The staff were very attentive and so lovely. They were they 24/7 for the guests and nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with traditional tea and biscuits on arrival and had a breakfast on the roof top every day which was freshly made and tasty. The rooms was spacious and quiet as the place only has 5 or 6 rooms and is located in the quiet area. We loved the location as it was easy to find and did not require walking through the busy streets of medina, but still had that traditional vibe you want to experience when in Marrakesh. We would definitely cone back there.
Cons: The only slight issue was the bad odour from the drains in the bathroom. We kept our window open throughout the day, but it was unpleasant first thing in the morning as we kept the windows shut due to low temperatures outside.

Really good breakfast and excellent location - just in from the Bab Ksiba entrance into the medina which is really convenient for taxi drop-off/pick up. and still a great location from which to walk around the Kasbah area or towards Djemaa el fna and the souk. Much preferred this location in the south medina than in the north which always involved noodling through the souk to get out/back which was never quick or straightforward. We ate our evening meal at the hotel on our first night and it was delicious. We stayed in mid-January which can get cold at night so we appreciated the aircon/heating on one evening.

Beautiful riad with rooftop in a great location, spacious room with a very comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom, delicious and large breakfast (and the option for dinner if you want to stay that is very reasonably priced). In addition, the masseuse available for in-house massage downstairs was amazing. Finally, the entire staff, including Imane, Hassani, Abdel, and Mohammed was as good as one could hope for--highly knowledgeable, super helpful, and kind. I would definitely stay at Riad Le Saadien again and highly recommend it.

What a wonderful Riad! It's away from the hustle and bustle of the medina but close enough that you can still enjoy the life of Marrakech. I preferred to be a bit further away (its prob a 15 min walk to Jmaa el Fna). The actual riad is quiet, well designed and taken care of. All of the staff members were wonderful and attentive. As a solo traveler, I felt very lucky to have Hassani manage the desk at night. He was responsible and responsive, kind, friendly and attentive to all guests and a pleasure to converse with! I'd happily stay here again.

Beautiful Riad, touch of traditional Marrakesh but very modern at the same time. A really intimate space where you feel like you have the property for yourself. Staff were super attentive and helpful. Rooms were a good size, everything finished to the highest standard. A good location and easy to find in comparison to other Riad's in the Medina. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for an authentic yet modern and comfortable typical morrocan experience.
Cons: Nothing - everything was great! The smallest critique would be not having Msemen bread at breakfast (my personal fav) but what we had was as good if not better!

It is a beautiful, airy and aesthetically decorated Riad. As soon as you get there, you get a sense of peace and tranquility. Our room was comfortable. Staff were really friendly and always ready to help. We were given Moroccan biscuits with tea which I wanted to buy but didn't have enough time. The team offered to go and buy for us and we had the biscuits in 10 mins.

The riad is absolutely beautiful - a very stylish mix of modern and historic elements. The atmosphere is truly peaceful - beautiful court and the rooftop terrace is great to relax and for breakfast. Also got a nice massage. I spent my birthday here, so amazing Imane welcomed me with some beautiful flowers and made me really feel like at home. Mohamed gave me some great insights about Henna and the berber culture. All the staff are great people - just warm and really nice to have a chat with them.

The riad was very aesthetically pleasing - very nice green theme throughout and the property felt new and clean. The staff were the highlight of our stay! They were so hospitable and helped us out so much.
Cons: The bathroom was not what I had hoped for. There was a big blue ink looking stain on the toilet seat which was really off putting. Also, the shower didn’t have hot water the first night. The bed was very stiff too.

The hotel was really nice. We were greeted by the manager and given some mint tea and traditional sweet treats on arrival which was much appreciated. We stayed in the green room suite which was lovely - it was furnished to a high standard. The manager and other members of staff were always extremely friendly and made us feel at home during our stay. On the first night we had our evening meal on the rooftop which was really nice. Breakfast every morning was something we looked forward to as it was delicious. We were provided with recommended restaurants and places of interest to visit which was really helpful - the manager booked us a table at one of the restaurants on the list and we were so glad we went there.
Cons: I could not fault anything about the hotel apart from the length of time the water in the shower took to heat up! I know Marrakesh is a dry city but it would have been nice if alcohol was available at the hotel as it was in some restaurants.

This was genuinely the best experience I’ve had whilst staying abroad. Everything about this property was amazing, it was clean, aesthetically beautiful with a fusion of both modern and traditional architecture. Every part of this riad was beautiful. The best part was how we instantly felt at home. Hassani, Adil and Mohammed were the sweetest, friendly and very funny, they made us feel so so comfortable and safe during our entire experience. I’ve never met people so accommodating before, so willing to make sure we stayed happy and had everything we needed. Their service was amazing that it did not even feel like we were abroad, we felt like we were at home. They kept us entertained and would talk to us when we were bored, made sure we got to our taxi and got back home safely, made us feel so special too. From Hassani always making us laugh, Adil being so sweet, and Mohammed making sure we get home at night safely, it was all so perfect. The location was perfect, the service was immaculate, and the riad was beautiful! I have already recommended this riad to everyone, and would definitely revisit again. It brings us happiness and comfort knowing that we found a home in Marrakech <3

The team gave a lot of recommendations for must see, restaurants to try, spa/hamam which was very handy. The team at reception also helped to book taxi to the old town or other locations we wanted to go. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel manager Imane and the other staff's treatment of us was incredible. They approached every question of ours sincerely. Their quick reaction to our requests was tremendous. It was a beautifully designed Riad. There were very nice restaurants that looked normal from the outside, but when we entered, we encountered very different things.

The breakfast was amazing also and the staff were just wonderful. The location is ideal, very close to the taxi drop off and 10 min from the airport. thank you!

The entire property smelled divine. The room was like I entered a spa retreat ~ cozy, comfy, delicious snacks, rose petal everywhere, what's not to love. I wish I found this property from my first day ~but then I might not have left my room. The staff were simply awesome. Anything you needed or wanted or asked for was provided. Breakfast on the roof top deck was delicious and the ambiance was spot on. You have to Stay in this Riad. Beauty, culture and service perfectly blended.

Excellent location. A short walk from the main square and many local restaurants. The apartment was very clean. Staff friendly, with lots of local suggestions. A roof terrace for breakfast and relaxing. There is a car park a few minutes walk from this accommodation. This is secure parking and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Our stay was just perfect, the staff is always super friendly and helpfull. We felt at home and safe. My friend was feeling sick a few days so the staff gave her a special tea. The Riad is beautifully decorated and the highlight is the rooftop terrace where we had a delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice, bread, cheese, jam, scrambled eggs, cake and tea or coffee. The room was very spacious, the beds big and the bathroom shower had good pressure. We would definitely stay at Riad Le Saadien again!

This is a beautiful riad, very tastefully furnished in neutrals with a huge centrepiece of Moroccan copper lampshades. You breakfast on the rooftop with a nice view onto the Koutoubia. Our room was spacious-feeling and the bathroom fixtures were stylish, modern and just worked (unusual for Morocco where you often get squirty taps, low water pressure etc). The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable, the best in my opinion of 10 different accommodations we stayed at in Marocco. Staff were very polite and helpful, contacting me by WhatsApp in the morning of our arrival day to ask if we needed transport. Location is just inside the Medina, very quiet, with taxi access very close. The Saadian Tombs are an easy 10 minutes walk away.
Cons: It was all lovely. If taking the L19 airport shuttle, be aware that the nearest stop is approx 25 minutes walk away. However taxi from airport is just 10 minutes and staff will happily arrange it for you. Also, there is not a huge choice of eateries in the immediate vicinity (say 5 to 10 minutes walk), though we discovered two, the Clock cafe and the Makassar restaurant.

It was clean and easy to find. The area feels safe. We arrived an hour before 15:00 and they let us check in early. The staff were friendly, albeit one was a bit too eager with offering us lunch/dinner even after we told them multiple times we were suffering from food poisoning the day before.
Cons: The value for money is very low--you can get nicer in western Europe. We stayed at a Riad at the same price range and we were offered 12 selections of pastries and tea upon arrival. Here we were only offered tea with 1 type of biscuit. The breakfast here is very bland, the Nutella crepe tasted old. The private taxi they partner with charges 25€ for a 15 minute ride to the airport. In the previous Riad, they charged 15€. For further comparison, our private van from Essaouira to Marrakesh (almost 3 hours) cost 55€. The Riad is also very small, luckily the room I booked was on the second floor. If you have a room on the first floor you are maybe 2 meters away from the reception. The shower also takes a long time to heat up, and when it heats up to over boiling, it takes a long time to cool down.

Imanne, Mohammed and the receptionist who works during the night warmly welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable as I was a solo traveler. I recommend it and surely will repeat staying at this Riad on my next trip to Marrakech.

This riad is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the rooftop patio is excellent! Spent each of our 3 evenings relaxing up there, as well as for breakfast. Well located in the medina, close to the sites, but still nice and quiet. Staff were accommodating, service was excellent, breakfast was plentiful and an overall lovely place to stay while visiting Marrakech!
Cons: Two downsides, albeit minor, are 1) that the coffee cups at breakfast are much too small - 3 sips and you’re done, perhaps provide a small pot much like you do for tea! and 2) this riad prices everything in Euros, so they then convert your bill to Moroccan dirham at a rate they come up with! A Moroccan riad that charges their services in another nation’s currency is bizarre and could be perceived as a cash grab. Not something we’ve encountered anywhere else in Morocco.

Location is great - tucked away in a quiet part of the Kasbah, but very close enough to a main road to easily get taxis. No dipping pool but there is a shower at the roof top terrace which will be helpful on hot days. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

This property is in the heart of Marrakesh, it is the best place to be as it is easy to get around. The hotel manager- Imane is lovely and so is Mohamed and all of the other staff. It was my first time visiting Morocco and because of their amazing hospitality it definitely will not be my last. They went above and beyond for us on many occasions. We were a group of four ladies and the hotel staff often chaperoned us to our taxis at night and they were always on hand to translate for us, they are a lovely and friendly bunch. The Riad Le Saadien is beautiful and picturesque, the hospitality is second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The riad is beautiful, we loved the decor in all areas from the bathroom to the rooms and the rooftop terrace. The whole place smells divine (like lemons). The small details are perfect like the hats and towels embroidered with Le Saadien to make things more special. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough to help, I felt like we couldn't thank them enough! Each day we were presented with a Moroccan feast for breakfast which set us up perfectly for the day ahead exploring. The location is in the quiet area of the Kasbah near where some locals live. It's a perfect location to come back to after the craziness of Marrakech exploring. You can walk to many places and then a taxi to the new town is about 80-100 dirhams which is great. During the earthquake and aftermath the staff were always making sure we were okay and that we felt safe. Thank you for that, we can't believe what an overwhelming experience we all had. I would recommend this place to everyone coming to Marrakech and if we come back we will be sure to stay here! A beautiful and classy place to stay with the best people.
Cons: We were in one of the downstairs rooms which didn't feel the most private because you could hear a lot of noise with people moving around but it didn't alter or experience.

Breakfast was exceptional! I love how we got served fresh orange juice every morning along with eggs, fruits, and crepes. All the staff there were so friendly and always willing to assist if needed. The location was a bit far for us to walk to the main attractions such as the Ben Yousself School since it was really hot just to walk 10min. But we just taxied everywhere we go, which was easy to hail. My sister and I felt really safe walking through the little alleys to the Riad. If you like to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main Medina area, then this is the best riad to be at.
Cons: This riad compared to other riads I've researched is a bit smaller. It didn't have a pool like other riads, but it was okay because we mainly explored the city than just staying at our riad all day.

From the cold wet little towel waiting for you, to the Moroccan team and fresh pastries to relax while you are doing the check in. The Riad is incredibly beautiful and is owned by Moroccans so that’s also incredibly special to us. The staff has been incredibly nice and helpful. Especially Mohammed who helped us carry our luggage to the parking outside of the riad and made our stay as confortable as possible. We will be back for sure!

We have just returned from Riad Le Sadieen and oh my goodness what an experience! I really struggled with booking a Riad due to how many there are and being our first time in Marrakesh, but as soon as I found Le Sadieen I knew it was the one and it was the best choice we made for our last minute trip to Marrakesh! The price was extremely good for the level of service we have received and style of Riad, The most incredible luxury stay. Staff have been amazing, especially Lahssen who has gone above and beyond for us, organising taxi’s etc but all staff attentive to anything we may need. Breakfast is wonderful, plentiful and served impeccably. Imane the manager has been on hand with brilliant recommendations to suit a range of budgets, ensuring we had a memorable stay and genuinely caring about their customers, nothing was too much trouble and we have never stayed somewhere so wonderful. The riad itself is a 5* experience and one we won’t forget. Clean, stylish, good locations within 15 minute walk of main square which we chose taxi for only 60DH. The location means you feel outside enough to escape the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it. There isn’t a pool area but it isn’t needed as there is a beautiful outside shower which is nestled between greenery and the times we’ve been on the terrace there has been nobody else, which has felt like our own little oasis! Manager Imane booked us the most beautiful first night dinner at Les Jardin du lotus (not to be missed!). You will not regret booking Le Sadieen and we can’t wait to return and will be recommending to all our family and friends. Thank you for the most perfect stay, we can’t wait to come back!

The entire team at Riad Le Saadien were always happy to provide recommendations on activities as well as arrangement of taxi services. The Riad is well kept and such a tranquil space. you feel so relaxed and at peace! Breakfast was always great and changed daily which was a nice surprise. overall, this made our stay in Marrakech extremely pleasant. a special shout out to Mohamed, who made our stay truly memorable!

It is so beautifully decorated, aesthetic & design, comfortable and of course in the best location (walking distance or 5mn to 10mn drive from all the great restaurants and lively areas)! We really liked our delicious breakfasts with a view on the rooftop terrasse and how comfy the rooms were. We particularly enjoyed how amazing the owner, the manager and all the staff were. From airport transfers, to cab & activity bookings, to the great recommendations they gave us: it really felt like a home away from home and the most amazing stay in Marrakech thanks to them !

Beautiful minimalist design Riad in a neat and quiet part of the Medina. We had stayed at other Riads (Fes, Rabat, Marrakech) but Le Saadien was by far the best experience! The room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable: great shower, comfortable bed, quality bed linnen and towels. We were received for an earlier check-in with tea and pastries. Breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious! Parking is 200m from the Riad. Most of the historical sites of the city are also on the side of the Medina where Le Saadien is located, which makes it an excellent location to explore all landmarks, especially for those who like walking! Imane and her staff were absolutely lovely! They gave us great recommendations for things to do in the city and were extremely accommodating to all our needs. I got sick in the High Atlas and returned to Marrakech waiting for the flight home. The 2 nights we spent at the Riad they took care of me as of a family member. Highly recommended!

Cons: I really enjoyed staying in the riad! But I would like to give some feedback so that it can only get better :) The nightly rate is quite high outside the holiday season. And drinks that you order are also disproportionately expensive. It would be nice if the pastries/bread at breakfast were freshly made. I hope you appreciate the feedback!

What if you took all of the beauty, charm, and character of the riads of Morocco and then passed it through an Instagram filter? You get Riad Le Saadien, a jewel of a place to stay in Marrakech. This is a gorgeous lodging, which preserves everything that's interesting about the riads while giving it a fresh dash of "mid-century modern but make it 2023" style. And it WORKS - they've pulled it off so well. All of the riads I stayed at during my trip were great, but Le Saadien definitely stands out in the best way. On top of that, the staff here were some of the most attentive and accommodating I encountered in the country (hi and thanks for everything, Mohamed - you were amazing!) Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Cons: This isn't a complaint, just an observation! There are trade-offs with the location here. Staying in the kasbah area means you have a much, MUCH more peaceful, quiet, and uncrowded area around you. For me, that was a HUGE plus. But it does mean you're a little bit removed from the action, with the medina and some of the other primary tourist attractions a fair 15+ minute walk away. That could be good or could be bad for you depending on your perspective, and you're still inside the medina walls here so not like you're in the hinterlands, but just something to be aware of.

The staff are extremely welcoming, aways ready to help and full of useful tips for experiences and places to visit/eat/drink so you enjoy your stay in Marrakech. Would definitely come back.
Cons: Only tiny drawback is that it’s located 15-20 mins walk from the central square but if you don’t mind walking it’s perfect!
