Todo perfecto, Ahmed y Safa son las mejores personas del mundo! En todo momento preocupados por como estábamos, en contacto con nosotros todo el tiempo por watshapp y dándonos consejos de mucha utilidad. Nos dijeron a que spa ir a realizar el Hammam así como en caso de querer realizar actividades o comer, ellos saben que sitios recomendarte. Nuestro vuelo salía tarde y nos dejó guardar las maletas además de despedirnos con un buen te. Instalaciones preciosas y super limpias y ya no hablo del desayuno… riquísimo! Para nosotros lo mas importante es la cercanía y atención prestada, en el mundo en el que estamos es difícil encontrar a gente tan atenta y buena. De volver a Marrakech, repito riad seguro!! Gracias Ahmed y Safa!!! Os queremos!!!

Nos encantó todo. Ahmed y Safa son geniales y te hacen sentir como en casa y están muy pendientes de ti. El Riad es muy chulo, muy hogareño. La habitación está bien. Y además tienen una terraza de uso común arriba que estaba muy bien. El desayuno súper completo!!! Con pancake, pan, bollería, salsas (miel, mermelada...), zumo y café/te!!! Si volvemos, repetiríamos!!!!!

Ahmed was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We stayed total 4 nights at 2 different rooms. The first was a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The second room was a bit small with a peculiar lay out for the bathroom.

Cons: The recommendation for the agency for our 3 days trip to merzouga. The agent turned out to be a scammer.

Pretty much everything! If you understand the layout of Marrakech, you will know that vehicle access is almost impossible to the old Medina. This beautifully decorated Riad is situated perfectly as it is only a 4-minute walk from a taxi drop-off point, a 5-minute walk from the start of the busy Souks and a 15-minute, entertaining walk to the central square, all of which makes it convenient but peaceful. What really makes this accommodation are the Hosts! Staying with Ahmed and Safa is like staying with friends. Kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. We would definitely return!

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war fabelhaft. Ahmed und Safa sind nette und liebenswerte Gastgeber. Mein Flug kam mitten in der Nacht an und hatte auch noch 1 Stunde Verspätung, der Transport zum Riad hat super geklappt. Auch mitten in der Nacht hat sich Ahmed Zeit genommen, mir das Riad zu zeigen. Er erklärte mir die Do's and Dont's in Marrakesch. Er organisierte vor der regulären Frühstückszeit, dass ich trotzdem Frühstück haben konnte und brachte mich mit seinem Moped zu einer Abholstelle für einen Ausflug. Das Zimmer hat einen sehr hohen Standard gehabt. Ich hatte ein besseres Badezimmer als zu Hause. Die Dachterasse ist für abends ein wunderbarer Ort, um mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen oder einfach für sich selbst Zeit zu haben.

Notre chauffeur nous à déposé à la poste où nous attendait Ahmed. A notre arrivée au Riad nous avons rencontré Safa. Très belle accueil de bienvenue avec un thé et des biscuits et directement on était comme à la maison.De bonne explications pour les endroits à visiter etc..Découverte de notre belle chambre garnie à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon mari. Le Riad est très propre,une petite fée Safa y passe faire le ménage tout les jours ainsi que l'entretien des fleurs par Ahmed ce qui est très agréable !! La Riad est très calme et très bien positionné.Le petit déjeuner est excellent et chaque jours différent, copieux pour bien démarrer la journée.N'hesitez pas a déguster les excellents plats de Safa un pur délice !!!! Nous avons rencontré des personnes accueillantes et extraordinaires !!! Quel beau séjour !!! Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.Les propriétaires doivent VRAIMENT être fière de leur personnel qui mérite une augmentation car ce sont des perles rares .A Voir absolument !!!!! bel Riad, in posizione ottimale per visitare la Medina, ma appena fuori dal caos e con un parcheggio auto molto vicino. Safa è un ottima cuoca e ci ha deliziato con ottime colazioni e una buonissima cena. Ahmed, custode premuroso, ci ha accolto dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie, venendoci a prendere direttamente al parcheggio. Safa e Amhed sono stati il valore aggiunto del nostro soggiorno, che ricorderemo con un pizzico di nostalgia!

Ahmed and Safa were both absolutely amazing! They made our stay extra comfortable, making sure our rooms are always clean, and we get to eat a lovely breakfast throughout our stay. Ahmed even waited for us at the nearest drop of point where cars can only reach late in the evening to ensure we get to the Riad safely and helped us to get a late dinner after we arrived. Lovely staff!!

Cons: It’s tucked in a small alley which can be a bit dangerous to walk at night. Understand almost all Riads are in the Medina and we already expected it.

This is a traditional property. We had a private room with toilet. I was a bit scared when the website suggested the toilet is outside the room. It is actually like a one bed flat (obviously without kitchen). Only thing is internet or wifi connection is really poor. I think it’s just because of the old structure of the building. An excellent accommodation with friendly hosts. The location is perfect, after a couple of times walking to the riad using Google maps, we could find it by ourselves. There is also a square not far away where we were brought to and picked up by taxis. There are nice (rooftop) restaurants close to the riad.

Cons: We booked this accommodation (studio) because it said it had a kitchenette. We expected that there would be some facilities for preparing our own tea and simple meals. In reality there was only a countertop with a sink and a small refrigerator underneath it. No utensils, no plates, no tea pot. We were given plates and knives when we asked, but still, the kitchenette is not equipped for preparing food.

My husband Steve and I had a wonderful stay in the Riad. What we enjoyed the most was the hospitality and kindness of our hosts Hasna and Mourad. Hasna told us that they thrive to make guests feel at home and that they definitely do. Hasna works very hard to keep things running smoothly always with a smile and good humour. Her cooking skills are amazing too. Mourad is a gentle soul who speaks different languages and is always very helpful to guests. The property is well located inside of the old medina in a neighbourhood where the locals live and shop. The rooms are very comfortable and are kept clean. We stayed here twice during our trip to Morocco and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

What I like most in my stay was the unbelievable kindness of the staff specifically Hasna. Commendable! Tries her best to communicate despite the language barrier! Very accommodating. Everyone in the riad was so hospitable, welcoming and accommodating! When we were waking up at 5am for out ballon flight, Achraf made sure we started our day with warm mint tea and had some bananas to snack on. The breakfast was great and suitable for vegetarians/vegans with some bread, pastries, fruits, jam, honey, almond butter, olives, butter and cheese, mint tea and fresh juice. The location was 10 out of 10 - everything was in 20-30 minutes walk. The terrace was super nice and cozy. Couldn't wish for more.

Atlas: Room was comfy with all necessary amenities. A/C cooled the room down very quickly. Mattress could do with replacing - comfortable but sinking in the middle! Room and whole riad very clean. They did housekeeping every day which was great. Bathroom was a little odd (toilet was in a cupboard) but it gave the room some personality. Staff were courteous and very pleasant. Ashraf in particular was lovely. Location was excellent - quiet, easy to find, only a short 15 min walk from main square. Really helpful to arrange our airport shuttle and being flexible when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until nearly 1am.

Cons: Room smelled every day when we returned from a day out. Seemed to be a sewage smell coming from the drains. When we got to our next riad many clothes (worn and unworn) in suitcases were carrying the bad smell so we had to use a laundry service. Breakfast was nice but it got quite boring after the second day as it was always pretty much the same. Shower head could do with replacing, and it kept falling off the wall mount mid shower. We didn’t use the roof terrace it could use some TLC. Dinner wasn’t available due to the cook being ill, which is of course unfortunate but is advertised as a service they offer. No front door key given so you have to wait at the door for someone to answer every time. Room lock was just a padlock on outside. Very noisy in the morning with staff talking loudly, and once at night between 10:30-00:00 the noise was ridiculous.

The staff was extremely helpful. Hasna picked us up from the parking area and walked us to the property (5 minute walk) and greeted us with home made cookies and tea. She provided us with excellent advice what we should avoid to stay safe during the visit of Marrakesh and overall watched after us during the whole stay. Room was very clean and quite, overlooking beautiful internal courtyard. Breakfast was amazing. Mourad provided us with the answers to any questions we had about Marrakesh and played some great Moroccan music for us.

Cons: The AC was a bit too weak for the room, but since we travelled in early October it was not really an issue.

Hasna and Mourad were the most welcoming and professional staff we encountered during our 10-day trip in Morocco, covering 619 km. We were impressed at how friendly and kind staff were. They welcomed us in, took care of our luggage and sat us down for some Moroccan mint tea and pastries. Some staff only spoke French but they were still able to communicate great through google translate. Breakfast was delicious with vegan and non vegan options. Everything was perfect, the size of the room, giant bathroom (especially compared to other bathrooms in Maroko), location inside of the medina but in not very crowded area, maybe a bit difficulty to find (some signs would be nice) but the staff took care about us so we never get lost and never stay alone without their help. And here I come to the best thing in this Riad: The Best Staff in Maroko ❤️ Mourad was always smiling, took care about us and our children, gave many advices and let us stay till evening until our taxi arranged by a hotel was there to pick us for a late evening flight. The hospitality of the rest of the staff was also amazing (the lady who was serving breakfast was also always smiling and very friendly), finishing on the cleaning lady that left some surprises for us in the room. Would definitely recommend this place and big hugs to all the amazing staff!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Voute Etoilee. The staff were very welcoming and were always on hand to answer any questions. They even came to meet us from the taxi they had arranged for us from the airport and helped us with obtaining currency, we would have found it hard to find the riad on our own. The terrace on the top floor was really quiet and tranquil after a busy day walking around Marrakech. If we ever come back to Marrakech we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Riad was an authentic and beautifully styled Morrocan home. Our room was spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower was always good and hot. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Everything was spotlessly clean. All these points would add up to very good review. But, above all, what made our stay special was the exceptional attentiveness of the staff. Mourad, who speaks excellent English, has a heart of gold. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He gave us really good information, advice and recommendations, even messaged us with google maps and told us to call him anytime if we were lost in the souks or needed help. He organised taxis, organised a Morrocan sim card for us and did everything with a smile and a genuine desire that we enjoyed our stay and his country. Saffa and.....? (arghh...sorry I can't recall her name) who made breakfasts and serviced our room were also super-helpful and friendly and cooked us a delicious tagine one evening. Would recommend this place to anyone and if we were to return to Marrakech we would certainly stay again. A big thank you guys for making our stay so special.

We loved the authentic style of the riad it was very open, spacious and beautiful. The staff including Mourad, Asraf and Hasna were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, we were provided with a delicious array of local breads and pancakes with plenty of tasty local dips such as honey, strawberry jam, moroccan nutella and olive tepanad. We booked a trip to the waterfall (Ozoud) through Mourad who recommended and organised it all for us , he also accommodated an early morning breakfast for us which we really appreciated. The location was ideal being within the Medina and just a short walk (10mins) to the Jemaa El-Fnaa square. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this stay to all.

The property is a hidden gem in ancient Madina and at first I was a little skeptical but it was magical, the people there have a heart of gold, Mourad who works the evening til late morning watches the place and serves breakfast he was very welcoming, Hasna met us at the post office because cars can’t come all the way through, she helped us take the suitcases and gave us a thorough talk about the dos n don’t of Marrakesh! She was always welcoming! The room were amazing! I normally stay in 4-5 star typical hotels and a riad is wow! When coming to Marrakesh even with our noisy kids please stay in a riad, the attention to detail is amazing!

The hotel is close to the main square, about 20 minutes. The souk is about 5-10 minutes walk. The property has a nice terrace on the roof, the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was amazing, the personnel is exceptional. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful, feels like you came to visit your friends, and special compliments to Mourad. He met us at 1 AM at the drop off location from taxi, and throughout the whole stay was very supportive. One night we were lost, and he helped us to find our way with video call and asking other people on the street to guide us at 1AM. When we called and said that were are in trouble trying to find our way and running into shady people, he ran immediately from the hotel to help us, and comforted all the way, helping us to feel safe. In short, great location, clean rooms, amazing personnel!

The Raid was very clean, rooms were clean, and the rooms serviced daily, the beds were very comfortable, nice hot showers. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful, and it was a great way to start the day. All the staff were amazing and nice, Mourad (our night watchman) was so kind, he was very helpful and informative and picked us up in the middle of the night (1am) and walked us back to the riad from our transfer (as the Raid is pedestrianised only). The location was good. It's a short walk to the Souk markets (within 5 minutes) and the main square within a short walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return again to see the outside of Marrakech.

Cons: Nothing. The area may seem a little rough, but we had no issues at all.

The Riad was located at the heart of the Medina (old Marrakech), were we could experienced the local life at its whole. This included how they treat guests here. We felt so welcomed and the spirit of a family was all over the place, as Mourad (the host) mentioned to us. The hospitality of the place is tremendous and it's pretty close to the most interesting panoramas in the old city of Marrakech. Plus, Mourad helps you booking tours and everything. Totally recommended!

We so much enjoyed our 4 day stay. Murat and the team took very good care of us from arrival to good bye. We were contacted in advance, picked up at a meeting point and walked to Riad together. So everything was easy to find for us from the first day. Help was provided in making tour arrangements or appointments, but at no time there was any "sales pressure". Even when we got up early for our tour, we got a full breakfast. Beautiful new renovated Riad, specious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, lovely rooftop area, super clean, great breakfast. We will come back anytime we are in Marrakech. Thank you so much guys!!!!

Clean rooms and Hasna, Safaa and Ashraf were very friendly and welcoming. Decent spread for breakfast including fresh orange juice and warm crispy mesmen.

Cons: The location was disappointing. I believed the Riad to be right off the main jema el fena square but it’s a good 30 minute walk through the alleyways. However a local bazaar does start pretty much immediately coming off the Riad but I was expecting it to be in much closer proximity to the main square. The location is also a little difficult for taxi drivers to get to. Ended up getting a live location sent on WhatsApp and then would pass to the taxi driver to follow to get to the riad. In the end we became good friends with a taxi driver who we would message 15 mins before we wanted to leave and he would come and park as close to the riad as possible. If you want to just amble through the old Medina streets and you don’t have young children the riad is nice enough. If you want to explore the city and move around Marrakech I would suggest looking for a more central location.

Breakfast was very nice original with fresh pancakes. Easy to reach all places in the old medina. The housebis beautiful and traditional and very clean. They have a roof terrace as well. Mourad, Hasna and Safah, were great hosts and wonderful to see their smiling faces each day. Can’t say enough about the location, perfect to getting in and around Medina. The room was very clean and spacious, and beds were comfortable. At night it is very quiet and slept like a baby!! It was great to get up and go down and have breakfast waiting for you!! I travelled with a group of 6 friends to La Voute Etoilee. They were so kind and accommodating, and took such great care of our group! They collected us from near by on arrival so we didn’t get lost, welcomed us with tea, and accommodated all our requests for extra beds, and our timings for breakfast! The staff went above and beyond for us. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. There is a lovely roof terrace from which we were able to watch the sunset. In walking distance from the Souks too!I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Marrakech!

The Riad is located perfectly with everything you would want to see in a few days within walking distance. Room was very clean, perfectly sized and the rooftop terrace was extremely welcome for catching a bit of winter sun. We arranged airport transfers with the Riad which was very useful, Ashraf even walked us from our taxi to the Riad very late at night when the layout of the Medina may have been a bit confusing for us (thanks again!). The breakfasts were lovely and the hospitality was top notch, would recommend.

Hasna and Salahs hospitality was actually amazing. They were extremely helpful and more than willing to help. I came with a very specific itinerary and they went out of their way to help me. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Had an awesome stay, in big part thanks to Salah who was taking care of the place. He was super helpful during the few days we spent in Marrakech, helping us plan and arrange activities and day trips without ever trying to push anything on us. What a guy.

Cons: Location a bit hard to find when we arrived at night though Salah who was managing the property at the time tried to call me on my phone several times, if I had picked up we would have arrived there easier.

This was by far the most beautiful Riad I stayed in during my trip to Morocco. The communication was great prior to the stay and during. Salah went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and assisted in making some reservations to the Hammam and with parking close by. The location was perfect, short walk from everything I wanted to visit and easy for the tour operators to pick me up. The whole team were very welcoming, truly a wonderful stay.
