Riad molto caratteristico nel centro della Medina. Il ragazzo che gestisce il Riad è speciale! Viaggiando con un’amica, si è sempre assicurato che tutto andasse per il meglio, offrendosi di venirci a prendere anche in tarda serata.
Cons: Gli standard di pulizia sono nettamente inferiori a quelli europei. Ad ogni modo, siamo state bene. Segnalo che il vicolo per arrivare al Riad è buio e sporco, ma sorvegliato da un vigilantes; a parte lo shock iniziale, vi abituerete e sentirete subito al sicuro. Con le dovute accortezze, non dovete temere.

La vicinanza ad una via principale, essere nel mezzo della Medina e dei souk per poter arrivare velocemente ovunque. La guardia che c'è la notte lì in zona che controlla e ti trasmette gentilezza e sicurezza. La disponibilità del ragazzo che gestisce il riad.
Cons: È stato difficile trovare il riad, manca una cartina che indichi con delle informazioni la strada per arrivarci visto che google maps non funziona molto bene lì. La camera non era molto pulita e non veniva ne pulita ne rifatto il letto. I cuscini su in terrazza sono sporchissimi da non avvicinarsi. E la piscina contiene insetti morti. La doccia è impossibile da fare perché il rubinetto perde e quindi non viene giù abbastanza acqua per potersi risciacquare. La carta igienica che manca ed è sempre da chiedere. La colazione scarsina, buona ma un pó pochina. Per quello che si paga non ne vale la pena.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are nice, we had a little balcony on our room. Nice rooftop as well, but could enjoy a little upgrade.

Le calme, la localisation parfaite, le petit dej et surtout la terrasse !! Un gardien fait la sécurité pour nous emmener dans les ruelles sombres la nuit !
Cons: Réseau wifi pas terrible. L’eau met du teps à chauffer mais quand on le sait ça va. Il faut savoir qu’il y a beaucoup de ruelles à prendre avant de trouver l’entrée mais c’est toujours propres et pas du tout mal fréquenté! Bien suivre les panneaux 43 Tahar oasis

Un vrai riad, authentique, donc rustique. Très bien placé dans la Medina, avec un personnel exceptionnel. Abdel était à nos petits soins se réveillant même très tôt pour nous préparer un excellent et copieux petit déjeuner, pour que nous partions en pleine forme à nos excursions. ontbijt was simpel, iedere dag hetzelfde, maar ok. personeel was vriendelijk, maar uit twee een spraak geen frans of engels, alleen arabisch.
Cons: de riad bevindt zich op een 2min loopafstand van de eerste 'drukke' straat. De 2minuten moet je door een donkere labirint van smalle starten lopen, en daar zijn we aangevallen door drie arabieren, die begonnen te schreeuwen in arabisch en frans, geld vragen en bedreigen. we zijn gaan rennen, ze zijn achter ons gaan rennen en schreeuwen, we zijn naar binnen gegaan en naar de kamer gerent, ze waren ook binnen in de riad gelopen , op de binnenplein. De personeel zei later dat er niest te zien was op de camera die daar ging, maar dat KAN NIET WAAR ZIJN.

Gorgeous, lots of beautiful little nooks and crannies, very charming little riad, with a little pool and beautiful rooftop. We stayed in one of the grand rooms with a wooden 4 poster bed and a copper bath. The hotel staff had put rose petals and some fruit out for us, it was so cute! The bathroom was absolutely divine, I want to replicate in my own house!!
Cons: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, but the riad is down a slight twisty alley, I was with my husband so felt fine, but would probably have felt different if on my own. But I think twisty alleyways are quite common in the medina

Pulizia buona nel Riad ed effettuata anche giornalmente nella stanza. La posizione nella Medina di per sé è buona ma i vicoletti per arrivare al portone principale d’ingresso sono proprio angusti e non rassicuranti.
Cons: C’è da fare manutenzione, personalmente abbiamo trovato il posto piuttosto trascurato e pensiamo che su alcune cose basterebbe poco per rendere il Riad più accogliente e curato. Anche a livello gestionale c’è da migliorare e noi abbiamo avuto proprio un episodio spiacevole la sera del nostro arrivo: arrivando intorno alle 21 avevamo chiesto precedentemente di poter cenare in loco ma una volta arrivati ci siamo trovati a dover mangiare quanto preparato da loro, nel numero di portate già decise da loro e senza possibilità di cambiare qualcosa, pagando per intero tutto senza neanche venirci incontro. Nessun contatto prima per condividere il menù, ovviamente noi avevamo chiesto di cenare sì, ma pensavamo chiaramente di poter decidere NOI una volta lì e pagare per ciò che avremo deciso di prendere. Nessuna comprensione da parte del ragazzo li, mi dispiace ma così proprio non ci siamo.

The staff is nice and helpful, especially the lady cleaning and making the breakfast. Bed was comfy and the room clean.
Cons: It was very cold in Marrakesh and it seems like they don’t have much hot water so I had to shower cold twice. I recommend showering on off hours since it’s more likely there will be hot water. In the sink in the bathroom there were no hot water at all at any point. The ac was too small for the room so didn’t heat it up enough but it was fine since there was a large warm duvet. I would also recommend the guy working there to perhaps not sleep in the open room behind where you have breakfast. It was weird sitting alone having breakfast knowing that he was sleeping there. I travelled for business and forgot to ask for a invoice upon check out and now I have requested them to email it to me, 5 times, but still haven’t got it. Seems impossible unfortunately.

Abdelkarim ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi e si è dimostrato attentissimo alle nostre necessità e bisogni. Sempre super gentile e sorridente, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di necessità. Il riad molto bello, con una terrazza con vista spettacolare su Marrakech.
Cons: Essendo un riad il cortile interno è aperto, quindi la temperatura nelle camere non è molto alta, soprattutto di notte.

La habitación triple es muy espaciosa, la decoración es muy bonita y estaba todo muy limpio Destacar la amabilidad de Abdel, en todo momento nos ayudó y estuvo pendiente desde nuestra llegada hasta que nos fuimos. Cons: La posizione del Riad è buona in quanto molto centrale nella Medina, tuttavia la strada per raggiungerlo non è per nulla facile da trovare, bisogna addentrarsi nelle stradine interne e si rischia di perdersi in un labirinto di vicoli.

Beautiful old Medina home, very nicely updated. Abdel was outstanding. He did everything for us - he was the most impressive part of the stay. The included breakfast was excellent and the one dinner we had there was so good and well priced.

Stunning property, all you expect from a Riad, located absolutely in the middle of everything, great staff who looked after us well - especially on the first night guiding us out into the Souk to find what we were looking for. The Riad had a small pool which was great after a hot day out, breakfast was good and they also prepared a lovely evening meal on a day we were out all day and didn’t want to go out again in the evening.
Cons: A very small and not significant comment would be that on one day the temporary cleaner for the room was poor.

Riad caratteristico immerso nella Medina di Marrakech. Siamo stati coccolati durante il nostro soggiorno dal fantastico Abdel, ragazzo della reception che ha sempre soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Con lui c’è la possibilità di organizzare escursioni e tour della città e inoltre si è reso disponibile a prepararci la colazione all’orario migliore in base alle nostre escursioni e ci ha sempre fatto scegliere se farla nel cortile o nel fantastico rooftop. Colazione abbondante in stile marocchino e con cibo sempre caldo e preparato al momento. Le camere sono molto spaziose in stile marocchino e sempre pulite. Si trova a pochi passi da piazza Jamaa El Fna ed direttamente immerso nei souk, ma allo stesso tempo è molto silenzioso perché per arrivarci bisogna fare una via sorvegliata non direttamente sulla strada principale ed inoltre è accanto al Museo che è la zona dalla quale solitamente vengono a prendere sia tour organizzati che taxi.
Cons: Se proprio dovessi trovare una nota negativa, direi forse la posizione perché la porta d’ingresso non è direttamente nella via principale ma in una piccola vietta quindi dalla via principale si deve camminare per circa 30 mt in una piccola via secondaria. Ma fortunatamente non abbiamo mai avuto problemi perché da lì c’è l’ingresso per molti Riad diversi ed inoltre è controllato da un signore della sicurezza.

Cons: Nachdem mein Flug spontan statt in Marrakesch in Agadir gelandet ist und ich dann erst mit dem Bus nach Marrakesch fahren musste, kam ich erst morgens um 8:30am an statt um 1am. Ich musste dann erstmal „beweisen“, dass ich die Unterkunft gebucht habe, weil die Frau, die mir die Tür geöffnet hat, so schien, als würde sie so gar nicht mit Gästen rechnen. Ich war mit dem Host schon vor meinem Flug in Kontakt und hatte dann auch zwischenzeitlich per Whatsapp über die unerwartete Landung in Agadir informiert und auch versucht anzurufen, aber es war niemand erreichbar. Letzlich durfte ich zwar einchecken, habe aber kein Frühstück bekommen, sondern wurde zum schlafen geschickt, weil ich „bestimmt müde von der Anreise sei“. Später wurde ich dann von einem Mitarbeiter auch noch angegraben. Die Rooftop konnte man auch nicht nutzen, weil der besagte Mitarbeiter dort abends im Dunkeln alleine gechillt hat. Absolut komische Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr unwohl gefühlt und war froh, als ich am nächsten Tag abgereist bin! Ich war schon oft in Marokko (auch als alleinreisende Frau) und habe soetwas noch NIE erlebt, empfehle dieses Riad auf keinen Fall weiter!

Cons: La douche était difficile à régler et certains équipements communs sont un peu vétustes en raison du climat de Marrakech. Ce sont de détails que pourraient valoriser le Riad, mais qui ne sont pourtant pas vraiment graves.

David was the nicest host we could have imagined arriving for the first time in Morocco. Friendly, helpful, and discreet. He helped with any questions we had. He also prepared a wonderful dish when we needed it. The Riad is located close enough to the center to go out and come back quickly and hidden enough to spend the nights in total silence. It seems as if the atrium would be only for you, because at the small size of the riad, not many other clients share the space with you.

El Riad Tahar Oasis es precioso y está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el servicio. Dāoud nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos ayudó con traslados y hasta organizó un tattoo de henna increíble dentro del Riad a precios justos, evitando que nos aprovecharan. Cons: We booked four nights and when we arrived the first night, the staff member knocked on our door and asked for us to pay cash for the stay. We said we would pay credit card, and then he got angry. We called booking.com and it was confirmed we could pay by credit card. Later that evening, the manager came to our room irate that we called booking.com and intimidating us into paying cash. We had a difficult time trying to find somewhere to withdraw so much cash. After doing so, two men followed us back to the riad. We felt scared the whole time we stayed at this place. When we paid cash, we asked for a receipt and were told the manager would email one to us. We never received it. We later were told by several people that some riads are owned by European organized crime syndicates who use the property for money laundering. We highly recommend that booking.com remove this property from their offerings. Aside from this, there was nothing good about the room other than air conditioning. No tv, phone, fridge, or even hangers in the closet. Threadbare sheets and towels. A dead cockroach found in the shower. Cracks around the door and windows so that bugs could easily get in. Located in the medina through several dark, winding alleyways. They confirmed luggage assistance and a driver to the airport for our check out, and, not surprisingly, neither were booked. DO NOT STAY HERE.

La habitación no está mal, y el desayuno es bueno. Pero es un lugar MUY INSEGURO. Justo en la puerta del Riad nos atracaron con una navaja y nos quitaron todo el dinero. Desde la calle principal al hotel hay que pasar un laberinto sin luz y muy inseguro. El Wifi va muy mal.

Il nostro soggiorno nel Riad Tahar Oasis è stato molto piacevole! Siamo stati subito accolti con il the alle menta e successivamente ci è stata assegnata una camera molto pulita e suggestiva. Il personale era cordiale e il gestore, Khalid, è sempre stato disponibile nel darci indicazioni e nel condividere con noi la sua storia. La mattina ci è stata fornita una colazione buona e sostanziosa. La posizione del Riad è centrale alla medina di Marrakech, molto utile per visitare con facilità la città. Khalid si è anche preoccupato di noi dopo la nostra partenza accertandosi che il resto del nostro viaggio proseguisse senza intoppi, fornendo aiuto in caso di bisogno. Altamente consigliato! Grazie!

Cons: Hola, Quisiera dejar constancia de que la experiencia en este Riad no fue la esperada ni coincide con la descripción publicada en la página, booking. Para llegar al alojamiento hay que atravesar calles muy oscuras y que no dan sensación de seguridad, especialmente por la noche. Durante el trayecto incluso nos ofrecieron droga, lo cual fue muy incómodo y preocupante. Además, la ubicación indicada en Google Maps no es precisa, lo que complica aún más el acceso. La habitación tampoco se correspondía con lo anunciado: no estaba en buen estado, no parecía limpia (el olor era bastante desagradable) y, en general, el alojamiento estaba lejos de cumplir con lo prometido en la publicación. La verdad es que fue una experiencia bastante negativa y creo que es importante que otros viajeros estén informados de esto antes de reservar..

Das Frühstück war ok, es gab jeden morgen verschiedene Brotsorten, Marmelade, Frischkäse, Honig, Kaffee und ein Glas Orangennektar. Das Personal bestand aus zwei Personen. Er konnte englisch sie nicht. Beide waren sehr freundlich.
Cons: Mein Zimmer war riesig, das Bett ein wenig zu hart, das Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen, aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser, z.T. die Birnen ohne Lampenschirm in der Fassung. Mehrere Polyestertischdecken waren sehr fleckig. Was mich wirklich gestört hat, ist das der Indoorpool nicht, wie man sich das bei einem Pool vorstellt, gereinigt wird. Es gab weder Eine Pumpe noch einen Chlorschwimmer und Fliegen auf dem Poolboden. Das bei über 40 Grad. Ich mochte nicht in den Pool gehen.

The RIAD was beautiful but needed more hands-on management. Daily operations were left to staff discretion (Abdul, Noor, and Company were awesome). Minor things were overlooked like the towel rack falling off, shower stall draining slowly, and the bathtub leaking. This RIAD had only 4 units and a rooftop with an amazing view. I had to walk for about 10 minutes with luggage in tow since cars were not allowed near the RIAD. The RIAD was at the end of a dark, narrow, dusty and isolated maze. Upon arrival, Zacharia met us at the main pedestrian road which was a relief. Security escorted me to the RIAD at night and there were CCTV cameras along the way. Location was central but the main pedestrian walkway was very busy. Air conditioning worked very well especially with the Marrakesh heat and dust. The room was very spacious but dark. The ceiling light in the unit was not working. Wonderful breakfast is an overstatement. It was adequate and redundant. Not a buffet, not a wow but just okay.
Cons: Internet was either SUPER SLOW or non existent with no desk inside the unit. Not a place for digital nomads. Smoking was allowed in the dining area on the ground floor. Smoke rises so I could smell cigarette smoke in my room on the second floor coming through the light well. The amenities mentioned on the booking.com website were incorrect. The facility had a common entrance but not a private entrance. No ironing facilities, no satellite channels, no microwave, no game console, no clothes rack, no hand sanitizer. I did not see a washing machine but most probably there was one somewhere. The refrigerator in the common kitchen needs to be replaced. Overall, the place was acceptable but next time I visit Marrakesh, I would prefer to stay in a RIAD closer to the main road where it is easier to get a cab or for tour companies to pick me up from my RIAD rather than having to walk to a designated meeting place.

We liked the area where we stayed because everything was pretty close. We didn't have to travel far for anything. Abdu was great! He made sure we had everything we needed. He looked after us really well.
Cons: The WiFi at the riad was terrible. The shower wasn't great and we didn't have hot water for a while. The sheets weren't changed. We have the same sheets and towels for 5 days.

Lovely rooftop to enjoy breakfast, with a great view. Spacious room, beautiful rustic and authentic woodwork details. Clean, comfortable beds, seating area to relax in own space. Abteh our host , was accommodating and friendly. Met us later than planned, 11:00 pm at drivers drop off point, as our flight was delayed. Then served the dinner that was prepared for us. So thankful ,everything was closed when we checked in. When we left earlier in the morning to continue our travels , he had our breakfast ready as arranged. He was constantly cleaning around the courtyard , making sure the roof deck was tidy.
Cons: Took a bit to find down alley ways, but once we noted landmarks it was easier.

This riad is exactly what I was looking for for my first visit to Marrakech. Beautifully decorated, in the middle of the medina but not in the most crowded area. I loved everything about my stay here. The staff was very friendly, the food was good, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop terrace was so peaceful and pleasant as well. The way to the riad was through some small alleys but it is well sign posted. We had a warm welcome even though it was so late at night! I can confidently recommend it and would stay here again!

Cons: In tutta onestà ci aspettavamo di più: la colazione niente di che e sempre uguale nei vari giorni. Piscina inutilizzabile e rooftop in stato di abbandono. Purtroppo assegniamo un voto negativo ai servizi in quanto il taxi e la guida che abbiamo prenotato tramite il Riad si sono rivelati una truffa. Assenti prodotti monouso per il bagno (boccettina refillata) e stanza un po’ buia.

L’établissement est parfaitement situé et est sécurisé. Les chambres sont spacieuses . Un petit bémol sur le lit du haut qui est un peu étroit . Le toit terrasse est hyper agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée ou pour y passer une journée farniente . L’accueil d’Abdel est exceptionnel. Ce jeune homme est aux petits soins des hôtes du Riad . Merci pour les p’tits dej très tôt pour nos excursions, merci d’avoir pris soin de la personne âgée qui nous accompagnait et qui a dû rester au Riad deux jours car pas en forme . Bref ce jeune homme s’occupe à merveille des hôtes . Merci

Un riad au calme mais en plein dans la médina, c'est parfait ! Le chemin pour y aller peut être un peu surprenant (comme un ptit tunel) mais à l'arrivée on n'est pas déçu ! Petit bassin pour se tremper s'il fait chaud, super rooftop, chambres ultra spacieuse, petit dej sympa, et à quelques minutes à pied du jardin secret et 10min de la place Jama El Fna. L'hôte est très gentil et parle très bien français et anglais ! Je recommande !

La struttura è bellissima, le stanze sono dotate di finestre, tuttavia rimangono un po’ buiette, sono comunque molto belle. La colazione viene servita sulla terrazza ed è molto buona. L’oste molto gentile ci ha raggiunto quando siamo arrivati nella Medina, e ci ha fatto strada verso il Riad. È stato molto carino a spiegarci quali erano i punti più belli da vedere, e alla partenza ci ha organizzato un trasferimento verso l’aereoporto e ci ha preparato la colazione al sacco perché l’orario era molto presto. En general, es un Riad muy completo, limpio y muy cómodo. Las instalaciones de la suite son únicas para parejas o grupos pequeños, lo recomiendo como primera opción para la elección en la reserva. Recomiendo usar la piscina y la terraza con vistas a toda el centro de Marrakech en cualquier hora del día. Murad, el hoster local del Riad fue muy atento y servicial, también da recomendaciones de sitios de interés para visitar en la zona y por Marruecos.

Cons: The place was a litte bit hard to find the first time, but we asked a person of a shop and that was it. It is normal in Maroco have some difficulties finding riads.

Cons: Literie un peu vétuste, pas de débit d'eau chaud dans la douche, attention il peut faire froid dans les chambres hors saison estivale Gros drapeau rouge sur le gérant du riad. Nous avons été facturés de montants supplémentaires que nous ne comprenons pas (je crois qu'il a d'ailleurs compté les petits déjeuners à mon fils d'un an qui est encore au biberon) Surtout, il nous a proposé un taxi (très probablement un ami à lui) pour notre destination suivante (alors que le propriétaire du prochain riad nous en proposait un), nous a mis d'accord sur le prix en nous disant qu'il était plus intéressant de passer avec lui et a tout organisé. Une fois dans le taxi le chauffeur a râlé tout le long du trajet pour nous faire comprendre qu'il n'était pas content du temps de trajet et de la destination (sachant que tout était convenu et que sinon nous aurions eu d'autres moyens de nous y rendre) pour finir par nous enfermer dans son véhicule une fois arrivé à destination, nous hurler dessus pour que nous le payons plus, refuser de nous laisser sortir, finir par craquer car un témoin observait la scène de manière circonspecte, jeter nos valises et la poussette (bien endommagée) de notre bébé sur la route et partir en criant. Je suis enceinte de 5 mois et mon fils a un an, nous avons, avec mon conjoint et le témoin, été très choqués de cette scène qui ne se serait pas produite sans le gérant du riad. Gérant que j'ai contacté suite à cette agression et qui m'a simplement demandé de l'indulgence car "c'est le ramadan". Bref, je ne recommande pas de faire appel à ses contacts.

First of all our host was a young gentleman called Adbel and was very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and was genuinely friendly and personable. The property was in a great location right in the heart of old marakesh but despite the hustle and bustle near meters away it was very peaceful and tranquil. The price was great at 210 pound sterling for 3 nights value for money was second to none. I'd happily return here o my next visit to marakesh ! Oh ps the breakfast was fab !

Très bon emplacement au cœur de la Médina, nous avons à chaque fois été accompagné par quelqu'un du Riad lorsque nous devions prendre un taxi pour faire une excursion organisée par le Riad ou pour les transferts aéroport. Très bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu de l eau chaude, il faut juste parfois attendre un peu Qu elle arrive. Tout le personnel était très attentionné et gentil.

And right above the room door there was a nest of pigeons so everything was covered with pigeon excrement and you could tell that nest has been there for a long time. Cons: The room was very cold, the door lock wasn’t very secure, the shower wasn’t hot just slightly warm. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed it at the start however I was a little uncomfortable after he asked me to be his girlfriend and gave me a massage that I made clear I didn’t want and then tried to kiss me. I didn’t feel that I was in danger or that he had bad intentions but as a solo female traveller this wasn’t appropriate especially coming from the hotel where I need to be safe when I’m sleeping.

Cons: El hotel es muy bonito, pero es imposible llegar con el GPS, no hay carteles que lo indiquen. La habitación es bonita y está limpia, pero dos de los tres días no había agua caliente ni presión en la misma, además de tener la cisterna estropeada pese a ver sido avisados el segundo día. El personal joven es poco profesional cuando le comentamos los problemas con el agua y la cisterna solo nos rebatió el por qué, teniendo su jefe que solucionarlos. Además, tras pedirle que nos imprimiera los billetes y no indicarnos ningún problema, el día del vuelo nos dijo que no los tenía y que era nuestro problema que no se los mandamos en hora cuando nadie nos indicó esa necesidad. Al pagar la reserva, el personal no tenía dinero para darnos el cambio por lo que dejamos a deber 15€ sin embargo, al día siguiente nos dijo que eran 20€,nos sentimos engañados con este personal. Nuestra visita ha sido empañada con estos problemas.

In fact, the whole place was decorated so you were immersed with the decor of the city and didn't feel like you were in a box. Staff was wonderful, as was breakfast.

Photos likely reflect when the property was freshly re-done, but might be years out of date at this point. It would be nearly impossible to find this riad without being guided there (no signs in the alley that lead to the riad).

La verdad es que se portaron todos muy bien con nosotros, nos fueron a recoger a la estación de autobuses y nos llevaron al aeropuerto (con un coste extra) muy amables y muy bien todo. La chica que esta acargo era muy amigable, muy atenta. El gerente siempre fue amable, nos imprimió los boarding pass del avión. El Riad es super bonito, hay que meterse en un callejón un poco tenebroso y sucio para llegar pero dentro es super bonito. El desayuno estaba bien, abundante y nos hicieron una tortilla francesa.
Cons: Lo unico que no me gustó y me jodio mucho, es que la mini piscina estaba sucia, escogí el riad por la Piscina, para poder refrescarme un poco y compartir con mis padres ahí y no lo pude hacer. Espero que tengan más cuidado y mantengan cuidada la piscina en el futuro.

Cons: Tuvimos algún problema con el aire acondicionado (no funcionaba bien el mando a distancia y soltaba algo de agua) que solucionaron en un par de días. La tercera cama era muy pequeña para un adulto pero enseguida nos pusieron una supletoria más grande.

Le Riad est magnifique, c'est un très bel endroit, agréable. Le premier soir nous avons dévoré la tajine d'Oumayma, un délice. C'est un chouette endroit, sans chichis, la dame qui fait la cuisine et l'entretien vit sur place avec ses enfants, j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'esprit général de l'endroit. La première fois qu'on y arrive, à pieds, on pense qu'on ne s'y retrouvera jamais seul parce qu'on sort de la rue principale pour emprunter plusieurs petits ruelles mais en fait c'est très simple. Et puis c'est gai de toute de suite être dans le centre, proche de chouettes endroits à visiter et de bons petits restos. Il y a également une très belle terrasse sur les toits, il faisait trop chaud en août mais elle doit être bien agréable lorsqu'il fait un peu plus frais.

La posizione del Riad è estremamente centrale, proprio in una delle vie della Medina. È inoltre molto vicina a punti d'interesse come i Giardini Segreti e la Mesedra. Lo staff è gentilissimo sotto ogni punto di vista, attenti alle richieste di tutti. La colazione è ottima, comprende diverse pietanze ed è assolutamente soddisfacente. La piscina è piccola ma confortevole e all'ultimo piano c'è una bella terrazza con morbidi lettini su cui prendere il sole e un bel gazebo per ripararsi dal caldo.
Cons: Stando in mezzo alla Medina bisogna prestare attenzione ad aprire le finestre, visto che è comune la presenza di insetti che non piacciono a tutti

I loved everything! The accomodation is amazing, it has the traditional features, lovely swimming pool and big rooftop. The whole house is just super interesting. The staff at the property was extremely helpful with everything we wanted, f.e. renting a car or navigating any location. I strongly recommend to use their transport from airport, because if you don’t use it can be a little tricky to get there. But after you know the road, you can enjoy the souks!

Abdullah helped us immensely, considering the fact it was our first time in Marrakech, we wouldn’t have had such a great experience without his guidance!! The breakfast is abundant and the pool is very cute and does the job! Would definitely come again :)

Very good location, Abdullah was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of information about the area. Breakfast was good with lots of selection and fresh coffee.
Cons: I’m sad to have to right this as I had high hopes for this stay but here goes- We booked a collection from the airport through the hotel and were told that there would be someone waiting for us with a sign. On arrival there was no one to be seen and after contacting the hotel several times and waiting around 40mins someone finally turned up to collect us. This wouldn’t have been as much of a problem if it wasn’t 42 degrees. - When we arrived in the centre of Marrakesh it was around a 10min walk to our hotel (we would have never found it if it wasn’t for Abdullah) please keep this in mind when booking. - The room was big and looked amazing on first glance. There was a bird in our room when we arrived (not the hotels fault) but shocked us non the less. There was bird poo on the bedding. - The plug didn’t fit in the bath and when I turned the water on there was water pouring out the bottom on the bath and also the sink. - my husband plugged something in and the lightbulb shattered in the bathroom and threw glass everywhere. - the towel rail was held on by 1 screw. - the hairdryer had bare wires showing and definitely not safe. - there was plug sockets without fronts on them and just bare wires hanging out. - the back streets to the hotel felt very dodgy with men leering around smoking etc. as I woman on my own I’m not sure I would have felt safe.

Abdel, Maima and Zakaria are sweet and gentle. The inner court is simply amazing: the colors, the mosaics, tiles and painted ceiling. In the morning small birds will join you while enjoying the generous breakfast, between the plants and the care of the people working here. There's a rooftop for sun bathing too. There is peace in the riad and my staying here it's been a little Moroccan dream. I'm grateful
Cons: The medina of marrakech is hellish for a foreigner just landed: Google map doesn't work and led us to a wall! That's because it looks like being into a labyrinth, with shortcuts and narrow streets. Highly recommend to book for a taxi from the riad so the driver can walk with you at the main door. I used "booking" and the taxi dropped us just outside the medina (as it's not allowed to enter for cars) and we've got lost!

We had a very comfortable stay at Riad Tahar Oasis. The breakfast was good, and they were attentive. The staff was wonderful, especially the night receptionist Abdul! He was always up for a talk and went the extra mile. The Riad was in the middle of the medina. It was a bit confusing to get to but very beautiful inside.

What a lovely stay! Zakary was very helpful and accomodating despite me arriving earlier than expected! The riad is a lovely place to spend a boiling Marakesh afternoon when you don't want to be risking sunstroke walking round the souks!
Cons: Not easy to find alone, but it could be arranged for someone to meet you. Follow first sign to Riad NS, then straight down, a left, right and the door is at the dead end (see pics)

The staff is very helpful and kind. Location is great, inside the medina, close to everything. We reserved a taxi through the riad on the first day and it went smooth. The common areas are great like the pateo and terrace, and breakfast was nice. If some details are managed this place has potential to be an amazing accomodation.
Cons: As soon as we arrived we saw a cockroach in our room, we told staff, they saw it as well and didn’t do anything about it, we had to lift the bed and kill it ourselves. We ended up seeing two more cockroaches the following days in our bathroom… this shows lack of cleanliness in our opinion. The sheets are also a bit old and warn out, and the carpets seem dirty and dusty, and they are not needed at all. Finally, there was no hot water in the morning, only at the end of the day. When asked a about it the staff said there was nothing they could do because it depended on solar panels. (For us it was not a big issue but for some people it might be)

On est au pied du Zouk de Marrakech. Le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner vous rempli bien le ventre. La piscine m'a bien rafraîchi après une journée à crapahuter
Cons: Le Riad est très bien et le prix est très accessible. L'accès sur la dernière ruelle peut paraître la première fois un peu sombre et inhospitalier mais ça passe vite. On est quand même dans un quartier calme mais au pied du Zouk de Marrakech. La seul chose c'est que ce Riad manque d'un petit rafraîchissement avec un coup de peinture et embellir la terrasse.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Man brachte/begleitete uns sogar zum nächsten Geldautomaten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Dusche funktionierte tadellos. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Riad zu finden war nicht ganz einfach, aber machbar. Tadelloses, leckeres Frühstück. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Nuestra estancia en el Riad fue perfecta. Es precioso, está todo limpísimo, la decoración es increíble, se siente tanta paz dentro! Pero sin duda el punto fuerte del Riad es el equipo humano. Abdullah es excepcional, siempre se mostró disponible para ayudarnos, con una excelente educación y simpatía, hizo que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. No nos faltó de nada. El desayuno es muy completo, y estaba todo riquísimo. Las chicas que trabajan en el Riad son muy simpáticas, y excelentes cocineras. Reservamos el traslado al aeropuerto directamente con el Riad y también fue perfecto. Durante estos días en Marrakech nos hemos sentido como en casa. Volveremos, sin duda.

Riad très agréable, décoré avec goût, situé en plein cœur de la médina. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est attentionné.
Cons: L'accès n'est pas très engageant, ruelle sombre et sale. D'autre part un litige nous a opposé au patron qui nous a proposé des excursions "clés en main" dès le premier jour, nous lui avons fait confiance et payé la totalité en cash. Cependant pas de descriptif, de reçu, il a fait le calcul sur son téléphone et nous a donné le total (nuitées plus excursions) et cela nous a semblé très raisonnable. Mauvaise surprise : au moment du départ, devant le minibus, le chauffeur nous demande un supplément de 120€ ! Dans l'urgence nous avons donc été obligé de payer. Effectivement il s'est avéré que c'était le prix réel à payer, et que le prix annoncé au départ n'était en vérité qu'un acompte, ce qui n'a jamais été dit. Si nous l'avions su, nous aurions sûrement réfléchi ! Cette embrouille a quelque peu terni notre séjour.

En la parte superior hay una terraza 360 que ves toda la Medina y tiene toda la intimidad para tomar el sol, la piscina no la cantamos por qué no tuvimos el tiempo apropiado pero aún que pequeña es un plus cuando llegas cansado y te das un chapuzón para poder refrescarte

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful riad. It is very private, with a great breakfast. The decoration is fabulous. The main double bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Not sure, why the single bed was so small, there was a lot of space around. The way through the long and narrow passage ways leading to the entrance is not signposted at all, but we found it anyway:)

Cons: Room was a little cold as no sun gets there, leaking sink U bend into a bin with holes so often leaked on to the floor. Shower was not that warm and often had to have cold showers. Although breakfast was lovely, it was at a limited time period- we had 2 early mornings out of 3 which meant we missed two breakfasts and although this was said to be able to be accomodated for - unfortunately it wasn’t which was a shame as it was so lovely.

Il riad è molto caratteristico, consiglio per chi va per la prima volta e vorrebbe vivere a 360 gradi la vacanza. Il riad si trova in una posizione abbastanza strategica, sia per farsi un giro a piedi e quindi raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, anche per i tour molto semplice arrivare al punto d'incontro.

Best staff I even encounter in my life. They help me through a very late check in. Picked me up from the city gates, help me understand the path to the riad (and I never got lost after that) served me tea as soon as I arrived, and so much more. Very nice breakfast (one of the days they even packed my breakfast so I could leave super early to my day expedition) Even allowed me a very late check in. Water temperature and pressure where the best I ever had in a hotel. Room was at a good temperature and the duvet made it super warm even with the cold winter nights. I came in December but the days were really hot I even swam at the pool, water was cold but so refreshing and relaxing! Perfect and dreamy service. Would love to come back again
Cons: I loved everything, but the cleaning aspect can be improved, other than that a dream accommodation that is so cheap compared to what it offers.

Room overlooked the central court and was beautifully decorated. Roof top garden/patio area. Location was in the middle of the Souks in the Medina. Staff lugged my suitcase up stairs - so kind.
Cons: Loved the location, but need to be mindful that this wasn't signposted or easily found. I would not have been able to locate the Riad without being collected from the street corner, as in the middle of the souks and only accessible by donkey or moped. Be mindful of your luggage - the stair case in the Riad is narrow and steps uneven.

Cons: Yerini bulmak imkansızdı. Birileri ilk gece yol gösterdi ki bu kişişere dikkat etmek gerek. Çarşı içindeki kapılar gece kapandığından dolayı riadları bulmak daha da zor. Odamızda klima sıcak yerine soğuk üflemeye başladı. Bu sebeple çok üşüdük ve saç kurutma makinesi ile ısındık. 3 gece kaldığımız için bu şekilde çözdük. Kahvaltı güzel ancak ürünler daha sıcak servis edilmeli. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve kibardı.

Fantastic location in the central medina, albeit tricky to find (look for the house number above the door!). Once inside Riad was very clean and tidy with a good breakfast. You are given a key to get in/out of the front door so access at any time of day is not a problem.
Cons: As is common in most of the Marrakesh Riad’s I have stayed in there is a slight smell from the toilet/soil pipe.

I liked everything! The staff was exceptional. The lady who prepared the breakfast was nice, and the man who keeps the property was so kind and accommodating.

Cons: Die Unterkunft ist nur durch ein unheimliches Labyrinth von niedrigen Gassen erreichbar - nachts ist das sehr dunkel und angsterregend (wir haben ein Video gemacht). Es gibt keine Fenster im Zimmer, also keine klimatisierung möglich. Es war eiskalt im gesamten Riad, das Bett war durch die Kälte feucht. Wir hausten in einem dunklen Loch. Warmes Wasser gab es nur kurz am Morgen in einem kleinen Rinnsaal. Der Stein-Fußboden war beschädigt mit herausstehenden Steinen, an denen man sich verletzten konnte. Das Frühstück mußten wir in Eiseskälte einnehmen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und auf der Dachterrasse sah es nicht besser aus. Der angepriesene Pool war unten im Eingangsbereich und nicht nutzbar weil viel zu kalt. Die Beurteilung Fabelhaft mit 8,7 bei Booking ist ein Fake. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen, weil es unzumutbar war dort zu bleiben. Der Besitzer meinte nur wir bekommen aber kein Geld zurück.

El Riad es impresionante, el más bonito en el que nos alojamos, y nuestra habitación era super grande, parecía una suit. El personal es super amable y atento, nos ofrecieron ayuda en todo momento. El desayuno es el típico desayuno marroquí y todo estaba buenísimo. La terraza es muy bonita y las vistas también. Volvería a alojarme aquí cien por cien.
Cons: Lo que menos nos gustó de este alojamiento fue la ubicación, no se puede llegar con el maps ya que está metiéndose por muchos callejones y es como un laberinto. Nosotras estábamos un poco perdidas buscándolo y un chico nos vio y se acercó a ofrecernos llevarnos hasta la puerta, aceptamos ya que solas era imposible llegar, nos pidió dinero y no se conformó con lo que le dimos, se puso agresivo con nosotras y fue un momento de lo más incómodo sinceramente. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que a las diez de la noche muchos caminos cierran las puertas, por lo que se cortan las calles y hace casi imposible llegar al Riad con el maps, tuvimos que pedirle ayuda nuevamente a una persona de allí que se ofreció a guiarnos a cambio de dinero. Recomendamos llamar al Riad cuando estéis en la calle principal y que se acerquen a buscaros, ya que es muy desagradable que alguien te exija dinero y se encare. Solo se puede pagar en efectivo, no aceptan pagos con tarjeta.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Etwas schwer zu finden, aber unser Host hat uns vom Parkplatz abgeholt und uns eine sehr gute Wegbeschreibung gegeben. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in den belebten Gassen von Marrakesch, im Riad selbst ist es aber sehr ruhig. Wenn wir Fragen/ Probleme hatten, hat uns Zac umgehend geholfen.

Cons: Very difficult to find. A guide on how to get there would have been good. Also, the path to get there was massively affected by rubble from the Earthquake. It would have been good if someone had made sure it was clear. My wife is pregnant and this kind of put me off. I also didn't like the fact that the duvet didn't have a cover on it. This wasn't hygienic. The mattress cover had two sheets, so I wanted to put the outer sheet on top of me, since the duvet didn't have a cover but the inner sheet wasn't clean, so I had nothing to put over me.

El diseño del riad es bonito.
Cons: Pagamos un precio un poco más elevado para poder disfrutar de la piscina y unos espacios comunes bonitos. Al llegar allí, nos encontramos con que estuvieron ocupados por unos niños que parecían familia o conocidos del personal del hotel, por lo que no hacían turismo y se quedaban todo el día ocupando los espacios y haciendo ruido. El desayuno nos pareció un poco justo. Finalmente, pese a que el personal del hotel es muy amable y nos atendió bien en todo momento, nos pareció un poco ausente ya que en algunos momentos nos costó un poco encontrarlos.

Adorámos tudo! A localização é ótima, junto aos souks e ao Jardim Secreto, a poucos minutos da praça Jemaa el-Fnaa. O pequeno-almoço é muito completo e variado. O nosso voo atrasou e o Zakaria foi impecável, foi-nos preparado um jantar maravilhoso por termos chegado tão tarde. Reservamos transfer através do Riad e também correu tudo lindamente, fomos acompanhados até ao alojamento. Todo o staff é muito simpático e preocupado, no entanto temos de destacar o Ayoub, que nos recebeu tão bem e ainda nos ensinou a fazer o chá marroquino, que tanto gostamos. Queremos voltar! “Shkran!”

Arredamento e dettagli di sicuro pregio, come gli spazi comuni molto belli.
Cons: La cura di alcuni dettagli e migliorabile (lampade non funzionanti e serrature rotte), piccoli interventi irrilevanti, considerato il posto meraviglioso. La mini piscina bellissima, ma l'acqua verde è stagnante non erano all'altezza della location.

Todo el alojamiento en si está genial. Los desayunos son una pasada! y Abdullah es un encanto, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitabamos. Hay que tener claro que no vas a lo que conocemos como hotel europeo, sin embargo tiene su encanto. Las puertas no terminan de cerrar bien, y se cierran con un candado con llave, pero no fue ningún problema. Hay cortinas detrás de la puerta, por lo tanto, al soltarlas, no deja pasar la luz ni se ve nada desde fuera, así que como he dicho antes, no es un problema. Para llegar al riad tienes que entrar por unos callejones que no parecen el lugar más seguro pero tampoco tuvimos ningún problema. Está a 7 minutos de la plaza Jeema el Fna, a 2 minutos de Le Jardin Secret, y a 15 minutos de la mezquita. Es decir, muchos sitios turísticos están súper cerca. La valoración es muy positiva, volvería a ir.

Un verdadero descanso en medio de la locura de la medina de Marrakech. Escogimos la habitación grande porque viajábamos con nuestro hijo de 3 años y fue un acierto. Abdullah y Omaima nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Muy serviciales. El desayuno muy rico y un día encargamos cena. Omaima es una magnífica cocinera, de lo mejor que comimos en nuestra estancia en Marrakech. Nos dieron muchas facilidades para estar cómodos con el peque y es de agradecer ya que era la primera vez que viajábamos a Marruecos con él.
Cons: Las dos primeras noches nos acribillaron los mosquitos. Luego nos dieron un spray antimosquitos y la tercera noche descansamos mejor.

Bij aankomst vliegveld stond de taxichauffeur die we via de Riad besteld hebben ondanks de vertraging van de vlucht bij het vliegveld netjes op ons te wachten !

Stunning riad, warm and extremely helpful staff. Our suite was huge! We could spread out and relax. Lovely breakfast, kind and informative service. Beautiful rooms, interior, terrace. The location inside medina was ideal.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour grâce à Zakaria, Abdoullah et Ouaïma. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et l’équipe était au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, la chambre propre. Nous avons mangé un soir au Riad et c’était un régale ! Zakaria nous a tout organisé (excursion, taxi) nous avions juste à profiter et qu’est ce que c’est agréable ! La rue pour arriver au Riad peut être déroutante mais il n’y a aucun soucis, c’est safe ! Le Riad se situe dans un quartier sympa et animé. Bref je vous recommande ce Riad sans hésiter!

Cons: Location is through several small dark alleyways as solo female traveler did not venture out after dark. No sunshades on the terrace so no shade from strong sunlight. Antique door to room fastens with bolt and padlock not easy to manipulate. Long long walk to get a taxi. Large room could have held a small fridge and a TV would have made it seem more special.

Nous y avons passé une semaine et avons pu apprécier la gentillesse et la serviabilité d’Omaïna et d’Abdoulah qui sont toujours prêts à vous renseigner. Si vous recherchez l’authenticité d’un vrai Riad marocain, c’est là qu’il faut aller !
Cons: La fermeture de notre porte de chambre était un peu trop rustique mais la suite était superbe, donc ce n’était pas un problème.

Il Riad è centrale, a due passi dai Souk più importanti della Medina e a 10 minuti dalla piazza Jamaa el fna. Colazione tipica del posto, buona e abbondante. Non ci sono indicazioni per individuare il Riad quindi allego una foto che può essere di aiuto (quando trovate questi cartelli girate a destra, passate per la security e infondo al bivio girate a sinistra; infondo alla strada trovate la porta del Riad che non ha cartelli con il nome).
Cons: Tutto perfetto! Se volete mangiare nel Riad il cous cosu è ottimo ma chiedete prima il prezzo.

Il Riad é molto piacevole e soprattutto la stanza era molto grande, cosa insolita per questo livello di Riad. Rifinito in ogni dettaglio con materiali e dettagli molto curati. Abdul (credo sia questo il suo nome) é stato disponibile e sempre risolutivo e assieme alla cugina preparano una colazione notevole. Insomma, perfetti in tutto!
Cons: Direi tutto perfetto. A cercare un difetto mi viene in mente solo la mancanza di un'insegna o un cartello che ne indichi la strada e la posizione un po' troppo nascosta anche se in posizione centralissima

A localização é optima porque estamos dentro dos souks. Pequeno almoço muito bom, leite, chá de menta, café, sumo de laranja, diversos pães, bolinhos, fruta e yogurte, bom quarto, boa cama, pessoal muito simpático. O Riad é bonito, muito bom para preço qualidade.
Cons: Quando chegamos pela 1ª. vez se não for com ajuda não chegamos lá, principalmente de noite que foi o nosso caso. Não tem nenhuma indicação do nome do RIAD e o mesmo fica num labirinto de becos. A sorte foi o restaurante ao lado, o dono "La Table de Medina" ajudou-nos a encontrar o RIAD que no fim era ali ao lado, mas por falta de indicações não achamos. Wc deveriam colocar toalha de rosto e de pés.
