Die Lage ist gut in der Altstadt. Man kommt in ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum großen Markt und den berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Riad war sauber. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich reichhaltig. Wir können das Riad nur empfehlen.

Dès l’arrivée, on est immédiatement séduit par le charme authentique des lieux, la décoration raffinée et l’atmosphère paisible qui contraste parfaitement avec l’agitation de la médina. Les chambres, bien que pas très grandes, sont magnifiquement aménagées, confortables et impeccablement propres, avec une attention aux détails qui fait toute la différence. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux, composé de produits frais et locaux. Un grand merci surtout au personnel, d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. C’est une véritable oasis de tranquillité au cœur de Marrakech. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto era molto disponibile, la colazione abbondante e curata e le parti comuni del Riad molto carine e curate. C'è un parcheggio a pochi metri dalla struttura disponibile a 5 euro al giorno, basta chiedere al Riad.

Cons: La nostra stanza (stanza Sara) era piccola e molto umida, nel bagno era presente della muffa. È senza finestre,o meglio delle finestre oscurate danno sul cortile interno ( chiuso) e quindi sono inutilizzabili. Al mattino si sono i rumori dei proprietari che preparano la colazione quindi non si riesce a riposare dopo le 6.30.

La struttura è ottima e ben tenuta. Molto pulita, sono organizzati in modo perfetto. Dopo il transfer dall' aeroporto siamo stati accolti con una grande colazione! Abbiamo cenato due volte da loro e cucinano ottimamente tipico marocchino. Abbiamo anche sfruttato l'hammam ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Staff sempre presente e disponibile. La zona non è al centro della medina, ma a piedi si raggiunge tutto.

Riad accogliente e pulito.Posizione non centralissima ma solo a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, comunque comoda per taxi e vicina al prelievo per le escursioni.Colazione ottima abbondante e varia con prodotti locali. Lo staff é veramente gentile e accogliente. Siamo arrivati alle 11 e il nostro check in era previsto per le 14. Quel giorno non avevamo diritto alla colazione e uno dei ragazzi ci ha gentilmente offerto la colazione preparandocela al momento. Le stanze accoglientoi, il letto comodissimo. La posizione é strategica per le escursioni e per raggiumgere in pochi minuti la medina. Consigliatissimo

Il soggiorno presso la struttura è stato semplicemente fantastico e ha superato le nostre aspettative! Sia io che la mia amica siamo rimaste più che soddisfatte :-) Colazione veramente indimenticabile, diversa ogni mattina, a base di prodotti locali buonissimi e freschissimi Parti esterne del Riad in tipica atmosfera marocchina .. bellissimo! Camera molto accogliente, silenziosa e con materasso comodissimo! Locale Hammam e sala massaggi al piano superiore, vicino all'ampia terrazza panoramica sulla Medina ... E' stata un'esperienza bellissima anche poter provare questo loro trattamento per il corpo!!! Ci siamo veramente sentite come a casa grazie al mitico Masha <3 e a tutto lo staff!! Non appena arrivate ci ha detto "Questa è la vostra seconda casa" ... e così è stato!! Grazie di cuore per averci fatto vivere questa bellissima esperienza, fatta non solo di cultura e posti fantastici, ma anche di grande spiritualità ... Desideravo visitare Marrakech da tempo e devo dire che non mi sbagliavo! ;-) Anche la non vicinissima Essaouira merita una visita (se possibile di un giorno intero!) Sicuramente la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza estrema dello staff ,sopratutto di Mach che è stato super disponibile con i suoi consigli su come Girare più comodamente e nella maniera più sicura nella Medina . Molto Attento ad ogni nostra esigenza , e premuroso anche nella scelta dei piatti della colazione e della cena , spiegandoci i dettagli e le curiosità della cucina tipica ! Bellissimo Riad, bellissima Terrazza, ottima posizione e Colazione servita e abbondante con variazioni quotidiane. È possibile anche cenare, i prodotti sono tutti freschi e acquistati in giornata e ho mangiato davvero benissimo! All'interno del Riad c'è anche l'Hammam, esperienza che vi consiglio di provare assolutamente! La nota di merito però va soprattutto a Mach, Omar, Amina e tutto lo staff che con la loro disponibilità, i loro consigli e il loro affetto smisurato fanno davvero la differenza in questa struttura e hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale! Ci siamo sentite come a casa! Se dovessi ritornare a Marrakech non avrei dubbi sulla struttura da scegliere, sarebbe sicuramente questa!

Heel leuke riad om te verblijven in Marrakech. Je verblijft aan de rand van de medina, alles is bereikbaar te voet. We sliepen aan de voorkant: toch wel veel lawaai van de straat te horen 's nachts. In de kamer en ook beneden in de ontbijtruimte was het niet zo warm; gelukkig was er het dakterras waar we in de zon konden zitten. (je kan er wel niet eten, jammer) Het ontbijt was heel lekker en uitgebreid, wel niet zo veel variatie, dikwijls hetzelfde. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en hielp bij alles! Kamer werd iedere dag netjes gemaakt. Dank je wel hiervoor. Het gebruik van de hamman was een aanrader; leuke scrubbing. Kleine kamers, maar voor 2 is dat ideaal.

Cons: We wisten uit de andere reviews wat we konden verwachten; dus zeker geen klachten!

El trato del personal fue excelente. Mach fue la persona con la que tratamos más. Nos trató como si nos conociera de toda la vida, como si fuéramos de su familia. En todo momento estuvo por nosotros, incluso cuando no trabajaba. Entablamos una amistad. No nos queremos olvidar de lo serviciales y amables que fueron sus compañeros, Amina i Omar. Todos nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra casa.

We were very impressed with the lovely personalised reception we got once we entered the Riad on the first night and that was continued tru the whole week of our stay. Special mention to Omar and Mach and all the wonderful staff who greeted us cleaned and cooked for us, and “ the Boss” who greeted us with smiling faces every morning. The breakfast was very nice and varied every morning, with fruit pancakes and yogurt and traditional mint tea. Omar booked a trip to the Agafay dessert for us, which was great fun. I would recommend an airport transfer to and from the airport, which can be organised tru the riad also. The Riad Le Porte D’or itself is in a great location, off the v busy street but not far from the attractions and souks. We also ate in the Riad a couple of nights and it was a very welcome meal on our first night after our day of travelling to Marrakesh. Their tangines were amazing and so tasty. The hammam was incredible too. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful Riad. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Cons: The weather was unusually cold when we were there for the first few days , but we got to see snow on the Atlas Mountains which was spectacular. We had heating in our room which was welcoming .

De plus, nous avons savouré de délicieux petits déjeuners et dîners traditionnels. Tous les aliments sont frais ! C'est pourquoi, il est conseillé de réserver une table la veille. Nous souhaitons à nouveau remercier tout le personnel pour leur hospitalité que nous n'oublierons pas. The location is a 15 or 20 min walk to the main square. They have a safe in the room. The reception people are super nice and the breakfast is quite filling.

Cons: Compared to other riads I stayed at the room was a bit small (but still comfortable). They tried telling me that they only accept cash as payment but when I insisted they accepted a credit card payment.

It was in a good location, we found it very easy to find places of interest and general walking. We travel a lot but have never felt more welcomed and at home with the friendly staff at the Riad. Mach and Omar were lovely and the food cooked by Amina was absolutely delicious,we did eat out a couple of times but it wasn’t as good as Amina’s cooking. It was very clean and if you have an early trip,they are very accommodating with the breakfast time. We loved this Riad and would definitely recommend it

We spent a few wonderful days in this riad. The staff were very kind and helpful, offering us plenty of tips and recommendations. The room was beautiful, decorated in a traditional style. The bed was extremely comfortable. The riad is located close to wider streets where buses and taxis operate. In about 20 minutes, you can reach Jemaa el-Fna Square while exploring the alleys filled with traditional products and souvenirs. The breakfast wasn’t extremely varied, but it was delicious (I particularly enjoyed the mint yogurt and the msemmen).

Cons: Even though the air conditioning was on, the room didn’t get very warm. But it was ok. At breakfast, I would have liked a greater variety of savory options.

Foi tudo perfeito! Desde nossa chegada ao hotel, Mach foi sensacional! Quarto lindo e aconchegante, café da manhã muito farto e cheio de coisas tradicionais marroquinas. Simplesmente delicioso! Rua muito segura e de fácil acesso a praça principal e outros pontos turísticos. No último dia saímos de madrugada e o Mach fez uma marmita para comermos no trem. Ele nos ajudou com tudo, inclusive peguem as dicas que ele dá pois vale muito a pena! Também nos ajudou a negociar o preço do táxi para a estação. Ele fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Le personnel etait au petit soin, et le petit déjeuner délicieux. La terrasse très agréable avec une jolie vue sur la ville. Les repas sont aussi délicieux.

Personal siempre predispuesto a la atención al huesped y brindando la informacion necesarias para tener una buena estadía en Marrakech. El desayuno un 10, abundante y hecho en el momento. No tuvieron inconveniente en prepararnos el desayunos antes el dia que teníamos la excursión. La distancia a la Plaza es de unos 25 minutos y dentro del recorrido se encuentran varios puntos de interés. Caminar hasta allí no ha sido un problema. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias a todo el personal 🙌🏼

Przemiła całodobowa obsługa - pan Mach codziennie służył nam pomocą i doradzał we wszelkich kwestiach. Pozdrowienia również dla Omara, który pracował na dziennej zmianie, ale również był bardzo pomocny. Personel oceniam wysoko. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane, przynajmniej na podstawowym poziomie. Warto pamiętać że łóżka są twarde - nie przeszkadzało mi to (uważam to za plus), ale warto mieć to na uwadze pod kątem preferencji. Na plus lokalizacja - bezpiecznie, blisko sklepów, targowisk, apteki, punktów zbiórki na wycieczki i bankomatu. Sam Riad był klimatyczny z oryginalnym wystrojem, spokojnym tarasem z leżakami i stolikami na dachu (niestety śniadania nie były dostępne na tarasie w czasie naszego pobytu). Na miejscu dostępny także Hammam po wcześniejszej rezerwacji w recepcji. Śniadania pyszne i obfite. Część potraw była ta sama, jednak część była codziennie inna. Wszystko smaczne razem z miętową herbatą. Na miejscu działało bezproblemowo wifi. Riad preferuje płatności gotówką jednak obsługa zgodziła się na zapłacenie kartą za pobyt.

Cons: Przez 5 nocy naszego pobytu niestety ani razu nie zostały wymienione ręczniki ani pościel. W pokoju nie było okna, więc jedyna metoda "wietrzenia" polegała na włączeniu klimatyzacji - okno na wewnętrzny dziedziniec Riadu dawało jedynie większą duchotę. Wysoka przepuszczalność dźwięku nie pozwalała na wcześniejszy odpoczynek, ponieważ wszelkie dyskusje odbywające się przy recepcji do późnych godzin były słyszalne w pokoju. Analogicznie, rozpoczynające się wcześnie śniadanie na dziedzińcu riadu powodowało rozmowy i stukanie naczyń wraz z zapachami z kuchni już przed 8:00 rano. Dla osób wrażliwych na odgłosy w czasie spania polecam wziąć to pod uwagę. Warto byłoby poprawić ciśnienie wody w prysznicu. Jest dosyć niskie. Przydałoby się również więcej owoców i warzyw na śniadania. Nie jest to duży minus bo były bardzo smaczne, ale po kilku dniach można zatęsknić za małą odmianą śniadaniową.

Les gusta conversar con los clientes y te hacen sentir como en casa. Te ayudan en todo (tuvimos un problema con una excursión y nos lo solucionaron ellos), dan consejos y si quieres incluso te organizan tu estancia en función de lo que quieras ver. Si vengo de nuevo, será a este riad tan acogedor. Además tienen servicio de hamman, la chica que lo realiza también es muy simpática y amable.

Cons: Me gustó todo, pero si pudiera añadir algo sería una piscina ya que en los meses de verano hace muchísimo calor.

Excellent host, very helpful. The place was looking very traditional and themed. It is located on the main road so the taxi can pick and drop from the doorstep. The dinner served was one of the best tagine we had in the trip.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Riad, and a big part of that is thanks to Mash. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with warmth and took care of us with incredible kindness and efficiency. He was always available to help, gave us great advice, and even printed our boarding passes for us. His presence really made a difference — we felt supported and at home throughout our entire stay. Very Beautiful hotel just 20 min for the main square in Marrakesh. Getting there by car is not the easiest as you get very close to the Medina and the traffic is quite chaotic, but is definitely doable. You can park around the corner paying 50 derhams for 24 hs which is ok but you have to leave your car key's there. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they receive you with Morocan tee and cookies which are delicious. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was good and not excessive.

Cons: Definitely leaving the key of our rental car in a quite tight and jammed parking lot. The room could be a bit bigger, but considering the location and overall experience, the price-quality ratio is good.

Beautiful Riad. Had a very authentic feel with traditional decor. Our room was a great size with a very comfortable bed and sofa. The bathroom was clean with two sinks, a good shower and toilet. Loved that the rooms opened out to internal courtyard. There were double windows to try to block out some of the street sound. Breakfast was fantastic, home made, fresh and changed each morning. The staff were so lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and did so much for us, making our stay comfortable and positive. Their local knowledge and advice was invaluable. They were even helpful and welcoming to our family who were staying in another Riad.

I had such a warm welcome and wonderful stay at Riad Porte D’Or. Thanks to Mach, Adil, Ismail who work there. This was my first time visiting Morocco and I appreciate the advice and knowledge they shared. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and knew I could contact the Ryad on WhatsApp any time in case I had any issues. They’re an excellent team, and will always go the extra mile for a guest. The Riad is on a quieter street, and it was nice staying further away from all the hustle and bustle of Medina. I walked everywhere from there as the weather is lovely in December. Bathrooms would benefit from a bit of TLC, but cleaners do a fantastic job, my room was kept spotless. I also did the hammam and the lady was great, she was always checking how I felt and whether everything was ok. Overall a very positive vibe, thank you Mach, Adil, and Ismail for doing a fantastic job!

Cons: I only stayed 4 nights so not sure about breakfast on other days, but I would’ve added a bit more variety and veggies/ salad.

It's the second day I'm staying and it's all for five stars . Today we didn't get breakfast to go Jardin Majorell early but tomorrow we'll try it. Particularly helpful boys at both hours and the owner of the rial. Now that we are completing our fourth day of stay, I want to thank Antil at the reception who helped us with the purchase and setup of the SIM, finding us a taxi at the best price, guiding us to the Medina and anything else we needed. Also, the breakfast was plentiful and the cleaning was done daily. We have traveled to dozens of countries but here we had the best service from anywhere.

Everything was perfect since the first second, Ismail, Adil y Mash made us feel like we were home. They were very friendly, always looking for a way to help us, and giving us advice for everything. One day we had to leave earlier that the breakfast time but even though they preparedus a smaller one but freshly made. The room was perfect, very clean and lovely decorated, bed was so comfortable and the street wasn't that loud during the night. Breakfast was included, and they cooked it freshly everyday, with different foods so we could try different breads and fruits. It's located about 20 walking to the Jeema El-fna, and if you need a taxi any of the receptionist will help you. We also enjoyed one of their typical hammams, and I extremely recommend it, the experience is amazing, the woman made us feel so relaxed and so comfortable... I will go back if I go to Marrakesh again, highly highly recommended this Riad ❤

The staff (Ismail and Adil) were very kind, helpful and attentive perhaps too much so for my personal taste. Breakfast was a nice sweet Moroccan fayre. The meal we had on the first night was very tasty but was not what we ordered (we ordered lamb but we got beef).

Cons: I’ll start with the least concerning issues: 1) It was a bit further from the souks and main square than I thought (20 min walk). 2) our room was very small you had to edge your way around the bed sideways and avoid the corners. 3) The place although very pretty with Moroccan tiles and decorative wooden panelling could do with a little TLC especially in the bedrooms/bathroom( Sara room). 4) Please be aware that if you buy a meal/services from the hotel they ONLY accept cash in euros/md. NO CREDIT CARD! ( this I thought was unacceptable for 2024 and used up cash which I hadn’t planned for). 5) My main grievance though is, I asked the staff to arrange a local taxi to take us to the train station, they said they were happy to do this as they’d barter a good price for us ( no more than €5). Anyhow things changed the following morning when we were told that a taxi was no longer needed as the owner would take us!! Very nice of him I thought, that lasted 2 minutes until they said for a small charge, ok I thought he’d do it for a good rate comparable to the taxis! Oh no ! They then gave me our final bill telling us they don’t take a credit card. I then noticed they had itemised the transfer by the boss for 15 euros !!! Of course you’ve become so friendly with these boys you feel awful about complaining you feel ungrateful for the so called favour. I feel gaslighted, upset and let down. My fault I should have stood up to them and complained at the time. As a comparison we’re back in Marrakesh in a couple of days and I’ve asked the new hotel where we are staying, how much is fair for a taxi from the train station, no more than 5 euros was the reply ( a similar distance away from the train station as the La Porte D’Or). So BEWARE of so called kind gestures.

The Riad la Porte D'or was absolutely fantastic. We were feeling at home since the first minute we arrived. Adil, one of the receptionists, checked us in providing us with excellent treatment and advice about how to navigate the busy medina. Mach, the night receptionist, was also exceptional. Both were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile and genuine interest in how our day had been. The hotel was spotless and very beautifully designed and decorated. The room was very nice, and we had air conditioning, which is needed during the warm days in Marrakech. The room booking included breakfast, which was lovely, thanks to Amina. Would really recommend staying here when visiting Marrakech. We have never been treated so well, thanks to all the lovely staff we had a very pleasant stay.

I loved this Riad since it was small and really pretty and accommodating. The location was perfect: within 10 minutes walk you'd be in the busy streets. The room was big and clean and the food was good. I enjoyed the tajines in the riad sometimes even more than outside. Personally I am not a huge breakfast person, but the fresh orange juice in the morning was always welcome. I think people with a sweet tooth will especially like the breakfast. Finally, I thoroughly liked the service by and kindness of especially Mach and Adil. They were the most generous hosts I've ever met and they made the stay so worthwhile. The owner and thel lady (Jamilla, I think) were also always very nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who stays in Marrakech.

Everything about the Riad was perfect. The staff couldn't be more attentive and genuinely kind. We highly recommend the hamam after a busy day walking around Marrakech. We enjoyed a hamam at 21:00 before bed and it totally rejuvenated us. The building itself is breathtaking with a terrace to die for. We look forward to returning.

This was an incredible riad that we highly recommend! The place itself is beautiful and tranquil. The patios and spa were the cherry on top. Our room was large, comfortable, clean, and well decorated. Above all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn't book our dinner in advance (our fault), so we were unable to eat there because they buy fresh ingredients daily for the meal. BUT, they told us an app we could use to order food and helped us with confirmation and brought it to our room. The air conditioner kept us cool through the night. The bathroom is spacious and functional. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: Couldn't pay by card or large euro bills. The shower was broken, so someone had to hold the handheld, and we couldn't get the overhead shower to work. Other than that, perfect!

The best experience and the staff made it an exceptional stay. The location is in the medina and close to the souks as well as the 2 main squares (10 min) walk. The rooms are a bit tight, but functional and the property is well maintained. The staff is absolutely amazing and the breakfast is made fresh at the location. We fell in love with the cookies and the baked cakes, they made additional ones for us as parting gift. The owner is so humble and kept on checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable. Finally we decided to experience the spa and hammam at the location, which was also great.

The staff were phenomenal! They were great hosts, and they even went out of their way to make me some gluten-free bread for my breakfast, which I truly appreciated. I was also unwell for one of our nights, and they took care to make sure that I had any and everything I needed to get better. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom a good size with a good shower and we even had a small table and chairs. The location was just outside of the medina, and the Riad provided us with good input on how to navigate around Marrakach. Breakfasts were plentiful and very good!

Cons: The only thing that was a bit off was the street noise during the early evening. It's a busy road, and even with the triple glazed windows, we had to use earplugs. It's probably not an issue for someone who stays up late.

Thank you, this was a very nice place to stay in Marrakech. The staff at the riad were extremely helpful, responsive and kind. We were received beautifully, treated with tea. The interior is wonderful. Breakfast was a traditional Moroccan breakfast. The riad also had the opportunity to use the SPA services, excellent transportation to the airport was arranged due to an early flight (for an additional fee). The riad is located further from the center, in a slightly more remote area of the center.

The building is close to 300 years old and some decades ago remodeled to a riad guesthouse. The architecture and decor takes you back in time. The are little birds chirping around and the staff treat you like family (actually better than my family). I had an exceptional experience. Karim is an amazing person! Cons: The bathroom was very smelly with no extractor fan . There was cockroach in the bedroom and had to sleep with the side lamp on. Everything they offered is expensive. One of the receptionist tried to scam us with transfer to the airport, he first offered 150 dirham and later said we need to pay 220. I booked for a 8 day stay and was told to vacate our rooms 12 pm on Monday 6th, the day I was going to departure. I wasn’t told this in advance,had I known this I would have been able to go to another Riad. Their advertisement was not clear, I felt displaced and I had my child with me, we had to finish packing our luggages in the terrace as I had no rooms to use. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

We loved everything about this Riad! Decorations were very nice, our room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, the terrace was cozy, everything was super clean but the best part is - the staff! Lovely people who go out of their way to help you, so kind and polite! We even tried hamam for the first time in their spa and it was sooooo good! The location of the riad is 15-20 minutes walk from Place Jemaa el fna and most of the way you are walking through medina and you can find everything you could possibly need on your way to or from the city center. We will recommend this riad to all of our friends and family with pleasure!

Ahmed and all the members of the staff treated us like their special guests and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks to them for making our stay much more memorable and for hosting us with warmth and care.

I usually do not leave reviews only if it is either very bad or incredibly good. In this case it was amazing, the hosts are really good people, that are incredible helpful for the tourists, the place is very nice, as in the photos and the breakfast amazing. There was nothing to dislike, in my case. Incredible value for the money, I would recommend.

The apartment is located in the most happening area of the city It is close to medina, new city The apartment has all the amenities and very comfortable.

Cons: Very noisy superior queen room. The windows are facing a busy street, take earplugs.

Beautiful traditional house with a couple of house guests - sparrows! Greeted with tea and home made biscuits. Beds are super comfortable with good quality linen. Clean. Breakfast was good. After an initial misunderstanding and a change of room, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. This is the Moroccan way! The hammam and massage by Siham were outstanding. Definitely recommend.

Cons: The Riad is in a busy road and the noise from motorcycles can be a little stressful.

We were very well looked after by Ahmed and Jawad. The staff are all excellent. Basic facilities which are immaculately clean. Good location within 10 minutes walk of the Medina centre.

The hospitality, the property, and the food were really good. The hosts, specifically Ahmed and Jawed were really helpful. They went out of the way to help surprise my wife with a cake and wine for her birthday.

Cons: The room and bathroom were a little small compared to expectations and a few other Riads we stayed at during out trip.

I really liked the very traditional Moroccan architecture. On top of this, the perfect cleanliness, the space, the rooftop, the open views of the medina. The Riad is not far from major sites. This riad has been a great find, situated in the north Medina, but still quite central, only 10 minutes walk from the Souk. They welcomed us with a traditional Moroccan style mint tea and home made biscuits. I stayed in the Amina room downstairs, very clean with private bathroom (and I specify with door), the bed was so comfortable it was sad leaving it each morning. Breakfast was my favorite time of the day with “home made” variety of bread and cake, yogurt, fresh juice, jam etc. they also have a private hammam where I also had the most amazing massage with argan oil. Nothing was trouble for Ahmed (the manager), Jawad and every single person working in this riad who were genuinely happy to help, who made us feel at home and made our holiday very special. Thank you! I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were incredibly helpful (special shout-out to Syed 1 and 2!) and always going out of their way to support - serving us early breakfast before our excursion/taxi, giving great restaurant recommendations etc

Cons: The location - good that you could walk to the centre of the medina, but wasn’t ideal to walk at night
