Della struttura mi Ăš piaciuta abbastanza la colazione
Cons: Non mi Ăš piaciuto il livello di pulizia, in 4 giorni ho dovuto chiedere io che mi venissero cambiati gli asciugamani visto che non lâhanno mai fatto e ho dovuto perfino chiedere la carta igienica (che mi era stata data giĂ usata). Non mi Ăš piaciuta la posizione perchĂ© era comoda per il giorno ma, una cosa che non ti dicono e che nella Medina, dalle 21:00 circa, le porte di accesso vengono chiuse e, quindi, un turista non sa come muoversi e come raggiungere la struttura visto che, ovviamente, Google Maps non lo riporta.

Riad tipico, incastonato nella Medina (un poâ nascosto ma facilmente raggiungibile) e comodo per visitare i souk. Le camere non sono molto insonorizzate ma non lâho trovato un problema perchĂ© tutti gli ospiti sono stati silenziosi. Colazione ottima! Una mattina in cui dovevamo alzarci presto per unâescursione abbiamo avvisato e ci hanno fatto trovare delle crĂȘpes, frutta e un succo da portare via! Lo staff gentile e disponibile. Le camere veniva riordinate ogni mattina, anche se si potrebbe migliorare un poâ la pulizia (forse noi italiani siamo semplicemente abituati in modo diverso).
Cons: Abbiamo avuto un problema con il transfer Riad-aeroporto: allâarrivo Ăš andato tutto bene, ci ha aspettato fuori dallâaeroporto e portato alle porte dei souk dove ci ha raggiunto la ragazza ed accompagnati al Riad. Per il ritorno invece câĂš stato un problema: abbiamo chiesto il transfer per le 5 di mattina poichĂ© lâaereo partiva presto e i controlli sono lunghi. Nessuno ci ha accompagnati nel luogo ma ci hanno spiegato che era lo stesso posto in cui ci aveva lasciato allâandata, mostrandoci una foto di un van grigio ma senza lasciarci alcun recapito telefonico. Siamo andati lĂŹ in anticipo, ma dopo 40 minuti di attesa nel posto indicato non Ăš arrivato nessuno e abbiamo dovuto chiamare e pagare un taxi per non perdere il volo (nonostante avessimo giĂ pagato i 25⏠del servizio nel Riad), e mentre aspettavamo abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura sia tramite booking sia su un numero whatsapp chiedendo informazioni a riguardo ma nessuno ci ha risposto e tuttora, a distanza di piĂč di 24 ore dal fatto, non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta. Certamente ciĂČ non influisce sulle note positive della struttura, anzi dal momento che siamo stati onesti nello scrivere una recensione in linea con la nostra esperienza e siamo stati sempre gentili, chiediamo dallâaltra parte la stessa gentilezza e cortesia di rispondere e darci una spiegazione per quanto riguarda questo disguido.

Le personnel au petits soins ! Merci à eux ils sont précieux. Le petit déjeuner au top. L'emplacement est paumé au fond d'une ruelle mais au moins on est au calme loin du tumulte bruyant du souk.
Cons: Malheureusement la chambre Safran donne sur l'espace entrée et repas du riad donc moins de silence et moins d'intimité.

Riad Penelope racchiude il fascino di Marrakech in un rifugio di quiete. Le stanze, luminose e curate, profumano di pulito e attenzione al dettaglio. Si trova in una zona centrale eppure meravigliosamente tranquilla, a pochi passi dal cuore della Medina. Alham, Clinton e le ragazze dello staff accolgono con garbo discreto e premura rara, facendoti sentire subito a casa. La colazione Ăš un rituale generoso: prodotti freschi, sapori veri, presentati con stile. Un indirizzo di classe, intimo e impeccabile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Estuvimos solo una noche y llegamos bastante tarde, pero aun asĂ pudimos apreciar que el sitio es muy bonito. Aunque la ubicaciĂłn no es la mejor, en nuestro caso tuvimos que madrugar para coger un aviĂłn, lo que hizo la estancia mĂĄs corta. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad de la chica que nos atendiĂł, que tuvo el detalle de prepararnos el desayuno para llevar, algo que agradecimos muchĂsimo. Sin duda, un trato excelente que marca la diferencia.

Cons: Le riad est au fin fond d'une succession de venelles, impossible d'accĂšs en taxi et oĂč le rĂ©seau pour les applications telle que Maps ne fonctionne pas. Il vous faudra donc la premiĂšre fois bĂ©nĂ©ficier de l'aide locale pour le trouver ( prĂ©voyez un pourboire) Ă l'arrivĂ©e il faut Ă©galement payer les taxes de sĂ©jour non incluses dans le tarif booking. La chambre rouge du rez-de-chaussĂ©e sent et prĂ©sente des traces d'humiditĂ© importantes. Les chambres Ă l'Ă©tage semblaient en meilleur Ă©tat mais Ă©taient malheureusement dĂ©jĂ rĂ©servĂ©es. Oubliez la piscine qui mesure 2 mĂštres sur 3 ! Le WiFi fonctionne vraiment au ralenti, il suffit pour consulter quelques informations mais ne comptez pas faire du tĂ©lĂ©travail.

The location of the Riad was great (in old town, basically in the middle of the zouk) and the staff was super-friendly. Extra kudos for Ahmal who was all the way super-friendly and even made a cake for us.
Cons: The room has little ventilation due to the small window, so the air can get stuck easily. Our room was also on the ground floor, which was really close to the breakfast area, so it got noisy during the morning.

Viene messo a disposizione un terrazzo in comune per potersi riposare, per fumare e per godere del silenzio in piena medina. La posizione à buona perché comunque in piena medina ma prossima alla zona taxi.
Cons: Le stanze risultano un po' piccole, senza televisione, con un bagno senza finestra. In camera solo due finestrine piccole. La nostra stanza era troppo a ridosso della reception e la mattina avevamo tutte le persone fuori alla porta a fare colazione.

Il ragazzo alla reception notturna Ăš stato molto gentile e disponibile, cercando di risolvere immediatamente la situazione e assicurandoci che il giorno successivo avrebbero sistemato tutto. Il giorno dopo, infatti, il problema del condizionatore Ăš stato risolto. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al personale di accoglienza e alla signora delle pulizie, davvero super gentili e disponibili.
Cons: Al nostro arrivo in serata abbiamo riscontrato alcune problematiche nella stanza: lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, il condizionatore che perdeva acqua e un forte odore di muffa nel bagno, tanto da renderne difficile lâutilizzo. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, hanno cercato di attenuare il disagio, ma Ăš un aspetto che dovrebbe essere sistemato in modo definitivo

Cons: After check in, we went out for dinner. When we returned, we found (and killed) 2 bed bugs on the bed. Upon investigation, we found spots from bed bugs everywhere & once we took off the sheets, diatomaceous earth sprinkled all over the mattress. We alerted Clinton, who was on duty at the time & he said he would move us to a new room, but we wanted to leave immediately. He refused to contact his boss to get us a refund and the property has refused a refund.

I ragazzi del Riad sono stati davvero molto accoglienti, sempre gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno dato consigli su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. La zona era ottima, a due passi dal souk e a 10 minuti da piazza Jemaa El Fna, in zona ci sono anche molti ristoranti. Era molto tranquilla anche la sera, ci siamo sempre sentite al sicuro nel rientrare dopo cena (eravamo due ragazze). La colazione buonissima e abbondante. La camera era pulita, tutti i giorni passavano per pulire/sistemare e cambio asciugamani, in generale tutto il riad era molto pulito.

Le personnel (Mohamed, Klinton et Divine) Ă©tait absolument adorable, Ă l'Ă©coute de nos besoins et aux petits soins pour que nous passions le meilleur sĂ©jour possible. La chambre est spacieuse, la SDB au top (grande douche, bien chaude), les matelas ne sont pas trop fermes. L'emplacement est bien, au calme de la mĂ©dina. Le petit dĂ©jeuner rĂ©pond aux attentes. Enfin, la terrasse est ouverte et accessible 24/24 ce qui est un vrai avantage. Le puit de jour est couvert en cette saison ce qui fait qu'il ne fait pas trop froid dans le riad, c'est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Nous Ă©tions dans la queen size suite, au premier Ă©tage (ce qui est un avantage si vous ne voulez pas ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ© trop tĂŽt par les vacanciers qui prennent leurs petits-dĂ©jeuners dans le patio au rez-de-chaussĂ©e).
Cons: La porte d'entrĂ©e est vĂ©tuste et grince beaucoup quand les vacanciers rentrent le soir, elle pourrait ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ©e pour ĂȘtre plus silencieuse. Le quartier est placĂ© dans une zone qui ne capte pas bien le rĂ©seau. Je n'ai pas eu de difficultĂ©s avec les appels mais la connexion Ă internet Ă©tait trĂšs lente voire impossible. Je ne recommanderai pas ce riad Ă quelqu'un qui a besoin d'une grosse connexion internet (tĂ©lĂ©travail par exemple).

Cons: Terrible experience â definitely not recommended. The room was extremely humid and completely unfit for living. It was nothing like the photos or the description. The manager ignored all my messages, which is unacceptable for any guest. They also claimed there is parking, but the parking is actually far away and very inconvenient. This place is misleading, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

De eerste nacht kregen we een andere kamer, dat was fijn, maar ook deze was niet goed door te luchten. De tweede nacht was alles volgeboekt en hadden we onze eigen kamer. Verder is het heel erg gehorig. Er kwamen mensen laat binnen en gingen vroeg weg. Dit gaf veel overlast.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel/riad. Alles was ongelooflijk schoon; tijdens onze hele reis hebben we geen enkel beestje gezien. De airco werkte perfect, de douche was heerlijk en het hele verblijf voelde comfortabel aan. Het personeel was werkelijk geweldig. Iedereen was oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelfs op onze laatste dag, toen we heel vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten, is de medewerker van het ontbijt speciaal vroeg opgestaan om ons toch iets mee te geven. Iedere keer dat we iemand van het personeel tegenkwamen, werd er vriendelijk gevraagd hoe het met ons ging en of we misschien thee wilden. Die persoonlijke aandacht maakte ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Daarnaast is de locatie ideaal. Binnen een paar minuten lopen door de sfeervolle straatjes sta je al midden in de medina.

Nice riad in the center of Marrakech Medina with beautiful interior and rooms. Our room had all necessary for the comfortable stay. The staff were good and kind, they supplied us with early breakfast as we had early excursion and bus to another city.
Cons: It's just a little bit hard to see the name of the riad in the narrow street as the view to the sign is closed by plants on the street. A lack of information about using of riad facilities like water reservoir which is somehow marked as swimming pool on Booking.com.

The riad is comfortable and very close to the souk, but located on a quiet street. They waited for us to check in late and were always very kind in giving us directions. Large, comfortable room, very comfortable bed, ample space, large bathroom. Tastefully furnished and clean. Really beautiful terrace.

FrĂŒhstĂŒck war super, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter auch (wenn auch groĂe Schwierigkeiten uns sprachlich (Englisch) und kulturell zu verstehen).
Cons: Die Lage ist sehr versteckt, man muss durch viele Hintergassen. Im Stadtkern zu hausen können wir generell nicht empfehlen. Es ist laut (insb. von Fahrzeugen die durch die engen Gassen brettern), schmutzig und stinkt. Genauso schlimm wie diese Merkmale sind die widerlichen VerkĂ€ufer (sei es in den LĂ€den der Stadtmitte oder auf dem Gauklermarkt), jede Unterhaltung, jede Gestik wird genutzt um dich ĂŒber den Tisch zu ziehen. Man fĂŒhlt sich (auch im Stadtkern) sehr sicher, da hat die Regierung sicherlich ganze Arbeit geleistet. Doch die Abzocke durch Preis und mindere QualitĂ€t der GĂŒter dĂŒrfen wir auch als eine Art Raub interpretieren. Sehr uneinladend. In den Randbezirken ist diese schamlose Dreistigkeit (gepaart mit der kulturell agressiven Art der Kommunikation) sehr viel seltener anzutrefffen. Nehmen Sie kein Hotel im Stadtkern!

Cons: Avevo prenotato tramite il Riad il servizio taxi dall'aeroporto alla struttura per le ore 8:00 del mattino, orario previsto di arrivo del mio volo. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema con il volo e, ben tre ore prima dellâorario previsto di arrivo, ho prontamente avvisato il Riad tramite la chat di Booking che sarei invece arrivata alle 20:00. Mi sono anche scusata per lâimprevisto. Dopo sette ore, ho ricevuto una risposta sgarbata in cui mi veniva detto che il tassista mi aveva atteso tutta la mattina e che avrei dovuto comunque pagare i 20⏠pattuiti. Ho provato a spiegare che lâinconveniente era stato tempestivamente comunicato e che câera tutto il tempo per annullare il taxi. Non avendo contatti telefonici, la chat di Booking era lâunico canale disponibile. Nonostante ciĂČ, ho ricevuto unâulteriore risposta maleducata, in cui veniva ribadito che dovevo pagare lâintero importo. Alla mia domanda sul perchĂ© il tassista, non vedendomi arrivare, non avesse provato a contattarmi, la risposta Ăš stata la stessa: dovevo pagare. Ho anche cercato una soluzione intermedia, offrendo 10⏠come rimborso parziale per lâinconveniente, ma mi Ăš stato imposto di pagare lâintera somma. Consiglio vivamente di NON prenotare il servizio taxi tramite il Riad: Ăš costoso e poco trasparente, con il rischio concreto di ritrovarsi in situazioni spiacevoli come la mia. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno: Il Riad Ăš carino, niente di eccezionale, ma neanche brutto. La camera "Lotus" Ăš piccola, senza finestre, e allâingresso si avverte un forte odore di chiuso e umiditĂ . Ă necessario lasciare lâaria condizionata accesa per rendere lâambiente piĂč confortevole. Sarebbe utile specificare su Booking che la colazione inizia alle 8:00, visto che molte escursioni partono alle 7:30 e di conseguenza si perde la colazione. Wi-Fi debole e poco affidabile.

Si sales andando hacia la plaza llegas en menos de 10 minutos. Si te diriges hacia el otro lado, estĂĄs a menos de 5 minutos de una parada de taxis y punto de encuentro de salidas de excursiones. Aunque estĂĄ tan cerca de todo, es un lugar muy tranquilo y sin bullicio. La limpieza es Ăłptima. Mis hijos de 17 años se alojaban en una habitaciĂłn y les doblaban hasta la ropa. Los desayunos son imperiales: zumo, yogures, tortilla, crepes, tortitas, mermeladas, miel... Los dĂas que tenĂamos que marchar antes del horario marcado para desayunar, se levantaban antes para servirnos igualmente. ÂĄTotalmente recomendable! ÂĄNo se puede pedir mĂĄs por ese precio!

Wunderschönes Riad in perfekter Lage. Wir waren quasi inmitten der Souks. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren alle sehr freundlich und nett! Besonders viel hatten wir mit Mohammed zu tun, der wirklich sehr zuvorkommend war. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck wurde sich viel MĂŒhe gegeben und uns wurden tĂ€glich wechselnde marrokinische Speisen serviert. Toll war das wir eine funktionierende Klimaanlage hatten. Die brauch man auch bei dem Wetter!
Cons: Leider hatten wir nur etwas "Zimmerpech". Wir erhielten das kleinste Zimmer direkt im Erdgeschoss - ohne Fenster wodurch es sehr dunkel ist. Ăber der Dusche an der Decke war auch Schimmel, was wahrscheinlich auf das fehlende Fenster zurĂŒckzufĂŒhren ist. So ganz sauber war das Zimmer leider auch nicht. Da das Riad aber wunderschön ist und die anderen Zimmer wahrscheinlich etwas schicker wĂŒrde ich es weiterempfehlen. Gibt einfach bei der Buchung an das ihr nicht ins EG wollt wenn möglich ;)

C'est la 14 Úme fois que nous allons à Marrakech. C'est un quartier calme, le Riad est propre, les petits déjeuners sont suffisamment copieux et bons, la chambres est fonctionnelle et assez grande ainsi que la salle de bain. Merci à Smail pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, c'est le responsable du Riad en l'absence du propriétaire Français.
Cons: Tout d'abord sa localisation, mĂȘme s'il est situĂ© juste Ă cĂŽtĂ© de la mĂ©dina, il se trouve au bout du bout de la derniĂšre ruelle de la medina ! C'est un labyrinthe pour y aller, on s'est perdu deux fois, pourtant nous avons l'habitude de Marrakech. DeuxiĂšmement, Le Wifi est quasiment inexistant et trĂšs trĂšs lent. TroisiĂšmement nous avons eu un soucis avec la chambre "Lotus". En effet, outre le fait qu'il n'y a AUCUNE intimitĂ© car pas de porte isolante juste Ă cĂŽtĂ© du patio et des petits dĂ©jeuners, des le premier jour Ă notre arrivĂ©e, il y avait une odeur de moisi Ă cĂŽtĂ© de notre lit. (Le lit est accolĂ© au mur de la cuisine) nous l'avons signalĂ© de suite Ă Smail qui Ă demandĂ© le lendemain, au PropriĂ©taire Français si nous pouvions changer de chambre avec une chambre Ă l'Ă©tage pour les 2 soirĂ©es restantes sur les 4. Et lĂ le propriĂ©taire lui rĂ©ponds que Oui moyennant un supplĂ©ment de 15 ⏠par nuit restantes ! et c'est bien lĂ le plus grave, nous avons bien sĂ»r refusĂ© car nous trouvons vraiment ANTI COMMERCIAL de demander un supplĂ©ment (quel qu'il soit) alors que nous souhaitions un chambre tout simplement sans odeur ! Le problĂšme venant d'eux, la moindre des choses, c'est de proposer une solution sans coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire Ă ses clients ! Etant patron moi mĂȘme, je trouve cette façon de faire complĂštement anti commerciale. Nous n'y reviendrons pas pour cette raison.

Itâs a small, clean and quiet, rather modern riad in Medina. We had the queen deluxe suite (Hibiscus) which is a large and very nice room with a/c, coffee machine and capsules. Its private bathroom has ventilation, a hair dryer, toiletries, towels & bath robes and cotton buds. We liked breakfast very much because it was rich and tasty. We greatly enjoyed the rooftop. There are sunbeds, coaches, and coffee tables between, both in the shade and in the sun. The vivid green plants embellish the sight. The staff was kind and helpful. Laurent welcomed us both politely and friendly, offered us a map and pointed to the main sights. He was caring throughout our entire stay. Thank you for informing us we need online reservation for Jardin Majorelle! We appreciate the time shared with Smail, smoking, drinking coffee and talking about Moroccan culture, education and social life.
Cons: Location could be a plus, but also a minus. Even if it is in Medina, itâs a bit far away from the main square and difficult to find. To a European, the area might seem scary, especially at night. Winding through a labyrinth like life journey, causing problems to Google Maps, the streets are safe and there are no rats, just cats!!! Het verblijf was zeer fijn! De gastheren Ismael en Lujaine zijn echt heel vriendelijk en denken graag met je mee. Het ontbijt is lekker en divers en je hebt de keuze om in de buitenlucht te ontbijten. De kamer was ruim, schoon en netjes. We konden op elk moment terug naar de riad om bij te komen. Ismael was heel de dag door telefonisch bereikbaar voor aanbevelingen of hulp, wat erg fijn was! Ook heel veel tips gekregen voor in Marrakech zelf. Kortom, wij hebben zeer genoten van het verblijf. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en een aanrader voor iedereen!

La situaciĂłn es estupenda. A tan sĂłlo 5 minutos caminando al lugar donde recogen a los turistas para todas las excursiones (y tambiĂ©n donde paran los taxis: 10⏠hasta el aeropuerto) y a 15 minutos caminando hasta la plaza Jemma Fna mientras recorres calles llenas de tiendas. No hay nada de ruido, asĂ que dormir es un placer despuĂ©s de un dĂa de turismo. La atenciĂłn de Smail y el resto de trabajadores es fantĂĄstica. Te explica todos los lugares bonitos para ver. Siempre estĂĄn dispuestos a ayudarte y aconsejarte. El desayuno estĂĄ buenĂsimo y es muy completo. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si llegas de noche, recomiendo contratar el servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto al Riad. Los coches no pueden entrar en la Medina, asĂ que donde para te espera un trabajador del Riad y te lleva hasta la misma puerta.

Petit riad de 5 chambres au coeur de la médina. Tous les sites sont accessibles facilement à pied, nombreux restaurants autour du riad. La chambre est confortable et propre. La terrasse est trÚs agréable pour profiter de la douceur du climat, au calme. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, variés et avec des produits locaux pour découvrir quelques spécialités. L'équipe est aux petits soins, discrÚte et disponible. Un grand merci à l'équipe et en particulier à Smail pour son accueil et son accompagnement (excursions, internet, navette aéroport...), ces beaux moments d'échanges et ses conseils. Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour.

It was a lovely little Riad with amazing staff. Very close to everything. Breakfast was lovely and we were able to chill on sunroof after checkout before flight. Please if you follow google maps, it will take you to a T junction in an alleyway....turn right and keep going to you Tracy the dead end where you will find the entrance. It probably less than a minute further to walk but I was getting worried not to find it.

The location was good and the rooms were quite spacious. The riad itself is on a quiet spot in the midst of Medina.
Cons: Review Our stay at the riad was unfortunately not as enjoyable as we had hoped. While many praised the service, we had a less positive experience with the manager. He often made long phone calls that disrupted the tranquility of the riad, especially as the building is quite echo-prone. Additionally, he lingered at our table longer than we were comfortable with, which made us feel uneasy. We also noticed inconsistencies with pricing; the return trip was suddenly charged higher than the initial journey. The riad itself is in a good location, but reaching it requires walking through some rather deserted alleys, which might not suit everyone. While the riad is generally quiet, the poor sound insulation made it less relaxing. On top of that, service-related requests were frequently overlooked, requiring us to follow up several times to get things done. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and we wouldnât recommend it for those seeking seamless service and true peace of mind.

Cons: The receptionist was abrupt with my driver and insisted he only spoke French. We parked where he said. There was no one available to meet us. We looked for place with GPS for half an hour. There was no signs nearby with name of place. None of stall holders knew this place. He didnât answer the phone again. In the end we gave up and I had to find another place to stay. With other riads they have met at taxi point. GPS is very patchy in the old town.

La stanza pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Ottima colazione, abbondante e con ottimi prodotti! Was a quick turnaround here, we got in late and left early. The man that worked that night was great, very helpful and kind, even did the quick early breakfast for us when we left. Finding the place was a bit difficult, no signs and at the end of a narrow path. Don't think about being lost Google maps will take you there.
Cons: only saw a small wading pool, didn't use, Wifi was good and room was comfortable after we put a towel over the bathroom floor drain.

Cons: Notre réservation n était pas sûre à l arrivée, le réceptionniste obligé de contacter le propriétaire en France pour confirmer notre réservation et le nom de la chambre parmi les 5. Pas de possibilité de restauration au sein du Riad alors que critÚres de sélection lors du choix du riad, les repas ne se font plus faute de personnel. Petit bassin à l entrée pas trÚs propre, heureusement eau mise en mouvement les jours d aprÚs donnant une meilleure image. 2eme petit déjeuner servi au bout de 45 minutes d attente, table non dressée, oubli de certains plats alors que excursion prévue rdv impératif, personnel prévenu mais cuisiniÚre ne travaillant pas le dimanche, autre personnel plus lent nous retardant. Terrasse avec banquettes pas trÚs propre, serviettes étendues pour sécher, terrasse pas assez mise en valeur.

My partner and I spent a few days at this lovely riad, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. While it was a bit tricky to find initially, GPS stops you before reaching the riad in the heart of the medina, once we figured it out, it was absolutely worth it. The riad is a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling streets. The cleanliness was impeccable, and our room was in perfect condition, cosy, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the lady cleaning the rooms, who did a fantastic job and ensured fresh towels every day. The manager was incredibly welcoming, always ready to help, and it was a pleasure chatting with him during our stay. Breakfast was great, delicious, and with a variety of options. It was slightly different each day, and while we had better breakfasts in other riads, it was still a fantastic way to start the day. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat for anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and memorable stay in the heart of the medina!
Cons: The riad recommended the "Spa Ă Yin De Jade," but for us, it was a massive no. Unfortunately, we felt it was a waste of money and didnât meet our expectations at all. That being said, our stay at the riad was still amazing, and if you skip the spa, youâll have a truly wonderful experience.

It's located in the middle of Medina so lots of attractions are walk distance. Very quiet so not noisy at all during the night and breakfast is very nice.

The Riad is beautiful but what really made the experience was Smail. He is the most kindhearted person, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, I got sick with food poisoning after visiting a restaurant in Marrakech, and Smail helped me so much. I canât put in words how much grateful I am for all his assistance. Good location, about a 5 min walk from the road access to the riad and a lovely cafe with a terrace nearby. Great host, and facilities (we used the rooftop terrace and pool once and it was nice and refreshing). Rooms were nice and clean with aircon and comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good too. The host Smile was helpful and answered any questions we had.

En ocasiones tenĂamos que salir muy temprano para las excursiones que habĂamos contratado y nos lo preparĂł sin problemas. La habitaciĂłn muy fresquita con el aire acondicionado. Lugar muy tranquilo para descansar aunque nosotros estĂĄbamos en las habitaciones de la planta baja y se escuchaba hablar a las personas que estaban fuera. Se retrasĂł el vuelo y nos esperaron hasta altas horas de la madrugada sin problema.

Buena ubicaciĂłn a 5 minutos de la Medina (plaza Jemaa el Fna) y el trato del dueño del Riad (Smile) que en todo momento estuvo pendiente de todo lo que nos hiciera falta. Nos dio agua para las excursiones, nos imprimiĂł los billetes de aviĂłn de regreso a España que habĂa que tenerlos en papel y no tenĂa por quĂ© ir fuera y molestarse en imprimirlos e incluso a mi amigo le limpiĂł la maleta de cuero con grasa al verla desgastada y sucia. Nos indicĂł los sitios mas econĂłmicos para comer para que no nos engañaran, por no decir del desayuno que era abundante y muy bueno. Sin duda, buen anfitriĂłn.

La struttura si presenta benissimo e poter utilizzare la piscina Ăš stato un toccasana per la stanchezza data dal caldo di agosto! Nota di merito per la colazione che era buonissima e sempre ricca. Posizione ottima all'interno della medina. A 10 minuti dalla piazza principale (Jama El Fna).

Smail est un bon gestionnaire sur place contrairement au propriétaire des lieux un certains Philipe.
Cons: La chambre LOTUS était trop petite sans aucune intimité et sans aération. Quand on a demandé de changer la chambre, le proprio nous a facturé 42euro de plus. La localisation du Riad n'est pas top dans des petites ruelles éloignées et le petit déjeuner était également du bricolage.

Todo. El trato de Smail inmejorable, el Riad precioso, limpio, acogedor. Los desayunos buenĂsimos. Desde que pusimos los pies en el aeropuerto, Smail se encargĂł de que todo saliera perfecto. Contratamos con Ă©l el servicio de taxi para llevarnos al Riad porque llegamos muy tarde a la noche y cuando nos llevĂł el taxi a la zona mĂĄs cercana del Riad (no pueden entrar los coches hasta la puerta) allĂ nos estaba esperando Ă©l personalmente para acompañarnos. Que aunque estĂĄ cerca, si no conoces la Medina, es muy aconsejable. Y asĂ toda la estancia. Nos ha cuidado increĂble con toda su informaciĂłn y ayuda. AsĂ que sĂłlo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento de todo corazĂłn. Salam Alaikum.

A nosaltres ens va preparar un esmorzar per endur un dia que tenĂem una excursiĂł molt aviat, i ens va avisar que havĂem d'imprimir les targetes d'embarcament per tornar a casa i ens les va imprimir ell mateix. TambĂ© es va oferir a acompanyar-nos a buscar un taxi el dia que marxĂ vem cap a casa. L'esmorzar Ă©s abundant i deliciĂłs. Les habitacions sĂłn cĂČmodes i la piscina i el terrat del riad sĂłn espais molt macos. Si tornem a Marrakesh, ens tornarem a allotjar aquĂ si podem! Moltes grĂ cies :)

Owner/mgr was very nice, offered lots of suggestions/tips. The riad location was in the upper part of the Medina, at the end of an alley, so it was super calm. We found this part of the Medina to be more organized and shop keepers far less aggressive compared to the lower region we stayed in the night before.

La disponibilité de Smaïn et sa gentillesse.
Cons: Le propriĂ©taire pour son cĂŽtĂ© hautain et trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able Ă la limite de l'impolitesse lorsque nous l'avons joint par tĂ©lĂ©phone pour nous indiquer le chemin jusqu'au riad. Nous avons mis plus de 35 minutes Ă trouver le chemin chargĂ©es comme des mules sous une chaleur avoisinant les 40 degrĂ©s. Le propriĂ©taire nous a crachĂ© au visage qu'il suffisait de mettre le GPS et que ce n'Ă©tait pas si difficile. Joint par tĂ©lĂ©phone une seconde fois il nous a carrĂ©ment raccrochĂ© au nez. Le mitigeur dans la douche doit ĂȘtre remplacĂ©. Nous nous sommes ebouillantĂ©es. Ce riad sans la prĂ©sence de SmaĂŻn est Ă Ă©viter.

Cons: 1. Wifi - in fact, there were no WiFi there (unstable with speed less than 1 mbs). Manager promised to solve this problem next day, but did nothing. He recommended to message (whatâs up) owner - I did this (see screenshot ), but nothing. It seems like they donât pay provider for normal tariff, all cafes around have normal WiFi. So manager recommended just to buy SIM card - so we did this, paid extra in terms of money and time. 2. Entrance to the room and especially to bathroom is really dangerous (see screenshot) - several times we hit shoulders, itâs inevitable obviously. For children may be ok, but not for average-sized adults - very unsafe. 3. Breakfast is poor, orange juice is not fresh, cheap coffee, etc.

Colazione ottima, ogni giorno ci hanno stupito con pietanze tipiche cucinate al momento, con la possibilitĂ di gustarle nella hall o nel rooftop; posizione fantastica nel cuore della Medina, a due passi da jardeen secret, da Madrasa di Ben Youssef e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale di Marrakech (Jemaa el-Fnaa). Una menzione speciale va fatta allâ host Smail per la sua gentilezza ospitalitĂ e disponibilitĂ , ci ha aiutato fin dalla prima sera a risolvere dei problemi che abbiamo avuto con i bancomat, ci ha dato suggerimenti su cosa vedere e ha organizzato per noi la gita nel deserto (esperienza fantastica!!!).
