Fantastic Riad, the decor is exceptional but the staff really make this place - Cristina and her team were attentive to all our needs even prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing retreat. We could not have asked for more from our stay and hope to be back again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and welcomed, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time. The riad itself is stunning—beautifully designed with so much attention to detail, creating a calm and authentic atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the space. One of the highlights of our stay was the hammam, which was truly fantastic. It was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience, and a perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would definitely return. A perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and exceptional hospitality.

We had the Aladin room (which is one of the larger rooms) and it was great with everything we needed. The reception staff were very attentive of our needs and were there to help 24/7 - great service. This was a well kept and stylish Riad (actually technically a Dar as there is no central garden - but this is the case in all Medina properties - none of them/very few are actually Riads - a minor nerdy point!).
Cons: The Aladin room, whilst larger, is at the far end of the property overlooking a road with some cafe/shops - during the day this is noisy, and at night (at least until midnight) there is road noise and people talking - this didn't bother me, but my partner was kept awake one night. The regular rooms are "comfortable", but do not give much space aside form the bed and immediate surrounds - so think about one of the superior larger rooms (like the Aladin) if you want to move around a bit.

Perfect location and loved the decor and ambiance. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. They all spoke English . We were in the Prestige Suite. Fridge, tv in room & small hairdryer on bathroom wall. Handy hint for the shower, when facing controls turn dial to left then it takes at least 6 mins for hot water & it’s a good shower. Had shower cap with me but they may be available on request. Good aircon which is heating too. There is no alcohol available but you can visit other Riads if you want to have a drink on their terrace.
Cons: Fringes on rug in seated area in our room need attention asap but everything else was great.

Très bon emplacement. Riad très calme. Personnel attentif.

The staff exceeded my expectations — genuinely kind, welcoming, and hospitable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The riad was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Excellent location.
Cons: The driver assigned to me was rude and unfriendly and informed me that he does not carry bags, which led me to refuse the ride. When I spoke with the manager, they brushed it off and agreed that drivers do not carry luggage. I ended up calling an Uber for much less, and the driver was happy to help with my bag. I recommend not using their driver services. Uber was easier, cheaper and much more friendly. That said, this incident did not take away from my overall experience. The riad itself was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were hospitable, amazing, warm, and welcoming. I found the space very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, I truly loved my stay and would return for the riad and staff alone.

We booked this property for our last night in Morocco before heading back home on long flights. Amina and her daughter Asma treated us to the most relaxing Hammam and massage! This property is beautiful, very convenient location, close to a lot of restaurants, souq and attractions. Very helpful and courteous staff. I wish it had a restaurant though - that's the ONLY thing missing. Would have been nice to enjoy dinner at the property after a spa treatment, rather than go out again.

On our first visit to Marrakesh, we chose the Perlekesh Riad based on Trip Advisor reviews - and could not have been happier or better cared for! The owner, Cristina, was in contact from the day of our booking to the last hour of our stay, with information on touring about and arranging airport transit and a porter who carried our bags from our hired car on the street through a brief alleyway to the riad front door. Behind the door you are met with a completely delightful experience and a warm welcome. The riad itself unfolds before your eyes- the front lobby area opens up into a sumptuous traditional-style Moroccan interior courtyard with a central fountain, flanked by four large alcoves, all decorated in luxurious textiles, and beautifully curated paintings, pottery - all providing a private, cool, and peaceful space shielded from the dusty and chaotic outside world. A beautiful staircase off the front lobby leads to a floor of private bedrooms and balconies facing inward, reflecting traditional Islamic values of privacy and serenity. The staircase climbs further to the roof terrace where the spa, pool and canopied lounge areas are equally inviting. Our room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, wardrobe and lovely, well-appointed tiled bath. Windows in the bedroom areas are mirrored, so you may draw back the lovely drapes, let in the natural light and look through to the balcony and lounge below- a nice touch which makes the room feel even more open. And the air conditioning in our room was divine - and so welcome after a day in the heat of the Medina or touring the Jardins Marjorelle! While we did not book any spa treatments, we did avail ourselves of the small rooftop pool for a post-breakfast plunge and a welcome dunking after a day in the sun - nothing like the still-warm desert sun after a cold plunge! Last, but certainly not least, the entire staff at the Perlekesh are kind, lovely and professional. We look forward to our return- thank you!

The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout and the riad so clean. Was lovely to have the terrace and pool to cool down. Breakfast was large, with a wide choice of options. Air con was good to have - both in the room and dining area.
Cons: I initially couldn’t find the pre booked taxi on arrival at Marrakech airport but later saw the driver had messaged me on WhatsApp - I just didn’t have data at that point. We did spot him eventually but his sign wasn’t very clear. A very pleasant driver though and the car had air con.

This Riad provided an excellent base for our blended family of 7. We were the only guest so it felt like a private. House with attentive and helpful staff to hand. The property looks basic and plain from the outside as do most buildings in Marrakech, however, internally it is ornately decorated to a high spec. Breakfast is included and generally comprises a plate of scrambled egg, ham & cheese slice; accompanied by a fruit bowl with yoghurt, Moroccan tea & juice.

It was so beautiful and quiet. Many people say they are woke by noise or call to prayer but we didn’t at all. The pool was lovely. But it was the staff that made everything about our stay perfect. They answered all questions, gave directions, suggested restaurants, carried luggage, packed a breakfast to go when we left and took us and our luggage to the tour meeting place up the street at 7am. I cannot express how lovely they were to us. We brought our 7year old and saw a few kids. The bedding was stellar and we always enjoyed walking into the cam cool riad after a crazy day in Marrakech.
Cons: It was a 10-15 min walk to the square. On the plus side, it was a calmer area that had some souks and restaurants but wasn’t quite as intense. But leaving thr main tourist area for a small hike home in 100 degree heat wasn’t ideal. But hey it was June in Marrakech. And oh the joy when we walked into it!

Cristina and the whole team were fantastic. So accommodating and friendly. They helped organise exertions, restaurants and activities for us, including a spa and hamman experience, which was divine. The Riad is in a great location, easy walking distance to all the main spots which meant we didn’t need to get taxis. Tucked away in one of the many alleyways, you’d never know such a gem existed. Everything is spotless, with a calming ambience and the rooms are comfortable, and felt very opulent! We loved the roof terrace and pool to cool off too.

Cons: I dont think you should offer rooms right next to the kitchen on Ground floor. Woken up by the food preparation at 7.45am. If you do offer this room you should make it clear in the description. Also, many other riads allocate the ground level as public shared space for guests. To use it for bedrooms is not ideal. It creates a lack of privacy, and again is something you should highlight in your description Also woken up all night by a noisy a/c system. On the first night it was OK

Cons: While the service from the staff was kind and helpful, my stay at this hotel was unfortunately a very disappointing experience, to the point that my daughter and I decided to leave a night early despite already paying for the full stay. The owners made us feel unwelcome and honestly, like criminals. There are several serious issues that guests should be aware of. First, much of what is advertised is misleading. There is no live music, no alcohol service, no food options beyond a basic breakfast. The property operates more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with an overwhelming number of strict rules that make the environment feel restrictive and unwelcoming. What’s worse, there were discriminatory policies in place — for example, guests with henna are not welcome, which is both offensive and unacceptable. The owners use surveillance as a primary way of communication, even housekeeping goes through your trash and reports back to them, and they will confront you directly about anything they disapprove of. I’ve traveled extensively and have never been treated with such disrespect. Despite the potential of the space, the atmosphere created by the owners made it impossible to feel comfortable or valued. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful hospitality experience. The owners have clearly never worked with guests and they are not looking to create a customer-centric business.

Beautiful, luxurious and calm riad in the heart of Marrakech's bustling Medina. After a busy day of touring, we were welcomed with tea and cookies. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Impeccably clean and exquisitely decorated. Lovely having breakfast on the rooftop patio. Pool on the rooftop. is small- just for dunking. The only complaint we have is the recommendations of your guides given by the owner. We were taken to stores where they harassed us into buying things. They didn't know the history well, and their English was not great. Find tour guides on GetYourGuide or other means. Other than that, se thoroughly enjoyed this lovely gem in the Medina.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Perlekech! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure every need was met with a smile. Their exceptional service truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. The riad is stunning, every detail and every decor is elegant and accurate. The location is perfect — it's ideally situated in the medina and within walking distance to every central attraction. Our room was lovely and spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay and the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated our afternoon in the Spa, the Hammam and the massage were superb. Our experience was also great thanks to the many services proposed and arranged by the riad, which were absolutely perfect; lots of interesting and enjoyable activities with professional tour guides and drivers. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay and we highly recommend this riad. Thank you Cristina and the wonderful Staff, we will definitely be back!

its location is ideal, just a short distance from all the major tourist spots, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. the hotel itself exuded authentic Moroccan charm, with its beautifully designed interiors that reflect traditional craftsmanship, rich colors, and intricate details. the atmosphere is warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between comfort and cultural immersion. and above all the personalized service and attentiveness made the experience feel special. The roof top is an additional benefit with the opportunity to relax and take in the feel of Marrakesh city!
Cons: Theres nothing really negative to say about the Perlekech. One small aspect to get used to is that many of the room windows open towards the hotels inner hall area rather than facing outward. however, this design adds to ther riad-style authenticity and odes not take away from the overall comfort and experience.

This Riad is amazing and much more! Starting with the most welcoming owners, Pedro and Cristina. You will see them all the time ensuring your stay is nothing but perfect! And you can rely on them for great tips (don’t miss having dinner at Comptoir Darna)! The staff is extremely helpful and kind, always with the most warm smile! The location is great! Super near the Medina, souk and jemaa el-fnaa square, but easily accessible by car/taxi, different from the Riads located inside the Medina, where you will have to carry your bags for dozens of alleys. Thank you so much for the unforgettable time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Perlekech Riad. It's a small and beautiful property, and the staff are wonderful and very security-conscious. We also booked a hammam and massage at their hotel which I highly recommend. The room had a small refrigerator, and they kept us well stocked with water. From the hotel you can walk to the main square in 10 minutes, and they are located near a bunch of vendors and small restaurants at the edge of the old city.
Cons: It's actually hard to get in touch with the hotel by phone. Our airport pickup driver was slightly late and the phone number listed wouldn't connect. We mentioned this at the front desk and they said that they are updating the website with their new number and WhatsApp contact. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:30am but actually many of the tours leave earlier to beat the heat. The staff was helpful in packing fruit, water and yogurt so make sure to inform them about your tour schedule in advance.

Great location, with a good selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk and the main square 15 minutes away. The owner, Cristina, the owner and the staff could not be more accommodating and helpful. Good size room with ensuite bathroom and shower. We always felt very safe in the area and airport transfers are available.
Cons: Nothing of note.

- Spa/hammam was a magnificent experience - Staff, very attentive/friendly - Great location - Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed. - Good breakfast - Very well decorated/classy
Cons: - We ran out of hot water several times while bathing - A/C did not work on the second night. Manager/owner (I guess he was the owner) when called implied we did not know how to use the A/C and mentioned that even if there were mini-splits in each of the rooms all of these worked jointly and were not available for cold mode (as it was winter). My wife and I need a cold room to sleep, so that was an inconvenience. Make sure you triple check this if you need A/C at your will.

Staying at Perlekech Riad was a highlight of our stay in Morroco.Nestled near the bustling medina of Marrakech, riad Parlekech is a true gem. From the start it was great experience. We were greeted with warm hospitality , Riad is designed and done better than any palace we visited in this country. Its courtyard is elegantly decorated. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings is truly impressive, creating a luxurious yet homely ambience. We didn't use spa service and pool but rooftop terrace offers ideal place to enjoy your tea or fresh orange juce. The staff was so attentive and friendly , always ready to assist with any requests and the owners are definitely the nicest people we met during our stay in Morroco. Their genuine hospitality adds a personal touch to our stay, making it memorable. Thank you Cristina ,Pedro and all the staff

From the moment we walked into this beautiful Riad we felt an air of tranquility & calmness. The staff are friendly & welcoming & couldn't do enough. Our hosts Christina & Pedro are wonderful hosts. Its such a hidden gem & as an art lover it's a feast for the eyes filled with beautiful furniture & authentic objects. We booked 2 tours with Christina's help & both our guides were informative and friendly. Location is great & close to all attractions.Breakfast was tasty and plentiful & served as an art - a great way to start each day. We celebrated New Year's Eve with Christina, Pedro & all the staff & other guests - what a great night of music, dance, fun & a tasty meal which brought us on a journey of all things Moroccan. I booked a Spa treatment for New Year's Day, it was relaxing & intimate & a great way to start off the New Year. We travel as much as we can, this was one of our favourite stays ever. We felt we arrived as visitors & left as friends & we hope to revisit soon. It was an absolute pleasure & privilege to stay here & would highly recommend it!

After doing a great deal of research for our first trip to Marrakech we decided this was the place for us., and were definitely not disappointed. This Riad is outstanding in every way, simply stunning with great attention to detail and immaculately clean. The location is perfect with all the main attractions within walking distance. Owners Cristina and Pedro are the perfect hosts and are always on hand to give any advice needed regarding the city , and can also help to book excursions for you . Breakfast is delicious served either indoors or on the rooftop . The spar which is based in the Riad is a must do , the ladies that run it are very professional , I totally recommend the Hammam with a toning massage (sheer bliss) A special shout out to all the staff , they really do go that extra mile , so attentive and nothing is too much trouble to them The Perlekech Riad is a touch of class , we can not rate this establishment highly enough .

rooms beautifully decorated, owners very nice, staff friendly and helpful
Cons: I am surprised at all the glowing reviews. In my opinion that this Riad is massively overpriced for what it is - the rooms are extremely loud with thin walls and lack of privacy, particularly when staying on the ground floor. Breakfast is average at best, swimming pool is not heated or cleaned and too small to swim. Whilst owners are very nice and Riad is beautifully decorated and wants to convey sense of luxury, there is nothing which justifies the high price, compared to other Riads in Medina . Based on other reviews and photos, I was expecting to stay in a luxury accommodation, so this was a disappointing experience and I would not book again

This is a very beautiful and sympathetically re-created Riad. The owners were available during the day and could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Every room is unique and outstandingly decorated. The breakfast was excellent, a healthy and nourishing start to the day. We appreciated this being included in the price - unlike some other Riads. A great rooftop to relax with small pool. The location was outstanding, in a peaceful quiet alley just 5 mins to the souks, 10 mins to the main square and 20 mins to the Jardin Majorelle. We would highly recommend Perlekech (Pearl of Marrakech) to others and will definitely be returning.

Cons: Unfortunately we didn’t get the experience that we were looking for at this riad! The room was Very small Very Dark Noisy near the breakfast area and the lobby! And on the top the air conditioning was not working.. we did not sleep the first night ! I asked to change the room but the owner told us they were full which is False because I saw availability on booking.. the next night the group of 11 people ordered KFC and eat in the lobby around 10:30 PM.. usually you can order but you can not eat like and making noises you have to eat in your room… very bad experience in Marrakech!!!! Amazing Riad in a great location only minutes to everything you want to see in the Old City / Souq area of Marrakech! Cute, quirky rooms (only 9 of them) and then a great rooftop pool / hammam / sunbed location that really puts it a but above other places in the area. A quick dive in the pool on a hot day was so refreshing and the Hammam Spa and Massage treatment was absolutely excellent. Staff went above and beyond in every regard - whether it is serving drinks and appetizers on the rooftop day or night, to the homemade breakfasts, to arranging trips and airport transfers and anything else.
Cons: Nothing to really fix - everything was spot on the entire time!

The owners and staff were absolutely charming and anticipated all our needs. Welcoming and professional, they made our stay very comfortable and truly memorable. Our group of ladies loved spending time on the beautiful rooftop terrace - with stunning views of Bab Doukkala Mosque - for breakfast, sunbathing and pool time, after-dinner drinks. The interior design, furniture and artwork were exquisite. Perfect location to explore Marrakech, its museums and souks by foot. Special thanks for organizing a lively "Arabian Nights" evening with dinner, music and dancing!
Cons: The rooms were very dark and we would have liked more, and brighter, lighting. In the bathrooms where there is no natural light, we wished there had been a magnifying mirror. We also had a persistent odor of sewage in some rooms.

The staff and owner were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were happy to guide us around the local area, recommended the most amazing restaurants (one of which we saw the owners eating in woth friends the day we left - you know it must be good!). Location was great, just at the edge of the souks. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and so peaceful. The roof terrace was a lovely place to relax after a hard day of exploring, relaxing with a drink and snacks all bought to our side by the lovely staff.

Perlekech is just a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech. We stayed here for four nights and had the most wonderful time ever. My wife has celiac disease (she cannot digest gluten), and the outstanding team of Perlekech went above and beyond organizing gluten-free products so my wife could have the same amazing breakfast experience that I had. The house itself is a piece of art, carefully decorated with the most beautiful furniture, lamps, and carpets one could imagine. Every angle of this Riad looks so beautiful; it is almost unbelievable. And what brings it all to life is the wonderful staff. While always being very respectful and professional, their sense of hospitality and outstanding service lifted the whole experience from a wonderful one to an excellent one. One afternoon, we had a Hammam treatment, which I can recommend. It was relaxing and calming, and the massage was wonderful! For me, it is a 10 out of 10 experience, and we will definitely come back to this wonderful place next year.
Cons: We had an issue with the bathroom in our suite during our stay. Even though the team did everything they could, the actual repair required could not be carried out during our stay, and since the Riad was completely booked, we could not move into another suite. The communication around this issue was flawless, and the solution offered was more than generous. Even though the situation was unfortunate, the team and their handling were very professional and did not lessen our experience. We will give Perlekech and our suite another shot next year, and we know that things like this can happen. It was handled exceptionally well, better than I had ever experienced any problem-handling from other places I had stayed at before.

I travelled with my daughter and loved this Riad & the warm welcome we received. Its mind boggling the choice of accommodation available in this city but I definitely chose the right place. Everything about it was superb, beautifully decorated, quiet and the staff were so impressive, kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged everything from airport pick up and departure even at 4am, drinks on the roof terrace, lunch on arrival, tours, restaurant bookings, they were just superb. The Riad was quiet and the location perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the Souks and the heart of the Medina. Breakfast every morning on the rooftop was a joy, and the Hamman is not to be missed. Perlekech Riad was a wonderful hotel just on the edge of the Medina. Cristina and her husband are the most fantastic hosts, you feel like you are staying with family rather than in a hotel. They kindly arranged a wonderful trip out to the desert for us as well as making dinner reservations at local restaurants. Cristina arranged our airport transfer, who was waiting outside as planned. Cristina then met us at the car to show us into the riad for some lovely mint tea (the best we had in Marrakech). The interior of the building was just spectacular. It has been decorated so beautifully. The room was spacious and quiet. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was served on the rooftop or on the ground floor. A lovely selection of bread, eggs, fruit, yoghurt and more lovely mint tea. We booked into experience a hammam one afternoon which was a great experience, would definitely recommend. One of the best massages we have ever had. Cristina also arranged a beautiful arrangement in the room for a birthday celebration which was a lovely surprise. Meticulously built Riad near the heart of Marrakesh. The attention to the details of traditional Morrocan building decoration style is amazing, The Riad looks stunningly beautiful and this is matched with wonderful and considerate staffs. We came earlier than check-in time (14:00) and were treated with mint tea, cookies in the courtyard, and only a moment later, our rooms were ready.
Cons: I would love to have breakfast earlier than 8:30 AM as we were eager to explore Marrakesh. We booked two rooms for 4 people, 17m2 and 21m2, and for a two person room, 17m2 is abit small. We will definitely stay here again, and will remember to book a bigger room.

Organising airport transfer, trips, restaurant recommendations, lovely conversation and they clearly have a passion and love for Marrakesh that they want others to share. The tour guides were amazing. The Riad a peaceful retreat in a bustling vibrant, sometime overwhelming city and it was always a joy to return to the tranquility. That said, it’s located so centrally everything is accessible and it’s amazing how it’s so calm when it’s located right in the middle of the city. Staff are on hand 24/7 managing access to the Riad and organising drinks (always accompanied with olives and nut/seed snack) when needed. Breakfast was an event! Set menu but everything you need and want. Fresh juice, variations on an egg each day, bread basket, coffee, tea, fruit, yoghurt, sweet treats …I travelled with my mum who loves breakfast, normally I do not but this was so nice and set you up for the day I honestly miss it now we’re home! The staff set the table like the Ritz and service was superb. The Riad is extremely clean and the staff are wonderful. The Arabian night organised by Cristina and Pedro is not to be missed. I travel a lot with work and have stayed in very nice hotels; the bed, bedding, shower and toiletries were truly excellent, one of the best nights sleep in a “hotel” I’ve had. There is a lovely rooftop sunbathing area which looked to have a cocktail bar in peak season, but not sure as was being renovated when we were there. There’s a hammam and spa which is small but well appointed. Really can’t fault this place, feels like we’ve made friends here and it’s an experience not to be missed. Didn’t once have an upset stomach, the trips we went on organised by Cristina included restaurants and some snacks during the trips and it was all great. My mum and I don’t often return to places but this is one we’d seriously consider. Don’t hesitate to book.
Cons: Nothing.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the property and meeting its owner, Cristina. To say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Cristina went above and beyond, assisting us with transportation and organizing a memorable day in the desert. Our arrival was greeted with the warmth of a belly dancer and an enchanting dinner in the midst of Arabian Nights, complete with live music. The riad itself was exquisite, boasting elegance at every turn, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. But perhaps the highlight of our stay was the exceptional food served throughout our time there. I cannot find a single fault to mention—it was simply perfection. If we were to rate our experience, it would unquestionably be an 11 out of 10!

Where do I start!! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Perlekech. We stayed for 2 nights from 8-10th Feb and then returned to stay from 12-13th feb after our desert safari. The riad in itself is absolutely stunning. It is extremely clean and the interiors are gorgeous. The people who own it are even more beautiful!!! Christina and Mr. Pedro went out of their way to look after us. Yaasi and his team were there to take care of all our needs. We were made to feel at home. They even kept our luggage whilst we were away on the desert safari. It was my wife’s 40th birthday and Christina made sure that it was a birthday she would remember. They baked a cake for her and we all celebrated it together. The hammam experience at the Riad was amazing!! The breakfast is good. The terrace is pretty with a lovely plunge pool. The location is around 10-15 min walk from most major attractions like the square and the souks. We will definitely come back!!!

I can HIGHLY recommend Perlekech riad and spa. We just returned from there and we're missing it already. My kids are 7&9 and they were sooo sad to leave. It has a small pool on the rooftop. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff are exceptional, and so friendly and helpful. The service is wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The owners Christina and Pedro made us feel so at home and were so welcoming from beginning to end. So sad to leave. We are already planning when to go back. The riad itself was so beautiful. So much attention to detail and intricate art throughout. Location was perfect. In the medina, so lively but not crazy busy like the main square.

I loved everything about Perlekech Riad and Spa. The Riad is tastefully decorated, the service was great, and most of all for me, I felt safe. As I was traveling alone, I had dinner at the Riad a couple of times, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was included, and was more than sufficient to start your day. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I was so impressed with this Riad that I am already thinking about coming back with my whole family from the U.S. next year.

The hotel is just beautiful and traditional, and it represents Morocco. I love the kindness and respect of the staff. They guided me well from the first day about the facility. They are also super welcoming with Moroccan tea and relevant information and always at service. It was fantastic. I highly recommend Perlekesh Riad & Spa Hotel. They really know how to host. For me, it was a top experience. Therefore, I am happy to say it is a nice place to stay clean, quiet, and safe.
Cons: I think like everything. Probably I would recommend people to be clear when making the booking to write if there is any specific requirtment, if they want a room with two single beds or a room with a king bed make it clear or write to the hotel just after making the booking. I did not specify althought I selected the option for a room with single beds, when we arrived, this information did not show up in the system, they gave us a room with a kind size bed, therefore I was staying with my friend in a king bed.

We stayed at the Perlekech Riad and Spa for a week over New Year 2023/24 and we had a fabulous time. We were in the Alib Baba suite which is a lovely spacious room, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is a large walk in shower in the bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious too with a variety of different breads each day as well as eggs, ham and cheese. The Riad is in a great location – about 10 minutes’ walk from Jemaa El Fna Square. All the main sites were in walking distance. There are some good restaurants close by, in particular M Bacha and Terrasses Des Arts. The owners and staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We went to their New Year’s Eve Party. The food and entertainment were superb and the owners and staff all took part. It felt like a very personal stay and we were very sad to leave. I highly recommend the Perlekech Riad and Spa.

A wonderful Riad that is stuffed with authentic charm and every part is beautiful to look at. The staff were very welcoming indeed, always friendly and very attentive. The roof terrace is lovely and breakfast up there was a high point for us. The location is great - easy to walk to lovely alleys to shop. We walked to the Jardin Secret and the Yves St Laurent garden very comfortably.
Cons: There is nothing we didn't like! We recommend that you ask them to arrange your transport from the airport because the Riad is down an alley which could be hard to find the first time, whereas if they arrange your transport then they come out to meet the taxi and carry your luggage. Be aware that it is more of a plunge pool than a large swimming pool

Perlekech is an exceptionally beutiful property. Newly bullt in the traditional style it is obvious the owners spared no expense, they’ve thought of everything. The staff is superb! The riad was beautiful and full of attention to detail. The staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Our room was comfortable. Everything was clean. Every morning we had breakfast on the rooftop. There are several sunbeds and sun umbrellas. The pool is big enough for a quick cooling. Also, there is enough shade. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you to the whole team!
Cons: Nothing was really negative, but here's what's good to know: The riad is very close to a mosque. You will hear the prayers loudly through the speakers, even in the night and early morning. The walls of the room were thin and one could hear conversations from inside the riad. I think it's the same in every riad though. Overall, we would definitely recommend this riad :-)

It was a peaceful retreat in the bustling city of Marrakech. My daughter and I fell in love with The Perlekech Riad & Spa. Cristina went above and beyond before our arrival and during our stay to make sure we were well taken care of. We had the most relaxing Hamman and massage at their spa. We also had a wonderful night of listening live Morrocan music and dancing with the staff and other guests — they even gave me an extra birthday surprise. The attention to detail, authentic style of the Riad and the helpful staff made this the highlight of our time in Marakesh. The love and hospitality infused in Perlekech is unparalleled, we highly recommend staying here!!

Everyone at the hotel was very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The owners are the kindest people and they welcome us like family. The young staff were all very nice and attentive to our needs. we felt like home. It’s located close enough to the Medina to walk but not too close so you’re away from the hustle and bustle of it. I find this very important at the Medina can be quite overwhelming at times.
Cons: It would be nice to have a slightly lighter and vibrant look throughout the property, but that’s not the most important. The people is what makes a hotel good and this hotel has the best.

We had an amazing stay at Perlekech Riad & Spa. Christina and Pedro, the owners of the Riad and their staff were wonderful. Great communication even before we arrived including arranging private airport transfers, tours and bookings. During our stay they made sure we had everything and were always very attentive towards our needs. The tour they organised to Ourika valley was amazing as well, and here I have to make a special mention to our driver Hicham. Regarding the Riad, location was perfect for us. Right in the Medina and yet very quiet when inside the property. Only a short stroll to the souks and the square. The Riad is beautifully decorated and has a charm that brings out the Moroccan feel. Overall we highly recommend the Perlekech Riad & Spa. This is where we will be staying again if we are back in Marrakech.

Perlekech Riad is located in the Medina: right in the heart of Marrakesh within the 11th century city walls. It very near all the important landmarks plus many shops, restaurants and markets. Yet once inside the Riad, it is amazingly cool, quiet and tranquil. The decor is beautiful: traditionally Moroccan but also modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food is very good and there is a roof top terrace where you can have meals or sunbathe overlooking out over the city. However, the best thing about Perlekech is the hospitality which is 100% warm, efficient and attentive. Cristina, the owner, went above and beyond what might have been expected to help us have the best stay possible. We hadn’t visited Morocco before and she was incredibly helpful to us in arranging an excellent local guide, airport transfers and places to visit. All the staff at the Perlekech are friendly and helpful and the level of service excellent. This Riad really is a gem if you want to stay in the heart of Marrakesh and have an authentic experience of the city.

The owners met us from the airport right at the door, helped us with our luggage. I can say that upon entering the hotel it was very beautiful and authentic, it was possible to experience everyday life through the eyes of the surrounding people. The location of the hotel was very good, a few minutes walk from the big market and great options for dinner/lunch. it is not a long taxi ride to the new center. The breakfast in the morning was pleasant, we felt full. As well as the hotel staff were very responsive and helpful, there were mornings when we needed breakfast a little earlier, because an excursion was booked, breakfast was served to us faster. The farewell was also very pleasant.
Cons: The toilet in the bathroom smelled a bit like sewage, but it didn't really interfere with living.

Perlekech Riad is brand new, but it all looks authentic. This creates an absolutely pleasant atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and are constantly at the service of the guests, helping and informing you without being intrusive. The staff continuously do their best to make the guests feel comfortable. Communication with Perlekech prior to the stay was excellent. The breakfast is good. It is served at the table, and consists of several choices in terms of bread, cheese and cold cuts, fruit, orange juice, egg (omelet or scrambled eggs), yogurt, jam, honey, yoghurt. If you want, breakfast can be replenished. It is not a buffet, but that does not fit the atmosphere of this riad either. The room we had (Nomad) was fine in size. The bathroom is spacious with a toilet and a shower. Each room has its own wifi connection, so you always have good wifi. All rooms have the windows facing the courtyard garden. If someone is having breakfast in a loud voice on the courtyard garden you can hear it very well. This is part of a riad as far as we are concerned. In summer, I expect the problem to be a lot less because breakfast will be on the roof terrace. In terms of location, the riad is within the walls (so in the old city), but on the outskirts. Within 5 minutes you are in the souks, and all sights are within walking distance. The riad is fairly close to the road, so you only have to walk a short distance from the cab to the riad. So you don't have to go through the souks with your suitcases, which was definitely a plus for us.
Cons: We found the mattresses to be on the hard side, but we slept fine.

Cristine and Pedro have recently opened their newly built Riad. It is in a fantastic location in the Medina and beautifully decorated in a Moroccan style. Cristine and Pedro could not have been more helpful in making us welcome and organising anything we wanted from museum tickets to transport. Although many places have a roof terrace, the one here was probably the best we saw. We could sun bath, relax, eat breakfast and have sun downers up there. There is also a small pool but a bit cold in November. Overall a fantastic place.

Apart from the obviously beautiful rooms, the beautiful house, and the beautiful roof terasse, we experienced a very friendly staff and very friendly hosts, Christina and Raymond, who did everything possible to make our stay borg relaxing and unforgettable. Staying at Perlekech, situated in a very nice part of the Medina, is not like being at home - it's much better.

Riad Perlekech This is a perfect work of art! One of the most beautiful Riads in Marrakesh and perhaps in all of Morocco. The owners put a lot of thought into the design and accessories in this special place, every corner has its own uniqueness, it's the kind of place where you can stay, look at the unique design and relax (it's a bit far from the hustle and bustle and therefore quiet and calm). The service at the place is at a very high level, welcoming and unique. In conclusion, the place is perfect, unique and contributes to the experience of staying in Marrakesh. I recommend you to stay at Riad Perlekesh, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful facilities, located a short and safe distance from the heart of the city, run by a completely charming couple. Sitting on the terrace looking at the warm sun reflecting off the mosque during the call to prayer was an unforgettable experience.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the stay.

Cons: The swimming pool is really not a hit. Small, cold on the side.
