Ein Märchen aus 1000 und einer Nacht. Alt aber sehr schön renoviert. Großzügige Platzverhältnisse. Super authentisches Frühstück. Dachterrasse. Und Extrem freundliches Personal!!
Cons: Wifi sollte mit richtigen Accesspoints installiert werden. Die Repeater sind für die dicken Mauern nicht ausreichend. Kühlschrank/Minibar fehlt definitiv.

Beautiful Riad, great location etc. Abdul provided such exceptional hosting it would be impossible to ever consider staying anywhere else! Abduls communication prior to our stay was superb & he kindly booked us a hamman, met us at our arrival taxi & escorted us on return. He provided excellent directions, recommended restaurants & personally spoke with a spice shop a short distance away to ensure we were welcomed & charged appropriately - an absolute gentleman. This was our 3rd visit to Marrakesh & I would have no hesitation in recommending Riad Hayati.
Cons: It’s worth noting that the bathroom is within the room and no separate door etc - not an issue for us but may be for some people. There is also no alcohol served however I imagine you could purchase your own.

Staff were nice and the place looked lovely
Cons: Arrived in our nice room and sat down on the bed - it collapsed. The manager tried to fix it when we were out for the evening but it wasnt fixable. We had to drag the mattress on to the floor to sleep that night. The pool is associated witha room, so if thats occupied nobody else can use it. Ie there isnt really a pool Breakfast was very basic, just bread and jam.

Riad Hayati was perfect and I’m already dreaming about going back. The decor was beautiful, the service was exceptional and it really felt like a home away from home. I’d highly recommend anyone heading to Marrakech to stay here. We were so close to the souks but just out enough that it was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was ace! Honestly not a bad word to say about it.

The riad is clean and chic. The staff is professional, friendly and they have such a nice, warm energy. We had a great stay at this beautiful Riad. The host is super friendly. He even picked us up from a central meeting point in Marrakesh, so we hadn't had any problems to find the Riad. Breakfast is good. All ingredients are fresh. The bed is comfy. The location is very central, but quiet. We definitely recommend this place.
Cons: This it's not really a negative point, because it seems to be quite typical for Riads in Morocco. I think it's just worthwhile to know: the bedroom and the bathroom/toilet are one big room - without any dividing doors for privacy.

Cons: Nothing to complain. Highly recommend the place.

First and foremost the hospitality of the brother and sister pair that are the hosts at this property and take care of everything. They were more than helpful with any need we had. Also, the calm and serene atmosphere of the Riad was exactly what we were expecting. Location was great too, allowing us to explore all of Marrakech on foot.
Cons: Nothing really. There is a lot of construction going on throughout the city due to the 2023 earthquake, also around this Riad, but once you're in the property, calm and peace take over. Nothing not to like.

Gorgeous stay with incredible hospitality. Abdel was so wonderful and helpful, providing excellent recommendations, including restaurants and a hammam. He organised transport to and from the airport and everything ran smoothly. We’d left our dirty clothes in a cupboard and without us realising, they were washed and returned to us! The breakfast was really lovely and included Moroccan pastries and tea. A truly excellent stay which was made even more brilliant by Abdel.
Cons: The only tiny thing that would have been useful was a lock on the door, although the riad felt very safe so it wasn’t a major concern.

This simple yet beautiful and peaceful riad is tucked away in a quiet alley, just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant medina. The courtyard is alive with the sights and sounds of birds flying overhead, creating a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of my host, Abdel. He is a respectful and kind man who went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable and well cared for. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated his thoughtfulness—he even texted to check in on me when I returned late one night. This riad is filled with kindness, both in its people and its atmosphere. I absolutely loved my stay!

- Friendly and responsive staff - Beautiful building, interiors, and rooftop - VERY good dinner (I highly recommend having one; it is an extra charge but is worth it) - The location is very convenient and also quiet - Welcome fruit basket
Cons: - The room had a slight damp smell, but it wasn't a deal-breaker - Because it is a riad, rooms on the ground floor can be on the darker side. However, it is normal for a riad setting and is just something to be ready for. Rooms upstairs have more light

The rooftop room is great. The employees were very kind and attentive.
Cons: Unfortunately, the small pool was very dirty, there were many dead insects and sediments… We were going to use the pool to cool off, so we chose this room. this was sad. It would be good for privacy if the door used to enter the attic had at least a bolt. Again, privacy is problematic as the roof terrace overlooks the garden.

The staff at Riad Hayati were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the riad is within walking distance to the markets and many nice restaurants. It was very easy to get a taxi nearby the riad, and the room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.
Cons: The riad is located on a road that is inaccessible by car, so there's a bit of a walk needed to get to the riad itself. However, it was a nice walk and all part of the charm in visiting Marrakech. However, it's important to know if anyone has mobility issues.

The people who took care of us were kind, they are always attentive to your every need. The riad was well designed, has a very nice feel, minimal but traditional. If you are going to stay in a riad of this size, it is one of the best options, I have researched almost all of them.
Cons: It can be said that there is a bit of a humidity problem in the room on the ground floor. We didn't mind it, but it needs to be maintained. For privacy, it is necessary to keep the windows closed at all times, which makes the inside dark.

We have been in many riads in Marrakech and this one has been the easiest to find and at the same time very well located to visit the main places. There is a parking nearby which is not so easy in the medina. And the little street had vegetation ( another weird thing to find). It was spotless clean. Abdelhak was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and generous. Decoration was not so pretentious as other riads but made with very good taste. There was a general feeling of calm and quietness in the place. And the quality-price relation was good and fair.

Riad Hayati felt like home while we were in Marrakech! We were two young women and we felt very safe while staying here. Abdel made sure that we were well taken care of and even told the security guard to walk with us when we had to leave the Riad before the sunrise. The breakfast spread was excellent, consisting of mostly pastries, fruit, and eggs, and the location was unbeatable. Just five minutes easy walk to the edges of the market or to Bahia Palace. Abdel was great with recommendations for restaurants and made us reservations for dinner when necessary. We also enjoyed a dinner cooked at the Riad which was delicious and very relaxing! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Riad Hayati!
Cons: We stayed in the smaller room on the property, which does not have a bathroom door. This wasn’t too much of a problem for us, but definitely something to consider if that would bother you!

We are so thrilled that we chose to stay at the Riad Hayati. The Riad itself, as well as its location, is beautiful. It's very conveniently located for seeing palaces and markets and visiting restaurants and cafés in the old town. Our host, Abdel, was so welcoming and happy to assist us with all aspects of our trip. He was always willing to arrange and negotiate transport on our behalf, reducing the risk of inflated 'tourist' prices and being open when he wasn't as pleased with the price as he'd like to be (although we still found it to be reasonable and much better than anything we would find). We were provided with fresh fruit and bottled water daily as well as extra coffees and biscuits on one occasion, but we were never charged any additional or unexpected fees (which can often happen when you travel). Being able to return to a place of calm every evening was really important in such a bustling city. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, served at a time to suit us, and we loved the msemen pancakes in particular! We would highly recommend this Riad - the again, Abdel and the rest of the staff!
Cons: The only thing I would make travellers aware of is that (as you can see from the photos) at least some of the rooms do not have a dividing wall between the toilet and the rest of the bedroom (but there is an open privacy wall). However, there is another shared WC downstairs which guests can use for some privacy.

We had an excellent time, couldn’t ask for more. The host Abdel was super helpful and kind. We definitely recommend this place.

The riad is a raw gem - hidden just inside the Medina with a ‘secret’ chamber: a suite overlooking the rooftop which we discovered too late. There is no movie during the night - we slept like a baby!

A short stroll from Jemaa el-Fna, Badi Palace and Balais Palace, Riad Hayati is right on the doorstep of the sights, sounds and smells of the souks of Marrakech. Being just down a small side street though allows all your senses to be delighted when wandering the streets of Marrakech, but then return to a wonderful oasis of tranquility. The courtyard is a lovely space to sit sipping a Moroccan tea or coffee whilst relaxing, whilst the terrace provides ample opportunity to soak up some sun whilst taking some respite from the bazaars. Both also offer great spots to enjoy traditional Moroccan breakfasts. Whilst we didn't have lunch or dinner at the riad, based on the breakfasts I can only imagine these options were also tasty. The hospitality on offer is second to none here. Abdou and his sister make you feel at home, even before you arrive. Abdou reached out to us shortly before our arrival to give us key information and to offer arrangements for a taxi from the airport. As we had one pre-arranged, on arrival he spoke with our driver to give precise directions to a drop off point where he met us and took us to the riad - this also allowed us to get points of reference should we need them to easily find our way back. There is also handily an Al Barid Bank with an ATM around a 2 minute walk away from the riad. During our stay Abdou also made arrangements for us to visit an excellent hammam & graciously purchased spices for us, allowing us to benefit from local prices and excellent produce. I reckon you could arrive in Marrakech with no idea of what to do & through Abdous suggestions & help you'd leave having had nothing short of an excellent time.

The host was amazing. He could not have been any more attentive. His mannerisms and hospitality are the best we have experienced a on holiday. The riad is beautiful and a must have experience. However, the host will make you not want to leave.

The service, location, breakfast and staff were excellent. Abdel was very accommodating, he helped us with luggage to the street and in securing a taxi to airport for a reasonable price.
Cons: The beds are too hard for me but that seemed to be the case in the other 4 Ryads we stayed in in Morocco. My husband wasn’t concerned about the beds. I have a compromised back.

The hosts Abdul and his sister Mila were exceptional, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Riad is in a great location, easy access to the Medina and was beautifully clean, cool, and comfortable. I already want to come back to visit!

We loved every aspect of the Riad, it's very clean, stylish and well looked after. The host Abdel and his staff were always on hand and were all very kind and accommodating to any requests. The Riad is peaceful and felt very safe. The meal we had there (lamb tagine) was also the best meal we had during our entire stay. The breakfast was also great and would be ready at any time you wanted it.

the hotel is absolutely stunning, with authentic Moroccan decor throughout. we particularly loved the sun terrace and huge open plan living areas to relax with breakfast and afternoon tea. the location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions. for us, the best part of the stay was the amazing service of Abdel and his sister. they went above and beyond daily to make us feel at home.
