Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les hôtes, le personnel est très gentil. Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une terrasse privée (cannelle). La piscine est un vraie plus l’été notamment avec les fortes chaleurs. L’établissement propose toutes sortes de prestations pour visiter Marrakech et ses environs ainsi que profiter des massages et hamman (au top). L’emplacement géographique est top pour bien profiter de la médina, un parking sécurisé et payant est disponible à 5mn à pied.

Cons: La connexion wifi peut être améliorée dans tous les étages du Riad.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Great location. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure guests felt welcome and taken care of. Special mention to Mouad and Bader. The taxi service arranged by the accommodation to and from the airport was stress-free, reasonably priced and punctual. Recommended. Overall, I would happily recommend Riad64 and look forward to staying here again.

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Wir würden gleich mit Tee empfangen. Speziell der junge Herr Bader war immer für uns da. Wir haben uns vor allem durch Bader aber auch durch Mouad sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück (am Rooftop) war sehr gut und die Uhrzeit war sehr flexibel möglich. Auch als wir früh fahren mussten, konnten wir bereits um 7:00 Uhr frühstücken, was wir ausgesprochen toll fanden. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und auch das Zimmer wurde während unserem Aufenthalt geputzt und wir haben neue Handtücher bekommen. Die Lage war perfekt und in ein paar Gehminuten war man mitten im Zentrum. Es war sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt und wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Cons: Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Es gibt nichts was wir anders machen würden.

The riad was beautiful - rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool, although small, was a welcome area of peace and relaxation amongst the craziness of the city. Location wasn’t bad - about 15 minute walk into the centre but be warned that it cannot be accessed by taxis, so we were dropped off a fair way away.

Cons: The staff were friendly but we had a few small issues. Upon arrival, they said they didn’t have our booking - despite the fact that we had email confirmation and could see our name on their computer screen. They then said they did get the booking but didn’t think we were coming so hadn’t saved our room. Eventually they were able to offer separate rooms rather than the one we had booked but it was better than nothing, so we accepted. Breakfast was very carb/fat heavy and we weren’t given a choice - no fruit or toast or anything that we would really eat, so that was wasted. We asked for water with breakfast and that was added as an extra charge at checkout which seemed unnecessary. When we left, they offered to book a taxi to our next hotel, which we were grateful for but we later learned that they had hugely overcharged us (well over double what we should have paid) which again seemed unnecessary. For those reasons, although it was a lovely riad, we personally wouldn’t return.

Het in-en uitchecken ging prima. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Meerdere keren hebben we gevraagd vervoer te regelen wat snel opgepakt werd. De prijzen die gerekend werden waren zo goed als gelijk aan een taxi op straat. De auto die je kreeg bij het boeken via de Riad waren echter veel beter dan de taxi's en er werd ook uitstekend gereden door de chauffeurs. We hebben twee verschillende kamers gehad en beiden waren uitstekend. Mooi ingericht en goede bedden en ruime badkamers. Het dakterras met ligbedden en prachtige badlakens erop was top! De locatie van de Riad is uitstekend. Je kan op enkele stappen van de Riad afgezet of opgehaald worden, het ligt op de grens van de medina en daardoor heel rustig. De welkoms thee werd gewaardeerd.

Cons: Het ontbijt was goed maar we misten wel een eiergerecht. In al onze andere 5 accomodaties in Marokko kregen we deze wel bij het ontbijt. Het zwembad op het dakterras was top maar er was geen trapje om erin- of eruit te komen. Wij zijn 74 en 70 en het was dan ook een uitdaging om erin-of eruit te komen.

Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin, d'une incroyable gentillesse, l'équipe et son gérant Adil nous ont accueilli comme des rois mes parents, mon mari, ma petite fille et moi. A tout heure ils répondent présent et ont été au petit soin pour nous. Le riad est magnifique, très propre, très bien gérer, les plats proposés sont délicieux, fait maison et préparer minute pour nous ! Nous nous sommes régalés tous le séjour et pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable 👌 le hammam dans le riad est très propre et très bien réalisé, vraiment c'était une super bonne surprise, possibilité de ce faire masser et coiffer. J'ai testé les deux et j'ai adoré. Toutes les prestataires, coiffeuses, masseuses, que l'ont a rencontré lors de notre séjour ont été adorable et à notre écoute 👌 Vraiment un endroit magnifique, merveilleux, où vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les familles avec enfants sont accueilli à prend ouvert!!

Cons: Le quartier n'est pas le plus jolie de Marrakech on ne va pas se mentir, mais pour le rapport qualité prix du riad, cela vaut bien une petite marche de 10-15min à travers les souks pour accéder à la place principale et au quartier "chic" où les prix sont exorbitant

Our first experience Riad 64 was not good, but later on we feel comfortable .Abdus Samad was very welcoming and friendly. He was always attentive.

Cons: The only thing is the location which is quite inside and we felt lightning was quite dim in the room and bathroom. There was no facility for water in the toilet. We arrived at night, and it was very dark even on the entrance and stairs.

We asked upon arrival if the price they charged was correct since it was 6 times the price we heard about at the airport! It was my birthday on 31st Dec and they made a real effort to make the night special and help us make lasting memories. Nice touches like “Happy Birthday” written on the bed with petals, and a cake with candles.

Beautiful Riad set in quieter part of the Medina, yet close enough to walk to all the hustle and bustle of the Jemaa el-fnaa. We spent 3 days here and to be able to return to the tranquility of this stunning Riad after the chaos of the Medina was exactly what we needed, our room was very clean and comfortable, the courtyard, dining room and rooftop terrace are all very beautifully cared for, we also had 2 wonderful evening meals here that came with impeccable service, what really stood out for us though was the staff, in particular Abdul, who really went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, nothing was too much trouble and every interaction him came with a friendly smile. I absolutely recommend this Riad, if we return to Morocco I wouldn’t hesitate to reserve another stay here!

The Riad itself is a beautiful building located in a fantastic location, just outside of the busy parts of the medina but within the medina itself, close to all the must-see locations. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The staff were excellent, and Abdul, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious and filling and the food available was tasty and varied. We loved our stay here and would rebook again and absolutely would recommend!

What is not to like about this riad? We stayed in the Vanille room which was lovely, clean and spacious. There was air con in the room which was always lovely and cool at night. There is also a beautiful lounge/dining area which I have shown in my photos. There is also a rooftop pool which was one of the reasons we chose this particular riad. The staff are all super friendly and Abdul was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We went to Jardin Majorelle and YSL museum by taxi which Abdul ordered for us as it is a bit of a trek up there but we dawdled back at our own pace as we do like walking. The food at the riad was so good that we ate here twice. I am vegetarian so was a bit limited with choices but I had the vegetarian tagine twice and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was included and varied from day to day with a couple of staple breads/pancakes all fresh and delicious. Of you are coeliac it would be worth asking for fruits/yoghurts etc. We never needed lunch as we were full until the evening. Would definitely recommend a stay here as it is quite centrally located but in a quieter residential area about 10 mins walk to Jemma el Fnaa. It is good for access as it is not in a maze of streets and alleys and the taxi drops you off at Barima mosque which is at the bottom of the street. There are a couple of small, local shops nearby where you can buy water/toiletries etc.

Cons: I can't say there was anything I didn't like. Occasionally the water pressure was a bit low or there was no water but this was quickly rectified by the staff (something to do with the water feature). In no way did this impact on our stay but might be worth mentioning.

Beautiful and quiet when the sun is out. Great place to relax in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the busy markets. Kittens are sweet too which gives it a homely feel (if you like cats haha).

Cons: Food, I found the breakfast only really consists of carbs. Also, we got chicken skewers which were very dry on their own. Needed a yogurt or some kind of dip to make it decent.

Cute little riad, very close to Medina but still accessible with a car. Inside the riad it was very quiet so it was a nice hideout from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff was amazingly warm and welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed. They even accommodated some extra requests we had which made our stay even more comfortable!

Cons: The food served at the restaurant was expensive but unfortunately not worth the money. We found cheaper and tastier local food elsewhere.

Great location in a quiet area but a 10 minute stroll to taxis,restuarants and beginning of the souks. Very clean Moroccan family run Riad with great staff and a chilled friendly vibe. Nice terrace for sunbathing with (non-heated) pool to cool off after returning from excursions and shopping trips.Hot water has good pressure and is plentiful, what more do you need. Nice spot to watch the sun go down with a cold Casablanca beer.

Cons: Maybe a fruit platter and stronger coffee at breakfast but otherwise fine.

The staff were amazing and couldn't have done more to make this a home from home and make us feel welcome from the very first minute. Beautiful Riad in a quiet location on the edge off the Medina. 5 minutes walk to the Mellah Square and around 15-20 mins to Jamaa El Fna. Lovely roof- top terrace with small pool and very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended and we would certainly go back. Thank you to all the staff who made this a truly memorable stay. One of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of staying at in the country.

It’s old traditional look situated in real Marrakesh. Staff member , Anis and Abdul samad were brilliant

Cons: Many things, AC were terrible, we had to ask for a fan to beat the heat. Downstairs room has poor drainage in the shower so we had to change the room . Breakfast is nowhere near traditional moroccon breakfast, also surprisingly you have to pay extra if you want to get fried egg or omelette. This should be made clear beforehand Swimming Pool- my two children both got several nasty cuts on their fingers whilst in the pool. This needs to be looked at as it is dangerous.

I honestly don't know how to say how amazing the stay was. Anas and Abdul have been absolutely amazing. Honestly felt like me and my husband were part of their family. They went above and beyond to meet any needs and answered any question we had. The riad was beautiful and the terrace was amazing. I would definitely come back. Cannot praise anas and Abdul enough. Thank you so much.

Amazing stay. Location was great, so close to the medina but in a nice quiet area. Genuine riad feel and room was clean, simple and perfect. Abdul was the most excellent host! He treated us like gold and was always positive and a good energy. Someone like Abdul makes all the difference and we thank him for such a wonderful experience. The breakfast was nice and pool area also great to sit by and relax from the busy city. Overall really good value for money!

Fantastic host - Houcine was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful! Great food - breakfast was amazing and the dinner we had was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cons: the shower was a bit challenging — it’s either too hot or too cold.

Cons: The card machine wasn’t working so we had to go to different ATMs to withdraw cash to pay for our stay on the last night which was a bit at bit stressful. The Wi-Fi was ok but very weak signal.

This Riad is top notch from start to finish. They arranged pick up for us from the airport and provided very detailed instructions for us to find the driver so everything was seamless. We were welcomed with tea and cookies at the Riad which was appreciated after a long trip. We stayed here for 8 nights with our two children (age 7&9) and my mother. Our room was a great set up for 5 people with lots of space. The Riad itself and the rooms are all kept very clean and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful and the one night we ate dinner at the Riad was the best meal we had in Marrakech. We are homeschooling our children and found the internet worked well throughout the building. The location of the riad is perfect, walkable everwhere in the medina yet slightly removed on a quieter street. What sets this riad apart are the staff. The owner was easily reachable and communicated promptly with answers to any questions/concerns and the rest of the staff will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable and anticipate any needs you may have. we especially felt that our children were so warmly welcomed and treated like family by the men and women working there. We would definitely recommend this beautiful Riad and stay here again.

decoration but normal riad. breakfast was fine.

Cons: too hot. air condtion does not work well. everything in this riad over charged. so ask every time. swimming pool very small. nothing super bad but you can get similar quality riad in half price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Salma , Muhammed, Kadija and Elin were helpful with just right amount of contact. We ordered meal for one evening was superb. Close to Madina. Parking. Property itself was brilliant. Aircon rooms. Terrace pool was a big hit on the summer marakesh heat. All in all 5 star stay.
