The hotel was in the middle of the Medina and despite this, was an oasis of calm and quiet. It was lovely and clean - lots of little attentions to detail. The staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept really well. The bathrooms were brilliant! I would definitley return.
Cons: Breakfast only starts at 8.30 - we were only staying one night and the next morning we were leaving directly to fly home and needed breakfast before 8.30 and unfortyunately this was not possible... if we had known that it was not possible to have a breakfast, we might have looked for another place that did an earlier breakfast or a place where breakfast wasn't included in the price.

Wonderful location in the northern part of the Medina. Walkable distance to the souks and local food restaurants, yet calm and quiet to sleep in the night relaxing roof terrace. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help and support. Really helpful. Very nice breakfast with both traditional and international food and drinks, super!
Cons: Nothing in particular. We just wished our suite for a family of 4 was a little bigger but we understand the architecture of the building probably didn’t allow.

This riad is located in the north end of the Medina, with a wide choice of restaurants, shops and very near the souk. The staff seems experienced and are helpful for any requests: they arranged our airport transfer and kept our luggage on our check out day until pick up. There is a rooftop to have breakfast and a small pool in the patio. Nice traditional decor. Breakfast locally sourced. We just stayed one night before leaving Marrakesh.
Cons: The riad seems a bit cluttered and unkept: furniture scattered in the rooftop, unused heaters in the patio. The double room was on the small side and just one towel per person made available (possibly because of our short stay).

Situato in un quartiere popolare, a circa venti minuti dalla piazza principale e a pochi passi dal souk, il riad gode di una posizione comoda e autentica. La camera assegnata era spaziosa e adatta ad accogliere quattro persone, mentre il bagno, ampio, era dotato di una doccia particolarmente grande. Nonostante la zona sia densamente popolata, la struttura si è rivelata sorprendentemente tranquilla. Il punto di forza è senza dubbio l’eccellente livello di pulizia, davvero impeccabile. Buona anche la colazione, preparata al momento. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano ottimi ristoranti e servizi di ogni genere, con una stazione taxi proprio affianco alla struttura. La struttura offre anche una piccola zona hammam con massaggi ben fatti ad un costo concorrenziale.
Cons: La colazione è servita solo a partire dalle ore 8.30. Un solo grande asciugamano a persona. Scarsa l'illuminazione della camera.

El sito es increíble. Nada ruidoso pese a que en las inmediaciones hay algo de bullicio. Habitación algo pequeña pero muy cómoda. Baño amplio. Muy bien situado, a poca distancia de la plaza principal, en un paseo tranquilo por el Zoco y callejones de tiendas y puestos de comida de todo tipo. Y lo mejor, sin duda, el trato del personal: amable, cercano y muy atento. Y por último, lo más destacable el desayuno, con típicos platos marroquís.

The staff was very nice and helpful, giving us some tips about where to go in Marrakech. The riad was beautiful and well located within 15min walking from the centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind enough to give us some food to take away as we checked out before breakfast time for our trip to the Sahara.

Il mio soggiorno al Riad Moonlight è stato semplicemente perfetto. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, ideale per visitare la città e vivere appieno l’atmosfera del posto, con tutto facilmente raggiungibile. Il personale è straordinario: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento ad ogni minimo dettaglio. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e coccolati dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno. La colazione è davvero eccellente, ricca, varia e preparata con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Un momento piacevolissimo per iniziare la giornata. La pulizia è impeccabile, curata in ogni angolo del riad, segno di grande professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un’esperienza oltre le aspettative. Assolutamente consigliato… e sicuramente da ritornarci!

Riporto la mia esperienza presso il Riad MOONLIGHT dove ho soggiornato per 5 giorni con mia mamma. Il Riad è posizionato benissimo , vicino ai souk e in una zona tranquilla pur essendo vicina alla Medina. Ci ha colpito la gentilezza del personale che ci ha accompagnato durante il soggiorno, davvero tutti gentili e disponibili. Pulizia e ambienti profumati sempre , davvero si respira cura e attenzione al dettaglio. Abbiamo cenato la prima sera e anche qui dobbiamo fare i complimenti alle cuoche che preparano tutti i piatti tradizionali con amore. La colazione formidabile! Ogni mattina diversa e sempre ricca! Abbiamo fatto diversi massaggi e anche qui un servizio eccellente! Che dire .. una bellissima esperienza che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech un sogno!

L’ensemble du personnel était très accueillant, souriant et toujours là pour nous renseigner. On se sentait vraiment comme chez nous. Un super petit déjeuner nous attendait tous les matins (celui-ci changeait tous les jours). L’emplacement du Riad est parfait, un peu éloigné du centre ce qui permet d’être plus au calme mais on peut tout largement tout faire à pied et cela permet de découvrir pas mal de choses. La décoration est super mignonne et l’intérieur sent toujours bon ! Nous avons également réalisé un massage / hammam c’était parfait ! Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour.
Cons: La chambre est un peu sombre mais il y a un miroir dans les parties communes avec une bonne luminosité donc cela ne nous a pas trop dérangées.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour avec mon mari et nos 2 enfants. Magnifique Riad avec tout le confort. Keltoum, Ayoub et un autre monsieur étaient aux petits soins d’une grande gentillesse, très arrangeant. Nous donnant pleins de conseils et toujours disponible. Les petits déjeuners étaient excellents! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Le plus dur à était de partir de ce magnifique lieu. Encore merci à tous les 3 d’avoir fait de ce séjour un moment inoubliable!

El riad es muy tranquilo y bonito. Silencioso y muy bien ubicado, a 15 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, centro neuralgico de la medina. Una especial mención al personal de la riad por su amabilidad y cariño. Sobre todo a Ayoub y Achraf que nos ayudaron e informaron de todo muy bien. Si necesitáis transporte desde o al aeropuerto, hacer tours, etc., ellos te lo facilitan. Muy agradecidos por hacernos la estancia tan agradable, volveríamos sin pensarlo.

A incrivél simpatia dos funcionários e da gerente. Não tem nada de luxuoso, mas tem tudo o que precisamos para nos sentirmos bem. Decoração tipicamente marroquina. O Riad está muito bem localizado, o centro está a apenas 15 minutos a pé, mas antes de chegar ao centro passamos por muitas pequenas ruelas cheias de comércio.

Struttura dotata di camere molto pulite e accoglienti. I due ragazzi dello staff sono sempre stati molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. Tutte le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, inclusa la piazza centrale Jemaa el-Fnaa, che dista solo 15/20 minuti. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare in questo Riad.

Les odeurs de jasmin et de fleur d'oranger vous apaisent immédiatement. Mention speciale pour le délicieux petit-déjeuner qui change chaque jour.
Cons: Petite odeur d'humidité dans la chambre Rosa par moment mais qui s'estompe assez rapidement. Les prises électriques de chaque côté du lit sont à moitié obstruées par la tête de lit donc pas possible de les utiliser avec un chargeur de téléphone. Mais prises disponibles au pied du lit.

We loved the breakfast and the extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them so thanks so much for that! The riad is in a very nice, more local area with less tourists. It's very quiet and there is a big parking narby - if you either rent a car or go to morning trips this is super useful as you don't have to walk through dark streets at 5am - it's very close and safe :)
Cons: The only small thing - but this was our parents feedback as we are used to sweet breakfasts when we travel - is that it would be ideal to have something more savoury available also, besides olives, like cheese and eggs :)

L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter la médina à pieds : souks, palais bahia, musées, la medersa ben youssef... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner copieux servi chaque matin. Le personnel était très prévenant et disponible. Le petit bassin a permis de nous rafraîchir après une bonne journée sous le soleil. Les chambres étaient propres et la literie confortable.
Cons: Dans une des chambres il y avait parfois une odeur de canalisation.

Tout, nous avons séjourné à 4 ( avec nos 2 enfants de 8 et 14 ans), un riad familial et chaleureux. Idéalement situé pour toutes les visites. Nous avons tout fait à pied. La chambre était confortable, nous avions la suite familiale au rez-de-chaussée. Le petit déjeuner incroyablement bon, frais, produits locaux et variés. Le personnel d'une gentillesse remarquable. Nous avons beaucoup échangé avec Achraf qui est notre coup de cœur de notre voyage, un jeune homme tellement bienveillant et d'une gentillesse remarquable !!! Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour.

La Amabilidad de Ayoub y Achraf ,en todo momento pendientes y ayudándonos en todo. Nos pusieron desayuno 2 días antes de la hora,ya que hacíamos tours. Nos imprimieron los billetes... Una experiencia muy buena..además dentro del Riad no se oyen los rezos.. El agua de la ducha estupenda.. El aire acondicionado muy bien y sin sonido.

Mooie locatie in de Medina, dichtbij de souks waar je direct kunt verdwalen.. Super leuke host die zorgde dat het ons aan niets ontbrak. Hij en zijn compagnon stonden letterlijk 24/7 voor ons klaar. Lekkere ontbijtjes met een Marokkaans tintje, goed bed en fijne douche! O en niet te vergeten het dompelbad, was een welkome bron van verkoeling!
Cons: Bij ons op de kamer rook het niet altijd even lekker, ik denk dat het iets te maken had met riolering oid. Verder kunnen we geen minpunten bedenken.

Het was een mooie Riad, buiten het hele drukke deel wat wij fijn vinden. Ayoub en Achraf de receptionisten (Dag en nacht) hielpen ons overal mee. Super toffe jonge mannen! Ontbijt elke dag anders. Heerlijk en meer dan genoeg. Wij waren met ons gezin, in 3 kamers. Kamers zijn niet heel ruim maar wel goed genoeg. Prima prijs-kwaliteit. Wij hebben een hele week genoten en zouden zo weer teruggaan.

Riad molto carino e accogliente, posizione comoda per raggiungere facilmente a piedi la medina. Staff gentile e disponibile, colazione varia e gustosa.
Cons: L'unica pecca è la dimensione della nostra camera Karmela, veramente troppo piccola, non ci si poteva muovere ai lati del letto e non c'era spazio per poggiare e gestire i bagagli.

Il Riad è molto bello, gode di una buona posizione per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni ma al contempo è immerso in una zona della Medina meno turistica rispetto alla piazza centrale e alle vie circostanti, cosa che ti permette di entrare in contatto con la vita di Marrakech. I due ragazzi che gestiscono il Riad sono entrambi super gentili e disponibili, così come il resto dello staff. Colazione ottima, la terrazza e la piscina sono due chicche! Consigliatissimo!

The Riad arranged collection straight from the airport which was a godsend when arriving at night. Lovely Riad, very helpful young man on the reception that was happy to help with anything needed.
Cons: The only slight negative is the bed was quite hard but not the most uncomfortable we have stayed on.

The riad and the room were absolutely brilliant. Charming and very clean. Our room had a shower with body jets! Excellent staff, very good and plentiful breafkast. Rooftop terrace didn't have views of the city but had comfortable couches and tables to relax or eat. Nice and comfortable lounge area to relax or read. Location was good, about 5 minutes walk to the souks. Local food stalls nearby. Can't recommend enough.

In a traditional building, original wooden features in the room itself and fairly good location. Quite clean and the shower had good water pressure. The pool and roof-top terrace were very nice.
Cons: The shower bracket and the wash basin tap malfunctioned or fell off completely. The toilet had to be flushed several times. The noise from the street was too loud to keep the window (which was not functional) open at night. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was substandard, with day-old bread being served (there was fresh bread made nearby so it was available), and always similar. Fresh fruit would be nice. Staff were generally welcoming and friendly. The main issue is the bedroom was very small for that price and anyone with a regular suitcase would have no place to put it. We had small suitcases but had to always store things away to have any room to move about.

The place was beautiful, clean and well located. A safe haven in the adventure that is the Medina, and close enough to taxi stations, which is key to getting around other areas of Marrakech. The staff was excellent! Before our arrival they were already looking out for us. I had an incident where I forgot my AirPods and charger in the hotel when I headed to the airport and they personally brought it to me. I have no words to express my gratitude.

We wanted a simple, easily accessible location in the old medina where we could stay for a couple of nights, with break in the middle of the stay to accommodate our trip to the desert. This Riad ticked all the boxes from a practical point of view. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, accommodated our early departure by serving us a full breakfast one whole hour early. The one reason I’m not giving the place a 10 is the smell coming off the bathroom in the larger bedroom on our second night. I know it’s a perennial problem of plumbing in old riads in Morocco, but it’s a relatively easy fix and it put a slight wrinkle on an otherwise perfect stay.

The road is 12-25 mins walk from most of the sites in Marrakech yet allows for you to dropped almost to the door unlike at other roads in the medinah. It's not just a 100% tourist area. Asharaf & Ottoman were friendly, helpful & gave sound advice. Thee is a roof terrace, pool like a big bathtub in size and even a hammam in the basement. I only used the roof terrace so can't comment on the other facilities.
Cons: The lamp in the bedroom blew and took out one phase of the electricity. Asharaf easily managed to solve the outage but the lamp wasn't replaced leaving us with no bedside lamps (other one never worked). Breakfast while lovely, doesn't offer much variety as it's always bread based but this may be the case in a lot of riads. The bathroom was skimpily stocked with an unlabelled gel & shampoo. No soap near sink. Provision for adapters would have been handy, we only brought one amongst 3 of us and had to purchase more. Unfortunately 5% is slapped on bills paid by card, a bit harsh, and not mentioned on the booking site!! The ATM nearby was under repair so had to give over all my cash and was left without any foreign currency as a result and needed to find an ATM early morning.

Everything. I did not know what to expect when I booked to stay in Riad, as I just follow travel tips that inform to stay in riad when in Marrakech, but this definitely exceed my expectation. Staff friendliness, the warmth welcome, traditional Moroccan breakfast every single morning, it was really really great and best experience. Special shoutout to brother Ayoub and brother Asyraff for everything.

We had an amazing time at Riad moonlight, the riad is beautiful everywhere you look and the room was perfect and clean too, one big upside is that the bed was comfortable and soft. The one thing that surprised us the most was the very helpful staff, we want to thank you all for making our first trip to Morocco amazing, we felt welcome and we didn't miss a thing. We had only booked 3 nights at first but asked to stay longer, they did not have rooms available for our last two nights, so they checked us into another Riad an even carried our biggest bag to the other place. The area is also good and quiet, its really close to everything so you don't need a taxi. We are very grateful for staying here, thank you!

Location was perfect, you can reach Jemma el Fna by foot in 20’. The road is beautiful, we had a pleasant breakfast everyday in the terrace. Staff is really helpful and kind, they speak French and Spanish perfectly. Everyone was very attentive and they made our stay feel special.

Cons: Was a bit unpleasantly surprised by the way someone of the staff made clear we (our kids) should be more quiet. A gentle warning or a kind ask was also enough (at least to start with) instead of hissing and looking mad. It’s an old building and noise carries easy in the setup of a riad, we tried to pay attention to this but forget for minute. Could have been handled different.

Well located, it's easy to walk around the city center from there.
Cons: The breakfast was nothing like the pictures, neither the decoration. We've booked a room for 4 people, and it was clearly not a room for so many guests, it was small and apart from being quite dark, the extra bed was clearly not supposed to be there making it hard to move around the bedroom. The payment option was also misleading, as we booked on the platform and we were not able to pay it online, only cash, otherwise If you want to pay by card, they charge +5% - another information you won't find in the booking details.

Location was great. Needed taxi to call Riad Moonlight for someone to come meet us out the front. once know where it was, it is fantastic location. Dipping pool was great for the summer heat. Main square ten mins walk away. Staff were brilliant. Can organise tours etc from front desk.

The Riad was amazing, beautiful property which great rooms and comfy beds. Large bathrooms with a great shower. Achraf always looked after us, helping me download the local maps, calling tour companies so make sure pick ups were set and making sure we had enough breakfast in the mornings. Me and my family including 2 kids had an excellent stay at Riad Moonlight and Spa. The room was very comfortable and traditionally set giving you the vibe of local residence. The room and toilets were cleaned regularly. We had an amazing daily breakfast with different menu every morning. The staff especially Ayub was very helpful. Round the clock presence of staff at reception would make you feel secure. Being in Morocco for the first time they helped alot with directions, groceries and sorting out various issues. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Cons: When I first came, I was not fond of the location but after spending three nights I was glad to be in that place having so many places easily accessible.

Riad Moonlight is like stepping into an Arabian Maghreb fairy-tale it's absolutely stunning from the decore to the architectural historical authenticity of the building, from the inside out. The breakfast was lovely in the peaceful court of the riad. It's quiet and super clean and has a homily feeling to it. All thanks to the dedicated effort and warm-hearted team; the lovely owner of the Riad she welcomed us with open arms, also Youssef and my 'extra very special thanks' to Hassan! He's a true gem and goes the extra mile to make sure that the guests are well taken care of. He does that with genuine care and the friendliness comes straight from the heart. Thank you Hassan! This riad was the perfect spot for us on our first trip to Marrakech! We couldn’t have wished for a better host, they were so lovely and helpful right from the beginning and really went out of their way to make our trip so special. The location was perfect not too far from the main attractions and could not fault the cleanliness and YUMMY breakfast!!

Cons: The staff did not speak much English which made communication difficult (not their fault as we were in a non-English speaking country). Staff were not friendly or welcoming. We were initially given no information on meal times. Breakfast time changed each day so we only managed to get breakfast two days of our stay. On check out we were given someone else’s passport. Room backed on to the side street which was very noisy at night. This wasn’t a problem for us but worth mentioning.

Ten minutes from the main attractions in Medina. The Riad is very warm and confortable. The court inside is very charming in perfect Marocco style. The rooms are very clean and have a warm oriental atmosphere. The staff is very nice, ready to help you. Breakfast continental with special bread of Marocco.

The road was lovely and our bedroom was roomy and the clean, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The terrace was pretty with tables and chairs in the sun and a bedded area with tables in the shade. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating giving us tips on where to eat, places to visit and helping us make bookings. On our last day they very kindly stored our luggage for us and helped us charge our phones before leaving.

1 day before we were contacted before our stay by Sulaiman if we required airport transfer which wasn't required as we had hire. Location: Riad is around 1.3km from Madina (17min walk) but all shops start after 2-3 minute walk which still is the part of Jama-el-fna, so perfect location. Away from hustle and bustle of crowd. Safe location with person present at the properly 24/7. CCTV system present and working Riad: Clean, full of colours and traditions with modern look. From outside it looks like a house but as soon as you enter, you are shocked by the effort Kultoom and Sulaiman has put to make this place look so amazing. All facilities are provided here. We requested to watch our favourite Tele show in the lounge. Sulaiman and Kultoom made us feel at ease . We enjoyed the show with hot Morrocon mint tea. Loved it. Laundry service is provided for €5. Pickup and drop off service provided. Massage and spa after a long tiring day was such a luxury to end our day. We felt fresh, ready to start our next day. Locker is available in the room to leave stuff securely in the room. Room: Our room was extremely clean including shower room. We always feel at ease when hotel is clean and Moonlight is one on the list which ticks all boxes. Bedsheet clean and fresh, Room had electric heater which isn't normally provided in any other Riad, fresh towels provided, room cleaned everyday, room service provided. Breakfast: Continental breakfast in the morning. Requested local bread which was fulfilled and made fresh in the morning for us. Overall, we loved our stay here. Moonlight Spa is on our top list if we come back. No other Riad will be consider to stay.
Cons: Little noise after 10pm as there are small food places where local come and eat. Which can be ignored.

We arrived very late and they were waiting on the street to welcome us in - this was greatly appreciated as we would not have been able to find the place as we had no data! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and quick to refill our plates and cups The room was as comfortable and had nearly everything we needed for our stay Thanks to the wonderful staff for the recommendations of restaurants, the map application (maps.me), and for their overall hospitality

Cons: When we arrived the room was very cold. The heater was not very warm and would switch off, staff had trouble working it also. Staff rang the owner and she said to operate the AC unit via heat setting. This didn't work and kept blowing cold air. The hotel was empty so we asked to change rooms but this request was refused. We were promised heat would be fixed by the next day. The next day we waited to be told the guy to fix had not come. Owner showed absolutely no concern. Stay was therefore very uncomfortable. Also pool is not a pool , just big enough to sit in and no wellness centre. Would not return to this place,

Traditional beautiful Riad with good prospects to become more than a chancers choice. Public areas were spotless clean. Ladies were very kind and smiling. Breakfast was generous and of good quality. Great rooftop area. Left a generous tip despite overall disatisfaction with lack of action from management.
Cons: Internet was a mess. Broken down in 2.4, 5 ghz and then a mixed one and an extender leading to low speed or non available service. Ground floor room has zero privacy, zero natural light, zero ventilation. Hearing things nobody supposed to hear from the public areas, tenants are doomed to sleep last and wake up first. Unwillingly. Manager wants cash. Dirham or euro. Leading to high loss of money due to the inevitable conversions. No prior notice to this. No receipt given even when asked. No change of room granted even when they were vacancies. Not once the room was service while occupancy. Definitely not suitable for business nor a digital nomad, definitely not for longer than a couple of nights stay. Location, quite far from the main attractions. Place needs renovation desperately. Pool is small and unusable in general.
