Cons: Nous devions arrivé tard, l'hôtel était prévenu, puisqu'il devait venir nous recupérer à l'aéroport. Notre vol a eu du retard (1h15) nous avons prévenu à chaque nouvelle information de la part de la compagnie. Arrivé à l'aéroport personne, nous avons du appeler et patienter. Arrivé à l'hotel on nous à ouvert la porte et invité à nous rendre dans notre chambre. Le lendemain au départ facturé 20 euros pour enregistrement tardif, sàs que cela n'est jamais été mentionné. Plus le transport facturé. Finalement le prix la nuit est presque doublé.

Posizione vicina ad aeroporto. Abbiamo passato pochissimo tempo in questo Riad. Prezzo basso e competitivo. La camera è spaziosa e con arredamento moderno ma non tipico marocchino. Possibilità di stampare i documenti x aeroporto (ma ad un prezzo molto salato)
Cons: Bagno non ha finestre e senza porte per doccia quindi si allaga un po’. La corrente andava via continuamente, forse per un nostro mal utilizzo degli interruttori? Non so ma non era intuitivo I prezzi molto elevati per i servizi. Sia per le fotocopie che per i transfer che sarebbero in genere la metà. La finestra era grande e tendeva a far essere la stanza un po’ fredda per gennaio.

La camera è davvero bella, elegante e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari per una notte confortevole. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato straordinariamente gentile e disponibile, facendo sentire ben accolti nonostante l'orario tardo. È esattamente quello che ti serve quando sei stanco e disorientato dopo un viaggio.
Cons: Purtroppo, il prezzo richiesto è notevolmente alto rispetto agli standard marocchini. Per la qualità e i servizi offerti, potrete trovare sistemazioni significativamente migliori a costi molto inferiori nel resto del paese. La posizione è piuttosto decentrata e fuori mano, il che significa che per raggiungere il centro città o le principali attrazioni turistiche siete costretti a dipendere da taxi o altri mezzi di trasporto. A proposito di questo, fate molta attenzione quando ordinate un taxi dall'aeroporto: il nostro conducente ha preteso la bellezza di 15 euro per una corsa di soli 5 minuti, il che è semplicemente assurdo considerando i prezzi locali e rappresenta uno di quegli abusi che purtroppo accadono nei pressi degli aeroporti.

Maravilloso alojamiento, habitaciones muy cómodas y bonitas, con todo lo necesario que puedas necesitar. El personal es muy amable y está pendiente de cualquier cosa que se necesite. Comimos en el alojamiento y la comida estaba buenísima. Por otro lado, la cercanía con el aeropuerto.

Wie der Name schon sagt ca. 8Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Dafür dennoch recht ruhig. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, ebenso das Bad mit Dusche, zudem klimatisiert. Alles top sauber. Auf dem Dach gibt's eine Dachterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße direkt vor dem Riad in großem Umfang vorhanden. Es gibt sowohl eine Frühstücksoption 5€/Person, als auch Cafés in der fußläufigen Umgebung zu finden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Lage und Ausstattung ist perfekt. Das Riad ist von außen mangels Beschriftung nicht als solches erkennbar. Mit Maps jedoch gut zu finden. Passende Nummer steht auch über der Tür. Ansonsten sind sie auch per WhatsApp erreichbar.
Cons: Ein Duschvorhang wäre schön, da man beim Duschen das gesamte Bad unter Wasser setzt. Eine unserer 2 Matratzen war recht durchgelegen.

The area seems a bit sketchy but we went out for dinner and it was actually peaceful and safe. The hotel is very new and modern, the bed was very comfortable and all was very clean. The lady that did our check in was lovely and also sent us off in the morning with a take-away breakfast which was a nice touch! She was very responsive on WhatsApp and helped us with all we needed.
Cons: Though the property is modern and clean, it doesn’t feel very welcoming especially in the entrance. The bathroom had a movement-activated light which was annoying, and the shower flooded the entire floor. The sliding door didn’t close properly and lacked privacy. The cost of printing our boarding pass was very high considering that in Europe you can print a page for 0.20 cent and they asked for €2.50 each. Also, it was not needed for our Ryanair flight, so felt a bit like a ripoff. Though the takeaway breakfast is a nice touch, it only consisted in a couple of pieces of not-so-fresh bread, a little cheese and butter.

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und modern. Zimmer und Bad waren picobello sauber. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Restaurant gibt es zwar nicht, aber es gibt einen Lieferservice der sehr gut funktioniert. Auch der nächtliche Shuttle zum Flughafen klappte gut. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl, wenn man morgens früh fliegt und in der Nähe des Flughafens übernachten möchte.

The Riad offers modern and very clean rooms, and the host (a lady) was polite and welcoming. There’s the option to order dinner and drinks (for an extra charge), and our room had a brand-new AC. The common areas are lovely – a cozy lounge, a dining area under the open sky, and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The location is also excellent, especially for travelers coming from or going to the airport.
Cons: The bathroom light kept turning off after a few minutes, and we paid €5 for two large bottles of water, which felt overpriced. The airport transfer service was also relatively expensive at €15.

Cons: Abbiamo fatto fatica a riconoscere l'hotel, visto che non aveva insegne all'esterno. Essendo notte, abbiamo dovuto telefonare e ci sono venuti subito incontro, l'abbiamo molto apprezzato. L'area condizionata era funzionante ma un po' debole.

Die nette Dame am Empfang hat uns nach unserer sehr späten Ankunft noch Orangensaft und Plätzchen gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Riad liegt nur 5min vom Flughafen entfernt. Absolut empfehlenswert:-)

Nous avons été accueilli dans une chambre où il faisait plus de 40 degré alors que nous avions justement réservé une nuit proche de l’aéroport pour être confortable pour voyager le lendemain. À part nous dire que ça fonctionnait avant notre arrivé et nous proposer un ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus nous n’avons pas été dédommagé. De plus la porte coulissante qui sépare la chambre de la salle de bain était cassé et bloqué. Impossible donc d’avoir de l’intimité dans la salle de bain alors qu’on voyageait en famille.

Die Riad ist sehr Modern. Die Zimmer sowie die ganze Riad sah so aus wie auf den Bildern und war generell sauber. Durchgehender wasserdruck und auch verschiedene Temperaturen vorhanden. Frühstück war auch inordnung.
Cons: Unsere Klimaanlage war kaputt und hat nur warme Luft von draußen gepustet. Es waren leider 42 Grad draußen. Als Ausgleich wurde uns leider nur ein Ventilator zu Verfügung gestellt, der aber alle 5 Minuten für ein kleinen ,,Stromausfall" gesorgt hat und leider auch nicht ganz hilfreich war. Der Techniker soll erst am nächsten Morgen gekommen sein. Uns wurde auch gesagt wir sollten sonst die Fenster im der nacht öffnen - der Flughafen ist zwar etwas entfernt aber ab 5:50 starten die ersten Flieger. Da es eh schon recht warm war, hatten wir eh schon wenig geschlafen und einen sehr leichten Schlaf. Das kann die Riad natürlich nicht beeinflussen, aber es trübte unseren Aufenthalt. Wir haben auf Nachfrage gratis kaltes Wasser bekommen (bei 42-37 Grad) bringt es leider nicht so viel. Zudem hatten paar der Wasserflaschen einen Chlor Geruch und Geschmack. Es roch sehr in Richtung verdünntes Leitungswasser. Wir wollten jaa extra abgefülltes Wasser haben um, um das Trinken des Leitungswasser herumzukommen. Beim Ansprechen beim Frühstück gab es leider Verständigungsprobleme und uns wurde neue Flaschen gebracht (diese hatten keinen Chlor Geruch). Warum dieses Wasser diesen Geruch und den Geschmack hatten wissen wir nicht.

Cons: La climatisation de la chambre 2 ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui nous a contraints à passer une nuit blanche dans la chaleur étouffante de Marrakech. Lorsque j’ai signalé le problème au personnel le lendemain, on m’a simplement répondu qu’ils étaient déjà au courant et qu’ils étaient désolés. Je trouve cette attitude inacceptable : il est évident qu’une chambre sans climatisation ne devrait pas être attribuée aux clients, surtout dans une ville où la chaleur est extrême. Une solution immédiate, comme un changement de chambre, aurait dû être proposée dès le départ.

Està al costat de l'aeroport i ens va ser molt còmode pel primer i l'últim dia del viatge. És un allotjament petit en un carrer sense sortida, de nit sembla una mica estrany, però està molt bé. Pots aparcar el cotxe a la porta gratis. L'habitació quàdruple és molt gran, ben decorada, còmode. El lavabo i la dutxa estan molt bé. Et donen una ampolleta d'aigua per persona gratis. Bon wifi. Ens van esperar la primera nit fins que vam arribar, el nostre avió es va endarrerir com dues hores i vam arribar a la matinada. Els hi vam contractar el transport des de l'aeroport i per a 4 persones ens van cobrar 14€. Una mica car però molt eficient, això que per culpa de l'endarreriment de l'avió ens van haver d'esperar dues hores. Es paga a l'allotjament en dirhams o euros, però el canvi sempre te'l donen en dirhams.
Cons: Els llits són molt durs, però de fet són així a tot Marroc. S'han de pagar les taxes en dirhams només entrar. També es poden pagar en euros, però et tornen el canvi en dirhams i si és el teu últim dia te'ls menges. Seria més còmode que les incloguessin al preu total de l'allotjament. Ens van cobrar per imprimir les nostres targetes d'embarcament per l'avió: 2€ per pàgina! Érem 4 persones i cada targeta eren 2 pàgines així que ens van fer pagar 16€! I després la companyia aèria (RAM) no ens ho va demanar. Entenc que et facin pagar però no aquesta quantitat, em sembla exagerada.

Zeer rustige ligging in nieuwbouwwijk met braakliggende gronden voor de deur. Kamer ruim met hoge plafonds modern, ook de badkamer. Ook voor 1 nacht optimale bediening.

Definitely a good place to stay if you have a flight in the morning. It is a very easy 25 minutes walk and area is very reachable on foot to and from the airport. The staff lady is very nice and offers complimentary tea and cookies upon arrival. She was very flexible as well.
Cons: I think what I didn't like is that they print boarding passes for 2 euros each page and I had free time and went to airport and they said that I can come to the airport and have it printed at check in desk . The receptionist lady told me that they do it at the airport but much more expensive e while it was for free. Also if you really want to print them - they're waaaaay cheaper options if you walk to the city close to the airport I also found a cockroah kn my room that wasn't okay

Cons: The wifi is not working; we were on the second floor and couldn't connect to the wifi. Then the food is EXPENSIVE AND DISGUSTING. Do not eat at the riad you will be very disappointed.

Cons: The hotel is simple and fine for one night stay. We took the shuttle service since we arrived late but it’s quite expensive for the price you are paying for the room. It’s not as close as you imagine to the airport and not walkable distance - there’s not much going on. I had read previous reviews and thought the hotel would be better. The bathroom is small and no separation from the toilet (there’s no shower curtain or door) so everything gets wet. The towels seemed a bit old.

An easy 5 min cab ride from the airport (use the Riad service as the cab driver from the airport got completely lost!!) Fantastic welcome from host L'houssain, offering us delicious tea & biscuits even though our arrival was very late at night. Quick check in to a wonderful room- couldnt ask for more - absolutely spotless and very modern. Lots of toiletries and excellent wifi speed. Peaceful and sound sleep in comfortable beds. If you need to be near the airport would def recommend (can also walk it!)

Although you wouldn't know by the outside of the hotel, the Riad L'Aéroport is a true gem just short distance from the Marrakech airport. The hotel is immaculate clean and appointed with everything you need. The rooms are large and comfortable. But best of all is the staff--we were greeted upon arrival by the front desk receptionist Hajar who was polite and professional. In addition to seeing us to our rooms she served us a welcome afternoon tea, Hajar made sure we were able to order room service at 7:00pm as we liked. We were leaving the property at 3:00am for a very early flight the next morning and Hajar saw to it that we had a "to go" light breakfast to bring going with us upon departure. Hajar also arranged for us to be picked up and taken back to the airport. Hajar made this stay an A+ and is an asset to the organization. Without hesitation, I would stay here again.

Cons: Bagno privo di tendina per la doccia e conseguente allagamento, luce del bagno si accendeva e si spegneva con il sensore causando fastidio. Nessun ristorante o bar nelle vicinanze, zona senza illuminazione e isolata che non ci ha permesso di uscire.

La ragazza in reception è stata abbastanza maleducata con noi quando noi le abbiamo semplicemente chiesto di alcuni servizi. Su booking tra i servizi segnati c'era l'asciugacapelli ma di un asciugacapelli neanche l'ombra, la sua risposta è stata: "I'm working on it, I know we haven't it cause I work here"..super scocciata. E ogni qualvolta aprivamo la porta della camera lei usciva dalla sua stanza a controllare...sembrava di stare in un carcere.... Servizio taxi per aereoporto costava 15€ quando l'aeroporto distava poco più di 5 Min in auto e meno di mezz'ora a piedi...

Das Riad und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Bett groß und bequem. Wenn man in der Nähe zum Flughafen sein möchte, ist es sehr gut. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen liegt das Riad ruhig.Das freundliche Personal hat uns den Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Wenn man in die Stadt will, hat es immer günstige Taxi. Wir haben kein Frühstück genommen, da der Flug früh war.
Cons: Die Lage ist praktisch, aber nicht sehr schön.Für gute Restaurants und in das Zentrum muss man besser gleich ein Taxi nehmen. Wie bei den meisten Riads hat es keinen Aufzug.

La literie est de bonne qualité ,le toilette et la douche étaient également très bien et très propres. Hôtel très pratique à proximité des agences de loc voiture et de l'aéroport comme son nom l'indique.

Cons: The location was limited in terms of facilities and the only benifit was staying very close to the airport. There was a small town centre close by withing 15 mins walking distance which had a selection of shops but food delivery apps didnt deliver to the riad. Breakfast was outside area and was quite cold in the morning and could do with a wider selection of options.

Abbiamo dormito la notte prima di partire, la posizione è comoda per l’aeroporto, presente la navetta del Riad che in 5 minuti ci ha portato in aeroporto alle 4:30 del mattino. La ragazza alla reception gentilissima, la stanza molto pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Très petit établissement difficile à trouver: accueil chaleureux, très bien tenu. Décoration simple, mais de très bon goût. Jolie terrasse sur le toit donnant sur un quartier en cours d'aménagement sans intérêt mais ce n'est pas l'objet: être à proximité de l'aéroport pour un vol matinal. Cet établissement convient parfaitement pour cela. Possibilité de restauration simple sur place de très bonne qualité, confectionnée dans un autre local. A recommander.
Cons: Un gros point à améliorer: la pièce d'accueil très exigüe et peu avenante butant sur un escalier très raide et ingrat, vous fait douter de l'endroit. J'ai demandé à voir la chambre et parties communes situées en étage, en contraste total avec l'accueil, avant de m'enregistrer.

Está a20 minutos andando del aeropuerto, ideal para dormir antes de coger un vuelo temprano, desde el primer momento un trato excelente, tiene una terraza muy bonita donde tomar un te tranquilo, buena cena y como teníamos el viaje pronto, nos levantamos a las 4am, nos estaban esperando con un café calentito y el desayuno para llevar, la habitación la mejor de Marruecos, caliente, cómoda, con baño.. todo muy limpio y acogedor, gracias por tanto!

We chose this Riad because of its proximity to the airport since we had to catch a morning flight. This indeed proved to be a good solution. The manager was very kind and flexible. We unexpectedly arrived an hour before the regular check-in time, nevertheless she welcomed us with tea and made sure to have our room ready soon. Our room was spacious and spotless. This riad is a new establishment, so the bathroom was very modern as well with a great shower. The breakfast was also nice and tasty. All in all, this riad in the new, M'hamid neighbourhood of Marrakesh can be an excellent choice for those who do not want to visit the medina of Marrakesh but want to stay really close to the airport.
Cons: The menu is unreasonably overpriced. All the main dishes were 100 DH (including the harira, which was 5 DH in a local restaurant just around the corner).

Cons: Не очень обычно выглядит планирвока номера, но это наверное обычно для Марокко: душевая комната и туалет расположен в метре от кровати и разделен стеклянной дверью. Немного дискомфортно:)). Завтраки простые, скромные, сильно не наешься.

L'hôtel est effectivement à 2,7 km de l'aéroport, comptez 80 dirhams de taxi car l'emplacement est quand même considéré comme étant en centre-ville. C'est pratique pour être à l'aéroport dans les délais, mais beaucoup de taxis ont du mal à le trouver donc prévoyez de leur montrer l'itinéraire sur GPS. La jeune femme de la réception, très aimable, a fait de son mieux pour que nous puissions avoir un petit déjeuner (inclus dans le tarif Booking, mais seulement servi de 8h30 à 10h30) avec des msemen, du pain, du beurre, de la vache qui rit, des confitures, des olives et du thé à la menthe ; elle ne parle qu'anglais et arabe mais elle comprend le français. Le quartier n'a que des immeubles résidentiels (tous en construction) et peu de commerces, mais je recommande le snack Menna, situé juste en face en tournant le dos à la pharmacie, où nous avons dégusté un très bon thé à la menthe et de délicieuses brochettes, digne d'un resto plus chic; la propriétaire est très sympa et on peut discuter en français avec elle en plus.
Cons: Le quartier est complètement en chantier donc je confirme que la vue sur le terrain vague n'était pas formidable. L'appel à la prière résonne dans la chambre comme si le muezzin y était (de toute façon nous partions tôt donc ça ne nous a pas trop dérangés). La chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur donc les petites bouteilles fraîches qu'on nous a offertes ne le sont pas restées longtemps, malgré la clim. Je confirme ce que d'autres voyageurs ont écrit sur la minuterie automatique de la salle de bains, qui m'a bien gâché la nuit puisque j'ai un conjoint qui va aux toilettes 2 à 3 fois par nuit. La porte coulissante de la salle de bains restait entrouverte en plus, donc il nous a fallu la tenir fermée à l'aide d'une valise et ensuite la lumière ne s'allumait plus.

I chose this Riad because of it's location close to the airport - I had a very early flight and this Riad offers a shuttle for 14 Euro. We had to leave at 3:30am and the staff was VERY accommodating. The room was simple yet beautiful and very comfortable. The shared living room was very peaceful. There wasn't a ton to do within walking distance, but for an airport hotel it was absolutely perfect.

Kui olime oma asjad tubadesse ära pannud, pakuti traditsioonilist piparmünditeed koos maiustusega. Igale abipalvele reageeriti väga tähelepanelikult. Kuna lahkusime hotellist juba 6.30 ning ei saanud nautida kl 8st serveeritavat hommikusööki, pakiti meile kaasa rikkalik Maroko hommikusöök: erinevat küpsetised, moos, juust, mahl koos topsidega. Arvan, et tegu on parima hotelliga Marrakechis, kus ööbida enne lendu. Lennujaam on 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.

I stayed only one night, and only met Fatima the manager the next morning. Both she & the more juinor staff Hajar who attended to me on the first day were excellent & went out of their way to attend to my needs, doing their best within the restrictions of the small premise (it only has a few rooms) to make me comfortable, including giving me detailed direction on how to get the local market (souq) a 15 mins walk away, where I have a tasty local dinner for just 30 Dhs. The local halal breakfast prepared by Fatima is excellent! She showed genuine interest in her guests, and will take time to talk to me.
Cons: The premise has no signage & street address. Taxi driver had to look a bit to find it. Location a bit off, with the front facing an empty plot of undeveloped land. But for one who is looking for a place to crash for a one-night before getting to the airport the next morning, this has everything I needed

C'est un nouveau riad (3 ans) alors tout est nouveau et de bon goût. L'endroit est confortable et très propre. J'avais une belle grande chambre lumineuse et une grande toilette/douche. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit exceptionnel, c'est la présence de Hajar et de Fatima. Ce sont des perles, attentives à la moindre demande des clients. Avec elles, nous sommes choyés. À tour de rôle, elles passent plusieurs journées (24h) avec nous assurant tous les rôles de l'accueil, la préparation des repas, les informations touristiques, l'organisation du taxi pour 5:30am et même le petit déjeuner pour la route. Merci Hajar et Fatima pour vos sourires et votre gentillesse . 💕 Le riad est à moins de 10min de l'aéroport, a 20 minutes en bus collectif d'un centre commercial et à 30 de la place Jemaa el fna. Je recommande cet endroit à 100%.
Cons: Comme c'est un tout nouveau quartier, les alentours sont un peu vides et manquent de charme. La vue de la chambre donne sur un long terrain vague. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choses autour. Quelques cafés mais je n'ai pas vu de restaurant et il n'y a rien de bien agréable pour une balade. Heureusement, il y a les bus pas très loin. Le petit déjeuner inclu est ok, sans plus. La navette pour l'aéroport est un peu dispendieuse - 14€ (150 dirhams).

Cons: Negative experience overall. The receptionist was not friendly what so ever. It was as expensive as a 3 star hotel in Dusseldorf Germany. We had a room, next to our room was another room. Sort of like a 2 story house.
