The Riad is even more beautiful than we though!. Staff is very friendly! They even brought breakfast to our room at 7am because we had to leave early :). I recommend to book the taxi service if you come directly from the airport, otherwise it might be hard to find and at first the streets to the Riad look a bit unsafe (but they aren't!). It makes it more authentic, just ignore if boys in the street to the Riad start talking to you.

Cons: We thought to take a swim in the pool, but that's very cold this time of the year unfortunately. And we heard many street cats screeming during the night The streets to the Riad are a bit quiet, but were safe according to the staff. All these aren't things the accommodation can do something about.

De locatie en de kamers zijn prima. Eigenaar en ander personeel zijn behulpzaam met uitleg over de stad en enentueel regelen van taxi enz. Het dak terras is heel fijn.

Cons: Het ontbijt had wel wat beter gekund. Van alles wat op tafel kwam ietsje meer had wel lekker geweest. Bespreek wel goed met de mensen van het hotel wat je graag wil wat ze voor je regelen. Bijvoorbeeld diner in de woestijn bij een grote tent, werd een diner in een openlucht restaurant aan de weg met een soort van animatie. Echte toerist trap. Wel tijdens de rit erheen de zonsondergang gezien in de woestijn, was heel mooi en goed geregeld.

Riad joliment décoré, propre et idéalement situé dans la médina, proche du souk. Néanmoins, attention pour vous y rendre la première fois il vaut mieux avoir un plan ou pris le transfert avec eux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et possibilité de réserver pour diner, les repas sont très bons. Belle terrasse avec vue sur l'Atlas.

Nothing honestly. It's a dump, room was really small. Air conditioner was making noise, requested that it be looked at, no response. Towels were dirty, not well cleaned , supposed to be white. Entry to the property was a very narrow lane , gutter smell on entrance. Not worth the money at all.

Cons: Size of room, very small, smell of gutter from bathroom, none of the doors closed properly. Avoid if possible. Don't know how people gave such a good rating...

when we arrived in Marrakech we were picked up from the airport, the staff at the riad were welcoming and friendly. They had a meal prepared for us although it was quite late. The next day we were provided with a map and local sites to visit were explained to us. Couldnt have been more helpful and we took the advice given and had a superb few days in the old medina.

Cons: We liked everything about the riad and staff. Location perfect, staff accommodating and the roof terrace for meals was a treat. The only negative was we would have liked more privacy in the ensuite, ie solid wall and door.

Un riad bien placé (entre les souks et le jardin Majorelle) pour visiter Marrakech. Un accueil exceptionnel et chaleureux de la part de Riad et de tout le personnel : du thé à la menthe, des conseils pour visiter la ville, des sourires. Le lieu est apaisant, superbement bien décoré, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Les bassins sont agréables pour se rafraîchir après une journée dans les souks. Le toit terrasse est aussi très joli pour déguster l'excellent petit déjeuner ou un dîner privatisé. Bref, je recommande vivement !

Cons: S'il faut trouver un point négatif, ce serait les piscines fraîches et pas assez entretenues, mais pour se rafraîchir c'est tout de même agréable.

De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Overige medewerkers waren ook vriendelijk, een enkele medewerker sprak een beetje engels. De kamer was zoals ik deze had verwacht, zoals de badkamer met goede douche. Alles was schoon en dagelijks kregen we schone handdoeken.

Posizione comoda per visitare il centro della medina, cortesia dello staff, cibo, ottima colazione tipica con msemmen e baghrir, marmellate, frutta, kefir. vista panoramica sulla medina, piscina (una nel cortile interno e una piccolina in terrazza. Il riad è circa 3/4 minuti a piedi dalla zona dove possono circolare le auto, pertanto transfer e bus dei tour guidati non vi prenderanno proprio sotto al riad, ma poco lontano.

Cons: la colazione dalle 8.30 è un po' tardi se si vuole partire presto per visite o escursioni. ad ogni modo una mattina abbiamo chiesto l'anticipo alle 7.15 e l'hanno preparata senza problemi

Cons: Onze kamer was niet mega proper toen we aankwamen (haren in bed, op de badhanddoeken en op de douchemat). Ook vonden we het uiteindelijk te duur in vergelijking met andere verblijven en de kwaliteit die we kregen. Wij hebben 1 avond gegeten in de riad, hier kregen we een tajine en die was wel oke, maar je kan op andere plaatsen een betere tajine eten voor een betere prijs.

Everything. We booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport when booking the Riad - good solution! We we were late due to loss of lagguage, but they waited. Someone met us where the taxi had to stop, very good or else we wouldn´t have found it. Close to the big marked place and all the sooks + nice restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff!

Cons: Das Pool am Dach war leider so schmutzig, dass wir nicht darin schwimmen konnten und die Dachterrasse ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben den Kochkurs vom Hotel gebucht und konnten uns mit der Chefköchin nicht verständigen da sie kein Wort englisch gesprochen hat. Sie war dennoch sehr bemüht.

A noter : l'eau des piscines peuvent être un peu froides pour les personnes frileuses Le mobilier de piscine et terrasse est un peu vétuste La petite lampe au dessus de l'évier dans la salle est très faible. Pas pratique pour se maquiller. Dans l'armoire de la chambre pas de tringle avec cintres pour y suspendre les vêtements

Sehr schönes Riad! Riesige Dachterasse mit unendlich Sitzmöglichkeiten. Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war richtig schön: hell eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, schönes Licht, modernes Bad. Die Rückenmassage im Spa nebenan war sehr gut. Top Lage, man ist in 2 Minuten in den Altstadtgassen. Die in manch anderen Bewertungen genannte zwielichtige Gasse ist eine ganz normale Gasse in Marokko. Es ist weder unsicher, noch gefährlich. Dort leben Familien und spielen Kinder. Es ist einfach nur nicht so schick wie in westlichen Ländern!

Cons: Das Frühstück war etwas mager und haben wir schon besser erlebt in anderen Riads.

La ubicación no está mal respecto a la cercanía a la cosas, pero la calle donde se ubica es imposible que pase un coche. Hay que llegar andando unos 4 o 5 minutos. Eso sí muy tranquilo. Tiene unas piscinas pequeñitas pero para refrescarse van muy bien. El personal muy bien, muy atento con nosotros, en especial Ali porque hablaba español, un señor muy agradable. En general limpio y acogedor. Volveríamos.

La ubicación es maravillosa porque está dentro de la medina pero no en el agobio del zoco, con lo cual es muy cómodo y tranquilo, la habitación un sueño, fuimos en familia y todos dormimos estupendamente, la comodidad de las camas era insuperable, el baño precioso con aire acondicionado, las piscinas en los patios y la azotea fue un acierto porque las niñas disfrutaron muchísimo en las horas centrales del día. El desayuno, muy abundante, casi demasiado, muy rico y muy equilibrado, fruta, yogurt, café o te, pan, mantequilla y mermelada, bizcochos y dependiendo del día una especialidad distinta de panes marroquíes. Como íbamos con niños nos proporcionaron leche y cacao. Lo que mas nos maravilló fue el trato con el personal del Riad, eran cariñosos con las niñas, respetuosos, siempre que podían te ayudaban. Nunca una mala cara, ni un mal gesto. Las niñas eran bienvenidas y acogidas con su alegría y su ruido. El personal de limpieza también fue muy cariñoso con ellas y con nosotros. Todos hacían su trabajo con mucha eficacia, cuidado y mucho amor. Siempre con una sonrisa.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Riad De Vinci & SPA. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and hospitable. They answered all our questions and gave us great recs for Marrakesh. The location was perfect, just a 15 min walk to the Medina yet still the Riad was very peaceful during the day and at night. We will definitely be back! We LOVED the breakfast, simple yet delicious.

Cons: Nous avons eu une fuite de la climatisation durant 2 jours dans notre chambre ,nous empêchant de dormir convenablement. La gérante nous a imputé ce dysfonctionnement. Très beau riad , petit déjeuner copieux un peu différent chaque jour mais un peu plus local serait sympa, la chambre est nettoyé tous les jours, draps & serviette au carré, le personnel est super réactif et agréable , toujours au petit soin 👌🏽

Cons: L'emplacement dans la médina est pratique, mais on ne s'y sent pas forcément en sécurité pour s'y rendre à la nuit tombé. privilégier le chemin un peu plus long et suivre la route ou les véhicules passent 😊

Cons: Le auto non arrivano all'hotel. Come d'accordo, chiamo la struttura, ma nessuno risponde. Eravamo a 200 mt, quindi mia moglie e mio figlio sono andati a chiamare qualcuno della struttura. La prima camera aveva l'aria condizionata non funzionante e ci hanno cambiato camera con la promessa di ripararla. Quando siamo tornati ci hanno detto che funzionava, ma di non andare sotto i 22 gradi (ma chi lo fa?). Comunque non funzionava lo stesso. Quindi ci hanno cambiato camera. 3 notti, 3 camere.

Ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais il faudrait résoudre ce problème à terme. Facture de fin de sejour: en plus de la location de la chambre s ajoute la taxe de séjour plutôt élevée 2e50 par personne et par jour. Mais surtout des frais supplémentaires pour lesquels nous n étions pas informés. On a fini le séjour en ayant l impression d être dupé , de devoir payer et encore payer a l image des souks sans la négociation.... dommage

El Riad es muy acogedor y con un excelente servicio de habitaciones además del personal de la recepción y restaurante. Nos sentimos muy cómodas durante nuestra estancia y seguras por las calles de la Medina. Todo está vigilado por cámaras y la gente es respetosa y agradable.

Cons: El primer día al llegar tuvimos que caminar solas 7 minutos hasta el Riad porque el coche no puede pasar por las callejuelas estrechas del lugar.

Super vriendelijk personeel die altijd klaar stonden voor eender welke vraag. De locatie was ook goed en dicht bij de souk. Binnen de riad waren er verschillende plekken om te zitten onder andere de rooftop. Hier was ook het ontbijt. De drie zwembaden waren zalig!

Cons: Enigste (klein) puntje wat we hebben is dat de wifi het niet altijd deed op onze kamer. Buiten de kamer was die perfect zoals op de rooftop ofzo. Binnen de kamer moest je geluk hebben. Maar omdat dit het enigste puntje is hebben we wel echt genoten van ons verblijf en raden we deze riad zeker aan!!

El alojamiento en general nos pareció bastante bonito, bien decorado y cuidado. Además, está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. Ideal para moverse a pie y disfrutar del entorno.

Cons: Nuestra habitación estaba justo al lado de la recepción y, lamentablemente, eso afectó bastante a nuestro descanso. Por las noches y también bastante temprano por la mañana, los trabajadores solían sentarse en las mesas situadas junto a nuestra puerta. El ruido de las conversaciones y movimientos nos dificultaba conciliar el sueño y descansar bien. Creemos que sería importante tener en cuenta este detalle para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes en habitaciones cercanas a esa zona.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the riad was beautifully decorated. The beds were really comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and it was really relaxing to enjoy it on the terrace. We would definitely come back if we return to Marrakech!

Piscines et A/C étaient les bienvenus dans la canicule de juillet. Suite spacieuse et confortable. Copieux petit-déjeuner inclus, sur la belle terrasse sur le toit.

Cons: Nous avions la suite avec salle de bain qui donnait directement sur la chambre, alors peu d’intimité…! Douche télescopique courte et sans support alors fallait s’accroupir dans le bain pour se doucher. Mais pas trop grave au final!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Riad et de tous le personnel en général. Le riad est très calme et c’est vraiment agréable.Nous avons dîner sur place avec un délicieux couscous, vraiment le meilleur de tout le séjour! Dommage que le riad ne mette pas plus en avant leur fabuleux repas, car sa vaut le détour!

Cons: Nous avons assisté au ménage du roof top qui a lieu pendant le petit déjeuner, c’est un peu dommage que cela soit fait à ce moment là. Les serviettes sales ont été roulées et remise sur les transat pour la journée à venir, vraiment très moyen…

Ao chegarmos do aeroporto fomos obrigados a jantar num quarto minúsculo e sem espaço para colocar a comida na única mesa de apoio que havia.

Je kan dus niet spontaan in de Riad blijven eten. Er is ook geen menukaart. Ze maken wat je vooraf aangeeft om te maken. Enerzijds fijn naar anderzijds ook vervelend. We hadden 1 dag tijdens het offerfeest dat de gehele stad gesloten was en halverwege de middag was er alleen nog maar water en tonic te verkrijgen in de Riad. Via de eigenaar een excursie geregeld en betaald naar het Atlasgebergte met vallei en waterval. Vaste chauffeur heeft ons gebracht maar eenmaal bij aankomst in de vallei moesten we nog extra betalen voor de gids die met ons de beklimming naar de waterval ging doen.

Everything! Perfect location, perfect service and the most stunning rooms/terraces with 3 pools to enjoy! The breakfast was delicious with something different everyday, and Riad the host couldn't do more for us with tips and maps on how best to get the most out of his beautiful city. The walk to the riad from the main road was very quick, we always felt safe as just us 2 girls.

L'accoglienza di Riad è stata veramente impeccabile. Ci ha subito offerto il tradizionale tè marocchino e nel frattempo ci indicava le principali attrazioni turistiche sulla mappa ed eventuali suggerimenti su tragitti da percorrere. La struttura è davvero enorme, solo l'ultimo giorno abbiamo scoperto una nuova "ala"! La terrazza è magnifica, vi consiglio di prenotare entro le 3 del pomeriggio una buonissima Tajine da gustare sul terrazzo al tramonto. Anche gli altri ragazzi dello staff sono stati davvero gentili. Ulteriore punto positivo, esattamente nella porta di fianco al Riad De Vinci è possibile rilassarsi nella spa. Abbiamo provato massaggio + hammam marocchino sotto suggerimento di Riad ed è stato un sogno! Infine ma non meno importante, tutto davvero super pulito e tranquillo. Forse da altre recensioni leggerete che questo Riad è situato in un punto difficile da raggiungere o comunque che è necessario percorrere vicoli bui: questo mi aveva un po' preoccupato prima di partire, ma una volta arrivati là ci siamo resi subito conto che si tratta letteralmente di due svolte in vie abitate e frequentate da bambini e famiglie a qualsiasi ora, si può stare tranquilli.

Cons: Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, dico che nonostante la stanza prenotata fosse superior, risultava un po' buia avendo solo una piccola finestra rispetto alle altre 2 stanze al piano che avevano invece porta-finestra.

Excellent riad ! C’est un lieu spacieux, propre et très reposant qui pourra plaire à tout type de personnes grâce aux différents espaces proposés (Rooftop, patios, piscines…). Le petit déjeuner est fait maison et est vraiment succulent et varié ! Ce qu’on a le plus retenu c’est le personnel qui est vraiment à l’écoute, disponible et chaleureux. C’est difficile d’imaginer un meilleur riad en terme de prestations, de confort… Ps : Le Spa était vraiment génial

Local to good restaurants and the Souks. Breakfast and Dinner both excellent. Air-conditioning good. No issues with the Wifi. Loved our stay.

This is a spectacular Riad. The interior was calm and beautiful and it was hard to leave the rooftop views or the courtyard pools. The staff were so helpful and kind. They helped with every question and treated us like friends. Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful. The location was great. We didn't want to leave this beautiful place!

Ce riad est une pépite, autant par rapport au personnel qui est très chaleureux et aux petits soins envers nous que par rapport à la beauté des lieux. C'est un écrin au milieu de la médina qui est très animée. Le service de navette depuis l'aéroport est un plus. Merci encore à Riad pour sa générosité, son calme et son professionnalisme.

Le personnel charmant et le riad ultra mignon. La chambre était très petite avec un lit de 1m60 et dans le couloir donc l'acoustique était pas très bonne. Cependant nous étions situé en plein dans la médina donc très bonne localisation avec magnifique rooftop et un très chouette Spa . L'expérience hammam et gommage super intéressant.

La décoration du riad est belle.

Cons: Nous avons été déçus par plusieurs aspects lors de notre séjour dans ce riad. Tout d'abord, nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes, mais à notre arrivée, celle-ci n'était pas disponible, sans explication claire ni solution réellement adaptée. Ensuite, nous avions demandé, et obtenu confirmation, d’un petit déjeuner tôt le matin pour 4 personnes en raison d’un départ anticipé. Malheureusement, aucun petit déjeuner n’était prêt à l’heure convenue, ce qui a été très décevant. De plus, malgré deux réservations successives, nous avons dû changer de chambre entre les deux nuits, ce qui a été contraignant et difficilement compréhensible. Enfin, nous avons eu le sentiment que le personnel manquait d’implication et de réactivité face aux problèmes rencontrés, ce qui n’a pas contribué à améliorer la situation. Ces différents points ont malheureusement terni notre expérience, malgré le cadre agréable du riad.

O riad não dispõe de carrinhos para transporte de malas como os demais e de nenhum funcionário para ajudar com esse trânsito até lá. Tivemos essa experiência ruim tanto na chegada quanto na saída. Na entrada, nosso motorista não conseguiu falar com ninguém do Riad apesar de ligar insistentemente e no checkout, limitaram-se a dizer que não dispunham de carrinhos, sem disponibilizar ninguém. - em quase todas as vezes que chegamos da rua, não tinha ninguém na recepção, embora a porta estivesse sempre aberta. Passa uma sensação de insegurança. - quarto: cheiro de mofo forte, além de muito escuro. Precisa de melhor manutenção também, visto que havia um vazamento no banheiro. - cama um pouco desconfortável. - conservação do entorno do Riad: é uma caminhada da rua principal até o Riad. Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans ce riad, et l’expérience a été très agréable dans l’ensemble. Accueil chaleureux, personnel très gentil et serviable dès l’arrivée. La chambre était petite comme prévu, mais propre, bien entretenue, avec ménage et changement de linge quotidiens. À noter : les draps, serviettes et tapis de bain n’étaient pas blancs comme neige, mais toujours propres. Personnellement, j’ai apprécié cette approche anti-gaspillage, même si cela peut ne pas plaire à tout le monde. La terrasse, qui m’avait fait rêver en photo, m’a un peu déçue au départ, mais j’ai fini par vraiment l’aimer. Elle est vaste, calme, avec plein de petits coins charmants — un vrai potentiel. Le petit déjeuner était un vrai plaisir : servi à table, avec du pain frais, crêpes ou galettes marocaines, cake, confiture, beurre, salade de fruits différente chaque jour, yaourt maison, café, thé, lait et jus d’orange. Simple mais délicieux, varié et généreux. Le restaurant du riad a été notre coup de cœur : nous y avons dîné trois fois, et chaque repas était excellent. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Si vous logez sur place, ne ratez pas l’occasion de tester leur cuisine ! Le spa : cadre plus simple que ce à quoi on a l’habitude, pas du tout étincelant, mais les massages étaient excellents. Nous avons pu en profiter tous les trois en même temps dans des espaces séparés. Un très bon moment de détente.

Cons: Onze kamer was heel vuil, zeker en vast de badkamer! De douche was echt walgelijk. De ramen en deuren gingen niet goed dicht. Volgens de eigenaar is dit hun beste kamer (ik heb hierover mijn grootste twijfels), dan wil ik niet weten hoe de andere kamer er uitzien. We hebben hiervoor 150 euro betaald voor een familie kamer en dit was het zeker en vast niet waard! Dit was een van de slechtste accomodaties die we in marokko hadden. Zeker voor zo veel geld is het het absoluut niet waard! Ontbijt: zielig Avondeten: 21 euro per persoon, veel te duur en de slechtste couscous dat we op 14 dagen tijd hebben gegeten. Daarnaast zijn er wat spullen uit onze kamer verdwenen. De inkomdeur van het bijgebouw is absoluut niet beveiligd en staat voor iedereen open, de slot van de kamer kan gemakkelijk opengemaakt worden. Dus zeker niets zomaar achterlaten in de kamer! Schandalig allemaal

Ryad et son personnel ont été adorables et très serviables. Le ryad est bien placé, à l'entrée du souk et à 15 min à pieds des jardins majorelle et de la place Jema El Fna. Il est au calme, ce qui est très réconfortant après une journée d'effervescence marocaine! Il est aussi très beau, bien décoré, tout en douceur. C'est très accueillant, propre et la literie est confortable.

Because this riad had to undergo renovations we were booked into their sister riad Dar Darcom. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious (and different everyday) and our room was super cozy. Thanks team!

Cons: There was some renovations being undertaken which meant some of the pools were not clean enough to use. Our room was in the temporary reception area so was quite loud at times and the lock to the door was a padlock which didn’t make us feel completely secure.

Cons: Some guy that said that worked in the property on arrival said “this door is closed, i can take you to the other door”. We walked 10 minutes and then 3 guys showed up demanding money, the receptionist walked out and i felt safe because i thought it was going to end, but for my surprise the receptionist shook hands with the guys that were trying to rob us and the only thing that he said about it when i asked why they were friends. it was that it was out mistake and we should’ve called the property. after some minutes, the receptionist and the robbers where still outside laughing and speaking, and when i passed by one of the guys asked me for money again

Cons: Het is verstandig om de eerste keer met de taxi chauffeur (kan geregeld worden door hotel) naar de accommodatie te gaan, de chauffeur loopt het laatste stuk met je mee tot aan het hotel. Als je zelf gaat is het best lastig te vinden. Wij gebruikten maps.me maar dan kom je ergens anders uit.

We were to stay in this Riad for a long weekend.But at the last minute we were transferred to the Riad Dar Darcom.The property is clean, newly refurbished, with a great rooftop area for breakfast and just relaxing after a busy sightseeing tour. It is perfectly situated on an alleyway close to the Souks and 10 minutes walk( you need to have good mobility) from Jemaa El Fnna. The staff at the Riad are excellent , Otto was our host, and he couldn't have been more obliging. My husband has a bad hip, and he arranged tuk tuks to get him from A to B. I'd also recommend you partake of the cookery course it was a great experience buying all the produce in the markets and then preparing, cooking and eating our tagines. The staff who ran this were great fun, and the food was delicious (Bnin). Thank you for making our Moroccan experience so memorable

Cons: The room was old (the whole property was old and run down), not very clean and everywhere was smelling like cat pee (there were a lot of cats around the property, including in the breakfast room). The shower was not working properly, the water was leaking from the hose). There was no heating and during the night it was quite cold. The breakfast was the same everyday and only sweet things like bread, pancakes, jam, honey, coffee and some orange juice (at least the bread was fresh and hot).

We loved everything about our stay, we were so well taken care of. The riad was absolutely spotless everyday. It either smelt like cleaning products or lovely incense. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. Everytime we came in for the day they came out to ask us if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our stay. They were so informative and gave us lots of advice about the local culture. They were able to book us spa appointments and a man came and collected us to bring us to it. The breakfast was lovely everyday, it was a range of tasty moroccean breads, yoghurt, fruit, omelettes and mint tea. The mint tea is AMAZING. The breakfast was on the rooftop and it had lots of sunbeds to lounge on during the day as well. Our room was so comfy and warm and we had a huge bathtub as well. Overall our stay was 10/10 we would highly recommend staying in this riad! It felt like a home away from home.

Au niveau de la localisation, tout était parfait et à proximité. Le personnel était très à l'écoute. Nous avons même pu avoir un gâteau d'anniversaire pour fêter les 18 ans de ma nièce durant le séjour. We loved our stay at this beautiful riad. It was a calm, cool haven from the hustle and heat of Marrakesh. The staff were wonderful – really sweet and helpful. The room was stylish and spacious with super comfortable beds and a gorgeous bathroom with a sunken bath. The swimming pool was a delicious way to end each day of exploration, and we usually had it all to ourselves. The rooftop was also amazing with great views. Please ignore the negative reviews here. I couldn't disagree more with them. I never usually leave reviews, but I had to with this place as I still can't get over how wonderful it was. This Riad was absolutely insane. Beautiful rooms, stunning building and the kindest of staff. I recently visited with my partner from the UK and this Riad was the one. The location was awesome, everyday our room was cleaned and beds made, breakfast was so delicious and kept us full (meaning we often skipped lunch) and the folk running it are so hospitable. It was our first time in Morocco and despite how hectic Marrakesh can get, arriving back at this tranquil place was a dream. To anyone visiting Marrakesh, I would seriously advise you to ditch the hotel resorts and head straight to Riad de Vinci. It's the perfect combination of a good location, amazing staff, a beautiful and clean setting embedded within such an incredible culture. Thank you to Riad de Vinci for making our trip so special.

Cons: Unfortunately the pictures were deceiving and didn’t really match the actual state of the building. The rooms looked dark, felt damp and unclean (especially the carpets). A strong smell of chlorine and cat urine permeated the whole space. The cost of the stay was disproportionately high for the quality of the rooms and level of service and hospitality - the reception staff was not friendly, rather unwelcoming unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Posizione non centrale ( 20 min. Cira da jeema El fna) ma nella medina, una zona piena di vita ma non molto pulita. Riad molto grazioso con molti spazi e terrazzi panoramici con piscina. Colazione buona e servita in terrazzo. Buona la cena preso il Riad, a prezzo accessibile ma cari gli extra ( dolci, bevande etc).

Cons: Le pulizie delle camere perché non accurate ( alcune piccole sporcizie trovate il primo giorno su pavimento e non rimosse) gli asciugamani e i tappeti un po' consunti. Illuminazione della camera e del bagno scarsa. Abbiamo avuto dei piccoli inconvenienti in bagno ( la copertura del water non era fissata bene, dal rubinetto dell'acqua calda del lavandino usciva pochissima acqua) che abbiamo segnalato fin dal primo giorno, ma nonostante la risposta che avrebbero risolto i problemi, siamo restati così fino all'ultimo giorno. La colazione buona ma ripetitiva e solo con cibi dolci e niente di salato.

Cons: Malheureusement nous avions commandé une prestation épilation dans le spa, arrivée sur place il n'est pas possible de la faire, nous étions un peu déçus.

La hospitalidad desde el minuto uno del gerente. Los consejos y trucos facilitados. La belleza de la terraza, la amabilidad de todos los empleados, incluida la señora que nos hizo tatuajes de henna aunque solo hablara árabe. La cena ofrecida, los desayunos, el ambiente, la paz, el amanecer desde la azotea, su disposición para que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Nos sentimos como en casa y formando parte de una gran familia, y el té que fue de los mejores de Marrakech. Hemos leído comentarios sobre problemas en el pago, y nada de eso tuvo lugar. Tuvimos también un incidente a la llegada y rápidamente nos lo solucionaron.

Het is een hele mooie riad met ruime kamers.

Cons: In de bovenste kamer van de riad, waar wij 2 nachten verbleven, was geen internet. Het ontbijt was in verhouding tot andere verblijven in Marokko niet vers.
