Cons: Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos shown online at all. The property was not clean, and the overall maintenance level appeared to be nonexistent. Upon arrival, there was no welcoming staff and no assistance with luggage, which set a poor first impression. The room itself had a very strong unpleasant smell, and there was visible mold. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable and, more importantly, concerning for health, especially for guests with asthma or allergies. We had originally booked four nights, but we could not even stay for a few hours due to the conditions. Two members of our family have allergies, so staying was not an option. We requested a cancellation and refund for the remaining nights. Later that evening, the receptionist confirmed that our request was accepted, including a refund and return of the city tax. We received the same confirmation again at checkout. However, despite these assurances, no refund was processed. We feel misled and extremely frustrated by the lack of honesty and professionalism. This experience unfortunately affected our entire Marrakech trip in a very negative way.

The hotel is about a 15 min drive from the airport and a 45 minute walk from the medina and souks, if you are planning on booking day trips (quad biking/ tours etc) the hotel is in a good location to be picked up from. The view was nice out of the window, breakfast included was very basic (Moroccan pastries, egg and juice) so we ended up going out for food most days. The shampoo and body wash was restocked every day, new towels and a good size room for what you pay.
Cons: It’s okay for what you pay, Staff were not overly attentive, breakfast was very basic and the water pressure from the shower was not great, there was no shower curtain and the balcony door was broken, so was very loud at night. Most days out key card wouldn’t work on the room so we had to go down everyday to get it reactivated. Tourist tax needs to be payed at the end (but make sure you bring a physical card/ cash)

Cons: Nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel pendant 4 nuits, le petit déjeuner était compris dedans. Néanmoins nous n’avons pu manger qu’une seule fois, en effet l’hygiène n’est pas au rendez vous, les tasses mise à disposition pour qu’on se serve avec le thé, le café ou le lait étaient sales les unes que les autres, nous avons dû faire le tour de chacune des tasses pour trouver la moins salé de toutes, la nappe était tachée, j’ai retrouvé un poil dans mon assiette d’omelette, les verres de jus d’oranges sont très sales, aujourd’hui, le jour de notre départ, le 13 mars 2026, on m’a servi un verre avec une mouche morte dedans. J’ai fais la remarque, j’ai également dis que les verres étaient sales et le monsieur de la cuisine m’a littéralement agressé verbalement. m’a reproché que je me plaignais et que je n’était pas contente, il m’a lynché en demandant à d’autres clients si eux étaient contents et une fois que eux ont dit oui, il m’a humilié devant tout le monde à dire que j’étais la seule à pas être contente, comme si je devais obligatoirement l’être, je viens d’apercevoir une mouche morte dans mon verre sale et c’est encore moi qu’on accuse. Fuyez cet hôtel, à peine arrivé on a vu qu’on avait pas de brosse pour wc, on a dû demander et on nous l’a ramené dans UN VERRE D’EAU, la chambre est délabrée, rien à voir avec les photos, dans la baignoire y’avait pleins de saletés collés, preuve qu’ils ne nettoient pas suffisamment pour faire partir ces saletés. Nous sommes TRÈS déçue de cet hôtel, qui n’est pas non plus pas cher, le prix est TRÈS élevé pour le service qu’on nous fournit, tout est sale, aucune hygiène, et quand vous leurs dites gentiment ils haussent le ton sur vous, vous humilient devant d’autres voyageurs, vous reprochent de vous plaindre car vous relevez juste la vérité d’un vraie manque d’hygiène. Une cuisine sale est assez suffisante pour vous la qualité d’un hôtel.

Le personnel essaie pour une part à faire de son mieux avec les moyens à sa disposition. Amabilité et disponibilité. Propreté de la chambre. Hôtel facile à rejoindre depuis l'aéroport et la gare ferroviaire.
Cons: Absence de cintre dans la penderie et obligation d'en demander 3 fois pour en obtenir de basiques. Nécessité de faire recoder la carte magnétique chaque soir pour pouvoir rentrer dans sa chambre. Chambre grande mais équipée a minima. Absence de rideau de douche malgré la tringle. Réparations grossières des casses de carrelage et prise électrique refixée grossièrement au plâtre. Peinture de plafond de la salle de bain qui s'écaille de manière importante. Isolation phonique médiocre : à l'intérieur, entre les chambres, et avec la circulation extérieure (même en étant à l'arrière du bâtiment). Hôtel éloigné du centre ville mais le prix réduits des courses en taxis peu limiter la gêne.

Cons: Il n’y avait pas d’eau à notre disposition, ni de mouchoirs ce qui me semble essentiel dans un hôtel. Les chambres sont vraiment trop différente des photos , les tables de chevets fixées sur le mur sont très très éloignées du lit, nous avons pas compris l’utilité de ces tables du coup Il y avait une prise en plein milieu du matelas, ce qui en terme de sécurité n’est pas idéal. Le bruit excessif venant des étages au dessus, de meubles qui se font pousser, des portes qui claquent. Il n’y avait pas de coffre fort ! Les rideaux laissaient transparaître la lumière. Le lit était très petit. Pour ce que nous avons payés nous sommes vraiment vraiment déçus. Je déconseille cet établissement, outre sont emplacement, rien n’a été correcte. Et dans la salle de Bain il y avait une baignoire sans bouchon donc impossible de prendre un bain. La Clim paraissait très ancienne les boutons de la télécommande sont dans un mauvais état. Elle ne fonctionnait pas correctement le dernier jour de notre séjour. Nous avions pas eu le numéro de téléphone pour la réception, et quand nous avions louer une voiture avec eux nous leur avions demandé de nous appeler quand elle sera disponible, ce à quoi ils nous ont répondu qu’il ne pouvait pas nous appeler que ça ne marchait pas. Qu’ils devraient toquer à notre porte. En résumé c’était vraiment un hôtel médiocre, surtout sachant ce qu’ils encaissent…

Cons: Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel entre copines, après avoir déjà fait plusieurs hôtels à Marrakech. Les photos donnaient l’impression d’un établissement plutôt agréable, et nous pensions que la réalité serait conforme. Malheureusement, ce n’a pas été le cas. Nous étions trois copines et l’hôtel est très mal isolé, ce qui entraîne beaucoup de nuisances sonores. On entend énormément le bruit, aussi bien de l’extérieur que de l’intérieur, ce qui rend le séjour peu reposant. Lorsque nous avons demandé à déplacer un lit, nous avons découvert une saleté inacceptable sous celui-ci : beaucoup de poussière et des mouchoirs usagés. C’était franchement dégoûtant. Nous avons pris des photos et les avons montrées au personnel, car nous avons même envisagé de partir. Point positif malgré tout : le personnel est très serviable, réactif et sympathique, et ils ont fait le nécessaire après notre signalement. Le petit-déjeuner a également été décevant. Nous nous attendions à un buffet, mais il s’agit d’un service à table, sans réel libre choix. En résumé, l’hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos : manque de propreté, mauvaise isolation sonore et prestations décevantes, malgré un personnel agréable.

L'emplacement est excellent à coté de la gare ferroviaire ainsi que le centre ville branché de Gueliz (cafés, restos, pubs, magasins...) tout est proche de l'hôtel. L'hotel se trouve dans une zone sécurisée et safe le soir quand on veut rentrer à pied. La propreté de l'hôtel et de la chambre. Le confort du grand lit.
Cons: L'équipement de la chambre peut être amélioré. Déjà il manque un petit frigo, un bouchon pour fermer la baignoire, une Smart TV (avec Netflix etc...), une extra couette pour le froid. La chambre qui donne sur le boulevard malheureusement n'est pas calme et ne dispose pas d'un vitrage anti-bruit, on entend les bruits des klaxons et de la circulation dehors (surtout lors des heures de pointe) La télécommande de la TV (pas celle du satellite) était défectueuse, je n'arrivais pas à éteindre la TV, j'ai essayé avec les 2 télécommandes mais en vain, donc j'ai du la laisser allumée le soir en dormant... Dimanche matin vers 11h00 j'a entendu quelques employés de l'hôtel qui faisaient du bruit à coté des chambres en ayant des conversations à haute voix, ce qui dérange le matin surtout un dimanche...

I also asked if I can have a harira soup and the omlet as well and was told yes, you can have both, but in the end it was just 1 item allowed in the price. Onze verblijfservaring was fantastisch. Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum, waardoor alles vlakbij is. De locatie was echt perfect en we hebben volop genoten van onze twee dagen daar. Ci sono stata solo una notte con la mia figlia dico che e andata bene/ anzi benissimo, la mattina si poteva usufruire dalla colazione già dalle ore 7:00 quindi noi la colazione l’abbiamo fatta presto che poi avevamo una tour in programma ancora la mattina e ci siamo state bene. Uno che viaggia e vuole partire presto per esplorare la città o oltre la città va benissimo sopratutto perché la colazione è servita dalle ore 7:00 Ok rumore dell traffico c’è ma noi abbiamo dormito benisssimo lo stesso. Le foto in allegato sono viste dalla finestra della nostra camera. Che mi è piaciuto tantissimo . C’è anche la fermata del bus di Linea di fronte comodo .. Comunque ritornerei in questo hotel. La stazione è vicina e una bella zona aggiungo é un hotel ed é carino e lo consiglio é meglio di un riad e case in Medina dove non ritornerei mai più a dormire

The location was quite close to where we had planned for our trip to see.
Cons: On the first day we had arrived our bathroom ceiling was broken and leaking from the light fixture and over the sink and we had called the manager to see what was going on, and he managed to find a maintenance person to fix it but,the water continuously ran down the ceiling and the lights this went on for 2 days before we managed to get it fixed. Also there was one or two irons and 1 iron table for your clothes,for the entire 50 rooms hotel, it is not as it is claimed to be 3 stars hotel but I don’t think it’s that much more a 2 star hotel.

Where it was located
Cons: It didn’t bother me as much the fact that the camera didn’t had a working phone, a safety box, no tea and water in the room. What it bother me the most was the fact that it was 9 pm and we just checked in and asked for a bottle of water and they didn’t had one to offer, asked to pay for one and even then they said they don’t have a water bottle. After we figured out that there are no glasses or cups in the room we had to go at the reception to ask for cause the phone in the room was not working! The pictures look nice on booking but in reality there is only the bed and the tv in the room( in our case the tv didn’t work either). The water in the shower was not warm enough the the toilet didn’t flush. Thanks god we sat only for a night!

Location great for overnight wait from train station to airport. Clean beds. Perfectly adequate breakfast.
Cons: The pool was very tired looking and in a public place so not really very usable. reception staff very professional and helpful. Senior waiter for breakfast offered us water without telling us he would then charge 20 MAD for the bottle. There was no mention of a charge. This is hidden and excessive. Reception staff looked embarrassed by this and said we should have been given a glass of water for free. This really does let down the service from the young team.

Cons: En lampa funkade inte i rummet, det gick inte att stänga badrumsdörr, det fanns ingen dush draperi Det används mycket stark klorin i städningen så att det blev svårt att andas. Apelsinjuice var inte färsk, inte heller croissant och pin au chokolat

The hotel was good value for money. Only stayed overnight making it easy to catch the bus in the morning. Bus station 5 min walk. On busy main road so front rooms a bit noisy. But that's Marrakesh! Lots of places nearby to grab something to eat. Having just returned from 3 day dessert trip we were too tired to explore and eat out so picked up a KFC and took back to room. Had a good night's sleep.
Cons: Nothing. It completely met our needs.

Séjour au top. L’emplacement est très bien situé( accès aux restaurants et transports). Les personnels sont toujours disponible 24h/24h, souriant et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et service à table. La chambre est lumineuse, confortable et spacieuse. Rapport qualité/ prix satisfaisant. On recommande !
Cons: Le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé c’est qu’il manque un peu d’équipement tels que le rideau de douche complètement absent, sèche cheveux ..

The location
Cons: Very noisy place , the windows are not adequate to isolate the noise , the hotel is located at one of the busiest places in Marrakech. The room has no electric plugging next to the bed , only one electric plugging and far from the bed.

Ideally situated very close to the Main Railway Station for onward travel.
Cons: Whilst the bed was excellent and very comfy meaning we had a relaxing sleep after travelling. It was a little noisy but a high floor made this more acceptable. We had an issue with the shower tap and lack of water but this was rectified after asking the Receptionist to fix even though it wasn’t done till we were about to leave.

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante. La première chambre qui m’a été attribuée avait une baignoire cassée, avec de la saleté qui en sortait. Lorsque j’ai demandé à changer de chambre, on m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait pas de chambre standard disponible, alors qu’après insistance j’ai finalement obtenu une chambre identique à la précédente, ce qui est incompréhensible. Dans cette chambre, la télécommande de la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et je me suis retrouvé toute la nuit avec une clim bruyante et inefficace. Le bruit de la route était également insupportable car les fenêtres étaient si fines qu’on avait l’impression qu’elles étaient ouvertes. Au réveil, j’ai découvert un cafard mort juste devant ma porte, à côté de mes bagages ouverts, et la salle de bain avait en plus une fuite d’eau. C’est vraiment dommage car l’emplacement est excellent, à proximité de nombreux lieux accessibles à pied, et le personnel est aimable, mais tous les autres points m’ont gâché la nuit.

Absolument rien dans cet hôtel n'est appréciable
Cons: La wifi ne fonctionnait pas contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur le site, la télé non plus, les matelas n'étaient pas confortables du tout, en voulant prendre une douche le pommeau est tombé sur mon orteil parce que la fixation était usée, 24h après j'ai toujours mal, la piscine et plutôt une sorte de petit bassin pour faire trempette, l'isolation et le respect laisse à désirer avec des va et vient toute la nuit dans les couloirs avec des gens qui parlent comme si on était en plein jour, et tout ça pour plus 70 euros la nuitée plus une taxe pour l'établissement, c'est clairement du foutage de gueule, bref je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Cons: Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié !!c'est le Mr qui prend les valises, et qui dit qui va m'appeler un taxi, j'étais pressé, il est partie loin vers la gars pour chercher un taxi, sachant que seulement devant l'hôtel j'ai pu faire un Signe pour arrêter un taxi . Au moment j'allais prendre ce taxi le Mr qui travaille à l'hôtel je le vois arrivé dans un taxi . Je suis monté dans ce taxi qu'il a choisi et me demande de lui donner un billet , j'ai trouvé ça inadmissible. J'étais obligé de lui donner un billet et j'apprends aussi par le chauffeur de taxi que cette personne lui a demandé de l'argent . C'est inadmissible de faire travailler une personne comme ça car il salie l'image de l'hôtel. La personne en question c'est un homme grand de taille n'est pas marocain de l'Afrique noir qui parle français.
