L’établissement est magnifique, joli, bien décoré et super propre. La chambre (orange) est très belle bien agencée et propre. Sèche-cheveux, gel douche, shampooing, coton-tige, coton et savon main sont à votre disposition. Changement des serviettes tous les jours et coffre-fort dans la chambre. Les petits déjeuners étaient diversifiés, excellents et variés chaque jour. L’accueil est excellent merci à Ali pour cet accueil, son temps, ses conseils, ses recommandations et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Un grand remerciement aussi à Zouhir qui a été aux petits soins avec nous du matin au soir. Une gentillesse incroyable.

Vanaf het moment dat we werden opgehaald van de luchthaven tot het moment dat we vertrokken werden we omringd door vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid en professionaliteit. Mohamed en Zohair (de gastheren) waren ongelooflijk lief. Zelden zo een lieve jongens gezien. Puur voor hun vriendelijkheid zou ik al opnieuw boeken. De bedden lagen heerlijk, je valt meteen in een diepe slaap. De kamers zijn proper en je voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. De riad zelf is in goede staat, gezellig, ruim genoeg en een gezellig dakterras waar je kan ontbijten of chillen op de ligstoelen.

We had a perfect stay at Riad Mylaya. I am a light sleeper, but didn’t even need my earplugs or sleepmask, since it was so peaceful, quiet and dark in this Riad. Ali and all the staff were friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was amazing (they even provided me glutenfree) and mint tea in the afternoon on the rooftop was lovely. You get great and personable service in this Riad and the place is spotless clean. I also recommend taking the transportation with the Riad, so you will find the place when arriving first time from the airport. Thank you Ali and everyone at the Riad we loved our stay!

Easy to check in and out. Communication with Riad Mylaya was superb and easy. All staff were courteous, helpful and go the extra mile. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had all my cousin and I needed. Breakfast was great and served fresh. Cannot say enough good things, my stay was wonderful and a great way to end (and begin) my Morocco trip!

From the start, it was great! Ali answered all my questions re: getting to riad, etc. He picked me up from the taxi dropoff point and took me to Riad Mylaya. I got settled in, was offered tea and some biscuits while checking in. Since I was early to check in and they were able to accommodate that, my things were taken to my room. Room was setup well, clean and had everything I needed. In addition to the normal things in a room, an extra step to provide me some snacks was taken. It was that above and beyond that made Riad Mylaya stand out for me. Breakfast was delightful and served right after it was made - fresh orange juice, tea/coffee (as preferred,) msemen (delicious!,) harsha and a pastry (slightly bread heavy for me but I did try everything and it was tasty.)
Cons: Signage to get to riad. If I had not been met or have a GPS, would have been difficult to find.

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Tage im Riad Mylaya, mit einer kleinen Unterbrechung, weil wir eine dreitägige Toubkal Wanderung gemacht haben. Für die Tour konnten wir sogar unser Gepäck dort lassen. Ali und Zouir sind zwei wunderbare, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ali ist im Hintergrund tätig, stets erreichbar und hat uns am ersten Tag mit Tee und vielen hilfreichen Tipps begrüßt. Zouir ist tagsüber im Riad und kümmert sich vor Ort sehr flexibel um die Gäste. Wünsche und Nachfragen werden berücksichtigt und freundlich beantwortet. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sauber und ausreichend für zwei Personen. Insgesamt gibt es im Riad vier Zimmer. Je nach Gast ist es sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß sind die Souks schnell erreichbar, der große Platz el fna ist ca. 20minuten entfernt. Wir haben immer Tee bekommen und konnten für wenig Geld hier unsere Wäsche waschen lassen. Wer ein ruhiges, etwas abgelegenes Riad, mit wunderbaren Gastgebern sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Liebe zum Detail ist erkennbar, schöne farblichen Gestaltung, abends werden Kerzenlichter angemacht und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.

The staff was very nice and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. We also got super tips about all activities, including places to go out, eat. The room was very nice, and the balcony where breakfast was served was very cosy too! Room was very silent and clean, location was perfect, we managed to walk everywhere from here within the medina.

First of all, my brother and I arranged the airport transfer with Ali at the Riad, so getting there was very straight forward. If you haven't been to Marrakesh before, then believe me, getting lost is easy. The Mylaya is as it looks in the pictures and as you would hope by the reviews. I think there are only four rooms and ours was very comfortable, especially as we arrived there during a mini heatwave in September around 40 degrees each day. Air conditioning certainly helps. The staff were great, welcoming, friendly and made us both very welcome each time we returned. There are bigger and fancier places to stay, but they are a lot more money. We were very happy with the Mylaya and the wonderful staff.

The Riad was excellent. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The location is convenient—slightly away from the main square, but all the main attractions are within a 15-minute walk. Khalil and Zohair were amazing: extremely welcoming, helpful, and always ready to accommodate any needs. Ali, the owner, was also very attentive and happy to assist with any questions. He has contacts to organis e tours and arrange airport transfers. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day.

After i booked the Riad, Ali took the time to write all the neccessary informations and he even arranged the airport pick up and drop off. We were greeted by Khalil, who picked us up form the taxi drop point until the Riad. He offered us the delicious mint tea and biscuits and took time to explain all the neccessary informations on the map. We tried some of the restaurants he suggested and were really a very good choice. I think the location was very good, close to all the main streets and one of the main entry doors of the Medina. The terrace where breakfast is served is a small oasis of tranquility and fresh morning breeze. We really enjoyed our stay at the Riad.
Cons: If i have to add something, i would prefer a softer bed but this are personal preferences.

El riad fue lo mejor del viaje a Marrakech. Es precioso y acogedor. Nada más llegar nos ofrecieron te y dulces, Ali estuvo con nosotros una hora explicándonos toda la ciudad con un mapa para que nos pudiéramos ubicar bien y saber a qué sitios ir. Las sábanas y toallas las cambian todos los días. Los desayunos son espectaculares, nos encantaron. Fueron muy hospitalarios, nos hacían varios tés al día, nos lavaron la ropa e incluso a mi pareja le cocinaron arroz blando cuando enfermó de la barriga. Zuher es un chico muy trabajador y muy educado, siempre nos acompañaba a la puerta, nos deseaba buen día y se aseguro de que estuviésemos cómodos y que no nos faltara de nada. Hadija muy amable también y hace comidas riquísimas. Nuestra habitación era muy buena y cómoda y siempre limpia. Volvería a elegir este riad en cada una de mis visitas a Marrakech. Ali, Zuher y Hadija gracias por hacer que nuestro viaje fuese tan increíble, no habría sido lo mismo sin vosotros. Un fuerte abrazo.

Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, molto accogliente, molto pulita ed esteticamente un mix di arredamento sia tradizionale, che elegante e soprattutto moderno. Dato che le camere sono poche, si può percepire un’atmosfera molto tranquilla a qualsiasi ora del giorno, senza essere disturbati dagli altri ospiti. Terrazza molto funzionale, adatta sia per prendere il sole sui lettini disponibili che per le colazioni della mattina. Ogni mattina viene offerta della colazione ricca di prodotti freschi e tipici marocchini, diversa ogni giorno! Il personale è estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Ali, Mohamed e la ragazza che aiuta nella gestione e nella pulizia delle camere, offrono quotidianamente un servizio impeccabile per i propri ospiti.

Preciso solamente che la struttura è un po’ distante dalla “confusione” del souk e della piazza Jama3 el Fna ma tutto ciò che si vuole visitare è facilmente raggiungibili tramite Taxi che è possibile trovare camminando per soli due minuti dal ryad. Se vi va di camminate qualche minuto in più si può raggiungere tranquillamente anche a piedi il cuore della Medina in una ventina di minuti.

The Riad was very good and it matches perfectly the photos. The way to get there might surprise but the inside of the Riad is very nice. The terrace for the morning breakfast is a very good bonus. Each room has its bathroom with is very appreciable. The staff have always been very helpful, you can get tee or coffee at any point of the day, they really try to make you feel home.
Cons: challenge to park the car. I recommend to not have a car to stay there. Book taxis.

This accommodation exceeds every possible expectation. I have travelled all over, and often book through Booking.com--Riad Mylaya is truly a gem. The service goes above and beyond in every aspect, Mohammed was incredibly helpful and accommodating at the guests every whim. The photos accurately represent the property, it may actually be more magnificent in person. The communication and pick up/drop off was incredibly simple and seamless. The house was spotless and every small detail to elevate your experience is payed heavy attention to. I would recommend this to everyone I know and will be booking this accommodation again if I return to Marrakech. The location being on edge of town was great. Close to everything. The staff were all polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Riad was comfortable and welcoming with excellent decor throughout. Rooftop is brilliant spot for relaxing after a day exploring and also starting the day with breakfast!

Staff was friendly and knowledgable. They made the stay easy and arranged cab to and from airport as well as a tour guide for one of days. I recommend getting a guide to see and do more in less time while in Marrakesh. We then had a comfort level with the city on our own for the remainder of our stay. Riad was perfect in every way. Loved the evening tea!
Cons: They do not accept credit cards onsite so if you have them cook you food (which we did on the first night and it was excellent) you should have cash when you check out. We paid those charges in Euros so really it was not a problem. There is also a currency exchange and ATM right near the Riad so this isn't a problem but there is nothing bad to say about this place.

This fabulous little riad is tucked away in a quiet alley in the Medina, just a few metres from the busy, bustling Bab Doukkala market area for local Marrakesh residents. It’s not far from the bus station and fairly close the the north-western Medina wall. Ali kindly offered to meet us off the bus, but we chose to make our own way, as we weren’t sure of timings and had no phone contact the first day. He therefore sent us photos, which enabled us to find the riad easily. The area is completely safe, as long as you keep well to the right (yes, opposite to what we’re used to) to avoid the motor scooters that weave deftly through the crowds. A brisk walk to square Jemaa el Fnaa takes 20 minutes, but as there are shops and stalls all the way, it may take you longer as you can’t help but browse. There is a wonderful upmarket restaurant, 4.9 stars on Google, within about 300m « La Terrasse du Jardin », where I had an amazing vegetarian tagine (go for the « Royale »), but there are many tiny eateries in the vicinity offering delicious home-cooked food. The Riad was perfect. Friendly dedicated staff, everywhere spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated (just as you see in the photos), the water was always hot, and the friendly staff was always on hand to offer mint tea whenever you arrived back from a day’s sightseeing, or a night out. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and varied and, although we were perhaps not the easiest of guests, my companion’s food intolerance was taken into account with all the extras she requested. It can be served inside, or in warmer weather, on the pretty terrace. The riad itself is super-safe. Guests are not given a key to the front door, but a staff memeber is available day and night and the door is opened within seconds. Each time you leave the riad, a staff member accompanies you to the door and wishes you a nice day. Staff members don’t sleep on site but the riad is manned 24 hours.
Cons: It was perfect. If you want to see the real Marrakesh this is a wonderful area. If you want something touristy, go near Jemaa el Fna.

The riyad is a calm oasis in the heart of the noisy and chaotic medina. Everything is perfectly clean and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. This hotel is absolutely fabulous! From the moment we arrived, Khalil and the team made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, close enough to the lively buzz of the city but tucked away in a peaceful spot. Our room was clean, quiet, and super comfy. The management, staff and Khalil were wonderful. They went above and beyond in service. The honesty and integrity of the riad is something to report. We left some expensive earrings in our room and they immediately notified me and offered to return them. They also followed up with our schedule to make sure we were safe while visiting. The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was good with variety from day to day. They showed classiness with fresh roses in our room and the dining room. The terrace was lovely. You may eat breakfast outside but was too cold while we were visiting. We did enjoy relaxing in the terrace sun one afternoon. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again next time in Marrakesh!

I recently stayed at Riad Mylaya in Marrakesh, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, Khalil made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us with mint tea and biscuits and took the time to sit down with us, map in hand, to explain all the must-visit places and hidden gems around the city. His helpfulness and hospitality were truly exceptional. The riad itself was spotlessly clean, with beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely roof terrace that was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. For anyone traveling alone or visiting Marrakesh for the first time, I highly recommend using the riad’s airport transfer service. The riad is a little tricky to find initially, so their transfer service makes arriving stress-free and seamless. Overall, I can’t recommend Riad Mylaya enough! It was a perfect stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It was exceptionally clean and the facilities were excellent. The finishing touches like toiletries, scented candles everywhere made it feel like a home from home. Everyone made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless everyday when we came back from our day out. We were offered copious drinks and biscuits at any time of the day. Lovely breakfast each morning and an amazing dinner on the last evening. The staff could not do enough for us.

The hosts were always ready to help, giving us tips on where to go, how to behave, and where to shop. My partner and I traveled for two weeks, and this was definitely the best part of our trip. What an amazing place to stay!! The staff were amazing. Fiendly, knowledgeable of the area and really look after you while you stay. The food was fantastic both in the Riad and at the beautiful restaurant. The excursions were perfect, great drivers and the tour guide was exceptional! The room was stunning, clean, tranquil and the bed was so comfy! I really can't rate this stay highly enough!

This is the best Riad we stayed in Morocco! It’s located very centrally but is very tranquil and quiet. The people who work here are so helpful and always there for anything you need. The breakfast they serve is also amazing. Can’t speak highly enough of this Riad!!!

We have booked and stayed in 4 Moroccan riads. All had very high Bookins.com ratings. This was the only one truly deserving a very high rating, although the others were OK. Riad Mylaya had important nice touches: well located extra plugs for electronic charging, 2 clean drinking glasses, etc. Moreover Ali was extremely helpful with advice and securing inter city bus tickets for us at the last moment. He obviously watches over the riad with loving attention.

The Riad was clean, cozy, with very nice decoration and aesthetics. The breakfast was delicious and it was different every day. The cleaning lady was providing us new towels every day and free bottle of water. A map was provided to us with the best tips and recommendations for activities, restaurants and sightseeing. Everyone was kind and helpful with us. I definitely recommend it to everyone without a second thought! Khalil, Ali and Zouhra thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality!

The gist and staff were the most helpful people I have ever met in hospitality The location, the tranquility, it was clean and tidy at all times, the decor, the help Ali gave us in locating and recommending places to bust and eat Ali organised all our transport to and from the airport. Khalil was a super lovely young man too who helped us in e dry way he could. Always smiling. The lady who cleaned and looked after all the cleaning requirements was lovely too. I cannot fault this Riad in any way

Most importantly we felt welcomed and.very safe. Taxis from and to the airport were arranged. Little things like printing boarding passes and letting me use their tumble dryer meant so much and just goes to show how friendly the team at Riad Mylaya are. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family and will definitely stay here again. ❤️

It was a beautiful riad. Clean, smelt beautiful, felt like home. Could not fault it! Our hosts ayoub and jamila were outstanding! Very attentive and helpful, they made the most delicious breakfast, always offered us tea when we would return to the riad. We enjoyed conversing with them also, for one of our last breakfasts we asked ayoub to join us which he kindly accepted, we had spent a wholesome 3 hours with him in conversation. We loved it and cannot recommend it enough. Also it is in the heart of the medina in the middle of all the hustle and bustle which we also loved :)

The riad is very colorful (in full Moroccan style) and it is spotless (with daily changes of towels). In the morning, a hearty breakfast is prepared and served on the rooftop or in the living room. Every day a bottle of water is left in the room and, if necessary, just ask another one (like anything else) to the guys who work in the riad. Jamila and Ayoub are two wonderful people. Their friendliness and kindness made us feel at home. We could turn to them for anything, from trivia to advice on what to do and how to do it. The first day, just arrived, they offered us Moroccan tea and cookies, and since it was 10.30 am and we had not had breakfast, they prepared it for us.They arranged our transportation to the airport both on arrival and departure, and in the latter case, having the flight at 8 am and leaving the riad at 5, they prepared us a packed breakfast to take away and eat at the airport. Any point of interest can be reached, at most, in 20 min on foot. When I return to Marrakech, I will definitely stay here again.

Our host Ayub was absolutely wonderful, super helpful and nice. He made tea and coffee for us whenever we asked, arranged an airport transfer for us, made little breakfast packages for us when we had to leave before breakfast time and sat down with us to help us plan our stay in Marrakech, the sight seeing, shopping, restaurants, everything. Excellent service. We loved the Moroccan breakfast, everything in the Riad was clean and comfy and fresh. The roof terrace is awesome.

My friend and I spent the most amazing 4 nights at this beautiful riad. The staff were extremely welcoming and treated us like family and went out of their way to make us feel at home - big shout out to the amazing Ayoub and Jamila! The breakfasts on the terrace was outstanding and we were even offered mint tea every evening we got back which was a really special touch. Jamila and Ayoub also gave us great recommendations of things to visit, places to eat and how to get there, which was really helpful. The Riad was so clean and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect, right in the bustling medina, yet so peaceful and calm inside. For 2 young women travelling together, it felt very safe. I could not recommend this property more - 10/10 and a must-stay. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing riad with a great location, far from any noises, with birds on the roof-top, clean and spacious rooms. The most friendly team makes their best to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. Ayub also is a master of a breakfast surprises to start the day in the most positive way possible. Thank you, Ayub! Jamila will be your totally full support during your stay also with a detailed overview where to go and what to see. Ali is a king of organizing your arrival, departure and totally nice guy in general. We are thankful to all their support from different angles and it is a pleasure to get in touch with this excellent team once again now. My advice- use the riad’s transfer from/to the airport, it is not expensive and so comfortable. For a special/last day dinner consider restaurant Limoni, that is 10 minutes walk from the riad Mylaya, amazing italian place with wine and lemon tree inside ;) book in advance! Stay in a most peaceful, clean and friendly Mylaya riad in Marrakesh!

Everything! If you’re looking for a place to stay on the city centre, look no further. The host (Jamila and Ayub) are so helpful are dedicated to making sure you have the best stay. The rooms are exactly as pictures and so clean. (The only shock on the first day was the surrounding city environment, but once inside the Riad, everything is perfect.)

Amazing hosts who are very knowledgable about marrakech with lots of recommendations, delicious breakfast, sorted a taxi out for us to and from the airport. Amazing value for money and in a great location , close enough to the square and museums without it being in the middle of the madness.
Cons: Only one small criticism is that the bed was slightly firmer than would like , however after long days of walking we were so tired anyway, it wouldn’t have prevented me from sleeping anyway.

Very modern, clean and charming riad with exceptionally friendly staff. I hope I will visit it again sometime. For parking: Follow the street that gets you into the Medina (Rue el Gza) until you see a triangular parking spot on the left. We paid 50 dirham for 24 h.

The Riad is in a great location, 10/15mins walk from the secret garden area & not much further to the main square. The room was comfortable & shower excellent. Will stay again next time!

Riad is beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Khadiga, Ali, Jamila, Amina, and little Amin made our stay unforgettable. Saying that they are nice is an understatement. They went far beyond our expectations, helping us with literally everything and anything. Breakfast was delicious, and a little story or a recipe was given every time something new appeared on the table. The rooms were spotless. Towels folded in an artistic way. Special decoration was prepared for my parents' room for their 40th anniversary. Communication was perfect and straightforward. Huge thank you to the whole team! The hosts were amazing! Breakfast was served depending on the guest's schedule and it was always freshly made - both the food and the fresh orange juice - and everything was delicious. On top of that Ali and Dhija were extremely helpful in arranging tours and whatever else was requested. Beautiful riad, very clean, the location is perfect. Would be glad to come back.

We received a warm welcome from our friendly hosts with some nice moroccan tea/cookies & followed by a tour of the riad. Staff was very helpful with everything we needed and spoke very good english. Breakfast was different everyday and always delicious. The whole riad is beautifully furnished with clean and comfortable rooms. Very well located in the medina and it is about a 20 min walk to djemaa el fna. There is a parking lot nearby where we could easily park our car. I highly recommend this riad and would stay here again next visit to Marrakech. Thank you for your kindness and the wonderful stay!
