I have stayed at this hotel tens of nights over a number of years. The hotel was new a few years ago,, kept clean and good standards. There has been absolutely no investment since. The room was dirty, the towels were DIRTY AND HAD STAINS ON and the staff behaviour was unacceptable. I was going to stay for a week but checked out after first night.

Cons: 1) The room was dirty 2) The TOWELS HAD STAINS ON and I asked them to be replaced which they did the next day. On doing so they were rude 3) The windows were filthy 4) The breakfast was limited 5) Even though I paid for breakfast they wanted to charge me for tea during breakfast - really! 6) Staff behaviour was incorrect. Really unacceptable I do not want to point out specific person as that's unkind to do on a publicly available platform. Happy to discuss with management if they want to email me.

Great location in Gueliz: quiet at night but steps from restaurants and shops, close to the train station, and an easy taxi to the Medina. A calm, adults-only retreat after busy days in the city.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum von Güeliz gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und wir konnten ein sehr gutes Frühstück genießen. The hotel is well located, 10 mins from the train station, close to shops, cafés, restaurants, etc. The staff is nice, the room is clean.

Cons: The walk from the train station to the hotel, although short, can be a bit tedious with luggage. The sidewalks are uneven and would wear out rolling suitcases, and some parts are not walkable/completely occupied.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. All crew members speak few languages and that are very helpful. The hotel is walking distance to main attractions so no taxi need.

Cons: Het hotel heeft een shuttleservice naar het vliegveld. Wij boekten die op de dag van aankomst voor de dag van vertrek. We betaalden hier 200 Diram voor. Toen ik vroeg om een betaalbewijs kreeg ik die niet. Op de dag van vertrek kwam de buschauffeur niet opdagen op de afgesproken tijd. De receptionist regelde een taxi voor ons. Helaas moesten we die ook betalen,omdat de receptionist beweerde dat wij nog niet betaald hadden voor de shuttlebus. Kortom het werd een erg dure rit zo! Tip boek zelf een taxi naar het vliegveld, zo ben je goedkoper uit (170 Diram) en weet je zeker dat het goed geregeld is.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy muy justa o más bien deficiente, las sábanas y toallas están amarillentas y pasadas de tanto uso, no dan la sensación de estar limpias y algunas toallas estaban incluso un poco raídas. Las fundas de las almohadas tienen el color amarillo de apoyar la cabeza y no parece que las cambien cuando entran nuevos huéspedes, están arrugadas y sucias. Las camas las hacen pero sin estirar las sábanas, está todo lleno de arrugas y en mi caso el edredón tenía una mancha que prefiero no saber de qué es. El barrio donde está ubicado es bueno y en la avenida de detrás hay un centro comercial y muchos restaurantes muy agradables pero la calle del hotel es sucia, llena de basuras, mal olor y tremendamente ruidosa las 24 horas del día. El desayuno no es muy variado pero es aceptable. Nuestra reserva era de dos habitaciones dobles con camas individuales y así nos lo confirmaron días antes de llegar pero una de las habitaciones que nos dieron, la 25, tenía una sola cama no cumpliendo lo confirmado pero además había azulejos rotos en el baño, el armario tenía una puerta rota, los toalleros tenían moho y los cristales de las ventanas, al igual que los de la otra habitación, no los limpian desde hace mucho mucho tiempo. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a una habitación con dos camas pero con las mismas condiciones de falta de limpieza comentadas antes.

Ari Boutique Hotel is a stunning find in Marrakech that I cannot recommend highly enough. My wife and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of April 2026, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Not much. The idea of being boutique is frankly laughable. For uk visitors the vibe is “tired travel lodge on the side of the dual carriageway with somewhat mouldy bathroom”. Ok as a cheap pit stop but given it was way more expensive than the stunning riad we just stayed in, it felt a regrettable mistake. We couldn’t believe the good reviews on bdc although the Google ones are more in keeping with our view. Also It’s double the price of the Airbnb apartments we looked at. On the upside the staff were very nice and the rooms large. It’s the first time that I’ve written a negative bdc review I think. I think pretty much all reviews were a 10. This place had 9.1 so we booked very confidently and we feel really deceived. (Just booked next place with good reviews but feeling far less confident now! ). The view and noise outside wasn’t that great either. Got woken at 4.40 this morning with revving motorbikes and screaming. A real shame as we have hugely enjoyed our time in wonderful cool stylish Morocco.

Cons: Una puerta de la ducha no estaba y por lo tanto al ducharte, aún teniendo cuidado, parte del agua se salía siempre y había que tener cuidado para no resbalar después. Las toallas estaban realmente sucias y, como leí en otros comentarios, ciertamente en varias habitaciones hace mucho calor (pero en nuestro caso con el aire se solucionó). Me parece que es un poco caro para lo que ofrece y el estado en el que está.

The breakfast was nice with a good selection with Moroccan and continental elements (bread rolls, baguette, pastries, biscuits, jam, cheese, cold meats, fruit). Can’t comment on the overall variety as we only stayed one night. The location was perfect as it’s very close to the railway station (about 6-7 minutes walk, even with pulling a suitcase). The room and the hotel was modern and clean. The room had a mini fridge which was very useful.

Cons: The bathroom was clean but there was no lid on the toilet which was a bit strange and unhygienic (especially with the towel rail above the toilet). Another thing to consider is that the hotel is on a fairly busy street so some noise is expected. Our room was facing the street and there was a bit of traffic noise even late at night, however, keeping the window shut reduced the noise a lot, so it wasn’t a problem.

Airport transfer arranged for us by staff was very good and very reasonable price. The Hotel was well situated with good facilities nearby. It was about a 40 minute walk to the Medina and other main attractions which was fine for us. For people that dont want to walk there were taxi and horse and carriage options nearby. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable and quite. There was a kettle , cups, refrigerator, safe and TV. Breakfast Buffet was very good and we actually met a couple that were staying at another hotel but having breakfast at Ari, as they said it was far better than thier hotel. We didn't have dinner at Ari as we we were eating out. But did go and look at the dinner Buffet and thought it was very good. The hotel Staff were all excellent. Great service and very helpful with advice etc. Most of all they were all lovely friendly people that made is feel very welcome and home during out stay.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη , σε μία καλή γειτονιά που μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια στο κέντρο. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο, οι παροχές όπως έπρεπε και η καθαριότητα σωστή. Θεωρώ πως είναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή για το Μαρακές.

Cons: Το πρωινό ξεκινούσε στις 07:30 αλλά δεν ήταν έτοιμο εκείνη την στιγμή. Προτείνω να κατεβαίνετε από τις 08:00 και μετά. Τα δωμάτια ήταν σε παρα πολύ κατάσταση , απλώς 1-2 μικρό ζημιές θα μπορούσαν να τις επιδιορθώσουν. π.χ. στο δωμάτιο μας η καμπίνα της ντουζιέρας δεν έκλεινε εύκολα. Μικροπράγματα τα οποία θεωρώ ότι επιδιορθώνονται εύκολα.

I really enjoyed the staff especially Rachid, Yousef, Abdul the driver. I felt very safe at the hotel and I truly enjoyed my stay. I stayed here because of what people wrote about the breakfast. I was disappointed though on the first two days of my stay. A new restaurant manager started after my second day and the quality improved markedly.

Cons: Lol! This is not a 4 star hotel and much less a "boutique hotel! There is no laundry service. When I arrived and asked where I could run the response was lacklustre and sarcastic. They didn't bother to show me how to get to the pool. The pillows are the worst in the world, they're made up of pieces of foam. The mattress seems to be 20 years old. The sheets are also 20 years old. The curtains are badly hung and not hooked properly on the runners. The shower is terrible, tiny and the pressure is barely there. The towels are old. The room is so noisy, I had to sleep with ear plugs I got on the plane. One can hear people talking on the pavement and the noise of the traffic is inside the room. I have to say the cleaning staff is doing the best they can with what they have, the room is pretty clean. Despite this I didn't want to stand on the grey bathmats next to the bed, I can't see them washing them. Overall the room is clean but rundown, gloomy and shabby. Not an inviting room at all. The two days before the new restaurant manager started, there wasn't anyone that could speak proper English and they had no knowledge about veganism. One morning there was absolutely nothing for me to eat.

Nous avons été très bien chouchoutés durant tout le séjour. L’hôtel nous a même organisé un taxi aller-retour pour aller dans un petit hammam avec coiffeuse et esthéticienne, c’était super. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème, tout était parfait. L’hôtel est situé à Guéliz, dans une allée animée avec plusieurs restaurants locaux à proximité. Il se trouve à environ 10 minutes du McDonald’s et du Casino. L’endroit où nous prenions le petit-déjeuner fait également office de coffee shop ouvert toute la journée, accessible à tout le monde, avec une terrasse extérieure très agréable. Les personnes à l’accueil sont très gentilles, accueillantes et professionnelles.

Cons: Juste pour dire quelque chose : il n’y avait pas de miroir permettant de se voir de la tête aux pieds. Il y avait bien un miroir devant la coiffeuse, ce qui était parfait pour se maquiller en position assise, mais un miroir en pied aurait été appréciable.

Au petit matin c’est le personnel de nettoyage sûrement en nettoyant les lieux qui nous a réveillé en déplaçant des chaises et en lavant le sol. La posizione nel quartiere occidentale è ottimale per visitare Marrakech, vecchia e nuova. La struttura è pulita, buona la colazione nel ristorante Nola, che offre anche pranzo e cena marocchini o rivisitati, di qualità ad ottimi prezzi. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons: La camera era molto piccola, il condizionatore scaldava solamente la stanza da letto lasciando il bagno freddo, inoltre il soffione della doccia era difettoso di conseguenza scomodo da utilizzare, il bagno è cieco, la porta d'ingresso e il vetro della doccia erano molto rumorosi, necessitano di essere rinnovati. Non vale i 100€ a notte pagati.

The bed was comfortable and the room was big and the daily cleaning was good. Although on arrival the room was not clean enough with crumbs all over the sofa and the window being very dirty. We asked for cleaning and this was actioned. Overall, most staff were friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why I received this email to review the hotel from booking.com, given that our booking was cancelled by the hotel staff member when we wanted to check in and we basically paid the hotel directly (without knowing). Happy to have the opportunity to provide a review though. Hope it is helpful to other.

Cons: We paid £257 per night for room and breakfast which was absolutely expensive and the room or service were not 4* by any standards. On arrival the staff member who was taking care of our check-in told me to show him my booking.com confirmation saying we've paid too much for the room and he'd like to offer us two free meals and one excursion for free. He asked me to show him the confirmation on my phone to make sure when he adds these things we don't get charged. He was very pushy and rushed me to show him the confirmation (while being very friendly too).Then he did a few things and gave me back my phone then processed the payment (which was exactly the amount I had expected). We then went to our room (which was not clean and looked worn out and shabby). I checked my emails and realised he had requested on my behalf to cancel my booking.com reservation and then had approved this request on hotel's behalf. He had done all this without asking me for my consent or telling me about it at all. Basically then I was dealing with the hotel directly without booking.com's mediation (which I assume saves the hotel money), and I had no receipt of payment or confirmation of the offers he had made us. We went back to the reception and I asked for an explanation and a receipt. He refused to admit what he'd done, trying to just laugh it off and said we get a receipt on check-out. We insisted we need some sort of confirmation of payment and they refused it until the next day when another member of staff printed out the receipt in the absence of this individual. At the end, we got a free lunch and two free cappuccinos, I didn't want to eat again at the hotel or to take up the offer for the free excursion because I wasn't sure I could trust them not to charge us at the end for these. The breakfast was very average.

Overpriced for what you get. Breakfast buffet was extremely plain and disappointing, low quality and no choice at all. Cappuccino was made with chocolate and just a bit of coffee. If you ask to have a real cappuccino they would ask for extra money. Breakfast tables were not cleaned properly, place mats were dirty. The location is far away from the medina and you need to get a taxi to get there. Definitely not a four star hotel, the staff was relatively polite and yet quite distant, it was quite uncomfortable because it didn’t feel as though you could ask them for help. Our sink was clogged one night and they sent someone upstairs immediately, he showed up with a knife to slightly dislodge the drain plug slightly and then claimed it was “fixed”. It was not fixed, i had to remove it myself.

J'ai été blessée, on a demandé à appeler la police, personne de l'hôtel n'a bougé, ils ont tous tourné la tête, alors que le jeune qui a causé l'accident n'était probablement pas en règle puisqu'il avait peur d'aller en prison. Cons: Masa pentru micul dejun destul de sărăcăcioasă, fără etichete pentru mâncăruri, astfel încât să ai idee ce mănânci. Lipseau ustensilele pentru a te servi corect din vasele respective. Chiar dacă programul este de la 7:30, la restaurant, la ora 8 încă se aduce mâncare. Unele mâncăruri se aduc cu timiditate, în cantitate foarte mică. Pentru cafea există doar boluri pentru capucino, pentru o cafea mai mică trebuie să găsești un angajat să-ți dea.

A localização do hotel é boa. Estamos a 35m a pé da medina (para nós, não foi problema, visto que gostamos de andar e somos atléticos) e existe um shopping pequeno a 5m a pé onde podemos comer comida europeia. A limpeza é extraordinária e têm a delicadeza de colocarem sempre água e café no quarto, uma vez que não convém beber água da torneira. Gostei da simpatia dos empregados, embora não falem bem inglês, esforcam-se. Gostei deste hotel e recomendo.

Cons: O hotel está á beira de uma rua com algum movimento e por isso á noite ainda se ouve o movimento, mesmo com o cansaço do dia, mas nada que uns tampões de ouvido não resolvam. Se consegue dormir profundamente, então não terá problemas. O pequeno almoço é pouco europeu, no entanto, eu e o meu marido pedíamos ovos mexidos e eles atenderam sempre com grande simpatia.

Really good location, relatively close to the main attractions of the city. Large modern rooms with excellent air-con, mini fridges and shower. Lifts, swimming pool, albeit smaller than the pictures suggest. Reception staff very attentive and did a lot of work to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was good, a decent selection of pastries, cold and hot buffet, as much coffee as I could drink!

Cons: The staff (waitress) at breakfast was disinterested, bordering on rude. Empty restaurant and didn’t want to provide fresh mint tea - the kettle on the counter was cold. Left plates, didn’t want to clear table. The only major negative on what was a comfortable stay. Noisy street and location, car horns, mopeds and other noise throughout the night, but having checked out at 3am for an early flight, the city was definitely not sleeping so not the hotels fault!

فندق عائلي. يوجد شطاف في الحمام كان موظفو الاستقبال و طاقم التنظيف في غايه اللطف و التعاون و اخص بالشكر الأستاذ إدريس و الأستاذ سعيد على خدمتهم المتميزه. عرضوا علينا ترقيه لوحده من الغرف الى سويت. عرضوا علينا وجبه غداء او عشاء لمده يومين مجانا.

Cons: اضاءه الغرفه خافته جدا. مرتبه السرير قاسيه و غير مريحه.

Le service était impécable et toujours à l'écoute. Il y a un très bon petit déjeuner ! La piscine est agréable mais il faudrait peut-être un peu de végétation.

Cons: Un peu sonore. Les oreillers ne sont pas assez mous.

chambre très belle avec plein de petites attentions. Salle de bain avec différents produits. Le personnel était très bienveillant que ce soit aussi bien pour l'hôtel que pour le restaurant.

Cons: le bruit de la rue mais bon avec les fenêtres fermées cela restait correct

Für vier Sterne Hotel ist nicht geeignet

Cons: Keine ruhige Umgebung die Lage war auch nicht so in Ordnung. Preisverhältnis ist nicht entsprechend, was der Hotel anbietet.

Breakfast was good, great selection of sweet & savoury. Staff super friendly and helpful. Walkable to the medina from the hotel. Bottled water in the room every day which was kind. Clean and tidy hotel & rooms

Hotel novo e com boas instalações e localizado perto sa área moderna da cidade. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente.

Cons: Área da recepção pequena, apesar da boa localização, o quarteirão que hotel está é meio degradado.

Dobrá lokalita, kousek do centra. Pěkná restaurace na snídaně. Milý a vstřícný personál. Možnost parkování na ulici před hotelem.

Cons: Velmi tvrdé postele a nepohodlný polštář. Okna by chtěla umýt a sprchový kout v koupelne opravit. Pokoj nevypadá tak pěkně jako na fotce. Hotel prezentuje přikrášlené fotky úplně nových pokoju což neodpovídá realitě. I tak je vybavení odpovídající. Velké mínus je hluk z ulice a okolních pokojů. Pokoje nejsou vůbec zvukotěsné. Slyšíte každý krok z okolních pokojů.
