We had a wonderful first experience in Marrakech at Riad Arabkech Moha the manager was very kind welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and always made us feel comfortable The breakfast was delicious the riad was always clean and well maintained and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing We especially enjoyed having Moroccan tea with Moha in the riad and it is a lovely memory that we will miss It was our first time in Marrakech and thanks to Moha and the wonderful team we felt very welcome and had a fantastic experience We highly recommend Riad Arabkech and hope to come back one day ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Arabkech, but what really made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The Riad was just so beautiful, stunning decor, cozy, with a picturesque pool and a big terrace. The breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of pastries, jam and some very much needed protein in the form of cream cheese and yogurt, which we really appreciated since apparently it is not the norm based on our experience in other riads in Marrakech. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and supportive, special thanks for offering me coffee while I was working at the terrace after checkout, and even a room with AC for my comfort, I really appreciated it! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Cons: The bathroom was clean but after I started my shower, it was filled too fast. It was clogged with what looked like men’s shaved hair, which I cleaned myself because it was just too inconvenient and uncomfortable for me to get dressed and look for someone to help me. Please, guests, when you shave, clean after yourselves! Don’t make it the problem of the cleaner or the next guest.

Asked what time I’d like my breakfast incase I woke up earlier than normal serving times, helped give tips on the area, any request for the room was fixed swiftly and efficiently and when I left I didn’t have a train ticket, he watched my bags after I’d checked out to allow me time to purchase my ticket.

I loved the location, right in the middle of old town. Step out the front door and an adventure awaits around every corner. But inside, peace and quiet. Lovely surroundings. But what made my stay special was the attention i received from Mustafa y Moha. From the moment i arrived i was greeted with a welcome tea and throughout my stay they were very attentive. Recommending local excursions and restaurants. My plan was to stay a couple nights, but stayed several more due to the great service. Thank you both very much for making my time in Marrakech so memorable.

Han sido ambos un excelentes anfitriones, desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestro último día en el Riad. Nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto, como si estuviéramos en casa. Nos dio verdaderamente lástima dejar el Riad, pero estoy seguro que volveremos en un futuro. Gracias de corazón a los dos, Mustafá y Moha. Por otro lado, agradecer al resto del equipo que integra el Riad, tanto al servicio de limpieza, que cada día que volvíamos a nuestra habitación después de un largo día de exploración por la bella ciudad de Marrakech , sentimos una pulcritud encomiable que nos ayudó a disfrutar del descanso, como al servicio que nos sirvió du riquísimo desayunos para empezar con fuerza nuestra aventura diaria. 100% recomendaré a mis familiares y conocidos hospedarse en este fantástico Riad. É stato tutto perfetto. Le stanze pulite e fresche nonostante il caldo torrido Colazioni abbondanti e diverse tutte le mattina L’ultimo giorno ci hanno premesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli fino al momento della partenza . The receptionist Mohammed let us feel like at home. He was very nice and kind. We had every day different breakfast even if we had early tours. I liked the Service, the location and position of the ríad easily accessible to the Medina center. The style of the riad is very nice and traditional! I would absolutely recommend to choose the riad Arabkesch.

Everything was amazing from start to finish, they greeted us with tea before showing us our room. The two gentlemen who were working while we stayed had excellent hospitality and their english was really good. They gave us excellent advice on where to go and how things work in Morocco. We loved the terrace and being able to relax at any time of the day with good sunshine. The breakfast was different everyday and gave you a taste of moroccan cuisine with some western classics. Also the pool was a nice touch, we enjoyed it when the sun would cover the water. Thank you so much to the two gentlemen (Forgot the names) They really made the stay amazing!!

Le Riad est magnifique, avec énormément de charme typique marocain. La décoration, l’ambiance et le cadre sont vraiment dépaysants et authentiques. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : très accueillant, toujours souriant et extrêmement arrangeant. Ce sont tous des crèmes. Mention spéciale à Magit, Moha et Sofian, qui sont des personnes extraordinaires et qui ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons: Le soir, nous rentrions souvent vers minuit / 1h du matin depuis la place Jemaa el-Fna (environ 15 minutes à pied). Certaines rues autour du riad étaient peu ou pas éclairées, ce qui pouvait parfois être un peu inquiétant, surtout tard le soir.

The second room we were in was good, nicely decorated and comfortable overall. Moha was very helpful prior to our arrival, wattsap communication and arranging transport for us. The building is a beautiful little riad, in the heart of the medina. The breakfast was good with different offerings each day.

Cons: On our first night we were put in a room on the ground floor. The bathroom and therefore the bedroom absolutely stank of sewage/drains. The toilet was not fixed to the floor and actually moved. The shower was very dirty and needs replacing. The water wouldn't drain out of the sink. The cushions on the bed were filthy. We complained immediately and the staff member who was there came and looked in the room, swished some water down the shower. Told us the riad is full and so we would have to stay in that room that night, but that we could move to another room the next day. So we had a very unpleasant first night in that room. Our first breakfast we had up on the terrace. Within minutes of us starting to eat a swarm of wasps/bees were crawling all over our food and cutlery. Other guests also experienced this. So we couldn't eat our food. The remaining time we ate inside, downstairs which is a shame as the terrace could be a really lovely area. These two major issues were rectified by putting us in another room and eating in another area. However neither of the issues were mentioned to us or apologised for by any of the staff. We found this quite odd. There seems to be a strategy of don't mention, don't apologise. The furniture downstairs and up on the top terrace is dirty.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man ist direkt in den Souks. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, zur Begrüßung gab es direkt Tee und Gebäck und auch zwischendurch gab es immer wieder kostenlos Tee und Kuchen. Das Frühstück wurde auf der hübschen Dachterrasse serviert und war typisch marokkanisch.

Our host the warm and welcoming. He was present to meet all our needs. The property was lovely and the rooftop area was extra special. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and included a wonderful variety of yummy goodness.

Cons: This property is located in the old medina. It's about a 15 mun walk from the large square and the majority of the souks. But its location was in a less touristy area and had a good local culture vibe.

Das Riad Arabkech liegt zentral in der Medina und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man das leckere Frühstück und den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Cons: Es war recht frisch auf dem Zimmer und die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen war eher ein Zufallsprodukt. Als Allergiker bin ich leider mit sehr verstopfter Nase aufgewacht.

El trato del personal ha sido excelente, el desayuno que te ponen incluye de todo, tanto café, leche, zumo y té, como yogur, tortilla, tostadas, y bizcocho marroquí. El riad es precioso y muy céntrico además las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, íntimas y tradicional marroquí, lo que hace una experiencia auténtica. También he de mencionar las habitaciones que son únicas ya que cada una de ellas tiene su propia decoración, todas tienen aire acondicionado mantas y un baño con ducha.

Cons: Lo único que puedo decir es que no tiene instalaciones adecuadas para personas de movilidad reducida como por ejemplo el baño o un ascensor, ya que cuenta con una escalera estrecha para llegar a las habitaciones .

Loved our stay at Riad Arabkech. From the minute we arrived, the staff were super welcoming and were lovely throughout our stay. They had great recommendations for local activities nearby. Loved the decor as well, the rooms and communal spaces were beautifully styled with traditional pieces. Breakfast every morning was delicious and changed everyday, including a variety of Moroccan treats. Was in a great location as well - a quick walk from a main road with our luggage, and right in the heart of the Medina so plenty of shopping nearby, and close to a lot of main attractions too. We loved our stay here!

Cons: Only negative was that there wasn't a lot of soundproofing on the windows so if people were loud entering or exiting their rooms you could hear it a bit, but a small price to pay for the gorgeous windows onto the central pool!

Cons: Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits au Riad Arabkech et l’expérience a été très loin de ce qui était annoncé sur Booking. La première chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos. Après négociation, nous avons changé de chambre, mais les problèmes ont persisté : salle de bain avec moisissures importantes, robinetterie en mauvais état, pommeau de douche instable, évacuation défectueuse. Le lit présenté comme un « grand lit double » était en réalité composé de deux matelas séparés créant un espace inconfortable au centre. La literie nous a causé de nombreuses nuits difficiles, accompagnées d’irritations cutanées et d’inconfort. Le ménage annoncé comme quotidien n’a été effectué qu’une seule fois sur l’ensemble du séjour. Le restaurant mentionné sur l’annonce n’existe pas, ce qui était pourtant un critère déterminant pour notre choix. Le petit déjeuner était très éloigné d’un petit déjeuner traditionnel : produits industriels, absence de choix et faible qualité. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement malgré les températures fraîches la nuit. Enfin, plusieurs nuisances sonores tardives ont fortement impacté notre repos. Au vu du prix payé, les prestations proposées ne sont pas à la hauteur et ne correspondent pas à la description en ligne. Nous repartons avec un réel sentiment de déception.

Personalul de la Riad a fost exemplar, foarte primitor. Orice problemă aveai, te duceai la băieții de la recepție și te ajutau cu mare plăcere. La sosire am fost primiți cu un ceai de mentă și ceva gustări. Ni s-a oferit posibilitatea de a fi preluați de la aeroport către Riad la un preț foarte bun și recomand acest lucru pentru ca în oraș traficul este o nebunie. Noi am avut rezervat pentru două nopți, am mers pe urmă în Merzouga și am revenit la ei pentru încă o noapte. Foarte mult am apreciat faptul ca ne-au ținut bagajele la ei la recepție până ne-am întors din deșert și nu a trebuit să le ducem cu noi. Camerele curate, liniște noaptea, micul dejun gustos, Riad fantastic. Recomand cu toată căldura, nota 10!

Honestly so peaceful and so clean it’s beautifully looked after and in much better shape than a few other riads we stayed in which are pretty but very rough round the edges. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and so helpful couldn’t ask for better. Mourah (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) was amazing, truly an asset to the riad so thank you! Would highly recommend the riad it’s beautiful and in a great location near the souks and not far from other highlights!

Cons: Only downside I would say is when booking it said you catered for gluten free but all I was given was a one egg omelette same as my partner and a yogurt (there was also croissants breads and pancakes which unfortunately weren’t gluten free) luckily I had been to a gluten free bakery the day before and had some bread which they heated up for me. But i wouldn’t say even when notified I needed a gluten free breakfast that i was catered for. Think better communication and more proactive with allergy knowledge and be helpful:)

mohamed é stato molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

Cons: quando siamo arrivati la camera non corrispondeva alle foto trovate sulla prenotazione, ci ha spiegato che é una raccolta di foto di tutte le camere essendo tutte uniche… sarebbe opportuno creare una opzione di acquisto per ogni camera. il bagno veramente piccolo. la colazione abbondante ma per questo prezzo é inaccettabile la marmellata e miele confezionata. abbiamo scelto di acquistare una camera di un hotel leggermente superiore alla nostra media ma siamo stati meglio in riad da 25€ a notte x due. in più, la struttura dovrebbe vigilare sui clienti che provocano eccessivo rumore dato che é tutto completamente insonorizzato e non voglio sentire cosa si fa nella stanza accanto sopratutto a mezzanotte passata.

Le personnel était vraiment gentil et serviable. Ils ont réservé une excursion et une navette pour notre retour. On nous a également recommandé plusieurs restaurants très sympathiques.

Cons: La chambre du rez-de-chaussée était un peu bruyante mais nous avons pu changer de chambre rapidement. Les horaires du petit déjeuner étaient un peu restrictifs pour permettre de se rendre tôt sur les sites les plus touristiques.

Cons: V pokoji bylo vlhko, vadila mi snídaně až od 8:30 ráno, nejen ze na všechny výlety vás vyzvedávají dříve, ale také všechny památky otevírají už v 9 a to abychom se vyhnuli frontám nešlo stihnout. Nebyla ani možnost dostat místo snídaně balíček. Když jsme byli připraveni v 8:30 na snídani, nikde nikdo a snídani jsme dostali až chvilku před 9:00.

Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und ansprechend. Die Mitarbeiter so wie der Chef waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und man hat sich sofort Willkommen gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr herzlich und man konnte Einblicke in die Kultur bekommen. Es gab jeden Tag sehr gutes Frühstück mit Auswahl. Sie haben sich Zeit für ihre Gäste genommen und waren allzeit erreichbar bei Problemen und stets hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

La struttura si trova nella Medina di Marrakech, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Jemal el Fna. Il Riad, composto da piano terra, primo piano e terrazza, è molto accogliente e posto in posizione tranquilla lontana dal caos dei souk. Allo stesso tempo, basta girare l’angolo in fondo alla via per raggiungere i vari negozietti e immergersi nel pieno della vita della città. Le stanze sono comodissime, dotate di bagno in camera, condizionatore, uno spazioso armadio e scrivania con sgabello. Ogni finestra si affaccia al cortile interno. Moha e Mohammed sono molto garbati e gentili, due giovani ragazzi simpatici e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Sono molto socievoli quindi spesso ci è capitato di conversare piacevolmente con loro e avere degli ottimi consigli. La colazione è sempre molto abbondante e vengono serviti dolci e msemem fatti in casa ogni mattina nei fornelli della cucina che si trova al piano terra. Le donne dello staff sono estremamente brave in cucina! La terrazza è il posto in cui abbiamo fatto colazione ogni mattina e in cui ci siamo rilassati la sera dopo giornate intense di esplorazione della città e dei dintorni. La piscina è sempre a disposizione di tutti e nelle ore diurne è attivo l’idromassaggio, una coccola per tutti! Io e mio marito siamo felici di consigliare questo Riad!

Very comfortable place in Marrakech, not far from city centre, but still quiet enough. We loved the rooftop terrace, where we could enjoy a bit of piece after long day on a trip or in the busy town. The hosts were amazing! Mohammed and Moha went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was great! The woman in the kitchen made the traditional bread from scratch and showed us how to make it. The location was very central and the pool was cold, perfect for the Marrakech heat.

Cons: The only criticism we have is that the room was quite dark as It only had one window and there wasn't one in the bathroom, just a fan which made the room and bathroom quite humid after showering. We counteracted this by leaving the bathroom door and the window open when we left (you can do this as there are bars on the window).

Cons: The pictures are soooooooo much better than what is actually is…. First of all the room was NOT what we paid for and what was advertised. It wasn’t Deluxe, luxe or semi-luxe. It was small, bathroom is OLD AND RUSTY, bed is not comfortable.. The sunbeds had stains on them from unknown origin, absolutely disgusting. Even the sign outside is broken in half.. that should already tell a story. As I mentioned staff asked us NOT TO LEAVE A COMMENT!! Not sure if they were expecting a bribe for a better room. Please DO NOT BOOK this Riad. There are a lot of very nice places for the same price.

The host Mohamed was really kind and helpful, he helped us with everything and had a good conversations. The hotel is a really nice place to go. Has a small pool but totally necessary in summer. The breakfast was amazing, just to go and not get hungry to pass mid day. The location is really good. No noise at night so it's a nice place to rest. The bed was good and the room had an air conditioner. Definitely we will go back to Riad Arabkech. everything was good, thanks Mohamed and team to hold us like our home.

I liked the location, it is further from center of medina and main square, more quite part of medina with more locals around. Breakfast was OK, lots of bread served, which Moroccans love. Staff is helpful and respectful, asked if everything is good. Property is quite clean and airport shuttle was handy as well, when you just come to city and don't know nothing about

Cons: Vom Riad aus kann man zu Fuß in ca. 15min die alte Medina inkl. Jamee El Fna erreichen. Am Abend ist der Rückweg etwas beklemmend aber dennoch sicher. Sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen, kann man dieses nicht direkt vor dem Riad parken.

Chegar ao Riad é encontrar a paz necessária depois da azáfama da Medina A nota 10 vai para os funcionários Moah e Mohamed são incríveis, sempre disponíveis para nos ajudar e agradar . The first thing Mohamed said to us was "this is your home" and that's what it felt like from day one to leaving of which we felt sad to do so . The riad is lovely and cosy . Highly recommend this Riad. The location is good, as it’s a bit detached from the confusion of the souks although they are very close. Relatively easy to find. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room and the riad were very clean and they clean it every day in the morning. Bathroom ok. View from the rooftop gorgeous.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Arabkech. Le lieu est magnifique, très propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mohamed et Moha, toujours disponibles et attentionnés. Le riad est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pied de restaurants et de musées, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la médina. The staff at this Riad are amazing and go out of their way to help you, they helped us arrange our airport transfers and printed boarding passes, they go above and beyond to help you feel at home. The location is really good, I recommend getting an airport transfer as it’s hard to find initially (down a little side street) but once you’ve found it the location is really good. It comes out onto one of the bigger roads inside the medina making it easier to navigate to and from, albeit still a bit confusing initially! Only a few minutes walk into the souks. Everything is walkable from here. The breakfast is so good here too, and it’s lovely sitting out on the terrace every morning watching the birds. We had dinner here on the first night too which was a delicious lamb tagline and we were even able to get a bottle of wine and sit on the terrace. To be honest we didn’t want to leave.

Cons: It can be a little bit noisy in the evenings/mornings when guests are returning/leaving.

Nous avons clairement eu l'impression que les personnes étaient dans notre chambre. De plus la salle de bain était à la limite de l'insalubrité avec beaucoup de moisissures. Nous sommes venus au mois de mars, nous aurions aimé avoir une vraie couette pour les nuits froides. Il y avait bien une couverture dans le placard mais pas chaude du tout et très usée, qui avait sans doute, déjà dû beaucoup servir....

And let's talk about our riad because I can't thank these incredible people and this spectacular place enough. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed, to the moment we said goodbye. I felt at home for the five days I was here! The room was super clean and super nice! The breakfast was incredible, so if you're a weirdo like me, don't be afraid, it's totally worth it. The staff were willing to do anything, with a smile on their faces. If we needed to eat early because we had an activity, they were there to serve us, even if it wasn't during breakfast hours. I had a wound on my foot and asked if they had any bandages, they didn't, but they got on their bikes and went to buy them. These were just a few gestures from all those who marked us. Beautiful decor in communal spaces and bedrooms. The staff were amazing and attentive at all times-especially Moha who we give an 11 out of 10 for going beyond expectations. I would totally recommend this RIAD to stay in the heart 🕌💖 of the Medina but very safe 🕌💖🙏

Cons: The property is a little worn in some places -a bit of paint here and there is needed , plus new cushions on sofas and dining seating , plus our mattress was very hard -we had a different bedroom on the two nights we stayed and both were very hard , pillows also hard…but all in all I’m quite picky and fussy …it’s a beautiful RIAD 🕌💖

Das Riad an sich ist sehr schön. Schöne Terrasse und sehr schick. Freundliches Personal und liegt sehr zentral.

Cons: Das Auto kann man nicht direkt vor dem Riad parken. Wir mussten es in einem "Parkhaus" abstellen für 100 DH pro Nacht. Das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe gewesen. Das Wasser lief weder im Waschbecken , noch in der Dusche richtig ab. Das Waschbecken ist zudem auch nicht fest gewesen und der Wasserhahn hatte die besten Jahre hinter sich. Was noch zu bemängeln ist , dass es keine dicke, geschweige denn richtige Decke gab. Wir mussten unter einem Bettlaken schlafen bei kälteren Temperaturen.

We had 3 rooms in this riad for 2 nights. The locations was brilliant, a 5-10min walk to restaurants, stalls and monuments, yet a lot quieter than some riads we passed right next to the shopping squares. The staff were very attentive. Moha took care of our airport transfer, arranged a tuk tuk ride and advised on a traditional buffet meal etc.
