L'accĆØs au riad est facile, et l'emplacement au coeur du quartier de Kasbah permet de tout visiter Ć pied.

Beautiful property, very clean and light. The room was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was lovely too. Plenty of shade or sun loungers in the sun. Itās a little slice of heaven tucked away in Marrakesh. I only stayed one night as was heading to do Toubkal, but they let me stay until my pick up later in the day. I could still use the facilities. I would 100% go back and stay there. The staff were very helpful, they all seemed to get along so well and were happy and welcoming. The food was lovely too.
Cons: Nothing really. There was a difference with my booking.com price and that on the bill from the road, but that was quickly rectified.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze stonden dag en nacht klaar voor gelijk welk verzoek. De hammam en massage van Majda waren fantastisch! Het dakterras en zwembad zijn zeer leuk. Het ontbijt is lekker en gevarieerd.

We only stayed at Riad Nolita for a few hours to spend the night, but in that short time we were treated incredibly well. We received a very warm welcome, even though we checked in very late, and despite having to check out very early, they still prepared breakfast especially for us. Although the room was small, it was very clean and well maintained. We would like to thank you for your hospitality.

Everyone was so friendly and the location was very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk offered lots of helpful hints for Marrakesh.
Cons: The doors to the rooms are mostly glass. Overall, it is a very quiet property. However, if people are in the courtyard area you can hear them sometimes.

Cons: Very poor access into the property with no adequate lighting. Attacked by house cat as soon as we got their. No handrail on stairs Dicoloured and chipped crockery.small boxy room with no window or ventilation only a/c recycling stale air. Unable to comunicate our concerns as no one spoke english. All menus and instructions all in French. I am lactose intolerant so unable to eat anything for breakfast. No alternative offered. We left after 1st night of a 11 night stay. As no alternatives where offered in repect of room.

Cons: Leider hatte ich ein sehr kleines Zimmer in dem die Luft buchstƤblich stand als Asthmatiker nicht zu empfehlen ! Die Dusche ist sehr sehr eng und daher fĆ¼r korpulente Menschen gƤnzlich ungeeignet. Das Riad liegt versteckt und die Lage is einem nicht einheimischen unheimlich. Das Taxi kann nicht direkt anfahren. Insofern lƶsen andere Riads dass mit einem Mitarbeiter der die GƤste traditionell gekleidet abholt wƤre auch hier dieses eine Idee. Das Problem mit der Luft kƶnnte man lƶsen indem man die GlastĆ¼r oben mit einem Fenster versieht dass sich ƶffnen lƤsstā¦. Nur eine Idee mag mir nicht vorstellen wie es dort im Sommer ist ā¦.

The breakfast was incredible, very complete, and any extra request was kindly accommodated by the staff. The location is very good, as itās close to a busy street for taxis and walking, and there are lovely small streets nearby full of shops to explore. Cleanliness was 10/10, everything was spotless, with a pleasant smell throughout. For me, something very important is the brightness of the rooms, and this place has large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The Riad is 100% recommended! Itās truly amazing and exactly as shown in the photos.

Younis was the perfect host and went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay and Noorie the cat did his bit too! The Riad has been tastefully modernised with a huge comfortable bed, spacious wardrobes and spacious shower room. Rooftop area is lovely.
Cons: One mark off for the description on Booking.com. There is no jacuzzi, just two cold plunge pools. Also, there is no separate living room or area in the junior suite, just a large bedroom. This should be amended. Apart from that, the place was very good.

Riad Nolita is a little oasis of calm and comfort a short walk from the centre of the city. The rooms and furnishings were excellent. Yaya and all the staff at Riad Nolita made our stay in Marrakech extremely comfortable and were very helpful giving us directions and helping us to make connections. The location makes pick-up and drop-off very easy.

From the moment we arrived, Yaya and Younes made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were greeted with traditional Moroccan tea, which was such a thoughtful and gorgeous welcome, and instantly made us feel relaxed after our journey. The riad itself is stunning, full of charm and character, and you can really feel the care and attention to detail in everything. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a little oasis of calm. Every morning we enjoyed a fresh breakfast that was 10/10 ā so tasty, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality of Yaya and Younes. They were not only professional and attentive but also so kind and genuine. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always made us feel at home. Their warmth and friendliness really made the whole experience unforgettable for both me and my partner. Staying here was such a special part of our trip, and weāll definitely be coming back on our next visit to Morocco. Truly a magical place with the loveliest people ā thank you Yaya and Younes for everything!

This was such an amazing amazing experience in Riad Nolita! The moment we stepped in, Yahyah - the manager took us in and gave us a thorough explanation/ins and outs about Marrakech whilst serving us our very first Moroccan Mint Tea! He discussed what to be aware, what to look for, local guidance, be aware of street food etc. They also gave us breakfast daily, very nice and responsive to all of our needs. The most memorable would be that all staff members see us with a big smile, and never ever showed any annoyance/tiredness with us throughout our 5 days of stay! We experienced the pool, jacuzzi and also the terrance! They were all beautiful! Overall a very great experience and would definitely come back and recommend family friends to stay in Riad Nolita ! A bonus is they have a cat called Nolita !

The riad was very nicely decorated and clean. The staff, especially Majid and Kamal, were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was exceptional.
Cons: Not anything bad per se, just note that if you are interested in dining in, you must let the riad know the day before. They have someone come in and prepare it for that evening.

Cons: We werenāt given any information at all on arrival (e.g. breakfast timing/location, where things were, check-out time, other helpful tips). We sat for 30ish minutes at 1pm until someone then told us check-in is at 3pm. Rest of staff not particularly helpful, frequently answering simply ānoā to requests (e.g. for a taxi, or for WiFi). Room not maintained at all - not cleaned or restocked during the whole stay. Had to request more toilet roll on day 4. Dirty robe in room. Not enough towels by the rooftop pool. Toilet almost too small to move around in.

The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Masjid Salva and Aiman were really helpful and warm. The room was a bit small bt well decorated and maintained. Just one thing they don't have doors for the bathroom.

The staff were all super friendly, helpful and the most loveliest people. The property was clean and the bedroom had stunning lighting and decor. We were welcomed by mint tea and biscuits as well as being shown a map/things to see which was very useful. This riad is near a main road so is easily accessible by taxi and easy to find. We loved the rooftop jacuzzi and thought it was a nice touch. Breakfast was served each morning with a wonderful spread.

We had an amazing experience here. The staffs were welcoming, polite and very helpful. The food was amazing. The room was clean at all times. Words canāt even express how pleased we were about this raid. It felt like a home away from home. Also location is very perfect as itās close to everywhere worth seeing. Kamal and the other staffs were really great. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit and recommend you guys to everyone I know going to Marrakech.

The location was amazing. It was a 10min walk from the Kotoubia mosque and Medina centre. It was a quiet and safe location as well. The room is the perfect size for a couple days. They offered so much for breakfast and the room was always clean and nicely done. The staff was so nice & kind.

Location was good, away from the main chaos of the old town but an easy and interesting walk to all the main attractions. The Riad itself is a little haven of peace, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing - would have been enhanced with some fresh fruit for example. The rooms overall were good, but the beds a little firm for most of our party.

I stayed at Road Nolita for 5 days last week. I had an exceptional stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Marrakech. The hospitality of the staff was fantastic (in particular Sadek and the lovely lady who cooked my breakfast!). Sadek and his team went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay. The property is well maintained and in an ideal location, only a 15 minute walk away from the medina. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way at times, and the breakfast and dinner were really nice. Would recommend to everyone!

Did not like it at all . Not a cosy riad.. smells like cleaning products. Roof terras is nice the best experience here was checking out.
Cons: Booked a junior suite and the give me a standaard room. They say sorry and that was it.. no compensation nothing.. luckily booking.com did help me. For compensation. Also room was noisy and sewage smell in bathroom. I look always for a good riad but this one was a mistake.. they pretend to be a luxury place with annoying Lounge music what sounds like elevator music what I could hear in my room when I wakeup. So mutch more to say.. my advice is think twice before you book this Riad..

I didnāt know what to expect as I have never stayed in a riad before. We had a very lovely greeting and felt like we were part of the family. Amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Our only issue was that the bed was very small. Walking distance to the main square and the souks.

The accommodation was so beautiful and elegant. Everything is new and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom is also very large, nice and very clean. We were there for 2 nights and the room was cleaned right after the first night :) The breakfast is excellent!!

The location of the Riad is ideal, as it is not too far away from the main centre in the old town of Marrakech (walking distance), it was easy to find our way back. The staff particularly Sadek and Jamal, were so helpful in arranging taxi's for me and my partner, as and when we needed with ease.
Cons: The mattress on the bed is quite hard and there was no option on what was offered for dinner or breakfast at the Riad, you were provided only one option and no questions were asked regarding allergies/dietary needs.

I really enjoy staying in riad nolita. The riad was new, the furniture, the environment on it, made my experience in Marrakesh a lot better. The room had TV with Netflix, to properly help me relax before going to sleep. The rooftop was very cool with a nice jacuzzi on it. Breakfast wasnt the most diverse but was enough for me, with fruit, coffee and some nice and tradicional marroquian stuff. I would like to thank Riad Nolita and personally Sadek, which was amazing to me during the entire stay, helping me to schedule my activities and knowing the city, and being such a caring, awesome and lovely guy during the entire stay. I truthfuly believe Riad Nolita is my home in Marrakesh.
Cons: Something to point out is that is not that near to the center, was like a 15/20 min walk, which is not easy under 42 degrees.

Cons: Riad Nolita is a hotel that left me with a less-than-pleasant experience. Unfortunately, there wasn't much that I liked about it. One of the major issues I had was the noise level in my room. It was so loud that it made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, I was not able to leave my bike at the hotel, and as a result, it ended up getting scratched. This was a real disappointment, as I had specifically chosen this hotel because I thought it would be a secure place to store my bike. Overall, my stay at Riad Nolita was not a positive one. The noise level in the room was unacceptable, and the fact that I couldn't leave my bike at the hotel was a major inconvenience that resulted in damage to my property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay.

Cons: - there wasnāt really a variety of options for breakfast. - You couldnāt bring your own food from outside into the riad. - there was some misunderstanding regarding payment, when we arrived, we were asked to give a less than what we were meant to pay. A day or two before our departure date we were requested to pay the extra money that we were meant to pay from the beginning. The staff who dealt with us upon our arrival was not aware of the payments and experienced in taking payments so she billed us incorrectly. As a result of that me and my partner had to go to the ATM around midnight hours to cash out money to pay the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Sadek, Fouzia, and Jamil were all very good hosts. The breakfast was so good! All hand made by fouzia. So close to old Marrakesh that my mother and I walked it everywhere. We felt safe enough as two women to walk around even at 10 pm. The people of Morocco are wonderful. The villa itself was so beautiful and quiet considering how close it was to the main city-15/20 min walk to Jama El Fana the main market. The spa ladies Bushra and Hind were absolutely fantastic.
Cons: We couldnāt use the hot tub as it was being fixed and the spa facilities however they kindly took us to their sister riad and we had the most amazing spa there.

The location is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport by car and around 15 minutes on foot from the main touristic square Jamaa el Fna adek. The RIAD itself is very beautiful and has only a few rooms making it good for those that like more quite places. Staff wise Sadek and Fusia treated us particularly good and we wish them the best! Hopefully, we will meet them again in the future! Breakfast was rich and we liked a lot Moroccan tea from all the places we tried. We also had the opportunity to have dinner on the RIAD, tajine chicken which we loved

Location near bus stop Bab Ksiba was very convenient. Bus trips (MAD cash only) are usually 4 MAD/person (check using Google Maps for approximate times and location of bus stops as there are usually no bus stop sign/post at stops, and no announcement on bus, so ask fellow passengers (often friendly and helpful) or bus driver -- good to know a bit of French -- for help with stopping at the right stop. (Knock on the back bus door if there is no working bus stop button.) Bus line 20 or 33 from bus stop 750 m (10min walk) from airport costs 4 MAD. Airport taxis can cost 200 MAD. ATM in airport didn't have fee, but ATM in train station charged fee. Bus 6 from Bab Ksiba takes you to e.g. Jardin Majorelle and northwest of city (train station) and the reverse direction. Riad has an updated, clean look and feel. Toilet, shower, AC with control worked well. Free wifi works well with one-day of disruption (fixed at day's end). Towels, bathrobes, slippers, soap, shampoo, hair dryer provided. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast (juice+coffee/moroccon mint tea+basket of bread+pancake beghrir+msemen (somewhat like Indian roti canai) + cake/cookies/buns + strawberry, apricot jams+honey) is 8:30-10:30 am but staff accommodated with simple, lighter offering for early breakfasts before 8:30 a.m. (arrange in advance). Marrakech is full of noisy motorbikes, but riad manages to block out most noise for a restful night's sleep. Early morning you can hear prayer call (but it's not too loud) and birds chirping. Dining either on roof top or on the bottom floor. Hotel costs can be paid by credit card (no extra charge), but extras require cash payment, like dinner (water, tajine, simple starter+simple dessert is 180 MAD/person, first time meals at 140 MAD/person) and other services. Restaurants nearby include Cafe Clock (takes credit card) and 9 min. walk north is La Table de Kasbah (cash only).
Cons: Hot tub on rooftop (third floor if bottom floor is considered first floor) is more like a dipping pool in lukewarm to relatively cool water with no jets. Would be better if heat and jets could be turned on (on request, for instance) into a hot tub. Bottom floor with pool is in a relatively small area. Pool has cold water and lacks some privacy as it is a step away from the dining area on one side, kitchen on one side (with a small reception desk around the corner from the kitchen) and small sitting area and bedroom on the other two sides. It states "shared kitchen" on Booking.com but guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. Location of riad is a little bit far from major rows of restaurants and bigger grocery stores, which are often located in the west to northwest of the city. Walking distances seem longer due to warm, dusty climate with traffic from cars and motorbikes.
