Konumu çok iyiydi, forumun hemen yanında. Otel içerisi çok lüks ve kaliteliydi. King Suite odamız iki odalıydı, gayet konforluydu.

Cons: Bu ayda klimayı açmıyorlarmış. Dışarısı soğuk olabilir ama odanın içi çok sıcaktı. Ödediğimiz fiyata rağmen klimayı istediğimiz sıcaklığa ayarlayamadık, bu bizi rahatsız etti.

We stayed at Hilton Double tree in Manisa for just one night but our experience was very positive! Clean, glamour and modern, this hotel has every you need. The gym is amazing (all the machines are new and of the latest model), as the SPA, and the staff is very gentle and kind. In particular, we needed help to find a phone charger for the night and Mertcan was very helpful and attentive with us, until in the end he could find us one! Moreover, he took care of us while we were waiting and he offered us something to drink and a cookie :) Excellent experience, truly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for an extended business trip. After long and exhausting workdays, coming back to a clean and well-kept room always gave me a sense of relief. I want to especially thank Ms. Sabiha, who was in charge of my room. Her cleaning was always thorough, and I could feel the care she put into even the smallest details. I truly appreciated it. Thanks to her, I felt a sense of comfort even while living in an unfamiliar place. My stay here became something special because of that. To all the staff, and especially to Ms. Sabiha – thank you very much.

I love Hilton hotels. The service quality is always consistent, and you know what to expect. The hotel has a convenient location in the city center, near a shopping mall and many cafes for every taste. There's a great sauna and pool. The staff is friendly everywhere. I especially want to mention the hotel staff member Merkan. He was always helpful and did his best to make my stay as comfortable as possible: assisted with early check-in or late check-out without extra charges, reserved a specific room with a great view, and helped locate items left during a previous visit. Bed is comfy, shower is mint, Tv is massive, plenty of room in a king room for storage and business, desk and table provided. Restaurants near by and mall is big. Also a good pub next to hotel, good prices all around. Staff are great, Housekeeping is amazing!

I had a great and a pleasant stay at the Double Tree by Hilton Manisa hotel. It was the longest time I have ever stayed in a hotel. Twenty five good days. Starting from the restaurant the waiters are very helpful and the breakfast was nice . My room was always clean, smells good and arranged to the highest point when I returned back. It seams like there is a special cleaner name Tulay Yilmaz assigned to my room. She was very helpful. The receptionists at the entrance are very cheerful and are ready to help you at anytime of the day. The gym and spa are just extra.

The hotel exceeded our expectations - room was spacious and warm (in winter days). It was very quiet, obviously good sound insulation. Everything was clean, beds were pretty comfy, child crib was set in our room as per request. Delightful breakfast with a lot of options. Very good turkish hammam in the spa area. Swimming pool and saunas, everything was what we needed. Staff were polite and assistive with tips and recommendations we needed. Just next to the hotel you have the shopping mall and places to eat. Would stay again!

Cons: Nothing to dislike in particular. No bathroom ventilation in our room, but it could have been a temporary issue.

It was an amazing Journey in this hotel ! Luxueux, une literie extrêmement confortable chambre tres spacieuce, tres belle bien situee avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne et la ville. Des équipements de tres bonne qualité, la piscine, le spa, la salle de sport, le sauna, hamam etc sont juste parfaits. Le restaurant est egalmenet tres bon, propre et super bien décoré. Note speciale pour tout le staff qui est genial !! 10/10, tout le monde a été super gentil et serviable. Nous avons aussi profité d'un massaga aromatherapy quu eetait egalement incroyable! Lovely clean hotel very new and comfortable, stylish, good gym, helpful staff. Just great. There are some food places outside - a small mall and restaurant area - not the best food but convenient. Overall very good stay and decent value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

Cons: More variety / fresher breakfast would have been welcomed. Outdoor pool or at least on a higher floor would have been cherry on top - pool was a bit dark in the basement but still nice. Also swimming cap is mandatory tba.

Notre séjours s'est très bien passé à l'hôtel DoubleTree by Hilton Manisa. La chambre "Deluxe Moutains View" est très agréable et vraiment de qualité. Nous avons excellemment bien dormi dans cette chambre dotée d'une literie extrêmement confortable et de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin lors d'un séjour à l'hotel. Le petit déjeuner était complet et le personnel très aimable. Certains membres du personnel ne parlent pas du tout anglais, ce qui pourrait être amélioré, mais globalement tout le monde a essayé de nous comprendre et de faire de notre séjour un séjour agréable.

This is a very modern hotel, very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and all the facilities were great. The hotel is located very close to two shopping centres offering various types of shop, restaurants and bars in cool air conditioned environments.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The nicest hotel I habe ever seen. We booked a deluxe room with a mountaim view and it certainly did not disappoint. Spacious view, super comfortable bed and all the little extras you exoect from the Hilton chain. Breakfast was an amazingly generous array of hot and cold foods - absolutely delicious. The staff were polite, curteous and efficient, especially the front desk reception and serving staff.

Cons: Only a minor issue - shampoo and shower gel was not replenished after the last guest and we ran out before the end of our stay.

The facilities are five star (the room was spacious, the bed very comfortable). The breakfast is adequate. The pool is big and clean.

Cons: The staff needs retraining! There was a very unpleasant incident just after our arrival. The reception staff invited us fro complimentary tee/coffee and signature cookies at the lobby bar. When we went there, the waiter served us tee, but told us there were no cookies. This was rude and extremely inhospitable. We went to the reception to complain: we were given cookies without a word of apology or explanation and the receptionist behaved as if she was offended. There were more people witnessing this conversation (including a manager) and NOBODY reacted. When we wanted to use the hotel pool we were forced to purchase head caps at an exorbitant price. We travel a lot and it is a first time something like this happens, let alone in a five star hotel.

This new hotel (since 2022) has a stunning pool for swimming and a decent gym. The hotel is in a very good state and the staff are very helpful. We witnessed some teething problems as the heating in our room was on full-blast and could not be turned down. The hotel offered us another room at no extra cost, where the temperature was more normal. Fortunately we did not need a quilt as the hotel only had quilts with feathers (we have allergy problems). But we hope to be back!

Nice big hotel. Spa and GYM included. BTW, they are barely used. It felt like brand new. The room was pretty spacious. The bad and sheets were comfy. We stayed at the 15th floor with a fantastic view. However, even with closed windows you can here a little bit the noice from the road. Was not a problem for us. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional in all places. The food was tasty and good value for money.

Hotel seems pretty new and lot of space.Breakfast is great, room is very comfortable and quiet. Very good business hotel.

Cons: Position is quite comfortable for the industrial area, not much to see just walking around..

Although we paid for the breakfast, they claimed it was not paid and were unfairly kept waiting for the breakfast. The staff was polite, but they were not professional. Breakfast options were plentiful, but the quality and freshness were average.

from first call - asking for directions, checkin it was amazing service. The staff were so accommodating- thank you all. the room was fantastic,very spacious, very clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. breakfast was amazing too, great choice.

Cons: some noisy wedding celebrating guests- disturbed my sleep. other than that no issues

Yeni bir otel. Heryer tertemiz. Geniş ferah hacimler. Güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardım sever bir ekip. Oda servisi iyi ve mutfak başarılı. Sadece Manisa değil İzmir seyahatleri için bile iyi bir alternatif.

The location is very good. Close to the mall and the city center. The spa and the pool are excellent and the fitness center is very good and the coach is very friendly. The staff are nice. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is excellent and clean. I will come back for sure.

wir kamen zunächst nur für ein paar Stunden ins Hotel vir einem Langstreckenflug. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gross.Alles ist sauber und neu und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir erwähnen ganz besonders das freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Servicepersonal am Frontoffice und die Bellboys. Ausserordentlich der Service am Frontdesk von Eda und Nur. Tausend Dank,cok cok tesekkür❤️
