Cons: Upon arrival, we found out that the pools were broken and therefore closed, without any prior notice. They offered us a free dinner as compensation, but we declined, as the children specifically wanted to use the pools. The staff member handled the situation very casually, as if it were completely normal. It felt like: “Do you want a room or not?”

Cons: Séjour assez décevant dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel est correct, mais les chambres et certains équipements mériteraient vraiment d’être rénovés : mobilier abîmé, accessoires sanitaires détériorés et manque d’entretien général. Nous nous sommes également sentis en insécurité durant plusieurs nuits à cause d’une personne qui hurlait régulièrement, sans vraiment comprendre ce qui se passait. Une situation assez angoissante. Le repas nous a également déçus. En revanche, très bon point pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était varié et de qualité.

Personeel was vriendelijk en het was schoon
Cons: Ons verblijf begon goed, maar helaas werd de ervaring steeds teleurstellender. Op de tweede dag werd onze kamer niet goed schoongemaakt. Er lag nog vuil en een opvallende vlek op de muur was nog steeds niet verwijderd. Dat gaf de indruk dat er weinig aandacht werd besteed aan de schoonmaak. Daarnaast vonden wij de service onder de maat voor een luxe hotel. Toen we een cola bestelden, werd deze niet op de kamerrekening gezet. In plaats daarvan kwam iemand later naar onze kamer om het bedrag contant te innen. Vervolgens moesten we ook nog zelf vragen om ons wisselgeld terug te krijgen. Bij een hotel in deze prijsklasse verwacht je dat dit soort zaken soepel en professioneel worden afgehandeld. De grootste teleurstelling was echter de transfer. Deze is simpelweg niet komen opdagen. Er werd geen uitleg gegeven en we hebben ook geen excuses of enige vorm van compensatie ontvangen. Dat is erg onprofessioneel en zorgde voor veel frustratie. Jammer, want met betere service, meer aandacht voor de schoonmaak en betere communicatie had ons verblijf een stuk prettiger kunnen zijn. Op basis van onze ervaring kunnen wij dit hotel helaas niet aanbevelen

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel. De la réception aux différents services de l’hôtel, chacun a été aimable, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci également à la personne qui s’occupe de la piscine. Sa gentillesse, son sens du service et son accueil exceptionnel ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Bravo à toute l’équipe !
Cons: Malgré la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, j’ai été déçue par plusieurs points. Le mobilier de la chambre est vieillissant (canapé, table), les serviettes sont usées et le ménage pourrait être plus soigné. La piscine n’était pas suffisamment propre, avec des particules visibles dans l’eau. Le petit-déjeuner a également été une grande déception : peu de choix et un buffet mal organisé. Enfin, bien que j’aie été surclassée, la chambre donnait sur le parking, alors que je m’attendais à une vue plus agréable. Au vu du prix payé, je m’attendais à des prestations de meilleure qualité.

أود أن اشارككم تجربتي المتواضعة ، لقد جربت فنادق كثيرة ولكن هذا الفندق فيه لمسة خاصة تختلف عن الفنادق الأخرى ،الفندق رائع جداً من ناحية التصميم والموقع والمرافق كلها مميزة ونظيفة جداً بالنسبة للغرف والأجنحة ومرافقها تجد فيها راحة واسترخاء عجيب ، تعجز الكلمات عن شكر موظفي الفندق ، لقد تميزوا بإحترافية عالية ومهنية ممتازة جداً خصوصاً الأخ زهير وموظفتي الإستقبال اللتان كانتا في الصباح يحاولون جهدهم لتذليل الصعاب واضفاء تجربة استثنائية للضيف . اقولها بكل صدق وفخر الفندق يستحق أن يكون خيارك الأول .

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois et, une fois de plus, tout était parfait. L’hôtel est agréable, propre et le personnel est accueillant. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Abdelali, qui travaille au niveau de la piscine. Il est toujours souriant, très serviable, gentil et à l’écoute des clients. C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel, et il a été tout aussi professionnel et attentionné lors de nos deux séjours. Son sens du service fait vraiment la différence et contribue à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à lui, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’établissement était très bien situé. La chambre était magnifique, le personnel très agréable. Ils étaient tous à l’écoute et répondait à tous nos besoins. مايحتاج تخرج من المجمع من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف مريحة ومرتبة، وكل شيء فيه يعكس الاهتمام بالتفاصيل. طاقم العمل في غاية اللطف والاحترام، وكان تعاملهم راقيًا واحترافيًا منذ لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. شعرت براحة نفسية طوال فترة الإقامة، والخدمة كانت ممتازة وسريعة. أنصح بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن النظافة، والهدوء، وحسن الاستقبال. بالتأكيد سأعود للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.

It was a pleasure to return to the Pestana CR7 in Marrakesh and enjoy the same warm and excellent welcome that made our first stay special. We sent email in advance to ask for the same room as last year and they were happy to be able to arrange that for us. Many of the same staff were still there and it was good to greet them again. Special mentions this year for two groups: housekeeping and pool staff. The housekeeping team were great. They left us alone when that was what we wanted and took the chance to make our room perfect on the days we went out into town. Ali at the rooftop pool did his best to ensure everyone had the beds and parasols they wished for, despite the pool being busy and occasional high winds. If management could increase the number of parasols from 7 to around 10 then that would be great. Otherwise everything was perfect.

My booking confirmation showed a lower confirmed price, but when I arrived, the hotel informed me that I had to pay the regular room rate instead. Cons: Séjour décevant dans l’ensemble. La suite junior présente plusieurs défauts de confort et d’équipement. Tout d’abord, il n’y avait aucune poubelle dans la pièce principale, ce qui nous a obligés à utiliser la minuscule corbeille des toilettes pour tous nos déchets. La salle de bain est également mal conçue : l’absence de porte de douche fait que l’eau se répand partout après chaque utilisation. Le manque d’intimité est un autre point négatif, puisque les toilettes ne sont pas suffisamment séparées de l’espace chambre. Côté séjour, les chaises mises à disposition pour manger à table sont instables, bougent constamment et émettent des grincements très désagréables. Enfin, la kitchenette est incomplète : plusieurs ustensiles de base, comme des cuillères et des fourchettes, étaient manquants. Pour un hôtel CR7, on s’attend à un niveau de qualité bien supérieur. Ces nombreux manquements sont décevants et ont fortement impacté notre confort. Je ne pense pas revenir et ne recommanderais pas cet établissement

Cons: A pesar de tener desayuno incluido no pudimos disfrutarlo por salir nuestro avión muy temprano. Nos prepararon una bolsa, quizás un poco pobre para lo esperado pero no estaba tampoco mal. Pondría una luz extra mas tenue en el baño ya que al tener una ventana (translúcida) si enciendes la luz por la noche se ilumina mucho la habitación.

A localização do hotel é boa, embora fique fora da Medina. Isso tem pontos positivos, como a tranquilidade de andar pelas ruas, que é bem diferente do agito dos corredores e vias da Medina. Há um centro comercial com lojas e restaurantes do lado do hotel. A decoração é muito bonita. O espaço do quarto é excelente, com cama muito confortável e ótima roupa de cama. Chuveiro muito bom. A área da piscina fica no rooftop. A água é fria mas adequada devido ao calor que faz na cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com algumas opções feitas na hora, como omelete, ovos mexidos, etc.
Cons: Única coisa que me desagradou um pouco foi o check-in um pouco demorado. Faltou um pouco de organização para saber quem tinha chegado primeiro e priorizar na hora de chamar para fazer o processo do check-in.

Beautiful property, nice big rooms. Location is excellent only 10 min by taxi to Medina. Pool area excellent. Hotel does not give day passes to people that are not staying so not over crowded. Avoid Eid time still good for pool day but everything closed. Excellent breakfast. Lots of single people, couples some families. French, English, Arabic. I will definitely book again. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. J’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de chaleur, de bienveillance et de professionnalisme. Tout le personnel a été attentif, disponible et aux petits soins, ce qui a rendu mon séjour particulièrement agréable. Une mention toute particulière à Majda, qui est une personne adorable, souriante et d’une grande gentillesse. Son écoute, son attention et son dévouement ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.

Het Hotel is fijn en goeie plek. Het personeel is aardig. Ontbijt top en super veel keus. Heb een heerlijke massage gehad echt een 10/10. En de dames van de cleaning ook aardig en maken netjes schoon.
Cons: Koelkast deed het niet heb dat meerdere keren aangegeven, maar ze hebben niemand gestuurd. Het personeel bij het zwembad maakt eigen prijzen dus check de menu kaart voordat je iets besteld. Had sommige momenten op de dag geen water. Ochtend voor vertrek ook geen water belde met de receptie die zou iemand sturen, ook niet gebeurd. Had nog een fles water staan en mij daarmee gewassen. Bij de receptie aangekomen hadden ze geen telefoontje ontvangen en die meneer reageerde best nonchalant.

Cons: I was surprised by my experience this time. Even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m., I had to leave and wait about 30 minutes before I could check in. When I returned about an hour later, I was given a room on the first floor. Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy, but since I was only staying for one night, I decided not to request a change. I have stayed at this hotel before and always had a good experience, which makes this visit even more disappointing.

Cons: J’ai trouvé le personnel peu serviable, j’ai oublié mon manteau dans ma chambre alors que j’étais à 200 km, l’hôtel ne m’a pas contacté pour me le dire, j’ai dû faire Agadir - Marrakech pour récupérer mon manteau ( pas de service d’expédition). Je n’ai pas retrouvé mon kit main libre de mon iPhone dans ma voiture, un membre du personnel me l’a subtilisé de mon véhicule.

We had a one bedroom suite, which was reasonably spacious, but not as good as I was expecting for the price. The location is close to the Palais des Congrès.
Cons: 1: When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. It took quite some time for housekeeping staff to bring us some. 2: There was bottled water supplied when we arrived, but we were surprised to find out that this was for arrival only - no more was supplied on subsequent days. Also, the water bottles were impossible to fit into the tiny fridge. 3: There was a kitchenette, but it had vey few kitchen-related items, so was barely useful at all. 4: We used express checkout. After returning home, I messaged the hotel twice asking for an itemised receipt/invoice, but never received one. 5: The facilities and service didn't match the high price.

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, et tout particulièrement Hamza et Jawad, les réceptionnistes, qui ont rendu mon séjour absolument merveilleux. Je reviens souvent dans cet hôtel grâce à ces deux personnes exceptionnelles, car ils prennent toujours très bien soin de moi. À chaque séjour, ils me surclassent gentiment, me donnent une belle chambre avec une magnifique vue, et veillent toujours à ce que tout soit parfait. J’apprécie sincèrement leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Cette fois encore, mon séjour a été exceptionnel grâce à Hamza et Jawad. Merci infiniment à eux !

We received an upgrade to a larger suite, without asking. The location on M Street was a welcome change from the Medina. M Street is a “western-style” shopping and dining area that was full of people on a Sunday evening. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Only a short walk from the train station and close to the airport.
Cons: The small roof-top pool are was completely full, there was no place for us to sit and enjoy. This is certainly not a fault, but know that you may not get to enjoy this amenity.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with everything. The room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to the housekeepers Zainab and Oumaima, who did an excellent job cleaning our room every day. They were very thorough, professional, and kind. Their work really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again.
