L’hôtel Jadali est un véritable bijou. J’y ai passé quelques jours pour mon anniversaire et je n’ai pas été déçue. Idéalement situé au cœur de l’Hivernage, l’hôtel se niche dans un écrin discret et préservé, loin de l’agitation, comme un véritable secret bien gardé. Les chambres sont impeccables, élégantes et fonctionnelles, avec des lits confortables. La piscine est très agréable, calme et dotée d’un bar, suffisamment grande pour accueillir de nombreux baigneurs. Le petit-déjeuner comprenait une multitude d'options et était également excellent, je le regrette déjà. Le spa est également très beau, spacieux et agréable. Mais le véritable atout de l’hôtel réside dans son personnel exceptionnel. Que ce soit à l’accueil ou au restaurant le matin, ils ont fait preuve d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. Leur dévouement a vraiment contribué à faire de ce voyage une expérience inoubliable. Je leur suis profondément reconnaissante pour tous les soins qu’ils nous ont prodigués.

Cons: 1- Parking extérieur est difficile le soir , l hotel est entouré par des restaurants et disco. 2- l ascenseur est mal programmer, fonctionnement fou. A part que les employés utilisent le meme ascenseur que les clients ( mauvaise odeur si tu prend l ascenseur après utilisation des employés). 3 - a améliorer : le nettoyage sol balcon / petit dej , servi de boisson chaude avec le plat et non pas avant, ce se refroidit / mettre une bonbonne d eau dans la salle de sport / vérifier souvent les bouteilles savon dans les toilettes, ne fonctionne pas correctement / wifi était catastrophique dans les chambres, j ai réclamer walo .

Commentaire Nous avons séjourné au Jadali & Spa Marrakech à 4, avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants, et quelle belle découverte ! Un hôtel exceptionnel, qui mérite largement ses 5 étoiles. Tout était absolument parfait : la propreté, l’accueil, l’emplacement, le confort, la qualité des prestations et le service. L’emplacement est tout simplement stratégique : tout est accessible à pied. On pose ses valises et c’est parti pour profiter de Marrakech, sans avoir besoin de voiture. Mais s’il y a bien une chose que nous souhaitons souligner, c’est le personnel. Tous, sans exception, travaillent sans relâche pour chouchouter la clientèle et rendre le séjour inoubliable. Les voituriers, les réceptionnistes, les portiers, l’équipe du petit-déjeuner, les équipes d’entretien et les femmes de ménage… Ils sont tous exceptionnels, attentionnés et profondément humains. Une mention toute particulière à Mouna, à la réception, qui a été adorable et toujours présente pour faire en sorte que tout soit parfaitement organisé et que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Son attention, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme nous ont particulièrement touchés. Un immense merci à elle ! ❤️ Nous avons adoré notre séjour et, je peux vous l’assurer, nous avons trouvé notre hôtel pour chacun de nos prochains voyages à Marrakech. I particularly liked the stylish décor and how comfortable the room was. The staff were also one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the spa facilities. The location was another thing I liked because it was convenient for getting around and exploring Marrakech. This hotel never disappoints! Great location, wonderful staff, very clean, safe, delicious food and consistent service. This was my fourth visit and we were room upgraded with a surprise birthday cake. They have a wonderful spa and hammam. I never want to leave! Special thanks to Ayoub and Imane in the restaurant, Fatima in the spa and Josef and Widad at reception.

Cons: The hotel itself is flawless. Because its a popular area in central Marrakech, bear in mind there are late-night clubs and lots of traffic/activity at night until the small hours. On this visit, the rooftop pool was under renovation, which was a shame as there in the summer.

We have been coming to Hotel Jadali & Spa with our family for many years, and every visit is just as wonderful as the last. This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Widad, Mouna, and Rashid at the reception for always welcoming us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. We would also like to thank Fatima and all the housekeeping ladies for keeping everything immaculate and for their warmth and respect. Every single member of the team makes us feel like valued guests, which is why we keep coming back year after year. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.

Cons: The only area that could be improved is the gym. The air conditioning was not working during our stay, which made it uncomfortable to work out. Some of the fitness equipment is also showing its age and could benefit from being replaced or upgraded. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Cons: J'avais effectué une réservation par téléphone en français, convenant d'un prix de 250 € pour trois jours. À mon arrivée à la réception, la personne m'a carrément indiqué que j'allais devoir payer 250 € la nuit, ce que j'ai trouvé absolument inadmissible. Face a mon étonnement, la réceptionniste m'a carrément balancé que si je n'étais pas contente, je n'avais qu'à réserver dans un hôtel moins cher. J'ai vraiment détesté son contact. Le respect de la clientèle est clairement a revoir par cette réceptionniste qui, pour moi, n'a absolument rien a faire dans un établissement étoilé. Heureusement, le responsable de l'hôtel est arrivé, a géré la situation et, en guise de dédommagement, ne m'a pas fait payer les frais. Sachez également qu'ils vont vous demander une empreinte de carte bancaire, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans tous les établissements. En tout cas, je suis actuellement dans un autre hôtel au Maroc, un 4 étoiles Grand Plaza, et cela n'a absolument rien a voir au niveau de la satisfaction. Comme quoi, les étoiles ne veulent rien dire.

Con respecto a las instalaciones, la habitación estaba muy bien, con una terraza bastante grande. El servicio de desayuno, muy consistente y de calidad, así como la comida en general del hotel. La piscina descubierta nos encantó, era muy tranquila y el camarero nos hizo sentir muy cómodos en todo momento. De igual manera, la experiencia del Hamman y de la piscina cubierta fue muy buena. Repetiríamos sin duda. Excelente relación calidad precio, hotel tranquilo y perfecto para una estancia en Marrakech.

Hotel Jidali is in a great location in L’Hivernage … very safe and very close to the Medina . My room , 5th floor was large and spotless and very well tended through the week. The house restaurant is a spacious gathering place for guest from around the world . Mr Jaouad keeps the fine breakfast running tip top . A great array of breakfast options greets every morning. The Hammam and spa and the large indoor pool are wonderful facilities to shut out the world. I can’t thank enough for the attention of the staff … Ali , Mouna , Jaouad’s team in the restaurant Hicham , Dounia , Suki and all the others smiles every morning made my week at Jidali a very memorable stay !

Chambre moderne, literie très confortable, balcon, notre demande préalable de chambre en étage élevé a été respectée (4ème étage) et c’était vraiment très calme, aucune nuisances sonores ! Pour le petit-déjeuner pas de buffet mais choix entre 3 menus, le menu Jadali était excellent et très copieux, mieux qu’un buffet ! La piscine intérieure chauffée du spa au sous-sol est magnifique. Roof top très agréable avec une belle vue sur la koutoubia. Accueil très sympathique du personnel tant à la réception qu’au spa et serveurs au petit-déjeuner.

La amabilidad de todo el personal. Recepción, personal de limpieza, restaurante... El desayuno no era buffet libre pero era muy completo y variado. Está sobre 1,5 km de la plaza central. A pié con 44 grados es una tortura, pero en taxi (negociando precio) son menos de 5 minutos.

Cons: La presión del agua de la ducha era floja, el minibar enfriaba muy poco. La piscina de la azotea, si bien es larga, tiene muy poca profundidad. En el baño no había escobilla, sólo el palo suelto sin nada más. La puerta giratoria de entrada del vestíbulo desde la calle no gira de manera automática, o te la gira alguien de recepción o tienes que empujar tu (y no es pequeña).

Just returned from a week at this hotel it’s rated four star which is appropriate but they have five star service staff. Hotel is located in a very walkable area that has many restaurants and clubs. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Medina Square. The rooftop and plunge pool is a respite from a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was good and they had a lunch and dinner menu which we ordered some great salads and snacks from . There was indoor and outdoor seating on the terrace where you can people watch. special thanks to the manager Youssef Sinkou. Note; alcohol is not served at this hotel, which was not a problem for me. I would definitely stay here again. Also, all the rooms have balconies, which was a great place to chill especially at night.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, forse i tempi di attesa per la colazione servita ma ho visto che si riscontra la stessa cosa anche nei ristoranti, è proprio un loro mood. Jolie chambre mais finitions bâclées, pas ok pour un 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est calme. La piscine sur le toit et la piscine du hammam chauffée sont sympas malgré une odeur désagréable dans la piscine intérieure (humidité, remontés égouts). Le plafond de la piscine intérieure est magnifique, on se croirait dans les 1001 nuits. Le vrai point positif de cet hôtel avec son rooftop. La vue sur la Koutoubia depuis le toit terrasse est très sympa au levé et couché de soleil - Le petit dejeuné est bon, diversifié et le personnel est très gentil.

Cons: - au check in on me prend un dépôt sur ma carte bancaire en me disant qu'au check out lors du paiement il l'annulerait pour que j'utilise une autre carte. Au final ca n'a pas été possible donc j'ai eu des frais bancaires élevés qui n'aurait pas dû être appliqué avec mon autre carte. - c'est un joli hôtel, mais tres surcôté pour un 5 étoiles, - j'ai fait un hamman/massage au spa de l'hôtel. Les soins étaient agréables, mais dommage que des enfants de 6/7ans étaient dans le hamman en même temps et faisaient vraiment beaucoup de bruits...on est pas dans de bonnes conditions pour la détente... surtout que sur la plaquette du spa il est spécifié que les enfants de - de 12ans y sont interdits. Dommage que les règles ne soient pas respectées pour le respect de tous les clients.

One night I was ill with a cold and the hotel manager Mohammed offered to bring up some pain medication and a ginger lemon and honey tea, just what I needed and really helped. Another wonderful hotel in Morocco. The walk to the Medina is reasonable and actually nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is well appointed, the rooms are impecable, quiet and the spa a wonderful place to relax after a day of touring. I chose it from a review written in the NYTimes and was not disappointed. I stayed here after travelling from Fez to Marrakech through the Sahara. It was a welcome change of pace. My room had a wrap around porch which was nice to sit and watch the sunset.

The Jadali Hotel is at an excellent location within easy wqlking distance of the Medina, the Cyber Gardens, and nearby sites. The rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The noise level was low. Can not recommend this hotel enough. We had the most fabulous stay to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. It was such a special trip. Hotel- Beautiful modern hotel, spotless with fantastic service. Staff- reception, dining area, spa, housekeeping etc were beyond friendly, helpful and approachable. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast- included each morning- pastries, fruits, yogurts, pancakes, granola, avocado on toast etc... the entire table was full of fresh food. The spa pool area was relaxing and quiet- we didn't get a hammam but we heard good things! It was International Women's Day while we were there- every lady was left a rose and note in their room to celebrate which was a lovely touch. Location- The hotel is approx 10-15 mins drive from the airport so very close. It's situated in the newer area with a lot of hotels and great restaurants nearby. We felt very safe walking around at night. It's approx 25 minutes walk to the medina so not far at all, and there is some sightseeing to be done on route. 10/10 stay. Thank you for an amazing trip and we look forward to returning in the future!

Location is nice, not too close to the city centre though, but the area is fantastic - not crowded, not load, very cosy, and actually city centre is in approx 20 mins walk.

Cons: Quite dark rooms. We got room with the view to a neighbour house, it was that close that we could literally see everything what’s going on there, absolutely no privacy and not aesthetic. Breakfasts are boring after few days, not much to choose from the offered options. Sound isolation is quite bad, we could hear all neighbours around.

The location of the hotel is very clean, safe and quiet, and only about 20-30mins walk to Medina depending on your pace. There are nice restaurants (rooftop as well) and cafes nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The receptionists, room service, restaurant staff and security are courteus very hospitable.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel viel direct op. Zowel het personeel bij de receptie als de medewerkers bij het ontbijt waren zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en toegankelijk. Bij vragen werd actief meegedacht en moeite gedaan om te helpen. Met name bij het verzoek om een extra dag bij te boeken is zichtbaar hun best gedaan om dit mogelijk te maken. Wij komen hier al jaren, zowel samen als met onze dochter en andere familieleden, en ervaren telkens weer dezelfde gastvrijheid en betrokkenheid. Dit draagt sterk bij aan het vertrouwen en het plezier waarmee wij steeds opnieuw voor deze locatie kiezen. Daarnaast is de locatie erg prettig: niet ver van het plein, met twee restaurants in de directe omgeving. Ook het restaurant van het hotel zelf is zeer fijn en prettig om te eten. Tot slot willen wij ook het schoonmaakpersoneel benoemen; zij zijn eveneens vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgen ervoor dat alles netjes en verzorgd is.

Cons: Het ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider zijn, met name wanneer het verblijf langer is dan vijf dagen. Na meerdere dagen mist er wat afwisseling in het aanbod. Een kleine uitbreiding of variatie zou het ontbijt voor langere verblijven nog prettiger maken.

Cons: Nous avons demandé l’annulation de la réservation en raison d’un problème technique sérieux lié au chauffage. Malgré un réglage du chauffage au maximum pendant plus de 5 heures, la température de la chambre est restée anormalement basse et aurait rendu le séjour inconfortable et non conforme aux conditions normales d’hébergement attendues. À cela s’ajoute l’absence de sur-matelas, ce qui a encore dégradé la qualité du couchage par rapport à ce qui est habituellement proposé pour ce type d’hébergement. Dans ces conditions, nous avons estimé légitime de ne pas poursuivre le séjour. Nous avons toutefois été contraints de payer une nuit au montant de 371.89EUR au titre de l’annulation, alors que le problème ne résultait pas de notre fait mais d’un défaut de l’hébergement.

Cons: Het receptiepersoneel. Wij werden ontvangen door Oumaima en was totaal niet hartelijk. We hadden een 2persoonskamer met extra geboekt en was ook via de accomodatie in booking.com geaccepteerd. Wij kwamen binnen en het was meteen nee dit kan niet. Totaal niet oplossingsgericht en dat is wel wat ik verwacht van zo’n hotel, erg jammer. Daarnaast was het extra bed superhard en hebben we daar uiteindelijk geen gebruik meer van gemaakt. Daarnaast lagen wij boven bij het zwembad en konden geen drankje bestellen of er was ook geen personeel die af en toe kwam vragen of we iets zouden willen.

We loved staying at Jadali Hotel, it really pleasantly surprised us for its perfect location, stylish interiors and kind staff. The hotel is perfectly positioned in a high end neighborhood with excellent restaurants and venues, just a ten minute walk from the Medina. It’s fairly new and well designed, and it’s not too big so you feel very well taken care of by the staff. Everyone is very kind, and in particular Otmane and Oumaima in reception are always smiling and helping out. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room is enormous, with a comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. Their SPA area is amazing, with a spectacular heated pool adjacent to the large marble hammam, where you can have wonderful treatments all day long until 10pm, which is perfect after a day out in Marrakech!

Location, location, location! The hotel is situated in Hivernage, a modern, clean, and safe district of Marrakech. It is conveniently close to the airport and all the major tourist attractions in the Medina, such as Jemaa el-Fnaa. It is also within walking distance of supermarkets like Carrefour. While a traditional riad can be charming, it is often inaccessible by car and difficult to find — even with Google Maps — since the Medina is largely a pedestrian area. We stayed at this hotel both when we first arrived in Marrakech and again after returning from our five-day Sahara Desert camel and hiking trek from Merzouga. We truly loved Hotel Jadali: it was quiet with minimal street noise and offered beautifully served breakfasts.

Tout était parfait : la qualité des prestations, la propreté, la décoration cosy et apaisante, ainsi que le confort de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et de très bonne qualité. Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et la réactivité du personnel, qui ont immédiatement répondu à ma demande de changement de chambre. Leur attitude professionnelle et bienveillante a vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci en particulier à M. M. Abil et MR Sinko pour leur aide et leur disponibilité. Breakfast times were very flexible (until midday) it was nice to slow down…… We made friends with taxi guys who helped with taking us to nice places on a budget but most places were only a walking distance. Most of our activities were pre booked via booking.com Overall, we felt safe, at home and comfortable! We will definitely return

It’s clean and has good rooms

Cons: Breakfast service was extremely slow and I had to leave without eating because no one paid attention. I called reception to confirm I could pay for my taxi by credit card, and they said yes. When the taxi arrived, they suddenly said credit cards weren’t accepted and then argued with me, insisting I “never mentioned it.” They even claimed no taxis in Marrakech accept cards, which is untrue — at the first hotel I stayed at, I paid by credit card with no issue. What made the experience worse is that it could have all been handled politely if the receptionist had simply apologized. Instead, he argued and denied what I had clearly said. Overall, not a 5-star experience at all.

Cons: Receptionist was not nice, we requsted for extra coffee pods for days I had to work on laptop in room and was given one pod and told to order cup of coffee from restaurant as two pods was our allowance for day No hot water two days, shower head blocked, did requst maintains who looked, we had to use the hand shower for entire stay to have hot water

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for work. The hotel is charming, located in a very chic and safe area of the city. The spa is incredible, for me one of the best in town as the breakfast too, amazing and really rich! The rooms are well-maintained and very clean. The true strength of this hotel is its staff. Starting with the Director, Mohamed, but especially the entire team at the front desk and at the restaurant, Youssef, Najib-hundredpercent, Oumaima, Ali, Zinedine and sorry I don't remeber all your names: You all are exceptionally kind and helpful, always present, attentive, and well-prepared. You get the feeling of being at home, while also having people who can help you solve any problem at any time, always with a smile and impeccable manners. Thank you so much for making wonderful memories of my stay. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Ładny widok na góry z dachu hotelu. Obsługa hotelu była uprzejma i skłonna spełnić różne prośby.

Cons: Kiepskie monotonne rozwiązanie ze śniadaniem alla carte. Kiepskiej jakości ręczniki. Nie uzupełnianie kapsułek do kawy w pokoju. Brak wystarczającej ilości papieru toaletowego 😥 Jakość i czystość wyposażenia pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Słychać odgłosy z ulicy a szczególnie głośne dudnienie muzyki z pobliskiego klubu.

The hotel location was amazing. The city center is nearby and this hotel provides you with an oasis of rest with a beautiful rooftop pool and view and Spa fecilities. The rooms are cleaned two times a day and the service staff was so kind:) Breakfast every morning was prepared with such care and was very nice.

Cons: Everything was good. Personally an open buffet breakfast is more my kind of thing, but ordering know with a fixed menu was also good.

Stayed for 2 nights this week in October I think this is a good 4 star hotel What was good: Concierge help with parking if you have a car directly outside the hotel in a few reserved places and housekeeping staff are efficient. Location of the hotel is excellent - right at the heart of hivernage with all the cafes and posher hotels and restaurants a few steps away and the medinah bazaar a pleasant 20 min walk Lunch was good and taken on the rooftop Spa is very good for hammam and massage What wasn’t as good: They could offer some complimentary water poolside as they do in the rooms The pool on the rooftop came up to my shins so very shallow and not heated (indoor pool is). Not many sunbeds so you have to resort to sitting on the sofas to take in some sun. Room balcony could be cleaned Iron provided on one of the days didn’t work Breakfast on day 1 - they took 30 mins from my order before I decided to leave as was late for a meeting and had not breakfast. They were very apologetic and were very attentive the next day but the day 1 experience left a sour taste as they didn’t even bring the orange juice or tea. Also I have had better shakhukas and msemen. So overall this I think is a 4*hotel trying to be a 5* for a well travelled person.

The friendliest most accommodating staff I have encountered in a hotel. The breakfasts were amazing with lots of healthy options. Great location just outside the old town making it quieter and less chaotic. Would thoroughly recommend.
