Cons: In realtà non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, forse i tempi di attesa per la colazione servita ma ho visto che si riscontra la stessa cosa anche nei ristoranti, è proprio un loro mood. Ad ogni modo il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile, nulla da eccepire. Complimenti al ragazzo della Reception (purtroppo non ricordo il nome)

La pulizia è impeccabile, uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più durante il soggiorno. Il personale è stato semplicemente eccellente: sempre disponibile, professionale e attento a ogni esigenza. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la loro disponibilità e gentilezza, anche nei confronti di noi italiani, facendoci sentire sempre a nostro agio. Jolie chambre mais finitions bâclées, pas ok pour un 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est calme. La piscine sur le toit et la piscine du hammam chauffée sont sympas malgré une odeur désagréable dans la piscine intérieure (humidité, remontés égouts). Le plafond de la piscine intérieure est magnifique, on se croirait dans les 1001 nuits. Le vrai point positif de cet hôtel avec son rooftop. La vue sur la Koutoubia depuis le toit terrasse est très sympa au levé et couché de soleil - Le petit dejeuné est bon, diversifié et le personnel est très gentil.
Cons: - au check in on me prend un dépôt sur ma carte bancaire en me disant qu'au check out lors du paiement il l'annulerait pour que j'utilise une autre carte. Au final ca n'a pas été possible donc j'ai eu des frais bancaires élevés qui n'aurait pas dû être appliqué avec mon autre carte. - c'est un joli hôtel, mais tres surcôté pour un 5 étoiles, - j'ai fait un hamman/massage au spa de l'hôtel. Les soins étaient agréables, mais dommage que des enfants de 6/7ans étaient dans le hamman en même temps et faisaient vraiment beaucoup de bruits...on est pas dans de bonnes conditions pour la détente... surtout que sur la plaquette du spa il est spécifié que les enfants de - de 12ans y sont interdits. Dommage que les règles ne soient pas respectées pour le respect de tous les clients.

The staff were all very hospitable and kind, I didn’t have one questionable experience in all my stay. One night I was ill with a cold and the hotel manager Mohammed offered to bring up some pain medication and a ginger lemon and honey tea, just what I needed and really helped. I always saw staff cleaning, everything was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. Also the breakfast included is great value for money! I will be returning, chokran bzef :)

Nothing bad to say - good hotel, stylish rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Personnel is nice, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Location is nice, not too close to the city centre though, but the area is fantastic - not crowded, not load, very cosy, and actually city centre is in approx 20 mins walk.
Cons: Quite dark rooms. We got room with the view to a neighbour house, it was that close that we could literally see everything what’s going on there, absolutely no privacy and not aesthetic. Breakfasts are boring after few days, not much to choose from the offered options. Sound isolation is quite bad, we could hear all neighbours around.

The location of the hotel is very clean, safe and quiet, and only about 20-30mins walk to Medina depending on your pace. There are nice restaurants (rooftop as well) and cafes nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The receptionists, room service, restaurant staff and security are courteus very hospitable.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel viel direct op. Zowel het personeel bij de receptie als de medewerkers bij het ontbijt waren zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en toegankelijk. Bij vragen werd actief meegedacht en moeite gedaan om te helpen. Met name bij het verzoek om een extra dag bij te boeken is zichtbaar hun best gedaan om dit mogelijk te maken. Wij komen hier al jaren, zowel samen als met onze dochter en andere familieleden, en ervaren telkens weer dezelfde gastvrijheid en betrokkenheid. Dit draagt sterk bij aan het vertrouwen en het plezier waarmee wij steeds opnieuw voor deze locatie kiezen. Daarnaast is de locatie erg prettig: niet ver van het plein, met twee restaurants in de directe omgeving. Ook het restaurant van het hotel zelf is zeer fijn en prettig om te eten. Tot slot willen wij ook het schoonmaakpersoneel benoemen; zij zijn eveneens vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgen ervoor dat alles netjes en verzorgd is.
Cons: Het ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider zijn, met name wanneer het verblijf langer is dan vijf dagen. Na meerdere dagen mist er wat afwisseling in het aanbod. Een kleine uitbreiding of variatie zou het ontbijt voor langere verblijven nog prettiger maken.

Cons: Nous avons demandé l’annulation de la réservation en raison d’un problème technique sérieux lié au chauffage. Malgré un réglage du chauffage au maximum pendant plus de 5 heures, la température de la chambre est restée anormalement basse et aurait rendu le séjour inconfortable et non conforme aux conditions normales d’hébergement attendues. À cela s’ajoute l’absence de sur-matelas, ce qui a encore dégradé la qualité du couchage par rapport à ce qui est habituellement proposé pour ce type d’hébergement. Dans ces conditions, nous avons estimé légitime de ne pas poursuivre le séjour. Nous avons toutefois été contraints de payer une nuit au montant de 371.89EUR au titre de l’annulation, alors que le problème ne résultait pas de notre fait mais d’un défaut de l’hébergement.

Nel bagno non c'era modo di appoggiare accappatoio. una volta usato non sapevi più dove posarlo, cosi come i vestiti, dovevi lasciarli per terra. La colazione non era a buffet ma ti portavano loro (dopo un bel pò di tempo) alcuni piatti. per circa 200€ a notte uno si aspetta molto di più.

Wij kwamen binnen en het was meteen nee dit kan niet. Totaal niet oplossingsgericht en dat is wel wat ik verwacht van zo’n hotel, erg jammer. Daarnaast was het extra bed superhard en hebben we daar uiteindelijk geen gebruik meer van gemaakt. Daarnaast lagen wij boven bij het zwembad en konden geen drankje bestellen of er was ook geen personeel die af en toe kwam vragen of we iets zouden willen.

We loved staying at Jadali Hotel, it really pleasantly surprised us for its perfect location, stylish interiors and kind staff. The hotel is perfectly positioned in a high end neighborhood with excellent restaurants and venues, just a ten minute walk from the Medina. It’s fairly new and well designed, and it’s not too big so you feel very well taken care of by the staff. Everyone is very kind, and in particular Otmane and Oumaima in reception are always smiling and helping out. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room is enormous, with a comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. Their SPA area is amazing, with a spectacular heated pool adjacent to the large marble hammam, where you can have wonderful treatments all day long until 10pm, which is perfect after a day out in Marrakech!

Also, I read this but didn't take it as seriously as I should have- the streets around the hotel are very busy and Moroccan drivers honk A LOT. Cons: El Hotel se llama Spa, pero lo que tiene es una piscina cubierta ( muy bonita) que es gratuita y luego tienen un hammam que cuesta 40 €. El desayuno no es de bufet incluye un cafe muy rico pero cada café adicional en el desayuno costaba 4,5€ Los precios del bar y restaurante son mas caros que en España. Una pena porque estaba casi siempre vacío.

Location, location, location! The hotel is situated in Hivernage, a modern, clean, and safe district of Marrakech. It is conveniently close to the airport and all the major tourist attractions in the Medina, such as Jemaa el-Fnaa. It is also within walking distance of supermarkets like Carrefour. While a traditional riad can be charming, it is often inaccessible by car and difficult to find — even with Google Maps — since the Medina is largely a pedestrian area. We stayed at this hotel both when we first arrived in Marrakech and again after returning from our five-day Sahara Desert camel and hiking trek from Merzouga. We truly loved Hotel Jadali: it was quiet with minimal street noise and offered beautifully served breakfasts.

J’ai passé un séjour vraiment magnifique dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : la qualité des prestations, la propreté, la décoration cosy et apaisante, ainsi que le confort de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et de très bonne qualité. Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et la réactivité du personnel, qui ont immédiatement répondu à ma demande de changement de chambre. Leur attitude professionnelle et bienveillante a vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci en particulier à M. M. Abil et MR Sinko pour leur aide et leur disponibilité. Grâce à eux et à toute l’équipe, mon séjour a été encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Central location if you live dinning out, sightseeing and nights out. We saved so much on cabs. The airport is also very close yet still quiet. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Our room was cleaned to high standards and filled with free evening snacks and water! The breakfast was delicious but not very diverse (included in our booking). Breakfast times were very flexible (until midday) it was nice to slow down…… We made friends with taxi guys who helped with taking us to nice places on a budget but most places were only a walking distance. Most of our activities were pre booked via booking.com Overall, we felt safe, at home and comfortable! We will definitely return

Cons: Breakfast service was extremely slow and I had to leave without eating because no one paid attention. I called reception to confirm I could pay for my taxi by credit card, and they said yes. When the taxi arrived, they suddenly said credit cards weren’t accepted and then argued with me, insisting I “never mentioned it.” They even claimed no taxis in Marrakech accept cards, which is untrue — at the first hotel I stayed at, I paid by credit card with no issue. What made the experience worse is that it could have all been handled politely if the receptionist had simply apologized. Instead, he argued and denied what I had clearly said. Overall, not a 5-star experience at all.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for work. The hotel is charming, located in a very chic and safe area of the city. The spa is incredible, for me one of the best in town as the breakfast too, amazing and really rich! The rooms are well-maintained and very clean. The true strength of this hotel is its staff. Starting with the Director, Mohamed, but especially the entire team at the front desk and at the restaurant, Youssef, Najib-hundredpercent, Oumaima, Ali, Zinedine and sorry I don't remeber all your names: You all are exceptionally kind and helpful, always present, attentive, and well-prepared. The hotel location was amazing. The city center is nearby and this hotel provides you with an oasis of rest with a beautiful rooftop pool and view and Spa fecilities. The rooms are cleaned two times a day and the service staff was so kind:) Breakfast every morning was prepared with such care and was very nice.

Stayed for 2 nights this week in October I think this is a good 4 star hotel What was good: Concierge help with parking if you have a car directly outside the hotel in a few reserved places and housekeeping staff are efficient. Location of the hotel is excellent - right at the heart of hivernage with all the cafes and posher hotels and restaurants a few steps away and the medinah bazaar a pleasant 20 min walk Lunch was good and taken on the rooftop Spa is very good for hammam and massage What wasn’t as good: They could offer some complimentary water poolside as they do in the rooms The pool on the rooftop came up to my shins so very shallow and not heated (indoor pool is). Not many sunbeds so you have to resort to sitting on the sofas to take in some sun. Room balcony could be cleaned Iron provided on one of the days didn’t work Breakfast on day 1 - they took 30 mins from my order before I decided to leave as was late for a meeting and had not breakfast. They were very apologetic and were very attentive the next day but the day 1 experience left a sour taste as they didn’t even bring the orange juice or tea. Also I have had better shakhukas and msemen. So overall this I think is a 4*hotel trying to be a 5* for a well travelled person.

Cons: o café da manhã apesar de bem servido não é do tipo buffet t é não havia opções sem glúten, que pra mim, que sou celíaca é sempre um ponto negativo. Também acho que as dependências do spa (saunas seca e úmida), para alem da piscina, poderiam ser livre acesso para os hóspedes A academia é tímida também.

The general asthetics of the hotel and rooms were to a very high standard. The staff were always welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and also to a high standard. The comfort of the rooms and beds was excellent. The location was very good and only a nice 20-25 walk to the main centre. The room cleaning team were always working and late into the night. The pool on the roof is excellent. There are no high buildings on any sides so you get an excellent 360 view of Marrakech.
Cons: The cleaning routine was puzzling. Sometimes, we had 3 face towels and no bath towels. Other days, we had bath towels but no face towels? Same with the water, we had to keep asking for water to put in the rooms. I even left a note for towels and waters one day for them to be replenished, but the next day, we had the same issue. I couldn't keep leaving notes every day, unfortunately. One family member got a cut, asked reception for a plaster, and they didn't have any in the first aid kit? One day we waited nearly 40 mins for a small breakfast in the end the family member left and the staff did try and go above and beyond and delivered it to the room.

Excellent breakfast - fresh and good quality. Nice strong tasty coffee and the fruit juice is the best I've tried! Hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Hotel manager greeted us and chatted with us in person also. Location is ideal for getting around. Pool and spa are very relaxing. Hammam treatment was a real experience!
Cons: Restaurant service was quite slow in the evening, even when it wasn't busy. Able to hear neighbours and there's quite a bit of noice in the hallways at night. It's also opposite a nightclub that keeps going until 5.30am. When we were there, there was construction which began at 8am. But overall it's a great city hotel.

Cons: This hotel provides far from a 5-star experience while charging high rates. The A/C in the room we were provided wasn't working properly. The hotel staff kept saying that it was working fine, but it was clearly not doing anything even after letting it run for sometime. They sent an electrician to look it at it a few times to no avail. We had to convince them to give us a new room that night, and it was obvious right away that A/C in this new room was functioning. Furthermore, the new room was smaller than the one we had been charged for, and they didn't give us any partial refunds or something else to make up for it. We hoped that this was a one-off issue, but our remaining stay showed further problems with the quality of the hotel and service. Room service would take a long time to come. Housekeeping would forget to stock new towels after taking the dirty ones. The key cards would stop working within a day (we had to keep getting them replaced). They would be reluctant to provide additional bottles of water. Overall, the hotel is more of a 3-star quality and so not worth the prices they charge.

Well located modern business hotel which is located in pleasant area not too far from the old part of Marrakesh. You could access the old/traditional Marrakesh from the area. The room an expensive suite was well appointed and prepared. The staff were kind and thoughtful. The food and beverage service was of an acceptable quality. Well presented and fresh. Breakfasts were good quality. This hotel does not serve alcohol which was perfect for us. There are many modern restaurants in the area serving delicious food and wines.
Cons: The pool is very small and located on roof area which is unattractive. It is a cramped and unattractive space. The food and beverage service was hit and miss when we arrived. The pool filtration system was broken making it impossible to use. A new young restaurant/ food manager arrived during our stay. He was excellent and made difference to the quality of the service and food and listened to our concerns about the pool. Food service on the roof dependent on a telephone. Unacceptable given the cost of accommodation. Sadly not great value for money.

Really friendly staff, great location within walking distance to the Souk, old city, and restaurants. The hotel has excellent amenities, and the breakfast is really good. The staff is always helpful in suggesting places to see and eat.
Cons: It's located on a rather lively street, and there tends to be a lot of noise from traffic, even at night. If you sleep with the windows closed, this shouldn't be an issue. (I prefer sleeping with the windows open.) The breakfast isn't an open buffet but rather a fixed menu, so it can get a bit repetitive after a few days.

From start to finish, our stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Rooftop pool and area was tranquil. Bed was very comfortable and balcony area looked out onto front of hotel, with view of the street below. Don't be afraid to ask staff for anything. Extremely accommodating.
Cons: The only downside to being at the front of the hotel is the nightclub across the road closes around 5am, so there's a lot of noise for about half an hour while people disperse in cars and motorbikes.

Cons: мне не понравилось несколько мелочей: -напор в душе.мне очень тяжело было настроить температуру в душе и промыть таким напором волосы. - подушка неудобная и раздражает что заправляют туго одеяло под матрас.каждый раз доставать -слышимость. в пять утра ходили хлопали дверью, громко говорили и это нас разбудило - завтрак не шведский стол.с одной стороны сам завтрак очень хорош, но ждать его каждый раз по полчаса очень раздражало.я предпочитаю сама быстро взять, поесть что я хочу и пойти.а там по сути сет, но всего два на выбор, и если ты хочешь съеть и авокадо-тост и яйцо - то так не получится.

The highlight of my stay was the spa – I had a Hammam treatment, and it was absolutely fantastic. The therapists were professional and made sure I felt completely comfortable. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who took exceptional care of us every morning at breakfast and during our afternoons by the pool. He even kindly provided us with sunscreen after ours was taken at the airport, a small gesture that meant a lot and perfectly exemplifies the level of thoughtful service at Jadali. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, the service consistently excellent, and the food absolutely delicious. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore the city, yet it still feels like a peaceful and exclusive retreat. This was a vary nice hotel property and the rooms very good size. I don't now if all rooms were the same but the sink and bathroom area are just separated by a curtain. Our stay included breakfast which was very good and offered many choices. The only drawback for our American group was they have no bar and no alcohol available. We did not use the spa.

Apart from the location and breakfast this place has not got anything else going for itself.
Cons: The balcony door was stuck, and the toilet door wouldn’t close. After moving rooms, I found the shower was blocked, causing a flood that soaked all the carpets. Additionally, the fridge was blowing out hot air. Unfortunately, the manager was unhelpful, repeatedly citing a technical issue.staff are ignorant and when challenged for get arrogant and dismissive. £1000 for 5 nights down the toilet.

Everything was great staff was easily a ten out of ten. Only 1 elevator was operating so the up and down to the 4th floor took a while. Food was also very good. Breakfast service in the morning was kind of slow. But quality was
Cons: Breakfast service was slow. And one of the elevators was out of service so getting up and down took a while. But overall it was a great hotel.

Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was cleaned and prepared each day. Location was great and near all attractions, restaurants etc within walking distance

Struttura bella , ottimo quartiere . Camere belle pulite e ottimi servizi . Unico problema della struttura il ristorante dove si fa colazione. Estremamente lenti e grande problema, apparte qualcuno,non parlano inglese.

Cons: Было раннее заселение , т.к. рано прилетели , заранее писала и запрашивала раннее заселение , сказали конечно , на 50% от стоимости одной ночи , меня это устроило . По прилету встретил нас Jamal , если не ошибаюсь имя так , начал сначала говорить , что не может раньше заселить , номера не готовы , потом когда показала переписку сказал хорошо , и дал на оплату бумагу со стоимостью как за сутки , когда спросила почему так , сказал такая стоимость раннего заселение , потом опять достала переписку , где прописано , за 50% от стоимости одной сутки , сказал «ой извините , ошибка в программе , забудьте про это , вычеркнул эту сумму ручкой и прописал половину и я вам даю номер хороший делюкс , выше того что вы бронировали» говорю , в смысле ?! Я бронировала как раз таки номер «Делюкс» т.е. номер который я и так бронировала , он выставил как жест со своей стороны ! Вообщем , будьте внимательны к чекам и оплатам . Все остальное было прекрасно , остальной персонал был великолепным . Понравился ли отель ? Да , понравился ! Вернусь еще ? Нет , не вернусь ! Не люблю когда обманывают !
