We loved staying at Jadali Hotel, it really pleasantly surprised us for its perfect location, stylish interiors and kind staff. The hotel is perfectly positioned in a high end neighborhood with excellent restaurants and venues, just a ten minute walk from the Medina. Itโ€™s fairly new and well designed, and itโ€™s not too big so you feel very well taken care of by the staff. Everyone is very kind, and in particular Otmane and Oumaima in reception are always smiling and helping out. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room is enormous, with a comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. Their SPA area is amazing, with a spectacular heated pool adjacent to the large marble hammam, where you can have wonderful treatments all day long until 10pm, which is perfect after a day out in Marrakech!

Ottima posizione al Hivernage a 15min dalla Medina e nn distante da Gueliz. Hotel pulito, letto comodo, personale gentilissimo. Essendo di catena marocchina niente alcol ma breakfast buonissimo e abbondante. Piacevole la flessibilitร  sugli orari difficilmente riscontrabile in hotel di catene occidentali.

Cons: La vicinanza ad una discoteca il cui sound si sente fino a notte fonda. Non terribile, ma i bassi si sentono eccome.

The breakfast was amazing. One of our rooms was huge, one was very small. Room was clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Cons: The AC didn't work because they only have heat in the winter, but our room got very hot in the afternoon sun. It was uncomfortably hot to sleep. Also, I read this but didn't take it as seriously as I should have- the streets around the hotel are very busy and Moroccan drivers honk A LOT. Even until 2 and 3am I was woken up by the cars on the streets below.

El desayuno muy rico con variedad y el espacio del desayuno muy bonito.

Cons: El Hotel se llama Spa, pero lo que tiene es una piscina cubierta ( muy bonita) que es gratuita y luego tienen un hammam que cuesta 40 โ‚ฌ. El desayuno no es de bufet incluye un cafe muy rico pero cada cafรฉ adicional en el desayuno costaba 4,5โ‚ฌ Los precios del bar y restaurante son mas caros que en Espaรฑa. Una pena porque estaba casi siempre vacรญo.

Cons: The rooms were too hot to sleep in and we couldnโ€™t open the doors to the balconies as there was a club pumping out loud music until 3am just next door. No sleep to be had. Such a shame.

Cons: The only thing I would mention is that I think it should be made clearer in the publicity, for the benefit of European guests, that this is a dry hotel . It would not stop me staying there again as there are plenty of bars & hotels nearby that serve alcohol and the hotel is nice enough to compensate , but it comes as a big surprise to find thereโ€™s no bar in the hotel serving alcoholic drinks

Location, location, location! The hotel is situated in Hivernage, a modern, clean, and safe district of Marrakech. It is conveniently close to the airport and all the major tourist attractions in the Medina, such as Jemaa el-Fnaa. It is also within walking distance of supermarkets like Carrefour. While a traditional riad can be charming, it is often inaccessible by car and difficult to find โ€” even with Google Maps โ€” since the Medina is largely a pedestrian area. We stayed at this hotel both when we first arrived in Marrakech and again after returning from our five-day Sahara Desert camel and hiking trek from Merzouga. We truly loved Hotel Jadali: it was quiet with minimal street noise and offered beautifully served breakfasts.

Central location if you live dinning out, sightseeing and nights out. We saved so much on cabs. The airport is also very close yet still quiet. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Our room was cleaned to high standards and filled with free evening snacks and water! The breakfast was delicious but not very diverse (included in our booking). Breakfast times were very flexible (until midday) it was nice to slow downโ€ฆโ€ฆ We made friends with taxi guys who helped with taking us to nice places on a budget but most places were only a walking distance. Most of our activities were pre booked via booking.com Overall, we felt safe, at home and comfortable! We will definitely return

Cons: Nessun evento o trattenimento serale, tempi lunghi per i servizi, spazi aperti ( piscina ) non per tutti gli ospiti ( pochi lettini zero personale ) piscina sporca bagni sporchi. Tutto con lโ€™idea di essere fuori stagione nonostante i prezzi erano alti .. il giorno del mio compleanno non mi hanno neanche fatto gli auguri ( con un cioccolatino mi avrebbero anche conquistato ) Lo staff poco professionale.

Cons: Breakfast service was extremely slow and I had to leave without eating because no one paid attention. I called reception to confirm I could pay for my taxi by credit card, and they said yes. When the taxi arrived, they suddenly said credit cards werenโ€™t accepted and then argued with me, insisting I โ€œnever mentioned it.โ€ They even claimed no taxis in Marrakech accept cards, which is untrue โ€” at the first hotel I stayed at, I paid by credit card with no issue. What made the experience worse is that it could have all been handled politely if the receptionist had simply apologized. Instead, he argued and denied what I had clearly said. Overall, not a 5-star experience at all.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for work. The hotel is charming, located in a very chic and safe area of the city. The spa is incredible, for me one of the best in town as the breakfast too, amazing and really rich! The rooms are well-maintained and very clean. The true strength of this hotel is its staff. Starting with the Director, Mohamed, but especially the entire team at the front desk and at the restaurant, Youssef, Najib-hundredpercent, Oumaima, Ali, Zinedine and sorry I don't remeber all your names: You all are exceptionally kind and helpful, always present, attentive, and well-prepared. You get the feeling of being at home, while also having people who can help you solve any problem at any time, always with a smile and impeccable manners. The hotel location was amazing. The city center is nearby and this hotel provides you with an oasis of rest with a beautiful rooftop pool and view and Spa fecilities. The rooms are cleaned two times a day and the service staff was so kind:) Breakfast every morning was prepared with such care and was very nice.

Cons: Everything was good. Personally an open buffet breakfast is more my kind of thing, but ordering know with a fixed menu was also good.

Stayed for 2 nights this week in October I think this is a good 4 star hotel What was good: Concierge help with parking if you have a car directly outside the hotel in a few reserved places and housekeeping staff are efficient. Location of the hotel is excellent - right at the heart of hivernage with all the cafes and posher hotels and restaurants a few steps away and the medinah bazaar a pleasant 20 min walk Lunch was good and taken on the rooftop Spa is very good for hammam and massage What wasnโ€™t as good: They could offer some complimentary water poolside as they do in the rooms The pool on the rooftop came up to my shins so very shallow and not heated (indoor pool is). Not many sunbeds so you have to resort to sitting on the sofas to take in some sun. Room balcony could be cleaned Iron provided on one of the days didnโ€™t work Breakfast on day 1 - they took 30 mins from my order before I decided to leave as was late for a meeting and had not breakfast. They were very apologetic and were very attentive the next day but the day 1 experience left a sour taste as they didnโ€™t even bring the orange juice or tea. Also I have had better shakhukas and msemen. So overall this I think is a 4*hotel trying to be a 5* for a well travelled person.

The general asthetics of the hotel and rooms were to a very high standard. The staff were always welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and also to a high standard. The comfort of the rooms and beds was excellent. The location was very good and only a nice 20-25 walk to the main centre. The room cleaning team were always working and late into the night. The pool on the roof is excellent. There are no high buildings on any sides so you get an excellent 360 view of Marrakech.

Cons: The cleaning routine was puzzling. Sometimes, we had 3 face towels and no bath towels. Other days, we had bath towels but no face towels? Same with the water, we had to keep asking for water to put in the rooms. I even left a note for towels and waters one day for them to be replenished, but the next day, we had the same issue. I couldn't keep leaving notes every day, unfortunately. One family member got a cut, asked reception for a plaster, and they didn't have any in the first aid kit? One day we waited nearly 40 mins for a small breakfast in the end the family member left and the staff did try and go above and beyond and delivered it to the room.

Excellent breakfast - fresh and good quality. Nice strong tasty coffee and the fruit juice is the best I've tried! Hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Hotel manager greeted us and chatted with us in person also. Location is ideal for getting around. Pool and spa are very relaxing. Hammam treatment was a real experience!

Cons: Restaurant service was quite slow in the evening, even when it wasn't busy. Able to hear neighbours and there's quite a bit of noice in the hallways at night. It's also opposite a nightclub that keeps going until 5.30am. When we were there, there was construction which began at 8am. But overall it's a great city hotel.

Het ontbijt was top! Ik heb heerlijk gegeten en daarnaast zijn de kamers erg schoon. De housekeeping waren erg meedenkend! En niets was te veel gevraagd

Cons: Het receptiepersoneel. Wij werden ontvangen door Oumaima en was totaal niet hartelijk. We hadden een 2persoonskamer met extra geboekt en was ook via de accomodatie in booking.com geaccepteerd. Wij kwamen binnen en het was meteen nee dit kan niet. Totaal niet oplossingsgericht en dat is wel wat ik verwacht van zoโ€™n hotel, erg jammer. Daarnaast was het extra bed superhard en hebben we daar uiteindelijk geen gebruik meer van gemaakt. Daarnaast lagen wij boven bij het zwembad en konden geen drankje bestellen of er was ook geen personeel die af en toe kwam vragen of we iets zouden willen.

Cons: This hotel provides far from a 5-star experience while charging high rates. The A/C in the room we were provided wasn't working properly. The hotel staff kept saying that it was working fine, but it was clearly not doing anything even after letting it run for sometime. They sent an electrician to look it at it a few times to no avail. We had to convince them to give us a new room that night, and it was obvious right away that A/C in this new room was functioning. Furthermore, the new room was smaller than the one we had been charged for, and they didn't give us any partial refunds or something else to make up for it. We hoped that this was a one-off issue, but our remaining stay showed further problems with the quality of the hotel and service. Room service would take a long time to come. Housekeeping would forget to stock new towels after taking the dirty ones. The key cards would stop working within a day (we had to keep getting them replaced). They would be reluctant to provide additional bottles of water. Overall, the hotel is more of a 3-star quality and so not worth the prices they charge.

Well located modern business hotel which is located in pleasant area not too far from the old part of Marrakesh. You could access the old/traditional Marrakesh from the area. The room an expensive suite was well appointed and prepared. The staff were kind and thoughtful. The food and beverage service was of an acceptable quality. Well presented and fresh. Breakfasts were good quality. This hotel does not serve alcohol which was perfect for us. There are many modern restaurants in the area serving delicious food and wines.

Cons: The pool is very small and located on roof area which is unattractive. It is a cramped and unattractive space. The food and beverage service was hit and miss when we arrived. The pool filtration system was broken making it impossible to use. A new young restaurant/ food manager arrived during our stay. He was excellent and made difference to the quality of the service and food and listened to our concerns about the pool. Food service on the roof dependent on a telephone. Unacceptable given the cost of accommodation. Sadly not great value for money.

Cons: It's located on a rather lively street, and there tends to be a lot of noise from traffic, even at night. If you sleep with the windows closed, this shouldn't be an issue. (I prefer sleeping with the windows open.) The breakfast isn't an open buffet but rather a fixed menu, so it can get a bit repetitive after a few days.

From start to finish, our stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Rooftop pool and area was tranquil. Bed was very comfortable and balcony area looked out onto front of hotel, with view of the street below. Don't be afraid to ask staff for anything. Extremely accommodating.

Cons: The only downside to being at the front of the hotel is the nightclub across the road closes around 5am, so there's a lot of noise for about half an hour while people disperse in cars and motorbikes.

This was a vary nice hotel property and the rooms very good size. I don't now if all rooms were the same but the sink and bathroom area are just separated by a curtain. Our stay included breakfast which was very good and offered many choices. The only drawback for our American group was they have no bar and no alcohol available. We did not use the spa.

Cons: Some staff could sometimes be unwelcoming and rude. Although the spa was visually impressive, the treatments were very poor considering the high price, and our treatment was 20 mins shorter than advertised. Room was quite small for the price. Could only pay cash for taxi booked by the hotel but they could not give us any cash. It was also expensive for a bog standard Marrakesh taxi. The roof terrace bar was closed throughout our stay with no explanation.

Localization and the big room.

Cons: Service from the front desk team, especially Youssef. He was responsible for booking our transfers and coordinating logistics with the hotelโ€™s partner agency. Our transfer was delayed, and we missed a tour in Casablanca, which we had paid extra for. We asked Youssef for help, but he did not offer any assistance. A bad experience in an otherwise great hotel. Employees always end up ruining the great experiences that hotels could provide.

The breakfast served at the Jadali Hotel & Spa was a combination of European and Moroccan cuisine. With a diverse selection of option. The waiting staff were polite, friendly and attentive.

Cons: Nothing to add - the hotel is superb. The location is close to the Majorelle Gardens and the Yves Saint Laurent museum (both of which are a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride). In addition, the local souks and the Badi Palace are also a short taxi ride away.

The entire hotel is just fantastic, the ambiance that architect has created a very hygge atmosphere as the danish design instruct. The staff are out of any scores, they are more than fantastic, professional, helpful and with huge smile on their beautiful faces. Can't wait to come back to this hotel and enjoy again a wonderful stay. The food also is great for breakfast, but nothing special for dinner. Ah shouldn't forget about the SPA whish was a great surprise and very relaxing atmosphere and very good massge provided by high end experts, thanks to Yanty and Meriam! An anniversary to remember with Jadali! A great experience at Jadali all staff were helpful and friendly greeted by Youssef who made everything smooth and easy, check in did not seem like the usual time taking experience we arrived and were checked in almost immediately with no wait or fuss. Youssef was able to familiarise us with all amenities and services we were able to enjoy. Me and my husband fell in love with the Hammam and the spa which was incredibly peaceful and worth every second a massive shout out to the ladies downstairs, we recommend fatim zahra and khadija both of which gave us an exceptional hammam experience providing a professional and extremely relaxing service. Jadali is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the luxury hivernage area. Just a short walk to both the busy area of Madina and the infamous square but also an equally short walk to a range of luxurious cafes and high end restaurants, for us it was the perfect in between being just 5 mins from both areas. During our stay we were aided by Said at reception whom advised us that he had just joined the team. Said seemed professional and informative and friendly, said was able to help us with every query we had and was able to recommend amenities in the area which would tailor to our itinerary. Said and Abdul Aziz made sure we were well taken care of with all needs such as international sockets and other requests at any given time! Receptionist staff made our stay a very welcoming and warm time. We read a few reviews regarding the rooms and the spa however we did not come across any issues with either during our stay. A lovely clean boutique and lavish hotel with an amazing restaurant cafe please do not let the reviews ruin your chance to experience the same experience we had. With love naeem and aamira.

Friday/ Saturday) there is a music beat from around bar which is being heard in the rooms, but not disturbing for normal sleep. Donโ€™t order taxi from reception - the services that they use (I donโ€™t know whether it is on private basis arranged by employee or used by hotel service) are very overpriced.

Beautiful hotel, the exterior is modern and kept immaculate. Inside is stunning and from we arrived weโ€™d been greeted with an exceptional level of service. Bedrooms are gorgeous, very comfortable beds with spacious terrace and modern bathroom with a 10/10 shower. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Service every morning was 10/10. House keeping in daily and had the place spotless. Just to add we arranged airport transfer both arriving and departing and had an exceptional service with this also. Honestly recommend the property when visiting Marrakech, made our trip so much more enjoyable. The Hivernage area is a beautiful part to stay in.

Cons: Very little to say ref the property but I will add if you are someone who enjoys an alcoholic drink the property doesnโ€™t serve this much like a lot of places in Marrakech, but on the other hand if you do the research you wonโ€™t be too far from finding somewhere. Again minor detail definitely wouldnโ€™t stop us from visiting again.

Cons: Reception staff. I ordered taxi to airport on reception. They didn't offered me hotel transportation which is available and can be added on invoice. When asking to call hotel taxi, they said that driver doesn't answer. They called city taxi which doesn't const more than 4 euros for locals, and they said it will cost me 15 euros. It seems like it is cooperation between reception staff and taxi drivers to charge tourists much more than it really is. Additionally, you don't get recite for that drive and taxi driver wonted to charge me 20 euros when reaching airport which I refused.

Brilliant location, very close to airport and nice walks to the main attractions (25 mins plus). Staff are beyond friendly, exceptional service.

Cons: We found that arranging excursions ourselves were way cheaper than any prices quoted by the hotel but obviously I could not say that those offered by the hotel vs what we organised were comparable,

The hotel is very nice as it is a new building, clean and quite.The only downside is that the rooms are too hot since they only have heater and not AC during winter time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with lovely balcony. The rooftop area was a perfect spot to unwind, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was simply gorgeousโ€”flavorful, beautifully presented. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from many great bars and restaurants. Everything about my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a prime location.

Cons: Breakfast included in stay was very tasty, however it remained the same each day, which made it feel a bit repetitive after a few days.

The manager Yousseff was really helpful and polite. As was Chaima and Salmane at the front desk when my father got ill and they brought water etc. I think the hotel is a good location in terms of walking to Gueliz or the Koutoubia Mosque and the place looks cool. I particularly liked the indoor heated pool which was lovely. Pity you have to pay for a treatment to be able to use the hammam. My beef with the hotel was the noise, I was traveling with my dad so needed a twin room and was told our room (201) was an upgrade (main double and then a small mobile bed for me). The room being on second floor right on a roundabout and building work opposite meant i didn't sleep well and went to buy earplugs. I think the rooms on the side street and higher floors may be better. I originally requested hotel order a taxi from airport but they said it was 450 dirham for Mercedes van or 350 dirham for a BMW but cancelled as was happy to get prepay petit taxi at airport desk for about 110dirham. Was a bit peeved on the return journey to airport for the hotel front desk to tell me it would be 150 dirham for a petit taxi but going direct to taxi rank opposite was 100. Just felt a bit cheap for them to be vague when they know exactly the price.

Great location, nice breakfast, clean premises and room.

Cons: Suite room. General feeling not 5 star. No proper lighting in the room and bathroom. Everything is very dark. Basic forniture and no desk in the room. Problem with no water coming in the evening 3 nights out of 4. Had to call maintenance every time to fix.

Dรจs la premiรจre nuit, notre sรฉjour a รฉtรฉ perturbรฉ par des nuisances nocturnes importantes, notamment des klaxons, des bruits de voiture et des cris provenant de la rue adjacente, entre 1h et 5h du matin. Ces dรฉsagrรฉments ont rendu le sommeil extrรชmement difficile. Nous avons signalรฉ ce problรจme ร  la rรฉception en demandant, si possible, un changement de chambre ou, ร  minima, une intervention pour rรฉparer la porte de notre chambre, qui se fermait mal et laissait passer les bruits extรฉrieurs. Malheureusement, malgrรฉ notre signalement, aucun technicien nโ€™est intervenu pour rรฉgler la situation. La derniรจre nuit, celle du dimanche 29 dรฉcembre, les nuisances ont รฉtรฉ encore plus intenses, entre 1h et 6h du matin, rendant tout repos impossible. Cela est particuliรจrement inacceptable, dโ€™autant plus que nous avons payรฉ 400 โ‚ฌ par nuit pour ce sรฉjour. Au final nous avons payรฉ des nuits dโ€™hรดtel pour ne pas pouvoir dormir.

De locatie

Cons: Verouderd hotel ; geen vijf sterren waard; overdreven dure kamers ; slechte waterdruk op de eerste etage waardoor geen mogelijkheid onder de douche te gaan bij receptie geklaagd Niets gedaan. We moesten naar de spa om daar te douchen. Kamers ERG klein. โ€œUitzicht over de stad โ€œ betekent uitzicht op de balkons van het naast gelegen oud en armoedig gebouw. Kamer meisjes erg arrogant Vallen de gasten iedere dag lastig voor fooi ook heb je iedere dag fooi achter gelaten. Met name op oud en nieuw dag en 1 januari was hun gedrag niet normaal! Spa alleen toegankelijk indien men een behandeling voor euro 50 per persoon boekt. Voor het zwembad moet men erg lang wachten en vaak teruggaan naar de spa receptie om een handdoek te krijgen. Personeel daar zeer onverschillig en niet dienstig. Erg jammer !
