We had a room with no balcony and it was spacious and clean. There was nothing more we needed and were glad we didn’t upgrade. There were a few niggles such as a terrible gassy drain smell from the bathroom that made our room smell every time we came in. Maintenance tried to help but to no avail. The sound proofing from the windows was really poor so bring ear plugs for the night and morning. We visited mid November and the weather was hot during the day- high 20s. However, around the pool there was only one shorter side which didn’t have the umbrellas up, so everyone flocked there and there were no sun beds left in the sun. The umbrellas can only be adjusted by staff but they saw me struggle and didn’t try to help. We really enjoyed the selection of cocktails and there was always so much love put into making them. They weren’t your average all-inclusive cocktails. The buffet was hit and miss with some issues. The special cuisine nights eg Italian or oriental are very loosely followed. It is concerning that some days we went to the buffet upon opening and the food was cold, but they do provide microwaves. My partner has a peanut and tree nut allergy and the lack of serving spoons meant people were using the same spoon for dishes that contained nuts. The desserts weren’t labelled at all which is a massive risk! There was a language barrier when he asked the chefs so he mostly avoided these. The pizza from the outside bar was amazing and we ate this everyday as our pre-dinner snack. Also the Spanish a la carte was great and probably the best food in the hotel. There was a hard sell on buying a bottle of wine though. The indoor bar was a great place to chill, drink and play cards. The interior is beautiful and picturesque. The barman here was kind and brought over snacks and popcorn. I would recommend here for when it gets cooler at night and there’s no places to sit by the fireplace. We used the shuttle bus around 3 times for return trips and it was so convenient. It’s around 25-30 minute trip depending on traffic and it drops you off 10 mins away from the square. Don’t fall for anyone who’s waiting outside the bus stop and trying to give you a tour even if they say they work for the hotel-they don’t! The place is stunning and we really enjoyed our time here putting all bad things aside.

This hotel is exceptionally good. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Sara the guest relations manager has been so helpful. She has made sure our birthday trip has run perfectly. Sara also has made sure all our party got the rooms required and generally helped at every stage of our visit. The bar staff and entertainment team have made our visit feel like we are part of the family. The food was great for vegetarians. Will definitely be back

We had the most fantastic stay at Sol Oasis, situated in the middle of the famous Atlas Mountains, Sol Oasis offered a tranquil week of relaxing, sports and entertainment. The highlight of the trip was the lean, who knew a man could tilt so far (Khalil being the star of the show). Would highly recommend..

From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from reception staff, all the bar and restaurant staff, the animation team couldn’t do enough for you. The pool, gardens and rooms were great. The food was amazing and lots of choice. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, the pictures are a true representation and you feel instantly at ease. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a little ground floor patio with garden view. Glad we hadn’t paid for balcony as they are tiny and there are so many beautiful places to sit around the hotel. We did struggle to sleep, the walls are thin and we had noisy neighbours who sat outside their room late at night. The calling to pray starts around 6am so if you are light sleepers bring ear plugs. Staff without exception are friendly and helpful. The entertainment team are busy making guests feel welcome. We didn’t see any managers which we found unusual, but perhaps just a different system from other hotels we have visited. Food is very good, buffet choice is varied and live cooking of meat, fish and fresh pasta is lovely and fresh. It is all luke warm so we used the microwave to heat up our dinner each evening. Not an issue. We also had a meal at the Spanish restaurant (took our own glass of wine) and enjoyed the change of buffet food with the set menu. All inclusive does not include Aperol which I was disappointed by, and the Prosecco is not great. but there is a wide choice of cocktails, bottle beer and the wine is very good. Do not buy excursions from hotel, they are double the price. We used trip advisor to book a spectacular sunrise hotairballon ride. Highly recommend. The shuttle bus to Marrakesh runs several times a day and is a great service. We had no problem booking the times we wanted on two separate occasions. Be aware of ‘government officials’ once in the city! Although we never felt unsafe we were a little careful who we engaged with. We had a beautiful evening meal at DARDAR restaurant just off the main square, to see the beautiful sunset. Finally the weather.. we visited last week of November. It’s cool in the morning until about 11am. Then lovely and warm until around 4pm. The swimming pool is cold on entry, then refreshing once in! Evenings are also cool and the fire pits around the terrace are welcome sources of heat. I was thankful of my jeans and hoodie. Little things… shower has mold around the base, towels are thin and frayed. As many have said the constant search for cups, glasses, and cross contamination of serving spoons is really frustrating.. (not great if you are a vegetarian or have a food allergy) I don’t understand why the hotel can’t sort this out.. guests have been raising this for months! Other than that we had a great week and can highly recommend this hotel.

Just had an 11 night stay at the end of November and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean, lovely cocktails and food. The entertainment staff are very friendly (Khalil - my favourite. Funny and loves to dance. Also nouha, jimmy and, youngi) and love to have a laugh and put on great shows in the evening. There is lovely live music every night and something different after. I can’t fault anything about this hotel and the staff. The waiters are great at taking care of you when it comes to service (Red 1, soufiane, Brahim) and I can’t wait to come back. It’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere and housekeeping keep the rooms lovely and clean. 100% recommend!!!

On first impressions we didnt find reception friendly. We had barely checked in and was waiting to see if our room was available and got ushered to see a woman selling excursions. Being tired We found this too much. The room was spacious and clean. But found the mirrors not cleaned. The bed is very comfy best we have slept on. The food has a variety of choice. Yes its luke warm but we warmed our food up in the microwave. Staff are very helpful. To those who stay in winter be aware if you have breathing issues. I suffer with asthma and found the fire pits too smokey. Plus in the lobby bar and reception area is highly perfumed. To the point it stung our eyes and throat. We watched one of the shows. Animation do encourage you to join in. The photo booth man took some great pics and we purchased them. Great keepsakes. There is nothing outside of the hotel. Apart from booking excursions. Change up money at airport. We enjoyed our stay For us if we stayed again it would have to be summer months due to the smoke. Tips are appreciated.

Man wife and I stayed here for a week of winter sun and we were not disappointed, it is a clean and friendly hotel. It has a family run atmosphere and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful to all of your needs. The food was amazing, a great range of styles but the authentic Moroccan dishes were sublime and you have the chance to do a free tagline cooking class. My wife has allergies and each night the head chef went out of his way to create a bespoke pudding for her. The room was lovely and clean, not huge but it had everything we needed. Great value and we would definitely recommend it. Being about 20 minutes drive from the centre of Marakesh, it was quiet and a great place to be central for trips.

We had a really relaxing stay at the Sol Oasis, so much to say with so many positives, here are some ! We went with our 15 month old baby and were so lucky to have had Fatima looking after him each day who works at the Hotel as part of the kids club and played with our son all day and made him very happy and gave us valuable free time. Thank you so much Fatima ! With our free time we spent everyday in the luxury on site SPA where we experienced real quality service at really good prices for so many different treatments. For sure the SPA was a highlight of our stay. Thank you to all the SPA team ! We went fully inclusive & so happy with the range and quality of the meals available , we actually didn’t eat outside the hotel once as the hotel food was so good. All the service team were so helpful & provided a fun & relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to all the Service Teams ! Overall for sure we will be back soon , can’t wait ! Thanks Domi, John & Matteo

What A Find! A fantastic AI with wonderful and friendly staff in every area of the hotel. My husband and I booked for a birthday treat and was surprised at the pool by the lovely lady from the bar and Khalil with cake and a candle by the pool singing happy birthday 🎈 many thanks both for that wonderful memory! Staff are very attentive and not intrusive. Rooms are huge but well maintained and clean. Water left in the room also, a huge bonus with a fridge! The shuttle bus to Marrakech is a great bonus which we did and also the sunrise Hot air balloon ride where they collected us from the hotel. Will definitely be back. Thank you all!

This was our second visit for two weeks to Sol Oasis as we so enjoyed our first visit in 2024. Its still a great hotel with a real family atmosphere. A great entertainment team and we really enjoyed the live music. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar team remembered us from last year and again looked after us really well. Already thinking about dates for 2026.

After a brief forty minute drive from the airport, one is met with Traditional Moroccan aesthetics. The hotels grounds are kept impeccably clean in all communal areas. My spotless room was very comfortable with all amenities one would need. The swimming pool was warm and inviting. There were plenty of activities going on, sporty and cultural. I personally loved the Moroccan Food that was on offer in the main restaurant. I indulged fully in varied tagine's for lunch and dinner. However, there were many more western dishes and platters available if that is more to your taste. As per other reviews, what really is exceptional at the hotel is the staff. The energy of the animation team is boundless, transcending any experience I have experienced before. Also, the waiting and bar staff are very friendly and hardworking. The atmosphere of the hotel is a happy one, which I credit the staff for maintaining. I had a wonderful stay, one I hope to repeat.

Sol Oasis is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only because it’s stunning, spacious, and spotlessly clean, but because every part of our stay felt genuinely special. The food is amazing — even the pickiest eater will find something delicious, and the desserts are to die for! The selection of drinks on offer is also really impressive. There’s no doubt that this is a very good hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the people who work there. From the maintenance team, cleaning staff, waitresses, cooks, bar staff, to the entertainment team — everyone was genuinely kind. Every single person offered a real smile, not because they had to, but because they truly wanted us to have the best time and the most amazing day. Nothing was ever a problem; everything was done with warmth and positivity. You can see how hard this team works, and they do it all to make sure guests enjoy an experience as close to perfect as possible. The atmosphere at this hotel is incredibly special, and I honestly believe it’s because of the amazing people who bring it to life. Thank you to everyone at Sol Oasis. If you’ve been spending hours looking for the perfect hotel, you can stop now — you’ve found it.

I took a lot of time to choose a hotel in Morocco. My wife is a fussy eater and this was one of the most important aspects for us. We chose the Sol Oasis and were so glad we did . It’s was slightly more than other hotels but 100% worth it. I will go through different aspects. The hotel itself is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh and about 45 minutes from the airport . We paid £3 extra each (yes £3) to opt for a private transfer. I would suggest doing this as we went each way in a cab on our own organised by EasyJet. The hotel and grounds are really pretty and it’s a lovely environment. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Every morning they clean all the walkways and communal areas. The rooms are also spotless and cleaned and your bed made up every day. After each clean we were left 2 large bottles of fresh water . (You can ask for more and it’s no trouble) . I Literally cannot think of anything I can fault it on. Activities . There are numerous activities run every day by the people events team such as Archery , Zumba , Darts , Boules and many more. There are tennis courts , Padel courts and a basket ball court which is also a small football pitch. There is a small gym which i used when there. All look very new and again very clean. In the evening there is always some form of entertainment on and these were also pretty good. Staff Every member of staff that I encountered were so polite and friendly and they could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble . Again I cannot find a single fault in any of the staff from the front desk , cleaners , waiters, bar staff and entertainment team. The food . This was one of the important things for us as I knew there would not be a lot of option if we didn’t like the food. I did read one review where the reviewer said the food was ‘atrocious’ . That’s comment is completely unfair as the food at every serving from breakfast to the evening meals were amazing with loads of choice. Breakfast has the usual continual options plus hot food . What I really liked is there is a chef on hand to cook various things fresh for you like pancakes , fried eggs , omelettes etc. I asked for a poached egg and the chef went off to the kitchen and cooked the perfect poached egg so lots of choice . Lunch / Evening meal Again loads of choice . The usual buffet food but they always had various Moroccan Tagine options which were lovely. Along with mainstream European options . What set this place apart is in addition to the usual buffet options they nearly always had a grill running outside cooking fresh meat on like a large BBQ grill. I had various meats from here like chicken , turkey and steak which were lovely . They also a chef on hand inside that will cook pasta or noodles to your liking in a frying pan in front of you. You pick the ingredients and they cook it fresh there and then. They also have outside by the bar areas a large wood fired pizza oven and they pretty much have constant pizzas being cooked all day and night . So there is literally something for everyone . My fussy wife loved the food. The drinks also flow freely and I had not problem getting a beer at lunch or dinner . They had San Miguel or the local beer called Stork (which I preferred) Wine is also readily available at lunch and dinner . Cocktails are also served at the pool bar and a bar inside and again really really good quality drinks . Going back to the review where the person said the food was ‘atrocious’ . This person did make some observations which were fair and that’s why I think they used such a harsh word. If you are a vegan or a vegetarian the serving spoons you use to serve the food are easily cross contaminated with meat into a non meat dish as people use them freely . Also there is no allergy information on desserts and things like that. This is what I think the reviewer had a particular issue with but this was not an issue for me . Also you have to appreciate their food standards may not be the same. What I mean by that is they may not have to comply with advertising the content of food for allergy purposes . Or making sure the serving spoons used for meat are also not used for vegetarian dishes . So that’s something to be aware off of this may affect you . A couple of small things others have identified . It’s very hard to get a cup at breakfast and it’s also hard to get a spoon at any time Neither seem readily available but if you ask they will get one very quickly. If you like tea like me and I like standard English breakfast tea they don’t have these at the various drink Stations . It’s all infused tea like camomile or earl grey . I asked and they do have it but don’t put it out for sone reason. They keep the normal tea bag’s in the drawer next to the machines (that’s a little tip) . All in all we had an amazing time and we will definitely go back to Morocco and if we do we will definitely go back to the Sol Oasis it’s just a wonderful place to stay.

For a hotel of this type it is hard to fault. The food is excellent, fresh and anyone saying it is repetitive is crazy! So much choice. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and a wee coffee station. The bar service is better than most with a nice variety of cocktails and bottled beer. Note: The bottled beer is premium San Miguel and Moroccan Stork! Equally lovely, icy cold and plentiful. I could go on but trust the reviews, this hotel is really better than most…. especially the staff!

The warm reception we received at the reception on the very first day we arrived indicated we would have a fabulous stay. The staffs are really the selling points of this hotel, very polite friendly and willing to help. The double room is perfect for a family of 3. Room service are on point as the rooms are always tidy at your request. The value we received was more than the money we spent to book a 4 night holiday. The entertainment team were indeed incredible as they made my daughter's birthday remarkable and unique. Food was amazing, a buffet style that promotes the French, English and Moroccan dishes. There was always plenty to eat and drink, never running out. No single day was ever the same. The entirety of the hotel is cleanliness personified. Activities in the hotel alone would make you want to cancel events outside the hotel as it is never a dull moment at Sol oasis. A big Shout out to the customer experience team. Would I be back? Absolutely Would I recommend?100% Does it worth value for money? Yes yes yes

I recently spent my holiday at Sol Oasis and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay special. One of the absolute highlights of my trip was the Zumba class with Khalil. He brings incredible energy, enthusiasm, and fun to every session. Even if you’ve never tried Zumba before, his teaching style makes it easy to follow along, and his positive attitude is contagious. It quickly became something I looked forward to every day! If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy great activities, and feel genuinely welcomed, I can’t recommend Sol Oasis enough — and make sure you don’t miss Khalil’s Zumba class!

The hotel is nice but the staff is indeed the selling point. The lunch, dinner and breakfast options were decent. The snacks at the bar were not very enticing but always available. The staff is warm, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my time for birthday. Had a massage at the spa and it was incredibly relaxing. At the restaurant Ali, Mustapha and Jasmine are worthy of mention. The girl on the omelette station is sooo patient. I would recommend a stay here for sure, it's worth it. Good and ample activities as well as the option to just lounge at the pool.all day. Some of the activities like Camel riding and the air baloon and atv experience are very close by. Housekeeping was always so clean and friendly. Made me feel very special for my birthday.

got an upper floor room overlooking the pool area which was perfect. cleaned to a high standard daily and fresh towels also. nice outside seating area aswell. the Halloween show was great as were all the decorations around the seating areas and bars. food was good and plentiful but we both thought it wasn't as good as our previous visits and not enough serving utensils. bar staff here do an amazing job and it was nice to see old faces again. Hicham Harane Nour Soufiane thanks for your service and Mohamad. also the animation team went about there jobs without being too pushy and were easy to talk with. pool temp was just right but we preferred the quieter childrens area for sun bathing. one thing that needs addressing is the lack of cups and glasses at meal times. it shouldn't be happening in what we consider a very good hotel. see you next year x

This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. This was our first time in Morocco and thanks to this experience it won't be the last. Thank you to the Sol team.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. The grounds kept in immaculate condition. Some really lovely, traditional food at the outside dining area. The main buffet food generally fine, could sometimes have been hotter! There is a shuttle bus that runs often and stops a short walk to the medina. Very easy to book on the hotel app, and always on time. All in all a lovely weeks stay.

We had the best time at this lovely hotel. It felt very Moroccan. The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms clean and modern. Food and drinks were great. The buffet restaurant had so much choice, and the speciality restaurants were fantastic. The staff were all amazing, they work so hard and are so friendly. We enjoyed the entertainment from the animation team, especially the Halloween and lightness shows in the theatre. Khalil, Nouha, Fatia and team were fantastic. Said, Hisham, Mohamed and all of the bar team were wonderful. We'll book again for next year and bring our grown up children. Can't wait to come back .

This is such a great hotel - I have been as a couple, with family and this time with 2 girlfriends. It has worked so well for each one of my 7 stays. The activities / entertainment team is the best part - there is quite a high turnover of staff but the team has always been top! (I did worry when a couple of our favourites had left on this last trip, but the new staff were excellent). Special shout-out to Zak who is so funny but also extremely caring. Also to lovely Hannah on the bar. The cleaners and maintenance staff also keep the rooms and grounds to such a high standard. Small niggle this time - for the first time -was that the glasses, cutlery and wine were not always available in the dining room.

We are 2 days into a 7 day stay. Whilst the hotel is beautiful, it is spotlessly clean and the staff have all been so friendly and helpful, im afraid to say the hotel falls well below standard with the food. It is nothing short of atrocious. Nothing is hot. It is barely lukewarm. It is clear from the reviews people have complained about the same issue. This might explain why they have put 2 microwaves in the restaurant for guests to use...to reheat your cold lunch and dinner. They have tiny burners trying their best to heat huge tagine dishes. Its like cooking your dinner over a candle. Or they have ceiling lamps hanging over dishes in a sad attempt to keep meats and veg to an edible temperature. Possibly even worse is the fact that there appears to be a shortage of serving spoons in Morocco, they are like rocking horse poop. For every 5 dishes there is 1 spoon. Meaning its a a health and safety officers dream for cross contamination. If you are a vegan, vegetarian or have an allergy I'd avoid the food as the labels (assuming there is even a label) are misleading. The cauliflower tagine has minced lamb mixed throughout. The puddings have no labels and most contain nuts. Or will have been touched by one of the rare spoons for another pudding. If we could enjoy the pool, spa, activities and cocktails without the food that would be ideal. But the hotel is so remote its not easy to eat out. Aside from the disastrous food the hotel is great. What a shame 😒

Just spent a brilliant week here with family and friends. The hotel was always clean and the staff always friendly and helpful. The entertainment team and bar staff were some of the best we’ve known, especially Khalil, Fati, Sofian and Kawtar. They made sure everyone was happy and always with a smile on their faces! Every day there’s lots of activities; yoga, paddle, volleyball, live music. There was a big group of us with 5 teens and we all had the best time!

Nice hotel, lovely bar area and nice food selection. Front desk staff let it down as they are not too friendly or helpful. Would advise to prebook all taxis as they only have 1 that they use so waits can be quite long if you need them to arrange it for you. Spa was really nice! In our experience the photos of the bedroom didn’t do the room justice, it was lovely!

We have just got back from a 4 night stay at the Sol Oasis. The hotel was perfectly placed for us. Far enough outside Marrakesh to enjoy the beauty of our surroundings but close enough to visit the mystery of the souk. The free shuttle was a god send that ran on time and was easy to find. The hotel was well managed and has something for all. The spa was amazing and the entertainment staff were friendly. The entertainment staff worked tirelessly to make sure there activities met the need of all the people staying there. From yoga with Hamza to Zumba with Khalil. The hotel has other activities that you can do independently like Paddle ball which was great fun. Food is available to meet everyone’s needs. Vegetarian station, pasta to other, authentic Moroccan food and themed evening. We also loved the Pizza from the pool area. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed and water was replaced regularly. Would we go back as a family most definitely.

Hotel facilities are excellent. Entertainment and activities for adults and children are excellent. The entertainment team are exceptional. Spectacular Halloween show. A lot of effort put into the decorations. Large pool, no shallow end. There is also a children's pool. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good selection of food but hot dishes tended to be cold. The Morrocan restaurant had a limited choice and only soft drinks were included. Had to pay for wine/ alcoholic drinks. Wine was very expensive.

The great reviews are well deserved. This is a lovely hotel, it is very remote so if that’s not your thing, it is not for you. It was full when we stayed, but apart from Halloween, it never felt busy. It is very large, spacious with lots of different places to sit.. The food is a very high standard. Live music every night and occasional karaoke. Halloween was incredible. They built a stage area and put on a brilliant show. Everyone made a genuine effort, the staff were all dressed up. There is a free shuttle bus into the city, can’t be certain but seemed to be around four times a day. There are 15 places so you have to book. Taxis were around 300 MAD, so £24. Mainly local drinks on the all inclusive but everything was perfectly fine. A few niggles, wouldn’t put me off staying again and are all easily fixed. The glasses and cups literally run out more than they are there both at the pool bar and at meal times. There are lots of sunbeds but three quarters of them are in the shade, the Hotel have put up what appears to be permanently structured umbrellas around three quarters of the pool. They can be collapsed by the pool guard who seems to have some mechanism for this but out of all the staff he was beyond rude most of the time so I think it put people off asking. This creates a bit of a bun fight for the sunbeds in the Sun. Randomly there is little or no shade around the children’s pool so most of the people with kids sat around the adult pool. Apart from the pool guard, the staff were exceptional. Really friendly and helpful. Pool towels are provided but run out frequently so we just held onto ours while we were there. More tongs are needed in the buffet dining hall. There appear to be one set for every 4 to 5 dishes so there was a lot of cross contamination! I think you would struggle at this hotel if you had an allergy. The rooms and pool area are clean. The animation team are very active if that’s your thing. I think this hotel under sells its sports facilities which are again exceptional. There are two paddle courts, two tennis courts, a well equipped gym, volleyball nets and a football/basketball court.you will not get bored here! Also a spa, not particularly cheap and not that easy to book as the number on the Hotel app doesn’t work. My daughter just walked down there in the end, no biggie and she was pleased with her treatment. Just a tip, they mainly like payment in cash in the city and the hotel. You need cash for the refundable deposits on things like the paddle and tennis rackets. Taxis expect cash. The Hotel offer a welcome meeting when you arrive, little bit of a waste of time, just the hotel trying to sell you a load of trips. It’s a shame as I think a tour of the hotel/showing you the amazing facilities would be much more helpful. I am mainly putting the niggles on here so that hopefully the Hotel can make some very easy changes. Don’t let it put you off, this is a fabulous hotel and we would definitely stay again if we were coming back to this region.

Great hotel lovely rooms clean and comfortable. All staff were all helpful friendly and made us feel welcome. Khalil was are groups favourite not only entertaining but funny and helpful with any questions or query’s. Water aerobics was great and water polo they were are groups favourite activities. There was also a night staff member who helped me pet one of the little birds that was a nice experience and kind of him to go out the way to make that happen. My daughter has had a great time. The only thing I would say is a top up of more coffee and milk in the rooms each day and WiFi that reaches all areas of the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the first week of October. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. The hotel shuttle bus into the centre of Marrakesh was great, this let us have both a city holiday experiencing the local culture as well as a relaxing holiday chilling by the pool. As we travelled outside of school holidays, the hotel was not full and there was no children around - it was mainly couples or groups of adults plus a few young families with toddlers which was perfect for us. We never any trouble finding a sunbed at any time of day and enjoyed the atmosphere around the pool. There was day and evening entertainment to join if you wished but the team were not pushy which we liked which allowed us to relax or be active if we wanted too. We also used the hotel gym and the Padel courts which was good fun. Due to a fire, the 2 al carte restaurants were closed but that wasn’t a problem for us because we always found a nice variety of food to eat in the buffet in the evening. However, it would be nice to know before we arrived that these restaurants were closed. The service at the buffet was generally good, although, a few times we did need to ask for extra cutlery or dessert spoons as these were not always topped up. We enjoyed the pizza and help yourself ready made rolls/wraps at the snack bar at lunch - this was a nice change from the buffet. The team at the bar were great. There was only ever 2 or 3 people working at the bar but we never had to wait long to be served in the day or evening . The bar staff were great at making cocktails/mocktails/milkshakes/iced coffees and were more than happy to make the classic cocktails if you didn’t fancy any on the hotel menu. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening listening to the live music with a drink before dinner. We wished the live music continued for longer into the evening as this created a nice ambiance and was perfect those like us that don’t want to watch the hotel show (not really our thing). We did an excursion to the desert for camel riding, quad biking and fire show meal which we booked through get your guide (far cheaper than the hotel) and we had a fantastic evening. The guide was great at contacting us on WhatsApp and was more than happy to pick up/drop off at the hotel for a very small fee of around £8. Overall, we had a lovely holiday which was great value for money. We would recommend this hotel and would return if we came back to Marrakesh.

Have just come back from a 6 night stay at the Sol Oasis celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had a fantastic time. It was our first visit to Marrakesh and Morocco so we were a bit apprehensive but there was no need to be! The hotel had arranged a taxi from the airport at our request and that made things a lot easier when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at the hotel as we had arrived on an early flight but we had a few drinks and some lunch sitting out on the terrace by the main restaurant and that was lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable and we didn’t miss having a balcony as there were so many outdoor areas to sit and relax near our room and away from the main hotel. It was also a very nice touch that housekeeping decorated our bed with an anniversary message. Food was amazing, so much choice and freshly prepared. Desserts were outstanding. No problem getting a sunbed anytime of day but the ones in the sun go very quickly and most of them are shaded which I don’t mind. Staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We would like to say thank you to chef, Harry who we met in the bbq grill area and in particular Soufiane in the outside bar area who looked after us throughout our stay. Thank you for all your football chats!! We also did the Atlas Mountains trip through the hotel which was amazing. Lots of walking and climbing through difficult terrain so not for everyone but well worth the views if you can make it up to the top to view the waterfall. In summary, this hotel was absolutely beautiful with stunning decor in the reception and indoor bar/lounge area, beautiful well kept gardens and was in a remote location but with so many excursions on offer and a free shuttle bus to the markets that didn’t matter. Staff were super friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back again very soon.

My wife and I have just returned from a week's stay at Sol and overall we had a great time. A few negatives but they didn't come anywhere near to spoiling the holiday and lots & lots of positives. We knew that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere so fully expected that & the shuttle service works very well so no problems there and the last one back to the hotel was at 9pm. There is a very proactive entertainments team on site and lots of people thoroughly enjoyed being approached numerous times in the evening but we found it quite intrusive at times and just wanted to sit and have a drink. Nice kids who are being told to mingle by their management but we just wanted to be left alone and that wore us down by the end of each evening. My wife was disappointed that she couldn't do the aquarobics as the pool was too deep for her and the same depth for the whole pool (she's 5'1"). We visited in October and there was always plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas together with a very nice 31 degrees. I enjoyed a lovely massage in the spa for a reasonable price. In the evenings they set up 4 tagines and BBQ grill outside at the rear of the main dining hall which was delicious and I don’t think that everyone knew about it but the food was freshly cooked, rather than the buffet, which at times could be luke warm (use the microwaves). We weren’t able to visit the a la carte restaurants as they had been closed due to an ‘incident’ which was a shame as we turned up for our booking and they were in darkness, so no notification until the following day. Room was good but very few have balconies and nothing to see out of the small windows but we didn't plan to spend much time there anyway. We found the bed very hard but that's a personal preference and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The pool bar only ever had a choice of 1 local beer (Stork) or Bud Light and constantly ran out of the Stork which was disappointing & service was very slow with a constant queue due to only 1 person serving + making cocktails. Maybe they reduce staff at off peak times in the year but it was frustrating. Evenings were fine. We used Getyourguide and Tripadvisor for a balloon ride and camel ride which worked well and we were promptly collected at the gate. The prices were cheaper than the hotel and I suspect the same companies. Great hotel in the middle of nowhere, beautiful gardens with lots going on at all times , so if that's your idea of a holiday don't delay and book it as we enjoyed ourselves for a one off visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It is in traditional Morrocan style, set in beautiful gardens. You can take from it what you want: book lots of trips, relax by the pool or join in sports and activities. The animation team are fantastic, special thanks to Sammi and Yasmine. The sports facilities are good. Every evening there was live music on the terrace to dance to followed by entertainment. We enjoyed the food, plenty of traditional tagines to try. All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. A big shout out to the cleaners who kept the hotel immaculate. The AI bar closes at 11pm. The only improvement we could suggest is if the rooms were ready earlier if you arrive on a morning flight. Thank you everyone for a lovely holiday.

The hotel is in the middle of no where but its a big hotel spread out so lots of different places to escape to if you want to do your own thing. Has a sports bar Gym Tennis courts Paddle courts Spa Pool tables Entertainment areas Plenty of sun loungers The hotel does put on a complementary bus to take you into the markets but We decided to do excursions into the main markets, up the Atlas Mountains, and out to the palace at night for a show and food. The people are lovely although don’t even attempt to hire a car the driving and mopeds are awful I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We came here for one week with our family. Our accommodation was very good and the grounds are beautiful (big shout out to the gardeners). The hotel is lovely, spacious and has plenty of comfortable seating dotted around. The majority of staff including the entertainers are great fun, however a few we encountered did not have a good attitude to women. We found the food very well presented and a good choice at each meal. Again, little things like running out of dessert spoons or coffee cups regularly was annoying. Sometimes the tagines were luke warm or bland. The pool was freezing but very clean. My mother in law couldn't go in due to the ladders you had to use and the depth. The pool is only one depth throughout so no shallow entry steps. So if you are short in height or disabled, it could be a problem for you. The shuttle bus was fantastic and the reception team were extremely helpful. There is a cash machine in the lobby. We bought e-sims for our phones before we arrived in Morocco. Overall we had a lovely family holiday and the highlight was a hot air balloon ride! Brilliant!

We have had THE BEST trip to Sol Oasis Marrakesh! We booked just thinking the hotel looked nice but it exceeded all expectation. The rooms are great, comfortable & clean, nice pool, spa & restaurant food fantastic with lots of choice. The thing that really makes this place though is the staff. From the door to the bars to the restaurant to the reception staff, everyone is friendly, welcoming, kind, quick to sort out little issues and can’t do enough for you. The entertainment team are in another league - they put on fun activities, get everyone dancing and are also caring & sweet, looking out for us and making sure we have a good time. I felt like they were our children by the end of the trip 😍 Special thanks to Hamza, Samad, Mo, Jimmy. Fadwa, Fati & Jasmin - we laughed raucously with them, danced and had so much fun they took great care of us 😍 Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay. I don’t say this often about places I stay but I will be back!!!!

Had a great time didn’t want to leave. Staff were great, cocktails were incredible. Shout out to khalil in the entertainment team he was a legend, looked after us all week honestly had the best time cause of him!! Shout out to Jenna aswell for getting us on the dance floor and having a laugh. All of the entertainment team were accommodating and would even sit with us during lunch and dinner they definitely made the week 10 times better. The place itself was stunning and quite, great nighttime entertainment. It really felt like you were in an oasis. I would 100% recommend this place for a family holiday or even a couples holiday. 🍾🍸🍹☀️

I had such a great time at Sol Oasis Marrakech! The atmosphere was full of good vibes, the staff were friendly, and the place itself was beautiful and relaxing. I met so many amazing people during my stay and had so much fun every day. A special mention goes to Khalil from the entertainment team — he was absolutely fantastic! Always full of energy, friendly, and made everyone feel included. The activities and shows were super fun, and the entertainment team really made the whole experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back to Sol Oasis Marrakech. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and great people! 🌴✨

This is a lovely hotel, rooms are great and everywhere is very clean. All staff are amazing although we personally found the entertainment staff a bit too in our face. The pool area can be a bit noisy with activities and permanent music being played. The shuttle bus is fantastic, it drops off and picks up at the same place -the Municipal Palace along Mohammed V Avenue. Booking is via the app which you get the details of at your hotel introductory meeting. Food is plentiful but often lukewarm and although looks fantastic is often quite bland. All in all, a great hotel but some areas could be improved

Our 3rd time at this amazing resort (with a 4th trip in February already booked). As always the team at Sol Oasis score top marks in every aspect. Our welcome (and goodbye) from Sara (guest relations) started and ended our stay on an amazing high - what a lovely lady. The animations team - spot on. The housekeeping team - outstanding. Maintenance and groundsmen - you keep this place like a little piece of heaven. Bar staff - always so happy and helpful. Photographer - we made a new friend. Catering team - your creations are a beauty to behold. Reception staff- you are all wonderful. Spa team - thank you for a lovely experience. See you guys in February. Keep doing what you do, you really are the best👌

we did not know what to expect being the first time in a African country, the whole experience was fantastic start to finish my one complaint with substance was the food nearly all was cold which is a huge shame because the resort is wonderful ,nothing was to much for the staff they are so friendly and helpful, to me they are putting far too much selection out and there is no way to keep the amount warm, its a shame.. be aware that the trips you book here or when you are there are not entirely truthful the waterfall trip to the atlas mountains are mentioned to be for ages 4 to 90 which is a total exaggeration it is akin to climbing everest. the horse riding is not very glamorous as made out, so just keep this in mind, The entertainment staff are very good and work so hard for you to enjoy your stay.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Made some great memories!! The pool area was always cleaned daily and had staff cleaning constantly. They were also happy to get drinks for you which was a bonus. The restaurant was always clean and there was a good selection of food. The entertainment team made the week, especially Aissam and khalid, however I should also mention Fati, noha and jenna also joined in the fun! I would happily come back to this hotel 🥰

This is my second time visiting the quite brilliant Sol Oasis and I can’t wait to return. We were only here for 4 nights but thanks to its relaxing atmosphere and lovely comfortable beds it felt like a whole week. Our room was incredible, with a balcony view of the sunrise every morning and all the mod cons! My husband particularly enjoyed the Nespresso machine for his morning coffee! The food was lovely and plentiful - I absolutely adore Moroccan food so I made the most of it while I could. The whole holiday was made so much more special by the amazing animation team - Aissam and Khalil especially, along with Noha. Their warm welcome and sense of fun made every day round the pool full of laughs. Sara in guest relations was also incredibly helpful and kind, as well as the hardworking bar staff. Honestly I cannot fault this hotel and everyone in it. It’s a true Oasis.

Great hotel that was spotlessly clean and had beautiful grounds! The pool area was always cleaned daily and had staff cleaning constantly. They were also happy to get drinks for you which was a bonus. The rooms were big and beds comfy, water was replenished daily in the room which were also cleaned very well. We had a massage at the spa which was lovely and not over priced at £50 for an hour The gym was good and very well air conditioned and there were brand new tennis courts a football pitch and plenty of equipment for them that could be used at any time The bar area had lots of very comfy seating with plenty of large umbrellas that provided shade if you wanted it. The cocktails in general were very good and the beers on offer were estella, stork and bud light. Food wise the snack bar was ok but the pizza oven was a great touch next to the bar and lovely fresh pizzas were made constantly during the day and into the early evening The restaurant was always clean and there was a good food selection in general with fresh omelettes in the morning, a fresh bbq outside during lunch and dinner most days. The desserts were a little disappointing as they were very samey as in it was all very cream based but there was always a good selection of various things. The biggest issue with the restaurant was the temperature of the food but there are two microwaves if you want hotter so it wasn’t a major issue and it is often like that at a buffet, they did have a fresh grill inside and fresh pasta which meant that food was fresh and hot. The best thing about this hotel is the staff! Nothing was ever to much for them, in the restaurant they were very attentive, the bar staff, especially Sayed and kouta on the outside bar were fantastic, The entertainment team made the week and Aissam and Jimmy were absolutely amazing especially Aissam, however I should also mention Fati, khalid and jenna also joined in the fun! I would happily go back to this hotel

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 day break to Sol Oasis. This hotel was beautiful by design. The staff were amazing and so helpful and welcoming. Sharing jokes and always going that extra step to ensure our trip was memorable. The food was good too - lots of choice including pasta station, stone baked pizza’s until late, snack bar and 2 a la cartes, the Spanish one we would recommend. Cocktails were ok but a bit hit and miss on quality. Wine was lovely, beer and gin and tonics all good too. It was peaceful, no problem getting dumbed at anytime of the day. The pool was refreshing and quiet. Very few children here in September. The entertainment staff were amazing! Always had time to talk and encourage you to take part in all the activities but no pressure. We really enjoyed the evenings sat outside on the terrace listening to the guitarists and Singer. They should have this on all night because it created a great atmosphere but it stops by 10pm and the shows start indoors. We didn’t bother with these. The rooms are immaculate and traditional. Beds were super comfy and huge. We had a balcony room but didn’t use it. I’m sure we would’ve been fine without paying extra for one. We both had massages and these were good too. We really can’t make fault the hotel at all and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Marrakesh and have a mix of city and relaxations.

Could not fault this hotel. It’s everything you want and more. Rooms are good. We had the standard room with no balcony or terrace. We thought it small but actually it worked really well. We had family that had a superior room, which included a sitting room and balcony which is more than sufficient for a family The food was good with lots of choices. They also had food going outside every day which we often forgot about. The pizza in the afternoon was amazing. If I had to mention a downside it was the fact that they ran out of certain spirits /liquers most evenings. Swimming pool is good and there is plenty of entertainment and activities going on throughout the day. Pool could do with a refresh though as there were quite a few tiles missing and there was mould in places. It’s about 1/2 hour out from the hustle of Marrakesh and no supermarket nearby. The onsite shop was very expensive. 4 cans of sprite and 2 packets of crisps was £24!! There is a football stadium 5-10 minutes away and staff organised for my husband to have a ticket to go. They even sent someone out to pick him up afterwards just to ensure he got back safely. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, if you asked then it was done. Everyone works so hard all day every day. They never stop. Every thing is kept so clean and tidy.

I wish there were more Vegetarian meal dishes but on the whole not too bad. The bar staff especially a gentleman named Soufiane not sure on spelling was INCREDIBLE. One of the best hotel staff I’ve ever met. A real credit to the hotel.

You are quite a distance from Marrakech centre and nothing much around the hotel .service was poor ques at the bar as only max off 2 staff on at a time by the pool. Staff were short of cups and glasses constantly. This ment you couldn't get a drink when you wanted one. Food in the restaurant always had a good choice however it was often cold. The pastry chef was amazing his creations were fantastic. I dined in the speciality morrocan restaurant and was very disappointed lack of service was a big issue only one staff member serving the whole restaurant we got up and left after waiting over 20 mins for plates to be cleared and desert menu brought. It was the same food you could get in the main restaurant no different. The rooms were cleaned late afternoon so just as you were coming back from the pool to relax. Most days we told the cleaner to go away as we needed to shower. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were amazing. The hotel seems more geared up for the 20s to 40s age range.great if you want to do activities and listen to loud music not so good if you just want to chill. I have been to Marrakech 5 times now but will not be returning to this hotel.

I had an amazing time on this holiday! I have just come back from 7 nights at Sol Oasis and it is the best holiday I have ever been on. The whole holiday from start to finish was surreal. I have never been to a cleaner hotel than Sol Oasis, with the rooms being cleaned daily but also the grounds and surrounding area, it was always being cleaned. The pool was lovely and big enough for the amount of guest that were there. Everyone was so lovely and always tried to do everything they could to help. You were never bored on this holiday, from daily activities to the shows and live music at night. Big shoutout to Aissam who made our holiday the best that it could be, he is truly an amazing entertainer. The food and drinks were lovely and they even offer iced coffees at the pool bar! We visited the spa twice and both experiences were amazing, the prices were so reasonable and the service was better than any massage I’ve ever had. Overall it was a 10/10 holiday and I will definitely be back!

A great week at Sol Oasis. Staff are the best and very friendly. Plenty of free activities to do each day (including brand new Padel courts) if you want and there is a free shuttle bus into Marrakech. Pool is great - very big and there was never a shortage of sunbeds, so no need to get up at sunrise to reserve a spot. Buffet restaurant was good but i would also highly recommend trying the Cafe Maure and Saffran restaurants (1 trip to each included if you are all-inclusive). There is also decent entertainment every night. All in all a great stay !!

We recently stayed here and overall had a decent time, but there were a few things that could be improved. The rooms are nice, though we did have a bit of a puzzle figuring out how the toilet worked initially. Housekeeping was inconsistent, our room wasn’t cleaned a few times because the “do not disturb” sign kept blowing off the door (maybe a better system is needed). The pool area is a highlight, lots of sunbeds available, and the poolside drinks were much better than the ones served inside, in our opinion. All bar staff are super friendly and really looked after me on my 30th Birthday and got me involved in all the entertainment! They even got up to sing happy birthday to me on the stage, which was lovely. We had a good experience booking the Moroccan restaurant—we booked on a Friday for the Saturday and had no issues getting in. The spa was also enjoyable, something a bit different and reasonably priced. Was also very easy to book trips in and around Morocco with the team. Hotel food was vast however the labelling was very generic, so it was hard to tell what some dishes were. My partner got a bad stomach from the food after a while however which could just be a personal thing! Two letdowns from our trip was 1. The shuttle service. We booked for 12:15pm on the day to take us in to the centre, but it never showed. After waiting an hour, we were told there was no shuttle until 2pm due to a parade… would’ve been helpful if the hotel had communicated this earlier as we also had to catch our flight home the same day! (As a side note, if you plan on visiting the Medina, make sure to take cash, not everywhere accepts card, which caught us off guard.) 2. My suncream was stolen on day one and I had to pay 250 MAD at the hotel shop for a new one, which was quite steep, so bring a spare if you can! All in all, it is a lovely hotel that is definitely worth a visit, but a few small changes could make a big difference.

We enjoyed our stay at Sol Oasis. Hotel its self and our room was very clean, grounds were so tidy. Negatives of the hotel were food and the entertainment team. We read reviews before booking as we always do, we knew we would be far away from restaurant so having good food is always a must. The food was very dry/ overcooked and repetitive. Me and my partner had bad belly most nights and both got really ill after eating a chicken dish. We spent most of our evening throwing up. The fly's were also an issue, all over the food which put us off most dishes. Only good thing about the food options was the pizza that was offered outside which was made fresh for you. We spoke to a few other couples which also agreed the food wasn't nice. Entertainment team were lovely yes, but if your after a relaxing holiday then you can think again. 1 of them kept making us and others jump constantly which isn't appreciated when your trying to relax around the pool. Also constantly getting asked to join in with the activities, even after saying no they would call you lazy. Between the hours of 12noon and 2pm you wouldn't see them... which was lovely as you knew you'd be left alone. I did also use the spa, paid £60 for a face and body massage. It was a lot of money for what it was. I had a face mask put on 3 times, each time she just left the room, id expect another treatment while the face mask set, It felt very rushed. She was also quite rough so it wasn't very relaxing. Getting a drink from the bar also took a long time, always seemed to have enough staff but constantly talking and no rush to get people served. Unfortunately we wont be returning.

We had a very good holiday at a very good hotel. I feel this resort has a huge amount of potential that only needs some very small tweaks to push it into a bracket of being excellent. Starting with the positives: The pool area is excellent and has plenty space on loungers for guests. The engagement team are very positive and keen to get guests involved with activities. The reception and guest relations staff are very efficient and knowledgeable and performed excellently. The spa was welcoming and able to take last minute bookings and deliver excellent massage services. Now the small improvements that could make the resort even better: Only one member of staff in the pool bar for most of the day meant there was always a queue. There is no mobile drinks service around the pool - this should be a given for an all inclusive. Much of the food in the buffet restaurant was overcooked and drier/tougher than I would expect. WiFi dropped connectivity several times during the week for several hours at a time. The music for some of the evening entertainments was much too loud. Good entertainment, but no need for the volume. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives by a long way, but our feeling coming away on Monday was “what might have been”. Sol Oasis is so close to being brilliant

The resort is isolated but with all inclusive it solves most of the issues. The food has a good variety and is sharing the Morocco vibe. So good opportunity to try some foreign cuisine. Staff were brilliant and the bar is always busy. We struggled with how loud the music was at the pool and not sure why it had to be that loud. Definitely shaped for the younger party demographic than relaxing boring middle aged couples. The sunbeds are laid out like sardines so you’ll get to know people around you quite quickly. Availability is good, so no one sleeping on them overnight. Loads of activities and really good tennis courts, pickle ball badminton and volleyball. They also do 5 a side. So other than finding the sunbed as far from the loud music, doing a bit off coaching in how to pour a non flat beer its ok. Unfortunately for us it didn’t feel luxurious. The are a few balconies but thats an extra. We flew with BA holidays and that was all good. Probably a one to note that we needed to read a few more reviews as the loud music really was a negative.

Amazing hotel, rooms are lovely, pool is good atmosphere and don’t have to rush for a sunbed. Staff are very friendly. Spa was fantastic would recommend. You can book trips with the hotel which is good too. Negatives of the hotel were food and evening entertainment. food online was meant to be different themes every night but was mainly sea food themed. Any other options were very dry/ overcooked and repetitive. Evening entertainment was not very interactive and majority of the time just live music. Other than that hotel was good

✨ Just got back from the most amazing 5 nights at Sol Oasis Marrakech with my bestie – honestly, we could have stayed longer! The hotel itself is stunning, super chilled but with everything you need. The staff made the whole trip though – massive shoutout to Hamza, Mohammad, Khali & Jenna who went above and beyond for us every single day. So friendly, always smiling, spoke amazing English, and honestly just made us feel so welcome from the second we arrived. The food, the vibe, the pool, the service – literally couldn’t fault a thing. If you’re thinking about booking Marrakech, 100% recommend this place. Already dreaming about when we can go back 😍☀️✨

Everything about this hotel is exceptional - the hotel, staff, grounds, entertainment and experience! The hotel layout, rooms, building and grounds are spaced out yet close enough to provide a cozy, calm and comfortable experience. If you enjoy or want to play some sports anywhere from table tennis, spinning, paddle to gym, the sports facilities are quite extensive and of a high quality. The staff, from arriving at the hotel and throughout our stay were friendly, welcoming and could not do enough for you. A special mention to Ali in the restaurant, chefs Jalal and Saad who waited on us and catered for our gluten free needs to always help with foods appropriate for us and answer any questions. Hanane in the bar outside, Hicham inside the hotel bar were brilliant, cheery and attentive. My son became unwell with tonsilitis and we accessed the nurse onsite who organised a doctor within 30 minutes and medication delivered to the hotel within an hour. All of our rooms were what you can expect of a high star hotel. They were large, cleaned regularly with fresh towels and bottled water. The beds were very comfortable and we've slept soundly during our holiday. The entertainment staff were at the heart of creating a buzz and an amazing positive and exclusive vibe every day and night. Their energy and enthusiasm getting to know guests by name is quite remarkable. Khalil, Sam, Zak, Jenna, Mohammed, Hamza and Mido were excellent and unbelievable with anyone and everyone whether you wanted to take part or not! I came here with my partner and 4 children ageing from 15-20 years and we have had such a wonderful and truly memorable experience. Whole heartedly and honestly could not recommend this hotel and holiday any more. We would definitely return.

Had a really great time away at Sol oasis the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for any of them. Also the entertainment was top class always something going on whether it be pool games yoga or even salsa classes with khalil. The entertainment staff also make sure that everyone gets involved. There’s also a wide variety of food that fits most people’s taste buds.

Highly recommend. I can't fault this place. From the minute we got here we were made so welcome and the staff can't do enough for you. Three of our party need to eat gluten free and it was made so easy by the chef, Saad, who even brought us mountains of gluten free cake every day to make sure we didn't miss out. Our server in the restaurant, Ali, made sure we were well looked after and when someone was ill delivered a tray of food to his room. This place is quite small which is great as it all feels very personal. The entertainment team, Khalil, Zak, Hamza, Sam, Jenna (to name a few!) always make sure you're having a great time and are never bored for a second. My son is autistic and doesn't participate or speak very much but this holiday has definitely helped him to overcome this which is such a big deal and I have absolutely no doubts we will be returning here.

The food is a buffet and has a variety of delicious options and even for allergy’s the chefs are always willing to do things that you can eat. The workers always have great attitude and always want people to join in games and very convincing to do stuff even if you don’t want to. The hotel in general is quite a classy place and has multiple beautiful rooms and when it’s hot outside you can come in a have the air con which is a great gust of coldness for when your sweating. I would recommend for anyone and i would come back if i had the chance to next year.

This hotel was outstanding for so many reasons. Staff - all staff were exceptional. From the front desk, to the bars and restaurants and the animation team - everyone was fantastic. But an extra special shout out to Jenna, Mo and Soufiane who really stood out as exceptional people that are a credit to the hotel and made our stay very special. Entertainment/Animation Team - the whole team were excellent and had a wonderful ability to get you involved. They create a wonderful atmosphere through the hotel and make a real effort to get to know people. The best team we have seen at any resort by some way! Food - excellent variety and very good quality. The head chef also took a real interest in our experience from the start. Rooms and facilities - the whole resort is incredibly clean, including the public toilets. Our room was lovely and very spacious (Family Suite). We would return for sure!

Firstly-Sol oasis is beautiful, the animator staff are lovely, food is divine and free shuttle bus is well worth it. You will have a good time if you choose to stay here and not get weighed down by some of the issues this place has… Next, the issues we found. 1) the wifi is abominable. We thought this would be a plus for our trip and allow us to have a break but it caused a few spin off problems. It meant we couldn’t pay for some things with card. Also we struggled to get onto the resort’s own website to book the shuttle bus or dinner at one of its a la carte restaurants. Which might not have been so bad- but point 2. 2) The reception staff whilst friendly, rarely seemed to be able to immediately help with any concerns. Our check in was hours delayed. We were a family of five put in separate distant rooms even though we specified we were one group at booking. It actually felt like the staff had no capacity to do anything to help us. No one seemed ‘in charge’ or able to confidently fix our issues. Maybe this was because of the wifi? The separate rooms thing was really annoying. Especially on the last day when we learnt that adjoining rooms existed! The excursion counter was very overpriced and only accepted cash. With the wifi issues, the reception staff seemed to struggle to book us into the shuttle bus or dinner. In fact… 3) It was actually impossible for us to have dinner in an a la carte restaurant! Even with wifi sorted the maximum booking is for four people per room so we needed to book through the reception or restaurant directly to ensure we could get us five booked at the one time. Nil availability! Maybe arrange this before you even arrive on Moroccan soil? Oh but you would struggle, because you can only book a few days in advance!?! Even when we were asking at the earliest available opportunity- no joy! Not sure what magic you need to eat in them? So there is my rumbling. For balance some positives:- - we loved that the animation team catered for our occasionally surly tween. He loved participating in football matches and FA tournaments on a massive screen, and they were a real highlight for him. The staff were encouraging and vibrant. - the food was amazing and varied. Occasionally our fusspot children would not find enough in the buffet to their liking, and they would be able to grab a pizza from the bakery outside, easy! The chef was eager to please, remembered names and even personally delivered my daughter a pot of Nutella to go with her churros when sheepishly requested. What a champion. - the evening entertainment was super special. Unfortunately for us it started a bit late for our liking at times (930-1030 starts at times) but that is on us for being weird early rises even on holiday. The pool party was so much fun. The movie night with popcorn on the lawn really well organised. Also we appreciated that by midnight the events would be finished and it would be quiet. - the gym was well equipped. Sports equipment easily available. Staff only too eager to help and encourage. - the shuttle bus! It is free- use it! We found several short excursions to be the best way to approach the markets. Surprising, how the bus always had space for us even when the resort was at mass capacity. In summary, you will have a great time here. I hope by highlighting these issues Sol Oasis may rectify them so you may have an even better time.

Beautiful resort, the place is stunning and massive with so many facilities. The Moroccan decor is beautiful but the let down was the customer service and definitely the food. Very slow service at the pool bar; staff not efficient enough and food is not enough and not great at all.

The hotel staff are 5/5 really friendly and very polite, the hotel grounds are 5/5 too amazing hotel cannot fault the cleanliness . The hotel room is big enough for 2 people with a big bathroom which does get cleaned daily by staff. The 2 pools are nice, peak August and could still find a bed to lay on. Adult pool is around 5ft5 deep all around too so no shallow end. The food, its very seafood orientated with most lunches and dinner having some sort of fish dishes either on the bbq or grills, The tagines outside seems to have flies on them most days so we're avoided really. Inside there was a mix or hot and cold dishes, a pasta station and a grill where some sort of meat would be grilled daily, The quality was a bit hit and miss though, seemed to either be very well done or a bit under done. Breakfasts were the same each day, pastries , bread, fruit, omelette , moroccan donuts where good too, the odd beef sausage or cooked sliced turkey now and again but im more than sure this was leftovers from the night before hand. The issues we found were the filtered water in the bars and restaraunts was awful, I would say undrinkable it was very slimey and had a weird thick consistency, we spoke to quite a few other couples who said the same, even one of the staff said he would avoid it due to the filters not always working!! The other very very strange thing was that you could only order bottled water to your room, they would not give you bottles of water behind the bar or reception or restaurant, you woild have to go up to your room order via the phone and wait for them to bring you 1 or 2 bottles of water, we must of gone through at least four 1.5litre bottles a day so you can Imagine how frustrating it was in peak August having to go back and order water. Bar drinks weren't great, the cocktails were quite frankly vile and the Fizzy drinks were cheap versions from pump to mixed with the wierd filtered water. Beer was out a bottle which was either stork, san Miguel or estrella. We had a massage at the spa on the hotel grounds which wasn't good, I had an hour sports massage which was quite frankly a waste of time and money, felt more up tight after it than before hand because they didn't really seem to know what they was doing. Getting into the marrakech centre did cost us quite a bit as taxis were 200diram one way ( £17) as hotel is like 30 mins away from ANYWHERE, bare this in mind. They do offer a shuttle but need to book a day in advance really to get a seat on the 15 seater bus, and the times are around 3 hours apart. WiFi worked fine during our stay, and we was one if the furthest rooms away from the main reception, on the departure day checkout is at 12 but they offer a courtesy room for 30 mins before your departure time to freshen up etc which was a really nice gesture.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The entertainment staff truly made the experience unforgettable – a special shoutout to Khalil, who brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every single day. Whether it was poolside games, evening shows, or just casual chats around the resort, Khalil and the team made everyone feel included and uplifted. And let’s not forget the cocktails – absolutely top-notch! Soufiane, the bartender, was amazing. Not only were his drinks some of the best I’ve had on any holiday, but he was also so friendly and attentive, always remembering our favorite drinks and serving them with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful – clean, spacious, and with a lovely Moroccan charm. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the variety of activities means there’s never a dull moment. If you’re thinking of visiting Marrakech and want a resort that combines comfort, fun, and genuine hospitality, Sol Oasis is the place to go. I’m already planning my next trip back!

Just back from a fabulous 10 night stay at the Sol Oasis. We went as two families, children aged between 5 and 11. Around 35 minute transfer from the airport, we did a private transfer but there looked to be taxis directly outside the terminal that you could use. Food was lovely. Something different every day. From freshly cooked pasta dishes, various meats and fish inside and bbq style outside as well as a number of tagines both meat and vegetable. Plenty of salad, fruit and desserts. A wood fired pizza oven and popcorn and candy floss available in the afternoon. The staff were great. Special mention to Hicham in the top bar, Soufiane at the pool bar, Hanan in the restaurant and Mohammed who was one of the entertainment staff. Too many to mention really, the service was that good. I would definitely recommend this hotel, plenty to do if you want to but also able to relax. No issues getting a sunbed which is always a bonus. There is a free shuttle service into Marrakech which we did one day for a few hours. A spa on site so me and my friend had a peaceful hour away from the kids (and husbands) with a massage. We booked in to both the Moroccan and Spanish restaurants, both lovely and again good service. Just noticed a review regarding the pool tiles, we didn’t have any issues but ideally would need rectifying. Thanks again Sol Oasis, we would definitely return. Travelling_with_Tanya

Loved everything about this stunning property. In particular, their F&B dept is superbly run - food is delicious and of such a fantastic variety, every day! Great entertainment, for those who would like it. Staff’s amazing and attentive. Its location is a little remote so ensure mobile data package has good service/ coverage for the area. Unfortunate WiFi was down for two days which was a little inconvenient, but I didn’t allow that to impact on holiday and how great this all-inclusive property is. Will for sure recommend and return again! Bravo Sol Oasis Marrakech!!!

For context: I’m not a “resort guy.” In fact, I’d always scoffed at the idea. But my partner wanted a trip where she didn’t have to think about a thing, so we searched far and wide and found Sol Oasis, which came with sky-high reviews. It exceeded every single expectation. Food – Easily above standard resort fare. Breakfast meant unlimited fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and made-to-order omelettes with any ingredients you fancied. Lunch could be indoors with an incredible range of global dishes, or outside with freshly made paninis, sandwiches, kebabs, and even a full BBQ. Dinners were themed nightly and never disappointed. The restaurant staff were wonderfully attentive, happily fetching everything from wine to beer without you ever having to ask twice. Staff – I’ve travelled the world since childhood and I have never met staff like those at Sol Oasis. They work long hours with demanding guests, yet nothing is ever too much trouble. Sufyan, our bartender/waiter, deserves special mention – by the end of our first evening, he would appear from nowhere with a smile, a handshake, and drinks ready: a cocktail for my partner, a Budweiser for me. Khalil and Sam from the entertainment team deserve shares in the company for the energy and joy they bring – we’re 31 and they still had us enthusiastically joining everything from water polo to poker night. Facilities – Our room was spacious, spotless, well-maintained, with ample bottled water, mood lighting, and superb air-con. Sun loungers were plentiful, umbrellas were proper quality, poolside music set the mood, and the swimming pool itself was perfect for both relaxing and cooling off. We will 100% be back next year – and I say that as someone who never thought he’d be a resort convert.

This trip to Sol Oasis Marrakech was meant to be a much-needed mental health break for me and a birthday celebration for my dad. Unfortunately, it fell short in several important ways. When we arrived, we paid the tourist tax and were told our room wasn't ready yet – fair enough as we were slightly early. However, we weren’t given our all-inclusive bands for over two hours, meaning we couldn’t access food or drink. Despite explaining we were hungry and tired from travel, the staff were rude and dismissive. The only exception was Said, a kind bar staff member who offered us Moroccan tea and snacks while we waited – truly appreciated. When we finally got our room key, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarettes, despite a no-smoking policy. The soap provided smelled awful, and the towels – although supposedly fresh – were dirty and incredibly rough. In a country known for beautiful, natural products like argan oil, this was baffling. Kenza, the guest relations rep, did try to help and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the lack of organisation showed again when Aziz at reception had the nerve to ask for proof of our tourist tax payment at checkout, even though he was the one who took the payment when we arrived. Things didn’t improve much around the resort. Brahim at the pool bar was incredibly rude – we weren’t the only ones who noticed this. Many guests were openly complaining about him. On top of that, there was no WiFi for 2.5 days – no explanation, no apology. This affected our bookings and transfers and added to the stress. Now, for the few positives: • Mahassine and Omar in the buffet restaurant were lovely – warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful. • Nourradine, the bar manager (who sadly started after 3pm each day), was fantastic – friendly, cheerful, and made great drinks. • Muhammed, the bar cleaner, was always smiling and helpful. • From the entertainment team, Hamza, Khalid, and Mohammed were genuinely kind, often taking time to chat and check in on us. • On the flip side, others like Nouha only seemed interested when asking for reviews. This hotel has potential, but it desperately needs to work on staff training, consistency, and guest care. It’s marketed as a 4-star resort, but the service simply doesn’t match. Another family told us they visited last year and had a great experience – this year, they were disappointed and regretted returning. Would I recommend this hotel? Sadly, no. I usually leave glowing reviews and love discovering new places, but this was a let-down in too many areas.

We arrived at this hotel on the 26th of July at first thing that comes to mind is that the location is a bit remote which was ok with us but may put some people off, not really any where to walk out if people like that. But when you arrive through the entrance it was a very good looking hotel and as we arrived at night all the walk way lights looked stunning as well as the reception area. Reception staff were good and we checked in with ease after paying the tourist tax which we were aware of so that was ok but if your not aware I think it was about 70 quid per couple. Firstly the heat it was hot and we knew that and after a couple of days we adjusted, the pool really was a help and at only 1.4m deep all the way round we found it ideal. From the minute we got to the sol oasis the staff and the animation team were fantastic getting us involved weather it be cooking classes or water polo they were not over the top just really friendly and chatty. There is a pool party every Saturday which was amazing and everyone enjoyed themselves. The evening entertainment was very good as a lot of all inclusive holidays are poor but this was decent from fire eating to karaoke and involved something for every one. The hotel was very clean and the staff were changing the seat covers every morning and the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels all the paths were washed and all the shrubbery was cut and nicely presented . The only slight let down was the temperature of the hot food, the salads were great with loads of choice and the puddings were really good. The pizza out side and the small selection of sandwiches were good, they also have a BBQ station outside which they cook some great roasted meats, the only downside as I mentioned is that hot food inside is not kept warm properly the heat lamps are not good enough. Overall I really enjoyed the hotel and would return in the future

Location- literally in the middle of no where, which I had already read so this wasn't a surprise Hote- l is smaller than the photos look. However was sufficient for our 5 day stay. ROOM, was small and lacked storage. Paid for a balcony which was private and as big as a postage stamp. ROOMS are set in a court yard which if you have no balcony has a small bistro set outside the door, which could be a beautiful setting and reminded me of Grand on the Canal in Venice. However court yards are unloved with broken floor tiles causing many trip hazards. Broken or unkempt fountains and damaged shrubbery. As I say these areas could be a beautiful setting General grounds were as expected. Pool bar- cocktails undrinkable and stupidly long waiting to even get a cup for water. This needs to be sorted out. Soft drinks should be self service to save time. I saw bar snacks being given out one night, but this was not advertised nor seen again (there is no problem if you grab a bowlbof olives etc from the restaurant to have with pre/post dinner drinks Pool snack bar does great Pizzas pastries and other snacks such as panninis and sandwiches MAIN RESTAURANT- all meals you have to wait for cups and glasses plus ice making the experience frustrating Food is plentiful and good however it was often cold so had to warm it in the microwave STAFF- are in the main a credit to the hotel with the exception of Reception who are above themselves with importance. I arrived with my Grandson who is 9. Our transfer taxi (provided by TUI) had a crash on our way to the hotel and due to being told there was no WiFi I was unable to contact anyone for 3 days. As I happened this was untrue aa other guests had been provided with a temporary TEST WiFi. This lack of communication and support spoilt our 5 day stay hugely Overall a decent 3 star hotel however I suspect there are better hotels for your money

The hotel immediately gave the wow factor , beautiful grounds and entrance. Staff were welcoming, reps worked extremely hard as did the bar staff. Grounds staff were out cleaning loungers ,tidying landscaping , and changing outdoor cushions. The rooms were small but perfect for our needs. Rooms were cleaned daily and every day 2, 1.5L bottles of water were left in the room. Everyday around the pool, there were activities for everyone to join in .. water polo especially provided great entertainment and camaraderie between guests. Caveats .. we were given a well meaning but unnecessary welcome tour of the hotel on arrival. After traveling for near on 12 hours, we wanted to go to our rooms and change. Beers came in cans smaller than a can of pop. Reps were great, for us a tad over friendly. Everyday you would be approached for a ‘good morning’ and a chat. Sometimes it was a bit much and we wanted to be left to relax. Pool was lovely however there were multiple points where tiles were missing off the floor creating rough spots. Food was plentiful, a lot of fish based dishes and pulses. Felt it was a bit samey on some days. Sushi night was a winner for us. There is nothing but barren land outside the grounds. You have to travel 30 mins to reach the town or rely on tour activities to get off site. Free shuttle into town is great , but your dropped in a side street with no direction and pounced on before you’ve even left the bus by locals offering tours to the souks claiming to be from the hotel. They are not ! Download google maps before leaving so you some point of reference for offline use. Hôtel offered free WiFi which was perfect for 8 of our 12 days. Then it was totally lost due to nearby construction. Reception staff were hot spotting guests for a few minutes to enable necessary communication. Not ideal if you’ve not opted to buy data. Overall great stay, hotel was lovely. I would return to the hotel one day. I would recommend it, but be mindful of location

Sol Oasis Marrakech We’ve just returned from a 12-day stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech during one of the hottest spells of the summer (29°C at sunrise, peaking at 43°C by mid-afternoon, and hovering around 38°C even at night) and it was spectacular. Despite the heat, our family room (1710) was blissfully air-conditioned, clean, spacious, and cleverly laid out in an L-shape. This gave the kids their own sofa-bed and allowed us enough privacy as parents without needing a wall or door. (Tip: a curtain divider here would elevate the room to premium level, though it’s already very well thought-out.) The bathroom, warm from the lack of air con, became the perfect place to step into after a shower, not a flaw, but a comfort. There was ample storage space for our entire stay, and everything felt designed with comfort in mind. What stood out was just how accessible the resort was. Ramps were everywhere, and the hotel clearly welcomed guests with additional needs. One minor point: colour-contrasted edging on steps would help a little, but this is the tiniest of notes. Now, the food. I’ve never been to an all-inclusive with such a vast and fresh array of high-quality options. As a mostly vegan traveller with a prawn allergy, I was nervous—but I needn’t have been. There was a dedicated vegetarian section, fresh tagines, grilled vegetables, and attentive staff who really took dietary needs seriously. I was able to eat well and worry-free every day. Breakfast was 7-10:30ish, then there was lunch 12:30-3ish and dinner 19:00-22:00 in the main Darna resturant, but there was pizza, paninis, and salads at the outdoor counter in between. I kept forgetting, but they have an app to help - https://sol.stay-app.com/?id=0jlV&utm_campaign=digitalstay&utm_medium=qr&utm_source=mystay. The sports facilities were outstanding. We brought our own tennis rackets and played daily from 7/8am before it got too hot—always undisturbed and then off to breakfast. They do have equipment though, which is available from 9. From table tennis to archery and more, everything was easy to access, well-maintained, and perfectly located (but very hot in the hight of summer - so take hats). As someone who typically avoids entertainment teams, I have to mention the exceptional staff: Mohamed, Khalid, and Hamza. Their warmth, humour, and infectious energy had me (often reluctant me) joining in water polo, darts, volleyball, and silly games that had us all laughing. They managed to build a sense of community that felt like a week-long episode of Cheers. Genuinely impressive, and makes us want to go back! The bar team were equally lovely—quickly remembering our preferences and serving up all-inclusive Budweiser, Perrier, and a decent scotch on the rocks when the heat called for it in the evenings. The drinks menu was generous, and the service even more so. My only regret was not spending more time in the Kass Bar - where they did put the women’s Euro final on the big screen. Evening entertainment was a real highlight. From live shows, themed nights (Spanish, Indian, belly dancing, fire eating), karaoke competitions, and guest cooking demos (yes, garlics and tagine included!), it never felt repetitive or low-effort. There were also henna tattoo artists and clay sessions, which brought in a slice of Moroccan culture right to the resort. In fact, we found we didn’t need to go into Marrakech as much as we’d planned—the hotel brought Marrakech to us, minus the crowds and sales pressure. We did, however, book a few excursions through the hotel—including camel rides, a visit to the Majorelle Gardens, and a horse-and-carriage tour through the city. All were seamless, punctual, and incredibly well-organised. Can you get them cheaper, probably, but having an esim we were able to whatsapp our drivers and had a reliable service. Indeed the wifi was a little funny on the hotest of days, but the esim data meant we never had broken service. The only real gap—and it’s one we’ve seen at many resorts—was in the programming for the 12–15 age group. There’s tons for under 12s and plenty for adults, but slightly less structured engagement for teens. That said, our kids made their own fun in the pool and on the courts, and always had something to do. Just be consious that they may need you to take some extra entertainment if you want them off their screens. A final and unexpected delight: the tap water in the restaurant areas is filtered, and the ice is safe. This gave us huge peace of mind. The rooms came stocked with large bottles of water to keep in the fridge, and we never once felt dehydrated or unwell. For a family of four that is amazing! In summary: Sol Oasis Marrakech far exceeded our expectations. The setting, the service, the food, the entertainment—it was all first-class. But most of all, it was the people who made it special. We left sun-kissed, well-fed, and more relaxed than we’ve been in months, already planning our return. An easy five stars!!!!

We have been to five star hotels but this one is not five star . This is my experience and I feel staff is trained in such a way that they know which nationality they should be giving preference to. Drinks were not that good. The only drink was perfect was their coffee from indore bar. Welcome drink cups were stained all the way around and horrible sugary water. Apparently they were serving fresh orange juice as welcome drink aswell but to some special guest. As far as food is concerned it was not upto standard beside pasta and pizza. If you carry on tipping every day then one might get some special favours. Just to make our stay comfortable we have to do that. I agree with other guest rooms are small and cloth storage is not enough for two people sharing hence we left our cloths in suitcases to say the least for comfort. Guest relation was helpful and manager at breakfast time provided good service.

My Honest Review of the Hotel We arrived late on Saturday, but the reception staff welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything we needed. The next day, when we asked to change our room, they responded kindly and handled it with a smile. The food was delicious, and the kitchen team did a great job. We really enjoyed trying new dishes. The animation team was energetic and professional. They truly knew how to entertain guests and get everyone involved in the activities. Some of the team members who stood out were Jenna, Mo, Hamza, Mido, Zack, and Sam — they were all friendly, lively, and great at what they do. This was my first trip to Morocco, and it was a good experience. If I have the chance, I would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time at Sol Oasis. It was our first time holidaying in Morocco and we were really impressed with the hotel. Our top highlights were: - the food, it was excellent for an all inclusive, with a variety of tagines and fresh meat daily, delicious desserts and fresh pasta and omelette stations. Food can be hit and miss at all inclusives, but here it was absolutely fantastic. - the onsite spa, cheaper than in the U.K. but better massages in my experience. Lovely spa set up and I would recommend trying the traditional hammam exfoliating treatments. - the bar areas, there were lots of lovely seating areas inside and outside the hotel where you could relax each day. Some points for improvement: - Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout most of our stay. However, as the week went on, I began to notice a clear tipping culture. At the bar in particular, certain staff members appeared to give preferential treatment to guests who tipped more generously, engaging them in conversation and serving them promptly while others, myself included, were overlooked or barely acknowledged, even when we had been waiting in line. This was not with all staff though I must say, only a select few. - room issues, our first night we noticed a sewage smell in our room, we were offered to switch rooms promptly which we did. Further into our stay we had issues with a blocked toilet and water not running. However, again, these issues were dealt with promptly. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel, the quality of food, cleanliness, and relaxing setting made a great holiday.

We have just returned from an amazing 10 night stay at Sol Oasis and we couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. What makes this hotel so special is the people - every member of staff works tirelessly to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The entertainment team have such wonderful energy and you can’t help but smile when they are around. They encourage you to join in the numerous games and activities that are offer throughout the day, but also know when to leave you alone to relax. We would like to give a special mention to Mo and Khalil who took the time to get to know us as a family and really made our stay special. The bar staff are also incredible - they go above and beyond to help serve you. Special mention to Soufian, Nouredeen and Kaoutar who always served us with humour and a smile. We will miss them all. The word I would use to describe this hotel is ‘authentic’. It is not like many of the all-inclusive hotels that you would find in Europe - it is typically North African and has so much character. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained but not luxurious (as previous reviews have stated there is not enough wardrobe space). The hotel itself is very small but this enables you to get to know the staff and other guests very well and is what gives it the warm, friendly, home-from-home feel. The food is very good - it is mainly Moroccan/North African but that is part of the appeal. My son is quite a fussy eater but he always found something to eat (especially at the freshly-cooked pasta station). If you cannot find anything in the restaurant, there are pizzas and snacks available throughout the day and evening. Some top tips - As previous reviews have stated, you never need to worry about a lack of sunbeds. The bar can be busy so order a couple of drinks at a time. The a la carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit. Join in with the activities as that is how you get to know the staff. If you can eat dinner early (7-7.30) then that is when the food is at its freshest/warmest. The gym is basic but usually very quiet. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere so make use of the free shuttle bus (we loved Marrakech). Take additional clothes hangers for the wardrobes. Thank you once again to all of the staff at Sol Oasis for such an amazing holiday.

Just arrived back home from a 14 night stay at Sol oasis and could not wait to write this review. Me and my daughter had one of our best holidays ever made special by all staff at this hotel. Special shout out to animation team members Sam , Jenna , Mo, Hamza and Khalil who made our holiday so special. The hotel has such a good vibe all the staff are so friendly and helpful and all the guests are happy and make an effort to talk to each other and everyone is always in such a good mood. The food and drink is to a high standard with branded drinks such as Budweiser and San Miguel and the cocktails are quite nice compared to other all inclusive hotels I have stayed at . The hotel is out of the way but the shuttle runs multiple times a day if you want to go into the city which we used a few times . Only negative things I found was similar issues other people had was clothes storage and size of room also the onsite shop is very expensive but anything you need you can pick up in city which is what we did We are already planning another short visit later this year which is a first for us and can't wait to see everyone again See you all soon Big Boss

This hotel is not perfect BUT every single member of staff makes it their job to ensure you have a perfect holiday. The rooms are a little on the small side and not much storage - honestly my worst feedback. Used the shuttle service to the medina, which was great. Do research safety tips before visiting! Amazing grounds which are very well maintained Excellent cleaning staff - daily room cleans and fresh towels as needed. Fresh water delivered each day and as needed. Check in and reception staff generally give impeccable service. Food is varied, yes is local cuisine in the main but also plenty of western food, staff turnover tables quickly and professionally, drinks always available Bars- Kass bar is wonderful, lovely setting and service. Pool bar staff work their socks off to serve people quickly and always with a smile. Used the spa twice for massages - if it’s your thing highly recommend The jewel in the crown of this place has to be the entertainment staff who just never seem to stop working. They deliver day time entertainment for those who want to partake, stop by everyone to say hello and ask how you are. Evenings are varied, try and catch the traditional Moroccan night it’s fantastic! I will definitely be back to this hotel with my daughter. Thank you to everyone for making this a great new holiday experience

Sol Oasis in Morocco offers a lively, vibrant holiday experience packed with energy and charm. The food is a real highlight, plentiful, well-prepared, and with enough variety to satisfy most palates. That said, don’t dawdle – arriving late to mealtimes often means being left with the less appealing options. For those who prefer to graze, the snack bar is a hidden gem, serving up pizzas, paninis, and fresh popcorn throughout the day. It’s casual, tasty, and ideal for grabbing a bite between dips in the pool. Speaking of which, the pool is impressively large, perfect for both cooling off and lounging beside. You’ll never find yourself fighting over sun loungers either, there are plenty to go around. The entertainment team deserves a special mention: Sam (I hope I got his name right) was full of energy, extremely welcoming, and never overbearing, such a friendly guy (even nicknamed me as ‘the greatest Matthew’). The FRAM team were just exceptional from aqua aerobics to games and evening shows, they create a fun, inclusive atmosphere for all ages. Drinks flow freely, with enough choice to keep everyone hydrated and happy, including a decent selection of mocktails for non-drinkers which is a thoughtful touch that doesn’t go unnoticed. Now, the flip side. If you’re hoping for early nights, be warned, the rooms are quite close to the entertainment area. While the fun wraps up around 11pm, the music and noise can be intrusive if you’re a light sleeper. A pair of earplugs or a room farther from the action might help. All in all, Sol Oasis is a great choice if you’re after a sun-soaked, social getaway with quality food, good entertainment, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s fun, friendly, and full of character. Just pack your appetite, your swimwear, and maybe some sunscreen!!

Finally getting round to reviewing this fantastic hotel. This was a trip with my sister who is so fussy!!! We looked at lots of different holidays before choosing this one. I am so glad we did. We arrived early, before check-in and had a nice welcome drink whilst this was sorted. Getting the wrist bands on we were able to go and eat before collecting our room key. The room was perfect for us, a nice comfortable bed and clean. The shower gel was amazing! We booked a treatment at the Spa in advance and this started our holiday off in the perfect way. Food- I am fussy but found plenty of choice all delicious. Which we had with wine. Desserts were again yummy. Drink- we had cocktails around the pool and at the bar, not strong but that just meant we had a couple more! Great entertainment from the team. Yes they will try and get you up to join in the activities. All the staff were polite and friendly. This was a great holiday, creating fantastic memories. I will be back.

I am honestly surprised this place go such a high rating. If you are not French or British don't stay here. They will ignore you and not give a damn. Their drinks are all watered down and half the staff don't know how to make them. They serviced us raw chicken and all they said was oh thank.... The food is average at this place and they tried to gaslight me into saying the extra money I paid for a terrace meant I would get a window. All the rooms had windows why would I pay extra for that? Our room was covered in ants and had a wasp nest on the terrace so we couldn't even enjoy it. Anyways, we will return to Morocco but not this resort.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, however dont be put off. Myself and partner had an amazing holiday here, the staff from entertainment team (kahil) to restaurant staff (zac) i believe his name was, to bar staff, reception staff everyone was amazing, it was like they got to know you personally, they were all lovely, funny and clearly enjoyed their job. I will certainly be back to this hotel. I promise you won't ever be bored. They played water polo, aqua aerobics, dance offs, jenga and that was just some of the day time activities. I felt very welcome here. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. More than adequate and space. Food changed daily and fresh cooking with pasta and different meats so something for everyone. I've been on many holidays, like mauritius, the dominican and greece and yet this has to be a favourite of mine. I highly recommend this hotel, if I could return tomorrow for a week I so would. Well done Sol Oasis for having such amazing staff.

We stayed at Sol Oasis Marrakech for a week, and it was our first time in Marrakech as a couple. We couldn’t have picked a better place! The resort is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush gardens and offering a peaceful escape from the hustle of the city. The pool area is huge, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The staff were a huge part of what made our stay so special. Mo (Mohammed),Khalil, and Mike from the entertainment team were fantastic—they kept us engaged with fun activities during the day and amazing evening shows. Their energy and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. Ibrahim and Hanane from the bar staff also stood out—always welcoming, quick with a smile, and serving up the best cocktails! We also want to thank all the staff who helped make our time at Sol Oasis feel like a home away from home. From the friendly housekeeping to the reception team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. You truly made our stay memorable! As first-time visitors to Marrakech, we also took advantage of the resort’s shuttle bus service, which dropped us off near the Souks. It was so convenient and made exploring the city much easier, allowing us to experience the bustling markets without worrying about taxis or navigating the streets on our own. The food was good, though it did get a little repetitive after a week, but there was always something delicious to enjoy. Our room was clean and comfortable, though it was a bit small for an extended stay. Overall, Sol Oasis Marrakech gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Between the fantastic service, great activities, and the shuttle to the city, we had a memorable and stress-free week. A huge thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so special. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech

Just back from the Sol Oasis after a four day solo break in the sun, third visit to this great hotel and probably will not be the last. The food, entertainment and drinks remain the same, still a good standard, Sam, Mike , Khaleil, on the entertainment team are still as engaging as ever, Nour & Mo behind the bar serving the strongest spirit measures ever !!!. Another great experience around the pool in the Moroccan desert heat, with Water Polo, Aqua aerobics and Volleyball. The Food is a varied buffet that changes on a daily basis, overall there’s something for everyone, try the freshly made pizzas outside at the pool bar either a slice or a complete pizza they are awesome and so fresh. Overall there’s something sol oasis is a great Moroccan experience a top tip is book through the Melia app to receive the best rate available, i booked it a couple of days before on the Melia wonder week promotion and received a 25% discount on the booking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has ever visited Morocco before for a great holiday experience. It was my first time visiting the hotel Solo, but I never felt alone there was always staff and guests to talk to, all the staff made you feel like you were at home in the hotel, you were not punished by being solo in the room you pay for the room not the occupancy.

Rooms - Ours was very small with no balcony to put wet clothing. Did have extendable washing line in the shower. That’s a first. - They were cleaned daily to a good standard. Service - very slow or non existent , more interested in having a social than serving guests. Queues at bar for 10 mins or more is common at busy times, with only one person serving with a 10 line queue. No one serving at lobby bar is common. Food - Average at best. I’m not vegetarian nor have allergies but limited consideration given to allergies or food choices. Using same serving spoon in vegetarian (labelled as vegetarian) and seafood (with shellfish). example, asked for a separate serving spoon for the vegetarian paella and was told “just use the one that’s in the shellfish paella”. Entertainment and team - The entertainment team are great, very energetic and sociable and probably the best thing about the hotel. Would I return - No.

This is our second stay at Sol Oasis. We came back because our first visit last year was so good, and we weren’t disappointed. The staff welcomed us back, with one waiter from lour last visit greeting us like family! The staff really do make you feel so welcome, and try to make sure you’re well looked after. Housekeeping was excellent, as were the staff in the bars and buffet. Each night has a different theme, and the food on the gala night was amazing, especially the deserts. How they produce such a variety of food that looks so good I don’t know. The grounds are kept spotless, as is the pool. Yes, you do occasionally get a whiff of the drains, but they work hard to avoid it. We love this place and the staff, and will almost certainly be back!

Cannot recommend this complex highly enough. The staff are outstanding - nothing is too much trouble. The food - again outstanding. The variety and quality are amazing. As for being lukewarm - perhaps a little at times but I don’t see a huge problem with that as it’s so well prepared. The flavours are gorgeous. Desserts - again unbelievable variety. Wine, beer and great variety of cocktails. Don’t forget the bar inside the hotel! The rooms are immaculately clean and serviced every day. Great entertainment throughout the day and evening. We used the gym and also walked around the edges of the complex in the morning as it was lovely and cool. We will be returning, there is no doubt!!

Great dining options, activities at the resort were good but limited. Staff were friendly and generally helpful, we did have an issue with a taxi booking the hotel made on behalf of us but this was resolved in an acceptable manner. Overall we would recommend the resort, however make sure you come with some cash as we had issues with receptions card machine and taxes were more expensive than Expedia states.

I loved everything about this hotel. The environment was perfect. Food was always available. Service was brilliant and staff are super friendly and helpful. Loads of entertainments available. Great to have a SPA and massage place readily available too.

Otelde hizmet üst seviyede, çalışanlar hep güleryüzlü, sizi memnun etmeye çalışıyorlar. Akşam eğlencelerinde sizi eğlenceye katmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Havuzu , bahçeleri, spor alanları keyifli. Odaları biraz daha geniş olabilirdi. Birde yemekler bence otelin en zayıf yanı. Yemekleri mutlaka geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim

We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous. One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water. Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour!

The things they don't tell you... The bar staff limit you to two drinks at a time, which doesn't work if you are getting drinks for a group of more than two. The bookable restaurants charge extra for drinks and food other than a basic option. The entertainermait goes on untill 11pm, which you can hear from your room, which doesn't work if your not a night owl. There is nothing outside of the hotel, no shops, restaurants, just wasteland. If you want to go anywhere you either have to book a seat on the hotel minibus which only fits 15 people, or pay for a taxi. The hotel minibus driver was very good though and always drove safely! If you go to the buffet restaurant after 9pm, the staff have lost interest, so the food can be cold or not very appetising because they've not looked after it. The good things though are the rooms are nice and spacious and the sports facilities are good for a hotel. The reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel was amazing staff are so helpful and the free shuttle bus to town and back is great. There is nothing around the hotel to walk to but you jump on the free bus. The only disappointment was that after 11pm you had to buy your own drinks and there is two a la cate restaurants which you also have to pay for. My advice is of you have to eat out go into town

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff, everyone was so nice and welcoming, it had a really nice atmosphere from the minute you walk in, the entertainment staff are brilliant and put on a show for everyone at night in the bar area and also the show hall, they are always chatty and friendly round the pool throughout the day too, great selection of food on the buffet and rooms are spacious and beautiful

Coming towards the end of my holiday, I thought I would treat myself to an all-inclusive unfortunately I had booked for 2 nights but made my mind up on the first day was not going to stay here another day. Check-in was irritating as there was no queue, but it still took 45 minutes to process. The venue itself was just OK, in my opinion, as was the food. For the price I paid, I had higher expectations. I.e. having to pay for mini fridge items goes against all-inclusivee. I booked last minute and should have read more into it, and despite having conversation with andrea they have not responded to my request of 2nd night being refundable.

An absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly; they really are the jewel of the whole place. The hotel has been designed and decorated to a high standard. The all inclusive food was 8/10; good variety but as with all buffets, food tends to dry out. Our room was comfortable and clean with lovely details throughout. There is a shuttle that goes to the Medina several times a day, so it is convenient for those who want some of the excitement of the old city. The spa was incredible and I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! The only drawback was the drainage smell that appeared on our second day. It was prominent whenever we used the shower and turned on the tap. It seemed to affect our whole block. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you would like a relaxing stay in Marrakesh

We have had an amazing short stay, so relaxing sunbathing around the lovely pool after the hustle bustle of Marrakesh. The staff make this hotel, friendly, hardworking, professional and courteous, they all are a credit to this hotel and the people of Morocco. The modern spacious room, tasty food, plentiful drink and entertainment are all first class. The weather has been fabulous making for a relaxing spring break away from the cold and rain of Scotland.

It is a fantastic resort, the entertainment is great, staff are superb and my kids LOVED the kids club! The staff at the kids club knew my son’s name and would make a point of saying hello, which is really personable! Overall I would definitely come back again and would recommend the place!

The food was amazing! I have never seen anything like it. The staff that checked us in were a little cold but then the other staff after that more than made up for it. We asked for extra towels at reception and by the time we walked back to our room the towels had been delivered! Beautiful gardens. Negatives: No desk or table in the room Bathroom vanity was scarred Shuttle was very limited in its services

Wonderful, attentive staff. My family was sick when we stayed (not because of the hotel) and they couldn't do enough to help us. Beautuiful grounds, lovely room. Amazing view of snow capped mountains. Great food. Wonderful stay. I just wish we were well enough to enjoy it more.

The personal touch provided. My husband and I were slated to arrive after the dinning room closed. The staff knowing this made plates for us with water and drinks. There was also a hand written note welcoming us. The room was clean, the property beautiful and well kept. And the pool was heated in the spa room. Loved every moment spent there!

Great value, nice facility, decent food. Our 5 year old daughter enjoyed the splash pad and playground. Ample grass for kids to play on. For a North American, this is not comparable to a Caribbean resort. Pool is basic. Limited restaurants / food options.

Property was recently renovated so conditions still ok. Food was ok but not as good as AI hotels in Turkey. Pool was nice. Daily cleaning of the rooms was hit or miss, some days staff did not wipe the floors. Overall OK but nothing to get too excited about.

Outstanding hotel. My wife and I are world travelers, and the customer service here is top notch. They made us feel like we were the only guests they had. We booked a a standard room and the reception desk upgraded us to the 2nd floor (top floor). The property is very clean and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff is extremally attentive. I must comment on your Manager Rachida. She was so helpful charming, professional and genuinely care about her hotel guests. She is a credit to your organization, pay this wonderful smart woman more!!!!. The food is very delicious and the all inclusive restaurants menu is versatile. Our house keeper Fatimzhra is very sweet and all cleaning staff is the top of the league. The swimming pool is relaxing and pool staff including the pool bar servers were accommodating. The only part that I didn't like not the fault of any hotel staff but some guests DO NOT tip the waiters and bartenders in the restaurants and bar. Hotel Guests: PLEASE TIP THE WAITERS AND BARTENDERS who spend many hours in the hot sun full heartedly serving customers and most importantly their salaries depend heavily on these tips. Thank you so much again for your excellent hospitality!
